Hello everybody. Welcome back to another episode of Coach's Corner. I'm your host, Tara Anne. I've been a Primal Health Coach certified uh member since 2019 and I'm here because the c the community and the curriculum just keeps expanding and getting better. It we are here today.
I have a real treat for you. Um, we are here with Amber Shaw and today we are launching the the Health Coach Client Blueprint course and it's it's a big deal. And so for those that are coming, we've got we've got a nice big group. Please just go ahead and put in the chat where you're from and what your intention is, what you will hope to get out of today. We're so happy that you're here. And just in a moment, I'll ask um Amber to tell us more about about this program that we're so excited about today.
All right, we've got Patty here again. Welcome back, Patty. We've got Yeah, Patty from Colorado. And what I want to also make sure is that everybody is um open to leave some questions in the chat or you can do it in the question and answer box. We'll we'll let this be a a flowing conversation. and hello from the upper Midwest. Um, and we've got Dara from Corpus. All right. Well, let's just get going because we've got a lot to to cover in this short hour together. And Amber, I just want to say thank you so much for being here. It's it's really great to be here on launch day with you.
>> Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. I have been this this project this this new program is really a labor of love for me and so I am just so excited to be able to share and to be able to talk about it. I've been working with Primal so closely over the last few months and so and it's been under wraps. It's been top secret. Um but now I'm super excited that we get to talk about it and just share with everybody kind of what we've been working on and and what we're going to share.
>> Absolutely. And and why this is such a really good time. You know, here we are in September and it's going to be the end of the year before we know it. So, we want to dive right in, especially like why is now so important to um to sink their teeth into what's possible in their business. You know, a lot of folks and I don't want to, you know, jump ahead and like we all know why we're here. We we we got into this this profession which is still a young profession to be of service and um to create a sustainable lifestyle. So tell us who this course is for and and what is what is so different about it, Amber?
>> Yeah, you know, when I when I partnered with the team over at Primal to we we had got into conversation about this course, I have been um I'm a board-certified um health coach. Um and really six years ago when I started my first online company um you know, I went into this business really just with the desire to help people. I think like most of the people probably I know you and I have spoken about this as well and I'm sure a lot of um you know the the people on watching the uh this webinar same thing right you get into this because you you have a desire to help but I think one of the things and it can be a rude awakening and it's one of the things that nobody talks about it and I got to say um certainly I think the the the certification companies aren't really talking about it and I'm not knocking Primal because they're actually doing something about it now. What I will say is it's a rude awakening because what nobody talks about is that you know learning how to be a coach is like just one piece of it, right? So you you make this decision that you want to become a coach and so you do and you get certified, you go through all the schooling and the education and you learn how to be a coach and all the things and then what? Right? And what nobody talks about is actually like learning how to have a rinse and repeat system for getting clients for um you know growing on social media for you know a sales system all of that like in my opinion that's the hardest part right I mean those skills learning how to be a master marketer on social media because essentially that is what you have to become and and and and that sounds daunting that can sound daunting thing, but it doesn't have to be, right? And so, I just think that um you know, the folks over at Primal and myself, we just saw this massive gap, right? Primal is awesome at teaching people how to become incredible coaches. But much like a lot of the other certification companies out there, there is a there is a gap between Okay, so now once we become certified, what about the business side of it? And although Primal had and and we this is why we revamped the business course. The business course that Primal had was good, was great, right? Well, we just saw an opportunity to fill in some of those gaps. We saw an opportunity to go deeper in the actual business side of becoming a coach. And so, what we've created, the health coach client blueprint, it is soup to nuts. All the way from, hey, Amber, like I've got this idea of like, I think this is my niche. I think this is who I want to help. All the way to launching, and I mean like really launching for for newbies, launching their business. And we go really deep on all everything in between. So exactly how do you grow on social media? You know, how do you actually get eyes on your content? What's the type of content um that that that we need to be putting out there? What's the sales mechanism that we need to create in order to be able to be consistently generating clients on a monthly basis? And so really what we did in this six-month program is we combined curriculum with implementation because I know from starting not one but two online businesses um you really like watching you know watching modules and videos and learning and learning from it like that's one thing but really where the secret sauce is is the implementation. You know, one of the biggest frustrations with new coaches and I and as a business coach, I I talk to to students every day with this frustration and I also have this frustration. It's, you know, you can download all the courses that you want, but if you really don't have a business coach and a mentor in your corner where you can like talk it out and be like, "Hey, Amber, I liter this is what I'm thinking about posting this week. This is my hook. What do you think about this?" Or, "Hey, I'm getting ready to do this sales call this week. I've got four discoveries lined up, discovery calls lined up. I'm not sure like what what should my angle be here? Can we walk through a script? Like if you don't have somebody in real time, you might have some success in your business, but number one, it's going to take you a really long time. And number two, there's going to be a lot of frustration along the way. So what we did is we really took I think um multiple different types of programs like social media growth, sales growth, you know, really nailing your niche, business foundational tools, and we combined it all into one comprehensive course. So I know that that was a lot, but you can tell like I'm so on fire for this course because I personally built this course from scratch. Um, and I'm so fired up because I know the gold that is in this right now. Um, and so I'm excited for the students who are going to enroll in this because this is everything I wish I had when I was starting six years ago as a brand new coach.
>> Exactly. Exactly. And thank you for bringing your fire here with us today. And I want to ask the folks that are here, share with us, are you in the certification course right now? Are you are you a new coach? are you thinking about like where are you in your journey of of being a health coach? And I so appreciate hearing what you say, Amber, because back when I chose Primal Health, it was because they had a business aspect to it. But you're right, you know, things change and that's something that I love so much about Primal Health is the their willingness to evolve and seeing how you and Amber have come together to revise and update, if you will, so that folks can um can can still be can be held in a container and we need this. It's one thing to get our certification, but then to go out there, we actually need to get reps in and to have to be in a container, not only with access to you, um, but to to get reps in and and, um, run game film. It's it's it's part of this uh, this path to mastery.
>> Absolutely. And if you don't mind, like I want to address though um, Patty's question because I love this question because I hear this so much. So Patty had asked does this include what to do when you loathe social load social social media and what I'll say to this Patty is listen this is what I know and what I want to encourage you and I know I Patty I appreciate you being brave enough to even ask that question because I know that there are a lot of people watching this and catch us on the replay and I talk to new coaches all the time who feel the same way. But what I whenever I get that question, what I always kind of push back and ask is is if you were to be honest with yourself though is the reason why you hate social media is because it's hard. I think for most people the reason why we as a new co as new coaches or even existing coaches like or you know the seasoned coaches I should say should say the reason why we find ourselves loathing something is because it feels hard. It takes up too much time. It takes up too much brain space. You don't get a good ROI on it. Meaning, you're pouring your heart into these posts and you're not getting the traction that you want. The only people liking it are like your friends and your mother, right? And when you're doing that day in and day out, like that feels hard and that's when social media starts to suck, right? That's when social media you start to loathe it, right? or this I or are we are you having resistance to it because putting yourself out there feels a little bit hard, right? If you're really being honest with yourself, does that feel difficult because you're maybe your confidence isn't as high? Maybe you struggle with a lot of the feelings that new coaches have, it's like a little bit of impostor syndrome. So, I think if you have some resistance to social media, I think the very first step is leaning into it and being honest with yourself of like, okay, like where is this coming from? And because what I know from from really starting my very first company is when I started my business at 40 years old, I was I was working full-time in corporate America. I was going through a divorce. I was a 40-year-old single mom of two. I had never even taken a selfie of myself, okay? Never even taken a selfie. I loathe social media because I didn't know what I was doing and I was uncomfortable and it felt like wasted effort. And so what I've learned along the way is that when you actually find a rinse and repeat system and you learn actually a tactical way, you've got somebody that can help you really walk through it and you get and you get the reps in and you get better at it and you start getting traction, you won't hate it so much. And that's exactly what we're doing in this course. In fact, that's exactly what module five is all about. I mean, I go deep into social media, you guys, and I'm fired up for it.
>> So yes, I just I love I love that you're talking systems, you know, and a module five, your client visibility system to to give some steps and to to take the overwhelm out of it and to familiarize. I really appreciate what you're doing here.
>> Yeah, absolutely. And and like I said, this is not like a this is not a surface level course, you guys. when I tell you that like I'm giving you the stepbystep blueprint like hey here are the three different types of content that you need to be posting and in order to have a wellbalanced content strategy that actually creates demand this is what we need to do and by the way this is exactly how we create these types of posts and here's an attraction style piece so this is not just hey post post you know three times a week and I I wish you well I mean we're going in on this and so I'm pumped about it
>> oh that's great and and tell us what what might a sixmonth six months with you look like in in this program.
>> So the way that we have designed this course is as I mentioned earlier it is six months but it is 50% really I would say it averages out to be about 50% of like curriculum like education and then 50% implementation. And so we have designed this course really with the busy professional in mind because I know um most who are taking this course are working a full-time job right not everybody but a lot are right and so you don't have a ton of time to be spending you know learning this course. So the way that we have divided up the modules um we've got uh essentially nine modules um but and there's there's lessons within the module but each lesson um I'm sorry each module we spend like we we I balance it out to we've got a couple weeks that we spend on it because I want you to be able to learn and then implement learn and then implement and where the magic takes place is every week every single week there is a live coaching call with me and the way that I've designed these coaches calls are really to be like one- on-one laser focused coaching in a group setting. So, this is your opportunity to show up no matter where you, you know, no matter where you're at and just, hey, this is what I've been working on. Hey, I watched this module this week. I've got a question about this. This is what I'm thinking about for my health statement. What do you think? So that we can be workshopping in real time. So, as you're learning, we're actually implementing. And so I'm really, and this is what I'm looking forward to because this is what I love so much about coaching about really getting to know the people who join this course so that I'm in the trenches with you building out your business in real time. I love love love getting to know my students intimately so we can I can understand what their business is about, you know, what how then then that we can um you know, create that business and the assets around it. Um, and like I said, really uh, you know, get to know each other and the business well. So, um, it's such a handson approach to building out your business.
>> Oh, excellent. Excellent. I love hearing you say that. And, you know, the crowd that's here today, we've got master coaches. We've got Jen here is in the house. So happy that she's here. And then there's also like Kirk, he just he's in the certification program right now. He just finished the business section. And then there's also folks that have been, you know, doing this at eight years and still don't have all the pieces put together. So, there's there's a wide audience here. And then there are those that are also still um taking other courses. So yeah, it's it's just, it's it's nice to see such a mix and you know a a dedicated and loyal community.
>> Yes, absolutely. And I love what Warren said about social media is full of garbage and best avoided. That's why I loathe it. But it's a necessary evil. I love the last line that you said though, Warren, because you're right. Here's the deal. And I don't know how to sugarcoat this and Aaron and I talked about this on the podcast. The truth is is that I for especially for coaches if your goal un you know unless you are really wanting to go to work in a brick and mortar maybe work under a physician work in an actual brickandmortar type of a situation fortunately and unfortunately however you want to look at it. So there is no other tool out there as far as a sales mechanism like social media there there's just nothing else like it. um you know your ability to get eyes on your platform um even organically without having to run paid traffic. There's just there's nothing else like that. And so if you are really wanting to have a business where you can work from wherever where you know you're not t you know you're not in an office where you have that autonomy that freedom then yes Warren you're right the social media aspect of it is it's it's a necessary evil. We we have to and I want to invite you guys to reframe it too. Um because I I promise you guys once you guys start actually utilizing social media as for a like a business, right? And and not just as like a hobby, I think, and you start getting traction on it, you I think your mindset will change around uh social media and just what an incredible tool it can be to not only grow your business, but to really carry out your mission, right? To reach more people. There's just nothing else, you know, out there like it, like social media.
>> It's inspiring to hear you say it like that that reframe and this was why I was so excited to bring you to our community because because you know what you do is you take resistance and you squash it. So sales resistance and that's what you know a lot of folks have and and what I've heard from you and and what you and Erin have created it's like really lifting it up to be more serviceoriented and same here when we can shift up social media and it not be like this like monster but as a place to connect and be of service
>> you know it's it's a system that can work.
>> Yeah. And I I Patty says I get that she's sighing heavily. Yes, Patty. Listen girl, we're gonna we're gonna get social media so it is an easy tool to use. Okay. But I but I do get it. I've been there. Right. I the same way when I first started. Yeah. Oh.
>> So then what what do you imagine? So the so imagine I'm I'm fresh out of um I just got my certification and I'm signing up for the HCCB course and and you know we're we're we're we're slowing down in the curriculum. When how do I create my first client? When do I when do I get to cash my first check?
>> Oh, I love that question. Right. So, so you know, when you are building your business, right, there's really there's really three foundational questions that we have to answer. Not perfectly. Um, and and this is actually uh these are very simple questions to ask, but I want to recognize that these can be very difficult questions to answer, which is why most new coaches stay stuck. They agonize, they overthink, they try and perfect all the things. Um, but these are three questions that need to be answered to some degree so that we can really start laying the foundation for your business and start um really laying that foundation of of our client attraction system, right? And so the three questions very simply put are who am I helping? What is the problem that I'm what is the problem that I'm solving for people? Right? that is your niche, right? And then how am I helping people? What is my process? And so the the process that I take you through um and really handholding you throughout this process in health coach client blueprint really starts with those foundational questions, right? Like getting clear on okay, what is the problem that I want to solve for people? And and then and then exactly who is it that I want to help with this? And once we've answered those questions, well, now we have to think about well like now how would I help people? And so the process that I take you through in uh in this program is answering those foundational questions. And when we get to the process of building out your program, it's not just about building out your program like, okay, you know, we're going to meet every two weeks and we're going to have a Zoom call and I'm going to give them this PDF and we're I'm not talking about like the tactical deliverables. Like yes, that's important. We want to feel good about what we're actually selling, right? But we also need to then take a look at your program and what you're offering and your niche and who you're helping. And now we have to decide the positioning of how we're going to position you in the marketplace, right? How are we going? This is going to set us up for our social media plan, which is going, you know, and and really our visibility plan, which then ultimately then leads to getting traction, getting into conversations with people, getting into conversations in the DMs, getting on the discovery calls, and now booking clients, right? So, there is there is a process that needs to happen. Um, and that's exactly what I walk you through, you know, in in this program. So, um I think where a lot of people really get hung up is they they think that they are very clear on um most people are very clear on or well now I would say very clear most people have somewhat of an idea on like maybe who they think that they want to help right and they have somewhat of an idea of the niche but a lot of times the niche isn't specific enough so then they start posting on social media and they themselves are not exactly clear on their niche. And so then then that doesn't translate well into their content and so they they maybe they think they're being clear but they're really not. And so this is why we're not getting any traction. So if we want to start getting traction and getting and you know getting leads and actually getting into the conversations with people, we've got to spend some time on the front end really workshopping what exactly is that niche? Going really deep on who exactly am I helping? What what are they struggling with? And not just surface level. That's one of the things that I'm really really excited to take these the students through who do this program of, you know, it's not just one thing to it's one thing to just define who it is that you're talking to, but if you really want to be able to get clients then and connect with people, you've got to go a lot deeper than that. You've got to get really heavy into the psychoraphics, the demographics, you know, just what their challenges are, what their belief systems are. like we've got to go really deep on that so then we can start to um you know position ourselves a little bit better, you know, for social media because we're more clear now on who we're talking to and what we're offering. So, you know, as far as like a specific timeline, you know, when I've taken students um through my process of just this kind of this process of like answering those three questions and then really getting into visibility and getting traction, you know, I've had clients um I've had I've actually had clients who got their first client without even uh starting their social media account. Um, and that's actually one of the things in this course before we even get into the client visibility system where I go heavy on social media. There's a whole module actually on it's called the lead to client blueprint that's all about really how do you use your existing network to generate clients without feeling like you're doing MLM or network marketing or like pummeling all your friends and family. Like how do you actually start with with what you actually who you actually know um before then you have to rely on social media. So, um, yeah. So, I don't So, did that answer your question as far as
>> Absolutely. I think that that's a fun way. It was super helpful. And then it was also, you know, people were were participating in the chat and those questions help to clarify and I'm really I'm I'm understanding how you like slow every slow the students down to shape first. Yeah. you know, so so that it's less, you know, Kathy is saying she has this idea of of like the the logistics of like the what yet even answering those questions might help her mind to slow down on on who she's serving and and and and more. And then actually, you know, thanks so much for helping in the chat there, Jen. But Kirk's asking, and and this reminds me, I know you're going to have a great um answer for this, but he's asking if he should start seeing clients prior to signing up for this course to figure out his niche. What happens if I don't know exactly my niche, Amber?
>> Oh my gosh. Well, I got to tell you, even people that think that they know their niche, the process that I take you through, I recommend for everybody just because, you know, I it's totally okay if you don't know your niche. And in fact, that I mean, that's exactly the process that I take you through. But I know I know Kirk was also saying too so I start seeing clients pri Yeah. No. So I mean yeah and Jen answered it perfectly like honestly coming in at any point um you know during this process but absolutely you do not need to know your niche. In fact that's where we start. So module two of this course is literally called the niche alignment map right and this is where we go deep and really brainstorming your niche. Um, and like I said, really the magic though of of how this all comes together is being able to hop on those weekly calls with me. I mean, that's really where we get to just, you know, hash it out. Um, so you could stop overthinking it because I also know sometimes we can be so in our head just like I I don't remember her name. Oh, Kathy had said like, I've got so much in my head, right? We can be so in our head sometimes about our niche and our process and all these things that sometimes we just need an expert to be like, you know what? know this is this is what I this is what you need to do. This is what I recommend. And trust me, I've got years and years and years of experience. Trust me on this. Let's go with this. Let's test it. Let's see what who shows up. Because it's not about getting your niche 100% perfect before starting. In fact, if you've waited to do that, you've waited too long because we only know what we know when we're when we're in theory what we're crafting, right? What we the point of this is is to get to to start answering some of these foundational questions around your niche and who you're helping and your process like 75% 80% of the way there and then then we get into the marketplace and we start testing. We start putting content out there. We start seeing who's showing up. I mean you may get into and be like you know what actually I don't I don't really love talking about this. I'm actually hearing that most people even though I think this is where most people need help. I'm actually hearing from people that this is where they need help. So, if you've waited, like I said, I'll say it. I've say this all the time. If you've waited until you are so dialed into your niche before you get going, you have waited too long. I actually want you to start when you're just a little bit unsure if this is the direction you want to head because then we start testing and tweaking and refining and we solidify it one way or the other.
>> That's right. That's right. Keep keep going. test, solidify, clarify, and and what what an opportunity. I'm I'm I'm excited by these weekly calls with you. And and you know, here we are in the in the coaching profession. And what I've come to know is that as I continue to invest in myself and especially in business coaching, like we've got to be coached by other others that have been doing this longer that have the expertise because otherwise like like Kathy, it's like it's just we can get all up in our heads and it keeps us from progressing.
>> Absolutely. Yes. So having somebody I always say this like for me for me you know when I first made my first investment and my my first invested my first business coach you know it was a big jump for me. It was a big investment. Um, but you know, my business coach always tells me, she's like, you know, running a business without having a business coach is like saying that you want or like waiting to hire a business coach or join like a business course like this um until like you get your business up and going so that you can, you know, so you'll have some revenue to be able to afford the business coach. It's sort of like saying that you want to get in shape, but you're going to wait to go to the gym until you get in shape, right? like the gym is what's going to get you in shape, right? The business program, the business coach, like that's what's going to help you to actually build the business. And I know for me, I will always and you know, in the the six years I've I've been doing this in in the online space, I've always had a business coach because it is the thing that keeps driving the revenue. It is. And I mean when I first invested in my first business coach, I mean gosh, I had to I had to find the money. I was a single divorced mom. I had to find the money and I did though. But you know within that and I did that and within the first year I grew to a six-figure business. And it's because I hired a mentor. Yeah. Yeah. Amen to that.
>> And it is it's taking it's taking a leap of faith and it's investing in ourselves. And you know I'm a big fan of always being coached.
>> Yes. Absolutely. It is. Yeah, I I totally agree. Totally agree.
>> So, the modules, you know, we've been talking, we've been jumping around a little bit, but let's talk about even, you know, um the the the module one, the like claiming of the expert identity.
>> You know, the reason why I wanted to start with this with this um with this mindset or I'm sorry, with this with this um module is because I really wanted to kind of get everyone's mind right before we started this program. And the reason why I say that is because one of the biggest I think mistakes that I see a lot of new coaches make especially a lot of new health coaches and I me being start you know me being a health coach as well I I I totally understand this and this is normal but we kind of start our business with this idea of like oh I just I kind of want to help everybody even if we think we're niche down right sometimes it's like I I kind of want to help everybody and I I or like we get this fear of like oh my gosh well if I get too specific then I'm really going to miss out on this boat like I could I don't want to like I'm a gut health coach but so I don't want I'm just that's my niche but a gut health coach is not specific enough and there's so there's so many facets of gut health and who struggles with gut health and what stage of life and what like where they're at and so especially if you are wanting to utilize social media as a sales mechanism in your business being a gut health coach isn't enough that is not you're that is not going to get you there so we have to go more specific but I know a lot of the resistance that comes up for people when I push them to go deeper is like, okay, yeah, but I can help everybody with gut health and I've got so much experience here and, you know, I don't want to miss out on business and D and it's this limiting belief. It is a limiting belief and I know it feels counterintuitive, but that when we niche down that we're actually going to make less money and it is completely opposite. And so what I really wanted to dive into just right off the bat, like I said, to get everybody's mind right so we know what we're doing in this program is like listen, uh people don't hire generalists, okay? They they they hire very specific people. They hire clear and confident experts that could help them with their specific problem related to their specific circumstance. Um, and so I really and I also wanted to address in this module really tackling like impostor syndrome headon. Like that is like the number one limiting belief. One of the one of the I wouldn't say yeah I would actually say it's number one. I think it's like the biggest u limiting belief that can prevent a lot of coaches from getting started. Um is is this uh impostor syndrome. And so you know we really this is this whole this whole module is about really staking your claim and owning it confidently and really just getting your mind right to trust the process. So claiming your expert identity uh is really and and and then how do you but then also I take you through a process of like how then do what is my expert identity? How can I discover that so I can then own it and feel confident with it? Right? So, it's a it's a combination of a little confidence building, a little getting your mind right, uh a little release of some limiting beliefs so that we can roll right into nailing your niche, right? Right into the niche alignment um map where we I really take them through a process of blending their story um and their expertise and their experience with market demand and where is that perfect intersection so that you're not just creating a niche that you feel passionate about, but that actually people will pay for. The good news about you about health coaches is that um pretty much every niche that you can come up with as a health coach is a viable niche. Okay? Like we're not going to run into too many unless we get like so so so so so hyper specific, but I've never run into that with all the students that I've coached. So um so yeah, so that that's really kind of where we start off the program.
>> Oh, fantastic. and and you know let's let's get the mind right and then and then you go deeper each one like the what a perfect leadin and to then the the second module which you already spoke about but the niche alignment like each just you know dovetailes into the next
>> yeah absolutely and I want to you know one of so we go from the niche alignment to building out your core offer um and then we and then we really lead into um like I said really like I said the visibility um system um this is I think module five is the longest This is all about so get visibility and like basically this is all about social media you guys. This is what we're talking about here. I think this is the longest module. Um the modules range from anywhere from you know 10 minute like a video there's um I'm not not the modules but the the vid the lessons within the modules um range anywhere from like 10 um you know 8 to 12 minutes. I mean there there are a couple videos though in the social media one that are like 45 minutes. I'm just warning you guys. But I share that with you guys to know that this is this is not surface level social media training. Okay, this is really really indepth. In fact, I I basically um have taken a standalone social media course that I that I have created. I have adapted it and come up with some um uh some unique things to Primal and re revamped it um and put an entire standalone social media course you guys in this course. So that that's that's what we're doing um in module five. And I got to tell you, module six is when we're getting to sales now, prior when I was in corporate America, I was in sales for 20 years. Um and I got to tell you, like I I'm one of those people that loves a discovery call. Some people are like, "Oh my god, I hate it." Now, I'm going tell you what, if you are somebody that says, "Oh my god, I hate it. That feels hard." Again, I want you to lean into the resistance. Why do you hate it? Is it because it feels you feel awkward? You don't you feel like you feel a little pushy? Maybe you feel a little salesy, you feel uncomfortable, like if you're having resistance, it's probably because you're not comfortable with it yet. But in this module, I walk you guys through not just about how to do a discovery call. I'm talking about we talk about how do you actually um what are some different and creative ways to like actually get um do uh to to to do sales off of like social media like using your stories and polls and quizzes and like all these different things using in the DM. So, um I also give you like a stepbystep script basically in um in the in this module of actually how to do a sales call. Um so that it takes all the fear, all the anxiety, all the worry out of it. I really just take all the guesswork out of all of this. Um so yeah.
>> Good to hear you say. It's like then I can practice the script and just memorize it and get a little more familiar with it. And over time, I'll relax a little bit more and it'll it'll become my own. But in the meantime, while I'm learning to walk, so to speak, I've got the guidance of somebody else that's done this. And I mean, when I hear you say that you've had 20 years of sales experience before this, I just want to say thank you for taking what you've done and apply it to to what we're up to now.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Well, that like I said, this is why I get so amped talking about it because I built what's in here. Um, and this the prime, you know, the the the folks over at Prime and myself, we really do believe that this course will be the gold standard for health coaches um in the industry. There's no doubt because there's nobody else that is doing a comprehensive business course like this tailored to health coaches. Um so yeah.
>> absolutely. And Frank is asking, you know, so the weekly calls, is it a group call? You know, how long are they? How how do how do how will we get our answers our questions answered?
>> Yeah. So, um these are a um this is a group call. Um and it is every single week. Um, and the way that I run these group calls is I do like to do um I like to run them as Q&As's and like individual check-ins. So, I love it's going to be um a little bit of a combination of uh you know, a little bit of teaching and then also just checking in um with everybody individually. So, every week you've got the the goal here is for you to um watch the curriculum related to that week, that module, show up. Let's talk about it. Let's answer your questions. Let's implement. And then every week um it's a live coaching call with me. also a um private community that you'll be a part of so that you can um put if you've got some homework you need to put in there that you need some review that you can um get feedback in real time. I'm in the Facebook group so that you're not waiting every single week to answer um to get your questions answered. It's happening also in the private community. And if you can't um if you can't join, that's okay. Okay. What I'd love for you to do is send uh send me a message in the fa in the private community and I answer those questions um in real time. Just Yeah. Yeah. You know, write I'll answer them in on the call um in real time for those who can't show up. So, um like I said, I these calls are not going to be me just teaching. The live calls are not going to just be me, you know, teaching at you for an hour, right? Like this is why you're going to get enough of that from me you guys with all the videos because every module it's not um every module is video based. It's not and it's not hours and hours of video like per module like I created these to where they're bite-size videos. So like lesson one is like a 10-minute video with some resources that go with it. So you're not having to read a bunch of information. You can watch a bite-sized video that you can even speed up on 2x. I watch everything on 2x. So, I just can suggest that. Um, but you can watch a bite-sized video and then you come to the weekly call. Not for me to just retach you everything because you guys are you are smart professionals here. You don't need me to just retach everything you just watched a video on. I want to talk about it and I want to actually um I want to um make sure that we're applying it to your business specifically. Uh, so that's why I structure these calls as like Q&As's and check-ins as opposed to just more teaching.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I love the open coaching format. What's alive with with coaches while they're experimenting and implementing these these new ways of being. I think it's fantastic. And it's true. you know, Jen is, you know, piping up in the in the chat, you know, talking about it's not sales when we're excited to help those people who are seeking us for for our expertise and and, you know, taking the sleas out of sales. And I love what you're up to in module six with an aligned sales system.
>> Yeah. And what I'll say about that too, what this is one of the things that I actually walk you through in this course also is like how to prequalify people before you get on a call. Often times too, what I know is that oftentimes what can be frustrating about discovery calls is when you get on the call with somebody and they're not really your ideal client or they it's not really a great match and then it just feels like a waste of time. But I love what Jen says. It's like when people are really seeking you and your expertise and you have really pre-qualified them and they are a qualified lead to get on a call. Well, then it's just a matter of it's almost like for me it's almost like a game of like, oh my gosh, let me just figure out like how can I help you because I know that I can. Let's figure out what's going on and how I can help you and then it just becomes exciting. Um, so yeah. So I see Frank was asking we'll be able to jump ahead in the course in case we need to do the info for real one application. No. Um, so yeah, Frank, we have done this to where I believe Oh my I believe I believe that we are Oh, I believe that we are releasing everything to them all at once. I'm pretty sure we are. Oh, Frank, now you've caught me because I'm like, are we releasing it or are we dripping it out? Um, I I'm we're gonna need to get Frank's email and we're going to need to just email Frank back on that one because now that now that because we we kind of went back I'm just peeling back the curtain, you guys, and being transparent behind the scenes. We went back and forth in this you guys on whether or not we are going to drip it out or we are going to release it. And I'm going to be I think we're releasing the full course at once so that you can jump ahead. Um, but maybe the team at Primal can get
back to Frank and just confirm that because I don't want to speak out of turn because now I'm now I'm not remembering exactly, but I I think that we are I think that we are um releasing all of us. Okay. Patty says all of us. Okay. Well, this um um Yeah. So, I'm not sure how the team wants to to handle getting that information out because I'm not >> Right. Right. I think even, you know, for anybody specifically, I mean, we can we can set up an appointment to connect with Jen to answer this question as well as any other questions. If you're like on the fence and that's like the one question that's going to keep >> Jen's checking out, thank God for Jen in the chat because I'm like, right. I wanted to be like, "Yes, you get it all at once." And then as soon as I said I was like, "Oh, not right with that." I'm pretty sure. Okay, so Jen's checking. Jen's checking now. Okay, great you guys. That's a great question, Frank. Yes, great question. Um, what other questions are popping up for you guys around I know I'm giving you guys I feel like you guys may be drinking through a fire hose because I'm just giving you guys all this information, but um, you know, clearly I'm pretty pretty excited about this course.
>> I think it's fantastic. I think it's fantastic and and and I'm appreciating how you're taking these overwhelming concepts and really, you know, creating systems that are doable and with like a like a tethered support, you know, like uh like the the astronaut, you know, tethered to the space shuttle. And so, you know, even looking at uh module 8 though, the simplified launch path, you know, to to take it a big thing and make it simple. Will you tell us a little bit about that?
>> Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, one of the So, one of the things that, you know, with coaches, I think that can feel very daunting is actually this word of like launching our business. And I got to tell you, like I never knew I never really knew what like launching the business really um even like meant before I got into like the online space and actually doing a full launch. And the traditional way of teaching a launch um is like what and this is actually what was taught in the previous course which was a um which is a traditional like more like a 10day launch. There's lots of different ways to launch your business. And just to clarify when I say launch, typically what what launching looks like is it is um having like a a traditional way of launching is having an open and closed cart cart um launch where it's like okay the doors will open on this day and it will close on this day and I'm enrolling this cohort or I'm enrolling these people into this program. But the the setup for that and if you're actually going to, you know, and kind of the leadup to that can can be a lot, right? because typically you're maybe you're doing a workshop that leads into that if there's a lot of promotion that has to go on and you know when you actually do a launch like that um it's definitely a more advanced way of launching and what I typically see is that brand new coaches they just don't know enough about marketing and messaging to be able to pull off a launch like that and it can be such a heavy lift they don't know enough uh and they haven't been doing it long enough to really even understand like their ideal avatar like because that just takes time, right? That takes time being out into the the field, like getting to know your ideal person. And so doing a more traditional launch like that, um it is a heavy lift and a lot of new coaches, they end up going through all of that and they they don't they nobody bites. They put together a course and and and they don't bite or people they don't get any sales or, you know, they they go through this whole process and they feel frustrated. And so the the team prime the Aaron Power and I Aaron and I we had discussed kind of um we do go through the 10-day launch for the more advanced students, but I'm actually introducing a brand new way of launching to Primal called the simple launch cycle. And this is a much more beginnerfriendly, low overwhelm, high connection way of getting your offer in front of people. Um, and I got to tell you, um, this th this is this way of launching was originally inspired by my mentor Jill Coleman. And I had then learned it from her and then I adapted it and tweaked it and made it my own and then adapted it even more so for Primal and specifically for Primal. Um, and this is the fastest way, the fastest way and the like the lowhanging fruit way to actually get your offer out there and make money as a new coach, especially as it relates to one-on-one coaching. Um, and so that is so I do teach the simple launch cycle. Um, and then of course I will teach the traditional 10-day launch. Um, but that is really for more advanced scaling. Um, the simple launch cycle is really where new coaches need to start to start getting consistent clients on, you know, every single month. Um, and so, so I'm really excited because this is something brand new that nobody at Primal, uh, even if you were in the previous course, you did not learn this system yet.
>> That's so excellent. And Kathy, you want this for that 28 day challenge you were talking about earlier.
>> Yes, for sure. And then you know Jen did confirm that it is it is not drift everything is opened in the health coach client blueprint you know when program as soon as uh it is shared and then others are then asking Patty's wanting to know well what happens if I fall behind with the lessons can is it also is she able to self-pace
>> absolutely so you know not everybody of course you know life gets in the way right this is the beauty of having the the weekly live call right um where every you know, life gets in the way, if you get behind, you've got access to the modules, just show up to the call no matter what. Even if you hadn't watched a video in two weeks, show up to the call. Where are you at? Let's get you back on track. So, this is why we've designed this to where um it can be you still have the handholding and the live coaching with me. um but if you need to self-pace it. But I will tell you this guys, you guys, the way that we designed this course was really um to give you plenty of time to be able to watch the videos, implement um and and still be able to come to the live call. So I think you guys are going to find that it's very very doable the way that we pace this out.
>> Good. Good. And then what happens at the end of the six months? Um, as as far as what
>> what the the the group calls, you know, like am I just I'm just done. I'm an expert and or how do I access you?
>> Um, this might be a Jen question because I'm not sure if um with the the continuation beyond the six months, the initial six months of the program. I think that that's probably a primal and a gen question. Um, as far as like what happens after the six months um what we'll be offering as far as continuation um and and access to the program, I'm not I'm not sure um what you guys have set up around that.
>> Yeah, that might be nice. That might be nice if there's still like a Facebook group access or something. Or maybe not. Maybe that that wouldn't work. Yeah.
>> Um yeah, like I said, I I'm not sure. Of course, I am, you know, after the program, um, you know, whoever wants to hang around and still get support, um, I'm all for it. I just I'm not sure exactly how Primal had, um, set that piece of it up. Okay, so Jen's saying they only have access to the curriculum for the six months, but they could do an extension if needed. Awesome.
>> Nice.
>> Yeah, perfect.
>> That's what I I thought I remember reading about an extension offer. So, that's that's great.
>> Cool.
>> That's great. Oh, we have such an an alive crowd here today. Let us know. We've got a handful of minutes left with Dear Amber on this special launch day. It's it's it's it's excellent to be with you and to feel your passion and your power around creating this course, really create creating an opportunity to serve a a vulnerable yet inspired group of new coaches to go out there and make some real impact and then also create sustainable incomes for themselves.
>> Absolutely. You know, one of the things that we did not talk about that's also included and this is really um one of the modules how we round it up is how we round, you know, round out the program is all about then client uh client delivery and retention. So I d I go deep into how do you actually deliver a client experience that keeps people coming back? What does it look like then to be refining your program over time? Um, and this because this is I think one of the biggest um things that a lot of new coaches you know they miss or they don't know or they don't understand is that, you know, really to because especially if you are really wanting to use the online space to grow your business um, you know, the the the climate is constantly changing things are constantly changing and so you have to um be able to and also like your your business is changing and and your your ideal client is changing and so you really have to be able to um have some things in place to where you are able to be constantly tweaking, refining, pivoting. You you have to be very fluid in your business if you are going to succeed. And that's really I think just true for any business owner. Fluidity is is super important, but especially in the online space, especially as it relates to, you know, your client attraction system and your marketing and your messaging and your visibility and all of that. It does require a level of fluidity. And so this is what we talk about in module 9 is like how do we then uh, you know, what are some of the things that we need to be considering as we're tweaking over, you know, and refining over time so that we're constantly, you know, delivering um a good product, we get people coming back, we get testimonials um and and what does scaling actually look like? You know, most where I recommend that most coaches start is one-on-one coaching. Now that doesn't mean that that's where you have to stay, but the truth is is that selling one, you know, one to many, which is group programs. A lot of people want to go into that first because they think, "Oh, well, that would just be easier and I don't have enough time." And then they create these group programs and they wonder why they fall flat. They wonder what nobody's buying. And it's because in the beginning when you're creating your business, you only know what you know through your lens. You only know your ideal client through your own experience. Maybe if you've helped other people like maybe that limited experience, you just don't know enough to be able to sell one to many because in a group program, the messaging, the marketing around it, you know, all of that is the most difficult piece of selling a group program and you just don't know enough um in the beginning. You've got to get some reps underneath your belt with one-on-one coaching. Really feeling secure in your process because one of the easiest ways to scale is starting with one-on-one. And you don't have to be there forever. Get a handful under your belt. Know your ideal client. Understand the process that you and you know that you uh and the transformation that you can offer people. Get testimonials. Create a framework around that. And that's one of the things I help you in this program is creating like a marketing framework. Not just like your process of the program, but like literally your positioning of the program in the marketplace, like your signature method and then taking that and creating a group program out of that. But if you just try to go right to the group program, more times than not, it falls flat, right? And so I just share all that to say um in as part as we like wrap things up in in the program I then we then talk about like okay what does scaling actually look like then right? How do what is kind of the next steps? We start with one-on-one, we get traction, we sell one-on-ones, we work with some clients and then how do we then scale that because eventually you do want to you do if you're really wanting to grow your business depending on your goal grow uh your goals for the business one-on-one you will eventually cap out. So group programs, courses, things like that are a healthy part of a or are integral part of a healthy product suite for a viable business, but you can't start there. Um, and so we spend some time in especially as we start to wrap up the program like what's next? Where do we go from here? Scaling. Yeah.
>> Fantastic.
>> Yeah.
>> Fantastic. What a treat we're into. All right. Are there any more questions? Anybody I think next steps will be and let's talk about it why um signing up now is is an ideal time to get in on this course.
>> Yeah. So, you know, one of the great things about launching this course now in September is because this is a six-month course and I have to tell you like one of the best times to actually launch for coaches in their business is the beginning of the year. As we know for for health coaches I mean we know as health coaches right the beginning of the year January February this is when people New Year's resolutions when people are starting over fresh for the year it is a great time to be able to serve people and to be able to launch your business and so we wanted to design this to where people who are getting going now in September are going to be a first, you know, this this first cohort um that by the time we get to January, you know, because at that point it's we're months in. By the time we, you know, what is that? Four months in. Um, by the time we get to January, which is like prime time launch season. Well, I mean, at this point, we are absolutely you're going to know exactly who you're helping, the problem you're solving, what your process is. You're going to have your first offer, and we're going to we're going to start, you know, really growing your getting traction on social media. So, by joining now, you are positioning yourself um in an incredible position to uh be set up for for the beginning of the year to launch. if you wait um now we're talking uh, you know, it won't be until, you know, you know, months out and you might miss that window. So it really is um just a great time um to be able to position yourself to start getting clients especially at the beginning of the year when the market is hot to be able to help people.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. When the market's hot and to be able to serve to be able to help people. And how about the bonuses within the course? Um, you know what? I do not have the I can pull those up because I'm like, I don't have those right in front of me. So, hang on. But I do have But I can get them right in front of me. Hold, please. I've got them at my fingertips. Um, because yes, we've got some good bonuses. Okay. Um, hang on. Let me just pull these up really quickly. I want to share with you guys. I'm going to tell you guys, like seriously, the resources that I give you in this course, like per module, it's insane. But just to even sweeten the pot, to like make this a no-brainer for you guys, we wanted to put together some bonuses. Um, and so really to take any, you know, to take any of any fears or worries that you guys have. So bonus number one, I'm going to give you guys a 30day client kickstart calendar. So, this is really a um a a calendar that I'm going to give you guys that is really kind of souped to nuts on how how do we then 30-day kind of um 30-day uh client attraction system on this one calendar. Like, how do we start to map this out? So, the 30-day client kickstart calendar. I also have um bonus number two is what I call plug-and-play visibility templates. So, this is where I'm giving you guys 10 plug-and post IHEL bio template um I help statements like that you I use on your bio on Instagram like 10 plug-and post IHEL bio templates. I've got also um 10 viral post templates for health coaches. So, these are not just these templates that I'm giving you guys for like viral posts. These are not just ones that I've just like made up. These are ones that have been tested and tried in the marketplace with various niches and they've been adapted to where you could use them as a health coach. Um, I also give you in this bonus DM conversation starter scripts to take the guesswork out of um the DM conversations until you can get really comfortable with having DM uh conversations with people. I also give you bonus number three is the zero salesy conversation scripts. So, this is really um where I'm going to give you a uh some some scripts that you can use on your actual sales call so that you don't feel salesy or pushy or any of those emotions that can come up. I also give you in that um there's like an objection reframe toolkit. So, how do you then approach objections that people have um on those sales calls? I also give you um a um the uh oh this one right here. Yeah, this is the client attraction blueprint um cheat sheet. So this is going to be five fasttrack strategies um so that you get seen by your ideal client. I also give you 15 plug and post story prompts. So, this is how you can actually start using your stories, which by the way is the most underutilized feature on Instagram for actually you like getting clients off of it. Most people just use it to like post pictures of their kids and what's going on in their day and that's great, but you actually can be using it um because your stories are like your hottest people are following you. So, I give you some plug-in post story prompts to be able to use in your stories. I also give you some copy and paste um a copy and paste call toaction library. So on your post um if you constantly find yourself posting like, "Hey, DM me if you want to know how to work with me." And then you wonder why you're never getting people to DM you back, it's because you need to get a little bit more creative with your call to action. So I give you some copy and paste call to actions um that you can um take a look at. I also give you um because I know that chat GBT is an incredible resource for our coaches. Um, you know, when I first started my business, I didn't we didn't have chat GBT um but now this has just become an incredible resource to be able to help you to do some things in your business. Um but only if you know how to work it. So bonus number five is 40 Chat GBT prompts to be able to li uh land clients faster. And I'm really excited about that because Chad GBT is incredible if you know how to talk to it. Um, we take the guesswork out of that. So, that's just a brief overview um of of just of kind of some of the bonuses that we are giving away. Um, yeah, that
>> wonderful to hear all this. Thank you so much. much. I mean, it's so jam-packed. And and Chris Ducket is even saying that she's taken course or that they've taken courses with you before and they're super excited about this. And so, you've got like past students returning. You've got experienced, you've got newbies and folks that are wanting to turn their family members into uh customers for as well. But Darlene is asking, "When is the first call?" Um, this I think is going to be a Jen question because I'm not exactly sure like I've got I'm not exactly sure. I'm doing week- toeek calls now, but I don't know when the enrollment process for this iteration is happening. So, I don't know um that would be a gen question of when this group since we're just launching today if there is a specific date that this is um that the these that these will be enrolling. Um, so, yeah. So, maybe Jen can answer that question.
>> Fantastic. Yeah. Wonderful.
>> Um, yes. So, Frank's saying, "If I heard this right, we could still be in this even if we haven't really started with our niche and we're gonna Yes, actually that's the best time to be in this course, right? Because we start from the beginning, right? So, yes, absolutely. So, um Okay. Yeah. Is all in their first Okay. So yeah, we're starting enrollments now and then um so the first call then I guess so then if if we're starting enrollments now then I believe the first call the first live call would probably then be October I mean September 30th would probably be September 30th because we do not have a call for this course next week. So the first call would be September 30th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Excellent. Well, I I appreciate the willingness to figure it out on the fly. We've had a wonderful community experience here today. It's it's so great to have you, Amber, and I celebrate all all your hard work and the creative process along the way and now how we get to u benefit from your success and then also grow our own.
>> Oh, well, thank you so much. It's been such an honor. And I also just want to give a shout out to Chris. Thank you, Chris, for giving me a shout out that you've done some short curs courses with me. That makes me happy. I'm really excited. I'm excited that you're excited about this. Um, and yes, I really, um, this, like I said, the the team, you know, at Primal and I, we worked really hard on this course. Um, we're all really really proud of it. Um, I know I I know what's in this course and so and I'm just excited to deliver and I'm mostly excited to get in the trenches and build these businesses with these students. So, um, yeah, I'm pumped. So, I appreciate Thank you for letting me rant about this course and get all fired up. Um, but I'm pumped.
>> Absolutely. This is so great. I'm going to put the the link one more time into um actually, is it into the chat and then please set up an appointment to talk to Jen if you have any questions and enroll now. You don't want to miss out on doing your first launch for Q1. Yep, that's right. Absolutely.
>> You take care. Aloha everybody. Bye-bye.
>> Thank you.
