5 ways to EARN money with notebookLM's NEW video feature (with PROOF)

Every shift in tech creates two types of people. The ones who just consume it and the ones who turn it into opportunity. Notebookm just gave you the second option and I ran the numbers. This right now, it's literally like buying prime real estate before the city gets built around it. But in 12 months, everyone will wish they saw it earlier. So today, I want to show you the five ways to turn it into real income with proof that the market is already paying for it. And before we go into these five, let me explain what Notebook LM is, what it has done in terms of this new update, and why it is so revolutionary.

So, if you are completely new to Notebook LM, this is an AI tool that allows anyone to create a restricted knowledge base. So, unlike ChatGPT or Gemini or Claude, who have access to all of the internet, Notebook LM allows you to only give it a set of information, whether that's a document or website or some videos, and then use that as a restricted knowledge base. So, it will not hallucinate. It will only provide output based on that knowledge base. And before, we had a few options in terms of the output format. The most incredible one, and the one that was completely mind-blowing for a lot of people who I've exposed to Notebook LM, was the audio output. So, essentially, it used to create this very engaging podcast-style audio that can be only one person or two people in a conversation talking about the knowledge in the knowledge base that you create, which is so, so, so fun literally just to listen to.

Now, they've added video. I mean, that takes things to the next level because not only is video a lot easier to consume, but also it makes consuming that information a lot faster, a lot easier, a lot clearer as well, and a lot more fun. And I don't want you to imagine that the video that it creates is V3 type AI-generated video. No, what it does is it creates these slide-like visuals that are very simple, very minimalist, but created specifically based on the knowledge base that you have shared. So, they are unique to you, and they're very easy to consume. They're very easy to look at and get the information, you know, extract that information easily and absorb it, which I think is a great, great next step. So, all these five ideas that I'm going to share with you today are based on this new feature that I think is going to completely revolutionize how we consume information moving forward. So, why don't we start with idea number one?

Look, in every booming industry, there is one job that never goes away, and that is the person who knows more faster than everyone else. But there's the thing, today information is everywhere. You do not need more information. You don't need a newsroom. You don't need a team of researchers. In fact, you need less because everyone with an interest has the same problem. The signal is buried under a lot of noise. And the truth, in my opinion, is that the future belongs to the trusted filters, not the loudest broadcasters. What do I mean by this? Right now, business leaders, investors, even hobbyist communities are drowning in information. Every day brings hundreds of new headlines, loads of new content, but maybe five actually matter. So, the catch is that pulling those five takes time. Time that people don't have. Time that you can sell back to them through what I call daily research automation. Because in a world that's drowning in noise, your audience, or someone else's, doesn't need more information. They need the right information at the right time from someone that they actually trust. And I think David Ogilvy said that, "Give me the freedom of a tight brief." I mean, that's what a daily research format would be. It's a tight brief on exactly what matters, and it forces clarity. It builds trust, and trust turns into retention. Why? Well, because the daily format forces that discipline. It pushes you to cut the fluff and deliver only what's essential. And that focus is what's going to build trust faster than anything else.

And the proof is already in the market. I mean, look at all the YouTube channels that have grown in the last few years focused on specific news, whether it's crypto-related or AI-related. There are so many news channels nowadays exactly for this particular reason. Not only that, but paid niche newsletters have grown over 40% year-over-year for the last three years, according to Substack's 2024 report. And I mean, look at Morning Brew. They have gathered over 4 million subscribers and $50 million in revenue, all built on the back of a daily briefing. So, what do you do? Well, you can use Notebook LM to automate that and not just save time, but create trust through an engine that compounds every single day.

So, how do you actually do that? First of all, you pick a niche, whether it's AI investing or crypto regulation or sustainability or marketing trends, whatever your community, or somebody else's community, cannot afford to miss. And then you set up some sort of research automation. I would recommend Manis. This is what we use, but you can use whichever tool you're most familiar with in order to scrape the web and distill the most relevant insights every single day. With Manis, actually, you can create a daily scheduled task. So, every single day, you wake up to the report already created by Manis for you. Now, once the system is running, you feed that document into Notebook LM's new video feature. And instead of sending out or publishing to your own community or sharing with your client a boring PDF or a text newsletter, you create a few minutes' worth of daily briefing show. This is a podcast-style audio but with slides that visually reinforce the main points, like I said, which I think is perfect for quick consumption. So, you can take that and deliver it to a private feed, a paid newsletter, a gated school or Slack community, and people will pay for something like this if they cannot afford to miss that kind of information. How do I know that? Well, because people are doing that right now. Think private investor clubs, corporate executive briefings, niche community daily updates. Um, there is someone called Ben Thompson, and he has this um newsletter that's called Stratechery, I think, and basically, they have gathered over 40,000 paid subscribers, and they charge $15 a month or $150 per year. And not only that, but there are paid daily briefings in private school communities nowadays, charging $29 a month all the way to, I think, $99 a month. And most of those don't even bother with video. So, you can do the math um and decide if this is worth your time and effort, but these are real results from real people who have been doing something along the lines of what I'm sharing with you today. And if you do decide to offer this as a service, your pitch should be simple. You will always know exactly what matters without spending hours finding it. Just that. And I know many times people ask me in the comments, well, why wouldn't they do it for themselves? Well, because they don't know how to automate the process. Because they don't want to waste hours digging through questionable sources. Maybe because they just don't have time. Or maybe because they trust your judgment on what is worth knowing. I mean, this is how you become the trusted voice for your niche, or you help someone else do that instead. The one that they check first thing in the morning. I mean, a lot of people would pay a lot to be that first thing in the morning kind of voice that people listen to and watch. And if you think that's powerful, wait until you see what happens when you take this same idea and start creating their content for them, better than they could ever do it themselves.

So, let's move to idea number two. Because in every industry, there is a small group of people who look like they have endless ideas. Every day, there is a new post, new content, perfectly framed and beautifully done, always ahead of the conversation. And in case you didn't know, they have a secret. Ideas are currency. The more often you spend them, the richer you become. The truth is that most of those brilliant thought leaders are not sitting at their desk crafting posts all day. They have help. And hopefully, many of them also have a system, and they pay for it. Because consistency in thought leadership is not about being online all the time, but it's about showing up with something that is worth saying every time. This idea, I'm calling it ghost thought leadership capsules, because these are short, sharp content that makes busy experts look like they have all the time in the world to create. Think every CEO, every founder, every investor that has lots of ideas, but they also have a problem. Their ideas are valuable, but they never leave their head. And when they do, they're either buried in a meeting transcript, a podcast that no one has heard, or a messy email thread. And that is where you can make a huge difference. And when I say that, what I mean is help them get more clients, more promotions, get investors, build a brand. And before you think, oh, but how am I going to do this? I need you to stop right there because I want to explain.

So, here's what you do. First of all, your client needs to pick the topics that they want to be known for: leadership, innovation, sustainability, AI trends, industry analysis, whatever. Then, you can run a daily research automation, just like I showed you in idea number one, or you can pull from their previous work, whether it's podcasts or talks or videos that maybe they've made, or meeting recordings, whatever they can share with you. And based on that, you will create a Notebook LM knowledge base. Okay, feed that into the video feature, and then out in a couple of minutes will come a short podcast-style capsule, maybe two or three minutes of distilled insight in their brand voice with visual slides to match. And they can use that on their social media. They can use it on LinkedIn, for example. And if you want to go the next level, you can run the final script through a voice clone so that it literally sounds like them. You can simply download the audio from Notebook LM. You can take the transcript either with Descript, or you can put it into Dropbox and then feed that into 11 Labs and create a clone of their voice. And then all of a sudden, the video also sounds like them.

"All right, welcome to the explainer. We've got to talk about what's happening in AI because four have been..."

And with this, they literally now have a constant stream of polished, on-brand content without touching a keyboard. Same for you, almost no touching the keyboard, and you just hand them a folder every week or every two weeks with ready-to-post clips for LinkedIn, for X, maybe for their internal communication. And why would that sell? Well, because executives and founders and niche experts know they should be posting more, but they don't because it takes too much time. Because they second-guess what to say, and because they don't have a system to keep it flowing. And if you wonder how I know, well, it's because we do this type of work and we work with these types of people every single day in both of our companies. And not only that, but outsourced authority content is up 36% in the last year. And everything that I've shared is not even video-first. But with Notebook LM, you are delivering thought leadership that is more engaging, more sharable, and more differentiated for the same budget or even less. So again, your pitch should be simple. You're already the expert. We just make sure that everyone sees it every week without fail. You're not selling content, okay? You are selling perceived presence. And perceived presence is what gets them speaking gigs, higher valuations, inbound deal flows. And the best part is that once you become the person that's shaping their voice in public, you become indispensable. And indispensable service providers do not get replaced. They get referred. And if you think executives have budget for looking smart on LinkedIn, well, wait until you see what brands will pay to train everyone inside their organization with a single piece of evergreen content.

So, let's jump into the next idea. Idea number three. Look, some of the most profitable videos that you can create are also probably the least glamorous. They're not ads. They're not fancy hooks. They're just answers. Because the truth is that in business, the questions rarely change. Only people asking them do. Now, most companies, based on what I'm seeing, bleed time in two very important places: sales and onboarding. That literally happens every time a prospect asks, "How does this work?" And the sales teams have to repeat the same answers to the same questions over and over. Or every time a new hire says, "Can you walk me through that again?" And then managers train new hires one-on-one over and over and over again. I mean, it's expensive. It's inconsistent. And it just slows down everything. It's a huge drain on momentum. And I think it was Peter Drucker who said, "Nothing is less productive than to make more efficient what should not be done at all." I mean, repeating the same explanations live is a perfect example because they can record it once, do it right, and then never waste the same time again. And that's what you can offer to them. You can turn their most important explanations into evergreen brand education videos, once perfectly, forever. And you can do that with Notebook LM's new video feature so beautifully because you can take the company's most important explanations, their uh FAQ, their sales call breakdowns, their internal training documentation, their how-to guides if they have them, and then feed them into Notebook LM. And then use the video feature to turn them into short, clear podcast-style videos that teach exactly what prospects or new employees need to know in the brand's voice with visuals to match. And of course, you can custom clone a voice and use that to speak in the voice of the business owner if that's important to them as well. And removing friction from sales cycles. I mean, that closes deals faster. And again, here, your pitch needs to be simple. Instead of wasting hours repeating yourself, we turn your best answers into permanent assets that scale across your entire company. And trust me, once they see the ROI, they will want the next FAQ done, and the next, and the next, and the next. And in the next idea, we will take the same principle, but aim at a completely different market with a completely different level of urgency.

So, let's move to idea number four. And here we're talking about nonprofits because every great nonprofit lives and dies on one thing: the ability to move people. Donors do not give to statistics. They give to stories. But the problem is that most nonprofits are sitting on them and barely scratch the surface. Over 10 years, they've run dozens of programs. They have helped thousands of people, worked with incredible partners, and yet, when it's time to apply for a grant or launch a campaign or pitch a major donor, they are scrambling for a half-remembered anecdote or a few grainy photos. Look, the most powerful person in the world is the storyteller. That's not me, that's Steve Jobs. And with story mining, which is idea number four, you can turn their forgotten moments into an on-demand library of emotional and visual narratives. So, how do you do that? You can take their existing content, whether it's annual reports or board meeting notes or press coverage or social posts or impact surveys, and then feed them into your knowledge base, into Notebook LM. And then AI becomes your historian because it can identify recurring themes. It can uh identify standout stories and key moments in the organization's history. And then, using this new video feature, you can package each one into a short slide-based podcast-style video, something that they can drop into a fundraising email or social campaign or a gala presentation. And this way, you are not making anything up. You are mining their own archives and giving it back to them in a form that actually inspires action. Now, if you do decide to go and offer this, your pitch again should be very simple. We will turn your forgotten history into living, breathing stories that win donors, grants, and community support without hiring a film crew. Once you've built that library for them, it becomes an asset that they can reuse for years in grant applications, in donor follow-ups, in social media events. And the huge opportunity is in the fact that nonprofits are always applying for new funding. So, the work never really stops. And if you think this is a great opportunity, like I showed you, to bring their past to life, well, wait until you see what businesses will pay to recap their big moments in real time.

So, idea number five. This has to do with big events because every big event has two versions: the one that you attend and the one that you remember. I've been to so many of them, and trust me, I know what I'm talking about. For most people, those are two very different experiences because, look, you go to a conference, sit through, I don't know, 20 talks, take some notes, and then two weeks later, it's all a blur of half-remembered ideas and a tote bag full of swag that you will never use. Now, flip that perspective to the event organizers and sponsors' point of view because they have just spent hundreds of thousands to put on an experience, and clearly, they want that impact to last as long as possible after the chairs are stacked. But the problem is that most post-event recaps are just highlight reels. They look nice, but they don't actually capture the knowledge that made the event worth attending. "The shortest distance between two points is a good story," according to Robert McKee. And you can achieve that with Notebook LM's new video feature because you can turn those events into knowledge assets. So, how do you do that? Clearly, step number one would be to gather your knowledge base. So, you can take the event transcripts, keynote speeches, panel discussions, fireside chats, whatever they give you access to, and then you feed them into Notebook LM and guide the AI to pull out key takeaways or trends or quotable insights. And then package them into short, slide-based podcast-style videos, one for each session or a single one like the top 10 insights recap. And then attendees get to relive the learning. Sponsors get content that they can share for months. Organizers get a proof-of-value asset that sells next year's tickets. In the B2B space, post-event content is one of the top three drivers of lead generation ROI. So, keep that in mind when you go and make your pitch. And how should that pitch be? Again, simple. You can say, "We turn your event into an on-demand masterclass. So, the learning, the sponsors, and the buzz last long after the lights go down." And if you're wondering, well, why would they not do it themselves? Well, because they don't have the workflow to process hours of raw footage and transcripts into something that people will actually watch. And because speed matters. The sooner you publish, the more relevant it feels. And Notebook LM is going to let you deliver within days, not weeks, probably even hours. But I don't want to overpromise. And the thing is, once you've done it, once you can sell a retainer to cover every event that they host that year and the following years.

And if you think the budgets here are big, well, I have another idea, but I'm not counting that one because this is something that hopefully you have seen throughout this video. The fun part is that we have literally been using this idea right now in this video. So, what I did was I took my finished script for this video and I put it into Notebook LM, and then I let it generate a slide-based podcast-style version that you have seen snippets of throughout the video. Now, obviously, if you have a channel, feel free to use this for your own videos as well, but you can offer this to some of the channels that you would like to work with because, trust me, we are struggling to find good visuals to increase retention, to increase engagement, and to add more value to our viewers, to make everything we talk about easier to understand, to absorb, and to retain. So, this would be a great idea to offer to someone, and you can position it either as an add-on to the production of their actual videos or as a way to repurpose the video into one or several pieces of content that they can then reuse on some of their other platforms or in their own communities. Literally, you would be saying, "You give me your raw script or your long-form video, and I will give you a second high-impact piece of content ready to publish anywhere." And you can see it working because you're watching it right now.

All right, that was it for today. Thank you so, so much for watching. I really hope that these ideas were interesting and that you are going to go ahead and apply them. I truly, truly believe that they make such a big difference in any business's success. And if you go and apply them and you keep up the momentum and you don't just listen and watch the video and move on, you are going to see some really, really nice progress. And if you want to come and apply them together with over 10,000 other people, you are most welcome to come and join our free community. We are going to add the QR code here so you can come and join us. We have AI challenges every two weeks. We have a call every two weeks where we share and discuss about all things AI and how to practically apply everything that I talk about in these videos. You're going to be surrounded by loads of other people who not only are on the exact same path as you are, but are also fun, and some of them very experienced, some are very new to this. So, you have a wide range of people at different stages of their journey, so you can learn from each and every one of them. I really hope to see you on the other side. In the meantime, like this video if you did.
