Let's be honest, almost every one of us lives with the feeling from childhood: "I'm not like everyone else." As if there is something special inside: potential, talent, character, something that sooner or later should explode. But years go by, and this potential remains inside: unrealized or even unrecognized. You work, you pull out other people's projects, you help others get treasures, create companies, projects, and you keep putting yourself aside. In your head, the thoughts are always: "Later, now is not the time, I'll gain some experience, I'll finish my work tasks, and then I'll get to my own things." Spoiler: you won't. There will be no strength or time left. And you should accept this unpleasant truth, otherwise you will work for someone else's goals your whole life. And what happens? While some toil for others' goals, others have already given up or, perhaps more correctly, have resigned themselves to the fact that they have already lost in this life, nothing special awaits them. But you know what unites both of them? Everyone lives with the expectation that the very moment will come, a chance will appear, that someone will notice, and it will suddenly work out. But this day never comes. The dream fades, ideas die in phone notes, and a person gets used to living on minimal settings. Gradually, they start to think: "Well, probably everyone is like this. And if everyone is like this, then everything is normal." And this is the most dangerous delusion, because among us there are people who, in exactly the same conditions, begin to grow and reach a completely different level. At the same time, they are not smarter or more talented than others, but for some reason, they succeed, and most do not. Why does this happen? I found the answer to this question when I spent 100 hours talking with billionaires, both as part of a podcast and in personal conversations. 100 hours of very frank, sometimes, by the way, often painful, sometimes absolutely unexpected conversations with outstanding people, with those who not only earned a lot of money, but who truly unlocked their potential. And the more I listened to them, the clearer I saw, they think differently. Not in the sense that they are some kind of geniuses. No, they simply have a completely different perspective. They, simply put, prioritize differently. They have a different attitude towards money. They make decisions differently, they approach life differently in general. And, by the way, it was for this very reason that I once started the podcast. I wanted to understand how those who actually make billions think, what they think about at all, how their thinking is simply structured. And during this time, I saw a colossal difference between them and between those who, year after year, do not move from their place, but simply dream and doubt. And today I will tell you what the difference is. And I think that these realizations can truly divide your life into before and after. And moreover, I consciously want to dedicate a good half of today's time to the topic of money, because it is here that confusion most often begins. This video will help you, on the one hand, to discard the unnecessary, and on the other hand, to understand what is holding you back, to set priorities, and to return to your true goals. Well, let's start. Before that, friends, a small friendly reminder. Be sure to subscribe to my Telegram channel. I am much more active there, I share my lifestyle, my thoughts, insights, challenges, concrete life advice. So subscribe, the link will be in the description. The QR code will be somewhere here on the screen. Let's go. Let's dispel a myth right away. Many dream of becoming billionaires. It's a kind of special achievement, a symbol of success. Especially in youth, I think many guys dream about it. For example, for startups, building a unicorn, that is, a company worth more than a billion dollars, this, by the way, does not mean that you will become a billionaire, because often you retain a very small stake in this company. Nevertheless, building a unicorn and getting into Forbes magazine or the Forbes list with this achievement somehow, it's a top dream. Moreover, if I talk about myself, I myself, as a teenager, constantly flipped through Forbes magazines, bought them, I liked all of this very much, these covers, these big numbers, and so on, it was very inspiring. And I thought that the main thing in the life of an entrepreneur, a businessman is to become a billionaire, to earn a lot of money. And so, in fact, I lived with this idea for quite a long time. Well, let's try to figure it out a bit now. Do you even imagine this amount, well, just for your understanding, a billion dollars, if we take hundred-dollar bills, it's 10 tons of money. Another comparison that will clearly show you what a billion dollars is. If we take 1 billion and count this money in one-dollar bills, and count 1 dollar every second, it will take us, attention, 115 days without stopping. And I didn't ask myself these questions in my youth, but now, of course, I do. And I will ask you. For example, if you have such an idea to become a billionaire, to earn a billion dollars, why is this personally for you? The reality of existence, what does it consist of? That in reality, money becomes enough for everything you need very early on. Of course, when you are just starting, every increase in income is very, very noticeable. For example, you earn 100,000 rubles. You can afford some benefits, rent an inexpensive apartment, maybe go to a cafe once a month, travel by metro. Then you start earning 300,000. This is a better apartment, you have a restaurant not once a month, but more often. Some clothes also appear. And in general, with a good scenario, you can travel a few times a year, if you saved a little, saved a little, for example, on vacation. And so, at the start, this is, you know, a low base effect. The more you earn, the better and more comfortable your life becomes. Then, I don't know, a million, the difference is very large, a million to 5 million is a big difference. But at the moment when you reach the mark of 10-20 million rubles per month, then the interesting fact is that your life practically does not change. Well, because simply with such an income level, you have what? You already have an apartment, you have a country house, you have a car, possibly a second or third one, for every day. Your family's needs are provided for. You travel regularly on vacation. You can afford to fly to the hotels you want, on the planes you want. And all the global perks of life without any extraordinary excesses, like dousing yourself with champagne in Monaco, you can afford it calmly. So, with a large, not extremely large income, all your desires are closed very quickly. And then the question arises: what's next? And here, in fact, is a thought that I once gleaned from dialogues with people who have earned huge fortunes, measured in billions of dollars, that globally money stopped motivating them at very early stages. And I often heard that yes, of course, when we first started, we motivated ourselves with some houses, cars, we bought helicopters, and so on, when it really ignited in youth and brought some adrenaline into life. But then you need new meanings. And in fact, if you think about it a little, what inspires people and the lives of people who have earned huge fortunes, measured in billions of dollars, is not the amount of money itself and the inability to buy all the trinkets you want, but the scale of tasks that these people solve daily. Because when you have a large capital, you have the opportunity to do absolutely anything you want, to launch any projects from research centers, charity, sports, I don't know, racing, up to launching rockets to Mars. As you understand, you need to seek inspiration not in the amount of money, but in the scale of tasks you want to work on, because this is a much longer-term goal. It is much more beneficial for you, for society, and for a generally healthier perception of reality. I will tell you an example of a useful thing that we are doing. And so, about four years ago, I had a desire to create an ecosystem that unites people interested in finance, interested in the crypto market. And so, for more than 4 years now, my team and I have been developing a huge crypto community with over 10,000 people. And the most interesting thing is that it's absolutely free. There is no entry fee, no funnels, no paid subscriptions, courses, or anything else. There are 11,000 great people. A knowledge base, trading chats, training, analytics, real setups, live communication. every day. This is our big good deed. This is a space for those who want to understand finance in general, to understand how the modern market works. I am sure that even if you are just starting, you will find a huge amount of useful information, an environment, content from like-minded people in our ecosystem. If you are already deeply into crypto, then for you it is an absolutely mandatory and extremely useful tool. In general, if you are interested, come join. I will leave the link in the description. The QR code will be somewhere here on the screen. And let's go further. And now let's dispel another myth about money. So, as we all think, if we have 1 billion dollars in our account tomorrow, we will naturally all become happier. I think that many of you, of course, have this thought, especially if you want something in life. But what if I reveal to you, well, not a secret, but nevertheless tell you one thing, that among other things, you will have a huge amount of headaches, starting with banal questions. How to store it, how to distribute it, how to protect your assets, protect your capital in the conditions of this global instability. You can't just take this money and put it in the bank. Tomorrow the bank goes bankrupt, that's it, you're left with no money. You have a huge burden, huge responsibility. And what's most interesting, for example, now, when you take any action in life, in business, or elsewhere, you are, of course, also responsible, but you have a cost of error. For someone, it's, I don't know, $100, for someone $1,000, for someone $10,000, for someone $100,000, and here the cost of error starts to be measured in tens, or even hundreds of millions of dollars. Now just try to imagine this for a second. And imagine this picture, that everything is exactly like this. You have this burden of responsibility. And how will you fall asleep, simply, in the evening, knowing that all this lies on your shoulders. But the most interesting thing is that you can feel it on your fingertips only when you sit with a person, talk one-on-one like this, and in 99% of cases, they cannot talk about it in public. But in personal communication, they tell you about their problems, their worries, about the burden they carry, and you start to feel it. And only then do you understand that only a few people in the world can withstand such a life load. Moreover, if we look at the truth, we see a very interesting thing, that very many of you, including yourselves, block your own development, prevent yourselves from earning more money, growing in your career, growing in business, opening up opportunities for yourselves. Simply because our brain subconsciously keeps us at the previous level in order not to receive a greater load, greater responsibility. I think you all understand that this is a banal protective function of our body. The brain simply protects its own psyche. Therefore, again, from this personal communication, I understood an interesting thing, that when I look at a very rich person, at their yachts, planes, or whatever, and, accordingly, envying their beautiful life and the opportunities that open up before them, you should always remember what is on the other side of the scale, because the amount of money is always directly proportional to the amount of problems and responsibility you receive. And the lives of most of these people, and I know quite a few of these people, dozens of people, and many of them were on my podcast, by the way, they don't have it like, today I woke up and today I want to work, and tomorrow I don't want to, tomorrow I plan to go on vacation. No, they have accepted the basic rules of the game, they cannot refuse these rules of the game. Moreover, even if tomorrow this person says: "That's it, I'm tired of this life, I want to go downshift, I don't need all this business, I don't need all this capital, I'm just tired of it, I want to change the rhythm of life." He cannot do it, because his partners, investors, clients, counterparties, and so on, they have essentially captured his life. And the person himself is a hostage and serves the resources that he initially created. Therefore, naturally, in these youthful conversations, all these big numbers, billions of dollars, sound very, you know, romantic, and you want to strive for it, you want to be motivated by it. But you should always ask yourself the question: what is on the other side of the scale? What problems, what responsibility? Therefore, ask yourself the question: maybe you, for example, don't need as much as you want? You don't need 10 billion, a billion, or even 100 million. Think about it for a second. Write in the comments, by the way, how much do you think you need? Well, now let's move on. It might seem to you now that I am dissuading you from wanting to earn a lot of money, but no. In fact, it's the opposite. I just want those who are listening to me today to have a very clear understanding and, you know, honesty with themselves about what lies behind all of this. not the fairy tales we read in magazines or see in some books, not the beautiful pictures from social networks, but the real experience of people who have gone through this path themselves and understood what it's like. And it so happened that in my life I have truly, perhaps, a unique opportunity to get access to these people, to meet them, to communicate, to ask questions, to listen to their advice and to listen to stories about their lives in general. And often, of course, it is inspiring and motivating, but on the other hand, it is frightening when you understand what lies behind this screen that we don't see in the public space. So, these people have already made their choice, and I suggest you now make your own independent choice. Let's imagine a situation. So, you promised yourself to go for a run every day exactly at 6:00 PM. So, a sports regimen. Let's get ourselves in shape. So, the next day, you are unexpectedly asked to stay late at the office. Moreover, regardless of your status. For example, you work for hire, you want to advance in your career, and here your boss comes up to you and says: "Listen, Sasha, the situation is such that we need to finish the budget, we need to finish the reports, the month is closing, so let's sit late today, work." Second situation, you are, in fact, the owner of your own business, you are in your own office, and you understand that a project is burning. Your employees, your colleagues are not pushing it through. Your personal involvement, your attention is needed here and now. I remind you, you planned to go for a run at 6:00 PM. And at this moment, you've just sat down to work, you've already refused the run. Your wife calls and asks you to pick up the child from kindergarten. She says: "It's 1 o'clock, I can't make it. The nanny is sick, you have to pick him up." Now the main question: everything coincided at the same time. What will you choose, and what will you postpone? Why am I asking this question? Very often, probably even usually, we want everything and immediately in life, so that there is realization, and health, and family, and friends, and so on, and to go on vacation, and to the mountains, and to earn money, all together. What do we do at this moment? Especially when we make these beautiful plans for the year before New Year or after New Year or for a birthday, we write ourselves a lot of goals in all areas of our life, as we were taught, the wheel of balance, and we have to do all this in parallel. What happens in practice, I also understood this very clearly and vividly from communicating with people who have built large companies, who have earned a lot of money, is that in practice there is always competition. Competition not only with business competitors or competition within the office between colleagues, but competition between your personal goals that you set for yourself. So, an important conclusion that I made and that I want to convey to you is that in fact, if you want, if we want, you can achieve absolutely any goal in life if you focus on it. But a very important nuance is that it is impossible to achieve 100 goals in parallel. And therefore, when making important life decisions, it is very important to honestly identify priorities and determine the sequence of actions not only today within the day and not within the week, but in life over several years. And to be very honest with yourself: what is more significant for you today? What is your biggest goal? Do you want to earn money, or do you want to get abs, or build a family, or spend wonderful time with friends at a bar, on a ski slope, or somewhere else? What is most important? What to focus on? So, the absolute majority, absolutely all huge results in life are achieved precisely by refusing unnecessary things in life. This is clearly seen from communication with, well, with great outstanding entrepreneurs who have dedicated their entire lives to business, who have put everything on it, who have dedicated all their focus to one area of life. And I think it's no secret to any of you. You know, a huge number of such examples when entrepreneurs sacrificed their health, family, friends, travel, hobbies, the vibrancy of life. And, for example, from podcasts with athletes, of whom I also had quite a few guests, both figure skaters and footballers, they also constantly say that I put everything on the line. There was nothing in my life except training from morning to night. And therefore, when I finished my career, I found myself in a world where I know nothing, where I have absolutely nothing. And here's the question: are you ready for this? Answer yourself honestly. Today, guys, I'm asking you quite a lot of questions. I think this is a great reason to answer the question: am I simply on the right path? Or, for example, have I been running for the last 5, 10, or maybe 20 years of my life not for what I actually want and not towards the right goals? Because it often happens that a person, for example, strives for big money. I talk a lot about money, as I said at the beginning. I will pay a lot of attention to this today. But in fact, a person wants not this constant race, but a more measured rhythm. And he is willing to earn less, but live at his own pace, enjoy what is happening to him, engage in some kind of creativity, creativity, or something else. This is not always associated with big money. And not everyone needs it. And that's also absolutely normal. It's just a completely different life strategy. And here it is very important to synchronize your watches in time. And here arises another logical question. How to understand, am I on the right path, or have I long since turned somewhere off to the side, and this street is leading me not at all to the life I dream of? There is one very simple, but I want to say, you know, high-quality technique that I also picked up from my friend who built a giant company. It employs over 10,000 people. The idea is this: ask yourself the question: would you like to live the last two years of your life again? For example, not the last week, not the last month, because very often, you know, there are moments, for example, a really terrible month, but just a black streak, a lot of work piled up, some problems at home, some troubles, something else happened, bad weather, you didn't sleep well, you got sick, and that's it. And you ask yourself the question: "Do I want to live this month again?" Well, of course not. I'm just fed up with this month. And in the moment, it might seem that your life is simply not working out at all, it's going downhill, and of course, you don't want to live through this experience again, but this is not an objective reflection, because then time passes, and you already forget that you were tired then, you were sick, well, it's all passed, it's forgotten, well, you've recovered, well, everything is great, your life is just booming and everything is fine. And therefore, you should never evaluate life by today's mood, because our mood, as you understand, fluctuates. You drank too much yesterday, slept poorly at night, woke up, everything, your hormones are off the charts, you have a hangover, of course, you will be unhappy. The next day you wake up, a morning run, gym, a great breakfast, work, everything is great, everything worked out, naturally, you will have a great mood. Therefore, it is always important to have such, you know, a retrospective and it is important to look at the overall route. And 2 years is such an objective picture. And if, answering the question, you would repeat or not repeat the last 2 years, and say with joy, then everything is okay. You are absolutely on the right path. You are moving in the right direction. But if not, then it is absolutely time to change something in your life, because such a large retrospective is much higher quality and more useful than any reflection in the moment. As I explained, in the moment you can be subjective. And what's most interesting, in my opinion, this method works in absolutely any sphere, be it work, we understand, right? The last 2 years, I like it, it's great, I've grown, I've been promoted, or my business has grown, I get pleasure, my partner, everything is great, no, everything is going to hell. I get up every day, I don't want to go, it's all clear. Relationships, the same thing, projects you're working on, in general, right, simply sports that you're doing, does it suit you or not? Do you want to delve deeper into this matter or not? Therefore, guys, be sure to do this exercise. I guarantee, a lot will fall into place. And share some of these intimate main conclusions in the comments. I think it has become at least a little clearer where you are and where you want to move. And then, as always, it all comes down to opportunities. And you will say: "I have a great idea, but, for example, no money for implementation." And here again, a very interesting story. Most people, having some idea in their head, always wait for the right moment. Some miraculous partner, investor, or just some miracle that it will all happen by itself. But this is probably one of the biggest revelations I've had. And I clearly remember who I heard it from. It was from Timur Turlov, the founder of Freedom Company, who said that, Sasha, everything in the world is absolutely different. And the phrase was: "There is much more money in the world than people to whom this money can be entrusted." So, the main problem of absolutely any investor is where to invest money. He has capital, he has liquid capital. And he is always looking, any investor is looking for worthy people and worthy projects to whom money can be entrusted. No investor wants to find just some idea that for some reason should be worth a billion. It is always a combination. It's the right idea, the right responsible founders, the right team, the right approach, the right previous traction, experience, mistakes, and so on. So, to find not just an idea, but a person who will bring this idea to fruition or at least put in 99%, not 100%, 100% we never put in, 99% of their efforts to do this, well, it's almost impossible. What qualities are needed? workability, dedication, responsibility, willingness to delve into, solve absolutely any tasks and problems that arise. So, if you have an idea and you acquire the qualities I am talking about now, then you will be absolutely worth your weight in gold, and all investors in the world will hunt for you, offering money on any terms you want. Therefore, an important thought is to stop thinking that the problem is only in money. You need to focus your attention on yourself and on your own qualities. and become the kind of person who can be trusted, to whom money can be entrusted, and an investor will definitely be ready to follow such a person. But here, by the way, it is also important not to fall into the next trap. I don't know why, although I probably know, it's precisely this romance that we have acquired from movies, from series, from magazines. Most people who want to create something, want to invent something brilliant, something that has not existed in this world yet. And many people spend a huge amount of effort, time, money, resources on this invention. But I'll tell you a statistical secret. If we look again at Forbes magazine and its list, you will be surprised that most billionaires in the world did not create anything new. Of course, within their businesses, there were some know-how. Well, these were already process-oriented things. But they made their capital, their fortunes not on inventions. You will tell me: "What about Jobs, Musk, Zuckerberg?" Of course, there are exceptions. These are people who created breakthrough technologies that changed industries, and so on. And I'm not talking about exceptions to the rule, I'm talking about the majority. You can take ChatGPT, for example, and ask it to summarize. Take 1,000 world billionaires, for example, the top 1,000, and see what business these people earned their capital on. So, I think you will be surprised, but most of these people built understandable, systematic businesses. Retail, food, clothing, factories, ships, and so on. Why then were they able to? Well, of course, there is a huge element of luck, coincidence, and so on, but nevertheless, what they did, when starting and developing their businesses, they did what they do, just a little better than others did, than their competitors did. So, in my opinion, the secret is not to invent some novelty, but to do what you can and what the market needs, but simply a little better than your competitors do. Let's take, for example, developers, for the sake of experiment. A developer builds houses. And in today's world, there are just a lot of these developers. Let's be honest, how do they compete? If you make a slightly more interesting project, you have a slightly cooler location, you have cooler renovations, cooler service, cooler design project, there are some features and nuances that other people in this business don't have, then, naturally, you win. The same clear example that you all understand is the restaurant business. Whatever you come up with today, even if it's some supernatural novelty, you won't earn 10 times more from it than others. You will earn 5, 10, okay, 20% more than others. But if you approach the issue systematically and open each subsequent restaurant with quality slightly better than others, slightly more features, a slightly better location, and this cumulative portfolio is slightly better everywhere, then in the long run you can grow it into a large global company that will bring you a fortune. So, the main life hack is simply to do your job 10% better than your competitors do, and repeat this process constantly. I think that success in general is not manna from heaven or some know-how. Success is systematic work on quality. If you do better than others, you will definitely succeed in your field. Well, and the final, perhaps the most important thing for today, without which all other steps would be simply useless, because, as you understand, you can endlessly listen to motivational videos while lying under a blanket on soft featherbeds, but it's all useless if you don't start acting. So, the final thought. Often, when our life turns out to be successful, comfortable, and good for us, we try to save ourselves, to preserve ourselves in the position we are in now. Everything is okay in the family, we like the apartment, we go on vacation, everything is good at work, there is money, we spend, we save, everything is clear, everything. Our brain is in the most comfortable conditions. And we say: "Okay, let's fixate on this, this is enough for me." And this is the most dangerous thing that can be, because it is very dangerous to stay in a comfortable situation and try to preserve yourself. Because today's world is changing so rapidly, much faster than us, and much faster than we even manage to adapt to it. Therefore, the attempt to stay in this so-called comfort zone in today's realities will cost significantly more than the willingness to exit this comfort zone in advance, possibly even prematurely. What do I mean? Imagine you have created ideal, lucrative conditions. Task number one is not to stop for a second, but to use the resources that have appeared and the opportunities that exist in life. Run forward, strengthen, strengthen, strengthen, develop, develop, develop. Because in today's world, to stay in place, you need to run on a downward escalator, as you understand. But what is important to understand here is that when you, even if everything has turned out wonderfully in your life, make the decision yourself to leave this comfort zone again and go into the unknown, to develop, to try something new, you make this decision yourself. You go into development, and you control the situation. But what will happen if you don't do this? In our rapidly changing world, stability absolutely does not exist. It's simply not there. There's no point in even looking for it. And if you freeze, then very soon life itself will shake you out, and you will find yourself in the unknown. you will leave your own comfort zone, and you, most importantly, will lose control. Because this situation will not happen because you yourself stimulated it and wanted to try something new and discover new opportunities, but because life gave you a specific kick in the ass. And in a situation where you go into the unknown yourself, you are usually ready. You look around, you are very sensitive, you have your finger on the pulse, you try to control everything. In a situation where life gives you a kick in the ass, as I said, you simply have no power over what is happening, and you are forced to crawl out of the situation that has developed. There is no question whether it will happen or not. It will absolutely happen. The question is when? And therefore, it is very important to constantly create new challenges for yourself, constantly look for something new, something unknown. Then you are adaptive, flexible, experienced, ready for anything. If not, life will very soon create extremely unpleasant conditions for you in which you will be forced to become flexible, but you will spend much more energy, effort, emotions, nerves, and so on on it. Well, that's all, friends. Today we talked about important things. About money, focus, choice, and action. Be sure to write in the comments what was useful, what you are taking with you. Be sure to share your thoughts. It's always interesting to read what resonated with you specifically. If it was valuable, give it a like, subscribe to the channel. Any words of support, any feedback is what truly helps us a lot, always gives energy to engage with the channel, create and do something new further. That's all, friends, I hugged everyone.
