Alrighty, guys. Welcome back to the channel. Today, we've got the ultimate guide to situationships. Links in the video description for those of you who want to watch uh this video without any interruptions and commentary. For those of you that are here for a rant, buckle up cuz you're going to get one.
[sighs] I swore I would never make this video. But finally, I've decided to because it's almost big 2025. It's literally just around the corner and for some reason the conversation around situationships still exists. People still want advice on how I I just can't I can't. And so I've decided to make this video to once and for all finish the conversation around situationships before we enter a whole new year.
>> What is a situationship? Right. For those of you um who are new to the channel, haven't heard these women's uh lexicon, a situationship is more or less a fancy word for non-committal bedroom action, but they try and put a label on it to make it sound semi-legitimate so they feel better about themselves. Like they almost caught him. They almost got him. Not that they were ever going to get him, but they like to think they almost got him.
>> So listen up. And disclaimer, if you are here because you think I'm going to give you advice on how to make a situationship work or give you reassurance in the situation, you are very, very wrong. Why am I so opposed to situationships, you ask? Well, they are extremely emotionally draining. They aren't even the bare minimum standard. They are several steps below that. They leave you unfulfilled, keep you from your true potential and the true love and relationship that you could have had. At the core of a situationship, you essentially have to sell yourself short. And I'm so sick of seeing so many gorgeous girls doing themselves this disservice.
And the >> doing themselves a disservice. They're willingly entering into these entanglements, I guess you could call them, actively hunting them their entire lives. It isn't like the guy is doing it and they have no the woman has no control over it. Have full agency. A lot of the time they even know what's going on. The guy will straight up tell them. I've done this myself. I've straight up told women to their face, "I am not looking for a girlfriend. I'm open to have company and whatever comes with that, but I'm not looking for a girlfriend." Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They start hanging around. You see each other for a couple of months [snorts] and then it all blows up because they think that you've led them on even though you've literally told them it's going nowhere. They hear that, they think, you know what, challenge or I think I will be able to lock him down. And then when it becomes very apparent that you're not going to do it or you're not going to do it within a uh shorter amount of time, i.e. speedrunning you, that's when you start seeing the venom. [snorts] They start hulking out. She transforms. Bruce Banner is turned into the Hulk. She is angry. You've let her on. You've wasted her time. You're a narcissist. You're a psychopath, sociopath. You're a gaslighter. I've been called all of them. That's great. Uh you're emotionally unavailable. You're emotionally stunted. You're a commitment phobe. Now, this will go on. You guys know what I'm talking about. If you've been on the end of a spray, you're just standing there going, "Oh, yep, yep, yep, yep." [laughter]
The thing is, so many of you know that situationships are wrong. That's the whole reason why you were probably searching this on social media or why you even clicked on this video because you want a solution. You want a better reality, but you can't find it within you to be able to find the solution and the answer and the strength to move on. And well, that's what I'm here for. And before I get right into the video of giving you the ick around situationships, beating them for good, and basically giving you all the mindset shifts you need to level up and never be in that situation again, be sure to check out all of the links below in my descriptions where you can catch up with me and my self-development content on literally every other platform. I upload daily, literally everywhere. I have two other YouTube channels, one of which includes my podcast. I have an entire book teaching you about self- loveve and it even talks a little bit about situationships in there. It's available to order worldwide on Amazon. And lastly, I'd like to give a big thank you to BetterHelp who have brought this video to you guys because they are the paid partners of this video. If you don't know what BetterHel is, it's basically an online therapy service which helps you take your mental health. Uh, at the end of the day, right, these women, she's gone straight in for the plug. But they use these vlogs themselves as self-help, mental health therapy sessions that they expose themselves the most inner thoughts and bad uh, decisions to the world. [laughter] Oh, I just don't understand how women take advice from people like this. All right, let's move on.
Okay. So, firstly, I need you to realize that a situationship brings all of the benefits of a relationship without any >> hang. So, we've got a fully grown woman here who probably to me sounds very sheltered as well. So, she's talking like she's a teenager. So, the ick is the topic at the moment, >> the labels. >> And the reason why I talk about a lot of these videos, guys, isn't because I find their content overly insightful, but you can really pick out some gems from the language that they use. and he can and he can really see into the psyche and and the mindset of even fully grown adult women and how they perceive men and how they perceive what they're supposed to be getting out of men when it comes to a relationship. As I said, guys, you're more or less uh it's all transactional. They want to get something. Transaction means for them they're not getting nothing. They're getting no commitment. They're not getting a chance, not getting a shot at the title, so to speak, to lock you down uh for a long-term relationship uh or a marriage. So for them if they don't get that complete waste of time especially if they're in that mindset and women in this age bracket are I don't know how old this woman is but I'm just saying women in a particular age bracket 28 plus that's when they start getting they don't you see all these things all right let's just talk about this they don't really care about this stuff uh when they're younger that's what I've noticed they're not really carrying on about situationships and men wasting their time and dating is hard especially if they're say at their peak I'll say any for me I know peak isn't 28 but anywhere under 28 in my experience these women don't give a stuff really don't really give a stuff uh too much about dating failures and jumping from guy to guy to guy to guy don't care about it they only become more disgruntled uh more aggressive what's the what's the word belligerent belligerent is probably the best word to explain them they're angry because they haven't got what they wanted and now they want it fast and so they become more and more angry, more and more combative. They start getting all these ridiculous standards, ridiculous standards. They want things in ridiculous time frames. The list goes on. And they make themselves not an attractive proposition for a guy who at least knows a thing or two about women. And and he also knows what he wants out of a interaction with women, which is obviously something back. Not just give, give, give. That's what these women want. Take take give nothing. Essentially, you are letting somebody else gain complete access to you, to your feelings, to your emotion, to your life without any of the commitment or loyalty.
>> Actually, before we keep moving on, guys, I'll do my own plug here. Uh, if you want to support the channel, check out the locals page that's being set up. There is free content, but also at the moment, uh, the paid content is free if you click on the link in the video description and pin comment and access it via the trial link. First month free. For you guys who want to do none of that, want to get back to the video, thanks for being here, and let's keep it going.
>> And let me tell you, in case you have forgotten, you did not work on yourself, overcome all of your struggles and adversities, set yourself goals to become better.
>> What struggles and adversities uh do women really have? Especially uh women who look, you know, similar women to this. They got everything going for them in their life. It looks like she's probably got some some money or at least has access to money, maybe support from parents if things really go downhill. Like what's the adversity? Like men have adversity. Men, no one's really going to save men unless you're from old money. Like no one's going to give you anything. You have to persevere. You got to grind out and do things your entire life that you might not really do want to do, especially if you had money. You wouldn't go to do that job. You wouldn't be stretching for a promotion that you really don't want, but you want the money. What's the adversity that women have? What dating adversity? They got their feelings hurt because it didn't work out with a guy. And what's the adversity? I'm really trying to understand. I know some and I'm not just saying people don't have hard lives and all that because they're women. that women can't have adversity, but women like this talking about adversity. That's what I find laughable.
>> And aim to make your inner child proud every single day just to let somebody else who hasn't even earned you gain complete access to you and therefore gain the power to be able to break you down. Ew. My second point is that the situation within a situationship doesn't even exist. So, make it make sense. In a situationship, you basically feel like you're in a relationship, right? You have all of the same feelings. You have all of the same like thoughts in your head. But the thing is, those are just feelings. They're not reality. Your feelings in this situation [music] are clouding your judgment to the point that it is giving you false hope of a reality that doesn't even exist. Not only doesn't exist, but isn't possible. Because if it was possible, you would already be a girlfriend. they would have displayed romantic interest, commitment, and loyalty and would have treated you as such. Most importantly, I think one of the most common mistakes people make in a situationship which makes them stay there for so long is that you're not actually observing what's happening in the moment because you're too busy daydreaming of a future that hasn't even arrived yet. To be brutally honest, you are more in love with the idea.
>> You got to love dating coaches who have had no real success uh in dating. I got to know her story. She married or engaged or something. Who knows? But anyway, you get these women who have a whole history uh of making horrible decisions, like literally not doing things right. Sure, you can learn from your mistakes, but they continue to make the same mistakes. They finally get one guy, one sucker uh who will put a ring on it and all of a sudden they're a dating coach and therapist. Make that make sense. A lot of them don't even have that and they're a dating coach and therapist. I I don't know how people can listen to her and take advice because and and women dislike this because I'm just saying this in general, not even this particular woman has not achieved the outcome yet is giving advice to women. Makes no sense. It's like me saying, "Guys, I want to get you fit and healthy or I want to help you, I don't know, give you a strategy for planning and budgeting to make money. I've got no money or I'm 300 kilos." You're going to go, "Yeah, whatever, dude. I'm listening to you. You're talking smack." However, you ah this is I think I think this is more like therapy sessions for women. They listen to it and go, "I'm not the only one who's dealing with all this sort of stuff." She's talking about um guys not earning access to her. They They're giving the access. That's the thing. They're making out like it's the guy's fault he's gone and done something cheeky, something sneaky. They're the ones that given the access. They're completely accountable here, but completely dodging it. He He's going to break you down, guys. He's going to break you down. But she did say one thing in that situationship. The situation never exists. It's never going to go there. Let's talk about it from the mind of a man who has already made up his mind. Like I I can tell you now back when I was ruthlessly doing monster hunting, and I did that for years, 15 good 15 solid years, maybe more. I haven't really done the maths on it. If I got wind that I wasn't going to even think or consider this woman to be a girlfriend or potentially more than that, which was rare for me to even think that she was instantly going into the bucket, the sles bucket, and then never come out. Like, you cannot be promoted out of there. There's no way out. You're just there. It's just six sense. it is you've used your previous experience to categorize. Maybe you might be wrong, but most of the time you're not and in the bucket they go, never coming out. Uh generally during these interactions, you don't give a [ __ ] You don't care if she stays or goes. So, you'll tell her to her face, I don't want a girlfriend. I want nothing out of it. It's not going anywhere. I want to be honest with you. Blah blah blah blah blah. They hang around as I was saying, and then it blows up. It's on them. dear.
>> They're trying to lure you in because you're going to get the best action you're ever going to get from a woman, especially in the early days of a relationship and in even the dating phase before you even um you've committed and you've said, "Yeah, okay. I'll be your boyfriend." And you going to get the best most intense high performance energy action you're ever going to get out of him. And so they're trying to trap guys in with that. They're like, "Okay, so I'm sort of on probation here." They think like you're not even on probation, but like I'm on probation. Let me just put this really good performance in and I reckon I can convert it and it doesn't happen because that outcome was already determined before you even entered into this whole thing.
>> The person, not the person themselves and the idea of what you can have because in actuality nothing has happened yet. Meaning all of these things that you're getting feelings from, it's not actually that person, it's you. You're the one who's putting the feelings to it. You're the one who's putting the mindset and the emotions to it. And that's not a bad thing. That just goes to show your energy, your intent, your romance, everything that you can bring to a relationship, which guess what is going to follow you no matter where you go. Especially when you end up going to the right partner that's going to treat you right. This person hasn't put anything on the table. You're doing all of it right in here. And I get what makes you stay. Sometimes they'll act super interested. They'll be super romantic. They'll tell you how much they like you. They'll even spend a lot of time with you. But their actions do not match the so-called feelings that they are attempting to show you. They have not proven themselves or treated you in accordance to how much they say they like you. And this leads me into my third point that's going to help you get the ick for good from situationships, which is that people can only meet you as far as they have met themselves. If somebody else is choosing not to make an effort, not to make it official, not to give you commitment and loyalty and time and effort, that does not determine or measure your value or your attractiveness or your worthiness as a person. It is actually a reflection of the level of depth that they have in the relationship.
>> No, it isn't. Like that's cope. So, if someone doesn't want to take you on on a permanent basis, that's that's based on their reflection of what they think of you. It's just it's the cold hard truth. Women do this to men every single day of the week. Guys lives are mostly filled with rejection from women. So women just get it once and apparently it's not their fault. It's the guy's fault, but he doesn't realize what he's got. You're a diamond in the rough. He doesn't realize how much he can't see. You know, you're they always say this, I'm a sexy, hot, attractive, intelligent boss babe, high earning woman. That's his fault that he doesn't want to be with me. It's not my fault. [laughter] Help me. The reason why I talk about these videos because Bumble and Hinge and all that, they're full of chicks like this. Doesn't matter where you are in the world. It's full of them. Full of them. Learn nothing. Keep making the same mistakes. Deflect all reason for where you are in your life to everybody else but not you. It is you. This is one thing guys as well. I want to pass that bit of wisdom. If there's a woman and she's 30 plus and she's very attractive, but she's still single, there's something wrong with her. It doesn't even have to be attractive. If she's moderately attractive, now that's different for everybody. And she's still single. She isn't locked down cuz guys will latch on to what they can get. There's something wrong here. Either really a bad personality defect or they have just been playing the field the whole time and they have unrealistic standards what they're going to get. It's either that to the point where they can get a boyfriend, but the guy might stick around for a little bit, but he once he realizes what a complete basket case she is, he's out the door like she scares him off. And that's that's something that's very common. There was this woman I used to know years ago, really attractive, like very very attractive. Now, I was never with her. I just knew her from a friendship circle. And she'd always get boyfriends, but she couldn't hold on to them. Why? Because she was a see you next Tuesday. She's just the way she was. just a similar sort of personality to this sort of thing like main character syndrome. Everything had to be on her terms. Men had to do things for her. She wouldn't go out of her way in any way or do anything for a guy. It was, you know, basically wanted fans. And she'll get the fan for a little bit. The guy might get a bit of action. You go, you know what? This isn't worth all this [ __ ] Gone. Guess what? She's in her 40s now. Still single. No, I'm I'm telling you, she's a stunningly beautiful. Like stunning. Stunning. I don't say that about a lot of she is very good looking still at 40 still carrying on cuz I've heard through the grapevine still carrying on doing the same things relationship they have with themselves and it goes back to what I said previously all of these ideas of a future you have with them all of this romance everything that could be right all of these good scenarios you've built up in your head is a reflection of what you bring to the table a reflection of how positive your mindset is around everything that you would bring to a romantic relationship and with the way they are showing up it just goes to show they lack all of that. You cannot expect somebody who does not accept their own emotions, let alone be in tune with it enough to be able to show up for another person that they claim they like so much to be in tune with your emotions. You guys are never going to be a match on any level. My fourth ick point is that a situationship only benefits one person and that person is never going to be you. You are pouring so much into them and they're not even giving you the bare minimum of commitment and loyalty to you. That's like the first standard on the bare minimum list. So, does that really sound like a fair deal? And this leads me onto my fifth point, which is that if I had to make a metaphor out of what a situationship is, it would be the fact that you are essentially letting this other person just shop around. They're just shopping around, wandering around the store for hours on end, just window shopping, just looking at things for the sake of it instead of fully committing. And you are so much more valuable than that. And you should never ever be anybody's second option. You should be the item in a shop's window display that is so effing good that it makes somebody change their whole plan day because now they have to go into that store and buy the top immediately because they know it's so effing good and will fit into their life so effing well. Also, situationships are just full of confusion. That's all they are. And anything that ever makes you feel uncertain or uneasy in your life does not deserve to stay there. Our main mission in this life is just to be happy. Is just to live a content life that's easy. That gets us through every single day. that makes us happy with our existence and the reality that we experience every single day. Why are you choosing >> people like this just cannot be happy? People these can't be happy. There are a lot of guys out there unfortunately who get attracted to women who have this kind of personality, this manic neurotic, high energy, highrung, demanding, entitled type personality. Some guys find value in that. I don't know how you need your head. That's my opinion and make your life completely miserable. Some guys think that if they're able to get a woman like that to want to marry them, they've won the game. You've lost. You've lost. Oh, but yeah, I just You see a lot of guys, you see women like this. I have seen a lot, especially working in corporate who are just insufferable married, massive rocks on their fingers. Guys are lining up for what the actual, man. I don't want to listen to this ick the ick. What's next? Come on, let's move on.
beating situationships, >> which is beating situationships for good. And these are actions that you can implement literally right now, like two days.
>> I've got an action for you. Don't get spread eagled for guys who are not going to commit. There you go. I just saved you guys buying her course. You know, far out getting spread eagled, becoming a jizz trap for dudes. A to make sure that you are never in this situationship again. You can ultimately protect your mood, your energy, your standards, your life. And step number one is to let go of the what-ifs. Moving on from a situationship is only hard because you get attached to the potential of what this relationship or person could be. But since we've already gone through chapter number one of all of the ex now you're no longer accepting or romanticizing the situationship, which means now it's easier to move on from. But just in case that you do slip into old patterns, which is completely fine, okay? Healing is not a linear journey. It happens to everybody. and you find yourself questioning what if this could happen or what if they change or what if mm- we are going to be super intentional and from now on whenever we're thinking about anything we can feel all of the emotions okay that is completely okay you cannot filter out which emotions and thoughts come into your mind okay nobody can control that but what you can do is understand that when you are starting to think something that begins with what if about this situationship or this person you are instead going to turn it into a sentence that you are going to write into a list on the notes app of your phone or in your journal as one of the many reasons as to why this is never going to work. So that the next time you decide to romanticize or fall into nostalgia when it comes to this person's situationship, you are not going to go back there. For example, if your what if thought is, but what if they get over their commitment issues and heartbreak from all of their previous relationships? Instead of then falling in love with the idea of what that situation would be because it doesn't exist, you are instead going to write into your list of why I should never be with X person and write down
>> I've literally had a lot of conversations over time uh you know back back in the days when I was had a high interaction with women and have a lot of women who would be speaking to me and they know Facebook Messenger and um Instagram messages had Snapchat had them all the time. I used to collect them, I guess. You know, you become friendly with them and you start learning about them and at the end of the day, they start asking you for dating advice. They might be dating some other guy after they've moved on from you. And they say, "Can you just tell me, you know, what am I doing wrong here? Why am I not getting a result?" I just say, "Stop putting out and chase for these guys like me. Guys like me that you're chasing who are never going to commit. like you can literally tell the archetype, but you you're chasing them. You can't help yourself. And also said there was one woman I remember having a really in-depth conversation with cuz I'm happy to give anybody advice. I don't hate women. I don't dislike women. I'll tell them, but tell them straight. Doesn't go down well. I said to her, I said to her, "Look, you are undatable. You're too combative. You like to argue. You're hot and cold. You're up and down. You just you're just too much of a headache." Because she asked me why I never took her seriously. Why wouldn't I be her boyfriend and date her? I said, "You're just too hard to handle. You're just you're just a liability. You need to change this behavior." But I said it in a lot nicer way than that. A lot more diplomatic. Well, as diplomatic as I can get. What did she say? She didn't say, "Oh, thanks for the feedback." She said, "Fuck you. No wonder you're single, you bitter, you know, jerk. No wonder your wife left you. You deserved it. Block and deleted me. [laughter] X has commitment issues.
Action number two is please don't internalize it because >> also the guys don't have commitment issues. This is this is a massive cope. It's like saying I've got issues just jumping in the water and getting eaten by a shark. You know, you see a great white shark there and you're you're on a boat, right? You're fishing with the boys. You're having you're knocking back a few beers. You're having a laugh and then you see this big shadow like circling under the boat and the guy's like, "Oh, what do you jump in and swim with it?" You're like, "No, [ __ ] that. I'm not jumping anywhere near that great white shark. Get stuffed." And they go, "Oh, you've got issues. You've got commitment. You won't commit to jumping in the water with that shark." It's the same thing. A commit. All the commitment issue is the guys realized I'm a absolute onfire red flag. Just absolutely raging [snorts] screaming red flag up in lights on a billboard. He doesn't want to commit to me because he knows I'm a problem. He's a commitment fob. It's not me. He has just has something about commitments. Nothing to do with me by the way. And then this, you know what really is for these sorts of women too. You know what really gets him? a real just knife to their side is a little dagger. When they have this guy they've been pining over, turning themselves inside out for wondering why, getting all bitter about it, stalking him, why he wouldn't commit, stalking him on LinkedIn and Facebook and Instagram and everything, searching him, Google searches, you name it. when he gets another girlfriend and quickly progresses with her, especially even if she might not be as pretty in quotes as she believes she is. They hate it. Hate I'I've gotten phone calls phone calls from this one specific woman I've spoken about her before. I saw her for a few months. She worked out basically I wasn't going to commit. dropped me. Uh she must have had some other guy on the burner already because within a year she had a baby. And about another year after that, I was I was going out with this other woman. No, nothing serious, just dating. Took her out a few days, a couple of dinners here and there. And she took a photo. A photo was taken of us at dinner or something like that. I can't remember. It was years ago now. And I was tagged in it. And this is on Instagram or something. Instagram. I think it was Facebook. Instagram. Anyway, this woman within a couple of hours started texting me, then rang me basically angry and wanted answers as to why I was going on dates with this woman and I never took her on a date and was in any photos with her. I said, "What are you talking about? I haven't seen you in two years. You got a baby. You're living with a bloke. What why are you even giving a shit?" So, that is a real dagger to their side. And I wasn't even committing or anything. Yeah, that that that whole interaction blew up 2 months after that. Rinse and repeat.
>> Because although situationships suck and although I'm so sorry that you were in this situationship, let me tell you this is going to be a great resource and building block, if you will, to building up your self-love depending on how you choose to perceive it. It can either break down your confidence and your self-esteem by making you think, "Oh my god, nobody's ever going to love me and nobody wants to be in a relationship with me." That is not good for anybody. Anybody. That is not facts. Nobody has told you that. You are choosing to think it. And so instead, that means we also hold the power to shift that thought to something that benefits us, lifts us up, improves our confidence, and make sure that we can improve our reality. Because whatever you think about yourself and life is what you are going to continuously attract and therefore experience in your reality. So instead, I wasn't good enough and I will never be good enough for anybody because of the way they treated me turns into their behavior is simply a reflection of what they have gone through. Their own traumas, their mindset and their inability to work on themselves. I am so grateful that I understood that, separated myself. I'm no longer dealing with that, which now gives me all of the time and all of the opportunity to find somebody who is actually going to benefit me and bring value into my life. Wow, I have so much strength and so much confidence.
Okay. So, so hang on. That's good. You want someone to bring benefit into your life. Generally, these women are looking for a financial payday. Look, that's just the raw truth. They're looking for a guy to get committed to who has a lot of promise, uh, a lot of potential. Maybe he's already made it. You know, they're not looking to get with someone who's going to bring value to their life if he's making half of what she does or doesn't have a white collar job. A lot of women, they'll just turn their nose up at guys with blue collar jobs. even if they're making more double than what a white collar guy is making. Yeah, make that make sense. But anyway, I'm not going to go on that tangent. Let's um let's talk about that. What what a lot of these what's she going to bring to your life? What value is she going to bring to your life? Do you do you see someone like this? No, I don't know why. I'm not talking about her. This kind of woman, is she going to be able to uh you know, grind with you? Uh you know, have have some clear direction and strategy. You know, maybe buy a house, work together, and grind for years to pay it off quick so you can live a more freedom lifestyle. No, she's going to be spending money. Spending her money, then dipping into yours because it's hers. Because you're together. Because you got joint bank account like an idiot. How do I know that? I've done it. Done it. Do not do that. Do not put all your money or have a co- signature on your bank account, boys. Women will really try and push for that. Don't do it. Oh, because that's just what happens when you get married. Everything's joint. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I cannot. I really cannot put a focus on that more than enough. More more enough, guys. Because what you go, what's you know, you're a couple, you should be sharing. What's mine is hers and what's hers is mine. Yeah, good on you, mate. Wait and see what happens if you go through a uh separation. Very common these days. People get married quickly, speedrunning. They're they're separated two years after, three years after. You know what [ __ ] happens? They'll drain your bank account. It happened to me. It's happened to many other guys that I've spoken to. Straight up. Take every scent out of it. Leave you hanging.
>> Confidence that I realized somebody wasn't good for me and then I walked away. Go me. Action number three is to give it time and feel everything. I am never going to endorse that. you go through a breakup or end a situationship and then it's like move on, forget about them, don't think about them, whatever. They were irrelevant. No, just because somebody was bad for you or because they didn't treat you in the way that you deserve does not rob you of your entitlement to be able to feel your feelings
>> entitlement. So, but like how do you what do people deserve? Cuz when a when women say there's a way they want to be treated and they want they deserve to be treated a certain way, it's entitlement. It is men providing resources. It is men taking them out and making a fuss over them without ever being accountable for anything these women do themselves. That's that's what that's what it is. That's what that's what I deserve. Now, I do believe people uh should be treated with respect or at least common courtesy. Respect for me is earned, but with uh in a way that's not nasty or rude or mean or anything like that. But in saying that, no one deserves nothing. You earn stuff. You don't deserve anything. How do you deserve it? By sitting on the internet carrying on about it.
>> It doesn't matter how somebody else treated you. If you are sad about something, you get to be sad about it regardless. And you need to let yourself feel that. You know why? Because one, it's actually going to be able to help you process. Okay? We already know that. But two, if you're sad about this 2 3 months and this is actual like real heartbreak pain and you feel it and you go through it and you heal, one, not only do you glow up and level up because now you've learned even more information on how to process your feelings and move on, but two, you have actually healthfully moved on because you've gone through all of the steps rather than just covering it up with superficial things and just trying to forget about them. But three, because you felt every single painful emotion that comes from a situationship, you are never going to get in it again. Let me tell you girl. Because if you end one, suppress it, just try to go about your day and ignore it, you are so much more likely to fall into another one because you never understood the signs and the red flags as to what got you there. You never understood the actual pain and the turmoil and the aftermath of what it means to end one and have to deal with the aftermath of that. And the last action is to go no contact. A lot of people don't like this. I hated it. I never wanted to do it. I thought, you know, people come to our lives for a reason and all of this in a season. So true. So true. Okay, but here's the thing. If something is causing you so much pain and so much heartbreak,
