I'll never give up. Never. This is my life, man.
Do you know how hard I worked to get here? I built this [ __ ]. Me. Brick by brick. And I'll be damned if I let you tear it down. Drive, mother [ __ ]. Brick by brick.
Those of you who are willing to take everything you do to the next level, you will inherit the future. You're not a failure. Embrace change. Create a way out of nowhere.
Success is the only revenge.
You only get one life.
Dedication. Hard work. A one-man army.
Work day and night.
You're not going to burn out. You're doing what it takes to cast a shadow that no one even can see them behind you.
I am the one who knocks.
When you walk on that court, you have to think I'm a winner. I'm going to win.
All of us who have been immune by fear have the capacity to resurrect ourselves.
I'm done letting my old [ __ ] dictate my future. And I promise you there is nothing I'm not prepared to do.
Say my name.
Fortify your mind. And this is the [ __ ] stand right in front of me now.
It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Cuz I can keep going brick by brick. I don't lose.
I win. I win.
Better have a part of you that's tough. Part of you that can break down situations and get better. And when you have that kind of consciousness, when you have that kind of spirit, nothing can stop you.
Brick by brick. Day by day. Year by year.
Keep going.
Damn, Mike. Come on.
What's the matter with you? Tomorrow. Let's do it tomorrow.
There is no tomorrow. There is no tomorrow.
I always felt like I had a ticking clock. But the ticking clock became more apparent in that I got to make the most out of today cuz tomorrow isn't promised. What are you going to do with the time that you have on this planet? What impact are you going to make?
Because things change. And and I think that the key is recognizing that each moment is what matters. Today is all there is, right? There is no tomorrow, there's no next year. Enjoy today for whatever is in front of you.
But sometimes people got to feel the pain themselves and they got to go through it themselves. And I just think that when we say inspire the world to strive, that's what it is. Like go after it. Go after it while you can.
Cuz tomorrow is not promised.
I take situations that are the end of the world. And then I find inspiration and then I live it full out like there's no tomorrow.
150,000 people die every day. Tomorrow is not promised. So, if I'm not going after it, then I'm going to die incomplete. I'm going to die being a person that I wasn't created to be. Like I want to meet the greatest me. I want to meet my full potential.
Literally, you cannot play this forever, but while you're in it, you're in it. You got to grind like like like there is no tomorrow.
I do it tomorrow. Then I'll do it tomorrow. It can wait until tomorrow. But I have to give it everything I have like I know there is no tomorrow.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Ain't no such thing as tomorrow. We only got today.
Tomorrow's not promised. That's the dream. It's not the destination, it's the journey. Kobe was something else. He was the guy, like I I when we in the club, that [ __ ] in the gym.
I'd rather go too far than not far enough. The only reward that you get from taking it easy is the fact that in the moment it's easier. But if you want results, and then you basically just catch yourself slacking off and don't do anything about it, then it kind of sounds like you don't really want those results, you know?
I looked in this one guy's eyes who was ringing the bell to quit, to put his helmet down out of Navy SEAL training, and I saw myself. And I saw what everybody said I was going to be, which was nothing. This is when I realized I was alone on this earth. I have God, but alone on this earth, and I have to fix everything. I was sick and tired of not facing the fact that I have I've allowed life to make me feel like a loser. That voice became haunting.
The only thing that you can do is win so big that all of them constantly compare themselves to you, and then you'll forget they exist.
Success is the only revenge. It's not the best revenge. It's the only one. There's no other revenge.
If you will be a champion, if you will be a beast, you going to have to go through something.
If you're going to do it, do it.
Say what you can do. Do what you say. You can't do it, don't say you can do it. Don't over-leverage yourself. Don't over-leverage the decision and then jump in and kind of dip a toe. Ah, I think I'll try it out. No, think if you're going to try it out beforehand, but when it's time to go, dive.
And for the people who are listening who that doesn't feel like they can change the circumstances with the way they think or they feel, just hold on. Just endure. Look at things differently. Challenge yourself to look at things as the glass half full. Challenge yourself to think four steps ahead.
The people who doubted you, good. They're fuel. The ones who left, good. They cleared space. The ones who talked behind your back, the ones who laughed at you, they just gave you something to smile about when you prove them wrong.
You sitting around watching people progress in their lives and you're sitting around thinking to yourself, why can't I be like this person? Why do you need to be like anybody else? Why can't you just be you? Why can't you just be true to who you are?
Don't listen to anyone. Everybody's full of [ __ ]. Nobody knows you or what you're capable of doing. The hardest thing in life is figuring out who you are and what you want to do for the rest of your life. It's a big decision. It's impossible for you to fail if you know who you are, what you want to do, and you wake up every day and work toward it.
Finish it. Find out. Come out the other side. Don't leave it and go Ooh, if I just would have uh-uh. That keeps me up at night. I think it keeps a lot of us up at night. When you half-ass something and you just don't know whether you failed or succeeded, got what you want or didn't get what you want. Finding out and looking in the mirror and going, I didn't half-ass it. I went all the way. I found out and that ain't for me. Or I found out and you damn right that is for me. That's a great place to get to.
You don't want someone else's fate. Man, your fate's enough and your adventures enough. It's plenty. It's more than you can ever fully realize. And if you're in dire straits, in dire circumstances, just look at how much opportunity you have to make things better.
You can get so scared and you can be so easily lulled into the idea that good is good enough, that feeling safe and comfortable is what you should always be looking for. That way of thinking in your 20s in particular, dead [ __ ] wrong.
Taking risks, you know, in a non-naive way, well, then you have something that you can comfort yourself with at night when you're wondering what the whole damn point of is of your futile and miserable life.
Doing what you mean to do and wanting what you want to want is so [ __ ] hard to do. And so right, because we're built to conform.
If you're going to get any further, you got to reinvent yourself.
You know that thing that you really want to start doing, but you're worried about what everyone might think about you if you do? You should. You should definitely definitely do it.
I want you to start to create this mindset of taking risks and going big.
I found that nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks. Nothing.
It was a big risk, it was a big chance, and it it was no guaranteed return ticket. It was a one-way ticket possibly to I'm a head coach of high school football to this day.
Take the biggest skin risks of your entire life right now. Remember, you have time.
I figured that if I didn't make the entrepreneurship thing work, I would have a hell of a story for business school. And that was actually like the the reasoned argument that I gave myself for being willing to quit.
Because your DNA, who you are as a person, is wrapped up in your dreams. And what this world has done to you is take that from you because they know if you know who you're who you are and you get your dream, you're probably not going to work for most of them.
You must have faith. You've got to believe in yourself. You've got to believe in your abilities. You've got to believe in your service, your company, your ideas, unquestionably. You've got to have faith. And that faith gives you patience.
You got one life to live, rain, sleep, or snow. The time is now.
This is not the time to get the job mom wanted you to. This is not the time to try to maximize as much money so you can buy a fat whip. What you should do is go and travel and learn. Go and start that business that you've always wanted. This is the time to be massively risk massively risk oriented. But boy, if you're lucky enough to be graduating today with not a [ __ ] idea of what you're going to do with your future, nobody's ever been luckier than you. Please recognize that.
I'll tell you how risky life is. You're not going to get out alive. That's risky.
And so the first thing I want you to do today is I want you to keep saying to yourself, I am. I am. I am. I am. You're standing at the precipice, the edge of the greatest move in your life and and and the time is now like never before to take a leap of faith. It takes faith to jump off of the edge. It takes faith to step into your purpose. It takes faith to step into your destiny. It takes faith to pull away from everything that is familiar, to step into uncharted territory, to become the person you were born to be. It takes faith.
The first person that needs to be influenced in your life is you.
If you want to make it happen, it's you.
But you've got to take personal responsibility to make it happen.
Own what it is that you want to do.
To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.
Are you bold enough? Are you radical enough in your hunger and your thirst to go after what it is that you believe is yours? Are you crazy enough? Are you courageous enough?
Hey, you know, at any given moment, you could be one decision away from an entirely different life. Different place, different people, a different experience, and maybe a different you. Because sometimes in the process of completely losing yourself and losing expectations of who you are, you might find that there's more to you than you thought. So, in my opinion, sometimes it's worth taking that trip. It's worth trying that new experience just just to find out.
Do something big. I know that there is something inside of you that you have always wanted to do.
I hope all of you can feel how happy I am just one time in your life. But, guess what? You will never feel this level of happiness if you don't go for something in your own life. When they knock you down, when they try you, when they talk about you, and they try to put their foot on your neck, if you stay down, you will never ever get that result. Fortify your mind and feel this level of happiness as you rise.
Why not you? With good self-esteem. Why not you starting to change and setting goals? Why not you starting to make progress toward financial independence?
I'm really in pursuit of greatness. I know people don't usually talk like that, but I want to be one of the greats. I'm inspired by the greats. I'm inspired by the greats here tonight, and I want to be up there.
If we can read, you can read. If we can change, you can change. If we can figure it out, you can figure it out. If we can turn it around, you can turn it around. There isn't anything you can't accomplish. That's what those testimonials would say. And so, I want to say it to you personally. Why not you?
You've got the brains. You've got the the stamina. You've got the vitality. You've got the interest. You've got your life ahead of you. You've got the future. You can do it. If anybody can do it, you can do it. If one of us can do it, hey, we all can do it.
This is why the dark room is so important. Like, if I don't put the work in, if I don't do what is required behind the scenes, I'll never step in public authority. If nobody's told you today, let me be the first to tell you. Every single person listening to me is standing at the precipice of the greatest decision they could ever make in their lives.
And now here's my last question. Why not now? This is a good time. Set your goals, work on yourself, work on your skills. What a good time to get it together. What a good time to start this process. Personal development, growing, changing, developing. Having a good plan for your money and for your life and for your future. Why not now?
No, I'm not a part of the country club. Nope, I'm not I don't hang out with them, but I'm still going to be successful. I'm still going to get to where they are. Why? Cuz I owe it to myself. And can't nobody stop me but me. You will not destroy us. You will not defeat us till the day I die. And I just want to ask anybody listening to me, why not you? Why not you? Why can't you be the person that changes everything? The innovator, the trailblazer, the disruptor, the person that makes a decision that I will not be the weakest link in the chain of a dynasty. Why not me? Why can't you be the one that makes history? Why can't you be the one that wins again? Why can't you be the one that breaks cycles? Why can't you be the one that overcomes the demons that have haunted a family for generations? Why not me?
People doubted me. I doubted myself sometimes, too. But you know what? I watched Arnold fall down. Nobody remembers when he fell down. Arnold wasn't the glorified winner as he was in the first. He got up. And he become a famous film star. He became governor. He kept getting up and getting up. That's what it takes to do anything successfully in life. You've got to want it as bad as you want to breathe. And if you want it that bad, if you're willing to give it that much, you'll get a big piece of what you want. And dreams do come true. Anything you want can happen and become a reality. I believe that sincerely and I'll die on that thought.
I said I made a full commitment that I'm going to go and be a bodybuilding champion. I made a full commitment that I'm going to be in America. I made a full commitment that I'm going to get in the show business and I'm going to be a leading man. No matter what it takes, I will do the work. I will do the work over and over and over until I get it. And the same was in politics, in everything like that. So, to me, it is very dangerous to have a plan B because you're cutting yourself off from the chance of really succeeding.
One day I made a decision that enough is enough. I'm tired of being average. I'm tired. I'm tired of being good. I'm tired. I want to go to the dealership and buy the best car. I want to move to the nicest neighborhood. I want to fly first class. I want to go to Hawaii. I want to go to Australia. I want I made a decision. Enough is enough. It's showtime.
The hour is now for game changers to emerge. Out of obscurity and into victory. Take the throne with everything that you have in you.
But if you want a thing bad enough to go out and fight for it, to work day and night for it, to give up your time, your peace, and your sleep for it, if all that you dream and scheme is about it, and life seems useless and worthless without it, and if you gladly sweat for it and fret for it and plan for it and lose all your terror of the opposition for it, and if you simply go after that thing that you want with all of your capacity, strength, and sagacity, faith, hope, and confidence, and stern pertinacity. If neither cold, poverty, famine, or golf, sickness, or pain of body and brain can keep you away from the thing that you want. If dogged and grim, you besiege and beset it with the help of God, you'll get it. The only thing you care about when you're trying to breathe is to get some fresh air. That's it. And when you get to the point where all you want to do is be successful as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful. And I'm here to tell you number one that most of you say you want to be successful, but you don't want it bad. You just kind of want it. You don't want it bad as you want to party. You don't want it as much as you want to be cool. You most of you don't want success as much as you want to sleep. Some of you love sleep more than you love success. And I'm here to tell you today if you're going to be successful, you've got to be willing to give up sleep. The hour is now. I am your replacement. I am coming for the throne. I'm coming for every room that you locked me out of. Every realm that I step into, I will dominate.
You cannot listen to the naysayers. Imagine. You go from studio executive to studio executive, from agent to agent, from manager to manager, and they all said exactly the same thing. Now, that's very encouraging, isn't it? But you know something? I didn't give a [ __ ]. I didn't. Because I believed that I can be a leading man.
When you get to the edge, your brain will always tell you to step back. It's always going to tell you to step back. Because you can fall. Always it's going to tell you step back. Because before you fail, the last time you did this, you saw someone else fail. You could hurt. You could be off work. It's going to tell you it's designed to keep you safe. So, you have to be willing to play between your brain and your soul. And on some days you got to just listen to your soul. And you got to say I'm going to leap. I'm going to get to the edge. Most people are at the edge and you're standing at the edge and you're watching everyone else fly. Watching someone else live. Wondering what it's going to be like when you jump without ever jumping. And I'm just here to tell you jump. Because only three things can happen. You're either going to jump and fly or you're going to jump and fall on something soft or you're going to fall down hard. Either way, you're going to get back up. You already know you got what it takes to get back up. Your greatest fear is not that you will fall. Your greatest fear is that you will live a full life and never fly. That you never leaped. You're not afraid of dying. You're afraid of dying before the world sees who you really are. Before they really get your fingerprint. Before they really feel your breath. Before they really get your contribution. Before they really feel you. That's what you don't want to happen. You don't want to leave this place without us knowing you were here. All I'm doing is giving my dream a chance. And I'm not extraordinary. You don't get off the hook. I'm an ordinary woman who chooses every day to make one more extraordinary decision.
It's called the language of the poor. What if this happens? And on top of that if this was to happen, look at the fix I'd be in. I better not try. Then I'll tell you what changed my whole life when I finally discovered it's all risky. The minute you were born it got risky. Getting married is risky. Having children is risky. Going into business is risky. Investing your money is risky. It's all risky. Why are you here? And what are you going to do about it? Because the truth of the matter is we have a purpose. We have a destiny. We have fulfillment. We've got connections to make. We've got people to meet. We've got rooms to walk in. We've got tables to sit at. When you're working at your dream, somebody said, "The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory." See, when you win it's hard and there's a struggle, see what you become in the process is more important than the dream. That's far more important. The kind of person you become, the character that you build, the courage that you develop, the faith that you've manifested. Oh, it's it's it's something that you get up in the morning you look yourself in the mirror, you're a different kind of person. You walk with a different kind of spirit. You know it was hard, but you did it hard.
No growth comes from being comfortable. And you know what else happens when you take big risks? You grow. You grow into the person that you're meant to become.
Y'all can't fool me, baby. Keep fooling me. I love it. I love it. People been fooling me and doubting me since I started training. I love it. The more you fool me, the stronger I get, baby. I'm used to this. Y'all can't stop me. Keep it up, baby. Keep it up. Y'all can't stop me.
Listen, stop feeling sorry for yourself. Stop. Well, come on then. What's wrong with you? Yeah, you. Now you got a bone out of fire.
Stay strong.
Come on, Liam, man. You got it, man. Come on.
We are fire, man. The heat doesn't bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the. It tells us that we're ready. We're at home. We're where we're supposed to be. Flames don't intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flames. We control them. We move the flames where we want them. And then we speak to them.
Are you bold enough? Are you radical enough in your hunger and your thirst to go after what it is that you believe is yours? Are you crazy enough? Are you courageous enough to disappear for 30 days? Come back and shock the world?
You're going to [ __ ] hate yourself in the morning. Why are you falling back? Your thoughts tell me yes. Why?
Demons fall in line. Hear my promise and hear my vow. When I speak the name of my Lord, all heads will turn and all heads will bow. I will never give in and that is something you could already know. I'm a warrior of God.
And on this night, the gates will remain closed.
This will be the story that I will one day tell. And that means the harder it is, the bigger the dragon, the more epic the story and by consequence, the more epic the hero.
Nobody could beat this guy until Buster Douglas proved he could get beat. And what people found out was Mike Tyson's strength is if you can last at least the five rounds with this guy, he ain't got no more juice left. And if he can't get you in five, he can't get you. And all you got to do is outlast him. There's some things in life that all you got to do is outlast.
Yes, that's right.
And if you could just out You ain't got to swing. You ain't got to be going through it. You just got to learn the secret of how can I survive these next couple rounds? Cuz if I can get past this, then I can knock him out. And they asked Buster Douglas at the end. They said, "How in the world did you meet beat Mike Tyson?" He said, "Cuz I promised my mama before she died I was going to beat him."
Because I am a stud. I'm ballsy. I don't take no [ __ ] from anyone. I smoke my stogie anywhere I want. I don't have to find a hideout place like you.
Before you get your feelings hurt by that bully at school or that boss at work, take time. Take that one second to pull back and study them. Because most people who are in good places, they don't they don't care about what you're doing.
Stop letting things dictate your life. You are the one that's in the driver's seat. If excuses is the passenger, open up the door and kick them out. And keep on driving down your path.
The difficult part of the lonely chapter is that the Rocky cut scene lasts 90 seconds in the movie and lasts 5 years in reality.
What's the matter with you?
Tomorrow.
There is no tomorrow. There is no tomorrow. There is no tomorrow.
And people are running around saying, "Oh, I don't know how to do this. I don't know how to do that." They're driving me nuts. For once in your life, have some ownership, some credibility behind your actions and your words. Mean what you say. Do what you say. Follow through for something for one time in your life.
One time, follow through on what you said. You will feel a high that you've never felt before.
When you follow through on things in life, guys, you achieve the confidence, the mentality that anything's possible.
Everybody wants to be praised and celebrated, but nobody wants to sacrifice. Nobody wants to put in the work. Nobody wants to let go of every single distraction. Can you learn how to say no to what's hurting you? No to what's stopping you? No to the people that don't believe in you? The fakes and the phonies and the people that keep saying that they'll support you when you get there, but they leave you when you arrive.
Claim what's yours. Own what's yours. You are a unique individual.
Everybody is never going to be where they want to be in life because sometimes they focus too much on the bad things and not claiming the good times. Not claiming, "Hey, no matter what struggle I go through, I am going to make it."
They don't think like you. They don't walk like you. They don't sacrifice like you. They're not willing to put in the blood, the sweat, the tears behind closed doors. A man is rewarded in public for what he does in private.
If you think about the difference between winners and losers, winners define themselves by what they made happen. And losers define themselves by what happened to them.

What if you started thinking about your kids? What if you started thinking about your legacy? What if God started dropping Canaan and opening up windows of heaven because now you're not just thinking about you, you're thinking kingdom. So, I started making these mixtapes with all of these hate messages about people talking sh-
And it became such a source of fuel that it was amazing because I know why you hate me. You hate me because you're probably in the bed right now. You're probably underachieving. You're probably somebody who doesn't want to do anything with your life. So, I make you question everything about yourself. So, I'm going to continue making you question yourself by coming out here and being even more successful.
I'm talking to the one that's been through hell.
You got to fight. You got to push. You got to give everything you have. Because I tell you this, weakness won't save you. You're alive, my friend. You're alive, my friend. You're alive. You're alive, my friend. And realize that. You got to be willing to sacrifice. You got to be willing to hurt. You got to be willing to yell out with every take.
Keep pushing forward. Don't you give up on your life. Don't you give up on those reps. Don't you give up on giving it what it takes to get the most of yourself. I've done all that work up to now. The best I can [ __ ] be at this [ __ ] moment. I know that. I solidified that through all this [ __ ] Whatever happens, it's the best I can be at that moment.
