In this drop shipping brand, I made $80,000 in only seven days just by finding gaps inside of the market. And this is also the method I've been using on my 14 different brands right now. And it works every single time that I make a new store, right? And I actually sold this brand for a pretty fat paycheck. So all the brands that I'm building, I'm actually building to exit.

So this brand had no creatives. I wasn't wasting a bunch of money testing ads and hoping they were going to work. And I definitely wasn't spending a 100 hours editing a bunch of stolen videos on Cap Cut, right? Cuz how could I expect to scale and actually hit these numbers if I was doing the exact same thing that every single other drop shipper guru always talks about. So this video is not going to have a bunch of like stupid edits flying around the screen. Like it's just me sitting here talking to you guys on exactly how I built out these brands and explain really really easy concepts, right? So if you guys are still looking for that one key winning product, it is still on Facebook ads or Instagram ads. Like I'm telling you this video is for you. I'm going to go through every single thing I needed to know when I was first starting out. And also a lot of like these gurus on this platform like they show these big numbers but they don't actually tell you the profit margin. On this store, we averaged around 30% margins. So, right around 24K profit on this one week alone. Also, $4,000 of that profit was only from organic free listings. So, 4K in profit on this one week without any advertising spend whatsoever, guys. Like, you don't have to buy my [ __ ] right? You guys have to do absolutely nothing but watch this free video. And I guarantee some of the methods I'm going be going over will change your life and help you make this type of life-changing money.

I started drop shipping with $200 out of a college dorm room, right? So, I was broke. I had no money, no experience, no connections, and I would stayed broke and stayed in that position if I did what every single other person in ecom is currently doing, right? And this is only possible because looking for gaps inside of the market. All right? So, every single thing you need to know to build a brand, scale it to 25K a week in profit, automate the brand, and eventually exit is all covered in this one video. Right? So, let me show you guys what I mean.

Now, no other guru will ever talk about this. All right? So what we're not going to do, which is what every single person does when they first start out, like myself included, is we just copy what everybody else is doing, right? So making creatives for products, selling them on Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok, finding different angles, stealing a bunch of videos from Tik Tok and repackaging as our own, selling supplements and supple calendar data ripping. Like all this stuff is wrong. That's what every single other person in the market is currently doing. So instead of doing what everybody else is doing, we just want to focus on finding gaps in the market, right? And so every single entrepreneur makes money, we're just looking for opportunities that nobody else is in, where we can control the entire market and set our own prices for the demand. And so where these gaps mostly exist is on searches. These searches are from people that actively want the product that are looking them up in order to purchase them, right? So we don't have to do any marketing whatsoever. We just have to be there when they're searching these products up.

And so this is crazy, but this is similar product to what I was selling on the store, right? And as you can tell, it's a very boring product. Doesn't really have a wow factor. It's not that interesting. It's literally just a room humidifier. And so the reason why this product works so well is because every single year there were 6 million searches for this humidifier on Google, right? So if I typed in humidifier on Google search, so if people want a humidifier, they're not going to type it on Facebook or Tik Tok or Instagram. They're going to search it up on Google and they're going to come across these Google ads, right? But all of these ads don't really appeal to the customer. But if we actually look at these options here, and these are the first six options in the feed in Manhattan, New York. Like this one is $2,534. This one's 525 bucks, 161, 297.50. Like, no one's actually going to buy from this bar compared to just Amazon. If I open up some of these listings here, this is a third ranked search for humidifier, right? Like, this store looks like [ __ ] Like, no one's actually going to buy from the store even if they click on their ad. This one also looks horrible. This one looks horrible. This one looks okay, but it's also a diffuser and it's not a humidifier. Like, there's so much opportunity where you can outscale all these people because no one's actually trying on the platform. brands that only run them on Google because Google has so much demand but such [ __ ] competition. So these people don't optimize any of their feeds. They don't have good offers/pricing and they also have really really bad storefronts that don't actually want the customer to convert. But also nobody else is talking about Google. I think I'm the only person to build out this 8 figureure ecom portfolio by only using Google ads as the marketing platform. So this is the exact gap that I'm talking about, right? And it's very very easy to have one good listing or a couple good listings and out compete everybody else on Google and make millions of dollars in the process. But even the people that do talk about Google don't really know how to monopolize these product lines and take the entire market share for yourself. Right?

So the way that we do it is instead of only having one listing on the shopping feed, what we do is whenever we find a product that does well on the store, we just duplicate that listing five more times but changing up the images and the angles, right? So let me show you guys what that looks like. All right? So, this is pretty crazy, but the way that we scale our stores, a lot of you guys have been asking me how I scale up Google Ads is I basically just duplicate listings that are working, right? So, this product worked for us. And what we did is I just duplicated a couple more times where now I basically own the entire listing bar for these types of products, right? So, there are full product lines where basically if you type them in, there is a six out of seven chance you will end up on one of my source. So, this is exactly what I mean by controlling the market and having basically a monopoly over these product lines. This is what we call surface area scaling, right? We're seeing how much surface area can we cover for every single type of keyword. And so this is what it looks like on the back end. So I'll show you guys exactly how to do this in a second. But for example, this product we were charging $50 for and we had 25,000 clicks on this product. And then because we saw this working and it was profitable and people really wanted this product, we just duplicated it to different pricing tiers. Think about this. Like we had premium pricing on this one with a premium photo. This one was standard pricing with $45 and 7,000 clicks. And then we had a budget version with 72,000 clicks. We're able to market our products and our store to every single type of customer. And the quick math behind this is that if this product had a 1% clickthrough rate, meaning that 1% of people that saw the ad clicked on it, now the skyrocketed to a 2 or 3% clickthrough rate without actually charging you more as an advertiser. Just say this listing for the product is making you 5K a week in profit. When you duplicate the listing a couple more times, this is going to double to 10K or even triple to 15K depending on how many searches actually exist for this product. This is very, very easy to do since you're not really doing a lot more work, right? You're just taking this product that works, updating the image, updating the angle, and boom, you just doubled or tripled your profit.

A lot of these gurus, they overcomplicate product research, but it is really easy. It is a little bit different on Google than it is from Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram. But I'm going to do some live product research and whatever product that I find guaranteed you can start scaling today and make like 25k a week in profit on before I showed you guys how to do chatbt and regular Google trends. But now we just choose winning hunter since it will show you exactly how many searches there are and then also the trend lines. So the only two things I change here is what niche I'm in and then also between volume and growth. Growth could be for seasonal products if you set it to the right time frame or just see products that have just started hitting the market. And then of course volume is for evergreen products that will sell the entire year round.

All right, so I just came across heated jacket and I really like this idea because I can turn this store into a warming/comforting store. Very, very saturated product, but nothing is really saturated on Google because no one's actually selling it in a correct way. I'm going to take heated jacket. I'm going to throw this into Google search. All right, so I threw it into Google search and we validated again that these listings are [ __ ] This one ends in 00. This one's 330 bucks. Guaranteed we could have a way better listing than what they have. So, a lot of people skip this step, but I always like seeing exactly how much money I'm going to make on these products, and I only want to make database decisions. All right. So, now I'm going to take heated jacket and put this into Google keyword planner just to see how much you're going to charge me as an advertiser. All right. So, right here, I'm just going to select the top five English-speaking countries. So, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, and the US. So, Heated Jacket once again has 100,000 to 1 million searches throughout the entire year. The top of page bid is $2. Just meaning if I type in heated jacket online and click this top advertiser, this guy gets charged between $2 and 36. And then even scrolling through this, the store looks like [ __ ] Of course, we can make a store that looks a thousand times better. So, a lot of people skip this step, but I always like seeing exactly how much money I'm going to make on these products. And I only want to make database decisions, right? So, with Google, they give you all this data. So, I'm just going to take 250,000 searches per month. So, at 250,000 searches, we're going to average a 1% click-through rate if we only have one listing. That's pretty standard on Google. That's how many people are seeing your ad and actually clicking on it. That would be 2500 visitors on the website. And then with a 5% conversion rate, meaning how many people are entering our website and actually purchasing on my stores and the source and community, we average between a 4 and 6%. But I'm just going to keep it in the middle here at five. So that's going to be 125 orders per month. And then I'll probably price this product at around $150. So that'll be around $19,000 in revenue. Let me just make this a little bit clearer so you guys can see. And then with a 30% margin, which is what we average across my stores and the stores in the community, that's around $5,500 in profit per month. And that's also only on a 1% clickthrough rate if we only have one listing, right? And so if we duplicate this listing a couple more times, and let's just say we double our clickthrough rate on this one product alone, that's going to be close to $11,000 in profit every single month. Again, that's only on one product, right? So we just find four more products exactly like it, looking at $55,000 in profit every single month. this average 30% profit margin, you can see the data on exactly how much Google is going to charge you as an advertiser, right? So, if the high range is $2 and the low range is 36, let's just say it's going to charge you $125 every time you get a click on your website, cost per click. And then with a 5% conversion rate, that just means that one out of every 20 customers on your website is a purchase, right? So, if you just do $1.25 25 * 20 people for one purchase. And so that's going to be $25 in ad cost in order to get one purchase, right? Which is very, very cheap. And you're able to do the math before you list products to see exactly how profitable you're going to be.

All right. So, now that we found a product that is backed by data to make you a [ __ ] ton of money over the next couple months, now we just have to focus on out competing all these listings on the ad level. And so, when you think about Google Ads, the main levers are just the image, title, and the price, right? We can worry about the storefront later, but for now, we want to focus that customers are clicking on our ad compared to everyone else's. So, of course, we're going to start with the image so that customers can actually see themselves wearing these types of products. So, what we're going to do is put this into Chatbt and I'm basically going to have CHT make me a prompt that I can use on Google Gemini. All right. So, I basically said this is a heated jacket. Make me a prompt to have a 50-year-old male wearing it in nature/hiking. And this prompt will be used on Gemini. I'm also just going to add D2C product brand and lifestyle image people can see themselves in. So now we're going to take this prompt that CHP made and throw this into Google Gemini. I've noticed that Google Gemini makes a lot better product images than Chach. So I'm just going to say this and then also input the product image. And we're just going to wait, let this cook up, and we're going to see how much better this image will be than the other competitors. Boom. There we go. A customer can easily see themselves wearing this while they're hiking, which is the angle we're going to target. The last thing I'm going to do is just say make the jacket emit a red glow so customers know it's heated. This image looks so much better than the competitors. Once again, a lot of competitors aren't really trying. They don't actually use AI to advantage. But as you can see, a customer could easily see themselves wearing this jacket as well as they can feel the heat coming from this product. This is our image compared to everyone else's, right? So, this directly appeals to that ideal customer of someone who's a 50-year-old male who wants to hike with this jacket on.

All right, next we're going to do is just ask ourselves who else would buy this product, right? What is the need for buying a heated jacket? So, as trash, the five main customer profiles are just active men age 40 to 65, blue collar workers/outdoor workers, outdoor enthusiasts, older adults with circulation and cold sensitivity, and then gift buyers. So, these are five customer profiles you can sell to on every single one of these listings. So, I'm going to do is just say, "Make me five prompts for each of the avatars." All right. So, this is super easy to do, but now I have prompts to fill out every single image on the shopping feed and target every single ideal customer who wants to buy this product. And with these prompts, instead of me putting them into Gemini, cuz Gemini does take a couple revisions, I'm just going to put this into Atlas AI, which already is built into the Shopify store. Now, whatever image that I make will make for them. I can just import them directly into the product. All right. So now you have four different variations of images. I'm just going to choose this one for example. And let's upscale it one more time. That was better quality. And then with Atlas, I'm just going to import into the store. They're going to AI write all of the copy and all the marketing for me. And so now instead of only having one image with one customer avatar and one product. Now we have four products that all have different images and all tailor different demographics and different type of people.

All right. So now we have the product and we have the different images that will out compete everybody else. Now we just have to focus on actually showing up when people search in heated jacket. All right. So what everyone thinks is that now you have one winning product, right? Let's just say you're running at $50 a day in budget. Now that it's profitable and it's making money, you're going to scale up the budget to let's just say $200 in ad spend. This is a traditional way of scaling up ads. And so the reason why this process works on Facebook or Tik Tok or Instagram is because you have an ad or creative that's generating demand for your product, right? This ad is going to say, "Hey, you have this problem. This product is the solution to your problem. Therefore, you have to buy our product, right? And so on $50 a day, this ad is going to get shown to a very small amount of people, right? Your testing phase. And then whenever you bump it up to 200 bucks, it's going to get shown to a bigger audience, right? And then a bigger audience and then a bigger audience. But the reason why this process doesn't work and the reason why I stopped running Facebook ads or Tik Tok ads or Instagram ads because eventually you're going to run into creative fatigue and you're going to hit a wall on your audience size. Right? So now you're back on square one of making a new creative, testing out a different audience, and scaling until you hit a wall over here. Right? then you have to redo the entire process, find a new product, make a new storefront, like all this is wrong and you shouldn't be going into Google with the same mindset.

Let's just say on Google you have a similar case scenario where one of your products is doing very well. Instead of just putting more money into ads for that one product, you want to scale it sideways and you want to scale horizontally, right? And that way you never hit the ceiling of how much audience you can reach because you're always scaling horizontally. Example, one of the stores that I run, we have 1,200 different products in the store. We also have an insane amount of clicks in the past 30 days because we're scaling wider as opposed to just putting more money into something until it breaks. And so, for example, on this sore, let's just say this product was the heated jacket, right? This product would then be the heated vest, a heated blanket, a heated hoodie, a heated sherpa, and we scale up that product line because we know that that niche is working, right? So, this is you pushing a product harder and harder and harder until that product cracks and you have to restart. And then this is you just casting a wide net and letting Google tell you your winners for you, right? So, this is why I have employees that upload thousands of different products to the store because I'm not only looking for one winner, but I'm building a portfolio of a bunch of small winners that are going to keep adding up, right? And eventually along the line, you're going to find one product that's going to stick and then I scale that up horizontally. Also, really easy to do, right? You're obviously not going to be doing this yourself. If you want to, there's really, really cheap AI tools that I went over in the last video, but ideally, you want to delegate all this stuff to online employees that just do all the work for you. There's not really a lot of work that goes on in your ad. And so now when you scale horizontally and you do that same strategy we did before where you're controlling all demand for one product. Now you have all these listings and you effectively control this entire niche of heated clothes. All right. So this is your jacket. These your shorts, your pants, your beanie, your gloves. Like you basically own this entire product category. No other guru will talk about horizontally scaling products in one product line with different variations and different angles. But they also never talk about auctions. So when people type in heated jacket on Google, there's going to be an internal auction on Google ads. to see which competitor should actually show up first on that ad bar. And so a lot of these Google drop shippers only focus on this one keyword, right? Heated jacket, right? But in reality, there's so many more searches that people look up, right? So cheap heated jacket, comfy heated jacket, durable heated jacket, under $100, best products to stay warm in the winter. If we just horizontally scale and actually optimize and put intention to our listings, we're able to compete for all these different search terms. All these searches are going to create many auctions in Google. And Google's just going to figure out which is the best advertiser to show for the first listing. And so these auctions are based on a couple different things, but the one I'll cover in this video is how relevant your ads are to the actual search. And now when you horizontally scale this product and this one's focused on being comfy, this one's focused on being durable. Listen for women, for men, to wear to work. Now you can appear first for all these listings since you're more relevant to that search. So, because we're hitting every single angle and every single type of customer that would search up this product, we're going to win every single auction since we're going to be the most relevant product on this listing. Right? So, if you have one product and you only have one auction spot, meaning you're only showing up for one search term, you only have one chance for the customer to click on your website, right? But if you have one product and you're showing up for 10 different search terms, now you have 10 chances for the customer to click on yours compared to everyone else's, right? And every single other person who does Google Ads drop shipping is only focused on this method. you focus on surface area, you're going to have a lot more chances for a customer to click since you're owning every single auction on the top, right? And then when you scale up to a thousand products in your store with 10 different auctions, you now have 10,000 different chances for a customer to click on your site to everyone else who's only focused on one product with one chance. And then with these thousand products, it is very rare for you to actually lose money on these ads, right? because you only get charged as an advertiser if someone sees your image, sees your price, sees your title, and then clicks on your ad, which means they're already primed to purchase, and they're on your website in order to buy this product. And then also, when we do service error scaling, and just the more products you have on the website is just going to be a positive feedback loop in Google Ads. The more products you have, it just means the more customer data you're going to get of who's actually buying, then Google's going to learn from that data in your pixel. They're going to push you to warmer buyers, who's more likely to convert. And then from there, you're going to see what products are working and just list more of them. All right? So, Google is a very, very smart ad platform, right? They understand buyers, they work on data, and just the more data that you give it, the more of the work they're going to do for you. I'm able to scale all these different brands at once because I don't actually work inside of this business. And so, my first store, I started with $200 to my name out of a college dorm, right? And then since then, I just been using the money that I'm making from these stores in order to invest and build out more. I currently run 14 brands that all use this exact system. And I actually just bought two more this month. I'm doing a full live case study on. I brushed over a lot of topics like getting approved on GMC, the auction system, manual CPC shopping ads, out bidding competitors, but I'm still planning to make these free resources for you guys about advanced drop shipping topics that nobody else talks about. So, this exact process that I teach inside of the Blue Ocean programs. There's a full live walkthrough of me building out my last brand, automating it, and scaling it on Google Ads. And of course, you'll have access to my network, my private buyers, my automation system, and then also one-on-one support from me. If you guys want help from me to build out one of these brands, just fill out an application below. But other than that, thank you guys so much for watching to the end of the video. If you enjoyed, definitely like, comment, subscribe, all that fun stuff. And I'll catch you guys in the next one. Pace.
