If you're tired of creating AI-generated content that sounds robotic, doesn't reflect your voice, and requires continuous editing even after the output, then this video is for you. I'm going to show you how to create and model your own voice using your transcripts and other material, so we can create an amazing AI voice profile.

First, let's take a look at a typical AI prompt most people will use: "Write a blog post about social media marketing in a professional tone." While this seems fine, here's exactly what we're going to get back: "In today's fast-paced digital landscape, social media marketing has become an essential tool for businesses seeking to establish their online presence." That is awful and terrible! I would never want this to be on my website, and I really hope you feel the same way.

So, here's the real problem: most people focus on editing the output instead of fixing the input. They use generic prompts that create generic content and then try to manually add in their voice after the fact. All of this leads to very terrible and problematic AI content. You're going to receive generic output, and you'll just be wasting time editing your content. We don't want any of those things! The whole purpose of using AI tools is to actually help us with our content and save us time as well.

So, what is the exact solution? That is creating a voice profile. We're going to create an entire voice profile that captures our common phrases, transitions, and even our explanation style. It will understand our content structure and how we use topics and examples to tell our stories, as well as our audience engagement, including our question style, humor, and any shared experiences.

If you want to grab all of my favorite AI prompts, you can find them in the description and pinned comment below this video. There, you can also access a little bit of free training on how to become an AI content creator.

Now, let's dive in and learn how to create our own voice profile. When it comes to creating our voice profile, we need to analyze our content. We should review our last five to ten pieces of content for patterns. If you have long-form content, like YouTube video scripts or blog posts, you only need about two to three different pieces. From there, the AI will learn all of your transitions and patterns. This is really important because it helps the AI understand exactly how you structure your content.

We can also have it capture our unique phrases that we often use. This is crucial, and I'm going to show you what I usually do and the prompt exercise I follow when creating this voice profile. Again, this is powerful because it helps us create AI content that doesn't sound robotic; it sounds human, or what we call "humanized." This will also help us with hallucinations, as we need to have the AI model our unique voice.

Now, I want to show you what my own voice profile looks like before we create one for fun. Essentially, this is Eddie's voice profile—that's me! In this voice profile, you'll see that I have a lot of holistic features, content structure, and audience engagement. This will help with future outputs and reduce hallucinations. Some things I like to include are my elevator pitch, who I'm serving, my unique proposition, and my target audience, which is creators. My reading level is at the 9th grade. As you evolve and create more content, this might change, so you can always update it later.

Now, let's use an example to see what this looks like and understand why this is so important. We're going to create a blog post sample using my voice profile. The blog post topic will be "How to Rank on the First Page of Google Using ChatGPT." That's going to be the title, and I've added a unique angle. I also have my how-to blog post template, which I provide in my community. I'm going to go ahead and add this PDF here, so we can download it and drag it into this chat to see the sample output using my voice profile.

Okay, we just got an incredible article back, and I promise you this is powerful! I can already see that this is better than most writers. Essentially, we have the intro: "Want to finally crack the code of first-page Google rankings? Here's the thing: most people are using ChatGPT all wrong for SEO. They're just asking for basic content and wondering why they're stuck on page five. But by combining ChatGPT with the right content optimization tools, you can create content that Google absolutely loves. I've helped dozens of creators implement this system, and today I'm showing you exactly how to do it." That intro is amazing to me! It's exactly what I would say.

We have another intro that says, "This guide will take about 15 minutes to read and is perfect for content creators, bloggers, and business owners who already know the SEO basics but want to level up their game. You'll learn my proven process that consistently gets content ranking on page one, often within weeks instead of months." Then it follows my blog post template, discussing AI-enhanced content optimization and why it matters.

I like how it uses those phrases and patterns; I love it because it's something I would say and write, especially with these nice bullet points. This is really good! We have the essential tools and some preparation steps, and it's just following my template. This looks amazing! I love that it's not purely a list item; it's actually providing paragraphs that are only two to three sentences long. This is just using my voice profile, and I can guarantee you that this is better than most people's content writing or AI outputs right off the bat.

You can see that we have really good header tags, everything looks great, and it even includes an FAQ section that follows exactly what I would do. Once you learn how to create a voice profile, it will be incredibly useful for any future content writing, including your YouTube scripts and even your emails.

Now, let's create our YouTube voice profile using my favorite exercise. This is the exact one I teach in the community, where we show people how to build an educational creator business with the help of AI. We're going to grab this entire prompt, copy and paste it into CLA, or you can also use ChatGPT. Then, we're going to feed it at least one to two of our transcripts and test it out together.

Go ahead and paste this or something similar into CLA, and it will ask us for our niche market, my "I help" statement, and at least one full transcript. You can see here that it's actually asking for this information, so let's quickly add that together.

Now, we're going to grab a YouTube video from your own channel, or if you have articles that you've written prior without AI, we can grab those as well. I'm going to use this YouTube video. The next thing we need to do is go to a place called YouTube Transcript Tactic. I'm going to leave this in the description for you; it's a completely free tool that allows you to grab transcripts instantly. I'm going to paste that YouTube video link, and from here, we can click on copy. This is going to be really powerful, so we're going to enter that and click on paste.

We were able to get a voice profile analysis as an AI and creative growth expert. It grabbed all of my patterns, sentence structure, and everything I use when writing my scripts and content. Now, let's have it create a sample for us and see what the output looks like.

For this sample, we're going to say, "Write a 1500-word YouTube script." The topic is going to be "How to Do TikTok SEO." This is definitely something I wouldn't typically talk about, so I want to see what it does based on my voice profile.

I'm already pretty happy with what it's doing because this is something I would say. We see: "In this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to rank your TikTok videos using SEO, and I promise you that these strategies actually work in 2024. I've personally used these exact techniques to grow multiple accounts to over 100,000 followers, and today I'm breaking down my entire process." The intro is really nice!

Here's where you're going to learn: "First, I'll show you how TikTok's algorithm actually reads your content. Then, I'll give you my proven framework for keyword research that takes less than 10 minutes per video. Finally, I'll share three optimization tricks that nobody's talking about but are absolutely crushing it right now." This is such a good sample!

We can continue improving upon this voice profile, which is another factor when creating one. But just from this alone, we can see that we are on the right track. Now that you've created some kind of voice profile, you'll want to start refining the output. Just because you got something that sounds like you doesn't mean it's going to be perfect.

Once you do a first track review of your sample, check for any signature phrases and structure. Does everything look good? Do you need to make any adjustments? From there, see if you can enhance the flow of your content output and do any final polishing. Once you start to see what is incorrect or wrong about your sample, go ahead and have CLA or ChatGPT fix itself by prompting it.

This is really powerful because from here, you can use that voice profile for the future and always have the perfect output that uses your tone of voice and writing patterns. The biggest benefits to this are really time-saving; you're always going to have a consistent voice. You could even sell something like this to companies and brands that need help with their email lists, blog posts, YouTube scripts, and LinkedIn content. Just doing this alone for a company or for yourself is going to save hours of time and bring in potential revenue.

Next, this will help you scale your content production, allowing you to create much more content without losing your personal touch. I usually recommend that if you want to keep improving your voice profile, you can record daily voice notes and save them into a Google Drive folder. Whenever you need to update your voice profile, you can insert all those voice notes you've created and have your voice profile updated based on what's happening today or in the past few weeks.

Once you've done all this, you can create blog posts, social media content, and even amazing newsletters. For anyone who's been on my newsletter, you probably have seen my content. A lot of people ask me or reply back saying, "This is amazing! How did you create this, and how do you have time to do it?" Well, I create voice profiles for every single social media platform and business that I'm in, and I just use that with context. This allows me to create the content that I produce.

Some future possibilities as you do this include content multiplication. Just learn how to combine your voice profile with content multiplication techniques, and this will help you build out more content later down the road, such as social media platforms like TikTok. You can create short-form scripts and continue to improve upon that voice profile.

So, go ahead and create your own! Let me know how it goes. If you have any questions, you can always join my community or my newsletter, where I provide free value advice on AI prompting for educational creators. If that is your jam, go ahead and click the link in the description below this video, and I'll see you in the next video if you want to learn how to write content faster with the help of AI.
