Days off just to try to catch up with everything. It's been, uh, wild at the end of May. This is a lot. Um, I know it's, it's just, it's just the way the cookie crumbles. I know it's, towards the end, it, it does become overwhelming. Oh my gosh. Uh, I'll be very brief and concise so that way I don't take a bunch of your time. So, um, here's what I wrote down that I wanted to ask you. Uh, I just want to make sure I'm completing everything correctly. So yesterday, I've been checking my LA USD mail because most of my emails forwarded from the Stan State, but I missed the thing with Christina. Um, is there a recording of that or I just want to make sure I didn't miss anything important?

I did get an email from some. I have a PowerPoint. Let me just get send it to you. Okay, amazing. Yeah, just give me a minute. No, take your time. Take your time. Hello Christina Bonds. Do you want me to put it in the chat? Do you want me to email it to you? Chat is great. I can just download. Yeah, you can just save it. Okay. There it is. Okay, great. Let me go ahead and download this real quick. Okay. Exit seminar. Okay, I think I've got it. Let me double check. Okay, fantastic.

Okay, so I have that the exit seminar. Um, so for the folder submission, could you clear everything that needs to be uploaded? Clarify everything. So I put the clinical hours in there. Um, I know we went over this. I forgot. We don't have to do them in your class. We just have to do them in Dr. Dean's or we do have to do the clinical hours. What is Dr. Dean's class? Uh, it that's 6797. Oh, okay. Yeah. Uh, you don't have to do it from my class.

Okay. Um, for that folder that you gave us though with all the, all the different things? Yes. So for the folder, uh, I did send you an announcement. If you look at the announcement, all the details for the student folder. So I need all the observations. Okay. Your the cooperating teacher and your supervisors. All observations. Um, then there's a triad meeting, there's a transition meeting, there's subject specific pedagogy meeting at the end of so all of those together go in one folder. Uh, there's the induction and bridging document. What was the induction and bridging document again? Uh, was that would that be sent to me from Lindsay Bryant too, my supervisor? No, I said I shared it with you. Oh my gosh. Gosh, I think I probably just got overwhelmed with the things. Um, probably.

One second. Let me, let me just pull this up. Okay. And then I, I put my CPR certificate in there. The CT US observation. Um, is there a form for that? Which one? The CT/US observation. Is that the thing? Yes. So, every time, uh, they do an observation for you, you will get a feedback form. Got it. That's the one. Okay. I think there was 10 of them, I think. Yes. There's four in the first semester, six in the second semester from the supervisor, and then two and two, uh, from the CT. So four. And then there are some other forms like the triad information form, which I don't really care if you put it or not, but then there's a transition meeting and then there's one at the end of this semester, which is called, um, subject specific skills form. Okay. Where were all of those sent to? Let me, let me just share my screen with you and show you. Okay. Okay. So, if you go to announcements. Okay, let me do that real quick. I'll follow along with you. So, all right. Uh, let's see. There is an announcement from April 27th called, uh, titled student folders. Okay. March 30th, April 27th. Okay. Okay. Student folders. Yeah. So then here you can see there's a link to the student folder, which takes you straight to the folders and then you look for yours. What you need to upload here are three things. Um, the TPTPA results if you have them, otherwise don't worry about it. So your CT or US observation, that's the first semester clinical practice. You have six forms. You have a trial information. You have four university supervisor. You have two cooperating teacher or mentor teacher, whatever they are called. And then you have one transition form. Okay. Six forms from the first semester. And then you have six university supervisor feedback forms. You have two cooperating teacher or mentor teacher forms. And then when you have one, a subject specific skills form. Okay. And on those other forms that are not from my university supervisor, where do I get those from? Um, the mentor teacher. Uh, by where means you want a link to them or so your, your, your mentor teacher would have observed you during the semester twice. They did observe me. Yeah. But I don't know if he had a form for that. That's, that's my only thing. Yeah, they have to fill out a form for you. If they haven't, then just ask them to let me share that link with you. Okay. Clinical practice. Uh, let's see. Cooperating teacher observation. And they just had to do two. Pardon? They just had to do two. Yes, just two. Okay. Let me see. Where is the chat? Yeah. Okay. This is the link to the, um, cooperating teacher form that the cooperative teacher fills out, clinical experience observation. Got it. And when they fill this out, does it go directly to you guys or do we have to print it? It's, it won't, you know, there's something wrong with our Google account. It's not coming to me though. It should technically, but you should get a copy and your CT should get a copy. Okay. So, it'll email us a copy, like a PDF or something? As soon as they submit it, like within a minute. Uh, you get, you get an, you get a copy. So, both of you should get one. Okay. Um, all right. So, let's see here. Export. Um, okay. So, there's that one. Okay. And then I'm trying to think of any other forms that I might have needed. Induction and bridging documents. Okay. Did you do you have that? Um, oh gosh, I, I have the 10 observations from my, uh, but I don't know if I have the induction and bridging document. I did give it to you guys in the class, but I might have saved it. Um, I'm looking at my desktop right now. I'm trying to find the folder of where I were saving all the documents. And I think I might have. Yeah. And let me see if I can find it. Thank you so much. It's, it's also on the in the module. Let me see in which module I put it. Um, yes. So, if you look on Canvas for session 13, May 4th. Okay. Session 13. Um, on the 4th of May, you will see SP induction bridging document. Ah, got it. Okay. Download that. Okay. And then your CPR certification. Uh, put that. I, I put that in there. Uh, that's good till December of 2026. So I've got some time, I think. Um, so it's like six months is left on it. M I think that should be okay. But, um, maybe let me just, let me just check. It doesn't say anything about the validity of this. It should be valid for two years. Yeah. So, I've had it for a year and a half. So, I got six months left on it. So, you have up to, up to December to renew it, right? And I'm not sure if my school will have me do that or if it's just the university intern program that I have to have that for. Oh, you probably have it for the intern program. Right? Yeah. And I should be done this semester. My only thing is is my, uh, CalTPA cycle 2. I'm going to submit it on Friday because I forgot to do the, the followup lesson. Um, I just want to make sure I probably won't have my results back until, if I submit it on Friday, I'm guessing like either July or the end of June. Um, so who, who, how will I upload that? Will I upload that to the folder with you? So, I mean, it's okay if you don't. So, what you have to do is that you have to apply for your credential. Now, that, that, uh, the PowerPoint that I shared with you, that is all of the information. So, there's the form that you, it's a Google form that you fill out and you send your results to Christina. Okay. So, I send my results to Christina. Okay. Um, and the, uh, the PowerPoint that you shared with me, that's, um, that's like, uh, that's where I would fill it out at. Right. Yeah, that gives you all of the information on how to fill that out. Okay. Let me see here. So, starting the 5th of June is when you, is the first time that you can actually apply to Christina for your credential. You cannot apply directly to the CTC for your credential. If you go ahead and try and do it directly, you'll pay the fee and then nothing will come through and your fee will not get refunded. Okay? So, you have to do it through our credential office. Okay. Gotcha. So, I'm going to, I, I can't apply for it until I have my TPA signed. Yes. You need both of your, uh, TPA results and then there's a link here, uh, to the application, which you fill out. You just fill that and, uh, send it to her. Okay. And she said that in case, uh, you need to fast track your, uh, usually they are taking 10, she said how many, 10 to 12 weeks or something. Mhm. But if you want yours earlier, um, which is 10 to 12. Yeah, she said 10 to 12 weeks. But if you want it earlier than 10 to 12 weeks for some reason, like if you're teaching summer school and you need your teaching credential, then you will have to ask your school district to, uh, ask Christina to expedite your case. Okay. So, I have to ask her to expedite it. Okay. But you cannot directly ask her. First, you have to make sure you applied and then you have to ask your school district to ask Christina to email her and ask them to expedite your case. But that's if you want it, like, you're doing something in the summer and you need the certification for the summer. Gotcha. Okay. So, expedite it to Christina. All right. I need to get her, uh, I need to put her email. I think, yeah, I have her email. Um, okay. Um, so there's that and then, um, what was the thing I was going to ask? So, the clinical hours don't need that for you. And then for credential document processing, um, so I apply by using all the, that'll all be in the, uh, in the, I'm so sorry, like, it's the end of the year. I'm like, the, um, thing, the thing that you sent me. Yes, the PowerPoint that I just. PowerPoint. Yes, that's the word, the PowerPoint. Um, and then, um, all the documents that are required are in there. Um, is there anything else I need to complete that's not listed in there? Um, and then all the stuff in my folder. Um, so just. So, you need to have, uh, the stuff in your folder completed. You need to have your, um, final assignment turned in for the final grades. You and so on. As soon as you can get your TPA results, then you need to fill out this form and apply and tell, uh, Christina to apply for. She's going to apply it for you. Okay. Great. Um, so CPR certificates good. Clinical hours were good. So, for the CPR certification, why don't you just email Christina and confirm with her if it's okay because yours is valid for six more months. Okay. Right. Because I'm not sure how long it should be, like, do they want it for two years, till your preliminary credential because they're going to give you a preliminary credential and that's going to be for two years. Gotcha. So, they probably want yours valid for two years. Okay. Um, and then the TPA results. Um, I'll put that in there. And then the induction bridging document. You sent that to me. Um, the CT US observation, those are the two ones that my teacher mentor supposed to send. And then it'll send me a hard copy of that and then I put those in there. And there's also a a subject specific skills form, which your CT or mentor does with you. Okay. Um, did we have the document for that, the subject specific skills form? Let me, let me just send it to you. Okay. Thank you. This has all of the, all of the required forms and everything on this Google doc. Okay. Fantastic. Okay. Subject specific form. Okay. And then this will just have all the, all the. Yeah, it has all of the forms. So, if you go down, uh, it starts from agriculture at the end, you have theater. Okay. Um, okay, great. And then, um, I'll just click on that red link right there. Or wait, no. No, on the blue ones. Subject specific skill form. The red one is just. And then it pops up. It has no link. And so it has all of the subjects. Yours is right at the end. Okay. So, you click it and then it comes up with a Google form. Good deal. And yeah, so all of this has your cooperating teacher observation form as well. Um, yeah, the rest you don't need. Okay. So, um, and then in that email that I got from Christina, let me see here. I'll, I'll actually pull that open just to make sure this is everything that needs to be on here. Um, I think I forwarded a message that she had sent to me. Okay. Um, so Christina said on Monday, May 11th, I'll be presenting information your EDSS 4300 pre. Once all your requirements have been met, most of you have registered for the remaining credential courses this semester. Uh, your individualized credential tracking sheet. Um, I have attached the following documents. So, I guess I will, I'll fill those out. So, I'll fill out my individualized credential tracking sheet. I'll fill that out. No, that they filled it out and sent it to you. So, that's just for you. You can look at it. You can see it. Okay. Okay. So, she attached. To. Yeah, she's attached it for you. Um, now, this is kind of a, like an internal, uh, sheet that we keep for our records, like it tracks your progress through the system. So, that's why we call it tracking sheet. So, um, the GPA mentioned on this tracking sheet is your GPA when you enter the program. And not the GPA now, because that's going to keep changing as you keep passing your courses. Gotcha. Right. So, so don't worry about that. Okay. Yeah. So, the final, when you get your transcript, your final, uh, GPA will be on that. This is just an internal document. Nobody's going to ask you for it, but it's just for your record. Okay. So, all the stuff she sent me, I don't really have to fill out any of that stuff. It's Fill out anything with it. Gotcha. Gotcha. Just that one Google form you will fill and when you ask her, you know, to apply for the credential on your behalf. Okay. Okay. So, I think that's everything that I need to know. Am I forgetting something? I think that's, I think. If something comes to your mind, always you can email me, that's not a problem. Okay. Great. Um, and once again, sorry for asking. I know we've gone over this.
