A Delayed Miracle | Bishop S. Y. Younger

John chapter 9, and I'm going to read verse one through verse seven. And when you have it, will you stand with me for the reading of God's word, please? Uh, when you have it, I want you to shout, "Amen."

Amen.

And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him, saying, "Master, who did this? Who did sin? This man or his parents that he was born blind?" Jesus answered, "Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents, but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. I must work the works of him that sent me while it is day. The night cometh when no man can work. As long as I'm here, as long as I'm in the world, I am the light of the world." When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with clay. Verse seven, and said unto him, "Go wash in the pool of Saleom, which is by interpretation sent." He went his way, therefore, washed, and came seeing.

And all of God's people said, "Amen."

Amen.

On your way to your seat, tell somebody a delayed miracle.

You can be seated in the presence of the Lord. I just want to give someone a little context concerning the hour that you're standing in and what you've been experiencing maybe in these recent days, a delayed miracle. We're in John tonight and one of the non-synoptic, the non-synoptic texts. Matthew, Mark, and Luke seem uh, more connected to their narratives. Um, especially when it comes to the birth of Jesus. Uh, Matthew, Mark, and Luke deal with the lineage of John and the genealogy of Mary. They deal with manger. They deal with the house and the Magi. But John says, if you really want to know the beginning of Jesus, you got to go beyond Bethlehem.

You have to surpass Nazareth. John says Jesus is beyond Joseph and before Mary. John says, "In the beginning," hallelujah, "was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." Yes, he is the holy child of God. He's Mary's baby, but at the same time, he's not just Mary's baby, but he's Mary's God.

That while Mary was holding him, he was holding the world. Hallelujah. What a mighty God we serve.

Angels bow before him and heaven and earth adore him. So, we're in that John text that gives us a different position uh, when it comes to some of the gospel narratives, but all the gospels, and no matter where they start in their writing style and the audiences they are called to include what we call the miraculous, the supernatural expression and the manifestation of the Son of God in the earth. I want to know, is there anybody in here you still believe in miracles?

Hallelujah. There are sensationalists individuals in the scholarly community of theology who then challenge our belief systems in this day about miracles. They would say there are no more miracles or authoritative gifts. There are no more prophecies and no more uh, gifts of tongues. They say those gifts, and especially the expression of miracles, ended with the death of the last apostle. They say that those gifts were part of the apostolic era. Those individuals who had walked with Yeshua. So that means the dispensation of miracles would have ended at the death of John off of the Isle of Patmos.

But I want to ask you one more time. You may not have been to seminary. You may not know theology or homiletics, but how many of y'all still believe in miracles? Well, my question is, how do you know God is still working miracles? Push somebody real quick. Tell them you just felt a miracle touch you. Because if the devil would have had his way, I would have been dead a long time ago. Somebody shout, "He's a miracle-working God." Catherine Kuhlman says this, Wanita. Says, "I believe in miracles because I believe in God." How can we believe in a supernatural God, but we don't believe that he does supernatural things? Oh, glory be to God. If our God doesn't move, we may as well be idol worshippers, just like those who worship idols, who have voices, has mouths but can't speak, and hands they can't touch. But our [laughter] God, although he's invisible, he's constantly doing visible things. Oh, I wish I had a witness in here. I said he's constantly doing visible things. The unseen hand of God are working miracles for us all the time. Will you reach over and grab somebody by the hand and tell them, "I'm speaking a miracle over you this week. I'm speaking something that only God can do. A man can bless you. A man can touch you, but only God, hallelujah, can give you a miracle." And I come to tell somebody that the water is stirred tonight. And that somebody who's been waiting on something for a long time, but if you can put a sound in the house, it's about to happen in a short time. I declare somebody that miracles are coming in this space. I still somebody shout, "I still believe in miracles." Come on, somebody shout it louder than your doubts. Shout, "I still believe in miracles."

Because you would think, because we're so advanced in information that the advancement of that information would bring us closer to God. But the truth is, there are times where information becomes a hindrance to faith.

Now, I didn't say knowledge, because knowledge and information is two different things. Yes, I know you got ChatGPT and you got Google. ChatGPT and Google can give you information, but they don't necessarily give you knowledge.

See, the word knowledge deals with knowing, and knowing deals with intimacy. And there's somebody who got information about God. And I don't just have information. I got knowledge about God. That means I've seen him do too much. Somebody shout, "I have an experience with God." And see, that's what will keep you because the hour we're living in will send a great falling away. The Bible says in the last days, it says many shall depart. And now listen what he said they were going to depart from. It didn't say they would depart from the church. It said they would depart from the faith. Because it's possible to do church and not believe in God. It's possible to be a cultural Christian [laughter] and still don't believe in his miraculous work. But I need somebody here to shout, "I believe in miracles."

Hallelujah. Glory be to God. Hallelujah.

So, we can't come to Super Sunday if we don't believe in the supernatural. [cheering] Because we end up doing it on autopilot. We sing the songs on autopilot. We pray the prayers on autopilot. Oh, but tonight I come to annoy you. Tonight, I come to frustrate you. I come to get on your nerves. Tonight, I am daring you to believe again. I know it's been longer than what you anticipated. And in your mind, if it was going to happen, it would have happened by now. But I need you to just jump up and shout. Somebody tell them, "Believe again. Believe again." Although it's a delayed miracle, it's still a miracle. [cheering]

Hallelujah. John telling miracles. And I need, I need us forever to be reminded that the greatest miracle that we could ever experience. And I want to, I want to make sure I put an emphasis on this tonight because sometimes in our Pentecostal charismatic culture, when we start talking about the supernatural and we start talking about the miracles and the sign gifts,

often times we skip over the greatest miracle. Because every miracle that we see Jesus did, like opening blind eyes and getting Lazarus out of the grave, it's a miracle. But my question to you tonight is, where is Lazarus tonight?

Hear me. Y'all stay with me now. Lazarus still died again. That's right. I, I want to make sure that when we're talking about the supernatural and the miraculous power of God, that we don't deviate so deep into the other miracles that we miss out on the greatest miracle. The greatest miracle, I'm going to see, can I get the church to go with me here? Is salvation. Something is wrong where we will shout about money in our account, but we will keep our mouth closed when it comes to salvation. See, the tells about faith is just not that he's going to make a way. The tells us about faith is he became the way. Jesus says, "I am the way." That when we were yet sinners,

Christ died for the ungodly. He died for us sinners. So if you're in this room tonight, yes, I know God can grow legs and he can open blind eyes. But there's another miracle I want you to experience that goes beyond natural eyes being open and lame men getting up and walking. I want to see God save you. I want to know, is there anybody here in this revival, one of the greatest miracles you want to see is your family members that's been addicted to drugs get delivered? One of the greatest. Come on. One of the greatest. I'm believing God this week that there's going to be a holy return of backsliders. Some of you, your siblings grew up in church and they walked away from the faith. But I need you to run to seven people real quick and shout, "They're coming back. They're coming back. They're coming back. They're coming back. My family, y'all not touching nobody. My family is coming back." I need somebody in faith. If you got a sibling that's not saved for seven seconds, I want you to praise God for your sibling that's coming back to God. [music] You got five seconds left. Put a praise in the house for yourself. [music] Salvation. Salvation. Salvation. We are not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation. Yes, we can preach nice sermons and we can sing good songs, but the Bible says that disciples went out and when they came back, they said, "Jesus, Jesus, the demons are subject to us." And Jesus looked at him and said, "Yeah, yeah, yeah. If you celebrate anything, don't get caught up on that the demons are subject to you. You ought to celebrate that your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life." I need somebody to praise God that you're saved tonight. I'm saved by his power. I'm saved. Life is sweet and my joy is complete, for I'm saved. Somebody shout, "Saved."

Y'all be seated, please. Hey, glory be to God. I thank God I'm saved. I said, "I thank God I'm saved." I said, "I thank God I'm saved tonight. I'm saved." And the devil can't do nothing about it. I'm saved. Not through the blood of bullocks and rams, but I'm saved. When Jesus came down the banks of the Jordan, everybody called Jesus something. But when John saw him, he says, "Behold the Lamb of God [screaming] that taketh away the sins of the world." Somebody lift up your hands and say, "Lord, I thank you that I'm saved."

Thank you for saving me. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for saving me out of the family that I came out of. Thank you for saving me out of all the mistakes I made. I thank you for saving me. Hey, hey, hey. If I had to pay my sin debt, I may as well go to hell right [laughter] now. But I thank you that my sins are forgiven. Thank you for saving me. He saved me.

I said he saved me. Come on, preachers. Come on. Talk to me, pastors. Jesus did the saving. It wasn't by my works that I could take the credit for. I'm sorry, y'all. I didn't get caught up on salvation. I want, I want to make this attractive. So, if we got a sinner among us, if we got a sinner watching online that's been trying to save yourself, I came to Jesus just as I was. I was weary, worn, and sad, but I found in him a resting place. He has made me glad. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for saving me. Thank you for saving me, my last and dear savior. Hallelujah. And did my sovereign die. Hallelujah. Will he devote that sacred head for such a worm as I? At the cross, at the cross where I first saw the light, and the burdens of my heart rolled [screaming] away. It was still my faith. I received my sight, and now I'm happy not because of the car I drive. Now I'm happy not because of the job I have. Now I'm happy 'cause I'm saved. Look at somebody. Tell them salvation is attractive on here. While everybody at your job is complaining, you ought to say, "I'm saved."

Why are you so happy? I'm saved.

What did y'all do this weekend? I'm saved. Hallelujah.

Glory be to God. Although salvation was always a part of the plan of God, salvation in its fullness had a date and a moment of manifestation.

He was the Lamb that was slain. Come on, Bible readers in here. He was a Lamb that was slain when before the foundations of the world, that before God said, "Let there be," before God took the stars and threw them in the sky and postured them in that place, before he put the earth in the solar system close enough to the sun that it don't freeze but far enough that it [laughter] won't burn up. He was the Lamb that was slain.

Before Mary and Joseph knew each other. He was the Lamb that was slain. That means it was already done in the realm of the eternal. Doesn't mean anything God will do, he has already done. This is why we have Isaiah, who is a prophet in the pretense of Jesus, speaking about Jesus in the past tense when he says, "He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities, and the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are already healed."

That's good. How would you respond if you knew that what you were praying for was already done? [music] See, the reason why some of you can't praise him 'cause you're still hoping and you're still hoping and hoping and I hope he do it and I think he might do it. But there are some of us, the reason why we're leaping, we don't have it in our hand, but my faith is telling [music] me it's already. It's already.

So then when something is already done, we see then still yet Jesus waited 40 and two generations. We had types and we had shadows. We had types and we had shadows. They had a system. They had a system of salvation through annual sacrifices to prepare them for what will come. They, God was giving them a reference point. Glory be to God. I want you to look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor, "I know you've experienced the blessings of the Lord." But tell them, "Consider [laughter] this. That was just a shadow. That was, that was just a shadow. Ain't that something? We've been shouting off of the shadow and the real manifestation haven't even come yet." If they can't handle the way you're dancing now, [laughter] they really not going to be able to handle you when the real thing manifests. [music] There's a matter of dancing it. We've been dancing in the shadow until we find out the real thing that's been casting the shadow.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the. As good as God has been to me, [laughter] I've really been experiencing the shadow. How much more are you going to experience when you behold his face?

Hear me. Hear me. It wasn't until the fullness of time that he made it manifest. To manifest something does not mean to create something. No, he didn't automatically in AD 33 create a plan of salvation. Our God is not reactive.

That's right. That's right. There's nothing that's going on in your life that's taking God by surprise. He's not reacting to your situation. Touch somebody on the left and the right of you. Tell them, "God has a plan. He's always had a plan."

He's the God that goes before us. I feel the Lord here. [screaming] I said he's the God that goes before us. This is why I thank God for the Holy Ghost. I'm sorry. I know this is not really theological when I say this, but this is the way I feel about God. When I say [laughter] I got the Holy Ghost, the Holy Ghost is the bubble wrap of God. It's not that the situations don't affect me. It means they don't have the same impact because I'm wrapped in the [laughter] Holy Ghost. He's a comforter. And anything precious, you don't transport it without it being covered. Oh, it says something about the way God feels about you. All hell is breaking loose in your life and people around you are waiting for you to lose your mind. But scream at somebody, "To uncover. I'm covered. I'm covered. I'm covered. I'm covered. I'm covered." It doesn't mean I'm not human, but I'm coming. It doesn't mean everything is perfect, but I'm I'm coming. [cheering]

I'm coming. I'm coming. And so, the Bible said it was the fullness of time. Yes. It was the fullness of time that Jesus was made manifest. A miracle, but delayed for the perfect time and for the perfect moment. And this is what we see in John chapter nine tonight where Jesus is going around teaching and he's performing miracles. And the Bible says here they passed by a blind man. We don't know his name.

There's another blind man. We know his name. He's, he's called blind Bartimaeus. Calling him blind Bartimaeus means we get introduced to his weakness before we get introduced to his person.

Yeah. 'Cause people will label you by your weakness. They'll label you by your infirmity. And this is why it's important that you speak over yourself because there's enough people having words over you. You got to speak over your own marriage. You got to speak over your own children. Stop waiting for a prophet to call you out. You got to be your own prophet because there are a whole lot of witches sitting around tables. He comes up. Oh, I know. I know you all are too educated and advanced to believe in it, but there's a whole lot of witches sitting around tables. They don't have a black broom and they don't have a black cat. As a matter of fact, the color black ain't the thing about a witch. It's their, it's their divination. It's their, it's their impulse. It's their desires.

Yes. They don't have a spell book. They have gossiping conversations. Oh, yes. Okay. Yeah. Because you might want to make sure you're not operating under the spirit of witchcraft.

Because Satan doesn't have a voice. Satan is a spirit. The only voice that Satan has is when someone lends Satan their vocal cords. That's why I must ask you a question. Who's using your tongue? And because there are a lot of conversations going on, you better make sure you don't allow somebody to take your infirmity and make your infirmity your identity. Tell somebody, "I know who I am in God. I am a God and not beneath. I may have a sickness, but it's not my sickness. It don't belong to me." We go over because there are individuals, they will put an expiration date on your house. Yeah. Put an expiration date on your ministry. Yeah. Put an expiration date on, on, on your marriage and that says, "Oh, it ain't going to last." Oh, look at them working together. It ain't going to last. But the devil is a liar. We don't, we don't need, we don't know his name and maybe we don't need to know his name because sometimes when we know individuals' names, we automatically think it's their miracle and not our miracle. It's what God can do for them and not what God can do for us. Because some of us, we struggle in the area of faith. And when we struggle in the area of faith, it's not because we question God's ability.

No, we believe in God's ability. The issue is not, is God able? The question becomes, is God willing? No, I know he can do it. And the truth is, I almost have more faith in what God can do for you than what God can do for me. And so maybe we don't need to know his name. Maybe knowing his name and sometimes knowing too much information can be a distraction from the principle. Because maybe we're the blind man.

The Bible says he was blind from birth. And then look at the question that's posed by his disciples. Who messed up that he would be born blind?

I'm looking at a situation and my question is, who did it? Whose fault is it? Now let's look at it. He was born blind. In other words, this is not something he chose.

Now, y'all might not scream when I preach tonight, but I'm going to holler in your ear what the Lord told me to tell you. Because some of you are struggling with some situations that you didn't choose. Some of you are fighting demons you didn't choose. You're dealing with infirmities that you didn't choose. You didn't choose who was going to be your daddy, who was going to be your mother. You didn't choose your surname. You didn't choose the city you were born in. You didn't choose the economic cycle that you found yourself in. But tell somebody, "I may didn't choose it, but I'm going to choose my deliverance. I'm going to choose my breakthrough. It may didn't start with me, but it ain't going to pass by me."

"Who, who sinned?" And you'll be surprised how many of us are more bent toward a sin consciousness than a righteous consciousness. Preach it. What do you mean, sin consciousness versus righteous consciousness? Well, elders, you all know what we teach in discipleship class. Once someone comes into believing faith, we declare and we have them to confess, "I am the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus." Oh, y'all know when we teach them, right? This is elementary. That that Abraham believed God and it was counted to him, what? Righteousness. That means we who are in Jesus, we have received the posture of righteousness through Jesus by faith. Yes.

Well, [laughter] if we're so that we have received the righteousness of God, how is it that we still struggle with sin consciousness to the point many of us still have that ancient mindset that some of the ancient communities and Sumerian civilizations in Mesopotamia had? Yes, sir. That anytime something bad happens, that means the gods are angry.

It is easier for us to believe that our suffering is connected to a mistake than it is for it to be connected to our righteousness. Because anybody who lives godly, you still got to suffer. Maybe [screaming] in our mind that we were taught and maybe we have faulty theology [screaming] that we almost believe that if you shout enough, you won't have no problems. And if you give enough, you'll have no challenges. And if you believe enough, you'll never get sick. And when things start to happen, it starts to make us question. And then we, we start to think that maybe I'm dealing, Oh, I'm, I'm talking to somebody now. Maybe I'm dealing with this because it's connected to something in the past.

I'm reaping something. But our God is not the God that would redeem you from your past just to punish you in your future. As far as the east, come on. Is from the west. He'll take your sins and remember them no more. Why? Listen, I know I'm speaking to at least 10 people. Not a whole lot of people. So, just in case you're next to that person, put your hand on their shoulder and give them eye contact and tell them, "What you're dealing with right now, tell them it's not about your past. It's about your future. You didn't choose this. God chose it for you." Because anytime we talk about being chosen, elder, people think you being chosen means that whenever you come to Kilbert, they will march you down this aisle. And no matter what time you get here, you'll always have a seat because you're chosen.

And, and, and because you're chosen, Bishop will always call your name. You're seen. What people don't realize is the more public you are, the easier target you become. You've been chosen as a target. Oh yes. Oh, I'm chosen. I'm chosen. When Isaiah says, "Not only are you chosen, but you were chosen in the furnace of affliction." Oh, I'm favored by God, but what does favor look like? Oh, I'm favored by God. Favor is not the car you drive. Yes, that can be favor. Yes, favor is not just the house you live in. Yes, that can be favor. But David says, "By this I know that you have favored me. Not because I don't have any enemies, but because my enemies don't overtake me." I need somebody here to open up your mouth and shout because you got favor on your life. [music] Scream at somebody and tell them the plot of Satan was not successful.

Y'all please be seated. Please be seated. We become so sin conscious to the point we don't even feel like we're open or we have access to ask God for a miracle because we begin to consider that what we're dealing with is deserved. We don't feel like we're a candidate for a breakthrough. Hallelujah. Because we're thinking, well, maybe this is my lot. And maybe it's not just for the new converts. Maybe us seasoned saints need to remember Paul's letter to us when he tells us, "There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus." There is therefore, hallelujah. It's what robs us of our confidence. It's what keeps us out of our holy authority. Yes. And the disciples say, "Okay, who's sin? Was it him or his parents?" The response of Jesus throws them off. He says, "Nobody." What do you mean? No. No. We need to trace this. This is a good study for us. He said, "Nobody." Everybody wants to be trusted with triumph. I got my God. But could it be that God has trusted you with trouble? You ain't got to scream, but just grab somebody's hand. Tell them, "God chose this for you. This is why it couldn't consume you. Because God chose this for you. This is why what they did did not destroy you because God chose this for you."

He chose you for a hard assignment. He charged. Hey, I need to know. I don't need no music right here. I just need some honest people. How many have tried to give your chosen back? How many times you wanted to resign? How many of you thought about quitting? Some of you said, "Well, I'm going to give it to July and I'm not doing this anymore." But God put this in born into a dilemma. Born into a dilemma, born into complicated circumstances for me to find out that it wasn't my fault. [cheering] Not only is it not my fault, he says it's for the glory. Hold on. What are you saying? Yes. I let you be born in this situation. I let you have to fight with this infirmity. I've allowed you to walk around bumping into stuff and bumping into people for my glory. I come to tell somebody that's dealing with a situation tonight. It's not a demon to rebuke. It's a God to glorify. [cheering] I know. I want to say this because some of us, if I tell [screaming] you to rebuke the demon, you'll go in high gear. But some of you are dealing with some situations tonight. It's not a demon to rebuke.

Who are you trying to bind? Because when God has assigned you to it, you cannot bind God. Who? Who's?

Hold on. It's for God's. It's for God's glory. 'Cause listen, Jesus goes into something. He said, "Because I got to work the work of him that sent me. I got to do it as day." So that tells me that there are some things and certain miracles that are ordained for certain times. And some of you in here tonight, there's some things you have believed God for and it's been delayed. But look at somebody, tell them, "For this time." There's some things you have put on the altar. Some things you have put tears on your pillow and it made you wonder, is God going to do it? Tell somebody, "It's for this time." It could not have happened 10 years ago. It couldn't have happened last year. I know you were desperate and you cried out, but God said, "I reserved it." I need 300 of you to jump up and shout for this time. For this, for this time. For this time. [music] For this time. Y'all be seated. I'm almost finished now.

It couldn't be. It couldn't happen earlier. I, I, God sent me on this Sunday night to tell somebody what you thought was rejection was really something that was reserved. You watched everybody else walk in. You watched it happen for everybody else. But God said, "I had a reservation with a particular time for you." And the only people who don't praise God here are people who are stuck in regret. And when you're stuck in regret, it's because you don't have revelation. But I need somebody who's got revelation to jump up and say, "This is for me. It's my time." [music] [music] I speak in this room right now that November 2025 is going to be a holy reference point for about 175 of you. There's a group of you in here. It's something you've been praying for. And I'm not talking about something recent. I'm talking about something you've been believing God for a long time. I want you to take 30 seconds and just start praising him because this is your time. [music] Praise him like it's your time. Praise him like it's your time. This is the day. This is the day [music] the Lord has made. He made it with you in mind. He made it with your deliverance in mind. He made it with your healing in mind. [music] Will you lay hands on somebody's shoulder 'cause I feel it in the Holy Ghost and speak over them and tell them the blood just got in the blood. Somebody a healing just hit your blood right now. Ho ho ho ho ho. Hey, be seated as quickly as you can. Be seated as quickly as you can. I know some of y'all been saying, "God, when you bring me out of this, I'm going to give you glory." But I dare somebody to take 60 seconds and give God glory in the middle of it. Do it. Do it. Do it. Do it. Do it. [music] Son, [music] [music] I'm wrapping it up. Will you be seated as quickly as you can? God didn't lie to you. God didn't lie to you. God didn't lie to [music] you. God didn't lie to you. [music] You didn't miss it. You didn't miss it. You didn't miss it. Some of you lost faith for it 'cause in your mind, if it was going to happen, it would have happened by now. See word down your tongue. You didn't miss it. You didn't miss it. God did not bring you to church tonight to tease you. He brought you to church to resuscitate your faith. Believe again. You didn't miss it. You didn't miss it. Beauty. [music] This is, this is the best way I can feel. This is the best way. I feel the jet lag that came off me. I feel the best way I can describe this tonight. While the word is coming forth, uh, excuse me, man of God, can I use you for an example? Just lift up your hands. Lift up your hands. This is the best way I can describe the holiness. I feel like that's, I know that's kind of rough, you know, and, and I'm not trying to be uh, invasive, but 'cause I've watched this happen before and it ain't, it ain't pretty. [music] They don't worry about you being offended. But if somebody's heart stop beating on the table, [music] they'll break your ribs to save your life. And I come to tell somebody, resuscitation is coming to you right now. He's resuscitating your [music] praise in this window. [music] You better praise this. [music] If you can't move your feet, shake it up [music] and your hand. [music] [music] Thank you. Thank you. [music] The Lord wanted me to release this word because there are some people in this room because the delay has taken longer than you anticipated. [music] You've almost walked away from one of the greatest seasons of your life. I need about 15 people in this room. This has been one of the hardest seasons for you, but you got your win back. Yes, sir. He spits. He spits. Yes, he does. Not oil. He didn't anoint the blind man with oil. He anointed him with mud. Yes, sir. Some of you in this room, you've had to go through some messy situations in this last season. Come on, lift your hands. Tell me, make sure I don't want to. I want to make sure I ain't miss God. You've gone through some ugly stuff in this last season. That's why when you see folks shouting, you don't know the details. You don't know what it took for some of us just to get to church. Somebody shout, "I was anointed with mud." It didn't look pretty. [music] And not only did he anoint the blind man with mud, then he gives the man instructions. That's it. With mud on your face. Yes, sir. Go to the pool of Siloam. I come to tell you, your miracle would not be private. All of your pain wasn't private, so your miracle is not going to be private. All of your suffering [screaming] wasn't private, so your miracle won't be private. For all the stuff you have to deal with, don't you apologize for the season that you're about to walk into. Don't you apologize for the doors that God is opening for you. [music] If it's not bad enough, all the stuff I've had to deal with, I've been blind all my life, but now you put mud on my face and tell me I have to walk through the crowd again when it almost looks like my situation is worse. Isn't it something? And the devil will play with your mind that you look like your surrender to God made things worse. Oh my God. Instead of getting better, look like after I left a "yes, Lord" moment, you start to question, "What did I say yes to?" This is why some of us, we're not as hyped about words of knowledge and the prophetic. I mean, it's okay if it comes, but some of us are traumatized by prophetic words because we know what the last prophetic word cost us. And some of us in this room, this is why the Lord wanted to annoy you with this word tonight. Because some of you like, "Okay, I've settled that maybe there were some aspirations I had that is not going to happen. So, I'll just, I'll just go through the the mundane routine." But the Lord says, "I know you've been blind all this time, but trust me with this. Follow my instructions. Go toward the water." Look at somebody. Tell them, "Your miracle is in the instructions." God wouldn't tell you to do it if he didn't have a desire behind it. Lift the hands. I want to prophesy and speak this over you for your shame. [music] For your shame. For everything that was an embarrassment. For all the group chats that you weren't privy to and those that you were. For all of the discussions and the eyes that were cast upon you without them saying words, for your shame, he said, "I'll give you double because you trusted me. I'm going to trust you with treasure." I want you to lift up your hands and receive it. Because you trusted me, even when I went silent on you. Even when I went silent on you, you kept serving me. Even when you didn't understand me, you stayed faithful to me. You weren't perfect, but you were faithful. My question is, how does the blind man know where to go? Well, any of you all who've been to Jamaica, any of you all who've been near water, you can get to the water by scent. You can smell it. And if he's been blind all of his life, his sense of smell is magnified greater than anything. That's true. And you know what the scripture says? It says, "At the scent of water, a trunk, a tree that's been cut down will start growing again." That's right. The closer you get to the water, the stronger your faith is going to get. Come on, lift up your hands. I want you to receive this water tonight. All everybody who has a prayer language, I want you to release it and build up your faith. Don't try to bring God's power down to your faith. Bring your faith up to God's power. [music] I still trust you. I still trust you. It was too late, but it's here now. It was delayed. [music] [music] So then some of us could feel like that blind man. It's been like a long season of punishment. This ain't punishment. This is promise. It's glory rather than affliction. Glory. I said it's glory wrapped in wrapped in affliction. [music] Bishop, there's a, there's a Jewish tradition. It's not Torah. It's oral where the Jews believe that the saliva of the eldest son out of the loins of his father had healing properties. So what you thought was messy, God was using it to reveal himself that he's the, he's the begotten. Hallelujah. He's the only begotten. [music] He's the Son. He's the Son of God. [music] It's a delayed thing, but it's a sure thing. [music] I want everybody in this room to lift up your hands. [music] I want you to prepare yourself because the Lord says what I'm releasing in this revival [music] is not a random thing. I'm releasing a promised thing. You know, he didn't send them to Jerusalem to get in the upper room to receive something random. So, I'm asking God tonight to remind you of things from days past, things that were spoken, things that were declared, things that you had conceived in your spirit. [music] And time hit it and now it made you wonder. The Lord says, "I waited this long [music] to reveal me and to document your miracle." [music] The Bible says when the men started seeing, they started to question him about Jesus. Is Jesus Messiah? Is Jesus the one? He says, [screaming] "I don't know all of that theology. All I know is documented." Yes, sir. "I was blind, [music] but now I see." Some of you in this room, the reason why it is taking so long, 'cause God said it's so documented. When I bring you out, everybody going to know it's me. When I deliver you, everybody's going. [music] Really quickly, I need to do this really quickly. If everybody take your hands down for a second, I need if you have an infirmity right now in your body, in your blood, I want you to lift up your hands as high as you can 'cause I heard the Lord says tonight that the blood was getting in the blood. Now, I want y'all to look around and see the hands. I want you to look around and see the hands. I want y'all to, if you're near somebody that got the hand lifted up, will you just put your hand on their shoulder right now? [music] [music] Documented miracles. I know what the doctor said, but tonight you're going to get a second opinion. Tonight, there's another report being written. Will you lay hands and pray over them in the Holy Ghost right now? I'm asking God to scan their body from the top of their head to the sole of their feet. God, I'm asking you to move the weakness out of their body right now in the name of Jesus. I'm declaring there's a fibroid that's shrinking right now in the mighty name of Jesus. I think that somebody's back is coming in alignment. There's somebody who has a back surgery scheduled. But I'm speaking right now in the name of Jesus. The Lord is getting in your Lord's back and he's, he is healing you right now in the name of Jesus. Come on, pray in the Holy Ghost. Pray. Pray in the Holy Ghost. [music] There's somebody who has a cell crisis ever so often. And I'm speaking over you right now that God is healing you. He's giving your blood. No more long hospital visits. You need one more visit just the doctor gets your healing. [music] It was delayed for this moment. [music] It's not that you didn't believe before. It's not that you didn't have faith before. It was delayed for, it was delayed for this moment. [music] Woo.
