Did you know that a rat will actually press a lever over and over and over again, hundreds and hundreds of times, just to get a small hit of dopamine? In fact, in one experiment, scientists placed tiny electrodes inside of a rat's brain, in the area that is responsible for pleasure and reward. And when the rat discovered that pressing a button would give it that hit, it didn't care about food. It stopped caring about sleep, and it didn't even care about survival. All that it wanted was that feeling that it got whenever it pressed the lever. That is how powerful dopamine is. That is how powerful a single hit of dopamine can be.
Now, here's where it gets even crazier. Okay, the craziest part about this is that if you look at humans—as humans—we're really not all that different than the rat in this experiment, as crazy as that sounds. And what this means is that every time that you get a like on Instagram, for example, every time you get a notification from someone that you like, or you're friends with, or an attractive girl that you like, or anytime you see something exciting, your brain actually releases a tiny hit of dopamine. And whenever that happens, your attention locks in, or hones in, on whatever it is that is going on that is releasing that dopamine. And what ends up happening is it causes you to want more and more and more. And eventually, you get to a point where you are constantly chasing this feeling, which is why it's easy for some of us to get stuck in a pattern where we sit and watch YouTube videos for 15 hours a day.
Okay, and so it's not actually about love; okay, all this, all the stuff that goes on between men and women, it's really not about love. It's actually about chemistry. Okay, the interactions you have with women—as men—we tend to think that they're about love. They're actually all about chemistry. Okay, what we call love is really just a set of chemical reactions. Okay, and so when there's a lack of love, there is a lack of chemical reactions. There's a lack of dopamine being released. Okay, it's like when you buy a new car. It's fun and it's cool for, you know, the first month or a couple of months or so, but then very quickly the dopamine hit from the new car wears off, and then all that you're left with is chasing that high or chasing that feeling.
Okay, so dopamine is the chemical of wanting, and it is the reason why people get addicted to things like gambling, why they get addicted to social media, things like fast food. And as crazy as it sounds, dopamine is actually the number one reason why women tend to chase toxic or even evil men. Okay, this is why women are regularly getting stuck in toxic relationships with men that are absolute trash. And it's simply because something that they—something that happens when they're around those men—causes a spike in dopamine. Okay, and it feels important, even if it's not good for you. Okay, dopamine can make things feel important and make you want to chase things, even if those things are absolutely terrible for you. Okay, things like fast food and too much social media and gambling.
And so what does all—what all this means is that if you look at women, okay, women are just as wired for dopamine as men are. But here's the part that most guys don't understand. Most men, they try to get women the wrong way. Okay, if you look at the majority of men out there, if you look at the bottom 90% of men and how they actually try to get women, they're going about it completely the wrong way. And it's why the results are absolutely terrible. Okay, if you look at the majority of men, and it's not—it's not their fault. Okay, it's not our fault because we are programmed from a young age to think that there's certain things—uh—get women, and and other things don't. And so we are programmed from a young age to think that the things that get women are things like money, things like better clothes, driving a nicer car, you know, having a better-paying job. Okay, this is what we're told is what gets women. And we're basically programmed to believe that if we just chase those things enough, eventually we'll get them, and then women will want us. Okay, women will just fall into our lap once we have enough money, once we have, you know, nicer clothes, we drive a nicer car, bigger house, blah, blah, blah.
But here's the thing, okay, and this is the secret that all the greatest players out there, all the greatest seducers, okay, guys like Don Juan, all the greatest most attractive men out there who are able to get women without even trying, without having any of these things, without having money, nice clothes, a nice car—this is the secret that they all understand. And what they understand is that these things like money and nice clothes and stuff, they might impress women for a little bit, but they don't do the one thing and the only thing that actually matters, that actually produces results for getting women, which is triggering dopamine. Okay, if you can't make a woman addicted to your presence, if you can't make a woman addicted to simply being around you, then you are basically just as lame as all the other guys out there, the majority of men out there who cannot get any results with women. It's really that simple. Okay, if you cannot get to a point where you can make women crave you, then you really have no business being around them.
Okay, so you're probably wondering what actually does—what exactly is it, if it's not money, if it's not nicer clothes, if it's not a nice car and all these things that we're programmed to think that it is, if those things don't actually get women, then what does? Okay, what actually gets women is really simple. Well, if you look at the guys who actually get women very quickly and very easily, if you look at the quote-unquote players, if you look at the guys who don't even really try that hard at all but win with women over and over and over again, if you were to actually look at what they do and study them a little bit, what you would see is honestly fascinating. Okay, and what you would find out is that these men are desired by women not for any of the things that we think get women, like money and nice clothes and a nicer car and stuff. They're desired by women because they know how to create moments. In other words, they know how to spike a woman's dopamine. Okay, they know how to make a woman become addicted to their presence because they know—they understand the importance of dopamine and not only that, but how to spike dopamine within women. Okay, in other words, they know how to make women feel something. Okay, if you can, you know, tell a joke that makes a woman laugh unexpectedly, if you can, you know, give women a look that makes them feel seen and heard, if you can have a conversation with a woman that releases an enormous amount of dopamine, okay, if you can be a challenge that teases her in just the right way, all these things release dopamine. Okay, and so if you look at the guys that actually get women, what you would find if you studied them even just a little bit is that they aren't winning because they are rich. They're not winning because they are good-looking. They're simply winning because they understand what we would call the dopamine effect. They understand that love—what we call love—is not actually love. It's just a series of chemical reactions. Okay, that's all love really is. It's just chemical reactions in the brain. And if you cannot create these chemical reactions with the primary motivator being dopamine—if, in other words, if you cannot create dopamine spikes within a woman's brain and take advantage of this dopamine effect—then guess what? You'll probably never get good results with women. And even if you happen to get lucky and get a woman—a woman for a little while—eventually she will leave you. Okay, hey, it doesn't matter how rich you are, doesn't matter how good-looking you are, doesn't matter how much you know equity or security you think you have with her, she will eventually leave you if you cannot interact with her in a way that produces dopamine spikes.
Okay, and the easiest way, as I've said in many videos before, to trigger dopamine with a woman is to trigger spikes of emotion. Okay, for women, emotions are essentially highs. Okay, emotions are essentially dopamine. Okay, the more you can trigger a woman's emotions, the more dopamine that is going to be released in her brain, okay, cuz it keeps them guessing and it makes them feel alive. Makes it so that they can't stop thinking about you. So the key takeaway here is very simple, okay? One of the most profound things that I've ever come to learn in my entire life, and it's kind of one of those, you know, red pill sort of moments, is that all the things that we are programmed to think get women from a young age—things like money, things like nicer clothes, a nicer car, you know, a better job, lots of stability, you know, all these things that we're programmed to think get women—none of those things really get women at all. And it's actually things that most of us don't even know that are the things that actually get women. Okay, all the things that we've been told that get women, they don't actually work. The only thing that does work at the end of the day is dopamine. Okay, if you can trigger dopamine spikes within a woman, you will be so far ahead of the average guy that it's not even funny. Okay, because while all the guys out there, you know, who are chasing money and chasing, you know, nice clothes and, you know, a nice watch and all these external things that men think attract women—things like status, fame—you know, if you're out there chasing all of those things thinking that once you get those things women are going to fall into your lap, you're going to have one of the rudest awakenings of your life because those things don't actually work as well as you think that they do.
Okay, the—the most effective thing you can possibly do, the greatest takeaway that you can gain from, you know, all the players out there, you know, all the greatest seducers, guys like Don Juan and stuff, the greatest, you know, takeaway that you can take from these—these men who have basically cracked the code and figured the game out when it comes to women, the guys that have just been winning and winning and winning endlessly with women, guys that you've seen in your real life that just absolutely are just savages with women and to the point where they like—they're not even trying and they're able to attract women like ridiculously fast—the greatest takeaway of that is that these men, they often times—95% of the time—they don't have money, they don't have nice clothes. They don't drive a nice car. They don't have muscles. They don't have all these things that you think attract women. But what they do have is the ability to trigger dopamine spikes. Okay, you could call it the dopamine effect. You can call it whatever you want to call it. But what they're able to do is they're able to use their behavior, okay, their personality, their, you know, wit. They're able to use these, you know, internal things, this inner game so to speak, to trigger dopamine hits within women. And that is exactly what makes women crave them. That's what makes women want to be around them all the time, regardless of how much money they have, regardless of all these things that most guys chase.
Okay, so most men have it completely backwards. Most men, they compete for women based on looks, status, and money. But if you start competing based on experience and skill—in other words, if you start competing with other men based on how well you're able to trigger dopamine spikes with women—you are going to win the game so incredibly hard that other men will not even stand a chance. Like, it—it's not even close. They won't even be in the same ballpark. Okay, if you compete based on, you know, experience and skill and game so to speak, or the ability to trigger dopamine within women based on how you interact with them, based on your behavior, all the other things like look, status, status and money, all those things don't even matter. And other men absolutely cannot even compete. They will not even be able to compete in the same game with you. Okay, so stop trying to do it backwards. Understand that at the end of the day, it's not about what you have. It's about how you make a woman feel. And the man who understands how to control that feeling in women, or how to trigger dopamine spikes, is the man that women will never forget. And it's the man who—who is—is literally undefeable when it comes to this game of women. Okay, so that's it. I hope you guys enjoy this one. And as always, until next time, thanks for watching.
