Welcome to Part 14 of my rice cooker series.
Recently, I found out that one of my favorite Japanese chains called Pepper Lunch also has a few locations in the US as well.
At Pepper Lunch, you're served a steaming bed of rice topped with corn and green onions with black pepper. You're then served raw steak, which you grill yourself, and when the whole dish is mixed together, it's heaven.
Well, unfortunately, Pepper Lunch is still not in my state, so for now, I'll just make it at home until that day comes. And luckily, it's pretty easy to make too. Just cook the rice and corn together, and when it's done, add your marinated steak and shut the lid. The steam alone will cook it in just a few minutes.
