What up, guys? Welcome to another episode of The Sit Down. And today I have a special guest on the show, private investigator Russ. Welcome to the show. But before we get into it, just restart. Oh, restart it. Yeah. Okay. All right. What up, guys? Welcome to another episode of the sitdown. I am Pearl, and today I have a special guest on the show. We have on private eye Russ. Um, he is a private investigator and he has a wealth of knowledge, information, and crazy stories for you.

But before we get into it, um, we have a special announcement from the channel. We are actually launching Pearl Academy um with Shiv. We have Shiv on the line. He helped us put together this course. Shiv, Shiv is a self-made millionaire by 30 years old, which is pretty insane. Um, and he helped us launch this course. Welcome to the show, Shiv. Turn on music in the background. What? Yeah, turn off the music. What are you doing? Wait, what music? Oh, that's not you. What? I'm sorry. Hold on. Is it, is that you? Never mind. Oh, that's us. Sorry. I was like, Shiv, are you jamming out? There's no way it's on my side. I don't hear anything. No, no, it's not. It's not. Um, so why don't you tell everybody your thought process behind the academy?

Yeah. So, you know, I think as everyone who's followed your content or any type of like conservative content or red pill content, uh, the landscape's so different today. And the biggest problem with a lot of information is that by the time you get it through like the normal kind of means or channels or institutions, it's already too late. Like I remember even just down to little things like computer science, like when I went to college for computer science, you're learning programming languages that are already outdated. And that's kind of how I feel about the dating marketplace, right? Like a lot of the information you get, whether it's your health or fit health or fitness, um, or whether it's, um, relationships or dating, or whether it's, uh, managing money or wealth, um, these things are super antiquated. And so, um, because you're so well-connected, I mean, I, I've, I've personally seen all the people in your contacts on your phone. Um, I thought it made the most sense to collaborate with the best people, um, in the world and create something where all the latest, best information from people who might not be famous but have the latest and greatest cutting-edge stuff, um, can come together and put their information in one place, one community, and more importantly, uh, kind of create a threshold where it's, it's high quality enough. We, we vet people high enough, um, who join this, um, where the networking between the students itself, the people who join this, um, that that creates a networking opportunity for people to collaborate, become friends, become business partners, and do things as well. So I wanted to create kind of like, I hate to say the word, I guess use a liberal term, we want to create a safe space, um, for men who really want to excel.

So, yeah, and everybody that was already on the Audacity network before the 15th, we did download it, and you guys are automatically in the school group. So that's, you know, a good value add. Um, you know, and I've really over the years, especially in the dating space, over like time tells all. So I've really gotten to see who's, you know, kind of full of [ __ ] and who really knows their stuff. Um, like next week we're bringing on a PUA. Guys, I saw him personally bring home three girls in the same weekend. I, I don't, you know, I, I don't know what more I need to like see to to know that he knows what he's talking about. And while I maybe personally can't teach you how to seduce women, I do know a lot of guys that really do know their stuff. Um, when it comes to a lot of different spaces, not only dating, but also wealth, fitness. Um, and even today, um, we're going to teach you how to, you know, sniff out these hoes. Stop, stop being fooled. Um, but Shiv, anything else you want to talk about for the course before we go into that?

Yeah. So, so the biggest thing is that obviously this is brand new, and so the way it's going to work is a lot of content is going to be added in over time. So the biggest advantage for joining early is one, the price is low. Um, as more and more content come in and more and more creators, uh, create private content for this, the price is going to go up. But more importantly, it's lifetime access. You get grandfathered in. Um, and so we qualify you. We want to make sure you're a good fit. Um, but right now the price is $1,980. It's a lifetime access. If we think you're exceptional in any meaningful way or we think you're actually motivated and you're going to be good for the network, we will give financing to certain people, um, to break it apart into a payment plan. But yeah, we just want to create a high floor because we want the network to be really high quality. And, um, it's kind of like, you know, look, let's be honest, the real value of Harvard or or Stanford or Yale or Princeton is not, it's not the education, 'cause you could, the education's on YouTube for free. It's, it's the people in there and the networks it brings. So that's the biggest thing is we want to keep, keep this a high floor, uh, to make sure that, you know, I, I know like you've talked about inviting some of these people to your house one day, right? If we're going to do something like that, we want to make sure we really vet the audience. So, um, so yeah, so that's really it. It's, uh, pearlinvite.com, uh, to schedule, uh, a call, uh, with our team to see if you're a good fit or qualify. Um, so I'll post that in the chat, but it's pearlinvite.com. Um, and like I said, it's, it's, uh, I'm very excited about it. And there's always a lot of benefits to being brand new on a new platform. That's when, you know, you get the most airtime, the most kind of dedicated resources from us because we got to prove the track record, right? We got to prove that this is worth, uh, the money you pay in. So, I'm really excited for not only what it is today, but I mean, there's just so much stuff that's going to be added in in the future that we're working on. So, you get grandfathered and you pay once, lifetime access. Uh, insane value.

Yeah. And you, the link's in the description. So, that too. But yeah, anything else you got, Shiv?

Uh, no, no, not really. Um, other than that, I'm really excited for Private Eye Russ. I think he's going to share some insane information.

Yeah. And we also have Terrence Pop's administrative violence is in there, too. So, if you guys want to um learn how to use the justice system in an immoral, not illegal way against your ex-wife, sign up. Um, okay. Thanks, Shiv.

Absolutely. All right. Take care. Bye. Bye.

All right, guys. So, welcome to the show, Private Eye Russ. How are you today?

Fantastic. Thank you for having me, Pearl.

Thank you for coming. So, how did you become a private investigator?

Uh, you know, it's, it's funny. I think I was probably a private investigator before I got got licensed. Uh, because I actually did work on some investigations, uh, throughout some of my work career. But, um, initially I was doing a lot of executive protection work in Los Angeles, and then I moved to Florida. In Florida, at the time, you needed a private investigator's license to do executive protection work. And so I contacted a, um, a private investigator who worked out a deal. I actually helped him with, uh, with sales because I, I actually did a lot of sales work. And so I would, I brought in business for him, and in exchange, he sponsored me. In Florida, you need a sponsor. Uh, it's a two-year, um, internship. Two years, 40 hours documented investigative work. And so I did that and, um, you know, wind up working. He's, he's retired now, and then wind up just doing my own thing. But, you know, as we were talking before, my first case, uh, most private investigators do surveillance, and some of them just stay in that, that particular lane, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's a good living. Uh, my first case was a homicide. Uh, so I got thrown in the deep end. Um, you, as a licensed P.I., got thrown in the deep end right away, and I've done a ton of, ton of those, actually.

So, what did you have to re, like, you had to figure out who did it or?

Well, the, the, and so the homicide, the homicide that worked on this particular, on these particular instances were under what's called negligent security. Okay. So, if you go to a shopping mall or apartment complex or whatever, and something bad happens to you, say you're hurt badly, put in a wheelchair, or deleted, um, your family can sue. And so initially, what we're doing is we're helping the attorneys get the raw materials they need to prove negligence on part of the property owner or business owner or whatever it is. Um, what, what usually winds up happening is, as you're interviewing people, tracking people down, and talking to more people, you actually wind up getting more information about what actually happened than, than law enforcement typically does. Uh, most of these.

Oh, because they want to have a guard up against you. Like, no one wants to get incriminated. So, yeah.

Yeah. And, well, like, I just think with a cop, you're naturally, like, you don't want to be dragged into something. Yeah. But, but also too, even further than that, you know, a lot of these cases occur in lower income areas, and, you know, honestly, you know, are they really going to work that hard? You know, like, like two knuckleheads, one, one guy, you know, a paycheck anyway. Yeah. Exactly. And, and that's that's not a, that's not to put down law enforcement or whatever, but, you know, they've got so many things to work on. When I'm working on a case, I'm working on that case. They might be working on 30 homicides. I might be working on just that one. So then there's a time factor. I've got more time to put in because I'm being paid specifically to work on that. And so I almost always wind up with more information than, than law enforcement, and, and even some of the unsolved ones, I'll, I'll find out who's, who's, um, who's working on them. Uh, you might be interested. I'm actually working on a case right now to try to help a guy get free. He was falsely convicted to life in prison for homicide. And, uh, we found some witnesses that will say that, no, he didn't actually do it. It was somebody else.

No way. No. Seriously? It's a heart attack. So, how did he, like, how did he get pinned for it? Um, was it on purpose or was he wrong place, wrong time?

Uh, no. Here's, well, here's what happened. He, a couple of different things happened with him. So, he was near where it happened, but there were three individuals that saw what happened, but because of this no snitching code that they have in the streets, you know, they think talking to the police is snitching. Well, you know, you don't have to say who did it necessarily, but they didn't come forward and say that this guy didn't do it. And so, he had a choice to take life in prison or the death penalty. And so, obviously, you know, he took, chose, he chose life in prison. But, you know, since then, it was uncovered that, um, there were three individuals that that will actually say, and I actually got a statement from one of them, um, saying an affidavit saying that, no, it wasn't him. Um, it, you know, he didn't actually do it. It was somebody. It had to be somebody else. And there's another one. He's locked up right now. So, I'm trying to get a, get a chance to go see him to get a statement from him, too, to try to get the guy free. Not that he's an an angel, but I think what happened was the, the detective that was working on his, and I won't put his name out there obviously, the detective just didn't like the guy because, because he missed him so many other times on so many other things that he was like, "Okay, you know what? Maybe he didn't, maybe he didn't do this." However, he did so much, so many other things. And so we got him. And so, um, but, um, you know, hopefully, luck of the Irish, we can, we can get this guy free. We got one statement so far. We're going to try to add another one and maybe get the guy justice.

So, in your work, what percent of your cases are like homicides? What percent are, um, traffick, human trafficking rings? Um, mar, like, you know?

Well, well, the, the, I, I don't even really, the, the human trafficking things. Uh, typically when I'm working those, I'm volunteering. So, I volunteer. Yeah. I volunteer for a couple of nonprofits that use a network of private investigators, ex-military guys, um, and you retired detectives to try to search for missing and exploited children. And so that's that's how I, I get involved in those. But, uh, and the reason I use P.I.s, we usually have really good, I got really good information network in Florida. Like a lot of information, a lot of people that, um, you can't, you know, information you can't get from Google or or any place else. You need people that are in that world and, and in that life. And so you've got to, you know, they are, they are the literally quintessential shadowy underworld figures, most of these guys. Um, however, you know, information is information. And if, um, you know, the way I, the way I try to quantify it, like I had one person object because I, I actually had to, I paid cash to a convicted sex offender to find a child. And so they were like, "How could you give that guy money?" I said, "Look, at the end of the day, man, if you come to me and you say, 'Russ, my child is missing. I want you to get my child.' Do you care how I get your child, or do you just want your child back?" You know, you know what I'm saying? And so, so at the end of the day, I'm not method, um, I'm not constrained by methods police are. And a lot of times they understand I don't have to play by their rules. You know, I can make up my own rules as long as I don't go too far, obviously. But I can make up the confines of the law. Yeah. Yeah. And, and sometimes I push those boundaries, but at the end of the day, my job is to bring a child back home. I'm going to bring them home. And so that's how, so, so the human trafficking side, um, you know, I, um, yeah, they, they'll pay you, they'll compensate you for your expenses, something, gas, or whatever it might be, because it's usually a lot of, you usually got to drive a ton.

What are the typical human trafficking ca, like, is it all women or?

I, no, really, you only hear about it with women. You only hear about the women. Um, boys tend to get shuffled to the back. Yeah. Um, and nobody really cares. But there are just as many young men, young boys, especially being trafficked as there are women. Um, and, and the thing about the, the boys is, you know, well, both in both cases, if you don't find these children within a certain amount of time, uh, they could disappear down a dark hole and may never be seen again. And so, um, you know, the people that will engage the services of these, yeah, there's no way other evil evildoers. You know, there's no other way to put it. And it's not just, it's not just men that are trafficking children. It's, it's actually, I'd say probably 40% of them are women.

Really?

Yes. Yeah. If you think about it, it makes sense because if you want to lure a young person or a child, is a man going to be better at that? A woman. Or a woman? Yeah. There you go. And so, um, and so if you know the, these guys that that engage in this sort of thing, um, they're, they're, they're evil guys. Um, and, and there's no way any of us could could understand or even your audience could ever understand anybody who would, who would, you know, try to do that. But if you can't get them back within a relatively short period of time, they're gone.

Where do they go?

Um, a lot of them don't survive very long.

And are they all doing sex work usually?

Mostly. Okay. Yeah, mostly.

So, look, the, the market for boys being trafficked is more lucrative than the market for girls being trafficked.

No way.

Dudes that that want to do that will pay more. Uh, I, I can't tell you why. Um, but, but it, it happens, and it's always tragic when it does. And so how does it, like, what's a typical case? Is it, are they recruited through school? Are they?

School? Um, again, we talked about about these, this being a portal. Yeah, it's a portal. If your child has one of these, and you do not have your child's phone jacked, meaning you can see everything remotely that's going on on their phone, wherever the phone is, whatever, whoever's texting them. Uh, gaming apps are a big thing. Um, we had one case where a child was lured, uh, into hanging out with a, with a, with an adult male, uh, using, I almost say the name of the game to avoid litigation, but it was an augmented reality game. So it was a location-based game, and so, but you could actually contact each other through the, through the game itself. And, uh, you know, as we, as we kind of reverse engineered what happened, um, you know, there were two opposing factions, I guess you could call it, and it was like capture the flag. Well, you know, you could see who was, was on that flag or whatever. And the, the, the predator used this particular game to, um, entice and ensnare young boys. Uh, and so he, you know, who knows how many times he was successful doing that. But, so I try to tell people, man, you have to know, you know, everything that your child is doing on this, or their computer, if you don't know. And so, you know, I'm a private investigator. My son has known, knew from early on. I said, "Look, I'm going to spy on every single thing you do until you're 18." I said, "Make friends with it. That's just, that's just how it's going to be." And, and, you know, you know, you know, and you don't have to catch everything they do. So, if they tell a little white lie, who cares, you know, you're looking for things that are going to lead to, um, harm, you know, um, you know, and, and so, you know, if my son tells me a lie like, "Dad, your hair looks great." You know, it doesn't look great, obviously, because it's just really nothing there. You know, I know he's, he's full of, you know what, but you have to understand what your children are doing. You have to know who they're hanging out with. And I think what happens is parents get, some parents get into a state of complacency. They think if they live in a nice neighborhood, guess what? If you do a sex offender search, like I live in a nice, I live in a nice area. I live in Winter Park. Um, I went a little bit further out, like to a place, uh, called Oviedo, was outside Orlando as well, too. Not a bad neighborhood, you know, very nice homes. There were more sex offenders in a one-mile radius of a friend of mine's, um, um, address in Oviedo than from my old neighborhood in the Bronx. There were more in, in this suburb. There are guys that have, there are millionaires that are sex offenders. Some of them haven't been caught. Most of them haven't been caught, so they don't wind up on a registry. And so, you know, there is no safe neighborhood when it comes to predatory human beings. They come in all shapes and sizes from every socioeconomic background. Um, you know, you're not safe because you live in a nice neighborhood or even a gated community. You still have to be vigilant when it comes to your children. I think what happens is people provide a safe space. They think everywhere there is is safe. Yeah. Not necessarily.

So when these boys or girls get kidnapped, do they typically stay in the US or they're like raped and killed immediately or how does, I'm just wondering what the typical, like, life cycle is?

It's, it's a little bit different for every case depending on who's trafficking them, but what happens is they typically want to get the child out of the area. And so, uh, Greyhound bus is still a very common way to transport kids. Mhm. Uh, and so, um, like, one of the things, why a bus and not a car, wouldn't they?

Well, well, because the, the, the trafficker doesn't want to move the child themselves.

Oh.

You know what I mean? And so it's a lot easier to pick up a child from the bus station than to go drive, you know, 20 hours to pick a child out from, from out of state. Okay. Um, and if the child goes on of his, of his or her own accord, then it looks like they're a runaway initially. And so a runaway is going to be handled differently than a kidnapping or, you know what I mean, by enticement because that's what it is. They're kidnapping them by enticing them away. And typically what they'll do is they'll masquerade as a young person, um, the, the catfishing, and they'll get them out of their area. And as soon as they get their clutches on them, they, they start working on them and creating a dependency on them, on on the, the predator. And, uh, they're out of their area. Oh, you know, your, your parents don't want you. They don't love you. They don't care. I'm going to take care of you. And even in many cases, drugs are introduced to create a drug dependency. And so, uh, one of, one of the challenges for us who are searching for the kids is these, these traffickers understand that they're going to be people, and not, not in all cases, but in some cases, people like me hunting for them and law enforcement or whatever. Law enforcement doesn't really get involved unless they're specifically told to because they got so many other things to do. And so, um, they'll change their, they'll alter their appearance sometimes drastically. And so, um, there are a lot of different ways to start looking for them. Obviously, I don't want to put them all out because I don't want them to watch and and learn how to get around it. One of the things they do is they'll put these, they'll put these children, they'll make them look grown up, and they'll put them on the adult, um, sex marketing sites for people who are sex working, right? So independent contractors or they have a business manager or pimp, whatever you want to call it, put them on there, but they'll make them look older, but they'll put verbiage in the, whatever narrative, you know, that that will, it's kind of like a dog whistle to people who, who are looking for those. Yeah. And they'll understand that's an underage child, and, and so they'll, they'll initially be, um, you know, can I say the R word? Or I'll say raped. Yeah, raped. Yeah, they'll say raped, uh, by the individual who trafficked them, and then they'll start marketing them to their friends, and then more people, and, and these children will be just passed around, and, and, yeah.

And so, is this in the United States?

In the United States of America. They do stay here. That happens, that happens here in the United States of America.

No, I was just wondering if like some of them flee the country or something to do it.

Not typically. Sometimes, sometimes, and it depends on, on, on where, you know, who's doing it, but there are some children that are actually, um, requested. Now, that happens rarely, like some evil dude said, "Hey, I want you to grab that child." That happens extremely rarely, um, but, but for the most part, they'll stay right here in the United.

Human trafficking markets, this is the biggest human trafficking market in the world, United States of America.

So, do mothers that put their kids on the internet put their kids at risk for this kind of thing?

Yes. Yeah. Yes. Uh, so, you know, I always cringe when I see like people putting baby pictures in really, really like in diapers or even no diapers on. You know, there are guys out there, okay, the, the worst offenders besides the social media ones, and, and I don't think they're doing this out of any malfeasance. I, I just don't understand. But women who put their children on their dating apps with them, that is the worst thing you can do. What you're going to attract, you're not going to attract, for the most part, you're going to attract some guys that don't mind single moms. But, but one of the things, one of the things I found, um, just from some of my investigations, were that that, uh, child rapists tend to have a type, okay? Like very, very specific criteria. And if they see that criteria, one of the things some of these guys will do is they will ingratiate themselves with the moms. Oh, and, and, um, actually they try to enter their social circle if they're married or something. Um, well, well, typically they'll, they'll be, you know, most, most fathers aren't going to let their kids' pictures be put on the internet like that. It's usually moms that are doing it. Let's be, and again, not through any malfeasance. They want to show off their children. Okay, fine. But what they have to understand is that the internet is a very big place, and you got to, you got the good with the bad. And so I worked a, um, a protection job. This is a corporate protection job where, you know, they, they hired me. They're like, "Okay, one of our employees," and again, I won't go into any names or anything like that, but one of our employees found out that her longtime living boyfriend has been, has groomed and molested her daughter, who's 15 now, for the last 5 years. And so, um, he's, he's made threats against her, and so we want you standing by until he goes to trial. And so, initially, supposed to be 30, this thing wound up like 90 days, man. Oh, and by the way, the guy was a competitive shooter. Oh, that's just awesome. You know what I mean? Uh, and so, um, and so that ratcheted things up. And so what I did was I got them to spend money for some more investigators, and I was like, "Look, I'll be here, but I want my guys watching him. I, I want to know where this dude is, you know? I want to know where this dude is. Uh, because I didn't want to, you know, supersonic round, uh, to perforate my brain case, right?" And so it, and it got really, really tense, and, and these things are always kind of, but, but there are guys out there that will target women just so they can get close to their kids. So what some of the common tactics they'll use is they'll use the babysitter. You know, "Oh, you need to go get your hair done. I'll watch your kids for you." It's a trap. It's a trap. Never turn over your kids to anybody. Um, the, you know, besides the babysitting thing, there was a case in Orlando where, um, a woman, a single mom, two kids, five and eight years old, would let the maintenance guy watch her kids. Oh my gosh. So she could go to the club and go do this and hang out with her girlfriends. He's such a nice guy. And he would buy the kids video games.

Do they realize people don't even vet their family? Like, like family members do it that you've known for years?

Yeah. Yeah. Look, so like you're doing this with strangers.

Yeah. Yeah. And, and then they find out, you, you know, later after who knows how long that this guy did it. But even it even got worse, even worse than that. So he would buy them video games to, to buy their silence. Oh. But even worse, the guy who hired him knew that he had molested a child before out on the West Coast and hired him anyway because he said, "Oh, he wouldn't, he wouldn't do that again." And, and so my, my message to single parents, moms, but especially moms, not so much dads, but moms especially, because you're going to be the ones targeted because you are going to be viewed as the weak link. All right? And I'm not saying that you are, but I'm saying that that's how you're going to be targeted for that. So, you got to, you got to be on guard.

Men don't like children. There, I said it.

No, it's okay. I don't like kids. I, I, I don't like kids. I don't like my dad's like it's like over like seven, they start to like him. I, I, I love my son because he's my son, right? I don't. And look, here's the thing. And having said that, I, I've helped out so many children to help recover so many ch, I'll help children. When I say I don't like them, I don't want to hang out with them, right? Because most people don't raise their children properly. Yeah. You know, and, and I'm not, I'm not putting that, that kind of energy in dealing with some offspring that's not mine. And most men feel that way. Sorry. Some people might object to that, but that's the truth, ladies. So, if a guy is volunteering to look after a child that is not his, why? He's either genuinely trying to get in your good graces, but there are other women out there. You're not special. I know you think you're special. You're not. Uh, you're special just like everybody else, right? And so, um, but you have to always keep in the back of your mind that this individual could be trying to get close to you because that gives them easier access to your child. So, use more caution, man. You know, so the cases that you.

So, you do murder cases, you do, um, human trafficking cases. What's another type of case?

Um, I've done a ton of, um, let's call it pre, pre-marital inspection. So, so say for instance, you're going to buy, say you're going to buy a, you look like a Lamborghini person. No, you, no, you don't look like, you look like a Ferrari person. I'm a Honda Civic. You saw, but, but you look like a G Wagon Ferrari person, right? I don't know cars. I don't know what that means. You don't know what a G Wagon is? No, I don't. Do you not know what a G? I just don't know cars. I've always had a Honda Civic. Okay. Well, they get great mileage. You see the, Oh my God. I got them from the airport today, guys. G, the Gmail. The G Wagon. The G Wagon is not about mileage. It probably gets about 10 miles a gallon on the freeway. It's about the prestige and the look. You know what I mean? Um, so, but before you buy one, if you buy one used, you want to get a pre-purchase inspection. Okay? You want a mechanic, a trusted mechanic to go in and look and make sure, check out the, the, um, the maintenance records, make sure it matches up with what's actually been done in the car, and make sure that you're not buying a ticking time bomb or engine that's going to grenade or whatever else. Mhm. I do the same thing for men who are thinking about engaging a woman for long-term relationship or marriage. So, there's, there's different tiers of it. There's, there's your basic look, and then there's a really super deep dive, which involves things like active surveillance and, and things of that nature. And, um, you know, so that's, that's something I, and again, I take that really seriously because again, if, if, if I mess things up, um, I could be sending some poor dude to the gallows over a life of misery.

But what if what if she like prays? Uh, you know, oh my God.

See, see, oh my God, you just want to open up all the cans of worms. Okay, here's the thing. One, one of the jobs I did before I became a licensed private investigator, I was head of security for a very large congregation for a very prominent religious leader. It was a mega church. Um, fortunately, him and his wife were two of the most gracious people and actual godly people I've ever met. His wife was probably the most gracious woman I've ever met. U, like super nice people. They would do anything for you. But I, I was able to interact with a lot of the gospel superstars that people worship today. And, and here's, here's what I can say. Most of them, 90% of them are not. They're living like devils while they're trying to tell you to live like angels. So if you have a woman and you meet a woman in church because you think you're getting something better than outside of church, I got bad news for you, bro. Um, you're not getting anything any better. You're just going to get a really self-righteous individual that's going to pretend that they are better.

Nec, not necessarily. Um, or you're going to get a recycled 304 that wants a break from the treadmill and so she goes to church to find refuge and find some poor schmo that doesn't know about her past. Uh, and again, these might sound like harsh words. However, um, you know, I don't, you know, I, I don't make a habit of trying to butter people's backsides. Um, I, I have to give people the truth. And sometimes it's ugly. Sometimes it's, it's difficult to, to hear. And, you know, people will hear me say that and they think I'm anti-Christian. I'm not anti-Christian. I'm, I am a Christian. I'm not always a very good one. I'll, I'll admit it. I'm not always a very good one. But, uh, what I, what I object to is people being fooled and using God and church and religion, uh, as a way to trick people. And one of the people, you know, some of the groups said, "Women get tricked, too, but men are tricked, uh, way more often." And so, um, a woman going to church, what does that mean? Um, does, does that, look, here's the thing. I was head of security. I would see women at the club the night before on Saturday night, they'd still be in their club clothes. Church on Sunday morning. Wow. Still be in the club clothes. Church on Sunday morning. They're backing that thing up and doing whatever else. Saturday night. Yeah. Sunday, they're a holy moly, you know, like, like one of my aunts used to say, a holy. And so, um, look, and that's not to to say that they're worse, but what I'm saying is they're not better, right? You know, you still have to, you can't. So, the, here's the thing. You cannot use religion or religious affiliation as a, as a vetting method. All right? It, it's, it's, because I've seen it. Just, I've seen the absolute opposite. In some instances, I've seen women in church act way, way worse, um, than, than women who, who don't go to church at all. So, and, and part of that is there's, there's, um, there's a belief that you're getting something better. So, it hits harder when you find out. No, man. No, man. And it's like they're stepping into a freeway and that truck is right there, and they just, bam. All of a sudden, when they realize it, when they come to me after they find out something's wrong, usually, like we talked about before, they're in crisis mode. Um, well, you know, the way to avoid that is understand her past. That's the best peek you will get into her future. And so when we talked about earlier, if you, if you can, if you can live with, nobody's going to be perfect. If you can live with her worst that she's ever done, then you have a better chance of weathering whatever storm you might have to going forward. But if you don't know what her worst is, you're not able to make an informed decision. And, and what I try to do is give guys an opportunity to make an informed decision because that's all any of us should ever want. If you got a woman with, um, you know, like that P.P.I. inspection for the Lamborghini or Ferrari or G Wagon, you got to do some homework on the G Wagon. Um, but if, if, if you think you're getting a car that has 10,000 miles, but it's the, the speedo has been rolled back, how much, how much wear and tear has been on that engine, the chassis, the electronics, uh, the interior, the upholstery, everything. And, and compare that to, you know, and, and again, people, you know, people will get all upset, but, you know, at the end of the day, I know a lot of women will give the, uh, the reply, "A woman's past shouldn't matter." Well, I'm sorry, sister, it does matter to men. It may not matter to you, but it matters to men for so many different reasons. One reason is, uh, your reputation. You know, like I actually know guys who have married the neighborhood pass-around, but didn't know they were the neighborhood pass-around, and they found out after they got married. Now imagine how that guy feels knowing that he has a woman that everybody has been with.

How did he find out? I mean, 'cause I feel like men, women will snitch. Men just do not snitch. We were talking about that earlier, but like they, they could be banging another dude's what?

Well, in this particular case, he hired, he hired me because he thought she was cheating.

And was she?

And, yeah, she was. And, and, and I was like, you know, and this was easy work. And I was like, "Yeah, dude. She's, she's probably." I said, "I'll find, I'll look for documentation, but yeah, she probably is." He's like, "Well, how do you know?" I said, "Everybody slept with her, man." He said, "Really?" I said, "Dude, I slept with her." Um, like everybody, everybody got slept with.

You got hired for someone that you?

Yeah. Yeah. And, and it's like, you know, and not normally, you wouldn't just come out and say this, but, you know, it's like, okay, so crazy. Women can be with like a hundred dudes and none of them will snitch.

No. They do not.

Well, well, they will say something if it's their, their homeboy. If it's their pal, they'll say something. Now, you get different reactions from guys. Like, I'm a P.I. I've given people documentation like, "Yeah, she's cheating." No, I don't believe it. Like, dude, you hired me to get this. This is, this is like literally I got video. Like, why am I here? I got video of a woman getting bent over and cheeks clapping and all the rest of that stuff, and, and the dude was still like, "Well, that doesn't look like her." Like, come on, dude. Like, like, come on, bro. I was just, I was just telling someone this the other day. When a guy wants to simp, you cannot stop him. No. No. It's some lessons you just got to learn the hard way. Yeah. And, and so he hired me 'cause he, he thought she was, she was messing around. And, um, you know, I, I didn't know this guy before they got married. I met him after he hired me. And so I was like, I was like, "Well, yeah, she probably is." And he was like, "How is it that everybody's been with her, man? Like, she was just that, like, literally she would just, she was just very generous." Let's just put it. She's pretty generous with her time and her presence. And so, um, so for him, that was a bitter pill. That was a really bitter pill to swallow, man, because I mean, imagine somebody that you, you know, when, and again, we, I wrote about this called the, a woman as a brand ambassador. So very rarely is a man a woman's brand ambassador. Typically, the woman is going to be the man's brand ambassador, meaning she represents you. She represents, hopefully, the best part of your judgment, right? And so you're, because you're bringing this person in, and they are, they are representing your name, your, your family, not just you, but your mother, your father, your family name in general, uh, your children. She has access to your money. And so, you know, all these other things. And so if you get that decision wrong, that's going to say a lot to people, not necessarily because you did it on purpose, but that's going to say a lot to people about you as a, as a man and your ability to make decisions, is if you marry the town pass-around. Uh, now, some guys are comfortable with that. Hey, do your thing, you know, but most guys are not.

How do you categorize women? So, I'd imagine when you're doing, like, when I, I did enough interviews, you kind of start to see like patterns and trends and like you kind of group, start to group people. Is there a way that you do that with women? Um, like from what, like, will she cheat or what type of, her past? Yeah, like, I don't know, women, it could be by profession that they do this. It could be by a school. It could be like, I don't know. I'm just curious over the years, you, how long have you been doing this for?

Um, I, I got my license in, um, 200, well, it was actually before 2009, but there's a two-year internship. So, it was really 2007, but 2009 is when I got the, the, um, the full license after I completed the internship. Okay. So, I've been doing it since then. So, yeah.

So, you, I mean, you have to have, um, patterns that you've seen. Like, if I've noticed, if I've learned anything, is that people aren't as special as they think and most people do, are statistics and do fall in, like, um, it's kind of like the hoe and the s in church. You know that's one I've seen but a ton. So with women, how do you categorize them typically?

Uh, well, I look at it this way. I, I look at women the same way most guys will evaluate women as a, as a straight male, a healthy, aggressive heterosexual male. Um, first category is, would I or would I wouldn't I? But more importantly, before then, would she or wouldn't she? So, I can talk to women and tell within a few minutes or even just watch them to tell if, if they're available. Very, very quickly. Some women just aren't available. You know what I mean? And it's not necessarily to me, but whoever. Right? So, one of the things I look for is the attention hounds, the, the attention, the women that are constantly, not just the way they dress, but they're constantly looking around to see who's, who's watching them, and, and they're looking for that attention. If they get that attention, um, sometimes they're looking for engagement after that atten, you know, attention. And so, that's a, that's a big thing. Um, and, and again, you know, so you'll follow a girl and see if she's like looking around for attention. Not, not even if I'm following her, just women I meet in general. Okay? You know, um, just because I, I observe, I watch everything. Um, and sometimes it's a little bit of a curse. And sometimes I'll notice things that I don't even want to see, you know, but, but I'll see them, you know, just because of my, my past and just my brain is wired, right? Um, my, my brain is wired to find things that people are trying to hide, you know. It's been like that since I was, I was a kid. Again, sometimes it's a, it's a little bit of a curse. Uh, just 'cause you don't want to know everything about some people. Sometimes, you know, you just want to think that just an ordinary person. And then, you know, I'll see things like friends of mine and their wives are fitting in some of these patterns. I'm just like, "Oh, man." I was like, "What, what do you say?" Because you know both of them, right? So, so what do you say? What do you do? And so, I had a recent thing. I'll ask your opinion on this. I had a recent thing. I, I asked the internet on X, what would you guys do on my my dog walks? I typically walk my dogs if I'm around, three times, say three times a day. And excuse me, I'm sweating. Uh, I've always sweated a bunch. These things also too. I, I sweat like a, um, I sweat like a, like a person who's in the desert. So, sorry. I want to, I don't want to blind anybody with the my shiny.

bald head. Um, but so, so here's what happened. Um, I'm walking my dogs, take them to a park, right? And it's by one of the tennis courts. We got a bunch of tennis courts in my neighborhood. Um, that's when you know you're in a good neighborhood. If you don't have any basketball courts but tennis courts, you're in a nice neighborhood.

So, um, and so with, with one of my neighbors, goes on power walks in the middle of the day. She walks, she walks to the park and gets in a car. And I was like, but she couldn't see me. I could, I was actually picking up dog doodoo. Be responsible. Pick up your, pick up your dog doodoo. Don't, don't be like that. And so I was like, that wasn't her, that wasn't her husband, you know what I mean? So I was like, "Okay, you know, and so I let it go."

Um, another time I see her get picked up. Same pattern, same car. And so, um, and this, this happened more than once. And so I hung out and then saw him drop her off and then she proceeds on her power walking thing again and goes back home. And I was like, not her husband. Husband's at work. Uh, providing a great living. He's a surgeon. Um, so she hired, you know, she, she married the high-value guy, right? Uh, and the guy who picked her up wasn't a brokie. He was driving a, um, seven series Beamer. So, you know, he was, what was she, one to ten? Uh, looks-wise. She's a little bit higher, man. She's like an eight and a half, nine, man. Like, she's, uh, I would eat if she wasn't married, I would eat sushi off her naked backside. She's that attractive. You know what I mean? Is that descriptive? I'm, I'm, I'm the king of analogies, you know? And so, and obviously, I, I don't mess with married. I stay away from married women.

Um, and so I said, "Okay, what would you guys do?" And I got a range of answers from, "Oh, you have to tell him." I know the guy, how well, but we're not like pals. I've smoked cigars with him with other guys in the neighborhood a couple of times while we're drinking scotch and smoking. This has happened to me before. And if they stay together, it's so awkward. So, so, 'cause then the snitch is the bad guy. So, so, so, so, what would you do? Yeah, exactly. Nothing. Sorry. Not look it. There was a time where I would have, but I'm sorry. Too many of you simps. It's bit me in the ass. But I got to let you guys suffer. Yeah. Some guys like, "Oh, you got to do it." And this is the bro code. Okay, I get the bro code thing, but I still got to live in that neighborhood. Exactly. Exactly. That's the.

So, here's how I handled it. Okay. Again, and one, one of my strong suits is problem-solving, right? And so, I, I love problem-solving, solving problems. I love finding creative ways to solve problems. So, what I did was I said, "Okay, I clocked the times that she would be there." It was right around the same time every day. I started booking the tennis court around that time and inviting one of the neighborhood older guys in the neighborhood that plays. He's, man, this guy is a, even though he's in his 70s, man. But he went to college on a, on a tennis scholarship. Dude, this guy is such a ringer. Like, he'll have you running around the court all day. So, I invited him to go play tennis. I booked the, the tennis court and I positioned myself so that my back was to the pickup point and he was facing the pickup point. And so, um, you know, we're going back and forth. He's telling me how much I suck at tennis. Uh, which I suck at tennis. I suck at golf. I still love both of them.

But that wasn't her husband. But the guy knew her husband well. Okay. Okay. If he knew him well. Yes. He's known him for a long time. So, you get the friend to do it for him. Yeah. So, so, uh, and then he stopped and was like, I turned around. I go, "Hey, oh, is that such and such?" He's like, "Yeah." And he's got this really concerned look on his face. I was like, "Oh, all right. Uh, I think it's your serve." And he's like, and, and I just left it at that. And he dealt with it. Yeah. Yeah. And so, I, I didn't tell him. I just put him in position to see. Yeah.

Um, even though the guy wasn't the client, some people say, "Oh, I'm a snitch." Okay. Technically, I'm a professional snitch. That's what I do for a living. You know what I mean? I'm constantly dinging out. That's smart because then, like, 'cause if you tell them, the problem is, one, they might not believe you, and then it's awkward for you. Yeah. Two, they do believe you, and then they fight, and then they tell them that you're the person that. That's what happened to me. I told, and then they fought, and then they stayed together. So, I was the, I'm like, "Okay, you know what?" I'm like, "Suffer, suffer. I don't care." Yeah. Yeah. And so, and so that's, that's how I handled that, that particular thing. And, and, uh, because I was like, man, you know, you hate watching guys dangle, you know what I mean? You know, over, over a volcano. You can save him, but you don't do, you don't do anything to save him. And so, I, so I let his friend, 'cause that guy's really good friends with him. Um, I know him casually. I know the other guy better. Him and I smoke cigars all the time. Um, and, uh.

So, did he find out? Did he tell the husband? Um, from what I, from the gossip I got in the neighborhood, I never asked, um, the older guy what happened or what he did, but the gossip I got from the neighborhood is that, um, he did indeed find out, uh, what was going on with his, um, with his, with his spouse. Are they staying together? Uh, no. No, they're getting divorced. No, he's, he's bouncing. Yeah. Apparently, he's probably screwing a nurse anyway. Well, well, apparently she, this was her college boyfriend. No way. That she told him not to worry about. It's always the guy. It's always the guy they say not to worry about.

I'll tell you a story from school. So, I was on a team with a girl and she, it was, I transferred in. Um, and before I even like knew her, she dated this guy freshman year. And they dated, they didn't even date that long, like, I don't know, two, three months. But I guess she was kind of stuck on, I mean, you know how it is. Like, she was stuck on him forever. Senior year, she has a new boyfriend. And we were at like, it's called like a day party, like a dirty, it was like St. Patrick's Day or something. And I'm waiting to go to the bathroom, right? And I'm like, why is this taking so long? It's taking forever. And she walks out with the guy from freshman year. And her boyfriend came to the party later and had no idea they're still together to this day. And, you know, what makes it worse is she wasn't a [ __ ] like she wasn't like you would expect. There's different girls on our team that I, you would maybe expect that from, but she did not, at least as far as I knew, she did not have the reputation of sleeping around with, oops, sorry, sleeping around with a bunch of people. You know, so this guy, I'm like, he would have no idea because she like really, she had a good reputation. I was, I, I couldn't even believe it. And, yeah, and I was not going to be the one. I'm sorry, pal. Too many of you guys, you tell you, you know how mad they get at me for being like, 'cause there's guys who will say, "Oh, um, they want like a virgin wife or like," and I say, "Guys, two bodies." I'm like, "Good luck." And then they tell me, I'm like, "Evil." They're like, "Oh, well, that's just you or that's just like you, you, um, it's just the women." And I'm like, "Look, like, like guys and, and we women on podcasts. Look, look, here's the thing, man. Finding like, if you do find a virgin, I actually know a guy. We, we talked about this briefly. You find a virgin, um, she was using her virginity as a, and her sexuality as a method of control over guys that she was messing with, like literally holding it over the head, their heads like the sword of Damocles, you know what I mean? And these guys were all chomping at the bit and she was just playing these guys like, just like, like a fiddle. Um, guys, get over the whole wanting a virgin thing. It's not going to happen. If a woman tells you that she is a virgin, odds are that she's lying. Um, you know, when, when you talk about the data, whenever they poll, they show these polls. Oh, only 20% of women who were polled say said they were cheating. Oh my god. Yeah. Okay. You believed them, right? You guys believe that nonsense. Well, and the workarounds, it's like they'll give oral and then say that doesn't count. And, and that's the verge of this. I found five types of virgins. One, lying. Two, workaround virgin. They do. And I was on the phone. I talked to this lady the other day and I was like, I don't know how these guys believe these women when they're like 27 or 28 that they're virgin. Okay. Like 19. Okay. But like 27. What was she doing for the past decade? And then she was like, "Oh, but I was." And I was like, "Don't make me do this." And I was like, and I told her, I'm like, "Really? You did nothing else?" And she's like, "Oh, well, of course I did other." And I was like, "Come on." That's. And again, you know, maybe some guys, maybe some guys think that if a woman gives throat hugs, um, that that she's still a virgin. Sorry, bro. Yeah. But if you gave three throat hugs at the same time, are you still a virgin? Come on. That logic makes no. You can get an STD from it. So, like, you can get an incurable STD, but you're a virgin. Get out. I'm so. You don't understand. Like I had to interview a thousand women and I was just so done by the end. I'm like, are you? One girl on the show said she was a virgin before the show. She told a different guy on the show that like she was telling him about this d her situationship and he on the show was like, you just told me about it. And then three, the ones that use it as marketing and they can't give up like the Lo Joneses. You know, I don't know if she, but let's say she was telling the truth, like she couldn't give up the clout for being a virgin. So, like, yeah. And look, she's, she's destined to be alone. Yeah. Because she's just, you know, she's she seems like kind of a weirdo. Yeah. You know, and, and that's what you're going to get if you get a woman in her 30s or 40s who's a virgin. She's going to be strange. You know, to to maintain that that long. She's got to be unusual. And you talk to the guys, you're like, "Oh, strange is okay." I'm like, "Trust me." No, you don't want. Yeah. You, you don't want a weirdo wife. And, and, um, you know, like.

Okay. Or like, I've talked to women who, um, have let people swim in the Hershey Highway, let's just say, right? I don't get it. Back door. Oh, back. Okay. Okay. You never heard Hershey Highway? No. No. My god. Look at all these people. You never heard that terminology? No one's used that. Never heard a G Wagon? No, I knew it. Okay. I knew what a, I've heard G Wagon. I just, okay. What is, what it looks like? I, no, I wouldn't be able to identify it. I'm not a, I don't pay attention to cars. I just don't pay. And you never heard Hershey Highway? No. I'm the first to. I know what a Honda Civic is. God. Well, that's great mileage. Well, that's what Hershey Highway means. And I know women that have done that. Like guys do that and they're like, "Oh, I'm a virgin." And I'm like, you know, like, sorry, probably not. But there are some women that that believe that, uh, there are surgeries that women can get. Oh my god. You know, let it go. Just be a hoe. Let it go. There, there are surgeries. You know what I mean? Porn stars are getting married nowadays. Let's not let it hold you back. It's not going to. There's someone that's going to do it. I mean, and there's one, there's some, there's one woman on your internet. I don't remember her name. Uh, I don't remember what podcast it was on, but she was talking about how God restored her coochie and then, then the other woman, the other woman was like, "Wait, don't you have five kids?" Make it stop. It's like, "I'm sorry, man." You know, but there are, there are ceremonies in churches. This is why I say, you know, watch out for the church con. Yeah. Uh, Tradcon, they put the con. Yeah. In, in Tradcon. And so, they've got this whole praying and restoring virginity, born again virgin. That's a croc of nonsense. That, that, that's okay. Where does it say that in the Bible? Some guy came up with that to market it. Um, to, to get a way to market women that are coming off the streets that they want to get married to these knuckleheads sitting in the pews who believe everything this guy with a suit on says because he's got a Bible in front of him. Whether he's preaching from the Bible or not, that's a whole different thing. But they're just going to believe and they're going to they're going to get sold a, um, you know, they're going to get sold a really bad used car. Yeah. And, and instead of trying to get women to understand that, look, there's going to be a day of reckoning for your behavior. Just like men, there's a day of reckoning for you. You simp enough, you're going to get bit. All right? If, if you're going down that 304 train or stroll or lane forever, uh, at some point you're going to run out of tread on those tires. I don't know. Riley Reed just got married to a decent looking dude. Yeah. Okay. He's a decent looking dude, but really, like, like this dude is an empty shell inside, man. Let's be honest. Do you know what I think what happens? And you could tell me if I'm wrong. Guys look at the conservative women and then they start to not notice a difference. And so they just say, "Well, at least like Riley Reed." And I, I've talked about this on the show. I think she pulled it off because she brings in her hot friends to do threesomes. So, like, yeah, that would be a big selling point, you know? So, okay. So, so she's, she's adding value. A value add, right? I'll always ask the chat. I'm like, "Guys, for like a threesome once a week, would you put up with it?" I'm not saying you should or you would, right? But eventually, there's going to be a taker. Look, most, you know, most, and, and I told you, I, I did some work for some of the, the, um, the adult film industries in Los Angeles, not any film stuff. Um, I was doing some protection work when I lived in California. And so, a lot of these women that guys see on screen, if they saw them without their makeup, they would be horrified. Yeah. I know. Like, like seriously, they would be, they would screech like, "Oh my god, is that what she really looks like?" Yes, that's what she really looks like. Uh, not to mention, most of them are drug addicts. Um, just because they, they, they get into that just because they, um, to kill the, the feeling of how they're throwing their life down the toilet, man. You know what I mean? And so, there's a lot of drug addiction. There's a lot of really twisted, um, sexual proclivities. A lot of them wind up with, um, um, being nymphomaniacs where they got to have it all the time. And so, you know, that might sound like a good thing. And we talked about this also today. Might sound like a good thing, but okay, what happens if you get injured? Like, that, that dude I know who married literally a nymphomaniac and he hurt his back. And so he couldn't do anything. Like, he was like, literally bedridden, and she went buck wild. You know why? She had to have it somewhere, right? She had to get it from somewhere. And so, you know, guys got to be, guys got to be a lot more discerning and, um, be, you know, stop being so, um, stop being so trusting. You know, women, we talked about how women investigate men. It is miles ahead of what most men do. Women, if they want to marry you, I'm not talking about the guy they just want to hump, right? That's different. They're not going to look into that guy at all. They just feel what they feel and they're going to act on it. That's different. That's more primal, right? Uh, if she wants to marry you, I can almost guarantee you she does not have that primal desire for you. All right? That's just how it works. You know what I mean? Don't, don't get upset about it, but just. But they will, they will vet their their past. They will try to find past girlfriends and interview them. Like, they'll contact them. Um, we talked about some of these apps where they share information. They'll research your phone number, reverse image searching. They'll look for anything they can, um, to, to vet you and see what type of person you are. That's before they really get to know you. Then they'll study you. If, if they want to marry you or be long-term relationship, they'll study everything you do so they know your personality and your behavior, excuse me, inside and out. And so, um, you know, guys that are marrying, uh, women that are adult film people, you know, I think that's a very, that's a tiny percentage of men, right? That's not okay. Do most men want to hook up with a porn star? Of course. I know. But do you know what's been crazy to watch? I recently interviewed, um, a pretty like pretty well-known fighter. Um, and there was someone else at like the place I was interviewing that I asked him, would you accept a woman with an OnlyFans? And it's been amazing how in the last five years how normal it is for men to accept it as long as they don't smash on camera. Like, it, and I know it's like, it's almost like disheartening, you know, and I'm like watching like men that have other options. I'm like, why are you accepting that? Because there's, there's, it's been, there's less stigma because, because it happens so much. Yeah. You know, like, look at, look at COVID, how many women got on OnlyFans during the COVID stuff. Yeah. Like hundreds of thousands. And now, okay, the vast majority of them didn't make a dime on OnlyFans. No, the average is like 250. It's like nothing. The average, they don't, they don't make anything. Can you imagine? You putting your most prized possession on the internet and making $250 a month. And, and then, and then, you know, so you look at it from this standpoint. If you're a guy, you marry a woman, right? Everyone's seen her private parts. That's supposed to be something special. Now, you, you're not getting a virgin. We already talked about that. So, but do you want everybody to have seen it? Yeah. You know, it's like, do you know what the challenge is, though? I think sometimes the girls can kind of wipe it decently clean where it's not easily accessible. You can still find traces of it. Yeah. But normal people aren't going to like look that hard. You know what I mean? So, yeah. And, and look, we talked about, you'll find it, right? Yeah. Yeah. And I, I've actually, I told you, one I found recently where she actually did scrub it, but, um, but, you know, I found it. I didn't, didn't find all the content, but I found the page and I found the, um, the, what do they call the thumbnail or screenshot or whatever it is from from her page. And, you know, this was a woman who had previously denied to my client that she had had any sort of OnlyFans. Um, and then, you know, then we talked about some of her associations. And she was hanging out with a bunch of scumbags. Like, like her friends are dirt bags. There's no way to put it. She hangs out with a bunch of dirt bags. I'm like, these are guys I look, I know a lot of shady characters. I wouldn't hang out with these guys. Um, you know, and, and, um, you know, and so, you know, he wound up disqualifying her because this is a very, you know, guys that that tend to, um, from what I've seen, tend to stay married longer and have more successful marriages are guys that tend to vet women the same way women vet men. M, um, you know, women will look at things sometimes, unfortunately. Okay, how much can I get from this guy when I pull the rip cord on our marriage and send him plummeting earth to the, uh, the finely polished, uh, floors of the family court and go splat. How much can I get out of this? Uh, but men are not looking like that, you know? Like, I know a guy who married a woman just because she had huge boobs, huge natural boobs, you know, and, and he was shocked right when she wound up. She thought her VJ was so good that everybody should have some. And he was surprised. It's like, it's like, dude. It's like, what? Like, dude, like, what? Like, you know, a really hot woman blinds a man. Yeah. And, but here's the thing. Sometimes, sometimes I'm like, do you not notice she's a terrible person? And, and, you know, but, but the reason some really good-looking women wind up being such awful human beings is because no one ever tells them to go, go kick rocks, right? You know, and, and, um, you know, and, and if guys would stop putting up with bad behavior more, uh, you know, these, these behavior patterns wouldn't just get like, okay, women who are really violent when they get older. This is a, that's a, that's a woman that as a young girl and a young lady and teenager or whatever else, she was never stopped and checked. And, and so, you know, you see some of these videos where they're just doing awful things. Um, and it's like, you know, no guy ever just punched him. And, but if you do punch him, then all, then you're the bad guy. You know, if she hits you, uh, you just got to take it. But if you hit her back, now you're, you're an evildoer. And I, I hate to say it, but at the early ages, somebody needs to punch him. Punch him in the face. You know, as men, we grow up understanding that if I, if I mess with a bigger, stronger opponent, odds are I'm going to get flattened. So, you don't mess with a bigger, stronger opponent. Women never really, most don't learn that lesson, uh, uh, from an early age. On the opposite, you know, guys are told not to hit them back and, and women know that guys, most guys aren't going to hit them back, so they get emboldened. And, um, and, and, you know, so, you know, I, I remember talking to somebody, well, you know, what would you say to guys? I said, you know what, dude? I said, technically, you, you're supposed to be able to defend yourself. However, if you defend yourself against a woman who's attacking you, odds are you're going to go to jail. That's the truth. And so, the best thing you can do as a guy is get the hell out of there. Um, don't stay in that relationship. You got to get out of it. I know guys now, um, that are frightened of their wives. Not because physically they can't overcome them. They can overcome them. He's got to sleep though. He doesn't know what he'll, she'll do. But, but not just that. If he, if he does do something, um, all she has to do is call the police and say he did this. His, his life is over. Right. You know, so that's what they're really frightened of. You know what I? And, and I see it. I see a lot of it. And, um, you know, I remember I was out one day and I was shadowing a, I was shadowing somebody. And, you know, some woman started getting really belligerent with me. And I just told her, I said, look, if you think I'm one of these dudes that won't punch you in the face in front of everybody, I said, go ahead, try me. See what happens. Try, see what happens. I said, I said, I'm confident that I could beat you up and your friends. I said, go right ahead. Uh, naturally, I'm not going to go around punching women in the face. I just wanted her out of, I just wanted her out of my, out of my space. But some women can get so, I'm not saying all. I'm talking about just a certain percentage of them. Um, can get so obnoxious because they've never had that discipline instilled in them. You know, their dads will protect them, their brothers will protect them. That's replaced by police and the courts and everything else. And so, they feel like they're untouchable until they run into that guy who doesn't care about that. And that's the guy they usually wind up sleeping with and dating for years, talking about what a horrible, abusive, abusive person he was, and they dated him for 10 years.

What percent of women under 30 do you think have actually, let's say, what percent of women between 18 to 25 right now do you think have done some sort of sex work? Um, I'd say probably 50%. Really? That high? Yeah. Yeah. And so, look, there's, and we talked about this, just how attractive, what's like the minimum floor? 'Cause I mean, half of them are going to be fat. Can they still, uh, you know, here's the thing. There are, there is a market for obese women. Okay. There are some guys who like obese women. Um, you know, I would say the, the floor would be probably be a five, but when they put on makeup, they're going to be a six, maybe a seven, six and a half. And so, especially young, the makeup looks like, yeah, exactly. Looks magical, you know, at that stage, you know, but there's, there's all types, but, you know, there's, there's different types of sex work. You know, just my own categories, I've got two main categories, hard sex work and soft sex work, right? So, soft sex work has more categories to it. Hard sex work is they're on the streets doing the host role on the trail, the track, whatever you want to call it. Every city, every major city has one, even smaller cities have one where they walk up and down the street, right? The street walkers. Then you've got the, the women that are on the, the escort sites, um, you know, similar to the old Backpage. And the funny thing is, Backpage wasn't even a major player when it came to that sort of, that sort of work, the sex work. You know, they, they're actually minor, but everybody heard about them. There's so many more. There's dozens of them. Um, Snapchat nowadays, uh, Snapchat is a big way they market. Um, Instagram is more on the soft side. And so, the soft, soft, um, sex work goes in different categories. You've got the, um, from Instagram, you know, the IG, um, you know, I showed you that that screenshot of that investigation, young lady sent me her price list on over IG instant message. Then you've got, um, your sugar baby sites. Sugar babies are are sex workers. They are sex workers, but they've got plausible deniability because somehow it's legal. So, you got, um, sex work, but it's a subscription. You pay a monthly or weekly fee for a certain amount of visits. Um, and supposedly these visits are only for dinner and companionship. We play frisbee and go play golf and, yeah, okay, whatever. That's, it's, that's, that's nonsense. Uh, it's, it's, it's BS. And then you got the cuddle sites. So, people will pay people to cuddle with them. They'll pay a professional cuddler to lay down with them in bed or on the couch and cuddle. And do you see a difference in socioeconomic class? Not anymore. Uh, used to be it was mostly driven by, uh, poverty. But, you know, as you've seen from some of the, some of my series on, she's not doing it for the money, there are young women coming from very wealthy backgrounds. Really? Phillips had a good background. Do you know what that is? Yeah. She came from a wealthy, she's Mrs. Mrs. 101. Yeah. Yeah. She had a wealthy, you know, she was on my show. Oh, really? Before she did it. Yeah. I didn't know that. Yeah. And the crazy thing is, she was actually more pleasant than a lot of the, like, I, what I like about her, she owns it. She's like, "Yeah, more. I'm not." She doesn't. People try to shame her behavior and she's like, "No, I just like having sex." Yeah. Yeah. She's honest. You know, you know, you see some guys on there and they're like, "Oh, she's a victim." It's like, she doesn't claim victimhood, so why are you claiming it for her? I know. And then a more soft, um, sex work is that that older dude that helps her pay a bill every now and then that she needs paid. That dude's not doing it because he likes her. That's the older dude, um, that Coach Greg had that thing. I got money. That's the guy who, if she needs, if she can't make her car note, you know, um, I know a guy, I know a guy who runs a, um, um, he owns property and most of his tenants are college students. Um, and, um, there are several women that when they can't pay their rent, they pay a different way. That's sex work, you know, okay. If you're having sex with somebody who's going to pay your rent or is going to pay your phone bill, who's going to pay your car note or your insurance bill, that's sex work, you know, like, like pure and simple, you know, and so, uh, but people will look at it as though it, as though it isn't, but it, it is indeed sex work. So that's part of what I call a soft sex work. You got soft sex work where they got some plausible deniability, then the hard sex work where their, their picture is on there and they're just, that's who they are. That's what they are. And that's got to be more difficult to track, right? Like, I'd imagine. Yeah, it depends.

What about like high-end escorts? Are they, um, high-end? What do you mean, where they come from? No. I mean, are they more difficult to track because? No. Okay. No. No. You just have to know the right people. Um, okay. I, I got friends in low places. And I know, I know a ton of darksiders. Darksiders, in case your audience doesn't know, are guys who engage, um, sex workers for their services and they do it regularly. Uh, they call themselves hobbyists, some of them. Um, I know one guy, he sees a different, um, sex worker five, six times a week. Wow. So, he knows them all. He, and so when I need answers about things, you know what I mean? Um, even, you know, and, and there's a whole network of them all over the globe, the these guys. And if a woman is engaged in sex work, one of these guys knows about it. Now, even on the escort side, there are escorts that are called UTRS, which is under the radar. So, she doesn't have any, any advertisements anywhere. She's not showing up any databases anywhere, but she's doing regular sex work, and she's getting paid for for services on a regular. So, it's not always easy to find, but you can find it. Uh, you just have to know the right place to look. And so, like, when I, when I'm doing research on not just necessarily people but trends, I'll talk to some of these guys and like, "Okay, what's going on? What's this? What's that?" Or something I don't, I've never seen before. And they'll be like, and, and they'll break everything down for me. And I even had, um, on more than one occasion where I've sent them a picture of a of a young lady that I knew was doing sex work, but I didn't have any, any documented proof. And they're like, "Oh, yeah. I've seen her like 20 times." Uh, like this guy, like some of these guys, they have a ton of money, right? They have a ton of of disposable income. And so, they will literally go out of their way to meet and see every new girl they can. Mhm. And so, and these guys spread the word. And so, these women will, you know, they'll reach out to a guy, some of the soft sex work, and say, "Oh, you know, I need some help paying my bill." Okay. And so, hey, look, if you need to make more money, I can introduce you to some friends of mine. And that's how they wind up doing the under the radar thing.

And do you see because, um, Kevin Samuels would talk about how high-end escorts often end up getting married by one of their clients. Yes. That's really common. Yes. Okay. Um, so high-end escorts are typically what they call low volume. So, low volume, they might see one or two guys a week, where the high volume women will see five, six, seven, eight guys a day. E. Now, they're, they're making, they're making less money per person. Mhm. The high-end escort, um, you know, if you want to spend a weekend with one of the really, really sought-after escorts, you're paying, you're paying 25 grand for a weekend. Mhm. You know, just for her to hang out with you. And during that weekend, she's going to expect you to take her here, take her there. Um, some of them come from wealthy backgrounds. Not all of them, though. Uh, and, and so what, what happens is, and we talked about this again and again, people are going to get angry about this, but sex workers understand the male psyche better than most modern, I'd say wives, married wives do. Yeah. You know, wives, wives understand their husbands from the standpoint of how they can, you know, they can spot lies or this, that, the, don't understand how to make their husbands happy because we talked about it before. They see it as a, as degrading to want to make their, what do they call them? Pickmis and all the rest of this nonsense. Okay? So, making your husband happy is somehow, um, that's somehow bad, but you want your husband to make you happy, but you don't want to return the favor. And so, um, and again, some of, we talked about a case I worked on recently. I want to, um, interviewing like, like 40, like a little bit over 40 escorts on a human trafficking case I had to work on. And so, I had to track them down, contact them, and actually interview them. And a bunch of them will say that they've actually saved marriages because they're providing something that the guy's wife is not providing anymore, which is physical, um, gratifying physical contact. You know, just doing that one thing on a regular basis would make more marriages pleasant. But there are so many women that have been taught to utilize sex like a cudgel to beat their husbands over the head with, withholding it. You know, "Oh, you don't, you do this, you do that, then I'll might give you some." Okay. So, now you're working on a might. I married this woman, I might get some, versus I pay $150, $200, $300, and I get a sure thing. Or some of these women with their dating requirements. "Oh, you have to take me here. You have to pay for my babysitter." You know, first of all, look, if you're too broke to pay for your own babysitter, you shouldn't be going on dates. Um, pay for your own babysitter. Sorry. Yeah, I'm sorry. You know, not, not really sorry. Just, you know, just stop making demands like that because they're ridiculous. "Oh, I want to be taken to this restaurant. You have to pay at least $500." Okay. So, I'm going to pay a babysitter. How much is the babysitter? Like 200 bucks a night or something like that, maybe? I don't have kids. I don't know. I, yeah, I don't, I don't even know what it would be, but, but let's say 200 bucks a night, right? Then you, you spend say $400 or $500 on a nice dinner somewhere, right? That's a decent dinner somewhere, a nice restaurant. Um, and so you're looking at $600, $700 for a maybe versus $150 for exactly what I want. This is one of the things that's driving, there's more and more I'm seeing more and more women engage in sex work than ever before.

Do you think it's also they get access to higher value guys that they wouldn't get access to? Especially like the high-end escorting. Um, 'cause I, I can imagine like the guy like a 20-year-old is going to get like a, a better get access to a better guy escorting than you're going to find like on a college campus or, you know, in terms of like value in society, whatever. Well, to, to be a high-end escort, number one, you've got to be in the upper echelons of looks. So, and but also two, your body has to be in in really good shape. So, you, you have to have much more discipline. Mhm. In, in general, right? Because these guys that, um, I know guys that use really expensive escorts. And like these women are nines and tens, you know, like, like they're, they're knockouts in every facet, man. You know what I mean? And, and again, we're not talking about women who look good in makeup. Um, the real beauty comes from bone structure. And so, these women are born at the, at the upper end of things. Then when they put on makeup, they're out of this world. And so, these are the women that are getting the, the really discerning guys. Now, having said that, there is a new breed of of recently or newly wealthy guys that don't understand their value. The tech bros, and I've actually done some work for some of the tech bros and the crypto guys. These crypto guys are big targets. They're huge targets. And even streamers, too, like young, I mean, I see that a lot in my industry. That's why I was telling you that, um, the, the one girl, the Amorith, her husband came on my show the other day and I was, I was telling her, like, not her directly, but I knew she was watching, so I was like, if this doesn't work out, streamers are your future because those are the only ones that are going to date you. They'll do it. They will. I don't know for how long, but they'll do it for a bit. Yeah. And, and, and, you know, high-value, high-value targets, high-value male men are high-value targets. And once you get to that higher level of wealth in the upper echelons of income, um, here's what happens. You're no longer the target of the normie chicks, right? Now you've got the super sophisticated, really dedicated, really smart, really slick, uh, predatory women who, who have an uh, an innate or even learned understanding of the male psyche and they understand how to play their cards just right. And so, those are the ones that, that, you know, guys really got to be careful of because they understand, uh, the dynamics and the science of attachment. They understand, um, what do they do, like, what's their, well, you know, what's their playbook typically? Here's what I would say to guys, and this is what, this, this is their playbook. They are so good at what they do, you'll think you got game and you rolled up on her and you were so slick and so smooth and so just, you were just on top of things, right? You, you just think you're the, oh man, I'm the man, dude, like I just walked up and backed on this chick, you know, what the hoes? You're so good at that. I know exactly. She drew you into a trap. She pulled you into a trap. She made the first move, but made him think he, and made you think it was your idea. Yeah. Yeah. And so, like, I'm a hunter and so some guys do what they call like the bait hunt. And so, the bait hunt is you put some, you know, animals, food source somewhere, and then you wait till it shows up and you shoot it. Um, I don't really call it hunting. Yeah, that's more like killing, but whatever. I actually do what they call spot and stalk. I'm actually on the ground walking. I'm not in a tree stand, but women understand what you want. They understand how to market and maximize everything they have because they know that men are visual first and foremost. We're visual creatures. You know, this is why the, the female, um, beauty products, clothing, they eclipse those of men like a factor of 10, maybe more. They're like, like there's way more money put into that. Why? Um, the, the better a woman looks, the more chances she has in, in landing a guy that she might want, right? And so, but these women are already on the higher end of the spectrum, but they also understand that they've got competition from women that are just as attractive as they are and just as smart as they are and just as dedicated to getting what they want. And so, they have competition. And so, they're fighting the competition, but they're going to pull you into thinking that it was your idea. It wasn't your idea. You're not that slick, dude. I'm sorry. It was, it wasn't your idea. Um, you tried, but, but she wanted you to win. You know what I mean? And, and you're only going to get a partial victory. These chicks, if, if now, if they're escorts, then you'll, you know, even then, the high-end escorts don't just give it up if you just flash some cash. Hey, here's 10 grand. Meet me at whatever. Even then, they're going to make you work for it. The high-end ones. Why? Because they understand that the more you want to be with them, the more they can charge you. And so that, that the science of desire, right? And so, if I'm, and we talked about this before, I'm walking around with a full nut sack. I'm already compromised. I'm, I'm already somewhat compromised. And so, my brain isn't working the way it should. Every set of pretty feet, long legs, shapely backsides, perky boobs, pouty lips, pretty faces, nice hair, all of those. Now, I'm going to be paying more attention to those. And as their their beauty goes up, and these high-end, I actually know a couple of women that are actually on the upper ends, um, of, of the, the escort business, I, I guess you could say. And, um, I think I told you about one of them. She was, she was, you know, she was a Disney girl. She was a musketeer. M, uh, and when I say good-looking, holy smokes, like smoke show, dude. It's, it's like, like literally, man. Like, like I've actually had to meet her places and, and dudes are constantly swooping in and circling and, like, like we have no, there's no romance between us at all. Um, she, she's been, um, she's been a witness for me on a couple of different cases, a few different cases. And she just, she's got, she knows she's got so much power over guys and, and she understands how to use that. And the best way to use it is not use it. Do you know what? People think I'm harsh in my ratings, one to 10, but I don't think most men have seen nines or tens that they don't live in LA, Miami. Because if there is a nine or 10 in Podunk nowhere, she will be in LA, Miami, Vegas, or New York. She'll be there soon. A good place to find nines and tens, right? When I was, uh, when I was working as a, a civilian military contractor, you know, sometimes I'd go back 'cause I'd work three, three months on, one month off, six months on, one month off, that sort of thing. They gave you a lot of R&R because there was just so much stress and so much unfortunately violence, uh, that you needed time off, right? Otherwise, guys will start going crazy. And so, I went on recommendation of a buddy of mine, Persian dude, actually said, you know, my nickname is Chuck. He said, Chuck, my friend.

You must go to the Czech Republic. Okay. Okay. So I was like, okay, sure. I rented a villa. Uh, a car rental car came with it. It was a bigger place than I needed, but I had a whole bunch of cash, you know. And, and, you know, you're working in violent areas, you spend, you spend a lot of money, uh, just because you don't know if, you know, you don't know if your next deployment or your next job is going to be the last, right? So, I never saw, like, okay, a 10 here would be a six or a seven over there. And I'm not even exaggerating. There are some of. And again, everything's subjective, right? But there are some of the most beautiful women on the face of the earth were in the Czech Republic. Um, Czech Republic. Is there money there? Um, some. I found, at least in America, it's like, wherever the money is, the beauty follows. Oh, that's what they're going to be. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like LA, you know, I lived in LA for a while, for a very long time. Some beautiful women in LA. Like stunning. But, but the Czech Republic, they were all natural beauties, right? You know, like, like, um, and I did not meet an obese woman the whole time I was in the Czech Republic. Not saying anything wrong with being obese, but that's, you know, some guys like big women. I like slim, athletically built women. I don't like big women. That I just never have. Uh, but I never met one that was obese or what they call thick. You know, there were no thick women there, and they were just absolutely beautiful. So I went back there like five times.

Do you think that plastic surgery works? Um, I think for the short term, it might work, but I think, you know, it all depends on what you like. I like natural beauty. Mhm. Um, I don't like, and again, I lived in LA for us. I saw a lot of plastic surgery, and so I could, I can pick it out pretty easily. Um, and that's just not my thing. Uh, I, I, me personally, and I think a lot of guys would say, is I like women that look good with minimal makeup, hair pulled back, and a sundress and flats. If you can look great in that, guess what? We're good to go, you know. But, um, you know, and again, men are so visual, but guys get so caught up in the way things look. They can't see past, um, the very, the very surface. So plastic surgery does work on some guys. Um, you know, but as women get older, I got a neighbor, married to a wealthy guy. She had a bunch of work done when she was younger. She's 50 now. It looks horrifying. Um, everything else is sagging, but her boobs look like two parking cones. You know what I mean? Uh, her lips are just. Oh god, the lips are the worst. You know, another one of my neighbors, she stays in great shape, great body, very slim, flat. She had some parking cones put in. She had her lips done. It looked like somebody punched her in the mouth. It just doesn't look right. It, and, and don't even get me started. BBLs are disgusting. You know, BBL is the Brazilian butt lift. Those work. I hate to say it. They're disgusting. They work. I've seen women get those, and it just changes, like, but for the short term, the short term, right? They don't look real. They look like somebody stuck a Lego backside on their butt. They look kind of real now. Now, I don't know, man. You know what? I've seen some that would look just like. No, some are so bad, but I'm like, I've seen some where I'm like, I would never have guessed personally. I've seen. Okay, maybe I haven't seen the right ones because the ones I've seen, they literally look like somebody took giant chewed up pieces of bubble gum and stuck it in their backsides. They're only $1,500 now. Isn't that nuts? I know. I got an ad in, in Brazil. No, I guess that's where you got to go. No, it was in, um, it was an ad for like a surgeon in Dallas. As in, for $1,500 bucks. See, I'm like, I think people are a lot more plastic than people like. Yeah. I think it's going to be bad. Well, you know, you got guys getting plastic surgery. Yeah, I know. Like fake abs. Oh god. You know, like, I have a couple friends that are bodybuilders, and they, they, they would send me pictures of guys that had the fake ab implants. I'm saying, like, that doesn't look anywhere near real, or fake pecs. They just, just go to the, just go to the gym, right? Just go to the gym and lift, man.

Now, okay, there are some genetic limits. Like, like how somebody looks when they're working out has a lot to do with their genetic makeup. Mhm. And so, um, you know, I know a guy, he's actually, he actually does steroids. He looks like, he looks like crap, but he looks better than he did before. You know, you know what I mean? Um, oh, steroids definitely work. Yeah, they do. Um, you got. I'm not saying there aren't side effects, but. Yeah. And, and you got to be, you got to be really careful. It's like guys that get on, if the guy, guy, guy gets on TRT. I knew a dude that took, um, you know, and the problem with steroids in this country is most of the steroids people are using, and again, I got buddies that are that are bodybuilders, and, uh, most of them are made in somebody's bathtub. No way. No. Seriously. And, and so that's why it's like, okay, if you look at, there's a place called Oxygen Gym in, um, in, I think it's in, is it in Dubai? No, Kuwait. Kuwait Oxygen Gym. And so guys, bodybuilders would go to Oxygen Gym and just get freaking monstrous. You know why? For the first time in their career. No, they're getting pure pharmaceutical grade steroids. You can't really get those here. Uh, what they do is guys will buy precursor chemicals from China and then mix them in their bathtubs. And so there's always, you know, cross-contamination, all the rest of this stuff. And so guys don't know what they're injecting. And I've heard some horror stories from guys. Um, you know, my thing is, you know, I look, I'm not a bodybuilder. I just stay, stayed natural my whole life. Had no interest in never doing that, just because I've seen too many guys, um, you know, get really bad side effects, like really bad acne. Um, and then there's, you know, making your junk shrink. Like, why? Like, like that alone should be a deterrent. But guys want to go down that road. Like, I got one buddy, he was Mr. Universe years ago. Um, and to to maintain that, that form, they've got to keep juicing. Yeah. He owns a, he owns a gym. And so he's got to keep, he's got to keep that up. And, and ultimately, that's bad for your health. Uh, when you're younger, that's one thing, but it puts so much stress on your internal organs, your heart. Uh, so many things can go wrong, you know.

But, um, but back to back to women with the plastic surgery. Look, some guys don't mind it. I guess the BBLs have gotten better. I've seen some really. Oh, there's some bad ones. Yeah. God, man. I saw one at the DMV. Literally, it's so out of play. Like, okay, I'll just, I'll see these fat women and I'm like, I can't argue that doesn't look better than before in the gut. I don't know, man. Well, look, I'm like, they're not going to go to the gym anyway, right? Probably not. Probably not. And, and guys aren't going to really be able to tell. I guess, I guess if that's really good, they can't tell the difference. I don't know. I reacted to a, can you tell who had plastic surgery thing, and I was just surprised at how many I got wrong. You know, I. Here's the thing. I don't understand, man. Like, like people who genetically are known racially for having giant backsides, getting a BBL. You already got a giant butt. I know. How much more do you need? Yeah, they get it the most. Like, you're not going to be able to fit in your car. Like, you, if you had a compact car, you're screwed. I know. You know what I mean? Like, you can't fit in a Prius with that backside. Um, or, you know, a convertible unless it's a Cadillac or something. I, I just don't get. And again, everything is subjective. I just like, I prefer natural. I prefer natural women that look good with minimal. Do you find that the ones with a lot of plastic surgery have like other issues, too? Yeah. Yeah. Look, most women are incredibly insecure. Most, even the ones that seem really confident are really, really insecure. And that's, you know, and, and again, they're getting older every year. It just gets worse, you know. Yeah. And, and, and that insecurity actually makes them vulnerable. Yeah. You know, it does because they're willing to do things to, um, to make someone happy or or gain someone's or gain validation. And how far are they willing to go for that validation? Some are willing to go just a little bit. Some are willing to go really, really far. And so that's, that's a vulnerability. That's another, that's another flag. If you got a woman that's super, super insecure, she's, unless she can find some way to get some confidence in her looks. And, and those, those insecurities come from childhood. Like, I know a woman now, she's beautiful, but her sister, she's about an eight, her sister's a 10, and she's insecure because she grew up because her sister was the pretty one and she was called the smart one. Like, like, dude, she's, she's, she's outstanding. And I'm sitting here like, like, what, what do you, what are you insecure about? Well, okay, because it came from from early, early childhood. So, she has this, um, you know, really deeply ingrained insecurity that just, that might never go away, you know.

Are there any professions you recommend for women, like, like when men are selecting women? Are there any that had more green flags? Or I mean, a lot of guys will say, like, from the trades will say, well, she shouldn't have a job. I'm like, okay, well, she's got, she's probably doing something. Is she homeless? Like, what's she doing? Yeah. I was just wondering if there's like ones where like men. Look, here's the thing. Um, it, it, if she's going to be a 304, she's going to be a 304. And, and there's not a whole bunch. There's nothing you can do about that. Um, there are professions that are more prone to 304 activity. Nurses. Oh yeah, it goes down in the hospital, man. It goes down at the hospital. It goes down. Uh, surgeons, doctors. Um, you know, maybe not, maybe not your spouse, but a lot of her other co-workers are. Uh, I know a couple of nurses. Cuz I know an oncology nurse, and she'll, she'll just tell me stories like she'll accidentally walk in like there's certain rooms that'll be empty that they'll put up to like a. How do they not have lawsuits for that? Well, nobody knows. The husbands don't know. Yeah, but don't the women always come out later and not really because most of them are married? Oh, what are they going to say? You know, like, so it's that mutually assured destruction thing, right? That's why some married people like mess around with the married people because, you know, they got just as much to lose as they do. M. And so, um, I would say if you're going to look for a green flag, um, avoid being unequally yoked. Now, not necessarily from education. Education doesn't mean squat, man. I know everybody. Look, okay, I've got a bachelor's degree. It's in political science. I'm a private investigator. Does that have anything? Was that have anything to do with it whatsoever? It's a piece of paper. Um, I don't hang it up anywhere because I don't think it means anything. Um, I'm not saying anybody else's. If you're in STEM, different story, right? Because you need those. But, um, the the issue guys are, are the mistake they're making is they're letting women paint themselves as something that they're not. Uh, so what women will do is they'll find a way to get into the space of men they want to attract. Right? Okay. So, one of my neighbors, the one who just got a bunch of work done, she wants, she's actually said she wants a wealthy, she wants to marry a wealthy man. All right. Okay. She got some boobs, she got some lips. Maybe that helps, maybe it doesn't. Here's what she started doing. She started taking golf lessons. Why? She wants to, she wants to be able to participate in things where where men are. Watch out for women that are making themselves available in your space that's incongruent with where they were before. So, be really, really careful of what, what I call the chameleon. Watch out for the chameleon. Why? Because yeah, maybe she wants you, but why does she want you? And, and maybe you want her because you think what you see is a genuine article, what she really is. Not necessarily. And so, but again, women are really, really good at that, especially if they're on the upper ends of looks. And guys will ignore a whole bunch of stuff for, like you said, for hot women. Guys will ignore a ton of stuff. A ton of red flags. I like, I knew a guy years ago that brought a woman home, beautiful, and I was like, "Dude, where'd you meet her?" She moved in with him. Never saw him with her before. And yeah, he, he owned a tow truck company, right? And so the guy's making money. Guy's making really good money. He had a bunch of trucks. Uh, he's doing well. And he was like, "I met her at the gas station." Well, like, you guys were pumping gas? No, no, she was homeless at the gas station. She needed a place to stay. Oh my god. And, and I'm like, and so, and so that should give you, like, guys will move in. Look, guys will let a chick who's affiliated with Al-Qaeda move in with them if they're hot. I know. They always say, "I can fix her." Dude. But, but you know, but, but they'll roll the dice on a hot chick. Yeah. And so, like, if you're ugly, especially if you're a guy, like, you ever noticed there's really no beautiful homeless people? Somebody will give you a place to stay. Yeah. You could be nuts. And so he let her move in. She was a, um, she had a meth habit. Um, her parents had thrown her out. 20 years old. She was living with them. She was, you know, like most drug addicts, they were stealing. Or he met her, talked to her for a little while, then invited her to get something to eat. Got something to eat and said, "Well, you need a place to stay." And she moved in with him. And I was like, "Dude, so you let a methhead move in with you and live in your house because she was hot." Now, was she hot? Even filthy, she was attractive. And so really beautiful, really beautiful people at 20, too. You could be like a five at 20 or seven in the real world. You know what I mean? But if, if you're really beautiful, like you could be filthy and have on rags and you're going to look beautiful, but you're not going to get that far down because someone's going to give you a place to stay. Yeah. Is that right? Am I, am I wrong? No, you're totally wrong. And this guy did this, and I'm sitting there like, like, "You serious, man?" He's like, He's like, "Yeah."

So you're saying, but men should watch out for the women that pick up like a hobby or something just to be with them? The chameleons. The chameleons. Yeah. But it's not something they actually want to do. Not really. And so that, that might be a temporary, um, endeavor just to get their foot in the door, right? You know what I mean? And so you always have to, guys have to be realistic. Okay. So, if I'm a guy and I'm a three, but I got a ton of money. Mhm. And some chick who's a seven, nines and tens aren't going out with a three, even if he's a billionaire. They're just not going to do it. They're just not going to do it because they know they can find a billionaire who's better than a billionaire who's better looking than that than that three. They're just not going. Um, and so you, you have to be honest with yourself. What does this chick want from me? Or clearly she wants money, but she won't tell you she wants money, but you have to have it in the back of your head. And if you're willing to do that and you understand what you're signing up for, that's fine. Just, just be able to put yourself in a position to make an informed decision. Stop buying the cover story. You know, there's always a story behind what most women. Most women will put their best foot forward. And so that's why it's like when guys meet women that are mean and nasty when they first meet them, like, bro, it's only going to go downhill from there. It's only going to get worse. It's only, it's going to get much, much worse if, if that's her best foot.

So, have you found like more success with guys that meet at work on the apps? Like where did, like the few, I'm sure in your profession you're a complete cynic, but I'm trying to maybe have put a little hope kind of. Um, yeah, I, I am. I'm a cynic, but I'm like, you know, maybe today I'm feeling hopeful. So, yeah, I don't, I don't believe in hope. But here's what I will say. Um, you're wasting your time on dating apps. You might get dates. You're not going to find a chick that you actually want to because dating apps aren't set up for that. They're set up so that you keep coming back. And if you're successful, then they go out of business very rapidly. So the algorithms are not set up for you to actually meet somebody that you're actually going to be long-term committed with. Now, if you're just looking for women to smash, smash away. Dating apps are the place to go. Um, Instagram is a new dating app as well, too, you know. Um, and so what I've told guys and, and guys that I've, you know, that have kind of helped try to guide some of these, some of these, some clients wind up being friends. Uh, because, you know, some of these guys, especially some of the tech bros, the finance bros, these guys are, they work so much. A lot of them, they don't have the time. Well, you know, before they became wealthy, they were nerds. Yeah, they were nerds. And they, like Elon Musk, Ashley St Clair. Yeah, they, they, they should have had you on staff. Yeah, they, they, they know nothing about women. Like, literally, they're like a fish out of water, man. I feel bad for some of these guys because like, some of these guys have gotten played so badly, man. And, and so, um, in the wild is the best way to meet women. Mean, in the wild, meaning natural life, not a bar or a club. Out in the wild. If you can meet a woman out in the wild, and you don't have to be, okay, some of the pickup stuff does help, you know, I mean, but you don't have to be a pickup artist to meet a woman, you know what I'm saying? Uh, if you're a pickup artist, you can meet more women, you know what I mean? Uh, like some of the PUA guys are actually really good. Some of them are fugazi, you know, I mean, some of them are, some of them are. I didn't mean to use fugazi as that that guy's thing, the no fugazi thing, but some of them are fake. Fugazi means fake with Italian people, but, um, out in the wild is a really good way. And be careful of referrals, though. Okay. If your buddy who's not married refers you to a woman, she's probably a good, good chick to meet. All right. If your married friend's wife recommends a chick to you, run for the. Sorry. That's so funny. That's so true. Yeah. Run, run, run from. You got to, like, nobody else would take her. Look, most, you know, and again, you know, people get angry, get angry, but most women give horrible relationship advice. They don't. Look, I've had so many, so many of my friends' wives try to set me up with women. And, and one of them, I actually did a speaking engagement not too long ago. M. Um, and, you know, guy hired me and paid me to talk to his his executive team, and his wife was like, "Hey, I want you to meet a friend of mine." And yeah, she just kind of did this cold. And she brings the woman. Has her back turned. She brings her over and she goes, "Hey, I want you to meet." And I was like, And I said her name. She was like, "Hey." She gives me a hug. She was like, "How do you know each other?" We met. We've, we've, we've met before. Uh, you know, two ships passing in the night, that sort of. Uh, and, and, and she was like, and, and she was like, "So, you want to see her again?" I said, "No, I, I've seen enough of her." And she was like, "How did you meet?" I said, "I, I met her. I said, I met her at, I think, um, uh, that one. I think I met her in on Park Avenue. And we're in a park, big shopping district, bunch of really overpriced stores. A friend of mine has a jewelry store down there, and there's a little cafe in the little alcove in there, and I was in there just drinking some coffee. She was there, and I looked at her. She looked over me. I just literally gave her the nod, and she just came over and sat with me, like. And so we talked for a while, then wound up, um, we didn't even date. She just came over to my place.
