Hello everyone, dear friends. My name is Alexander, and I named this channel 1S at 40. And now I will confess my story to you and tell you the reasons why I decided to get into programming at all, why I chose 1S specifically within the framework of the base that I plan to study, what is my experience in programming. In fact, I admit, I am almost 38 now, but why am I starting from the age of 40? Because if I start studying now, then, as practice shows, only after 6-7 months will I be able to go for some internship, after which I will be a junior developer, then a middle one, and then in about 2 years, at 40, I will be the person who is already, well, let's say, a professional in 1C development. How it will be, I don't know, because today, August 2, 2025, I decided, actually, to launch this channel, and to share information with you and tell you what will be on this channel and how I came to this at all. So that we can understand my background, I have a whole set of diplomas. One of them is economics, the second is an English translator, the third is a psychologist. Well, and the last retraining, which I completed, is this year as a financial psychologist. And in my life, I have managed to work in various brokerage companies, to be an office of a brokerage company, and recently I have been practicing private psychology. And here I caught myself thinking that my age falls precisely on a certain pool of my clients. If someone knows, there is a certain period, a midlife crisis, which usually arises in all men somewhere between the ages of 33 and 45. These boundaries are conditional, everyone calls them differently. But usually I encounter the request that I can't do anything with myself, everything new is not absorbed somehow, life has lost all its colors. And I wanted, you know, to be a certain example of a person who decided to learn programming from scratch, specifically the 1C programming language, which, as we know, is written in Russian. but which I, from the point of view of import substitution, from the point of view of interaction with people who understand this field, I have a friend who runs a web studio that works on Bitrix 24. We talked with him, he says: "1C is a win-win option. If you think otherwise, please leave comments below. I will note the key features why I consider 1C programming to be a good start for someone who is an absolute beginner in programming. First is, on the one hand, both a plus and a minus – it's the Russian language. For those who are switching from other programming languages, I honestly don't even understand certain terms yet, but for those who are switching from other programming languages, this is a problem, because there is a certain, I might confuse words, syntax, which is written in, well, introductory commands in English, here everything is written in Russian. But it's interesting to know how to learn a programming language from scratch when you are not a programmer. And in Russian, I think it will be interesting. Second. In general, I am familiar with the company 1C from my initial work, which, in principle, was based on accounting. Back then, 1C version 7 was still in charge. And if you look now, most companies actually work on 1C. Well, you can't escape it, you see? After all, the replacement of certain software in government structures, in large businesses, forces a transition to domestic developments. And in this regard, as we understand, there is a certain deficit of qualified personnel. That is, we have a layer of people who absolutely do not understand code at the level of a good programmer. And there are many of them, who have passed certain courses and did not delve deeper, they most likely receive an average salary of 50-80 thousand rubles. And there are successful people who manage enterprises, who receive 400-500 thousand. I am acquainted with one such friend, so to speak. And he went from a person who didn't understand development to this path in 4 years. It should be understood that qualitatively good developers, in fact, any experts in any field, are hard to find. Why? Because, for example, with my full workload as a psychologist, I am not enough for more than three or four clients a day, because I need to process them qualitatively. If we assume that each client attends therapy at least twice a week, then simple mathematics will tell us that, well, in general, 20 clients is, well, a certain ceiling that can be normally, qualitatively processed in a month. And when I am unavailable, respectively, specialists are needed who can help other people. So it is in 1C business, and in programming in general, good, quality employees, unfortunately, cannot do the impossible and work 25 hours a day. But that's impossible. Therefore, when they tell me that this niche is generally occupied, it is most likely overfilled with people who reach a certain level and live with that level. I always believe that one must develop. Let's move on to the third point, because there are franchisees, there are certain large companies that hire specialists, and future independent specialists grow on them. That is, there is, in essence, a direction where you are used as an employee. And you can't do without it. Dear friends, I still believe that yes, there are individual businessmen who can create a great business without hired labor, but it doesn't work out for me. Therefore, I would still like to gain experience in the future, perhaps from some franchisee, and after that go into independent practice. Maybe I will go into independent practice earlier. I repeat, I don't know this. I have zero programming knowledge. I only have the desire to learn now. I have a definition of what I will study – it's 1C programming. And there are the first steps, by which I can generally understand whether 1C programming is for me or not. For this, well, as a friend advised me, 2 months will be enough. What will be the sufficiency? How long does it take you to complete a certain task. If a person completes a task that normally takes 15 minutes within an hour and a half, then his competence is sufficient for the task. But from the point of view of business, yes, a business approach, it is not profitable for the business owner, yes, and generally counterproductive, because imagine that instead of performing a task, say, a block of four hours, he needs to spend, I don't know, two days on it. This is wrong. And it is precisely here that not the knowledge of certain moments in the code comes into play, but logic, the logic of building certain processes, how you can solve logical problems. And the most wonderful thing that I want to tell you now is that all this is trained, both the speed of solutions and memorization. My practice shows that if you have no physical deviations, and in general, if we talk about neurons dying with age, with a certain number, then even by 80 years old, the brain can be maintained at a level sufficient to solve certain tasks qualitatively and, most importantly, quickly. But for this, again, experience is needed, for this, time is needed, which is what I am going to do. I am studying a course from the former 1C specialist Telegram channel. I will leave all the links below. I thank this friend because thanks to him I saw how a specialist is generally nurtured, what training courses he focuses on. I am currently planning my training within the framework of, you know, a kind of MVP, which, by default, requires minimal investment. And here we can refer to some piracy, not piracy, it doesn't matter. My task is to get quality for minimally invested money. This is generally rational, yes, and it would be wrong for me to advertise any courses here. Because, I repeat, I don't understand anything about this field yet. Therefore, I thank my friend's channel, the former 1C specialist, because on the YouTube channel until 2020, he was actually engaged in 1C development, and now he has moved to Python. I could not find the reasons for this transition either on the Telegram channel or on YouTube. Maybe because I searched little. For today, the fact that the person reached a salary level of 300-350 thousand, well, good for him in this regard. From his logic, I understood why he says that taking some paid courses is, well, ineffective. As a smart person, I went to Yandex.Praktikum and completed the introductory part for free on 1C programming today, in one go, as they say. And what was in the introductory part, friends, I cannot relate it to learning at all. It was, you know, a certain research, an instruction that can be found, well, probably in any manual. At the same time, I didn't hear anything about programming there. There were specific actions for working with the 1C configuration. Further, I saw that the entire subsequent course lasts only 22 hours, but for some reason it is stretched over 6 months. Therefore, paying 100,000 for it, well, I didn't want to. The question arose, where to find free quality material? Key words are free and quality, because I watched quite a lot of comments from a friend who studied 1C. He gave a video course, but, in my opinion, it's quite old. I found a fresh course on Rutracker, "1C Programmer from Zero to Pro." The beauty of it is that you don't even need to download it from torrents, because it's fully uploaded to a YouTube channel, the link to which I will also give you in the description. That is, if you are watching my video, you can also go and study immediately with me using this course. From the technical tools, I installed Notepad++, as advised, and installed the 1C Enterprise configuration. A free license, not a license for learning, but a free license for developers. It can be downloaded and installed by registering on the developers' website. There is nothing complicated. If you suddenly encounter difficulties, well, write in the comments, maybe I'll shoot a separate video to explain how it's done, because I also studied the material before and understood how to download it. The logic of creating this channel, again, is that I want to talk about my progress daily, possibly combine it with the knowledge I gained earlier, with the experience I gained at work. But the key thing I want is to prove to myself first, whether I can do programming. Because, again, 2-3 months is the period when, by studying for an hour a day, you can understand if programming is for you or not. I will immerse myself and study, and then it will be clear what to do. You see, if programming turns out not to be for me, then, of course, well, I will probably leave this channel for history. You will always be able to track the path, understand what mistakes I might have made. Well, and if successful success comes, then the question arises: what am I striving for? Let's start from the base that I have. I have free time. Free time, I think, everyone has. who can optimize their work processes, as well as life processes, to allocate 1-2 hours a day for self-development, whether it's, you know, reading books, watching movies. If you remove the daily trivialities, you can, excuse me, get a correspondence higher education. My task is precisely to study, to understand how much programming is suitable, and ultimately to see how it can be applied in a profession, whether to get hired somewhere or, as I said, to go to a franchisee, this is, you know, a question of whether I need it. Why? Because in general, what I do brings me money. If you go through the path of a franchisee to a freelance developer and, again, following the example of my friend, who now earns about half a million a month, I consider this a good salary in our time, having two clients he works for. At the same time, programming also helps develop the brain. In the midlife crisis, we can indeed go into all sorts of things harmful to health and social activities, which, well, are generally incompatible with normal life. And yes, I liked the example of this former 1C specialist. Just go to the channel, watch it. He talks about how if he hadn't been walking around, going to cafes, hanging out with friends, he would have significantly reduced the period of his training and the time it took him to reach big money. I'm fine with self-discipline, so let's see how long it takes me to go through this path. I will be very interested to read your comments, to discuss with someone. Again, I am an absolute zero in programming. But from today, and it's 8 PM now, I will watch another two-hour lecture, I will work, if necessary, in 1C Enterprise to supplement the knowledge I gained today. Well, I completed the introductory lesson at Yandex.Praktikum in an hour and a half, maybe even less. I sat down and studied it all in one go, as they say. Perhaps someone on the channel will ask for my recommendations as a psychologist, so that I explain how to train the same perseverance, how to find, you know, this willpower. When you have gone through it yourself, you work with other people, in general, there are already certain methods that allow you to take control of your life, your destiny, to understand that external factors, the external environment, if it does not close, precisely, freedom, the will to choose, and I mean when a person is forced to be within certain frameworks, well, let's say, the extreme is, for example, prison, you see? Here, freedom of will is generally impossible to talk about. In other situations, there are certain methods when you can teach yourself not to force yourself to learn something, but rather to direct yourself on the path of learning, on the path of acquiring new knowledge and improving your life. Because ultimately, this whole experiment that I am conducting on YouTube will allow me to improve the ability to record higher quality videos, and it will train my communication level with the audience. Third, it will add a certain discomfort, because, possibly, there will be some negative comments in the future, and I will have to respond to them absolutely unemotionally and impartially. And also, you know, so everywhere, everywhere there will be development. We will all be in the plus. Therefore, dear friends, all those who want to change their lives from Monday, and today, August 2, 2025, subscribe to the channel. We will develop it like this, gradually. Maybe today I will also start a Telegram channel and provide a link to it in the description, so as to keep a certain record of the knowledge I have gained, what I have studied. Since the torrent course, which is essentially downloaded from torrents and recorded on YouTube, does not have homework. I will do the homework myself, publish it. And possibly, you know, a person who doesn't know how to sew boots will be sewing boots for the first time publicly. And what is there to be afraid of? I have nothing to fear. I know perfectly well that I have minimal experience, and all criticism can only be for the better, because it will help me make this channel more, you know, friendly, I believe, and form a certain community of people with shared interests who also want to do programming in a couple of years. Maybe someone will watch this video in 5-6 years and also say thank you. I decided to change my life. Even if I realize in 2 months that programming is not for me, the ultimate goal, I'll say right away, is the desire to learn something new that allows me to use my time effectively for a good price, because we are starting from the work of a specialist. Second is the opportunity to create my own franchise in the future. And again, if, as they say, this idea grows, why not. But third, here you can even think about writing some training courses yourself later, if you have the experience. And when you have experience, it's a pleasure to share it. For now, I'm sharing in the format that exists now. Dear friends, I will be glad to read your comments. Subscribe to the channel, support it. If there are experienced 1C specialists among you, I will be glad to hear your comments, and perhaps you will suggest something that is worth paying attention to, what is worth studying. Perhaps I am making some wrong steps on the path to learning this profession. Your comments will, I am sure, be useful to me in terms of changing the vector of my learning, and also for correcting everyone who will follow in the footsteps of my videos. Well, dear friends, with you Alexander 1S at 40. I believe that age is not a sentence to anything. You need to live, enjoy life, and create life with your own hands. Yes. See you in the next video.
