Agglutination or low-well agglutination is clumps of red cells, so they're clumping together. It's caused by antigen-antibody interaction.
Versus roulo. Roulo is a stack, been said to look like a stack of dimes. For those of you that weld, if you think of a weld, you have that stack of dimes. They stack on top of each other. And it's caused by an abnormal accumulation of protein in the peripheral system.
Yeah, and it's important that we get it right. Agglutination, roulo, because they're very different pathologies.
