Did Mcdougall die from nuts?

Peter Rogers MD1:07

Transcription

Okay, this video is did Dr. McDougall die from nuts. You know, Dr. McDougall, he had some setbacks. He was fired from the radio show. He was booted out of nutrition conferences. He was ostracized by other doctors at his hospital. They would not send him a single patient even though they would come to him for their own personal problems and their family problems.

His house was burnt down along with his library, his great library. Then he had to move to a lousy house where there was a bunch of stairs and he fell down the stairs and had some fractures. And I have to ask myself, do I really want to follow in this guy's footsteps? Footsteps. You know, that's how the greatest doctor in the world gets treated.

Then he lost a lot of weight quickly after the fractures. And apparently he wanted to gain back the weight and that's why he started eating nuts. And then soon after he drops dead. Well, nuts are bad for blood flow, high fat, high advanced glycation end products, high acid, low. Did the nuts cause his heart attack? We don't know.

But a viewer had told me, "Oh, he was eating nuts because they're good for him." Well, maybe not because he died pretty soon after he he tried to eat a couple nuts to gain weight. So, we don't know what happened, but it's an interesting.
