The Mindset that Changes EVERYTHING

I am letting you pick out your dream car. And tomorrow morning, it'll be sitting in your driveway. It can be any price, any color, any make, any model; it does not matter. You get to pick it out. You'd probably be like, "Wow, that's super amazing!" And I'm excited. But what's the catch?

And the catch is that this is the only car that you will ever receive in your whole entire life. You can never upgrade, downgrade; doesn't matter. That is your car to keep forever, and no replacements. My assumption is that you would take the best care possible of this car. You would be super careful with it; you would keep it clean, and you would just keep up with the maintenance.

The same thing could be said about our lives. We only get to live one life; we have one mind, one body, one spirit. And it makes you wonder: if we know that we only have one life, why would we not want to make this life the best that it could possibly be? Why would we not want to keep refreshing our mind and really just teach our minds to think in a certain way that benefits us instead of holds us back? The way we think and our perception on this life ultimately controls the reality that you see.

With that being said, hi, my name is Izzy, and welcome to my channel, Creality, where I truly and fundamentally believe that you have the capability and the power to create your own reality, to really change your circumstances around you by changing the way you think, your perception on the world and yourself, cultivating a relationship with the Divine. There's so many things that go into it, but I truly believe that we have this power.

So with that being said, today I kind of just want to get into a few things that I believe you could switch your perception on that will really, really help you in so many different areas, especially when it comes to creating the life that you truly want to live. Let's say that your vision right here—you're looking through this little people; all you get to see is what's in this little bottle. But if you were to take this away, you get to see a whole new world. And the same thing can be said about your perception on opportunities and things that are coming towards you. What you focus on ultimately expands.

If you are constantly focusing on the negative aspects of your life, the negative aspects of this world, you're going to constantly draw in negativity. You're going to see the worst in every situation, the worst in every single person. But if you were to see abundance in everything and the world around you—because everything in this world is abundance—you could take a look around in the street and see an abundance of cars. You can take a walk in the city and see an abundance of buildings and people. There's abundance everywhere you go. So if you were to identify in your life that there's abundance all around you, you will constantly see new opportunities and new things of abundance popping into your life. What you focus on, you will attract. Opportunity wastes no time for those who are unprepared. So if you have your vision and your mindset on things that are negative, an opportunity and a blessing could be right in front of your face, and guess what? It's literally going to be like this, and you're not even going to see it.

If you take two people who are in the same situation, and one of them has the mindset of, "I am so unlucky; life is just happening to me; I'm going to be stuck here forever; I'm not worthy," they are most likely going to be stuck in that situation forever. But if you take someone who is in the exact same scenario, and they have the mindset of, "You know what? I can do anything that I put my mind to; I'm so lucky; I'm so abundant; I can create anything I want," they are most likely not only going to get out of that situation, but become very successful from that situation, taking whatever pain that they learned from being in that position to turn it into their purpose.

You know, in a lot of my videos, I talk about bridging the gap between your pain and your purpose, and I truly believe that everything that we experience serves us for a certain reason. And it really just comes down to the perspective on how you believe this event has shaped you. It's funny how, once I really started shifting my perception to blessings and opportunities being around me all the time—oh, what, hold on—anyways, what I was saying was I'm very grateful for the perception that I have on life and the way that I just view everything. Because once I shifted my perception to, "I'm so lucky, and opportunities are constantly around me," I was able to start to see the opportunities that were constantly around me, but I just wasn't seeing them before.

For those of you who don't know me very well, my end goal is to be a motivational speaker. You know, my mom is a spiritual life coach, and she also does events where I get to see her speak. She's been bringing me to Tony Robbins events since I was young, and that's just the goal I have in my life. And that's really—it's no longer a matter of if it's going to happen; it's just when it's going to happen.

But with that being said, I very randomly went to this convention in Orlando for, like, financial advising, just learning about money stuff like that—super random. I don't even want to get into the backstory of why I was there because it's kind of a waste of time, but I was there. It was random; it was divinely orchestrated. And the opening speaker for the event was a motivational speaker. And I knew when I saw him speaking on stage—his name's Scott Burrows—when I saw him speaking on stage, I literally said, "This is exactly why I am here. I need to talk to this man, and I need to ask him questions." And literally as he's talking, I'm getting like this excited feeling of, "This is exactly why I meant to be here." And I'm going through different ways like, "Oh, maybe I'll see him in the hotel or something, or maybe I'll just go up to him after he talks." And after he's like, "I'm going to do a book signing," so I literally was like, "I am going to go down and speak to him. I'm going to let him know that I want to become a motivational speaker." And then I just started the journey; I just started by posting my YouTube videos and really just wanting to inspire other people.

I'm not the kind of person who gets nervous, but I really was like, low-key, I was—I got super anxious, you know, when you get those like little anxious shakes, but they're like internal, like you're kind of cold. Yeah, that's what I was feeling. And I just said, "Hi, my name's Izzy, and I'm on the path to be a motivational speaker. I'd love to talk to you." And he looks up at me and he says, "Really?" So he grabs into—goes into his wallet, and he hands me a card with his number and his email. And you know, from there I was like, "Yes! I did it!" I literally was so happy and so excited because I felt deep down that is why I was supposed to be at the event. Ended up following up with him and having conversations with him, and he gave me so many different resources that I really, really needed to further push my journey.

You know, eventually coming up soon, as I said, my mom is a spiritual life coach; we're going to start hosting events together. She already runs events, but she's focusing more now on helping the youth, and so am I. Like, I want to help people who are my age and younger. I know with some speakers, like a lot of their audience is older, and I want to help people my age because I don't want anyone to feel like they need to go through their whole life having this certain belief and certain outlook on life, and when they get to a certain age, be like, "Dang, I wish I thought differently. Let me start going to certain events and seminars." I want to let you know that you can start right now, and that is why I do these talking videos. And I'm eventually going to update it to my link tree so you can sign up to attend one of these events. They're going to be in Miami, and I'm just super excited for that. Message me; leave it in the comments if this is something that would interest you.

Because you are who you hang out with. And if you are in a room and a group of people who really just have an amazing mindset, or if you want to raise your mindset, if you really want to try to be the best version of yourself possible, like it just helps being around other people who want to do the same. For me, a struggle I have is sometimes finding friends who align with what it is that I want to create for my life, and sometimes I find myself kind of lonely because I don't have many friends. And it's not because I'm, you know, a bad person, or people don't like me, because people do like me, but it's just—I know that my time is so important, and who I hang out with, I inevitably become. So I want to be friends with people who are going to help me be up—

Have you ever really, really wanted something, and you didn't know how exactly you were going to get it, but somehow the opportunity just literally fell in your lap, and you're like, "Wow, thanks, God! Like, that was cool?" The power of our focus and our attention is so strong, because what you spend all day focusing on, you create in your brain certain pathways to only recognize things that will help you further down that path, that will help you get to the goal that you're wanting to achieve. We have this part in our brain called a reticular activating system, and this part of our brain allows us to notice certain things in the world. So when you are constantly focusing on something, and you are focusing on an angle of what you want to create, your brain literally starts noticing different things that would help you achieve that goal.

You know, the thing with like manifesting and stuff like that is, of course, I believe in manifesting; I think it's completely real. But some people have the view of, "Oh, it's not of God," and stuff like that. But manifesting also plays very hand-in-hand with psychology and direct correlation with the subconscious mind. Because when you constantly imprint an image in your mind of what it is that you want to create, you reprogram your subconscious mind, and your subconscious mind affects your conscious everyday behaviors. So if, in your mind, you're saying to yourself, "I'm so abundant, and I'm so successful, and I am a top blah blah blah"—let's say for me, I'm a top motivational speaker—and I believe this to be true, your subconscious mind has no idea the difference between what is real and what is fake.

So before I'm going—going to bed every night, and I'm just visioning myself to be this version of me that I want, visioning myself speaking on stages and helping people, I'm going to start taking the actions for that image to become true. Your subconscious mind translates into your conscious mind that affects your everyday behaviors. That is why it is so important to watch what you are putting into your subconscious mind. Be careful, and make sure that whatever you are putting into your subconscious mind is something that you actually want to create, because again, your subconscious has no idea the difference between what is real and what is fake. And even if that fake scenario is a bad thing, it will start to materialize that. Let's say you tell yourself every night before you go to bed, "I'm such a loser; I can't do anything; I'm not smart," blah blah blah. You are going to take the actions of a loser because your subconscious mind believes that you are a loser. It doesn't matter if it's not true, but if you tell yourself that over and over again, it will become true. Like, negative self-talk and calling yourself dumb or stupid is ultimately bringing you down.

If you were to take a time where you thought—or where you thought in your head, "I'm so dumb; I'm so stupid; I can't do anything"—what if you were to say, "You know what? I'm so smart. I know maybe I might have made a little mistake just now, but I know that I'm so smart, and I could do anything that I put my mind to"? Which one makes you feel better? Something that I think is super good to do is whenever you have a limiting belief pop up, or if you ever have any negative self-talk, literally go to your notes app and write it down, and switch this to a belief that you want to be true; switch this with a positive affirmation. And if you don't have time to go into your notes app and write it down, do it in your mind. If you catch yourself talking negative to yourself, literally just switch it to something that is positive, something that is uplifting. Because, excuse me, you are never going to get anywhere if you're constantly bringing yourself down ever.

Something that I've struggled with a lot has been self-image and like my body image. And I know you could say, "Oh, but Izzy, you're so beautiful," and I know I'm beautiful, and I'm very grateful I am, but sometimes I struggle with self-image and just the way I—I see myself. That's just the truth. And something that's really helped me is whenever I talk bad about my body, or just my looks, or something that I don't really like, I just say, "Izzy, you're so beautiful," and then I just envision myself as—literally, I know this sounds like kind of weird—but I just envision myself as like this glowing, like beautiful girl. Because we all are; we're all beautiful spiritual beings. And if you envision yourself in any—any other way, you're just harming yourself. Envision yourself looking like the exact way—looking the exact way that you want to look. And of course, sometimes, you know, if you're unfit, or if you're unhealthy, there are certain steps that you can take to help with that, but envision yourself how you want to see yourself. Negative self-talk is never going to help you, no matter what category it's in.

I think it's funny when I'm talking to someone and they say, "Oh, no, that's just not the kind of person I am," or, "Oh, no, I wouldn't be able to do that; like, that's just—that's just not me." Because it makes me wonder, at what point in your life did you start telling yourself that story? You know, was this something that you established when you were a little kid? Did some—did your mother or your father say something to you that put this limiting belief on your life that you can't do X, Y, and Z? Like, was it a circumstance you went through? What is it that made you feel that you can't be this kind of person? Is it the fear of rejection, of people not liking you if you're true and authentic to who you really are? Like, do you not believe in yourself that if you were to be this version of yourself, you might fail?

I think it's really good to identify whatever area of your life that you would want to be and would want to accomplish, and you say, "Oh, I wouldn't be able to do that." What limiting belief do you have that makes you think that you would not be able to accomplish that? I think a lot of people are very lost on who it is that they are. It's so easy with social media to kind of put on a fake persona, to put on this like little wall and this image of just like this perfect little put-together person, like, "Oh, I have to fit in with the trends that are going on; I have to make sure what I do isn't cringey." And you know, if you follow me on Instagram, I actually just posted this—this post about it—really doesn't matter what anyone says about you if you were posting content and if you were doing something in the light of helping others, you can only be so embarrassing, you know, like it—it really doesn't matter what anyone says. Because first of all, it's your life; second of all, you're trying to make a good impact; and third of all, it's not going to be embarrassing when you make it, because you absolutely will.

Usually, when we are doing things to really just be the best version of ourselves, and someone is judging us, it's not a reflection of our worth, but it's more a reflection of their own insecurity. If someone's talking bad about you for absolutely no reason, you're not the issue. Keep doing what it is you love; keep trying to help others; keep pushing that new form of content that you want. Because you are not going to be on your deathbed thinking, "Oh, remember when they—they started talking bad about me and making fun of me when I first started putting my ideas together?" You probably be on your deathbed thinking, "Man, I am so glad that I did not care what anyone thought about me when I first started my career and first started pushing what it is that I love, because now when I look back on my life, look at everything that I was able to create."

That was definitely one of my biggest, you know, humps I guess I had to get over when it came to posting this kind of content: "Oh, what if people think I'm cringey or dumb or just sound stupid?" And it's like, I actually do not care, seriously. Because I know the end goal that I have in mind, and I know what I want to create for my life. And people who don't want to accept the kind of videos that I post, and people who want to make fun of me, are not meant to be in my life. People who are going to make fun of you aren't meant to be in your life, plain and simple. And that's probably why they're not in your life, and they're watching from behind the scenes.

And you know, sometimes we get so uncomfortable with our current circumstances that we have no other option but to change our reality. This is a perfect example in my life. You know, it was a point where I was waking up every single day saying, "God, I don't want to keep going; like, I don't want to keep doing this, but I know I have a mission and a purpose to fulfill on Earth, so I'm just asking you to help me with that." And I knew that I had to make a change in my life, or else I was not going to be able to continue. I didn't want my life to look like a depressive episode every single day, just laying in bed. At what point are you going to decide that enough is enough, and you are going to want to change? And you know, if you're already on the path of changing, that's amazing. Keep going; keep pushing yourself to be better. If last year was amazing, make this year better. Because you know, if you live an amazing life, that life's only going to keep getting better if you keep trying to push to be better. Unfortunately, with me, I had to get to my lowest of lows to identify that I needed to change, but I want to let you know that you do not need to get to your lowest of lows to have a breakthrough, to realize that you do not want to live this kind of reality, and that you are going to change your thoughts in your mind and your focus and really identify what it is that you want to create for your life.

Another example could be: you're sitting—you're stuck in this relationship that's so, so bad, and progressively it keeps getting worse, and until one day something so bad happens, you're like, "You know what? That's—that's done; like, literally, I'm not—no more; no more; no more!" Life forced you to make a change, but you do not need to get to that point to make a change, to identify your desired reality, your desired partner, your desired career; it doesn't matter what subject of life it's on. You can consciously make the decision to change, and it just starts by one habit at a day, one thought at a time, changing how you see the world and yourself. It all starts within. If you want to change your outer world, you've got to change your inner world first. What kind of person do you want to become? Do you want to live an amazing life full of purpose and really just helping other people, or do you want to live an average life—life where you were stuck doing the same thing over and over again, and you are just not happy? Because if those are your current results, you should definitely take a look at what are—

My daily rituals: I'm going to share two things that have really, really helped me just, I guess, reprogram my subconscious mind.

First of all, shifting my attention and shifting what I allow myself to watch all day. I don't watch TV shows and movies because, personally, I believe that is a very big distraction. If you're constantly watching TV shows and movies, why do you feel the need to fix all of your attention on something that is completely fake? Why? And you know, you could say, "Oh, well, I love to do it," and blah, blah, blah. But it's like, okay, are you watching movies right now and and you are at the peak of your life and you're exactly where you want to be? Or are you watching movies and TV shows to distract yourself from your reality right now? Because for me, when I was watching a bunch of TV shows and movies, I was wanting to distract myself from my current circumstances by watching something that wasn't even real and something that wasn't my life.

I started putting my attention on listening to different podcasts, watching different YouTube videos on topics that I was interested in. You know, I'm really interested in the self-help world, so no joke, guys, I will literally have YouTube playing all the time, just in the background of whatever I'm doing. If I'm at the gym, if I'm driving, if I'm cooking, and it's constantly replayed over and over again. And it gets to a point where, if you're listening to things over and over again, it's going to be put into your subconscious mind.

I no longer started listening to freaking rap all the time, like music of what's what's a a song. If I was you, I would cut up my wrist—like, what a terrible lyric to be constantly singing over and over in your head! Like, what? Why? Like, I feel like that's just a negative thing—like songs talking about sleeping around with a bunch of different people and doing people so dirty and murdering people. Like, why are you letting these things go into your subconscious mind? Because when you're going to bed and you you're replaying lyrics in your head of wanting to kill people and stuff, it's like, what a terrible thing to have going into your subconscious mind. So literally, no joke, like I I just try my best now to listen to uplifting music—like music that makes me feel good and want to dance—and Spanish music. I don't understand Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, or French music—just music I don't even understand. Because when it comes to me replaying these lyrics in my head, I have no idea what they're saying, even if it is bad. The thing with music, too, is it gives us this kind of feeling; it either makes us happy or sad. If you're listening to sad music and you're playing the lyrics in your head, you're creating such a frequency that is drawing more sad experiences to come into you. Because again, what you focus on, you will attract, and it is so powerful when you pair your thoughts with an emotion. So if you're feeling these sad emotions and you're you're listening to these songs with lyrics that are super sad and just going to get you down, you're going to be attracting more experiences and things that will make you feel sad, compared to if you're listening to super uplifting, upbeat lyrics and songs and music. It's going to make you attract more uplifting and positive experiences because that's what you're putting your focus on; that's what you're letting yourself think and feel.

Maybe you could change up the music you listen to, or maybe you could stop watching as much TV and start learning about things that actually interest you. I'm not saying that you have to watch a bunch of self-help podcasts, but what are you interested in? You know what your heart is calling you for—the the the pulls that our spirits feel are for a reason. Like, we all have a calling, and we all have a purpose. So if you notice little things keep popping up or little interests that are calling your attention, don't neglect that; start researching that certain topic. Like, you'll know what you love to do; identify what you love to do if you don't know.

The second piece of advice that I want to give to you for really just letting go of some limiting beliefs is mirror work. The first part is you're literally just talking with yourself—you in the mirror. You're just literally like dead-eye contact. When I first started doing this and I look at myself in the mirror, just like dead-eye contact, and be like, "Whoa, this is actually kind of weird." Anyways, so the first point is: "Izzy, I am proud of you for," and seven things that you are proud of yourself for. It's really easy to overlook things that we have done, especially when we're achieving super high and we have a lot of goals. When we complete things, we just kind of like, "Oh, whatever, whatever, whatever." But when you take a second to just look at everything that you've actually done and accomplished and you acknowledge yourself for it, it doesn't matter when this happened; it could be from now, or it could be from when you were a little kid and you did a talent show and maybe your parents couldn't go and no one ever acknowledged you for being in the talent show. Like, it it doesn't matter; it can be something so small.

The next thing is: "Izzy, I forgive you for," and seven points of things that you forgive yourself for. It's super easy to take a look back on your past and past mistakes and feel just regret and feel sad over the things that have happened. But the thing with the past is that we can't control it, and we can't change it, so you can't hold on to it; it's not going to serve you in any way. And by telling yourself seven points of things that you forgive yourself for, it's like a little weight being lifted off your chest of, "You know what? That happened; I forgive myself for it. That's that; onto the new; onto the future." And the next point, the next one is: "Izzy, I commit to you that," and seven points of commitment. It's super good to identify and establish what it is that you commit to yourself. And you know, in the mirror, you're only talking to yourself; of course, you could not follow these commitments because no one else is listening to you, but you know that you made this commitment to yourself and you want to absolutely try your hardest to fulfill these things that you committed to yourself.

All right, I started doing this mirror work every single day, and it really is just so amazing. Every single day I try to use new things, and sometimes if I need to revisit a topic—of especially when it comes to forgiving myself for certain things—if I need to forgive myself a little extra or a little more on a certain situation that happened, I will repeat that every single day. But I think the important part is to just do this every single day and spend that time with just sitting, sitting by yourself and just talking to yourself. Because who knows how long it's been since you've just sat with you? Did you know, on average, we have 12,000 to 16,000 thoughts a day? Can you imagine how exhausting it would be trying to regulate every thought that comes in, to switch it to a positive one if it happens to be negative? It's it's going to be normal to have a thought pop up that you may not like, but the important part is is that whenever you do consciously notice these negative thoughts popping up one by one, just say, "I don't accept that; I'm going to switch out to something positive." And again, you might be wondering, "All right, how do you want me to control 12 to 16,000 thoughts a day?" But the thing is, once you start making it a habit to identify the negative things popping up in your mind, it'll be so much easier and it becomes an unconscious habit to catch yourself whenever you're talking negative about any subject—about yourself, the world around you—it doesn't matter; it will become an unconscious habit, and you will notice the thoughts that you were having will not be as negative.

Before, I used to constantly think of, "Oh, I just I have I have no money right now; I'm so stressed; I'm so anxious"—like all this stuff. And I literally would let my thoughts focus on the anxiousness and the thought of having no money, and I kept noticing myself getting to these recurring patterns of having money, having no money, having money, having no money, because I would focus on the thought of having absolutely no money. But once I switch to my thought and my perception to, "I'm so relaxed, and I'm so chill, and I'm so grateful that I have money in my bank account right now," I started noticing my money patterns be be and look a little different. You know, in a monetary aspect, I'm absolutely nowhere I want to be right now, but I've said this so many times: it's no longer a matter of if it's going to happen, but when it's going to happen. And I focus on the feeling of abundance; I focus on how amazing it feels to have money in my in my bank account, even if it's not as much as I want it to be. Like, I I focus on that, and I notice money coming into my life in the most random ways, even if that's not from the job or whatever I'm doing right now. Like, money will always flow in, but it becomes an issue when you let yourself focus on the feeling of not having money. The stress from money compares to no other—like, being stressed about having to pay a bill or having to pay something could literally like cause you to go into a mental panic. Because trust me, I've been there; I've been in spots in my life where I'm like, "Holy, like I have no money right now; I don't know what I'm want to do." But again, once I instead stop focusing on that fear and that panic from having no money, I focus on the feeling of what it would be like to have an abundant amount of money in my bank account—to be able to pay the bills and things that were necessary for me to pay with grace and ease.

So any time a thought pops up that is negative, just train your mind to switch it with something that's positive—any single topic, it does not matter—about your future, past, present, blah, blah, blah—it doesn't matter; switch it to something positive. And once you start doing this, you will start to see new opportunities pop up; you will start to see things and pathways that you never noticed before because you were switching your attention; you're switching your focus onto things that are positive. You are allowing yourself to view more opportunities and blessings to come into your life; you're creating your reality every single second by your beliefs, words, and thoughts. Even if you start thinking negatively, know that there is time in between to change that to a positive thought. It all starts one thought, one day at a time. Like, do that mirror work that I talked about because it will really help you like start noticing your negative thoughts; like, try to help yourself identify what limiting beliefs that you have about yourself and switching it to a positive belief that you want. Because again, your subconscious mind has no idea the difference between between what is real and what is fake, and whatever you feed will absolutely grow. I talked about this in my last video; I'm going to attach right here; you can watch that video, but whatever you feed will grow, whether it's positive or negative; the aspects of you will either continue to get worse or will continue to get better, no matter what you are feeding it. And I'm not talking about food, also.

You guys, sorry for this little break, but I just wanted to to announce that my boyfriend has officially started to promote his brand, Alom Projects. Not only are the shirts comfortable and cute, but they also have an amazing message on the back with such a deep meaning. His message behind this line is to illuminate the world one product at a time. Stay tuned for more products that are soon to come, and it would mean the world to me if you could support at Alom Projects on Instagram. Let's get back to the video. For the next seven days, I just encourage you to watch how you talk to yourself. Are you talking to yourself very uplifting and a very uplifting way, or a very negative and tearing-down way about yourself, about the future—everything; it does not matter. Notice your inner dialogue; like, the person who is going to be with you the most is you. So make your mind space and make yourself a person that you want to be around all the time. Don't make yourself feel like you need to run away constantly—whether that's with drugs or alcohol or distractions or movies or bad relationships or bad habits—like, make yourself so enjoyable that you constantly want to be in a sober state of mind and just be with yourself and be happy and know that everything that you want to create in the future and everything that you have have set out will be accomplished and will be done. Because I truly believe that you have the power to create your own reality.

I thank you guys so much for watching this whole video, if you did. I you know, these are just certain things that I've learned and implemented in my life that I truly believe could also help you. So with that being said, God bless you guys; thank you again, and I will see you next week on my channel, Creality. Also, if you watch my videos, did you notice how I didn't run out of storage space this time? I had to buy a new SD card. Anyways, yeah, thank you guys. Mah bye.
