I would like to dedicate this video to whoever is running the SCOP on American men to get them to stop reading. Uh, whoever you are, I hate you and you're my worst enemy. This video is dedicated to you and your treachery.

Without further ado, these are the top five highest testosterone fiction books and I also made a rule that these had to be ones that I had never seen recommended on social media before. All five stars.

Number one is Rabbit Run by John Updike. This guy is never recommended anymore. He was huge in his day. My generation absolutely hates him, but his writing is incredibly beautiful. This is about a young dad who has no idea what he's doing and he keeps making mistakes and it's very relatable to me personally.

Number two is 52 Pickup by Elmore Leonard. I don't know why more people don't talk about him. He's like if Ernest Hemingway wrote murder mysteries.

Number three is Julius Caesar by Shakespeare. Um, I mean, it's a masterclass in how political power works.

Number four is The Epic of Gilgamesh. This is so fun. I don't know why more people don't talk about how fun this book is. Couldn't put it down. It's about male friendship and defying the will of the gods.

Uh, number five is What We Talk About When We Talk About Love by Raymond Carver. Stories about being bluecollar, working class, and just trying to make it through life.

And honorable mention, this is number six, but people have recommended it before, is The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien. The ultimate Chad of Chads.
