Hello, ladies and gentlemen. Every morning when you open your eyes, you're given a new day, a new opportunity. It's easy to forget how precious that is, but the truth is that each day is a gift. And how you approach it, how you start it has the potential to shape not only the course of your day, but the course of your life.

You may not always feel it. Sometimes when the weight of the world presses down, it can feel overwhelming. But it's important to remember that God has given you today just as he has given you every other day. He has given you the strength to face whatever comes your way, the wisdom to make decisions, the courage to step forward even when you feel uncertain. You are not alone in this journey. You may feel alone at times, but the truth is God walks with you every step of the way. His presence is always there, offering guidance, strength, and peace.

So, as you begin today, tell yourself these things. Remind yourself of the truths that can anchor you through life's storms. The first thing you must tell yourself every morning is, "I am loved and I am not alone." This is the most important reminder. No matter where you find yourself in life, no matter how lonely or uncertain the path seems, God's love is ever present. He loves you with an everlasting love, a love that is not dependent on what you've done or how you feel. He loves you because you are his child and nothing in this world can separate you from that love. Hold on to this truth tightly. It will carry you through the most difficult days and lift you up in moments of despair.

The second thing you must remind yourself of is, "I am capable of handling what comes my way." We often underestimate our strength. We look at the obstacles before us and think, "I can't do this." But God has made you capable. You may not always feel equipped, but he is always equipping you, whether you realize it or not. The challenges you face are not too big for you because you have a strength within you that comes from him. Don't shrink back from the struggles, but embrace them knowing that they are part of your growth and development. You are capable because he who is in you is greater than anything you will face.

The third thing you need to tell yourself is, "Today is a new opportunity for growth." Every day is a chance to learn, to become better, to grow closer to the person God has called you to be. Yesterday is gone and you can't change it, but today, today is yours. Today is full of possibility. Don't waste it by dwelling on past mistakes or failures. Instead, look forward with a heart that is open to growth. Every moment is an opportunity for a fresh start, a new beginning. Every situation is a chance to become stronger, wiser, and more compassionate.

Tell yourself, "I will choose peace today." Life is full of distractions, anxieties, and stresses, but you have a choice. You can choose peace. It won't always come easily, but it's always available to you. And peace isn't just the absence of trouble, it's the presence of God in the midst of it. It's knowing that, no matter what happens, he is in control. You don't have to worry because he holds your life in his hands. When the storms rage, remind yourself to choose peace. Let it guard your heart and mind, knowing that you are secure in his love.

Another powerful reminder to tell yourself is, "I trust God's plan for my life." You may not always understand the path ahead. There will be times when things don't go according to your plans or when you feel uncertain about what the future holds, but trust that God's plan for you is always for good. It may not always look the way you imagined, but it is better than anything you could have orchestrated on your own. Trust that every step you take is guided by a loving father who has your best interest at heart. Let go of the need to control everything and rest in the knowledge that his ways are higher than your way.

Tell yourself, "I am not defined by my circumstances." Life can be hard and circumstances can be difficult to face, but they do not define you. You are not defined by what you've been through or what you're currently facing. You are defined by who God says you are. You are his child, you are loved, you are forgiven. Your worth does not come from what happens to you, but from who you belong to. Hold on to your true identity in Christ and don't let the world's definition of you shape your self-worth.

Remind yourself, "I will not give up." Life is full of challenges and it can be easy to throw in the towel when things get tough, but you are stronger than you think. You have the perseverance within you to keep going even when the road gets rough. God has given you the resilience to press on no matter what obstacles stand in your way. Don't give up no matter how difficult things may seem, keep moving forward trusting that he is with you and that he will never leave you or forsake you.

Tell yourself, "I am grateful for today." No matter what your circumstances may be, there is always something to be thankful for. Gratitude shifts your focus from what you lack to what you have. It opens your heart to the blessings that surround you even in the most difficult times. Take a moment each morning to reflect on the blessings in your life. It could be your health, your loved ones, or the simple gift of another day. Gratitude has the power to transform your outlook on life and it opens the door for more joy and peace to enter your heart.

Finally, tell yourself, "I will live with purpose today." God has a purpose for your life. You [snorts] are not here by accident. Every moment is an opportunity to live with intention and meaning. Whether you're serving others, pursuing your passions, or simply showing kindness to those around you, live today with purpose. Seek to honor God in everything you do, knowing that he has uniquely designed you for this moment. When you live with purpose, you not only find fulfillment, but you also become a light to others, drawing them closer to the love and truth of Christ.

As you start your day, take these truths to heart. Speak them over your life and let them shape the way you approach each moment. You are not just going through the motions, you are walking in the power and purpose that God has placed within you. Trust in his plan, rest in his love, and know that he is with you every step of the way. No matter what happens today, you are capable, you are loved, and you are never alone.

Every single morning when you open your eyes, you are granted something extraor- a fresh start, a new opportunity, a chance to live this day with purpose, faith, and hope. How often do we overlook this precious gift? How often do we wake up perhaps tired, perhaps weary, feeling as though we're facing yet another day full of struggles? But here's the truth. Every new day, no matter how difficult, is a day that God has given to us. It is an opportunity to live in the fullness of his grace, to live in his presence, to trust in his guidance.

When you wake up each morning, know this. You are not waking up to face the day alone. God is with you. He is walking beside you, preparing the way for you, providing for you, strengthening you, and loving you through every circumstance. This is the first thing you need to remind yourself of. "I am not alone." It may feel at times as though you are facing the world on your own, but nothing could be further from the truth. No matter where you are, God is with you. He is beside you in every challenge, guiding you through every uncertainty, giving you the strength to press forward even when you feel alone. Even when the pressures of life seem too much to bear, remember, you are not abandoned. You are loved with an everlasting love. There is nothing that can separate you from God's love. No situation, no difficulty, no failure, no struggle. His love remains constant, steady, unwavering. And that love is always available to you no matter what you face. So, when you wake up in the morning, tell yourself, "I am loved and I am not alone."

Another thing that is important to remind yourself of is, "I am capable." We often underestimate ourselves, especially when we face challenges or when we look at our goals and dreams. It can feel overwhelming, can't it? It's easy to think that we don't have what it takes to succeed or that we can't overcome the obstacles that are in our way. But the truth is you are capable of handling everything that comes your way. The obstacles may seem large and they may seem intimidating, but they are not insurmountable. The strength you need is already inside you and if you don't feel strong enough, that's okay because you don't have to rely on your own strength. God has given you his strength, his wisdom and his courage to face each challenge with confidence. You are capable of handling the challenges before you not because of who you are, but because of who God is in you. So every morning remind yourself that you are capable and that God is with you equipping you for every task.

As you begin your day, remember this. "Today is a new opportunity for growth." Every day is an opportunity to become the best version of yourself. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that we've already reached our limit or that we can't grow any further. But the reality is that God has designed us to grow continually. There is always room for growth in our lives, whether in our character, our faith, our relationships, or our understanding of God's purpose for us. The challenges you face, the difficulties you encounter, are not roadblocks, but opportunities to grow. They are shaping you, refining you, building your character and your faith. So don't look at the struggles ahead and see them as burdens, see them as chances to grow into the person God has called you to be. Every moment is an opportunity to learn something new, to grow deeper in your relationship with God, and to become a better version of yourself. Tell yourself, "Today is a new opportunity for growth." Embrace the day with an open heart, ready to learn, to change, and to grow.

Another important reminder you must tell yourself is, "I will choose peace today." Life has a way of presenting us with distractions, stresses, and anxieties. There are always things that can threaten to steal our peace, but peace is not something that just happens. It is something we choose. When we encounter challenges, when we face difficulties, we have a choice. We can either let the chaos of life overwhelm us or we can choose peace. Peace doesn't mean that everything is perfect or that all our problems are solved. Peace is a sense of calm that comes from knowing that God is in control, that he is with us, and that he has everything in his hands. You have the ability to choose peace in the midst of your circumstances and it will guard your heart and mind. Every day you can choose peace. You can choose to trust God in every situation, to rest in his presence, and to know that he is the source of your peace. Tell yourself, "I will choose peace today."

Another powerful truth to remind yourself of every morning is, "I trust God's plan for my life." It can be hard to trust when things don't go the way we expect them to. We often have our own plans, our own ideas about what the future should look like, but God's plan for us is far greater than anything we can imagine. His ways are higher than our ways. His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. Even when things don't make sense, even when the path ahead seems unclear, we can trust that God is leading us exactly where we need to be. You might not understand everything that happens in your life, but you can trust that God does. He sees the big picture. He knows the end from the beginning and he has a purpose for every step of your journey. No matter what happens, trust that God's plan for you is good. Trust that he is working everything together for your good and for his glory. So every day tell yourself, "I trust God's plan for my life."

Another thing you need to remind yourself of is, "I am not defined by my circumstances." When things are going well, we feel confident, strong, and successful. But when things are difficult, we may feel like failures, like we're not good enough. However, our circumstances do not define who we are. You are not defined by what has happened to you, what you've been through, or what you're facing right now. You're defined by who you are in Christ. You are a child of God, loved and chosen by him. Your identity is not in your success or your failures. Your identity is in Christ and that identity is secure. So no matter what happens, remind yourself, "I am not defined by my circumstances." When you face challenges, when things don't go the way you want, remember that your true identity is found in Christ alone. And in him you are loved, accepted, and valued. No circumstance can take that away from you.

Another truth to speak over your life every morning is, "I will not give up." Life is not easy. There will be times when you feel like throwing in the towel, when you feel like giving up and walking away from everything. But that's when you need to dig deep. You need to remember that you are stronger than you think, that you have the strength to endure, and that God has equipped you for the journey ahead. Perseverance is one of the most important qualities we can develop in our lives. It is through perseverance that we grow stronger. It is through perseverance that we build character. When you feel like giving up, remember that God is with you. He will never leave you and he will give you the strength to keep going. So no matter how tough things get, remind yourself, "I will not give up."

Another truth to tell yourself is, "I am grateful for today." We often get so focused on what we don't have, on what we want to achieve, that we forget to appreciate what we already have. Gratitude is one of the most powerful mindsets you can adopt. It shifts your focus from what is lacking in your life to the blessings that are already present. Every day there is something to be thankful for, no matter what your circumstances are. It could be your health, your family, your job, or simply the gift of another day. Gratitude opens your heart to joy and peace. It helps you to see the goodness of God in your life. So each morning before you do anything else, take a moment to thank God for what you have. Tell yourself, "I am grateful for today."

And finally tell yourself, "I will live with purpose today." You are not here by accident. God has a purpose for your life and he has placed you in this moment for a reason. You may not always understand the full picture, but you can trust that every day is part of a greater plan. When you wake up each morning, live with intention. Live with purpose. Whether you're serving others, pursuing your passions, or simply being kind to those around you, live with the understanding that your life has purpose. Seek to honor God in everything you do. Let your actions reflect his love and his goodness. Tell yourself, "I will live with purpose today." Every action you take, every choice you make, is an opportunity to make a difference.

These reminders, these truths, are not just things to say. They are things to live by. They will shape the way you approach every single day. When you wake up, remember that you are not alone. You are capable and you are equipped for whatever comes your way. Every day is a chance to grow, to choose peace, and to trust in God's plan for your life. Your circumstances do not define you and you have the strength to persevere. Above all, remember that you are loved and you are never alone.

Every new morning you open your eyes, you are given a beautiful gift. The gift of a new day, a fresh start, a blank canvas, and a chance to do things differently, to move forward, to trust more, and to grow. It doesn't matter what happened yesterday or even the days before. When you wake up, it's a brand new opportunity full of possibilities, full of hope. You are alive today and that in itself is something to be thankful for. In those quiet moments when you first open your eyes, when you're still feeling the weight of sleep on your mind, it's easy to forget the incredible blessing of just being alive, of being able to breathe in another day. The truth is you have been given today and with it comes a chance to live, to experience life, to become the person you were always meant to be. That's a beautiful reality to step into.

But here's something else that's true. The way you begin your day, the thoughts you hold on to, the words you speak over yourself, have the power to shape everything that happens after. The way you approach the morning can set the tone for the rest of your day. How you think about yourself, about your life, about your purpose, this shapes not only your morning, but your entire outlook on the world around you. So, let's talk about some truths that you can tell yourself every single morning, reminders that will strengthen you, remind you of who you are, and help you walk in confidence and peace, no matter what comes your way.

One of the first things you need to tell yourself when you open your eyes in the morning is, "I am not alone." It's easy to feel isolated in a world that's constantly moving, constantly changing. It's easy to look around and feel like you're the only one going through struggles, the only one facing difficulties, the only one carrying burdens. But, that's simply not true. You are not alone. God is with you. He is right there beside you, guiding you, helping you, and loving you every step of the way. There may be times when you feel alone. You might be walking through seasons where it feels like no one understands you, no one sees you, no one is with you. But, that's when it's most important to remind yourself that God is always there. He is faithful. He is present. His love never leaves you, and his presence never abandons you. You are never alone because God is always right beside you, holding you, comforting you, and leading you through every moment of your life. As you wake up each morning, tell yourself, "I am loved, and I am not alone." Speak this truth over your heart, and let it guide you into your day.

Another powerful reminder to tell yourself every morning is, "I am capable of handling today's challenges." Often, we wake up and immediately feel overwhelmed by everything we need to do, all the responsibilities we have, and the challenges that seem impossible to overcome. We look at the day ahead, and it feels like too much. We start thinking, "How will I get through this? Can I really do this?" But, here's what you need to remember. You are more capable than you give yourself credit for. God has created you with strength. He has equipped you for every task, every challenge, every trial. There's nothing that can come your way today that you cannot handle. It doesn't matter how big the mountain seems, how difficult the situation looks, you are capable of overcoming it. God doesn't put us in situations that we cannot handle, and even when we feel weak or inadequate, he gives us the strength to keep going. When you wake up each morning, remind yourself, "I am capable of handling today's challenges." Whatever comes your way today, you have been equipped to face it. You have the strength, the wisdom, the patience, and the grace that you need, because God is with you. The challenges may be difficult, but you are strong enough to face them.

It's also important to remind yourself, "Today is a new opportunity to grow. Every day is a chance to grow, to become more the person God has called you to be." We sometimes fall into the trap of thinking that we have reached the limit of our growth, that we are who we are, and we can't change. But, God's design for us is one of continual growth. Every day is an opportunity to learn, to become better, to understand more deeply, to live with greater purpose. You are constantly being refined, shaped, and molded into the person God intends you to be, whether you are walking through good times or facing difficulties. Every experience is an opportunity to grow. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger in your faith, to grow more patient, more loving, more compassionate. So, when you wake up in the morning, tell yourself, "Today is a new opportunity to grow." Don't let the day pass by without recognizing the potential to grow in every moment.

As you face the day ahead, remember this truth, "I will choose peace today." Life has a way of bringing stress, anxiety, and chaos into our lives. We have so much going on, so many things to think about, so many responsibilities to juggle. It's easy to get caught up in the busyness, to let the pressures of life steal our peace. But, peace is something that we can choose, no matter what our circumstances are. Choosing peace doesn't mean that everything around us is calm, or that everything goes according to plan. It means that in the midst of the chaos, we make the choice to trust God, to rest in his presence, and to allow his peace to fill our hearts and minds. Peace is a gift from God, and we can choose to walk in that peace every day. So, when you wake up in the morning, remind yourself, "I will choose peace today." No matter what comes your way, choose to respond with peace, knowing that God is in control, and that he is with you through it all.

Another important truth to remind yourself of is, "I trust God's plan for my life." There will be times when you look ahead and wonder what the future holds. You may find yourself uncertain, unsure of what lies ahead, and questioning the path you are on. But, even in those moments, trust that God has a plan for your life, a plan that is good, a plan that will lead you to where you are meant to be. It's so easy to want to control everything, to make our own plans, to try to create the future we think is best for ourselves. But, God's plan is always better than anything we can imagine. He sees the big picture. He knows what is best for us. He knows the plans he has for us, plans to give us a future and a hope. So, when you wake up each day, remind yourself that God has a plan for your life. You may not always understand the path ahead, but you can trust that he is leading you exactly where you need to go. Speak this truth over your life every morning, "I trust God's plan for my life."

You also need to tell yourself, "I am not defined by my circumstances." It's so easy to let our circumstances determine how we feel about ourselves. When things are going well, we feel confident and strong, but when things go wrong, we can feel like failures, like we are less than what we were before. But, your circumstances do not define you. Your worth is not found in your circumstances. You are defined by who you are in Christ. You are a beloved child of God, created with purpose and love with an everlasting love. Your worth comes from God, not from your circumstance. No matter what you face today, whether success or failure, joy or sorrow, your identity in Christ remains secure. So, every morning, remind yourself, "I am not defined by my circumstances." Your circumstances may change, but who you are in Christ will never change.

Another powerful reminder is, "I will not give up." Life can be tough. There will be times when you feel like throwing in the towel, when the road ahead seems too difficult, when you feel like quitting. But, quitting is never the answer. You are stronger than you think, and you are capable of enduring. God has given you the strength to press on, even when the road gets tough. You may not always see the light at the end of the tunnel, but that's where faith comes in. Faith tells us that even in the darkest moments, God is still working, even when things feel impossible. God is still making a way. So, when you wake up in the morning, tell yourself, "I will not give up." No matter how tough things get, no matter how discouraged you feel, keep going. God is with you, and he will give you the strength to keep moving forward.

One of the most powerful things you can remind yourself of every morning is, "I am grateful for today." Gratitude is a powerful force in our lives. When we choose to be grateful, we change our perspective. Instead of focusing on what we don't have, we focus on the blessings that are already present in our lives. Gratitude helps us see the goodness of God in every moment, no matter how small or large. Every day, there is something to be thankful for. It might be your health, your family, your job, your home, or simply the fact that you woke up to a new day. Gratitude shifts our hearts from negativity to positivity, from worry to trust. So, when you wake up every morning, take a moment to thank God for the blessings in your life. Tell yourself, "I am grateful for today." Let gratitude fill your heart, and set the tone for the rest of your day.

Finally, remind yourself, "I will live with purpose today." You are not just drifting through life. You are here for a reason. Every moment, every interaction, every choice you make is an opportunity to live with purpose, to live out God's calling for your life. Whether you are at work, at home, with family or friends, you have a purpose in everything you do. When you wake up in the morning, remind yourself that today is a day to live with intention. Every word you speak, every action you take, can be done with purpose. Live today with the understanding that God has a purpose for you, and you can make a difference in the lives of those around you. Tell yourself, "I will live with purpose today."

As you start each day, hold on to these truths, speak them over yourself, remind yourself of who you are and who God has created you to be. You are capable, you are loved, and you are never alone. No matter what happens today, you can face it with confidence, knowing that God is with you, guiding you and strengthening you. You are not just going through the motions of life, you are living with purpose, with faith, and with the love of God that never fails. So, step into today with a heart full of hope and a mind full of these powerful truths.
