Today's topic, guys, a disclaimer before we continue. We will be talking about sensitive topics. Uh, it may be graphic at times, so viewer's discretion is advised.
The Last Days Podcast.
As-salamu alaykum, guys, and welcome to another episode of The Last Days Podcast. People are always talking about the last days are here. What do we do? Well, here on The Last Days Podcast, we're going to talk about pertinent and prevalent topics that, inshallah, will help us navigate through those last times. I'm joined with the OG's, Paul Williams, Khaled, and we have a guest today, Sheh Abdul Jabar.
As-salamu alaykum.
The topic today is jinn, magic, and possession. Uh, these are things which people tend to mention, people love talking about. However, the authentic knowledge, the practical knowledge surrounding this, it's, it's difficult to come by. So, Sheh, just introduce yourself and the connection that you have with this field, just so people are familiar, and then we'll jump into it.
My name is Muhammad Abdul Jabar. Uh, for the past 20 years, I've been in the Dawa field. But then there was a rise of people doing scams, as you know, from London, from your ends, uh, where people were overcharging people and XYZ. So I went into this field by doing a free Ruqyah service. Uh, and then I started getting into this field. So, for the past 10, 15 years, I've been in this field.
So you got to thank the scammers of London to help you get into the field, right? We, we've got something right. Right.
Positive spin.
Absolutely. Absolutely.
Big up the scammers.
Now, I'm only joking.
So, here's the thing. Before, obviously, we get stuck into the nitty-gritty, I mean, my basic understanding of jinn is they are a different form of creation. Feel free to jump in if I'm making any mistakes. Got the human beings, made from clay. You've got the angels, made from light. And you've got the jinn, made from smokeless fire. Um, Shaitan is a jinn, which is, uh, we don't believe he's a fallen angel. The concept is different, of course. In Christianity, that Paul is going to tell us. The view, some of the viewers, of course, they might be coming from a Western paradigm. So understanding the Christian paradigm and how it differs to the Islamic and the Muslim paradigm is very important. So, Paul, what is the Christian paradigm and how do they view Satan, uh, and jinn?
Well, in the Christian, in Christian theology, we're talking about demons, really. They're called, they're called demons, and demons are fallen angels. So, once upon a time in heaven, uh, the angels were with God, worshiping God, doing what angels do, doing God's will. And a group of them, I don't know how many, but it was a number, uh, decided to rebel, and the chief of them was, uh, Shaitan, obviously, the devil.
Do Christians believe angels have free will?
No, they don't. Angels don't have free will. No.
It's not contradictory, then?
Yeah. Well, indeed, there's a, there's a mystery here. Something St. Augustine said, that how can a being, an angel, who is in the presence of God, praising God and so on, why would he choose to rebel? It doesn't, it doesn't make sense. Well, there's no logic there. But anyway, um, so the angels rebelled, and they, they were cast out of heaven onto earth. And, uh, there's a fantastic, uh, poem called Paradise Lost by the English writer John, uh, Milton, which is absolutely amazing. Paradise Lost and Paradise Regained, uh, which kind of dramatizes this story for English readers.
I'm assuming it's got pictures, right?
No pictures, I'm afraid. No, you have to use your imagination. Yeah, this, what this is really underdeveloped faculty that is we've allowed to be atrophied because of, uh, social media and so. Um, so the, these angels, fallen angels, so this is a cosmic revolt in heaven. Uh, they came to earth and they're kind of demons, and they're just evil. They're malevolent. They hate people and they possess them and so on. They're not like,
Just bad. They're just unrepentant. They can't repent. They're just down forever and will go to hellfire. But if you look at the Gospels, you, uh, Matthew, Mark, and Luke, particularly, a lot of Jesus' ministry is taken up with combating demons and exercising, doing exorcisms. Very, very.
Exercise as well.
Yes, you do. Definitely. Yeah. And, um, so that's what they are. So these are fallen angels. They're, they're not jinn in that sense, but they, they have an equivalence, I suppose, in terms of them.
I think my favorite story from the Bible is when a woman brings her demon-possessed child to Jesus.
And he says, um, "Away from me, you dog."
And their response is that, well, technically speaking, he didn't say dog, he said little dog.
So,
That I think salvages the situation, right?
Yeah. It, it just, yeah. The Gentile woman. He said, "I've not come to, you know, I'm not come to give food to the dogs." Yeah. And there's a reference to Gentiles because Jesus, this is Matthew chapter 15, where where Jesus says, uh, "I've only sent the lost sheep of the house of Israel." So, I'm not saying it's historical, that the bit about calling her a racist term, but it's there in the.
And they say, "Oh, no, he's just, uh, using this term because the Jews used it or this or that." Oh, so we can use the F-word if we're to demonstrate to our kids something. We can use racist slurs to, to teach, to teach a lesson. We can use the N-word or the P-word. I mean, it's, it's absurd. Uh, Khaled, how does the jinn world, um, match up with psychology and psychoanalysis? Because obviously, your field is based on methodological naturalism, which is you only accept that which is physical. So, how do you balance that with your faith?
Yeah, it's a difficult one to reconcile, really. Because from a clinical point, we have to look at this as, um, as, as a professional standard. We can't necessarily lift the veil to the unseen and consider those, um, situations. We have to be culturally sensitive. So, people come from different walks of life. Um, magic, the prevalence of magic, possession, etcetera, is in many cultures and communities. And so, dependent on the person in front of me, I have to be culturally sensitive. But, you know, if you look at medical journals, around about 66% of people who come with cases of possession usually fall under some sort of psychiatric disorder. Um, around about 47% of that is usually schizophrenia.
Um, and the, the key protagonists here are epilepsy, OCD, um, presentations like that. So, if something is quite serious, what we would do is then escalate that over to a, a psychiatrist, and then the psychiatrist would then assess whether they feel some form of pharmaceutical intervention is, is necessary, potentially. But that, you know, that's me talking from a very, you know, clinical point of view. But I also have to understand that I'm a Muslim, and there is the belief in the unseen, and understanding what the unseen has. And so I have to, you know, tow that line very carefully. Um, but my natural inclination and leanings, especially through some of the esoteric work that I've done, is, is probably heavier onto that side than it is that side. But, yeah.
So, Sheh, open this up for us pertaining jinn. Like, is there a hierarchy of jinn? What do they do? Are they expected to do? How does, like, why would they possess somebody? Like, just introduce this topic for us for the uninitiated.
Yes, I want to add for the previous, uh, speaker, and that was that he said that, um, you know, Satan is a fallen angel. You know, Allah says, you know, he was from the jinn. So, he was in heaven. And, you know, when he, there was a war on the earth, and that was between Ben-kind and Jinn-kind. So, Ben-kind were them, as Abu Kir mentions, that they used to crawl on their hands and their feet. So, they were the disgusting type. They were made from, they were made from a different kind of a.
No way.
Ben-kind.
Yeah. So, they're called Ben-kind.
So, Ben-kind was the ones that traveled with their hands and their feet. So, they were the Ben-kind. The Jinn-kind used to fight against them, and that's where the angels come down and they joined. Say, you know, of that time, you know, Iblis was, uh, the leader of them, and they were fighting against the evil Ben-kind. Once they were pushed out.
So, the Ben-kind got trashed.
Yeah.
They do say some remain, but Allah knows best.
That's pretty good.
Yeah. So, basically, uh, with the seeing the devotion and the worship of even, uh, you know, Iblis at that time, the angels took him to the heaven, cuz Allah honored him, and Allah took him to the heaven. And then when Allah created Adam, Alayhis Salam, and the, I don't want to go into too much detail, but just touching up on it, you know, he didn't bow down when he was supposed to bow down, or, you know, nod, whatever bowing down was, uh, at that time. He was meant, Allah, you know, took, cursed him, and sent him back out on, on the earth. So, that's where many of the Christians may get it from, you know, the fallen angel. He wasn't from, like, that was the only jinn that was taken to the heaven. So, Allah refuted by saying he was from the jinn.
Okay. Can I quickly just, I think that's a really valid point that the Sheh's made, because I've actually come across many Muslims who I've heard, when speaking to others, are saying that Iblis was from the angels and he's a fallen angel. And so there is a bleeding in of the Christian narrative into the Islamic one. Um, and so that correction, I think, is is huge.
Well, it's interesting. So, in Christianity, you often get the sense that God and Satan are opposing forces in, in, in the universe, in the unseen, almost of equal power, and there's a real wrestling match, a struggle, a cosmic supernatural warfare between God and Satan, um, which is very dualist or Manichaean. You know, historically, in Islam, absolutely not. That that God is in control, that everything he does is by his permission. So, there's quite a different sense of, of, of, you know, who is really in control. In Islam, it's God. In Christianity, it's, it's touching. Can go sometime.
Even adding to that, what you're saying, uh, it comes down to that Allah is the king of the worlds, master of the universe. Allah is the power. He is the main. You know, uh, Allah is the creator, he's the shapemaker. Everything. Shaitan, when he got disgraced, his job is to make people believe that he's got the power. And I'll come into that, because there was a person, there was a, a sister that was possessed. And when I was, uh, uh, you know, reciting certain verses of the Quran, and the jinn spoke. The jinn spoke. And I said, "Why are you here?" He goes, "Because someone sent me, and I'm here to, you know, make sure this sister doesn't get married." I stopped her there. I go to, "Who sent you?" And she goes, "I'm not going to tell you. I'm not going to tell you. I'm not going to tell you." And then I go to, "Don't you fear Allah?" He goes, "No, my Allah is sitting in the ocean." He's on his throne. He goes, "I heard about you people. You are them people that my Lord has mentioned that you will claim that you have a, you have a God whose name is Allah, and we're our rivals." So, from that, uh, conversation, I understood when she was talking, where the jinn was speaking from the voice box, and that was, "My Allah, my God is Satan, and he's told us that we're going to go into paradise, and I'm just following out orders." When it comes to, uh, the situation of someone has got mental illness, really, someone has, there are people who've got mental illness. And I know individuals who've literally, you know, the fathers have called me down, and I've went there, and I recited the Quran, and I've recited the ayat of the Quran that, you know, extracts jinn, breaks magic, and everything. And that person is literally saying, before that, when you speak to him, he will literally say that, you know, "I'm, I'm from a different planet. I'm an alien. And I've come into this dimension." You know, "And you guys are not real. And this is going to happen. That's going to happen. And this is going to happen." And, you know, I know for a fact, so a father and, and a mother automatically think, you know, this person's possessed. Something's wrong with him. Do you understand? So, when they called, you know, me the ghostbuster, I went down.
And I'll be honest with you, I recited. Never flinched.
Nothing. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No movement, no nothing. Absolutely no.
So, so how, how does it work? Like, how does possession take place? Why? And like, from the basics.
At times, it happens. That the most common one amongst the Pakistanis, the Bangladeshis, the, you know, uh, the Nigerians, and, you know, XYZ, and different other groups as well, that is that when a daughter or a proposal didn't go according to plan. So, if a daughter wanted to marry someone, and the father disagrees with it, or the father wants to marry the daughter, so-and-so, or the son, vice versa, whatever it is.
So, would you say often it's the family that's the cause?
Yeah. The family is not generally. It happens. It happens. It could be external. Could be a boyfriend.
Do you understand? It could be a, a side man or a side girl. Do you understand that she doesn't want that person to get married? So, what she does, or he does, or that person does, goes to a local person where you get these little cards in your front room, you know, "Spiritual healer, I will do this. I've been 50 years in this field, or 75 years," and XYZ. So, them people, these people go to the, that magician, and they say to them, "Look, I want this done." You know, and they, out of a clean heart, think that they're doing something good because they think he's a spiritual healer. So, they go to that magician, and that magician is the one who says, "Look, take this little amulet." He will give them like a little amulet, a lay stone, and that stone, they'll say, "Keep it near that person." And what happens with that? That attracts the jinn, and that is like the magnet that keeps the jinn around that person. And sometimes a person, if it's the marriage issue, sometimes the woman gets possessed, and then, uh, from there, it happens that, you know, the marriage breaks up, or the marriage deteriorates, or XYZ, because sometimes the jinn, uh, uh, it'll cause more problems than good.
So, people talk, for example, very recently, there was the case of, uh, Israel attacking Iran, and there was a number of articles that were actually saying that Iranians were claiming that they were seeing a lot of papers with all sorts of incantations and things written on it, and they claimed that Israel was using magic. So, this is not something that's just relegated to a certain realm or a certain time or backwards people talk about it. It's something that's relevant even till today. Like, Khaled was mentioning, um, or alluding to, there's many undiagnosed things.
Yeah. That people claim that, "Oh, it's schizophrenia, it's this or that." But again, I'm sure many of these people, would you agree that they're possessed?
Yeah. So, sometimes it happens. Look, a person can be possessed, and a person can have mental illness. Do you understand? It's like, the diagnosis has to be done. You know, the person has to be, uh, the Ruqyah has to come up. Ruqyah is the one who, you know, takes the, is more professional in his field, reciting Quran, certain verses of the Quran.
Like we were saying, in the way it's an exorcist.
Yes, exorcist. So, an exorcist will come, you know, a Muslim one, and he will recite certain verses. Now, out of 10 people, 20 people, 30 people, if that verse, the verses of the Quran are recited, if all these 20 people are reacting to that verse, then this person, if he's reciting on this person and he's not reacting, then this person's got mental illness.
That's how we kind of diagnose it.
So, how, no, I've got a difficult theological question for you. And I don't necessarily have the answer. Okay. So, except everything you said is true, and that, you know, Muslim exorcists do these things and successfully sometimes. In your experience, you, you will get in the Catholic Church in this country, you'll get people who are officially designated by the church to be exorcists.
Okay. So, they might encounter the same kind of phenomena that you do, but they bring along their holy water and their crucifixes and.
No, not garlic. That's vampire films. No, forget about garlic. The crucifixes, and they'll have their prayers mentioning Jesus, "In the name of Jesus, I exorcise you of this demon." And they will report, uh, according to them, that these, these prayers are efficacious. In other words, they do achieve what they intend to achieve.
So, how, how are we to understand that theologically? And I also assume that probably that all peoples throughout the world and history have encountered these realities, and not all of them Muslims or Christians. They might be Sikhs, they might be whatever. So, how are we to understand this, this converted, comm, successful exorcism done in the names of other than Allah?
See, here we need to iron out something and know that the, the one who is involved in destroying mankind and destroying everyone and he wants them to enter the fire is Satan himself. Satan was disgraced, dishonored, disfigured, and he was thrown back onto the earth. And he was, he was given respite. And he made, he made a claim that, "I'm going to attack them from the front. I'm going to attack them from the left. I'm going to attack them from the right. I'm going to attack them, you know, from all directions." Now, at the same time, if he could make people work in the field of, field of astronomy and in different kind of fields, you know, professional fields, that you have, make them bow down to idols, and make them believe that God is in a stone, or the God is in a, you know, an animal, or the God is in XYZ, then it's easy for Satan to confuse people. So, he is the master of deception. Just the way, uh, the Dajjal, the Antichrist, will come, he'll be the master of deception. Now, the way this situation works is that when, if a Muslim does it and they react, so what happens? They need to flip the script when it comes to Satan. Uh, what he does. So, when someone is mentioning in the name of Jesus or XYZ, and according to their gods, and people react, they only react is because the jinn are forced to put an act on, or they react because they have been forced to do it, because the only way to confuse them and to make them believe that whatever they're doing in the name of Jesus is true, and that is one of the arts of deception that the Satan uses on other people with they're using other religions, if that makes sense.
Yeah. Yeah. No, I just wanted to add to that, just as in hypothetically, because we have jinn who, for example, follow different faiths and different religions. So, if there is a, a jinni who is Christian, for example, that would be quite relevant for them. So, you can have Christian jinn.
Yeah. So, you have the, from amongst the jinn, you have different races.
You have Christian Jehovah's Witnesses. I mean, Jehovah's Witnesses who are jinn.
Maybe. I mean, imagine, imagine how irritating they must be in the unseen realm, constantly knocking on the doors of other jinn.
Amongst, amongst the jinn, you have, you know, uh, different religions in the jinn as well. Yeah. So, you have a different race, you know, different, they, they've got a long life, and at the same time, they follow different religions. They're those who are fighting wars, and those who are not fighting wars, and those who are praying, those who are scholars, those who are even Hufaz of the Quran.
But the strongest race is the right.
Is the, the leaders amongst them. Do you understand? Whose mission is to destroy mankind, follow the orders of.
The Quran. The Quran says that Shaitan is the enemy of humanity.
And even in the story of Solomon, when he asked for the, the throne of Bilqis, the jinn came forward and said, "I'll get you the throne."
Before. Yeah. And then he said, "Look, I want it even before then." And then some say that a relative of Sulayman Alayhis Salam came forward, who had Ism, the great knowledge of the great names of Allah, and said, "I will get it to you before the blinking of an eye." So, scholars make the distinction here.
Um, that having Ism is even stronger. So, Allah is distinguishing the power of a human being. We could detect what we could take from that as well, is that it shows the pinnacle power of the jinn. So, if, if a jinn is saying from amongst the jinn, the, the general, we'll call it the general, from amongst the jinn is saying, "I could bring the throne of Bilqis that is in Yemen all the way to you," well, you're, you're all the way into, in a certain place, with a, before you get up from your seat, it shows that they could change matter into energy and take and transport and teleport stuff.
And they materialize into human beings as well. You said shapeshifters.
Yeah. So, basically, you will have, uh, situations that, you know, we understand from the Hadith and from the, the Quran as well. We understand, you know, the jinn can transform.
Do you understand? They come in, you know, sometimes they come in the form of dogs. Sometimes they come in the form of snakes. Sometimes in, like, there's some that fly through the sky and they got wings as well. But that, that shapeshifting thing, Iblis, for example, took the shape of an old man at the time when they wanted to kill the Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam, and he came to give them the idea of. So, that's an example of that. But just wanted to quickly touch back on what, what you said, even about, we talked about in the name of Jesus, etcetera.
It's the name of Allah, essentially, that's going to do the job. However, the jinn himself is, is, is a force to be reckoned with. So, for example, you said in the Bible that Jesus, most of his work was actually exorcising demons from people.
So, for example, if, if you're now saying to a jinn, "I'm bringing this person, it's in this person's name." It's, it's the, the fear is in that, in that being. The same, Iblis, when they thought it was still alive, standing there, just the vision of him was enough to to scare them. And so, it's, it's interesting for us that we use the name of Allah directly. And that's why you will find some Christians, there are, you can sort of Google this, there are Christians who, when the exorcism isn't successful, they sometimes call Muslim Ruqyah practitioners to come and to come and do the exorcism. Sikhs, there's many Sikhs who look at Muslim Ruqyah practitioners to come and do exorcism as well. So, when something fails, you then look to the essence.
So, what are the tools that magicians will use to do the magic for a person?
Look, as for a magician, for a magician to become the magician that he is, under the name of a Muslim name, you, you know, you have them cards. I was explaining earlier on. You have them put down your house. You have, oh yeah, a certain Imam does this, and certain Imam does that, certain Imam does this. Now, they have to do rituals. And I've come across individuals, you know, who have changed their, uh, their lifestyle for what they were. They were magicians, and they were in the name of Allah, uh, doing, you know, uh, again, claiming to be Ruqyah practitioners. They were claiming that they are spiritual healers. And what they were doing, and he explained to me, he goes, "Look, I made Tawbah from it." Go, "What he used to do?" He goes, "I used to burn, I had to burn one Quran."
I had to make a circle. I used to light some candles, and I used to burn one Quran, or urinate on the Quran, or put feces on the Quran, and burn one Quran. And that's when the one amongst the jinn, the Ifrit, gave me allegiance.
So, this is, they have to do them disgusting acts before they get allegiance. Once they got the allegiance, uh, that, see, they use, utilize that Ifrit to send out the jinn.
It reminds me actually of Aleister Crowley. There was, there was an article of his, I think in the Telegraph, and they called him the most wickedest man.
Um, in the UK, I think it was. And there was, there was an incident of his where he's on a mountain, and there's a lot of feces and a lot of blood involved, even in the, the thing that he was doing. So, you mentioned that as well. You mentioned feces, urine, and stuff like that. Why this filth and why this disgusting thing? Because there's even a correlation, even with secret societies, where they use kind of bodily fluids and stuff like this. What's, why?
You know, I think it comes down to one thing, and that is when Allah disgraced, uh, Satan, Shaitan's job is now to make sure he disgraces the scriptures of Allah, or anything to do with anything Islamic, you know, when it comes to Allah and his religion, to get that satisfaction, like, "Yeah, got one back on you."
And there's also the, the, the world of the, the jinn is backward. So, what's clean to us is dirty to them. What's dirty to them is clean to us.
Um, hence why, for example, the Aghoris in India, they sit in the cremation grounds, and to them, this is bringing them spiritual power. So, it's disgusting. They eat out of skulls of dead people. They rub the ashes all over themselves, and through that, they gain power. Um, so, Sheh, will touch on it, but there's lots of these things.
Similar. I mean, one of the most important franchises here in the West is Star Wars. And when it came to Anakin trying to, you know, stop the death of his wife, he had to draw power from the dark side. And this is something people may be familiar from certain things like Doctor Strange, in which you've got the, the dark kind of, uh, place. I don't know the technical term behind it, but again, it's drawing power from the dark side. So, the dark side does have power.
Yeah. For the people watching, they might be thinking, you know what, I don't feel anything. I'm very numb. Why should I not go into this if I am going to become a stronger person, more powerful person?
In what way, you mean?
Like in power, like somebody that is weak, pathetic. Yeah. And then suddenly they can now control a jinn, and suddenly they're now becoming drawing power from that realm. Why should they not?
Look, your ultimate goal is in life, your purpose of creation is to worship Allah. Now, if this individual, whether he's a Christian or a Muslim or whatever religions they follow, if a person is in that field, and he is, you know, is a nobody in the community, what he will do, he wants to become known. Just as a road man today, you have a road man, he will go around on the streets and he will try to gun people down or chop people up or stab someone here, or, you know, do something just to become, have a reputation. So, there are certain individuals in life, and it's sad to say that because they want, either, you know, you have this on TikTok as well, you have this on Snapchat, Instagram, for likes, they will do anything.
You know, for likes, they will urinate. You know, I've had situations happen. You'll have, for likes, you have an individual urinate on on a homeless guy. You have an individual who wants for likes and he says, "I want the likes. I want fame." So, for fame and recognition, this person does acts.
It occurred to me, um, a slight, slight change of attack in a way. But the, the sheer energy that I, that we're seeing now behind the rise of the far right and Christian nationalism, it's a contradiction. Christian nationalism, a contradiction in terms, if Jesus preached nationalism anyway. But this energy that's behind it, I wonder if there's kind of demonic or, uh, malicious unseen influence there. The incitement to misrepresent Islam, to demonize Muslims, metaphorically speaking. Um, and this spread lies about Muslims. It just strikes me as completely irrational.
Well, it is irrational, but there seems to be like an energy or ferocity behind it which suggests more than just, you know, people just having wrong ideas. There's an energy that might be coming from an unseen realm inciting people, and Satan is an enemy inciting people to lie. And there seems to be a momentum growing. And, and, and there's maybe there's something there too.
Yeah. So, basically, on this situation, you have two types of Sihr, two types of magic. There's many types, but amongst the most famous one is the jinn possession, that when a person is possessed. And then there's called the other one is called the art of manipulation.
So, the art of manipulation is that, look, I'll give you an example. If there is like a husband and wife, and they're having an argument. Now, at times, a woman, uh, who's going through a situation, or they're going through separation with the husband, it's not because he's toxic, or she's toxic, as, you know, social media has gone, you know, viral, and TikTok and thing was going viral, that, you know, Dawa bros and this bro and that bro, and this sister and that sister. The reality is, we need to look at that, what the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam taught us. We need to turn back to Allah and His Messenger Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam. And he explained to us that the diff, that who causes this problem? This is my point. Because normally, when I think about the issue of the rise of the front, I'm, I'm looking at purely, I think purely in political terms, social terms. Oh, what, what's behind this? Who's paying who? You know, what agency? But I, I never normally ever think in terms of the unseen. And, and yet we're talking about Islam here. I mean, you know, so, so why wouldn't the unseen be involved as, as someone who's trying to lie and misrepresent? So, this has Shaitan's fingerprints all over it. But I never think like that. But maybe we should.
Even if you focus on, on the, on the Hadith of the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam, he says, you know, it's a Hadith, it's a famous Hadith, a lot of people know about it as well, and, and though viewers will know of it as well, that Satan himself, he sits on the throne. Yeah. In the ocean. Some say it's the Bermuda Triangle. Some say it's not, some say this, but Allah knows best. But he sits on the ocean. Yeah. And he's got his throne there. And when the sun goes up, you know, the sun goes up between his horns.
So, when obviously he feels like he's a, he's a, he's a king. So, he sits on his throne and he sends his armies out to destroy, manipulate, and corrupt people. So, one jinn comes back, he says, "I've robbed." "Good." Another one comes back, "I've done this." One comes back and says, "I've done this, I've done that, I've done this." All the sins you could think about, I made him do this, I made him do that, I've whispered this, I whisper that. One comes all sad, you know, upset, and he, you know, Satan asks him, that, "Look, why are you so sad for?" He goes, "I've, I started an argument between a husband and wife."
But I'm going to talk here about the, the Shaitanic, um, uh, conspiracy or whatever, politically, not just this.
So, to to answer your point more directly, I think there's an incident that took place. I think it was that Shaitan actually came in the form of a human being to help the Quraysh against the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam. So, he does shapeshift into human beings to come and sit in those gatherings to give ideas and strategies. So, that is definitely proven from, from the Sunnah.
But to, to come back to kind of the relevance of this sort of magic and the different types of it. We know, uh, Madonna, I mean, she's somebody that is, you know, famous, and she practices Kabbalah. Yeah. And she's not the only celebrity to do that. And there's other things that are known. You were reading a book on this as well called, I think, Sigils.
Yeah. Yeah. So, there's, there's lots of different things that people do. Often the name of Kabbalah is given, but it's much more sinister than that.
That's Jewish mysticism.
That's Jewish mysticism. But we have to also understand the correlation and the, the bleeding in of what Jewish mysticism looked like during Islamic Spain, and also the emergence of things like.
Bulhan was overacted in Islamic Spain, fully.
Exactly. And then you also had Bulhan, and you also had Shams, for example, and all of these things which now are naming demons and giving access to people. Um, and by the way, I've mentioned these books. I don't suggest anyone search these things and look for them. It's an extremely dangerous thing, and the Sheh will probably allude to some of that. But when you had these two great religions now leaning into their mystic realms, and now also giving the names of those things which could potentially give them power, and people were receiving power from them, it's what you asked earlier, Zeeshan, which is, if you do want to access this because you feel like you're a nobody, how much of yourself are you willing to give?
But here's the thing. I don't think people really understand the consequences of this, because just the fad of the Ouija board. Yeah. Just the mere fact that, "Oh, it's a pen that's moving," and you know, it seemingly moves by itself. People are fascinated by that. You even have very prominent YouTubers like Joella who will go into a haunted house.
Because they don't believe in religion as we understand it. So, for them, it's like, "Oh, that thing moved," or "We picked this up on our, you know, electronic device or whatnot." Why should people avoid that? That's my main question. Like, because society will make these things very beautiful. The latest movie that came out, Wicked, of, um, who's the actress who, she's a singer. She's gone really skinny. Yeah.
You know, Wicked is classic in terms of.
That concert she's.
Ariana Grande. Yeah. So, Ariana Grande and Wicked's been, you know, part of, if you see these old buses, like right at the front, you have this green woman with a witch hat.
It's been a part of like British culture for a very long time. Now they've turned it into a movie, and it's, yeah, and it's done really well. But again, people are like, they look possessed. It's very weird and unusual behavior.
Can I add to this? Because this is the theme, and it's what you were talking about earlier, and it's related to that. It's about inversion. When you invert what is supposed to be correct. So, when you take daylight and you turn it into night, Wicked is about what? You sympathizing with the witch.
Right.
Even Maleficent as well.
Yeah. You're sympathizing with the with the antagonist.
And so, all of a sudden, evil is now being celebrated as having a heart and having a spirit and needing empathy. And so, it opens you up to this world. I went to watch a play once, and it was about Moses. It was Prince of Egypt. I went to watch, and, um, the end of the play, and I'm not spoiling it for it. It was not worth watching.
We've seen the end. We've had it in the.
No, but well, exactly. So, imagine the end here. The end of this film, the end of this play, sorry.
The Moses character takes the hand of Ramses and lifts it up and goes, "We're just brothers." No.
And I swear, I just, I left in the Bible.
Well, exact. Well, again, we have.
Which version? But what we have, but what we have is the, the worst entity to have entered our world in terms of now being on par with. So, has this thing where he needs you to almost make public demonstrations of Kufur, but whilst it's being veiled.
But what about the Harry Potter novels and the films? I mean, are these, are these completely harmless? Because you had invocations, has spells, and whatnot.
And they're real. No, no, but do we need to be worried about that?
Like Voldemort says, "Avada Kedavra," that comes from the word Abracadabra. And there are other spells that people actually say comes from actual things. And you got kids like this running around, um, at homes saying these things casually, not understanding that words have vibrations and they have effects. Even the whole Spider-Man thing, as well, like these are all signs. And you mentioned also, when it came to certain figures that unanimously have been accepted as evil.
Yeah. However, now when you look at mainstream cinema and mainstream kind of TV shows, I'll take Lucifer as an example. He's a very good-looking guy, and again, somebody that's seen as the Netflix series called Lucifer. British guy, isn't he?
I mean, yes. So, so making him good-looking, uh, making him appealing, making him somebody that is human, that's making mistake. But look, the anti-hero.
But Zeeshan.
That's the whole point. Lucifer was a name given to Elise afterwards.
Lucifer is the lightbearer in demonology.
Exactly. In the Bible.
Yeah. And so, he is going to present himself as beautiful. When you speak to some of these, or you see these celebrities, for example, who have sold their, their soul to, to whatever it is they say that Lucifer comes, or this demon comes in a beautiful form.
Doesn't come looking like a demon.
The Shaitan figure in the Jewish Bible is not evil, actually. But people misinterpret. Christians, when they read about the altar, they re, they Christianize. In other words, they turn him into a kind of a devil figure. But he's in Jewish thought, he's not the devil in this evil sense at all. He's like, he's a tester of God. He's someone's an adversary. But he's not like the devil in that. That's a purely Christian idea, and the Jews reject that.
You know, even adding to everything that you know, now that Satan is the, he's got the art of manipulation. And from the time, you know, from Adam right till this present day, you have to understand, he has worked on the minds and the brains of people. So, he will beautify, as the Quran says, Shaitan will beautify the Haram for you. And this is what Satan is doing. So, in terms of kind of back in the days, we understand that pictures would be used, and you would see all sorts of diagrams and things done on pictures. Nowadays, pictures hardly get used in the physical form. Can Sihr be done on pictures on say, social media?
Most definite. At times, you know, I've had people who've bought pictures, and I'll give you a story about myself as well. But going back to the magician, the magician has said, you know, you speak to any magician. You ask anyone out there, they ask you, number one, "Give us a picture." And we'll do it. Go, "Where's the people can't get a picture?" They go, "Get off the social media." So, what they do, they, they speak to their jinn, and they show the picture, and then sometimes they ask for undergarments. And now, my, I had a situation where someone was doing a Sihr on me, and that was, um, you know, when I found the picture, the picture was of me, my face from my one of my TikTok videos, and there was like.
Oh, TikTok. I'll follow you. I didn't know you were on TikTok. Interesting. How many followers we got?
Uh, not many.
Oh, come on. You saw me before, like 150,000.
150,000. Not many. So, basically, I had, uh, my picture, and with that picture, I had like, someone has sewed stitches in my mouth.
And stitches in my eye, and then they had like nails in my, on my brain.
So, there are people out there, and they do use pictures. So, if anyone is listening out there, you know, just remember, there are people out there, they might be your friend, they might be even a close relative, or they might even be an outsider. They will utilize your picture. They will utilize your, uh, images to give to the magician to track where you are.
So, a lot of people, you know, they get jealous from their fellow peers. "Oh, he's got, you know, you know, kids, beautiful kids, fantastic." So, some people, they say that, you know what, underneath a certain age, I don't want to put my children on social media because of the harms that come out of it. So, now we're realizing that it's not just physical harms, it's spiritual harms that can come out of it as well. That their pictures can be taken, and magic can be done.
And I give you an example, like there was an individual, you know, who I met, and they go, "You know, this person, I hate them so much." And I go, "But why do you hate the person?" "We meet him at the stalls and everything, but this person, one individual stood out from the rest." And that was like, he goes, "I look at him," he said to me, he goes, "Wahi, I don't like this person." I go, "Like, why don't you like this?" "I grab his picture, and I swear by Allah, for 10 minutes, I'll be looking at it in the eye of that picture and I'll be cursing it."
And remember, uh, you know, uh, when it comes to, you know, uh, the reality is, the evil eye is a fact, and it could cause death. Yeah.
Now, with this evil eye, you know, people could utilize your pictures, and they could look at your picture. Even if it's like, you, you know, if a person's a decent-looking person, or a person's into bodybuilding, or a person's into doing weights, or a person's into doing something, you know, attractive, that person could be doing something good, but without that person sending blessings like saying, "Allahumma barik," and XYZ, and if he doesn't say something like that, the evil eye could affect him.
Yes. Has doing and participating in this world affected you?
Yeah. Now, look, for some people, it's hocus pocus. For some people, it's another Harry Potter version movie of the Asian.
Do you know where that expression "hocus pocus" comes from?
No.
Is it, am I allowed to give an explanation? It's a true, true story. Um, during the Middle Ages, it's to do with Christianity in the Middle Ages. Uh, during Mass, this is where you have a priest in the church at the Eucharist. Okay. Okay. There's a point in the Eucharist, it's called the Epiclesis, where the priest says, uh, the, the bread and the wine, "This, this, uh, this is my body. This is my blood. This is the, the sacrifice of the Mass." And at that point, the blood of who?
Blood of Jesus. So, it's actually, they become the, the bread becomes the flesh, and the, uh, the wine becomes the blood.
It becomes, so it's not symbolic.
It's called transubstantiation, the technical term. So, at that point, it's called the Epiclesis. Uh, this is, this is the central part of the Mass. And that, the, the priest may hold up the wine or the bread, and, and everyone then gets on their knees, and they, they worship this, the bread and the wine. I used to be a Catholic. This is true. Now, the reason I'm mentioning all that.
Cannibalism, though.
Well, yeah, but hang on. The reason I mentioned that is because, uh, after the medieval period, uh, during the Reformation and the Enlightenment, uh, this was mocked by people who are very hostile, and they called this moment, uh, "hocus pocus." It's like magic, where the bread and the wine become the body and blood. So, is this hocus pocus? It's, it's like a magic incantation. So, they were mocking it.
And this expression, which you've just said, comes from that. It's an attempt to, to kind of say this is.
Just silly magic. It doesn't really become the body and blood of Christ. And I thought it's interesting that that we're now using this expression detach from its original context. Um, but that's where it comes from.
So what harms has it done to you? So they there was a situation that's affected me. It was past about a year and a half now. Alhamdulillah, you know, I've gone through it. I've I've kind of I believe I broken the spell. You know, there was a magician. There was an individual who was a Hafiz of the Quran. He's memorized the Quran. You know, he's he's well known in the communities. You know, uh his family is, you know, the guy like an Islamic school. Sound like a good guy.
Of course, he does sound like a good guy. Do you understand? But then at the same time, you know, in the front he's like, "Salam alaykum, salam alaykum," and you know, he's even into MMA fighting and XYZ and you know, a lot a lot of times when you look at a person, you know, uh on the face front, he will be like, "Yo, mashallah, that is a nice guy, you know, sweet tongue, you know, when he speaks and this sweet speech." So, everyone's, you know, uh falls towards his little uh uh speech when he speaks and brings people close. Now, there was a situation that this person and how I'll show you I'll show you an image that obviously we're not going to share on the social media or or anything.
All right, guys. So, this podcast is so mixed up and jumbled because it's been a very unusual one. I don't mean to just just say that, but the camera's been switching off, the equipment's not working, like uh it is a bit of an odd one and we had to actually restart it. So there's some things that have been mentioned in the first one that um possibly, you know, we've forgotten here. So sometimes we'll just recall some of the things. So one of the things that I did mention is the Satanic Bible. Yeah. And in the Satanic Bible, you've got uh it talks about the their holidays and the things that they celebrate. And one of the things is their birthdays. Yeah. They encourage celebrating one's birthday because they're celebrating the self as opposed to somebody else. And the other one is Halloween. Yeah. In which people playfully dress up as demons with blood and you know ghouls and goblins with the most realistic of things. And it's something little kids going around.
But this is it. It's kids and that's where we look at, you know, entities from demonology like Moloch, like Baal, for example, where children and child sacrifices were given to these entities. And a child whose natural fitra is towards Allah, whether they believe in Him or not, are now representing this dark world, this ghoulish world. So essentially, you are giving your child to this entity and this demon to give it more power, to give it something. And can I quickly touch on birthdays? Birthdays is what's the usual situation? You put candles on, turn a light off, and everybody sings an incantation. So, sigils, divination, these types of things that you do to bring or summon a demon in dark using fire. Okay? So, jinn are made of smokeless fire. You invoke them using fire. Okay? And where do we see this in Hinduism? For example, puja is done through fire to evoke demons. What we class as demons, what other people would say are gods, for example.
No, they believe Kali is. And so this is the bringing out of those of those things. And it's interesting the Sheikh mentioned the jinn world, for example. You have characters like Hanuman and a monkey army, for example, that were helping out. So things that do run on all fours. And it's interesting for Muslims just to broaden their horizons a little bit more as well. So, so, so we've mentioned how even in the modern world, we've got this, I think the Overton window has shifted and there's more acceptance towards this sort of stuff even. And I want you to talk about the horror movies as well because that that one I think was fantastic.
So, uh, whether it's through movies, TV shows, whether it's through the anti-hero, um, people like Lucifer and the likes. You mentioned Baal.
And you've mentioned it as well. Baal. Balenciaga. Yes. Yeah. So there's even connections to certain brands that we have today. Now, without becoming too conspiratorial, of course, you know, there are certain rituals that get done when you want a certain track to do well, certain movie to do well, certain book to do well, uh, a certain brand to do well. So.
You looking at me for.
So because you mentioned um the the satanic kind of connection with Christianity. I would say it's not just Christianity. It's it's all of these things. And um, certain theologies and certain religions claim to be connected to God. However, their process of their rituals is very demonic. And just just look at this aspect of Christianity. They're eating and drinking something in which they are unashamedly saying is flesh and blood.
He has been sacrificed for us.
Yeah, of course. Like we're not trying to bring offense. This is purely factual.
They defend it because it does look like cannibalism. If it literally eating and drinking human flesh and blood, you know, which is literally the case in the Catholic mass because it's not symbolic.
It's an act you are actually doing. And they say, "Oh, it's sacramental." Now, what does that mean? Well, exactly. What does that mean? So, so it's not meant to be taken in the crude material sense, but nevertheless, they are asserting that it is really the body and blood of Christ. So, I don't really see how that gets you off the hook of of, you know, it being cannibalistic.
Yeah.
To be honest.
So, coming back to Sheikh's point, you pointed out it's the second time he tried to talk about it and there's a second issue that we had. So, we're going to try again. But you know, even before I touch up on that, you know, sometime you people use magicians, right? But as you was the brother was saying earlier on, sometimes even the kids, they've got school games.
So, there's a game called like Charlie Charlie.
Yes.
Do you understand? Charlie Charlie, are you there? So they have a pencil and they put it into like obviously a cross, a plus sign, and then they put yes and no. And I promise you now, uh, it was, it was, uh, up in Birmingham sides, a lot of schools caught up and they taught telling the parents, tell your children not to do this at home. And that was, they put a pencil there, you know, uh, as a plus sign, yes, no, and they say, "Charlie Charlie, are you there?" And basically the pencil will move to yes.
Do you understand?
That's just a wind or gravity. But it wasn't, it wasn't, it's a fact, do you understand? So what he's doing is,
putting two pencils together and saying, "Charlie Charlie, you there?"
Cuz it's calling upon a jinn. Do you understand? So there's summoning. Whether it's Charlie or not, is it's a way of making sure uh something comes or something responds. So if you're sitting in a dark room, yeah, you're sitting in a dark room, and you know, every person has a jinn with them. Every person has a jinn with them. A person has an angel with them. Angel instructs them with good. Devil instructs them with evil. Seduces them with evil. Now, as for a situation where you're in your room, you are more prone to get attacked. That's why the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "The most vulnerable person in the sight of Satan is that one who is always alone." So he'll end up committing sins, doing certain stuff, and XYZ, cuz no one's watching. Now, as for this person who's doing, he sits alone.
When he makes a circle around him. So when a magician does a circle, makes a circle around him, and then what happens from that? So when a magician does magic, what he does, he makes a circle around him. He isolates himself in in a a deserted place, in the toilet, or XYZ, makes a circle around him, puts the Babylonian symbols around him to summon the jinn, to call the jinn. Now, basically, if in that circle, he is, he has to stay in that circle, within that circle, he urinates on the Quran, he burns the Quran, he does disgusting stuff to disrespect the religion so that from that, the Shaitan, you know, the Ifrit gives him allegiance, say, "Look, I'm under your command. You tell us what to do. You know, we'll do it for you." As for the child again, he's alone, he's in the bedroom, he's playing with his, and what he wants to do, he wants to interact with the entities. He's out of the realm of the human. And what he does is, "Charlie Charlie," and calls upon them, and that's when the jinn respond. Jinn's name might not be Charlie, might be Bob. You don't know what their names are. Do you understand?
Using fake ID.
Using IDs. And at the, and the, what you're just saying now is exactly what they do. Now, going on to this situation here where this Charlie Charlie one calls upon Charlie, you know, Charlie might not be his name, but they respond, meaning that you've called the jinn now close to you. Do you understand? And this situation where I went down people's houses, and they were a family member said, "My son was playing Charlie Charlie, and at night time, he wakes up and he's looking towards the corner of the bedroom, and he's just looking there, and he's just, at times, wallah." And the guy was playing Charlie, you've been called to the house.
100%. Subhan. Many of times. Oh, yeah. My son, what was his son doing? Your son was, what was his son doing? Son, oh, he's playing Charlie Charlie. This game was in school, and they were doing it at home, and after that, he started feeling, you know, uh, different. And in the middle of the night, he'll wake up, and his head's turned, and he's looking towards a corner. Now, if you notice anyone who's got a jinn in him or is possessed by a demon or or or Satan, you will notice them. They they scratch their hands. Yeah. Now, this might be nervous. Someone could say, "Oh, out of he's nervous, he's anxious, and that's why he's doing it." But another sign is they'll always look towards the corner for some reason. Wherever I've, you know, spoken to people or uh, been in a situation where I've recited the Quran on them, every 99% of the time, that individual is looking in the corner and saying, "He's in the corner. He's watching me in the corner. He's watching in the corner." Now, for a child to wake up 2, 3:00 in the morning and looking in the corner on multiple occasions, then there's definitely a jinn in the house or situation.
Can I add to that? Just some, you know, what's interesting is for everything good, there is always going to be an evil equivalent. And so, for example, Charlie Charlie, the happy birthday song is repeated. You have to look at repetition.
So, there's something within repetition. If you look at ancient grimoires, if if you look at, for example, these.
Yeah. And so, this repetition is what allows certain things to open up. And so, why we have the ways that we recite the the Adhan, for example, and where do you suppose to do it in the house? When you're cleansing your house, in the corners. Subhan Allah. You see. And so, none of this is, and I know, as the Sheikh said, and some people might think, "Oh, this is all just whatever."
Well, Adam, you don't have to do it in the corner.
No, no. As in, if you're trying to do, if you're trying to cleanse your home, it's advised to do it in the corners.
Yeah.
Really?
Yeah. And so, what are you doing? Even the Adhan is a pattern.
But it's a pattern that's evoking good, whereas things like this, you're evoking evil spirits. So, we're going to, we're going to come to how it obviously has affected you because it seems like we just can't seem to arrive to that point. Um, but before that, because we, because we've been talking about kids and them being like vessels and how this stuff has been normalized, another thing that's normalized and given big budget too because it just fascinates people is horror movies. Yeah. And they have big budgets and they're doing really well. Now, how does that affect one's spirituality and the realm of the jinn? Surely, it's just people with good makeup and good editing and then that's it. I'm just watching a movie.
So, basically, you know, at times a person may think a horror movie is okay. It's fine. Now, if you're not scared of horror movies, it's it's understandable. Okay, he's not scared of horror movies, or that person's all right. Do you understand? He may watch it. I'm not saying the horror movies are uh something, you know, uh, you know, it's like forbidden, you shouldn't watch. It's impossible, you know, you're going to get possessed 100%. We're not talking about that. We're talking about the element of fear that is struck in the heart when you see something scary for that reason, where the jinn are watching. And we know that every human being, you know, when they're sitting down, there's maybe about 10, 15 jinn around us, and they're watching us. And what they do, they observe what we say, and they observe our characteristics, the way we act, the way we behave, they observe our personalities. And what they do, they attack in that moment. So when a person uh is watching a horror movie, do you understand? Like you had The Terrifier, you had uh, you know, the, what was the other one? Conjuring and all that, and all these movies that people are watching. I promise you right now, you may think to yourself, it's fine. I'm strong. I could go there, watch it. Soon as that little fear goes in your heart, the the devils are watching you. Because you're talking, example, someone was here now, and someone's standing outside and talking about uh, you or you or you. You're going to automatically say, "Let me see what the person wants to say about me. What is he saying about me?" So, when you're watching a scary movie, automatically you're jumping, you're getting scared. And the obviously, the the the jinn are scary as well. They could transform into different objects and you know, different beings. This situation that when a person watches a movie, that fear is struck in his heart, he goes home, there's no doubt that a jinn or a that naughty one follows him back. And this is why there's certain duas when you enter your house. Do you understand? You know, there's certain duas you have to enter your house and you recite, and it's advised. So he blocks the jinn out. Certain duas you recite when you enter the bathroom because he blocks the the jinn out, the evil.
That's it. And the male and female jinn.
The disgusting ones, dirty ones. Now, as for a situation here, when they're watching uh bad movies and uh horror movies, Terrifier or Conjuring or whatever movie they are, soon as that element of fear strikes the heart, automatically now the jinn knows, "Yeah, you're scared now." So what they do, they follow.
And now, ask anyone.
But then wouldn't we see an epidemic of people that watch horror movies just being possessed?
How do you know they're not?
But but we're not talking about they're possessed. We're not talking about they're possessed. Let me, I'll finish on this one, and that is when they are being followed back home. You could ask anyone. I'm not saying watching a horror movie possesses a person. I'm saying he it enables a a devil, a jinn to come and follow you and tamper with you, then after that day, and then opens you up, and then when you go home, it starts to mess around with you. And like he's happened to people. One person watched The Terrifier and then he come, he said, "Look, basically, I didn't believe what you said. After watching this Terrifier, I went home. I'll be honest, I was a bit scared. I'm not into like horror movies. And my friend took me. I went, told me, 'I feel like someone's walking behind me. I feel like when I'm lying on the bed, I feel like someone's stepping.'"
Isn't that just paranoia, though?
Okay. Now, if that was a paranoia on one situation, if if that was a paranoia, a situation or episode of paranoia, true, it could be. But why is it that when I've been for the past 15 years, when I've been doing this uh situation, dealing with people who are, you know, possessed and everything, and the person who comes with me, he says exactly the same thing, "Feel like something's walking behind me." Now, anybody who's been possessed, and a person who's with him, he always says exactly, he's that person has the same line, and that line is, "You know, I couldn't sleep. It felt like someone's following me. It felt like someone's following me. My bed was moving." And I promise you now, you, if you don't believe it, look, there are people out there. They do stuff like this. Look, there's another situation where someone lies on the bed. Yeah. And they make a star sign and they call and they start imagining that uh uh uh like they want an interaction with the the jinn. They put their candles on, and it's happened, and people are doing it. Do you understand? So social media everywhere, you know, there are people I know they have done it, and the jinn have come and pinned them down.
Sleep paralysis.
So here's the thing. If we apply that same logic to horror movies, because you're viewing something pertaining to jinn, it's now made you frightened. So now the jinn are interested because you're talking about sad subject.
Then shouldn't the same apply to this gathering? Because in this gathering, we're talking about the jinn. In this gathering, maybe something might be mentioned in which our defenses are a bit low. We might feel a bit frightened. So would you also say that this gathering follows that same trajectory?
Yeah, I I believe so. So.
All right, guys, that's enough for today. Paul is.
Too late, but they they've already arrived.
So, so look, what, look, the viewers, look, the viewers don't know what's going on. Do you understand? You know what's been happening with the cameras. You know what's been happening with your mic system. You know what's been happening. Do you understand? So something is going on. And when, but generally, when the jinn do make an arrival, ask you, ask, you know, many people have witnessed it. This when they're on on their bed, lying down in bed, you could feel the bed moving a bit. Feel like someone's walking on it.
But that's not impressive. What if I was to to say, look, I would be really impressed with the jinn if this glass started lifting.
It does. It does happen.
Okay. And the reason why it happened because when I, there was a a girl who was 9 years old at that time. Yeah. And then her mom phoned me up and says, "Can you come down and look? I think my daughter's possessed." Went to her, and her hair's out. And she's rocking back and forward. She's rocking back and forward with no exaggeration. She's rocking back and forth, back and forth. And then basically, I go, "Oi, do you understand?" So I thought I was going to be one of them clever ones, say, "Get out," you know, like use the Prophet's method, but it didn't work. Do you understand? Because obviously, the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam is the Prophet of Allah, you know, he's different. With me, it was different. So then I started reciting certain verses of the Quran, and she was rocking, rocking. "What are you doing here? What are you doing here?" And she was rocking, rocking, and then, bam, face hit the ground. And then she went back to normal. Spoke to her, I go, "What happened?" And then she goes, "I don't know. I was in the graveyard. Uh, I was at the graveyard. My mom was shouting at me. They're living near the graveyard. So my mom was shouting at me, and I was listening to music at that time, and then I got angry, and I ran to the graveyard, and I was sitting there, and I was just like, just crying and crying and crying and crying. And after that, I felt like there's a cold breeze went inside me." And that's what all she remembers.
So pertaining like other instances in which jinn have kind of done impressive things in quotations. Yeah. From maybe say another country.
Yeah. We were talking off camera about this. It was something to do with Oman, right? So, uh, what happened there? So when I was in the peaks of, you know, many uh encounters with the jinn and with taking uh, you know, spirits out of people who they've been possessed, there was one particular incident, you know, and there's many incidents that took place, but this one stood out from the rest. And that was, there was a sister, you know, she phoned up and she goes, "I'm, I'm been possessed. It's happened about 15 years ago." So it might be, you know, I'll just paraphrase certain words. And that was that she goes, "That, look, um, you know, I've been possessed and I've, something in me, and XYZ, XYZ." And I go to her, "That, how do you know there's something inside?" She goes, "I know there's something inside me." She goes to me, "Oh, uh, after a conversation, she starts saying, you know, 'Why are you phoning me for? What are you phoning me for? Cut me off. Cut me off. What you, who are you? Who are you? What are you talking to me? What are you talking about? Cut off.' Come back on." You know, uh, she was from Oman. And I, and so I've got my little ways of finding out if someone's got. I'll go into that later on, a bit. But there was an individual, you know, this person, at the same time, you know, I was speaking to her, I was trying to get information out of her. So I said to her that, "Where am I then?" She goes, "You're at home." Now, this is going into detail. And she go, "Where are you?" She told me the exact street name. And she's in Oman. She told me the exact name. She knew what color my car was. She knew what was in my drawer. And she knew what was on top of my drawer, like regarding my phone or my keys or XYZ was there.
But then I thought, you know what? I go, "Yeah, yeah, but it's a coincidence." I go, "Look, don't worry. Inshallah, Allah is going to help you." And she goes, "Look behind you." So, I'm thinking like, she knows I'm. She thinks I'm assuming that she's lying. So, I asked her, I go to her. She goes, "Turn around. Look behind you." I look behind, and the curtain moved literally from one side to the other side. M. And she goes to me, "Did you see that?" And I just obviously I cut off and gave her the remedy what to recite. I never contacted that person. Then now I know she's in contact with some powerful jinn. So there's different levels of jinn. For a jinn to do a time travel, like travel like that, sorry, to teleport, XYZ, then then then I know that we're dealing with some serious jinn, serious Shaitan.
So that sounds very impressive and obviously we know you and we we trust you as a brother, but people will be skeptical about that. I mean, how can they know what you're saying is true that actually happened? Because someone calls you from the Middle East, you're in the UK, I take it, at the time. And then you're you're basically testing her and saying, "Well, what's in my drawer? What's what's here? What's there?" And they give answers. How do we know what you're saying is true?
That's where this is where it comes down to, you know, obviously trust. Do you understand? A lot of people who know me, they know me from the local area, and they know me from, you know, uh, from who I am, what I do. And, you know, it's it's something that I wouldn't want to make up. That's it comes down to that. Do you understand? But at the same time, I kind of asked them certain questions because I was thinking, Sulaiman, he's speaking to his his assembly and he's telling them, "Who could bring the throne of Sheba to me?" Yeah. "Who could bring a throne to me?" And one Ifrit got up and he said, "I will before you get up from your chair, I will bring the throne of Sheba in front of you." And she's all the way in Yemen. Now, then obviously, uh, that shows the power of the the the the Shaitan that they could turn matter into energy and transport it. So from that, I kind of start asking certain questions to verify, are they telling the truth or is just wasting my time? Is another girl just asking questions just to have a conversation? So that's why I ask certain questions. A lot of time when people ring me up, I ask them certain questions just to ascertain what's going on and find out what's going on. Like, if you do not know where I am. Yeah. If I'm sitting alone, and you tell me you got jinn with you, and your jinn doesn't know where I am, then there's something wrong. That means that you haven't got jinn in you. Because if they could bring the throne of Sheba with before you get up from a chair, why can't you tell where.
I like the fact that you you test the authenticity of these claims. Because obviously they could just be having a laugh or or just mad or something. But no, you're testing them.
So nowadays, there is a lot of allure to this, you know, abstract or unseen world. Yeah. Through social media, through cinema, and the likes. Yeah. Now, if somebody wants to become a quote unquote ghostbuster, Yeah. Because it's cool, I want to do this, I want to have that power, I want to experience this. How has it affected you?
Look, there is situations that has happened in my life. Do you understand? And that is through, you know, obviously being a ghostbuster. Not even a ghostbuster. Do you understand? Is going there and reciting certain verses of the Quran, and the jinn leaving the body because they they fear me for some reason. Do you understand? There's times I have spoken to a jinn, and the jinn feared me and he goes, "I'm scared of you." You know, there's times a jinn saying, "I want to join you. I want to become a part of you and become part of your army. I want to join an army and make a formulate an army to be behind you." Wallah, this has happened. This happened in Norway. Do you understand? When we went. Yeah. Yeah. So when we were in Norway last time, there was a person who I met, and they had that conversation with me, and when I done the uh, certain recitation, the person spoke, and literally the jinn said that.
What was it that he fed about you?
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I'll be honest. That is a situation where I spoke to many people who have been possessed, they always say they go, "Always scared of him." So there was a person, you know, uh, you know, that there was a, even there's narrations of the past when they used to hear his name, they used to fear him. Do you understand? The jinn. Now, even at the uh, the situation what we had recently in the past years and you know, uh, months and XYZ, and that was that the jinn, the Shaitan, sometimes they do fear individuals, you know, when they see looking in the battle of uh, bad, and you going back onto that situation, that when the angels descended in their numbers with their whips, Shaitan dusted and he ran. Otherwise, he was whispering into the ears, "Run, hide, hide, run." He was whispering in the Sahaba's ear to make them run away from the battlefield. Now, the situation, you know, I'll be honest with you, what we, I I was facing at this moment of time, Alhamdulillah, I think it's been cleared now, is that you had a Hafiz of the Quran, Hafiz of the Quran, memorized the Quran, but his local Imam would say that, "Look, what this Hafiz of the Quran, they don't, they know the Quran, but they don't understand it. So it's like a donkey carrying books." I'm not saying he is, but this is what the Imam, his local Imam was saying about him. So this situation that, wallah, I'll be honest with you, affected me really bad, and that was this Hafiz of the Quran claiming, you know, he's he's he's a pious man, you know, on the outside, he does look like a pious person. Do you understand? He's into, you know, MMA, he's into an institute, his whole family's Hafiz, you know, of the Quran, Hafiz of the Quran. But behind closed doors, there was something that was dark was going on.
And I didn't know of it. I'll be honest with you. And that was what I want to show you now. Uh, of the. We won't show it to the viewers because it's a bit disturbing.
Is it a smile to Jannah video?
It's definitely not a smile to Jannah.
You said disturbing.
We we got it, mate. We got it.
It was probably the previous podcast that we did.
That's my picture at the back.
You see the fire, though? So, it's a fire that's been lit, and your picture's in the back, and then you've got those frosted kind of glass in the back that looks like, I don't know.
Stained glass.
Yeah, stained glass.
So, this situation here.
That looks like a ceremony taking place.
So, someone was someone was doing magic on me. Uh, and he done magic on me. But the person who was doing it, it was from a local area, maybe about 15 miles away from, you know, Birmingham. And this person was doing the sihr. Told someone to do it. Now, the recording I got was one of their cronies who recorded it from the back, and he told me, "Sheikh, I know this is wrong, but I want you to sort this out and try to get protection straight away because there's a family out here. They are a big family in this area. They're Hafiz of the Quran. They're into MMA fighting, and they're doing all this and XYZ, but want you to take protection." So, this is this footage is from that family.
Yes. One of the one of the kids from the family, they were there in that place, and they were recording the uh, situation. So they told me exactly what's going on. And from that, you know, I'll be honest with you, there was at times, you know, I'm sitting, and I could I could hear stuff. Do you understand? I'm sitting down, and I could feel like uh, there's someone sitting right next to me, and there's whispering in my ear. There was time I'm sitting down, and there I could hear crying from the corner of the of the room. This is someone doing a Hafiz of the Quran. And imagine if this is a Hafiz of the Quran.
Had like a major impact on you, right? Just hearing little voices.
Don't want to, I don't want to go into detail, but it is life-changing. What's the name? Effects on me.
It has. Yeah. Okay.
Life-changing. Do you understand? Uh, to such an extent that if he was someone else, I believe they would have committed suicide.
Really? I believe that.
Passed about 7 months ago.
Seven months ago? Yeah.
I believe if if this was done on someone else, I do believe that because when you start finding uh crow's feet in your garden, and you know, you find amulets, in under your bed, uh, and in your house, where he says they're calling upon jinn and Satan to help them, then.
You've seen such. It was in my house.
So these amulets, uh, let's go into that a bit more. That's quite interesting. Let's unpack that a little bit. You're saying amulets with certain names in it. I mean, so what? It's just paper with the name on it, right?
What they do is, they, you know, as we know, even Babylonian time, you know, they used to do use numerology, do you understand? To do magic. So what they, these do is, they, if you open them up, a lot of people say, "Oh, it's the Quran, it's Hadith and duas." And if it is, why don't you open it up and check it out then? And this, we tell the viewers, you got tawiz on, open it up and check it out. Guarantee it'll be a chart. It'll be numbers, and it'll be symbols, and XYZ. At times, when I've opened a in my house, with someone's place there, and that was again, Allah knows best, and that is one corner is, you know, calling upon, one corner is calling upon Satan, one corner is calling upon. And there's charts, and there's numbers, and symbols, and everything. And then I grabbed the Babylonian signs from the internet, and I matched the match the symbols, and the symbols that were on the Babylonian, the symbols that you have in the Babylonian, the people do the Babylonian magic at that time, it was literally on the tawiz. And in the tawiz, people use it in the name of Allah. So they say, "Bismillah," but they write it with blood, or they write it with the menstruation blood, and they write the name of Allah with the, and they mark it, do you understand? And that attracts the jinn. So when they had this, you know, there is individuals, look, I know individuals, look, there's a, there's a sister, a reverend sister, yeah, she was going through a situation, going through problems, and she was told to sit there, there's a pious man's going to come, and the pious man is sitting there, and this is again, in the Hafiz of the Quran, the family is a proper pious, and but they made the the, you know, the the wife sit there, had a photo with the, you know, they call it the Fatima's hand, or the, the, Yeah. So they call the Fatima's hand, whatever they call it. Yeah. And they had it there, and they told her to look inside it, and you'll see stuff, and then obviously, close your eyes, bring a child, and I, they'll they grab the jinn, and they put it into the child, and they made the jinn speak from the child. Do you understand? So things like these are disgusting. And at times, you know, this, uh, the same people, you know, in the name of Allah, they're grabbing Quranic verses, you know, uh, doing whatever the magicians gave given to them, and they're putting it. And one person, there was a situation that a person lost this amulet in the car park, and from the car park, you know, he went back home, and he goes, "I lost it. I don't know. He's gone." So he come back, and he started looking for it, and he found it, and he goes, "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. Allah gave me the tawiz to find this tawiz." And literally, it's magic. And where did they bury? They went to the graveyard, and they buried it into the graveyard so no one could find it. This is how evil these people are. There are people out there who are using your name, your family's name, your wife's name, your kids' names, and to destroy marriages and to destroy lives. And you know, there is situations that is happening that I know a Hafiz, even another Hafiz of the Quran, a Hafiz of the Quran. What is he doing? He's writing. He does the tawiz. He tells the magician, "We need to do this tawiz because I want my my daughters, I've run off with my ex. I want them to do something that will scare my daughters, and then it will make my daughters come back to me until they leave the mom." So, the daughters have literally been, they're not been possessed, but they're in that motion of art of manipulation. So, she, the little girl literally was, you know, uh, she's saying that, "I see symbols. I could see faces into the wall. I could see this. I could see that. I could see this. I'm having nasty dreams about my mom. I'm going in this dream, and that dream, and this dream, and that dream until the daughters ran away and went back uh to the dad because of using amulets and tawiz and witchcraft.
So a trend that I'm seeing from this is a person will go to somebody that makes certain impossible claims, and the person that is going to them is going with the intention of it being a quick fix.
Yeah.
Yeah. Or this person doesn't love me. Yeah. Can you make that person fall in love with me?
You know, like we've seen even in um literature and movies, the the love potion. Yeah. Potions. So, uh, without going into the potions thing, maybe you could, um, tackle that. But you're right, and I don't know if it came across, but we do sometimes get certain leaflets put through the door.
Um, in which it says, "Oh, if you want success in wealth, if you want this, if you want that, come and see, you know, this pundit or this guy or that guy." I know roadmen, people that are in involved in gangs and the likes, even they said that they have utilized these services.
Yeah. I mean, we're in an area, I don't want to say, but in this area, there's a market, and if you go in that market from beginning to end, you will see at least one or two of these guys. They have the hand astrologer, "We will help you with this or that or blah blah blah blah." People just think it's energy. People just think it's, you know, you're none the wiser. You go in, and there's a nice person there, but all of these things are magic, right?
100%.
So it's the same, even with, it doesn't matter if you're a Hafiz of the Quran, non of the Quran, it's people that want something without hard work.
Yeah. Without putting in the time, without putting in the effort, you just want it like that. And if something comes quickly, it will go quickly, and it will cause a great deal of harm. M.
So for somebody that goes into this, you know, realm of magic and the likes, you will live a cursed life.
Yeah. A cursed life. Now, how can that affect such a person, a magician? Like, unpack that for us.
For a magician, the way he works here, that when a jinn, the Ifrit, remember, they're invisible, so they only could whisper into the ears. Do you understand? And they could move objects or, you know, uh, they could give certain kind of pulses or, you know, blowing, you blow XYZ amount of times, and knots, and XYZ. But times it happens when the magician, when a person is the magician, or the person who's going to the magician to do the tawiz or do the spell, at times it happens that sometimes the jinn rebel.
And it's opposite effect.
So sometimes the the magician can can work against you.
Yeah. And sometimes they could go against the magician.
Because they, there's no allegiance to anyone. The only reason there's certain individuals that were possessed, do you understand? And when you ask them that, "Look, how, how, you know, you're possessed, what's wrong with you? Why did you come?" "Look, XYZ person sent me, uh, and I'm here to stay." Not into like the way I'm saying it, but the the voice, they normally make. And literally, I promise you now, without you know, exaggeration, the person says that, "You know, so and so has sent me to do so and so because you are interested in this person, and my job is, I want to, I have to stay here." And he goes, "Why don't you leave the body?" He goes, "No, because the Ifrit has got the, the Ifrit has got my family. If I leave the body, he will kill my family members. So I have to stay." So that's why the is the hardest thing to deal with when it comes to destroying magic.
So let's um, let's go into some solutions now. Yeah. So how do we kind of protect ourselves, our families? How do we become such that they start fearing us?
Um, let's go into this.
Yeah. And before we end on that note, anyway, but unless before that, there is individuals out there and you know, on social media, you know, even on on on eBay as well, even on Gumtree, you have people. We were talking about love potions, you know, is something that people do in the movies and XYZ. There are people out there who do tawiz, amulets, that there's an Ashiq jinn attached to it.
Yeah.
So that Ashiq jinn, that a lover jinn, is it called a lover demon? Is attached to it. And they benefit by having intercourse. So they get this, purchase it from the uh, from the social media or XYZ amount, or they go to the magician, and they get this amulet, and what they do is they use it for uh, sexual intercourse. And people pay thousands of pounds for this as well. A jinn can have intercourse with a human being, right? And have a half child? Because some some are of the opinion, I've heard this opinion, you can correct me, that some say the Jinn is uh half jinn and half man.
Even Iblis, they say that she was half and half. What were the the realities in such situations?
On that situation, I would say, look, Allah knows best regarding Jinn and Iblis and XYZ. You know, Allah knows best. But as for, you know, there was a sister, isolated situation, it happened only once or twice, you know, in the past 15 years. There was this woman that was pregnant, uh, you know, she went to the doctors, she w she didn't know she was pregnant, and she's single. So she went to the doctors and she goes that, "Basically, you're you've got something in your stomach." Do you understand? And that is just the bag, and it's empty. You know, when a person, woman gives the baby goes in the bag, and the bag grows. In this situation, the bag was growing, but there was no baby inside it.
And then when, after about she.
That's called, it's called a phantom pregnancy.
Yeah. Yeah. But I'll tell you what happened now. She's.
A phantom pregnancy.
The hell is that?
Yeah. It's a real thing.
But she was going through that situation. Now, after that situation, after about nine, I think it was about nine, six months, it was, or something like that, she went skinny again. Now, when she was approached, and she was asked regarding it, she goes, uh, you know, she didn't want to tell anyone. So she told the brother that she had an Ashiq jinn, and the jinn's been having, you know, taking advantage of her. She doesn't know how to get rid of it. So, Allah knows best if she was pregnant from the jinn.
Mhm.
Do you understand? And then, you know, with that, you know, you have other situations where people, you know, like myself, I'll give an example. I came up one day, one occasion, there was a situation that, you know, there was that girl situation where she had a jinn in her, and then I, you know, the jinn was extracted, left the body. I come home, the same thing. Remember you were saying, you were saying, maybe it was maybe his paranoia? I felt like something's walking behind me. You know, I'm lying down, and my bed's moving a bit. So that night, I I went to sleep. When I went to sleep, this is about 15 years ago. I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night. I thought, you know what, use the bathroom, come back from the bathroom. You know, your conscience, you you know what's going on. You know what's around you. You know this is, yeah, that is there. I'm not even sleepy. So, I turned around, and I was lying down, and then I thought, you know, let me just turn the other way. Turn the other way and see like, uh, uh, my wife smiling. I'm looking at her, and I go, like, look at the middle of the night, and she's smiling. How could you be awake in the middle of the night and you're smiling? Then I just turned back around. I thought, you know what, forget this. Cuz sometimes you just, you have that, you know, that mood. You can't be asked talking, man. I want to go to sleep. Turn the other way. Then he just ran through my mind.
My.
My wife's gone to her mom's house. I turned back around, and no one's there. Yeah, that's right. Allah is my witness. There's times that even the, you know, you have that you were saying the sleep paralysis. Yeah. Yeah. That situation. Do you think I've had it? And I promise you, I pray to Allah because I kept on having it. I said, "Ya Allah, please make me catch this situation. Make me catch this person."
A person might be thinking, you know what, it's it's it's a medical or it's it's in the brain or it's this and that. At times, it's a jin that is sitting on your chest and trying to strangle you. And wall, I swear by Allah, there's no exaggeration. I'm lying flat and then something sits on me. And that night I literally remember I, ya Allah, oh Allah, I, I begged you to let me catch this thing. Wall, I woke up with my eyes open but the blanket was on my face. Now I know what's there. My body is frozen. I only could move my hands. I remember grabbing the hands and he had like his hands were, you know, from here to there. It was huge and he had fur on it. And I grabbed it and I squeezed it and it went skinny like this and I start reciting, reciting, reciting. And then obviously I flung it towards one side to see what it is and I even shouted. I go, "Where are you? Come fight me." And it disappeared.
So the sleep, sleep paralysis. But you know what, Sajiba, you just described that. So in demonology, the beast that lays on you during sleep paralysis is Modius, and he's described as like that by having like, Allah. So when you were saying that, I started feeling some. And to be honest with you, what, what, what you're saying here, you know, obviously, it's that, it's that demon. And from a hadith, there was a companion who fought a strong jin. He wrestled him. And if you look at the description, I didn't know this before, you know, I found out afterwards, years afterwards, and that was that that jin. He goes, "Describe him." He goes, "He was big and strong, but he had big hairy forearms and his arms, hands, and his arms look like bears' hands." And that was the strongest from amongst the jinn. Subhan Allah.
So, so that was a physical interaction you had with the jinn? Physical. And then you go into your local park. Many of these people who do the amulets, the women, you know, there was a woman from London. Look, not going into detail, it was about 10, 15 years ago. She said to me, "Basically, I've got, I've made Toba. I made, asked Allah to forgive me. But brother, this was after one of my lectures of the Day of Reckoning, you know, them days, it was viral." She spoke to me. "Brother, I want to ask you something." Ignored her right to the end, you know, obviously was busy talking to everyone else. Come to her. And she goes to me, "Brother, I made Toba, but I want to know if Allah would forgive me." And she, I go, "What's that?" And she goes to me, "Look, I don't know if I, I should say it, but I'm going to say it anyway because I just want clearance. Do you understand? And I know I trust you and I know, inshallah, you know, if you give me advice, it's going to help me." And that was she says that I was a magician. So all the local community in London used to come to me. And I go, I go, she goes, I go, "So you made Toba, you changed?" She goes, "But it wasn't like that. There was times I used to, you know, put menstruation blood on the Quran, urinate on the Quran, feces on the Quran, and I used to burn the Quran and disgrace. And I used to make a circle and sit in that circle and the jinn used to come to me. And then I used to use them jinn to help other people." It just shows Allah, you know, there are people out there that we do not know. And we think, "Oh, look, it's it's it's innocent, this Charlie Charlie game. It's innocent watching this movie. It's innocent going to this person or that person asking for advice." But there are people out there who will manipulate it, who will use your pictures, use you, and will end up destroying your life. And it's so hard to get hold of that magic if they've done it. There was a story of a woman who used to do it for people, and she used to do the magic and put it in the mouth of the deceased. Now, that's in the, that's been buried. Subhan Allah.
So how do we strengthen our defenses? How do we make sure that we are impervious to such threats? Because, like we learned from the story of Sulaiman (AS), although he was very powerful and could manipulate time and space, however, when it came to the individual, the human being that had knowledge of the Great Name of Allah, the individual with the Great Name of Allah was able to outshine the jinn. And that's what it is. That's what it normally comes to. As human beings, we've been selected as the, the, because the prophets come from the human beings. They don't come from the jinn. Yeah. So, as human beings, Allah has created us in the best of forms. So naturally, there's going to be some jealousy taking place between the jinn and the human being. So as human beings, first and foremost, we need to understand and realize this potential. That of course, jinn stories will continue. They are standard, you know, around a campfire. It's going to continue. However, practically speaking, how do we raise, uh, raise those defenses and protections for our children from a young age? This is very important. A lot of people, the Muslims, they fail to follow this basic protocol, and that is making sure they recite their certain duas. Do you understand? Make sure they recite their certain duas and their, you know, recitation to make sure they protect themselves. And now there is obviously at times that you could get even a book. Do you understand? It's called Manzil. It's a basic book. Do you understand? It's just a Ruqyah book where a lot of the, the Ruqyah is used, uh, to, you know, recite upon the person. And that book. And where's the information in Manzil? So that's from the Quran. So it's only selected verses of the Quran. They've been compiled into a book, you know. And the reason why I'm saying Manzil, I know a lot of the viewers are going to understand when I say Manzil. If I mention some Arabic name to the books, other books, they, they're not going to understand it. But the basic pamphlet that you could get, a basic book, it's about eight, nine pages. It's called Manzil. In there, it says selected verses of the Quran that break magic, spells, protects you from, and, uh, destroys anyone who's trying to plant and plot against you when regards to Sihr. This is to download this book or buy from your local thing and recite it on a regular.
Fantastic. Number one, regular reading of Manzil. And you said, yeah. Number two, stay on your Salah. Your Salah is your protection. That is your guard. That is your protection. The ultimate is the Manzil. Won't it? It will work partially, but not better than the Salah. The Salah will give you that ultimate protection. Do you understand? And then from there, obviously, then the Manzil, it will be more powerful. The Manzil, the Azkar, and at the same time, there's certain duas you recite in the Azkar anyway. But, um, the one I mentioned just now, and that is. You said Manzil and you said the Azkar. Yeah. Salah. Salah is the key.
Did you ever hear about that Russian magician who was on TV and they asked her about who are the hardest people for you to get? Yeah. And she was like, Muslim. But, but she mentioned other things as well. She said people that are strong mentally, strong physically, they are difficult to do, to do magic to. But here's what's interesting. I remember seeing a clip of Hamza Yusuf. I know you've interviewed him recently as well. And he was saying that if you look at the last three Surahs, there are 13 verses. Yeah. And of course, when magic was done on the Prophet (SAW), there were 13 knots, and as he was reciting those knots came undone. And he then correlated it with the sort of magic that's used nowadays by non-Muslims, and he says they're done in like, uh, 33, 11, 13. So again, there's a correlation. Like sometimes we get told, "Oh, read Al-Kafirun," and we don't normally take it seriously. But because Islam is a religion that has come till the Day of Judgment, yeah, for all times and for all situations, that's why he made the point that reciting these, we may not necessarily understand what they're protecting and defending us from. And I can give you some examples which he did. And he's saying that this is why it's so, so important. There are many things that we just simply do not realize. You know, for what I was saying earlier, where, excuse me, for everything that there is good, there is always the magic that is there. So with these numbers, if you look at the order of the Masons, it's the same thing. 13, 33, different degrees, for example. Um, and what one of the things that she mentioned, and forgive me if I'm overstepping, but it's like remaining in, for example, having when you need it. These types of things are important because we have so many youngsters nowadays who are leaving themselves completely open to to magic and ritual. If you're surrounded by incantation that you don't know is incantation through TikTok, through Instagram, through these messagings that's coming through, through having a voodoo doll, through all of these little things, you're not realizing that you're actually bringing magic in. But if you're a weed smoker, or if you're doing balloons, or if you're in a state of Janabah and impurity for most of the day, absolutely. But then missing your Salah. Yeah. So you're missing your Salahs, you're doing these things, but you're also opening yourself up. You're being susceptible. People who take DMT, for example, do it for a reason because it opens up that veil and it allows you to pass through that veil into this world. And many people who do DMT seem to be getting the same type of messages, doesn't matter where they are in the world. And so, you know, a lot of youngsters nowadays, unfortunately, it has become a problem. You see them with balloons. You know, there's clips of people in cars, hijabis and that with balloons and all of this. And but surely balloons are innocent. You know what I mean? You just. We're not talking about those balloons. We're talking about the ones that people do for like laughing gas and all of these other things. Remember the Sheikh said earlier, hysterical laughter is something which allows for the thing to enter. So this laughing gas is giving you the doorway for certain things to enter. Weed, same things. If you have a form of, uh, neurosis, it will be escalated by you smoking weed. So if you're prone to panic attacks and you start smoking weed, you will get the, it will induce itself much quicker on you. So these things are are important for our youngsters to understand as well.
Very important. So what else? He's covered it. And that was again, adding the Wudu is a must. Do you understand? It's that spiritual protection we need. The, the, the recitation of the Quran is a must. Do you understand? Some people, I'll be honest with you, they have gone through situations that, you know, there's there's a marriage issue, there's a blockage in this, uh, you know, the marriage, in the, the wealth and everything. And that is always to do with the manipulation of the jinn. I've also heard that staying in a, in a clean state, like cutting your nails, um, you know, not allowing hairs in inappropriate places to grow, making sure that you clean yourself, wash yourself properly, not staying in a state of major impurity and the likes. Um, you know, clothes need to be clean. Even before entering the toilet. Oh Allah, I seek protection from the male and the female jinn, because that's a place that they like. Now, some people like to walk around the home, you know, nude, but some people say that, you know what, even at home, you need to maintain a, a level of decorum and the likes. Now, some people might be thinking, "Oh, now I need to watch out for jinn at home as well. I can't have privacy flipping everywhere." So, what would you say to that? Walking around, you know, in your house is a fact. You know, walking around, you know, nude is is a situation that, look, is you never know. Number one, who's watching from the windows. You never know where there's a peeping tom. Why do they call it peeping tom? Yeah. A peeping tom. You don't know who's watching. But as for the jinn, look, it sounds a bit explicit, but there was an individual who, you know, I dealt with back in the days, and he said he used to walk around, you know, he lived in his flat and he was walking around naked. Yeah. And, you know, he just couldn't be bothered getting dressed. He's just that habit of his. And he used to, you know, after a period of time, you know, he was, uh, you know, as I would say, exploited by the jinn. Okay. Violation. Serious violation. On a regular. And he goes, "I don't know who to speak to." So that is the, that is when you know when a person goes and has a, when he walks in the bathroom, he's different. It's understandable. You recite the dua. Makes a massive veil. Something. Look, this is what we need to understand. There's certain stuff that, you know, uh, the Prophet (SAW) advised us with, you know, recite this, recite that, recite this. We don't understand what's going on in the background. We don't understand because, because we can't see it. You know, we watched, I was watching one of your videos last time, and you're talking to one of the guys about, you know, he's talking about, you know, if we can't, we can't see pain or feel pain or XYZ, you know, at the same time, when you recite Ayat al-Kursi, you can't, you can't feel it. But you do not know what's happening. Because the Prophet (SAW) is, whatever Muhammad (SAW) says is a revelation from Allah. It's a form of revelation. Whatever the Prophet (SAW) says, it's regardless of what anyone thinks, what anyone's interpretation is, whatever the Prophet is a fact. Whatever Allah, Allah says, it's a fact. Yeah. Whatever the Prophet (SAW), the, the jinn could not manipulate the Shaitan could not manipulate the Prophet (SAW). So whatever the Prophet (SAW) says is a fact. He says, "Whomsoever recites Ayat al-Kursi, Allah will send an angel from the heavens with his sword guarding his bed." So another thing that I've heard from these stories is you've got the likes of Imam Malik, in which somebody was possessed, had some issue, and Imam Malik, when pressed, he said, "Look, just take these slippers." Yeah. And he gave his slippers. And where that possession was taking place, he just placed the slippers there, and the jinn immediately left. Now, a casual observer, he just looked at the act. He didn't see the spirituality of the act. And the next time there was a possession, he was like, "This is easy. I'll just take my slippers off and I just put it there." And smacked up by those same slippers. And he's like, "How comes this not working for me?" And someone goes, "You fool. It wasn't the slippers. It was the one who sent those slippers." So, in other words, you had the likes of Imam Malik and, you know, so many other scholars. It was their piety. It was their presence. And I mean, yourself, you, you're somebody that that studies that, you know, tries to, you know, live a clean, pure life according to the religion of Islam. So, I mean, when I pressed you earlier, would you say that that is the reason that the jinn may be scared of you because of that connection?
Allah knows best. You know, Allah knows best. I don't know. Do you understand? But I do, I want to add to that as well. You know, you kind of threw everything on my parade. I thought I was setting him up for a nice. I don't know. You know, I'll be honest with you. I don't know. Do you understand? Only Allah knows. Allah may send angels to protect me. Maybe I'm, cuz I'm always reciting Ayat al-Kursi.
So, it is that connection to the Deen. That's what I'm kind of saying. Yeah, I understand that. Yeah. It's nothing about being pious myself. Do you understand? Because, you know, we're the lowest of the low. Do you understand? But the reality is, is I'm always reciting. Make sure I'm reciting Quran. Make sure I'm reciting something. I always have that strong mindset. It's only set on the son of Adam if the son of Adam fears it. That's what runs through my mind. That I have that close con, that firm conviction that I am the servant of Allah. I am a believer. I believe in Allah. Nothing could affect me. And at the same time, I don't fear any of these beings. You know, they're adding to that before I end. Do you understand? That was that, look, when a person walks around naked, you know, they are situation where a person's urinated in a hole, and the Prophet (SAW) said, "They reside, they, the jinn reside, they reside in holes, lofty places, in deserted places." So even if you have a bed, you should, you know, Bismillah, because there's a jinn residing there. Because sometimes that's what I was trying to explain earlier on, and that is because we can't see it, doesn't mean it's not there. That's it. You, we're sitting over here. The camera's gone off a few times. You know, your mic's been messing up. It's never ever happened. Why is it happening when we're talking about jinn? That mic is a new mic. Yeah. So, um, I tried to stay. There's too many things that went on today. Stuff went on today. Do you understand? But again, when we look at it, uh, face value, you know, we think there's nothing happening in the unseen, but there's something happening in the unseen. In the unseen, and that is when you recite Quran, there is Allah sending his angels. When you recite Ayat al-Kursi, Allah is sending angels to defend you and honor you.
Closing thoughts, Paul? Okay. Well, no, I, I've been enormously, uh, great education, I must say, today. I probably benefit hugely from it. Um, my knowledge of kind of the spiritual warfare things, the jargon that Christians use comes from that. I haven't really updated my software on this issue terribly much. So, that's been a great service today. So, thank you very much for sharing your experiences. Much to reflect and what's been happening to the camera and the mics and everything else is, uh, it's never happened before. So I either blame you or, uh, we blame the unseen. I'm, I'm quite happy to share both. I mean, to give both. Absolutely. I think that's balanced. Yeah. Because there, there was our mistakes as well with the microphone. I tried to stay balanced with these things. I mean, someone that's seen a horror movie and then hears tapping on the window, either they can assume that. Now, as for the tapping, before we end on that as well, if the tapping happens, you know, when, yeah, it could be. But then, you know, when every single person who I have met, and even I've encountered, when the jinn makes a landing, you know, when you have like, uh, what's the name, Captain America, he does his landing, or you have Black Widow, does a landing, and they have this certain way they land. Yeah. That, that explosion, that kind of cinematic look, impact, and everything. When the jinn come, ask this to anyone who's been possessed or have got a situation in the house. They hear a huge impact like there's something jumping from the roof into the attic, and a big thing enters.
Khalid, any closing thoughts? Yeah. Um, look, I think it's also important what the Sheikh said previously, which is, if you have checked yourself, if I has checked you, and you're not, you know, reacting to things like Quran, etc., then you know, do take some time to focus on yourself and to look inwardly and to ask yourself, is it me that's causing some of these issues? Can I work on some of these issues? You know, naturally, I'm going to tow the therapist line as well, but there are lots of things where we abdicate the responsibility for our own doings to things like magic. Absolutely. And, and we need to take, we need to take time to focus on ourselves as well. Yeah. Because I think our community does that a lot. Like sometimes just blaming things on jinn and evil eye and this and that and not taking accountability. So I think alhamdulillah, it, it was a, it was a balance because you're looking at trends. You need to detect it as well. Sometimes when a person's got magic or hasn't got magic, look at times that, you know, I've met people in my life, you know, to past 15 years, they haven't got magic on them. They haven't got jinn in them. You know what they've got? They've just got a mental illness. And, and the reason I detect that is that, you know, I recite a poem upon them, and I explain to them five things are going to happen to you. You're going to move, your head, your hands going to move, your body's going to twitch, your legs going to move, and your feet's going to start moving. And I just say that, and I recite a poem in Arabic, and I do it with Tajweed, and they start shaking. Do you understand? Then I know they're lying.
So, I mean, we've come to an end here. Um, I think inshallah, depending on the, the, the viewers and the feedback they leave, I think it's worth us doing a part two, if there's enough demand for it, inshallah. And JazakAllah for coming down. You came all the way down. It was like a three and a half hour drive. So, JazakAllah for coming. And, uh, yeah, let us know what you guys think in the comments. Until next time, Assalamu alaikum.
