What we wouldn't be here without the ladies, so God, I gotta pay homage to all the mothers out there for sure. Yeah, Carla. So to my cousin Cara, I love you too. My dad, my uncle Charlie Blue Marker, dear. I'm uncle Chris. I love y'all. After this, I want you guys to test and call somebody that you love in your family you haven't talked before in a while and tell them that you love them because you'll know what it's gonna be the last time you talked to my mom. Yeah, you're right, man. It's like, and we can't, we can never take anything for granted. And, you know, especially during this time that we're in. And that's why, you know, you tell my financial planning a lot. And it's like, you got a plan for now. That's just, just Sofia your heirs regeneration. And, yeah, you never know, you never know what could happen. And like I said, this is all, you know, is this is crazy talk that we live in. So we cannot take anything for granted. We got to live, live life to the fullest. And, yeah, God bless everybody out there that may be struggling for health issues or may have passed away. And now we said that every time we leave one of these labs, man, reach out to us. Call somebody that you haven't spoke to a while just to check on them. It's May is mental health them off. So, um, we go that tomorrow, whatever, so that's coming out. But yeah, check on somebody. Please contact list somebody if you haven't heard from in a while, just to see how they're doing, man. You never know where one context can do it. Could change somebody's day and somebody's life. So make sure you I reach out. Yeah, that's big. To mental health, it's definitely big. So, you know, social isolation, social distancing is something that we can't take for granted. So, you know, just, you never know what a couple command words can do. Words of encouragement. Oh, I want to start off with Quito. Keep my lady behind. You had a big morning this morning. Yeah, what happened to today? One second cuz my audio and my connection gonna get back to me. Time was going on. So this week, we got a big, big week. I implore any a while University member, if you're not in our private Facebook group, you're doing yourself a tremendous disservice. All you got to do is just go to Facebook and request to join UIL University private real estate Facebook group. This week is a huge shoes week for us. We got a private class tomorrow, just for the e bio University Facebook group, which is how to analyze a real estate deal, rehab. Mm-hmm. And then Wednesday, we got the big one. But I Tia, it's here. Blair, how to build a million-dollar real estate portfolio in one year. Yeah, we supposed to have. It's, yeah, Philly. So it's gonna be a treat. Yeah, again, Sunday. Yeah. Oh, listen, man. Oh, my, that's in here right now. Shout out to you. Yesterday, movie review was incredible. I mean, like, ah, I'm just a facilitator at this point, man. I'm just facilitating the conversation, man. I'm learning. We watched the movie 99 holes. I had never heard of it, but everybody came. I'm telling you, man, it is, it definitely must see. Yeah, I slept on it, and then when I watched it, I said, oh, this is one. And then we had the conversation yesterday for about an hour and a half. Or mazhai Sujatha, everybody that was in there. It was incredible. It was incredible. And shout out to Janis, you put the notes up. So if you're in the real estate group, go check the notes that Jenna provided. And if you missed, man, don't miss this Sunday. Yeah. So, yeah, once again, make sure you join the real estate group. That's popping crazy. And we are, we are doing a sale, 40% off for all earners with code EY L number one nine nine for the year. That's that annual membership. You go to you go to Yale University and into code EY L 199. And that is 40% off. It's almost impossible. It is extremely impossible not to get your money's worth. They one month and one day in a week if you really focus today. Yeah, 40% off. EY L university.com. Into code EY L19. Ah, I see people. You to be at 99 homes. Yeah, it was, it wasn't. It looked like it was in Florida. Yeah, yeah. You had a live trading session today. That's that's something that I don't think you ever done that before, right? No, every Monday in the room, see us talk about stocks. Here's trade. So I know depending on when you come in, like your first, I may not win you over with personality, right? But over time, some things kind of pan out. But I want people to see how we trade, how we call this. The shout out to the people that were in the room today. I was like, 350 people in a run. Oh, don't shortchange it, bro. I was in there. There was 452 people. Appreciate you saying I was in there, and I was just like, wow, this is incredible, man. Yeah, something like 9:30. Who's really gonna be in it? And when I saw the numbers, I called you more like your pro in live right now. We gotta watch this. And so we was all in their life. Yes, we trade the ES futures. And Bob teaches. I, he talked about in the first podcast. If you guys have a listen to that, check out episode 17. I'm not just talking here, right? I say in the rest four percent at one point. So that went off like crazy. Goes back to the outside. And of course, AMC was the big talk out of town. So we went to it. Every stock, I think every stock today, and for the stock cloud members, was up as well. So today tails a good day. It was really good. It was really good for people to see it and talk to us about in real time. So they can like tie some of the strategy and inside together. Yeah, I love the structure. And everybody gotta raise the hand. No, just call out. You have the team in there regularly. Let's get right into it. Speaking of AAMC, that was the big news for today. It was that Amazon, a rumor, a rumor grow overnight that AS I saw it goes back up a little bit. AMC, the biggest like movie chain in America. I think, and like a month ago, when his whole corona thing's at its peak, news broke that AMC was potentially never open again because they got downgraded. They got downgraded in their ratings, and they was already in a bunch of trouble. And I was like, oh, streaming was up. So it was speculation that they could completely collapse due to Corona. And then it was speculation like, what will the movie industry, like movie theater, well, the movie theater industry just fall apart because it's like, you know, people are not going to movies anymore, and they get to stream. So this stock just fell apart. So it was really, it was a surprise for most people today when they woke up and they saw that in the pre-training, the stock was up by 30%. And then I can open it. Bell went up like 56% because there was a rumor that broke overnight that Amazon was in talks to acquire AMC. So this is interesting to me on a few different levels because the Amazon play, I mean, Jeff Bezos, porno, he's probably my favorite entrepreneur. Like, as far as to move that he makes, hated love it. So, you know, it's like, okay, is this actually gonna happen? It's not gonna happen. And they're from Amazon's point of view, we've seen Amazon, like we talked about on the podcast, tankers.com, remember that? Yeah, so diapers.com, that's one of the crazy or he said, but where they put a whole company and wasted like almost 100 million dollars just to collapse the company. So it's like, from Amazon's point of view, like, if this is true, are they buying it just to really collapse the movie theater industry even more and just, you know, or, or we see Amazon moving to brick-and-mortar a lot. Like, it's interesting because we always said like, brick and mortar is dead. But Amazon is one of the few companies that's actually moving towards brick and mortar. They brought home, right? They have Amazon Go, which is de cashiers, grocery store. Yeah, Amazon Books. So this might be in line of like, now they have, they already have a streaming service with Amazon Prime. What is it? Yeah. So now they can potentially scream damn movies in actual. Whoo. We did say they'll be like the first one to actually have to. That's interesting. Said, because we saw Netflix do it first when they did with uh, what was the movie with uh, that just came out with Pacino, De Niro, and Pesci? Irishman. Irishman was on it. It was in the movie theaters first, short, very limited release, and then it came out to Netflix a month later. So we've seen that play. And it, I mean, they Netflix actually lost money on that because they spent so much money doing it. But they actually have won the year prior, an Academy Award for a movie that they did. They put it on Netflix, they went to the deer. So my mind, I was like, oh, from a streaming standpoint, maybe they try to compete. But there's also that risk reward. It's like, this company's solo right now. If they get it, what was like, wasn't really going coastal, right? There's no, there's no loss in it. Yeah. So what, so wish take, we should take off on on the situation. So people are asking, was AMC a good investment? If you were in it at two bucks, yes. I still don't love it. Amazon is the play here. Like you said, they have a chance to take their movies and put them into brick-and-mortar if they want to do that. They also could collapse. And we talked about nothing maybe three weeks ago that maybe a venture capital firm will come in, acquire AMC. But it's a good for Amazon. They don't just want books. They don't just don't want a prime. There's no one, like you said, diapers or house goods. They want the entire space. So this is a play for them to be able to get into market and have some people going to physical movie theaters for them. Then to sit on a loss for seven or eight years in order to get a return. It's a pretty damn good investment. I don't like AMC to stock, but Amazon, I love. I love. Yeah, I was watching creamer early, and they were comparing it to the Amazon to the creature and stranger things. If you're a stranger thing span, you know what I'm talking about. It lives in the underworld and just snatches hope everything, and so there's nothing left. It looks like that's what they had with this, man. Yeah, business. You're not just competing against your main competitors. You're competing everything goes attention. It. So you need offline and brick-and-mortar. So they'll probably lose some money on for a while, but overall market share, they'll be able to take care of it and capitalize. I'll just share that. Yeah, I think your wife finds might be a little choppy, but she, yeah, you can see if you guys can see my strain. No, if you can see it. It's black. No, but it barely moves. 396 up to six. But if you guys go back to that five-year chart, and it barely moves any at all. So it's not worth. If you guys are trying to chase it, don't touch it. You'll be very happy that you left it on and just had Amazon. Yeah, it actually went down a lot from like five years ago. It was $32. Mm-hmm. It's hot. It's like, yeah, how about five today? Yeah, it was a big sleep. But the company's been doing bad for a long time. So he was like, and this is my thing on Wall Street. This, you know, it's just an interesting case. 32 because it's like a lot of people in the comment section. They like, well, there's no proof that Amazon is gonna buy it. It's just a rumor. It doesn't matter if it's proof or not. For stocks to move, it's an all saintil feat by the woman. Sell the news. News on rumors all the time. It doesn't have to be true. It doesn't even have to even have any validity at all. Like stocks move on rumors. That you seal. It went up 56% on a rumor. Now, we don't know if that's if they actually gonna buy it or not. Buddy's got sake by Daruma. Selling news because it's like a lot of times, like, let's say hypothetically, Amazon does decide to buy AMC, right? Then I mean, it's such a long-term play. They got so much. Even if they decide to buy, he'll probably like 75. And then so I love this arrow for a long time. I had a couple of questions. I'm good. Is it a delay in my phone? Oh, God. You good? Can y'all hear me now? You're gonna go ahead. Great. I how much a question for all right. Yeah, I mean, so much have a question for he and today. He asked me back in my chest. What's up? How you doing? Good. How are you? I'm good, brother. Just wanted to go ahead and on say peace to you and your family. And uh, but for the brothers on ESL, I was trying to gain the access to the book club in the movie club, but I haven't been able to gain that link yet. Um, how do I gain access to that? You know, all you're gonna do is just joined a private real estate group. So just go to Facebook and just request to join the private real estate Facebook group and let you win. And it's all the informations in the Facebook laws. Definitely. Alright, bro. So yeah, and if you got any other questions, just feel free to email info at Alicia. Alright, learn. We're coming at you. You are muted. I mute yourself. Can you hear me? What's up, letter? So much. How you guys doing today? Good. I saw the car. Yeah, I saw a company called in our scene. I wonder, hey, guys, heard about it. And what you think about it? Could you hear? Are see? Yeah, in our seat. Yeah, I like it. 42. Okay. Is there anyone that's like a similar feeling like that? Does like go on like an right now and everything else? They are related. I'm not a huge fan of at the moment. But if you give me one or I'll look at it. I'll be honest and tell you if it's good or not. The NRC, I forty dollars and sixty cent or forty-one dollars is good. Other than that, I would not touch it. I will not touch you. Okay. Thank you. Coming at you. Ivan, you I muted. Unmute yourself. Hear me? Yeah. Yes. Oh, you mutt. Huh. How you guys feel about the game? The gaming stock like one is a pin in in. I know sports eventually will come back. So would it be the time to buy him low and just sit on it? You missed a good spot around like $12.56. But if you can get in maybe at 15, you don't have to hold it for 11 months, 10 or 11 months. They can come back and you'll be good. But yeah, I'm not working like that. Is better now. I think we got a little delay. I'm just listen to you. Okay, if you can get around 15 bucks, it'll be good. The upside to it is 15 bucks. Okay, cuz I got it at once. I've got it wrapped it around like 12. Hold it, hold it to 32 or 35. You'll be good. That's a realization. Hold it. I want that. You know, I want to ask you about Deanie. Just the gaming industry and mainly casinos. I know he told me talk with that performer like win, and that's something that's really interesting to me because I feel like, you know, it's, it's up and down. Nobody knows the future of what's gonna happen. But are you, are you would you ever be bullish on casinos like in a nephew ship or long-term? Certain price, I'm happy to buy it because I know when MGM, everything across the board won't go bankrupt. Me, it'll just be a long-term hold. And the reason why I stress everyone to hold a couple stars long term because once you do it once, it's easy to do again. And there won't be any issue. So sounds a certain price, I'll be happy to buy a ton of shares. Same with Wynn. And but now it is too hot. So I appreciate. Shout out to check on a super chat. Appreciate it. Darrell said, is welcome to hi at $80. Q C O M. Q C O M. Yes, wait for 70. It's way too for my issues in terms of Sherin. Before my technical traders, if you put your fins over the five-year, 80 is like right above the 60. 180. I'll wait for probably 70 bucks to buy Qualcomm. If you're looking for a long-term investment, you'll be good. But to get the best game out of it, I'll wait for for like 70 and grab it at that price. We got question. Arthur, we come to you yourself. Your home unit. Me. I'm my mom policies that cannot be my inbox. I know pies. Oh, that was good. Good running. Hi, bro. Hey, Ryan. Hello. Yeah, we're not. We're you. What's going on? Yeah, yes. We I've been looking at. I've been seeing a lot of losing about cloud-based software or companies lately. I don't know if there's any good ones that you think out there right now for the picking in. But if you have, I'm part of Star Telegram. You know, like, you know, I appreciate you know, what coming. I like you know, obviously like it's been thought. If you follow the stock market's been doing really well. Now, I want to get your take on it. Salesforce. Always have, always will. They're 182.67 today. They're probably if they're all-time high or close to it. Like in two weeks. Salesforce is amazing. Amazing. And I think they'll be primed. If people end up working from home, they'll be front and center, a part of the movie. I know first of all, I think on the consumer side, we do well. But Salesforce do incredibly well on the baby side. Yeah, they'll be great. I love their company. Speaking of that, they're staying on the economy. Before we left last Monday, check the the online post school platform had a crazy day. Last time we spoke, what do you think about the prospects of them continuing to rise? I know they went from literally from last Monday, they went from $43 up to $61, almost 40% increase. Yeah, what do you, cause you tube was going crazy last Monday saying, yeah, what about them? What about them? What's your thoughts? I'll still like this a little bit hard to buy it. They gonna lob back in about a week or so. But if they, you can continue, we're good management. Know they'll be primed to take advantage of this. Because now I actually believe within the net seniors, probably half of school and maybe 25% of schooling is going to be done. I'm gonna be done online. Like this is, this Corona thing is gonna forever change how we do business. And part of how is the school. So they are a prime leader to take advantage of that today. Okay.

Amazing.

When on one of those runs, it goes back to that state home economy. As gym clothes, people still want to work out. So the numbers came back crazy. They helped 50% for 2020. So shout out to the Peloton. Actually, I'm an investor in their products. We have to report that. So tell if you've ever used it. They have these exercise classes. And part of the X-class class, they play music. So there was actually a lawsuit because they didn't get like this is the music inside of the actual program. So they battle in that. So we'll see how that case works out. But a lot of people are invested in it because it's not just a bike. There's actually classes that people can actually take and subscribe to. So I think people didn't really know all the details of the company. And I'm there solely flying now, right now. Morgan will come. YouTube. Yeah, hopefully you, hopefully, hopefully will. Yeah, just wait for it to come back down. Don't chase another high. Does the same issue the Buffett had with the airlines. Vo, whatever stock you like, wait for the press more. Get you, um, you too, dad. Just okay. Me, I wanted to get is a fan or SW KS. Skyworks. Fifty or forty. If you listen to me, Jessica, we come to you. I'll mute yourself. You've been on your Jessica. I had some question. One, I wanted to know, I kind of been reading some stuff about like the government is starting to crack down or kind of look at Amazon a little more close on to Microsoft as far as the antitrust laws, especially since their business is basically boom in during the corona. So they might be viewed as a monopoly. I wanted to see if you had heard anything about that and how would that maybe affect their stock price. And then also, I wanted to know what you thought about LabCorp. First, LH 140-150 is a good price. If you're already in it, continue a holiday. As far as Amazon, for those of us that are old enough to remember the Microsoft ante trusting, same song, different era. Amazon is gonna be okay. Like it's fun being very hard to break the company up. And even if they do a split, unless they go to two 4750, they're still gonna be an incredibly valuable company. I mean, I would have to get a microphone today at Micro Center. It took me 30 minutes to go onto the sword. They didn't even have the microphone that I have. I'm like, I should have just ordered off Amazon anyway. They've been done. Yes, they're gonna be dominant for at least the next 10 years. Then a test face. Bezos is one of the greatest entrepreneurs of all time. They'll be fine. They're high as hell right now. But for those of you in a silo, they're in it until you hold it. Like this paid off very lost. So don't worry about that for the next four or five. You should be good. Okay, thank you so much. YouTube. Melissa said, what about 8jg for long term? The shout out, shout out to Wall Street rapper on a super chat. Second that's the bro. Trap, what up? Yeah, if you have and you've been in since 50 or 60, you can hold on to it. Better like striker a squawk aid that will outperform and have outperformed it over these last three months. So I don't like Gallagher give you the highest rate of return. So I have a bias was anything I said on any boards. I just want to put you in things that are gonna make you the most money. All right. David Ramirez, you are unmuted. I mute yourself. Dad, what's up, Dave? Yo, so two questions. I want to know about BRK B, the Berkshire Hathaway BJ's. And is it a good time to get in right now? Cuz they look glowy, look like it might be a facility. And I wanna know what you, you know, I wonder what you think about drive things to dispossess down now. But once then when I give the earnings, who's gonna be reporting earnings? Talk about DraftKings because they actually gonna be doing this week. Yeah, Berkshire Hathaway B shares. I like it at 161. 3160 132 summit loss anyone. If you want to, but if you're looking for price, 160 130 is a good area to get in. Appreciate you, David. Everybody saying that's an epic big bro. It is. His picture. No, Tim, what's going on? You are unmuted. I'll mute yourself. What's going on? It looks good. He just shout out for my leg. Yeah, you good. Still buying on it? I got in there 135, but I'm hearing not too much good news about it. And they got a lot of 10. So I can use that prices. But if you can grab like 110, you'll be okay. 135 was too high. I think I think I person has a chance to get back to one. That's just my own personal opinion. I think you don't have a chance to get back to 110. And when I just stare by two years. Okay, so you want me? I got you. Now, I got one more question. I'm a quick question about beyond me. You think it's hot right now? I got in have I-85. You got in a good spot. I would say some profit off maybe have and then run 15 and about three or four weeks, you'll be good. Yeah. All right, now is like see a bus. If you want to set a limit order $68 flat, wait for it. And you guys always access it'll come down. It's gonna come back down. I promise you. Every comedy at some point will come back down. 68 is filled with. So there's me a freebie. Everybody unusual in an end zone to mark it off. Appreciate that. Stefan on a super chat. You said don't what so on S E long-term? I brought shares at 35. I keep buying. How high you think they will reach by the end of the year? I would say 25 percent of the profit off. And how hard can I get? Um, this is so everyone watching on YouTube, but everyone in zoom chat, right? To some down this one. A solid do not buy in the 50s or 60s. But the highest I see you getting to would be like 110, maybe in a year and a half. SE is good. You got another very good price. Very good price. What company? C limited. C limited. So it's one of sleeper picks that a lot of people have not heard about, but has been running up since January or February of 2019. And it's been a bonus run ever since then. So very good price. Meant like, yeah, very good. I'm good. So quick question. I have for en. I wanted to ask about Bank of America and Disney. What do you think about those two for a long-term hold? And sight, if you're not in it, I will tell you not to touch it. I like the company. Don't like the stock. There's not low enough for me yet to want to touch it. I don't like it until they get to like 14. Disney, I like a lot. That maybe if you can get it at 90 or 100 flat, you'll be good. It's gonna have to be a multi-year hold. So minimum of a five-year hold. Once the parks open back up and people start going back out, right? Maybe about two years. But you'll be happy in two years that you've had good company, good leadership, great brand. Disney Foster solid. Just know I can go to the parks or anything. So but if you get it now at 90 and some change or 100, you'll be good for the holder for five years. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate it. Yeah. Michael Hardy, what's going on? I'm mute yourself. The floor is yours. Hey, what's going on, fellas? Good. How you doing? I was on. I want to ask the question. Guy was on his morning call and um, I her aunt stayed at home. We post about of retirement stocks. No matter why, but even though it's a lot higher than the recommended price, should we still buy it? Yes. What I want you to do, recorder, to replay the firing play has passed along to the membership site. And then I'll do a detailed discussion about how to navigate that. So we're not giving away all my family secrets on YouTube. Okay, now appreciate a man. Appreciate it. Thank you, Mike. You know, I know you wanted you want to talk a little about trading. Right? We only talk about trading those trending questions, whether features, we can go over those. So I can kind of help give you guys some insight on how you can get some more gains out of the market. An answer. Shout out to two two three one three six. You had mentioned a price that you feel comfortable buying Berkshire Hathaway a beat, but I guess it was a lag time. So they didn't see it on YouTube. So can you say that again? Let me go back to it. Once they see 1:30. Once 160, 130. For Berkshire Hathaway, it be. Yeah, has to be a multi-year haul. So no quick flips. Continue to leave Airlines alone. I've talked to people, put some money in Airlines, some big money there. Like it hasn't moved. I might just wait. Just wait. And if the rest of our there are retail companies that we can go to to make money from, but right now, I just want you guys to focus on areas that aren't winning. And we're good. We're good. It's only a couple senses are gonna win it right now. Biotech, Pharma, technology. And that's it. Anthony Davis, what's going on? The own page, bro. You can hear me or listen, man. I've got four pieces, man. I need you to check up on um, VMW. Now, listen, I'm trying to dive in. So I'm trying to do a little research, but I'm trying to dive in headfirst. But you know, I'm ready. Would you say? Yeah, you already know. Already know. You already know. Oh, okay. And I got all IT. So what about MDB? 120. All right. So, and EWR. Okay. Good looking, man. I sold. I really got mad. So I'm ready, man. And let's not be. I'll be checking us out on the arm on the Monday morning clap, but I'd be at work, man. I can't even. I can't even indulge with it. Jamal and showing everybody, you know, a few things. Okay. Appreciate it, man. Thanks for taking support, man. No doubt. Stay up, man. Hey, y'all listen. Yo, I got, I got you, bro. Mic man out. He down in the land. I'll talk to him. Yeah, I'm working on working on something with this prison system, man. So y'all could try to get some type of application with the prison system, man. We gotta eat it up. We gotta eat them up. To stay up, man. Yeah, I got acknowledged y'all good. Despite, despite some technical difficulties that we were having, we reached a thousand one failure for the fourth week in a row. Appreciate this. The devil is a liar. They don't want us to be great. I wrote, try to come in the crib, bro. You can't stop. Can't stop. You can't stop greatness. You can't stop information. So no matter what, man, we just go on. You know, we're gonna make it happen. No matter what. That's what business is about. Sometimes in business, a lot of times in business, it doesn't go according to plans. But you compose. Yeah, you gotta do like, oh, ha ha, call an audible. Did call audible me perfectly. So, you know, we adjust and we adapt. Tina Williams, what's going on? We coming to you. I have a nice too. Yeah, and I'm coming to you in a second, bro. Hey, guys, you spoke with last week. How are you? I'm good. I'm great. Last. I know you busy, so I'm gonna rescind my message to Telegram about my trust. That you get to it when you can't. I appreciate you. I also want to thank you for your ID post. ID story posted. You think like two days ago, and I said, I don't need this. I could be using this money to pay a bill. Or best. Then I saw yes, IG story, and it was a woman talking about how Warren Buffett crunches his numbers. You know, busting moves. Sounds really proud. I literally stopped to thought about that. But Michael, so I'll look at the replay because I saw it, but just a little confusing. So I look at that. But I'm gaining all this knowledge, and I'm ready to execute. So, yeah, and now put the pricing for you where to get in as well. Okay, I can do that. Thank you. Somebody said this voice is civilizing me. Good, man. It's funny. I love that voice. I got a three-part question. The first part is, I know Ian is not big on retail, but like companies tied in the sports is Big Five and Dick's in sports. Open back up. Are those some stocks that we should look at? All some short-term holes? That's the first part. Okay. Yeah, yeah, go ahead. Mom, the last time his all-time high is 2016. So I say good, not a good long-term investment. Not so. If you 2025, I were holding to 3919. Exit. They're taking my profit behind. I'm not being on Dick's Sporting Goods. It's not. If I'm gonna go retail, I'm a look Amazon, Walmart, or Target before I look there. Okay. And then the other question is, I know this week, this weekend, we had that little class and we were was talking about, you know, I'm gonna give too much information like you say it. Yeah, I'll take the control of your destiny. Which is that 401K. Would you pay control? And then also take your retirement pigs and put them in there. If you can, first, I will reduce the fees. So kudos to you, Lisa, for walk everybody through fees because that's the most important thing. Because if you make a hundred grand, you gonna tax 15 grand on it for a service that really didn't help. That's a lot of money you're losing. But yes, if you can put those hot before and pinch in there and guide yourself district. This no one's gonna care about your money how you do. So if you monitor her own, make sure you use the fees. At least you will know if you're growing at the truth. Is like everyone has a benchmark of 10 to 12 percent. But if you manage yours and you're patient, you can hit 15, 20 percent. You guys are seeing this even in a down market. Waiting to a good time and getting in. Some of you are 30 or 40 percent now. Investing has considerable risk. Don't be stupid. Don't, don't we leverage, right? So I'll put that out there. But you can hit 15 and 20 percent if you put the right things in your portfolio and know when you'll be able to exit and be able to retire and calculate how much investment is not a guessing game. It's just like we are undereducated. And that's why we're trying to bridge this gap here. Everybody. Yeah, man. At this after Saturday's class, man, I felt like the Argos that sign at 360 deal or something. Know what the fees are associated with there. So even if you get a 40% gain, it may not seem like a lot. But quarter of 1% here, Africa's in here. And if you're paying 6% fees for 10 years, a 60% of your money going. And for what? And like, if you guys needed to get on the phone with your advisor, you don't know that a number. And they don't know whatever you are. They don't know. So I eliminate those fees and take control and put it into your hands. Please. Yeah, last question is possible. You can do anything worthwhile, like small little quick tutorial one weekend, just because it's so much information on there that we can reduce it down to almost duplicate how your screen look. Appreciate you, family. If we can, if because we got a lot of questions, if we could keep the questions to one question per Bonnie, while you sod appreciate it. But we won't let Matt talk because that's uh, he's alumni extraordinaire, real estate mogul. He's everything when it comes to real estate. He's on tour. He was on told. He to him. He's building a breakfast club. So Matt, we bring you into into this. We're humbled by your presence. Yeah, you silly son. Appreciate that intro. Cat boss. So look, in, I'm not. I just jumped on this. What's going on? To, you know, I'm a blessed man. Shout out to all the runners in in the chat. So question reads, is this a good time? So I'm not sure if you spoke on this or not because I just jumped on this, but is this a good time to buy reach right now? But most of them, I would not touch right now. But there's one that is performing very well and is up on the year, like it went to drop to like 110. Today was that 144 over over the last three months. So he's performing very well. But most of the ones that you're hearing about, please don't touch. They're gonna burn through your cash. They're gonna run to your cash. Please don't do it. No, I don't have any tech stocks. Stocks. I was kind of going. I was kind of gas. I got you. Appreciate that. Laughs, man. EY L alumni has his benefits. Huh. So I'm a Hitler tomorrow cuz I got a couple of dollars. I'm gonna play with him. And what I've been doing, like I'm a novice to this. So I haven't really been dumping a lot of money into the market. Yeah, it's been my kind of testing to kind of get my feet wet. But I really, I'm tired of hearing people making 15, 20% every week. And I'm looking at my joint like, what am I doing? Well, send me the link. I'll join. I need to learn more, man. I got you, man. You know, say less, man. I'm not gonna hold this conversation up. Tomorrow, we'll talk. We'll talk behind the scenes. Appreciate y'all. Appreciate y'all. Get a couple questions from YouTube. Once again, 40% off sale for UIL University. Put the co2 here for our annual Dakota's EY L 199. Go to DY L university.com. Get 40% off. We got two classes this week. It's gonna be crazy. So shout out to Shaq. He said, Ian, how do you feel about ACB reversed bleh? I'm thinking puts. Appreciate you guys. So I guess option sure sake. You already know, like if you're going to put on it. Popped up from 80s in and said like 741. Now a rock cannabis. I've been down on for years. So everyone who was hitting up this morning was like, hi, it popped up. Give it two or three weeks. It'll be back at $2. But there's no slide back down like 1234, 12. They always slide back down. So this quadruple top for them. If you guys are looking at the chart, making lower highs. The last time I went to 1026, I fell down. I got to $80 and some chains. Like if you can short it at seven bucks, you'll be very happy. You'll be very happy. So you good. Johnson Maturity Productions for super Chad. He said, I've had eight coins for about two years in that portfolio. Is VO and others. I'm looking to buy. I'm looking at buying Fiat Vanguard brokerage, which is set up. Would it make more sense to pump more into acorns and go directly through then or go directly to Van Gogh? That's a good question because we have really talked about acorns, which is like a platform where they take like the spare change out of your stuff that you spend, then you can actually put more money into it as well. Yeah, they round up to the nearest dollar. Yeah, it's a very interesting thing. It's become very popular, especially what Millennials. So how do you feel about that as far as people are investing that route or like a traditional situation like Vanguard, Fidelity, something like that? Um, so cash, uh, Robin Hood, acorns is a good place to get started. So you can see that a work. M1, same thing. But at some point, you have to do all of it. So you have to put some money into a brokerage account. But cash, uh, go away to start because if you see something called 4% then decide, oh, it actually works. Like I use it now as you all the time. Like we were three, we didn't go right out and play on the central rim, feeling a little tight. So nerve worked our way up after that. You're good. But yeah, put some money in the Vanguard. The fees are low and keep them in deal for couple years. You're doing good. Yes, acorn is good. Like if you keep every bit counts because the more shares you have in your possession, the better. Yeah, I got you. I got you. To the good people have planes. Yes. Yes. Do you Bonnie? Yes. Out to the snow that emerges coming tunnel. We got back cordage. Shout about order. You I emerged on the girl and I was kind of put us in a backorder for the production, but uh, it's on the way. So in a way, you might ask you on YouTube. Sherrod, I see you. They encourage everybody to like the video so can go up on YouTube. So shout out to y'all. I see. I'll keep encouraging the people do that. Are there? We come with you. I'm you just shot the one thing. Yeah, they're going definitely has low fee. So Michael, then in YouTube, what's going on, bro? These pigs was going fellas. And so I know I'm a tragedy that the airline industry right now, but I want to get your storm on on the fringe airlines, particularly 80s G and AW. 80s. 80s E as in go, Sam, gears, and go. Yes, I'm in both of them already. And a aaww also potential. I would say if he gets the 4850. So every show that you have and go tell everybody on YouTube, Instagram, you want to regret us all the time. If it gets to 4851, its on upside for the last two months. While pressing it in. I'm averaged out at 3650 right now. 14:51. You're good. You're good. But they're high. 2018. It's not good. So like I said, if I'm not a ballplayer, and my best days, like my highest scoring average was in 2018. Did my best days are behind me. I may have one more game. I'll pull out 50 in the garden. But get out at 4850. You do not hold past that point. I am Benny. Please don't. Okay. Creek 800 shots are Giovanni on the super chat. They said I have fifty-fifty Comcast shares. Should I liquidate half and invest in Microsoft, Apple, better companies? It depends on when you got in to those long-term growth. Probably Apple and Microsoft. Always. They're like way better. Way better. I saw an Apple at 3:15 today, man. Yeah. Zach, what's going on? Zap on mute yourself. Y'all muted. You euros. Apple's good. Yeah, this blonde on fellas. I think just asking about Alibaba and Baidu. No, sir. Start to get in. Not saying she fired at 180, but that's a good area. By do this. Okay. That was that was my stock price. You have to get a recession law. So you have to get it like around 70 to be worthwhile. If I do has had one, two, three, four, foster. Yes, probably had like eight bearish months. Don't touch it. Alibaba, there's a lot better. Why do don't touch? I was told the same things. AB so I don't like international stocks per se. I definitely don't like Chinese stocks. Okay. Was a perfect example. That was a complete disaster. Trust. You know, but know what's going on in these countries. But the 101 Chinese stock that I do like is Alibaba. Companies international exposure. Right. International conglomerate. So they are in other countries as well. It is the nine o'clock hour. So I'm going to tell you about the earnings that have come in this week. Today, we had Marriott. Obviously, the hotel industry is down. Opposite nobody is moving. But the country starting to open back up. After market, they have slid down 5%. This Wednesday, we have Cisco Systems. On Wednesday, Friday, we have DraftKings. And on Wednesday, we also have Sony. And Sony is an interesting one because they've lost a lot from the movie side because

The productions of a lot of their movies had to be put back, but they actually, obviously, if you're a video game person, you know that the PS5 is on its way, and they're thinking about trying to get that out as soon as possible. So, Sony's gonna be an interesting one to watch.

And on next Tuesday, I'm gonna tell you now, just so you can start getting ready, 'cause I know people like to ride up to the earnings. Walmart earnings will be coming out next Tuesday, May 19th. So, those are your earnings for the week. So, if you didn't, if you missed it, I'll say it again: Marriott, we missed that one today. Cisco Systems, Wednesday. Sony, Wednesday. DraftKings, on Friday. I know a lot of people on YouTube were asking about DraftKings, some people in the Zoom chat asking about that. That is on Friday. And next Tuesday, at Walmart.

So, talk about, talk about your own personal bank choice, because you are, I don't see them all in here, but you and you more, you haven't a couple of earnings. So, you didn't, you didn't earnings beyond me? Yeah. So, we act, after we had this call last Monday, we, you know, when we're talking about the earnings, and it's important because, and that was one of the questions I asked you last week was, what do you think about riding the earnings? You were like, you know, it's a good idea. Um, so we have to explain what riding the riders means. Like, if I, if I follow a company, I've done the research on them, is it a good idea to get in before we, the earnings, which we anticipate to go up? I'm swimming in at a price that is good, right? Because I know I anticipate to go up. So, once everybody finds out about it, people willing, there will be an influx of investors in it. So, that's what we'd say when we talk about riding their earnings. So, we did that last week with Beyond Meat. We actually did it with Facebook as well, the week prior, and both have been beneficial. I think exactly, exactly. Terrible, but all the indicators for Beyond Meat were there for us, and it was like we had, did the research on it. We were like, look, they're the two days prior, there was a crisis with the meat. The Tyson factory went down. So, we knew that there was ly storage. And then we saw that Wendy's was pulling meat off their, their menus. We're like, look, if meat is not gonna be there, the best, that's the next best thing is protein meat, right? So, we said Beyond Meat has to be that supplement, at least for the short term. And so these restaurants are not open up, and we start to get control the virus of some of these meat plants, so I'd be able to produce like they used to. So, it was a no-brainer for us. And I was like, listen, in a class, I called you, you didn't pick up that day. I called you on my go, we gotta do this. And was like, yeah, let's do it. And so, I'm glad that we did. It's gone up by like 37%, 38%. Yeah. So, it's a big one. So, yeah, that's a technique, like I said, you know, oh my god, Somali does that all the time, where you bought is risky, like you said, and it's short-term. It's more short-term trading than long-term investing. Yeah, you can ride the coattails of these companies, and it's like, get 20% one day, 10% one day, 8% one day, 22% one day. And that's really what he does at this point. He looks for companies that's pulling our earnings. Yeah. And if he believes in the company, he thinks it's a good chance the company going uphill, uphill. Investor, night, this, you guys write this down for everybody's trading. Mark off the number trains you're gonna do in advance for the year because you can have 12, 13 guns, and then you get cocky and say, I did this. You pick one bad company, it drops 40, 50, 50%. Confidence kills your hedge, kills your profits. So, be easy. They're also people used to do the same thing with Apple and Tesla, and they are mad. They still are holding Apple and Tesla from 10 years ago, or Tesla from three or four years ago. So, if you guys want to invest, buy quality and hold it, you're gonna make a lot more money. If you want to make like more cash flow now, you got some teachers, but some of these companies you got to be holding, and you're gonna be pissed come 2023 because you may have made 1400 off of it, or even 10 grand.

Another thing for seizing more seizures investor is that you might have different, different pockets of money for different things. So, let's say hypothetically, you got $10,000, that's your long-term play money. Then you got, you know, $5,000, you just put into an IRA. Then you got $5,000 all that you want to trade. When you can do that, could be $50,000, $100, whatever. But say it's there, you can have different buckets of money for different things. So, yeah, sometimes you might just want short-term gains, get in, get out. But the long-term plays where I'm about Apple, I'm hold up. No. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that part of the reason why we, I think the earnings reports is good to know that if you are planning on doing that strategy, if you're thinking about it, it's good to know. And if you're not, it's good to know if a company made money during a quarter. So, if you're thinking about investing them in the future, you always have that information. Yeah. Yeah. They come, that crypto workshop. Shout out, shout out to all bar it on a super chair. Have a question? You just show us some love. Appreciate, appreciate that. Well, go ahead. What Eli? Yeah, we spoke about Tesla. Elon Musk. Let's go to it. Elon Musk. You know what? You know what, um, shot. Yeah. I hope, I hope you don't feel away about me saying this, but I don't think he would. He's good. I'm gonna say his name, but strong supporter. We're just having a conversation. And, uh, last week, he was like, you know, why do you think Elon Musk made those crazy statements about the stock price is too high and all of that? And I'm like, this guy's like a real life, he's a real seasoned investor. Yeah. Uh, you know, you probably know a lot of people saying he wanted the stock price to go down so he could buy more. He was like, why's he need to buy? He's a billionaire. He doesn't need to buy more stuff. But he was like, you know, when this was his theory on it, he was like, that at the time, you know, like a month ago, it looked like he wasn't going to hit his bonus because the stock was real low. And if he gets his bonus, it was like $700 million dollars or something like that, right? But he was like, if he could potentially try to sink the stock and not hit the, but not hit his bonus, he doesn't get paid. But it's more money on the bottom line. So, when they have their earnings call, it'll look more profitable because they don't have to pay him almost a billion dollars in a bonus. And he was like, the reason why he would do that is because, to try to boost the earnings. Now, the stock prices on coop, people hiring with better earnings, and Tesla's trying to get into S&P 500. So, he's like, once Tesla gets in the S&P 500, but Dow Jones, I think it was Dow Jones or one of them, once they get in one of these major indexes, now that changes the whole direction of the company forever. Like, one sure in one of those indexes, it's like, now you're traded in pension funds, and you're in mutual funds, and your index funds, and all that. So, that was his theory on it, why he did that. And that was interesting to me. I was like, that's kind of ill. And you know, you never know what Elon is doing. You can just guess. But we can't say this soon. Well, in order to get that level of wealth and for 20 years, that's no accident. That's tough to do. So, even everyone thinks he's losing it. Like I said, he's our version of Jobs. He's not emotional. Like, he's just wanted a few people incorporated as once we got. And truth be told, 958, 5870, stock is too high now. Is there an incentive behind it? Yes. We all have a sense of even in doing this show and helping people like you guys are listening, so you can get more gains, right? So, there may be some back-end decisions that he's looking at. But he wasn't lying about the stock being too high. At that principle, it was overvalued. It came back down. People bought in. This is gonna go back off. But Tesla is definitely over to a thousand with the next year. Yeah.

So, I mean, I looked at today's news, right? Wait, he's threatened to leave California. He said he's opened up the planet against the county's health orders. The governor had no idea. And the two states that he said that he wants to move into, I was like, pretty right. He said Texas, and he said Nevada. Two states to have zero income tax. Billions are you gonna say by moving in a time for the employees? And Facebook and Google have offices in Austin. Like, it helps quality a little wise. So, strategically, I know. I mean, he may seem off the rocker, but I always say, I'd rather a person ask the rabbit and say what they really mean in public, supposed to be an [ __ ] behind the scenes, but in front of the camera, they act like you're okay. The next that happens too much in in corporate. But Tesla's the violence of stock anyway. We smoke the weed and stop going down. Like, he's just being him. But the company is quality. Tesla's way better than Ford and G and combined times 30. I mean, I feel like he does this stuff on purpose because it's like, even when he wanted our 60 Minutes, like, you know, he got fired by the SEC. I think they made him step down as acting CEO at the time. Club, like that. He got, he got penalized heavily when he was tweeting the web. Yeah, stock manipulation. And then he won our 60 Minutes and said, I have no respect for the SEC at all on 60 Minutes live. And it's like, every time he does these things, whether he's, he goes on Twitter, says it, stock prices too hot, stock manipulation, really, if you think about it, was like 150. Same antics, blurt things out, you know, but they're still like, just controlled chaos that he's doing. I like Kanye. Bet. I know these two. He tiger blood. Remember, tight, tight doesn't Charlie Sheen though. Who Evans tiger blood, rod? We come from a human zoo. What's going on? All right, I meet yourself a bit. Muted camera, right? What's up, bro? Catch you on the next one. See you on the next flight. Like it was going on. We coming to you. You are unmuted. I'll mute yourself, bro. So, I work in a defense and aerospace industry. Raytheon is a key player in the industry. However, some of their products is also not just within the defense, but also in the commercial space. I did get in at 56. And I wanted to get your insight on on on RTX, basically. They merged with United Technologies. Yeah. Yeah. I'm look, I'm looking at as a long-term technology space. About two years. 56, you may want about some more if we get to 48. Green. But a two-year hold, you'll be back in the 80s, probably two years. Doctor. Yeah. I'm going to continue cost average. So, thank you, gentlemen. I'll take it. It was dragon energy, not tiger blood. Banking energy, tiger. Charlie said tiger blood. Type up. Somebody said Tiger blood. And that was hard. That was hard not to be confused with Tiger King. I'll talk about just making you got tiger balm. No tiger bone. That's what they trinket change. I don't say attack a balm is oiling it. If these are making you got that on front. Darien was doing. No, I'll mute yourself. You've been unmuted. All right, perfect. Thank you. Can you guys hear me all right? Perfect. And I wanted to get your take on Mellie, Mei Li, Soni, give me how do I got to think about the other one? Not right now. One of my favorite stops. You gotta wait for like 500. Okay. One of my absolute favorite. MercadoLibre. Amazing, amazing, amazing company. Amazing company. Wait for it. Do not buy into 700 or 800. But if you can wait for fives, you'll be golden. You'll be very, very happy. Perfect. And what, what do you think about Chewy? CH WI too soon? Me, one. But for MercadoLibre or any of the tech stocks that I've recommended. Yeah. And you're gonna chew you out. And like, though. All right. Thank you. Ian, I had a question. Cuz I'll, you know, if you, if you're a sports fan like myself, I'm sure a lot of equipment checking out. Michael Jordan documentary over the last few weeks. You're obviously a major part of that whole story. Is Nike. We all grew up wearing Nike. You know, but it's a sneaker. Wore Nike, Adidas. And then under our my seed made some news today too. So, how you feel about, but specifically Nike and Adidas? Because it's like, especially in our community, you know, those are staples as far as when people wear. Ya know, we hear the news about Kanye becoming a billionaire. And that's really because they easy. And like I said, this Jordan documentary where they had like a whole segment dedicated to Nike. He thought Nike's brand. So, we haven't really spoke about those. What do we think about that? Armor don't touch with a ten-foot pole. Good company. Don't like the stock. Nike, hands down, probably one of the best run retail companies there is. It's good. Like I was very big on. I like when the cabinet debacle happened. I jumped into it. Nike is good. And I was say, for having a pair of shoes that wheels blocking and buy from Nike, we need to probably be buy 20 shares. Ugly to offset it. Cuz we're about more J's and a little bit in the zone. But we need to have some ownership and what we're rocking and endorsing too. Cuz no, we're a brand. We make that brand more valuable. So, we end up being walking advertisements for a company that does not care about us. For all the money and cachet Jordan helped elevate them to, he's not even top 50 in terms of ownership at Nike. And he built that brand. So, it's a good conversation about ownership. Of course, the time was different. People were not thinking about all this [ __ ] in that kind of regard. But yeah, yeah, like for every pair that you bought your kids, like, please, at least try about 10, 20 shares. I think people don't even really realize what kind of contract that he has with Nike. I think he only owns 30% of the Jordan Brand. And it's his brand. You know, Nike, Nike dominates there. And Nike dominates the space. They dominate obviously his brand, but they dominate the entire space. I think they had like 87 to 90% of sports apparel is Nike. Sold that is be like, it's crazy, man. So, there you go. Invest in something. It's a sports apparel brand. That's the one. You know what? Nike, Nike is Charlie. It's very interesting because 5, you have a very healthy five-year chart. It's not like going crazy, but it is steady. Cool. And it's not too far off its 52-week high right now. It's at like a lose. Its 52-week highs at 105. I would say 75 is a good the price that they could drop to that point. What do you say that 7018 chat right now? And you know what's crazy about Nike? Not to harp on this point, but I think it highlights it highlights an issue sometimes, especially in our community, is that I remember while I think over like a year ago, and I put a post on Instagram about stop Nike. And people were saying like, well, we can't afford Nike stock. Right? We can't afford to stop. And I'm like, yo, do you know how much the stock costs? Like, at the time, we're probably like $70. I'm like, you're paying more for the sneakers, but you can actually own a company for cheaper. Air Max or Jordans, like it costs more to buy the item than it does to buy the company. Yeah. That's a big, that's the, you know, you people have no idea. They don't know. They don't know. But they ain't gonna be no excuse very soon. That's why we here. Andy, what's going on? Andy, unmute yourself. You've been unmuted. Hey, what's up, guys? I'm good. Ma, a red panda, a stock club member as well. Yeah. And have a quick question. I know Microsoft is BAE. So, I was looking at a stock called Seagate. I know they're lining as themselves with Microsoft, especially in the gaming market. The new console generation is starting up next year. So, I just want your thoughts on that. And take to software as well. Yes. Hi. But right now, to interactive. Secret is okay. More so than a good investment. To is a good long-term investment for sure. And then I'll put in chat what price you should get. Ask you can have. But I wouldn't touch Seagate. I will leave Take-Two Interactive. Take two interactive. I'll get that one. And they're not really. You see Gator law. All right. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. Somebody, somebody said, what's the, what's the stock club? The stock club is, Ian has a platform called Red, where you got a stock club. It gives like stocks to like buy prices to buy. That's mostly, yeah, it's mostly cause it's like, you know, a 101 how to get up and running in the stock market and all that. So, you're not doing that. So, you guys don't have to think about what to do. What to do on your own. So, you're not wasting 3,000 hours trying to figure it out. We went through the stock Saturday, 14 out of 15 in the stocks row. Yeah. That's all that big. We got the link on our website. But also, you can go to join. And yeah, once again, very white house. Wondering about this old coffee while University members. Appreciate that. And we got two big classes this week. Real estate classes, how to analyze a real estate deal, and how to join, how to build a million-dollar real estate portfolio. One year. If you're a member of a bio university, you have access to the Facebook group. All you have to do is just request. And if you're interested in joining EYL University, we got a deal running, 40% off for the year annual membership. The code is EY L 149. It's impossible not to get value out of that. That's like almost impossible. 199. UIL 199. The code. I'm sorry. So, university.com. So, we could take a couple more questions. We have stat 80 minutes. So, Jeffrey, we're coming at you. Linda, I see you. We don't get to you. Too. Jeffrey, what's up? What's up, guys? Everything good? Thank you, Ian, for saving the culture with that with your available information. Take a while for what she's going for the culture. But Ian, I got, I got one question for you, man. I got acquainted when you start walking crashing on like eight bucks. I'm super, I'm super up on it. Do you think I should double down when I start or should I wait for it to go down? And all the automotive market. But you gotta know that a hell of a price. You gotta add an amazing price at a bus. This has 21 now. I would sell half at 22.50 and then let the restaurant and of similar. Because I had, you were doing so. I was going to shot the terrace on a super chair. You had a question said, we think about too much money. Ju and the Amazon, which is Agnya Jamia, which is owned by Germans. Different a different conversation altogether. But yeah, they made, they made a lot of headlines a few months ago in 8th when they, they were the first African, you can call the first African unicorn company. Every billion dollars doing say. If anyone doesn't know what a unicorn company, that's a billion-dollar valuation. So, they were the first African company to ever have a billion-dollar valuation. And I feel in the stock market, I think like last year, like they said, it didn't call the Amazon of Africa. Everything is the Amazon. Amazon. Don't touch it. But our hosting of gross. [Music] So, we got a super chat. That's the craziest part. That's the craziest part about the whole situation. We try to, we try to run a clean situation here. We don't want you to. But cut us off. Let's keep, let's keep it PG. People. Hold on. Hold on one minute. One minute. If you got $10,000 right now, where would you put it? I guess like, if you just have $10,000, like, how would you invest? Apple. My, I'm not changing my life. I'm gonna get back to the cursor. I'm not changing my answer. My, what your dad said, man. I'll do it back to the. If I can give you the brawn and let's say you're short on the same team. What else do you like? Noah sexy to go chase on the star. Those gonna be around. Those are gonna be around. Amazon. Buy any other ones. And it's time to join the red-handed star club. There's a bevy of options for you to pick from. And you'll be good. But Apple, Microsoft, lean with us. Thank you. Appreciate. Rada, we don't try to come you now. Round, what's going on? Yeah, can you hear me? You mean a perfect man. All right, thanks for calling back. Appreciate that. Yeah, I got two spots. Mark and a smile direct club. Mark. Yep. Mark. Dollar, dollar, and three cents. Good price for all of it. Take everything. Everything. Okay. Little boss. Smile direct. Look for SDC. 12.50, 6.20. You good. You gonna feel smarter a probably about another six months before it's viable to hold it for long time. But really, yeah, I don't want to get rid of it too soon. You know, elsewhere. If you want to hold it, you think the future? I don't think so. Yes. But if you think then it could be, well, just take a quarter of it all and let the restaurant and you'll be good. Okay. I'm sorting that. Anyway, I appreciate that. Everybody shout to Ebony on YouTube. Super chat. They said, do you think it's a good idea to withdraw cash out of a 401k to pay off student loans? Roughly, I guess they sheer, uh, flee or they, yeah, she roughly has $41,000 in loans. So, she's thinking about taking us, taking her money from a 401k to pay off student loan. But should we, should thoughts on that? No, not just more the close to half of it because you're going to be in broken retirement. Okay. Probably better off starting a business and getting a second job and busting your ass to pay off of that portion of that. Because you're going to end up being broke later if you take a good and pay those penalties on it. Because you're basically taking 10, 15 years off your life to pay back soon loans to be back and break even. If you're in black, we break even a lot. I don't want you to do that. So, you need to have a cushion there. Now, if you're not black, do you have other relatives that can help you? Does different. But Peter, what's going on? What about top earners in IE while real estate group? You know what's up? He was going on. Troy, everything. God, I'm good, man. I'm a red panda too. Yeah, I'm good. I think you answered my question. No, because I actually sold my bike and I got about $5,000. I was gonna look at what stock to buy. That was my question. But you already answered it with what Microsoft. I think I got. No, I only have one of them. Okay. Go to that section and pick one of those in there. Or you can send me a note and Telegram. Hold. Are you 33? You have kids? Yeah. How many? A lot. You know. All right. Never complain about being a parent again. One is always active. God bless you, bro. I told you we was coming your way. I know, I know you waiting so patiently for us here. We go. Linda, I'll mute yourself. Hello. Hi. Thank you, guys. So, my question is, I have at least three stocks. I want to know if I should buy more of. And to that, to see how much should I buy? Dad, Boeing, and Mederma. If I should buy more of those? Yes, you should bought some. But you gotta wait for it to drop. At what price? Okay. No, I am. I am. And you also taught me like how to gauge it. And as far as Spotify, I'm sorry, Shopify and Amazon. Yeah, you gotta keep on fire. No, I mean, as far as what price was Shopify and Amazon on YouTube for you as well? One more. It's a Canadian stock. HP upside. APHA. Not a good investment. They were at a high of $10.89 beginning of last year. Because I heard that they have problems with that last owner. And they have a new owner now. I'm sorry to hear the new owner gonna be fresh too. Don't do it. I'm begging you. Please don't do it. Okay. Thanks, Linda. Thank you. Shall we coming to you? Shout, what's going on? I'll mute yourself. You've been unmuted. Hey, Jimmy. Yeah, I'm good. How ya doing? Blessings. Excellent. Um, I heard somebody asks a question about the for one regarding student loans. How about a 401 taking funds from your 401 to correct? If you can actually stick to your plan. Plan is the easy way. Having to be touching. But you have to look and see what those penalties are. Because if your penalties are high, you're kind of working in a hole to begin with. And it also depends on what you're looking to investing. You didn't ask for it. I don't like it. But if you have a bigger 401k, then you can look at. You're doing it. Okay. One more thing. I do have three kids. How do you think I should allocate the investments for them? That's a different conversation. We want to have like live training for more time. But first, you need to set aside a certain amount of money that you are going to save for them. And then also, like common to the biggest or best investments for, not say the best, but I say for what is life insurance. A lot of people overlook that. Mm-hmm. It's important. And that minute. So, if you don't have it for them, please get some because they're super cheap. And investment route on how to allocate. But continue to follow the plan about putting a set of money amount of money in every month. Okay. Awesome. And I'm in both the red panda and I'm in else we are coming. Are coming. Always never know. Never know what's happening. You know, it's like, yeah. Keisha, you've been so lucky. So, I'm coming to you. Hi, guys. I'm good. I'm good. I'm a part of the aisle and I'm also a part of the stock club. I joined a few weeks ago. And my question is, I have like $10,000 to invest. And I joined a stock club a few weeks ago. But the prices that you gave us had nothing has hit that price yet. And you adjusted the prices. I think like last week or something like that. I'm getting a little nervous because I'm seeing everything go up. Is it gonna go back down? Don't count anybody else's entries and pockets because fire, I've never seen one person take money out of their bank account and say, hey, here's a loss that you have. So, you have to wait for this file. If you need like an adjusted price or Apple, I'll put one in right now for you. But they will come back down. This crash isn't over by a long shot. It'll come back down. But I'll drop on and chat for you. But nobody talks about sometime you're gonna have to just sit out their way and hunt for that price and not move. Well, I'm willing to wait. I'm honestly willing to wait. I'm just, I just got a little bit nervous. So, I am waiting because I have seen things go up and I'm like, oh god, it's past and 300. Oh my god, it's not gonna come back down. It's not gonna come my time. But I am waiting. I am patient. And I am gonna wait for the prices that you gave us. And I'm gonna keep looking at the updates when you send them. I was just making sure that I'm doing the right thing. Yeah, you are. The best thing you can do is if you buy a 315 and it slides back down, you're gonna be like, why didn't you tell me to wait? Right? So, let's just wait for a good price. It may not drop down to where it was in February, but I'm putting a price in chat right now. Well, you'll be good. And then you can start to work your way here. All right. Thank you so much. Somebody said they act a super check question. So, I didn't see how you can either type it back in, but I don't see it. That's full of a lot of comments. So, my accident if they're a while University member, how do they join the Zuma? You are a university member. You get it. Zoom. You get emails. If you opt, this is very important. If you opt out of emails, you know, you're not gonna get it. So, email us. Employer Alicia. If you didn't get the email for whatever reason, and we'll make sure you have the email for next week's soon. And once again, we're running that code EY L $1.99 for 40% off annual. Yeah, this has been a very eventful night. A lot of questions. We had some technical issues. Some people, some people asked about AMC. We talked about that at the beginning of the show. So, if you came in late, just check out the replay. But that's like how we opened a show with A M C, AMC, and Amazon. And any last words? Yeah, I love all you guys. Thank you for the amazing Market Monday's session tonight. Don't call someone that you haven't talked to and tell them that you know. First time we're having a guest Market Monday. So, yeah, we, you know, we try and different thing with the platform. And we want to bring all the people on and have guests and and make it, you know, real interactive. So, this is something I think would be a tremendous value add. It was an idea. So, we're looking forward to it for sure. It's not who you guys expect. We gotta have a build-up for that. You only need four to six good stocks. You don't need 25. You don't need 25. Give four to 16 companies. Continue to cow money into them. And you're good. Buy and just. If you keep doing that. No, next week a living legend will be on. Like, it's gonna be. It's gonna be fun. It's gonna be great. They call me big. They'll give 9. The Legman. Just be here. Like that was here. Hey, they want that Pacquiao. Wait for the Pacquiao Mayweather. Just like a Medici. Wait like seven years. So, for those your YouTube, if you have not joined EYL University, please do so because there's a lot of the programs out there that does not 118th is good.
