The Complete TikTok Shop Blueprint: $0 to $10k/Month

This is the only Tik Tok shop affiliate course you'll ever need and it's completely free. It works without having to go viral, live stream for hours, or even being the one on camera, which is the complete opposite of how it's usually taught. I've generated millions of dollars on Tik Tok shop. I've been the number two, even the number one ranked affiliate on the app before, and even my students have made as much as $150,000 in a month in profit.

So, today I'm walking you through the complete 14-step system start to finish. So, even if you've never sold anything online, you can go from zero to your first $10,000 month.

Step one, understand what Tik Tok shop affiliate actually is. Because you promote other brands' products, collect a commission on every sale, and never touch inventory or ship a thing.

When I got started in Tik Tok shop, I was drop shipping on Tik Tok, losing money. And so, Tik Tok Shop came out and I listed my drop shipping product on Tik Tok Shop. And then that whole store got banned because you can't drop ship on Tik Tok shop. But there used to be a loophole where if you had a Tik Tok shop seller account, you could actually just promote products as an affiliate. So, one day on this account that was banned from selling products, but as a seller, I saw someone's video promoting this CEO's supplement, and I tapped on the orange shopping cart on that video and saw that I could actually earn a commission from promoting this product, even though it wasn't mine. And so, I started to give it a shot. And one of my very first videos made me over $2,000 in profit. So, going from a terrible business model, drop shipping, making almost no money, and then making $2,000 from one of my first videos changed everything for me. And needless to say, I went all-in on Tik Tok Shop Affiliate.

Within 6 months of getting started, I became the number two ranked Tik Tok shop affiliate on the app. I'd made over six figures in profit. But it came in a very weird way. I was doing Tik Tok shop live streams, scrubbing my bathroom floor inside of my parents' house, and I would be talking about this spin scrubber trying to sell it. And every time someone would buy from one of my live streams or one of the videos that I was also posting alongside of that, I would get paid a commission. But I was doing this for 5 to 8 hours a day. And let me tell you, you do not need to be doing that.

Really, how the model works is you run Tik Tok accounts that promote products. And every single time that someone buys from those videos, you end up making a commission. And for every beginner Tik Tok shop affiliate, there's really two beliefs that make or break their success.

Number one, if you believe that this is something that is super difficult, it will be super difficult for you. When I got started, I was 17 and I made $40,000 in profit in a single month. My dad, who's 54 years old, hit $200 in profit within 14 days of getting started. My girlfriend hit over $60,000 in revenue her very first full month on Tik Tok Shop. And so I can tell you if this is something that you think is going to be insanely difficult, it probably will be for you. But if you know that if you can put the right things together, get the right knowledge by going through this video, and go out and execute, that you can make this happen.

And then number two, you have to know that you don't have to be an influencer. You really don't even have to ever show your face on camera if you don't want to. People think of Tik Tok as this thing where you have to dance to make money on the platform, and this is just not the case. Some of the best affiliates of all time have never shown their face on camera. And people still to this day have no idea what they look like, even after making millions and millions of dollars.

The truth is though, most affiliates stay stuck because they treat this game like a side hustle. Where if they're not posting, it means they're not going to make any money. If they're not doing live streams, money is not coming in. And so, they have to work every single day instead of actually just building it into a business. And the entire point of this free course is turning Tik Tok Shop affiliate into a real business instead. And so you don't have to be like this version of me sitting there doing live streams even while on vacation because that's really not a vacation at all. But it's not like it didn't work. The model does work, but there's just a better way of doing it because at some point every smart Tik Tok shop affiliate has to play a bigger game. And so if you can just build the business around the skills that you already have, you can beat everybody else.

But none of that matters until you filter out the one requirement that filters out most beginners before they ever even post a single video. And getting past it is cheaper and faster than almost anyone thinks. So, step two is getting a Tik Tok account to 5,000 followers because without that, you literally cannot use Tik Tok shop affiliate and most people quit right here.

So, there are three ways that you can get a Tik Tok shop account with those followers. Number one, you can buy an aged account for a couple hundred bucks that already has 5, 10, or even a 100,000 followers already on it. So, you can just go onto that account, rename it, change the profile picture, and start posting Tik Tok shop videos. And no, this doesn't make you an influencer at all. Tik Tok shop is a for you page-based platform which means people are more concerned with discovering new content on their for you page than scrolling on their following page with the people that they already follow. So if you change the name and the profile picture of this account and take down the old posts, really nobody will ever know that the account was even purchased and you can start posting Tik Tok shop videos on it almost instantly. This is a very good method because it is ridiculously simple to do so and you don't have to think that much before starting to post.

But there is a caveat when you're buying accounts, and it's that even though 5,000 followers is the minimum for you to start Tik Tok shop, generally if you buy just a 5,000 follower account, they tend to be lower quality than 10,000 or 100,000 follower accounts because the 5,000 follower account was grown by somebody just to be sold off where a lot of times the 100,000 follower accounts were organically grown and so they tend to be way higher quality and more resistant to bans. So if you can opt for a higher follower account because they tend to be better.

Method number two is growing an account with ads. If you want to get an account to 5,000 followers, it's as simple as doing this. The first thing you need to do is post a video on your Tik Tok account that says "follow for good luck. Scroll for 7 years of bad luck." If you post a video like that, even though it seems weird, you can then run ads on that video to every single country but South Korea and get followers for 1 to 2 cents per follower when running ads on that video from Tik Tok Ads Manager. That means for $20 to $50, you can also get an account to 5,000 followers and start posting Tik Tok shop videos. But something you need to do alongside that if you're growing an account with ads is post another video that says "like for good luck and scroll for 7 years of bad luck" so that your account has actually some engagement on it besides just getting followers. So, if you post both these videos organically and run ads on both of them individually, you can have a very healthy account that can actually get into the Tik Tok shop affiliate program. Because sometimes if you just do the follower ad, it can get denied from the Tik Tok shop affiliate program for gaining followers too quickly. But if you run this likes campaign as well alongside it, most of the time it'll get into the Tik Tok shop affiliate program.

Another type of video that you can make for this method is something that says, "I'm trying out the teamwork trend. I'm following everybody back. I promise." If you post a video like that, it can do just as good or better as the "follow for good luck, scroll for seven years of bad luck" video.

The last thing that you can do is use AI videos to grow accounts organically. If you consistently post relatable content about cats and dogs, and you can even use AI to create these videos, you can also get to 5,000 followers like this. But sometimes this can take the longest and be the most expensive. So, buying an account and growing an account with ads are my two favorite methods.

This exact 5,000 follower barrier is the reason most people never actually get started. So clearing this cheaply and quickly puts any beginner ahead of most of the field on just day one. So I'll leave a link in the description where you can join the free affiliate automated community so that you can go ahead and buy your very first Tik Tok shop account. Just a reminder to never respond to DMs on Discord. Sometimes people will like impersonate me and try to sell you an account. But here's exactly how you can go and buy an account and never buy one from the DMs.

So once you're in the free Discord, you can go ahead and see some of these free channels here in growth and monetization. Right now, you can just go ahead and click on that and it will show all the channels here. Let's go ahead and click "buy accounts." Okay, we've selected the "buy accounts" channel all the way down and then we can go ahead and join any of these account sellers' Discords. For all of them, if you mention that you're from affiliate automated, you'll get at least 10% off. So, let's just say we pick source number three, which happens to be Shaw at the moment of filming this. We can click this Discord link and then press accept. So then once we're in this Discord or any of the Discords, there's going to be a channel that says "purchase accounts." We're going to go ahead and click that and then press "create a ticket." From there, once we press "create a ticket," it's going to say "ticket created" and then it's going to have our ticket number. We can see this blue highlighted thing. Go ahead and click that. And now we're going to say "hey." And then we can also just add on there that I am from affiliate automated. And once we've gone ahead and done that, we can go and purchase this Tik Tok shop account and get started.

And once the account is live, the next decision is one that is genuinely 90% of the entire Tik Tok shop game. And getting it wrong is why most people post for weeks and never make a single sale. Step three, pick the right product because product selection is 90% of Tik Tok shop. And the script barely matters if the product itself is wrong.

There's this beast of Tik Tok shop that runs everything in the Tik Tok shop game. Now, GMVAX is Tik Tok's AI ad algorithm. Essentially, what this means is a brand will put money into GMVAX and GMVAX looks at all the videos being posted for the brand's products and tries to select the videos that when pushed out will give the brand the best return on investment. So, the brand's goal is to put money in and get money out. GMVAX's goal is to help the brand do that by selecting the best affiliate videos and pushing those affiliate videos out to more people to get more sales. That's what it's for. But if you as an affiliate understand how to get these GMV Max ads on your videos to get you more views and more sales, you really understand what products to select so that you can make the most amount of money.

So, I want you to imagine a product like this that has a ton of revenue behind it. In the last 30 days, it has sold 200,000 units, which is insane. This thing is ridiculously popular. But even though this product is insanely popular, what that also means is that there is a ton of competition and there's a crazy amount of creators that are also promoting this product. So, there's probably a lot of ad spend behind this product, which is good for us cuz that can get us more views and more sales as Tik Tok shop affiliates making videos for this product. But the part that takes away ad spend from us is the fact that there's so many other people competing for that massive ad spend budget. So, what we would really want to find is a big brand spending a lot of money on ads, but a product that has not that much competition because there's a lot of ad spend, but not that many videos for the ad spend to go on to. So, if we post our videos there, it gives us a high likelihood of our videos getting picked up by GMV Max and getting more views and more sales. So, this is not necessarily a product that I would recommend and definitely not for beginners because your video has to be one of the best to get picked up by GMV Max.

So, we're on Cal Data right now. This is a pretty good way to be able to find products. You can use code "affiliate" (one word) to get 10% off on callata.com. So you can see how much competition there is on certain products because what we're really looking for is a big brand with a new product. One of the easiest ways to find products that are popping off right now is to go to "video and ad" here and then "publish date last 3 days." When I find videos that have popped off within the last 3 days, I can infer that there's just a lot of money to be made on these products. There's probably a lot of ad spend behind most of the products that are on these top videos that have been posted within the last 3 days and there may not even be that much competition. So, something that you can do is look for videos that are bad, but that are generating a lot of revenue. Because then I know the reason it went viral is not the video, but it's probably the product. For example, this is probably a pretty good product because this video is very average. Nothing crazy about it and it's already made $7,000 within the last 3 days. So, that's one way that we can go and find some good products.

Another way that I can do it is sort by the last 3 days on the product section and then go to the "revenue growth rate" and set this to over 100%. And make sure that it's an affiliate product as well. Once I submit this, I can see all of these products. And these are pretty good, too. For example, this spacious bin has 45 creators and $132,000 in revenue generated and has grown 200% within the last 3 days. This is a very good way to find products.

Really, when you're new, the number one thing is going to be getting your hands on as many products as you possibly can, cuz as a Tik Tok shop affiliate, you can request free samples and making videos for every single one of these products. We'll talk about how to make videos in a second here, but the easiest way to do this is always going to be the "fifth grader method." Spraying and praying, trying to select as many products as you can, testing all of them with proven video formats. And the ones that work, you double down on, the ones that don't work, you stop making videos for. And just recently, a couple of our Tik Tok shop accounts found a winner and we made $1,100 in commission in a day from these four accounts. And the way that we found that product was just doing this fifth grader method where we were testing everything and trying to figure out what works. We found a product that worked and double down on it.

So look, the target is always going to be finding these big brands with not that much competition because the brand's ad spend becomes more likely to go on your video because being early to a brand like Ulta Beauty or Nike or Under Armour, these brands that are starting to come onto Tik Tok shop that have billion-dollar ad budgets and these can absolutely print you money. But you also need to get your start by just making as many product videos as you can.

But even a perfect product falls flat if you point it at the wrong type of buyer. And there's a specific slice of people that are far easier to sell than anybody else. So step number four is learn the sales funnel because every Tik Tok shop video you see is top, middle, or bottom of funnel and each targets a completely different buyer.

Top of-funnel videos are the viral style videos. These are the ones that get the most amount of views. But remember, views on Tik Tok shop don't make you money. Only sales do. So while top-of-funnel videos are good, they can take a little bit longer and just be more difficult to make because they start out very broad, targeting a topic that appeals to everybody, not just the niche group of people who might buy the product. Hence why it's called the top of the sales funnel. And then throughout the video, after a very broad start to it that appeals to everybody, it takes you closer and closer and closer to actually purchasing the product.

Here's an example of one. >> She's not naturally pretty, prettier than you. You're not ugly without makeup. >> That appeals to almost all women. >> They're just rubbing boob filler. >> Creates a ton of curiosity >> on their freaking faces. I was this close to getting my raccoon eyes filled and now I don't need to leave the house without. >> Now, if you're a guy, obviously this isn't targeting you. But for women, we don't even know what she's selling yet. We don't even know if she's selling anything. And that's why it appeals to such a broad audience because it's a very broad pain point and it doesn't even seem like an ad yet. And most won't admit it, but almost every woman secretly has probably felt jealous of another girl looking beautiful. And so again, we're targeting like almost all women here. And that's why this video can get a lot of views. >> Concealer like what I say, it does not rub off. This is boob filler aka volume. >> And only now she introduces the product >> feline. It's an ingredient that was derived in France. And what this is going to do is take the baby fat cells in your face and turn them into full grown adult fat cells. >> And that's the unique mechanism making the fat cells under your eyes puff up. Who knows if this works, but regardless, it's a good video. I know everyone's going to be pissed who paid full price because it's Metacube's brand sale. So, everyone's getting >> and obviously now she's selling it. She's giving you the call to action. You've hit all the pain points already >> these for like under $20 >> and only at the end of the video does she really sell the sale. But it's all focused on insecurities, pain points, and the emotions and the emotions that actually get people to purchase. But this video got like 10 million views and made her a ton of money.

So, staying on the same product, what does a middle-of-funnel video look like? It's going to be targeting a slightly smaller audience who already kind of knows about the product or the fact that there are products that can do something similar. This is what we would call solution aware. They know that there's things that can give them a solution to their baggy under eyes. Here's a very, very simple middle-of-funnel example that absolutely crushed it. What's happening? >> What's happening? >> What's happening? >> What's happening? What's happening? >> So, the entire video is just essentially B-roll of her applying this stick to her under eyes. And it does well because it uses language that appeals to the ICP of this product, the ideal customer profile here. For example, it says "BC," which is "because." And generally, women aged 20 to 40 years old would know that, but maybe not everybody would. And that's something good when you're doing middle-of-funnel. You want to use words that appeal to your target audience that really resonate with them. Because the only two reasons why these types of videos do really well is the product is good or was good at the time of then posting this and the copy that you actually choose to write. So, the words on the screen. Insanely simple, can work very well, and very easy to outsource to a UGC creator later on. These videos are 15 seconds, convert slightly better than top-of-funnel as a rule of thumb and can make you a lot of money very easily.

The last step of the sales funnel is always going to be the bottom of the funnel. Bottom-of-funnel videos on Tik Tok shop work better than any other style for the most part for a couple of reasons. Number one being they target the lower-hanging fruit. Bottom-of-funnel videos sell to people who already know about the product. They are in the most aware stage where they've seen the product before. They've seen maybe that middle and that top-of-funnel video for that product. Maybe they even have it in their cart. Maybe they've read all the reviews and they're very close to buying. They know the features. They know the benefits, but they just haven't gotten over the edge and bought it yet. Now, most of the time, you're not going to convert somebody like this by telling them about the features again because they already know. The way that you get these people to go from interested to actually buying the product is going to be by selling the sale. When you sell the sale on Tik Tok shop, you have to get them to know that right now is the best time to buy whatever the product is, and that it's on a sale cheaper on Tik Tok shop than it is anywhere else. One of the reasons this works so well on Tik Tok shop is because products on Tik Tok shop are cheaper than they are on Amazon, Best Buy, in stores, or anywhere else. So, it makes it very easy to do this. Another reason why these videos can do so well is because GMV Max looks at clicks, watch time, and sales. And bottom-of-funnel videos are the highest converting out of any other style. They can convert low amounts of views into relatively high amounts of sales. And so GMV Max a lot of the times will look at how well these videos are converting even with low view counts and because of that push those videos out to way more people because of their performance.

So here's a bottom-of-funnel video for this same product that we've been looking at that compared to almost everything else around it got more sales compared to the amount of views that it got, meaning that it converted higher. Let's watch. It doesn't even say the benefits of the product. This is also the shortest out of all the videos that we've seen. And somehow it converted the best because it targets people who are very close to buying. All it says is that the product is on a huge sale. It doesn't say the benefits, doesn't say the features, just the fact that it's on a sale. Here's another >> to get it for crazy prices like this. If you want to get this, make sure you add it to your cart and go all the way to the checkout because Tik Tok will automatically apply your coupons and discounts. But today is going to be the last day because they end the sale tonight at midnight. So go get your steal right now. Now, fair warning, I'm not sure if this product's 50% off and if you lie like this, you may get a violation. So try to stay away from lying. But selling this sale, regardless, will always be one of the highest converting styles ever. Point blank. This can be done for any product, whether it is Voluupalene or a supplement or a vacuum. It really doesn't matter as long as you know which stage of awareness you are targeting, which stage of the funnel you are targeting.

So once you know what buyer to chase, the real skill is getting that person to hand over their credit card. And I have an exact sequence that works almost every single time with this method. So step five is sell the sale instead of the product because the most aware buyer already knows what the product does. So your only job is to make the deal impossible to pass up. Over the thousands and thousands and thousands of videos that I or my team has posted, all of our bottom-of-funnel videos have came back to this one simple, repeatable formula that works for every product, no matter what the deal is. And by far and away, this is the best way to get somebody to go from interested in your product to actually purchasing it and getting the sale and making the commission. Because the better you can do this, the less views are necessary to actually make sales. So even your lower view videos can generate a decent amount of sales.

Step one of the seven-step bottom-of-funnel formula is the open loop or the pattern interrupt. An open loop is just an open curiosity loop. But this has to be around the deal. So how can we make someone feel curious around the deal? Because if we just say "$17 Neurogum," that's not a curious deal. That's not a curious deal. That's the full story. But with the exact same product, Neurogum here, we could say "double discount on Neurogum." And now it sounds good, but it creates some curiosity around the deal, making the interested Neurogum buyer who we're selling to actually be interested in what we're going to say and how we can get them this double discount, which sounds great, but they don't know what it really is or how to get it. So, they're going to continue watching, which triggers one of GMV Max's pillars, which is watch time. When people watch for longer, GMV Max is more likely to push the video out to more people. So, that's step one.

Step two is the transition. This could be something like, "Don't believe me." Literally as simple as that will work. This is the least relevant part of this whole thing.

So, step one, double discount. Step two, don't believe me. Step three, tap the orange shopping cart. When I have a very early call to action in a video like this, what happens is I end up getting a lot more clicks on my videos because I have people in this very curious state where they're like, "What is this double discount?" But I haven't actually told them what it is. I'm just telling them to tap the orange shopping cart and alluding to the fact that they'll see what the deal actually is. Once they do that, that triggers the second pillar of GMV Max, which is getting a lot of clicks on your videos. I always say the number one thing that you need to do as a Tik Tok shop affiliate is get the right people to the product page. Us talking about the deal and then having a call to action, make sure that we're going to get people who are interested in Neurogum to the product page. And that is our only job. It's not even necessarily about selling them. If we can get enough people that are the right people, which is the most aware buyer audience for Neurogum, people that already have read the reviews, they know about the product to tap the orange shopping cart, my job is finished.

But we're not going to get everybody to click just at step three. We go to step four, which is why they should do it. Now, I need to make that double discount thing I said makes sense, or else it doesn't work. You don't want to lie to people. A, because it doesn't convert as well because people don't want to be lied to. That's a turnoff for anybody. And B, if you just lie on Tik Tok shop, you can also get violations, too. So, don't lie. But why they should do it is to unlock a major flash sale as their first discount. Note here is that almost every product on Tik Tok shop has a flash sale and free shipping, which is what our double discount is going to be. And it happens to be cheaper on Tik Tok shop than it is anywhere else. So, it makes it really easy to sell the sale like what we were talking about earlier. So, why they should do it to unlock a major flash sale as their first discount.

Then, step five and six is going to be giving some value and then closing the loop, which just means making it make sense. So, after I say to unlock a major flash sale as your first discount, then I'm going to be like, "Then go to the checkout page to claim fast and free shipping as your second discount, giving you a double discount on Neurogum." Now, I've made what I said at the start make sense. And then step seven is just your second call to action. This is when you say, "Tap on that orange shopping cart because this deal won't be around forever," or something along those lines, just creating some urgency. This is how you go from some random guy or girl on the internet saying, "Hey, this product's on free shipping" to somebody who actually hooks them in on a good deal and then delivers on that good deal promise and gets them to purchase one of their favorite products at a great price.

But that's just one of the many ways that you can do this seven-step bottom-of-funnel formula. Another extremely effective way to do that seven-step bottom-of-funnel formula is something called a reverse hook where I still follow every single step in the bottom-of-funnel formula, but instead of saying "double discount," I use a different method of creating curiosity. In step one, I can say "don't buy Neurogum." What this does is create some sort of worry in our target buyer, which is the very educated on Neurogum person who's very close to buying. And putting this seven-step formula together triggers step three, which is sales. When you get sales on your videos, GMV Max looks at those sales and says, "Hey, if we push this out to more people, we're probably going to get even more sales." And this is one of the many reasons why this formula works so well. My transition for step two is going to be really the only part that's different where instead of just saying "if you don't believe me, tap the orange shopping cart," I can say "unless you're getting it on a double discount." So, it's "do not buy Neurogum unless you're getting it on a double discount" or "do not buy Neurogum unless you're getting it in a bundle right now 'cause it's way cheaper." Tap the orange shopping cart and then I go through the rest of the other steps saying how to get it, whatever. This works for nearly every single product. And if you're under 4% click-through rate and 4% click-to-order rate, this is generally when I would say you need to work on things. If you're under 4% click-through rate, you need to work on the hook.

And every piece of that seven-step bottom-of-funnel formula lives and dies inside a window so short that most creators miss it completely, which is where the next piece comes in. Step six, you have to win the first 3 seconds because people watch only a couple seconds before deciding if a video is worth their time. So, there has to be some sort of clickbait line, which is either going to be having this really big deal at the start that doesn't really make sense, like "double discount" or "triple discount," and then explaining that later on, or our reverse hook, where we say, "I'm returning this" or "do not buy this." So, we can catch the attention of our target audience, which is these people who are close to buying the product. So, for almost all bottom-of-funnel videos, you have to have a very good open loop or curiosity around the deal and have a call to action within your first 3 seconds because most people on Tik Tok shop don't even watch past the first 3 seconds. So, unless your video is middle or top of funnel, you need to have a call to action within the first couple seconds to get those right buyers to tap the orange shopping cart. And also, almost every single video, regardless of what type of video it is, needs to have some sort of urgency. If it's a top-of-funnel video, maybe you only have urgency at the end and you're like, "Check the price and read the reviews because these go out of stock all the time." So, if it's still in stock, I'll leave the orange shopping cart in the bottom left corner. You're still creating urgency even though it's a top-of-funnel video. And for bottom-of-funnel videos, you have step three, which is your first call to action and the last part of the video as well, where you have another call to action telling people to tap the orange shopping cart. And so, you have to create that urgency at the very least at the end of the video. But for every style of video that you do, you will need some form of hook. So when you're new, do not try to create hooks from scratch. There are so many proven frameworks that already exist, just like the couple that we have already gone over today. And you can simply just copy these because this is what's going to make your click-through rate the highest, and clicks is one of the biggest things that determines how far a video travels. So if you're using data and you see videos that have worked before, just copy the hooks. Don't change anything about them. but a great hook that you can land only once is no good. You need a way to reproduce it on demand without sitting down to think every time.

Step seven, build templates for the videos that you want to make the most because the goal is to remove every bit of friction. So any product can become a video in seconds. So right here is a template that you can use for any product over and over and over again. So we'll go ahead and execute it right now. It says "do not buy [product name]. Do not, unless you're getting it on a double discount." So this template for this Neurogum watermelon here would read like this: "Do not buy this Neurogum watermelon. Do not, unless you're getting it on a double discount. When you tap the orange shopping cart, that's going to unlock you a major flash sale. And your second sale is going to be fast and free shipping. But hurry, the sale ends tonight. So tap the orange shopping cart if you don't want to miss it." And this can be done for Neurogum. It can be done for literally any product in existence as long as you have these templates. And once you have this template, you can just switch in different products and make a ton of videos very quick. So even with the skincare product, I can do the exact same thing. "Do not buy this Pre-Quil Hyaluronic Acid. Please do not buy it unless you're getting it on a double discount. When you tap the orange shopping cart, that's going to unlock a major flash sale. And your second sale is going to be fast and free shipping. But hurry, the sale ends tonight. So tap the orange shopping cart if you don't want to miss it." Regardless of what the product is, the template works based on human and GMV psychology. So, and so because of that, you can just switch out the product and the script still works. So you can still sell the truth while getting them a good deal since it's cheaper on Tik Tok shop than it is elsewhere. And just to show you too that you can turn almost anything into a template. "I'm returning this Neurogum. It's not because it gives you energy and focus. It's not because it makes you more locked in than any other supplement. And it's definitely not because of the taste because it tastes amazing. But I'm returning it 'cause I bought it in store for full price and I got it on Tik Tok shop for this cheap. Check the price and read those reviews because these just went out of stock. If they're back in stock, I'll leave the orange shopping cart somewhere down below in the bottom left corner, but get it before it goes out of stock again." And that works again. And feel free to steal both of these templates and try them for yourselves. And once the template's memorized, picking up a product means you already know the video, which is what lets one person pump out dozens of videos a day without ever stumbling over what to say.

And even a memorized format won't save a beginner who insists on being original. Because at the start, your own creativity is the one thing working against you. So step eight is copy people who are already winning. Because good artists copy and great artists steal and sometimes make it better. And at the start, your job is to just steal scripts word for word. One of the best ways to do this is find accounts on Tik Tok shop or using Calo data that are generating a ton of money in GMV. I can then just look at the videos that are doing the best for them, getting the most amount of views, and all I have to do is copy. Because the hypothesis that I've always had is if you can do what someone does, you can have what they have. And so if you see videos that are performing very well for somebody else, you should change absolutely nothing about them and recreate that video for yourself as close to that video as you possibly can. And if you're under $10,000 a month, you should only be pulling things from two buckets. Either A, a template that you've created or that you stole from me, or B, an exact recreation of a video that has already performed in the past. When people think that they need to be original, this is the number one thing compared to anything else that will stall their progress. I have seen thousands of beginners start Tik Tok Shop Affiliate and the ones that win the fastest are the ones that copy other people that already know what they're doing. When you copy somebody who's already making a lot of money and you literally change absolutely nothing about the video, you accidentally do a lot of things right. You accidentally have a great hook, you accidentally have a great call to action. Accidentally, the video uses a lot of psychology that you normally might not think about. And if a video is faceless, you should copy it so close to the point where someone wouldn't even know the difference between your video and the video that you're copying. Because if you change one thing, you might be changing the variable that made that video work in the first place.

So this is Tik Tok shop seller center. You can go to Google, search up Tik Tok seller center, and create an account to see the accurate back-end data of who is generating the most GMV. This is in the affiliate center inside of the seller center, and you can only access this on your computer. So, you go to "find creators," then you're going to go ahead and click "GMV." So, you sort by GMV, and you can see all of the top creators and copy their videos if you choose to do so. For example, this account's generating 1.1 million GMV per month. I can click, see what videos are generating the most amount of GMV, and I can copy these videos. You should be doing this for your first month before even trying to turn your brain on and think that you know what videos you should make. Do not try to have an original idea, unless you want your success to take longer than it should. And this allows you to skip a lot of the time most people would take trying to learn everything when you can just learn by doing and make sales in this process of learning. After recreating these videos, you'll start to understand what a good video should look like.

So, with proven videos handled, there's still money being left on the table if you keep picking products in the wrong price range. And the fix is the opposite of what most beginners assume. Step nine, go after expensive products from big brands that barely have videos being made for them. Because a lot of times the price tag is what keeps competition away. There are a ton of different products generally from brands like Shark and Ninja that are really expensive. Like these products are anywhere from $200 to $300 sometimes. And a lot of times people think that this is bad and that it would make it harder to sell. But since the products are $200 to $300, a lot of the times there's just not that many people promoting these products. And so when a product is expensive, something really crazy happens where the brand has a lot of money to spend on a video before determining if the video is good or bad. So all of your videos essentially get more ad spend on them because the brand has such an expensive product that they can afford to do so. So with these more expensive products from these bigger brands, you have essentially a perfect product that can work with an even worse video because there's just more ad spend allocated for each video since the product's more expensive and since there's less competition.

But none of that product math matters if one switch in your settings tab is turned off. The one that decides if you ever get any ad spend on your videos at all. Step 10, turn on GMV Max because it is how brands run ads on your videos and without it, you're trying to win an ads game, playing organic. Like I said, Tik Tok shop runs on GMV Max. So, every single person when they get an account, if they don't turn on GMV Max, they are lighting money on fire and they're not even playing the same game as everybody else. So, go to Tik Tok Studio. Then, you're going to go to Tik Tok Shop for creator, click on your profile picture, go to privacy settings, and then scroll all the way down at the bottom. You are going to see a setting that allows you to turn on GMV Max and allows brands to run ads on your videos. There is zero cons to turning this on. And there are so many affiliates that literally just never turn this on because it comes by default off and they never end up making any money. And it's unfortunate that they just don't know why. But a lot of the times it's just this because now once you have GMV Max on, you're competing with every other affiliate who also has it on. And now you're just competing to have better videos and better products than other people. And one of the easiest ways to do this is increasing your click-through rate. If you have a click-through rate of 3 to 7% or higher, this gives GMV Max the signal that you have a good video and to put more ad spend behind your videos to push it out to more people to get it more views and ultimately more sales. Because if you can get a lot of clicks on your videos consistently, even on super competitive products, you can still win because your video outperforms all the other videos.

And even with that engine running, the amount of videos that you put out decides everything. And the real number is far higher than anybody is willing to believe. So step 11 is posting a huge volume of videos because output on Tik Tok shop tends to be relatively linear where more good videos essentially just means you can make more money. We currently post hundreds of videos a day on Tik Tok shop across many Tik Tok shop accounts and almost everybody inside of affiliate automated that's doing real numbers is doing the same on Tik Tok shop. Most the videos you put out will not work and that's just part of the game. But the ones that do are literal lottery tickets. You can have singular videos that can make you $10,000, $30,000 from one video. Now, getting these videos is much easier if you're posting a lot of videos. Not only is every video that you post a lottery ticket, but you pick up more data from every single video. And so, you start to understand what works. And when you find something that works, it's not going to be you filming hundreds of videos. You can find one product that works and then copy and paste it across multiple different accounts. You can continue to make videos for a product that worked on one account on other accounts. So, even if you averaged two sales a video across 30 videos that you posted each day, you could get 60 sales. And 60 sales at $5 commission would

be $300 a day in commission. You do that for a month, that's $9,000 a month. And that's with only 30 posts a day. When you have a team and you understand how to really scale this up, you can do many more videos than that and obviously make more money.

So even if you're doing it alone and you want to be a high performer, you could make 30 videos a day alone because once you understand templates, you can pump videos out, making 30 a day actually manageable. But you can only test that scale if you have enough videos to test with. And that is exactly where most people run dry on the one input that decides everything.

Step 12, get more samples than anybody else because products are the biggest variable that you can test. And most affiliates only request five or 10 a month. We have a creator that has a storage unit and so we will send her 100 samples a month and so that she can constantly be testing new products. This is one of the biggest reason why we find more winners than anybody else because we're willing to test more free samples on Tik Tok shop.

When you start to generate more revenue, you have the ability to get more samples. And even as a beginner Tik Tok shop affiliate, you can still get your hands on a good amount of samples because you really never know what products are going to pop off. I made a lot of money off some very strange products like cat litter or My Little Pony or things that most people wouldn't be willing to test. But I know that the more products that I test, the more winners that I can find and the more money that I can make.

So once your account hits about $1,000 in sales, which is roughly only 30 sales, brands will start to approve roughly half or more of your sample requests. And my old apartment in San Diego was literally entirely furnished by Tik Tok Shop samples because you can start to get a lot of free stuff as you start to generate more revenue on Tik Tok shop as an affiliate. The members inside of affiliate automated instantly get over $4,000 in free samples since we're an affiliate network. We have hundreds of thousands of samples allocated to us each month to give out to our affiliates.

So, if you're interested in joining that, you can go down below in the link in the description and chat with someone from my team if you want an instant advantage over pretty much anybody else. Not only do you obviously have the best training, but you get connected to the best brands. You have higher commission. You have free samples. You get notified when these big brands drop new products and literally everything you could possibly need to scale Tik Tok shop to hundreds of videos a day. But once you have more samples, you have a bigger testing ground. More products beats more hooks and more call to actions. So, stacking samples is the fastest way to find a winner and then double down on that.

Step 13 is get retainers from brands. Because a retainer is guaranteed cash on top of commissions, which matters whether you run this solo or with the team. Since there are more brands on Tik Tok shop joining every single month than there are affiliates, you as an affiliate are always going to be in demand. So, not only can you get paid on commission when you sell products, you can also get paid a flat fee just for making the video. And a very common brand deal would be call it $500 for 30 videos or $1,000 for 30 videos. or if you're very good, it can be way, way, way more than this, too.

So, you can rack up a couple thousand bucks a month in these retainers because retainers pay the bills. Commissions buy the stake. So, retainers plus commissions give you reliable cash flow, which funds paying creators and running this like a business instead of living sale to sale. And the easiest way to get these deals is either to be obviously in a community like Affiliate Automated or just put your email in your bio and as you start to generate more sales, brands will reach out to you a lot of the times and offer you a retainer. So, make sure to keep an eye on your email and put it in your bio so that these brands can reach you and send you these retainer deals.

So, to sum up retainers, these can be great because they help you have more cash flow throughout the process of you scaling Tik Tok shop. You can put your email in your bio, and you can make your life way easier by just having a consistent floor for what you're going to make every single month, even when commissions go up and down. And one single retainer can cover your entire team costs as you begin to scale up.

But every step up until now still has you doing the work yourself. And there is a point where being the one making every single video becomes the exact thing that's holding you back.

Step 14, outsource yourself and turn this from Tik Tok shop affiliate into Tik Tok shop automation. Because hiring people to make the videos is what turns this from a affiliate side hustle into a real business. Back when I was doing live streams, I came out to Miami for the very first time and I had to bring my live stream product to Miami. And I still had to go live for 5 to 8 hours a day in the morning, but I had to do it because that was how I was making my money at the time.

Fortunately, I got introduced to this wealthy commercial real estate guy who was making a ton of money and I was telling him about what I was doing and I was saying I was doing all these live streams. I was making some good money, but I didn't enjoy it and I wanted to outsource it and I was thinking of hiring somebody that could do the live streams for me, but that just sounded weird or that just sounded crazy. And he told me it's crazy to be a business owner. That's what he asked me. And from there, I instantly went home essentially and hired a friend's ex-girlfriend for $25 an hour to start outsourcing videos on the side. The very first month, we paid her about $1,000 total. And right then, I knew we had something. And fortunately, at the same time, my live stream product started to die down after I made my first 100K from it. And so, this is when I started going all in on videos and Tik Tok Shop Automation.

So, the way that Tik Tok shop automation works from start to finish is essentially you brief a UGC creator on what videos and what products you want them to film. And you can request free samples directly from Tik Tok shop to their house and so that they can film videos with the products and you never even have to touch a thing. And then a virtual assistant then edits and then posts these videos onto your Tik Tok shop accounts and then you collect the commission and look at what videos you should post tomorrow and what products you should select. And you can even outsource these things too eventually because what most Tik Tok shop affiliates don't realize is that they are not special. They are not the only ones that can film videos. They're not the only ones that can edit and post videos. And in fact, there's people out there who could do it way better than them. And all Tik Tok Shop affiliates could buy back their time if they weren't so scared or if they just knew how to do it.

So, the first thing you need to do to actually do this is go hire a UGC creator. One single creator can be the difference between you making $1,000 a month and $50,000 a month. My student Nathan did $48,000 in profit last month and he has one creator and one virtual assistant. That's it. I just flew him out to Miami and so hopefully by the time I'm posting this video that our vlog with him is out. But that is his entire business. He has a creator who films the videos and a virtual assistant who edits and posts the videos, who requests samples and does everything else. And he runs this business at well over 90% margins. So getting the creator is as simple as going to hourlyugucc.com. You can even get a free trial and then make a job post and hire a creator for $25 to $35 an hour. You can get hundreds of applicants in. Interview 10 of them that you think would do well and select one that has a good attitude, has somewhere to store products, and responds quickly. skill is actually a lot less relevant than you think it would be because all of these styles that work on Tik Tok shop can be trained and they're all relatively simple. And when you hire a creator for $25 an hour, they can almost always, if you give them the correct templates, film 25 videos per hour or more, which allows you to get videos for less than a dollar each. And obviously, we know even with retainers, brands are willing to pay $30 a video and beyond. But that doesn't even include any commissions. And commissions is where you make the big bucks. And so this is the reason why you can run this model at over 90% margins because you have a good arbitrage on how much you can pay the creators and they're happy to do that work for 25 to 35 an hour and how much money these videos can actually make you.

Because if you even just posted 30 videos a day and you averaged two sales per day on each video overall, you would be averaging 60 sales a day at $5 commission per each sale. That's $300 in profit a day. Even if you just did that, you didn't even go further than that. That would be $9,000 a month without any retainers. $9,000 a month, paying roughly $1,000 a month for your creator. And that could even still be considered doing this at a low level.

On hourly UGC, you can also go ahead and pay out creators, track their views and their performance, and give them briefs all directly through the app. If you're not using this, I don't know what you're doing. You can also make custom folders for all of the different raw and edited videos and give your virtual assistant access to this the same way you do in Google Drive and create group chats with you, your virtual assistant, and your creator. This is an absolute necessity if you want to do Tik Tok shop automation.

The next part is hiring your virtual assistant, which you can do on online jobs.ph. This is where most people hire their virtual assistants for online business. You can put up a job post for a Tik Tok shop editor and poster. And this job is also not very hard because Tik Tok shop editing is relatively simple, but it's good if you have someone with some sort of editing background and then filter through to find someone again with a good attitude and who is quick. These two things will make a good employee for this model. And at $3 to $6 an hour, they are very happy because we have employees that are making $6 an hour in the Philippines that are balling. They are like paying off debts and buying new cars.

And so when you're actually going out and doing it, this is what it looks like. You have a creator filming videos and then you have a virtual assistant who's going ahead editing these videos across your Tik Tok shop accounts. And once you have accounts that are working like this, you can go ahead and copy and paste, hire another creator and another virtual assistant and duplicate what you had working on the first handful of accounts. And if you do not want to get stuck in the influencer trap of having to film videos and go live to produce income until you stop doing Tik Tok shop affiliate, then this is an absolute necessity for anybody who wants to do this long term.

Now, all of this is just the system on a whiteboard until you watch it work for someone who started exactly where you did. So, here are four real students who did this in real time. Number one is my student Nathan, who joined Affiliate Automated at 16 years old, who's now 17 years old. He started all of this from zero and scaled up to nearly $50,000 a month with about $45,000 in pure profit and is on track to make multi multi6 figures this year in pure profit. Nathan was making some middle ofunnel content himself and he was doing okay. He picked up on it relatively quick but I don't think he even cracked a $10,000 month alone. He did some middle of funnel and some bottom ofunnel. But once he started outsourcing Tik Tok shop that is when everything changed for him. Within 3 months of starting he was running over four accounts and over a hundred videos a day with one creator and one VA. And Nathan's product approach is relatively simple, but he's just getting high ticket products from big brands with very little competition. He tests those for like a hundred videos each because he can very simply and easily with the systems that he has set up and if it sells, he doubles down on them. If it doesn't sell, he returns them. Now, Nathan has generated well over a million dollars and is nearly generating a million dollars a month in GMV on Tik Tok shop. He did all of this while in high school.

But look, let's be real. Nathan came in young. He had nothing to lose. But the next affiliate automated member had a full career in a family situation with everything on the line. Case study number two. Dallas came from over 11 years in car sales with zero content experience. Made about $18,000 in a single month and bought his dream car. When Dallas was doing Tik Tok shop alone, he had one big video that made him over $4,500 which he just copied from somebody else. It was a simple fidget clicker that he just copied. And that one win really gave him the capital to start to build this whole thing out. But while trying to scale out Tik Tok shop, Dallas got down to the last $900 in his name. He had to pay off debts. He had the IRS at his door and he was so stressed out that he handed a lot of his control to his creator, Destiny, who held the business together by doubling down on top selling products even when Dallas's personal life was having some trouble. And not only was Dallas having legal problems, he was having problems with his long-term relationship and even problems with his old car sales job and had to move to another job in the midst of all of this. And now he lives by one idea that every single adversity has an equal or greater opportunity. So that even the worst adversities that he has in his life can still be a setup for a comeback.

And Dallas had at least a relatively steady income while building this while the next student didn't. In February, Victor only made $1.1,000 in commission on Tik Tok shop. His mom was having health issues and even was in the ER in critical condition. His mind was fogged with the possibility of his mom passing away in front of his eyes. And throughout all of that, he still came to the calls. He still continued to learn and in March he finished out at $21,000 in pure profit. He was doing this by going to the stores every day and trying to find big brands with new products that he could be on before everybody else. And that's what got him to that $20,000 month. But what then got him to $35,000 in profit in a single month was outsourcing. He found a creator that he could get his products to and she took over all of the filming for him. So, Victor went from an instore operator to an actual business owner who had nearly doubled his income and taken many tasks off his plate. He no longer filmed, edited, or posted any videos at all. And is now even planning to bring this into an in-person operation where he has creators that come in full-time and work for him because he's not satisfied at 35K a month. And he wants to build this into a generational Tik Tok shop media conglome.

Now, Victor was young, sure, with energy to spare. Which leaves the last and hardest question, whether someone with no natural advantage at all could pull this off. So, literally anybody, regardless of what their situation is, with these 14 steps can go and become a top Tik Tok shop affiliate and earn 10 to $100,000 a month.

Now, look, I can't guarantee that you make money from this video at all because I have absolutely no idea if you're going to implement this in any way, shape, or form because to be honest with you, most people don't. But what I can guarantee is that if you actually go out and implement this stuff, this is going to be your best chance because these exact strategies have had our members generate hundreds of millions in GMV. So, now it's up to you to actually go out and implement this. So regardless of who you are, I have seen hundreds and hundreds of lives be changed by this exact system. So I believe in you and that you can actually go out and do this too. And I have seen Tik Tok Shop hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of lives. So I know that it can do the same for yours too if you are somebody that is willing to go out and implement. So go do it.

And look, all the tools that we talked about today will be linked down below in the description so you can go ahead and use them for yourself. And if you want to see exactly how Nathan got to $50,000 a month and an awesome weekend we had in Miami with a little bit of a surprise, go check out the video somewhere around here and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. And I almost never ask for this, but if you could leave a subscription down below if you enjoyed this video, I would greatly appreciate it. And I hope to see you inside of Affiliate Automated.
