We all have something that comes from us that we have in our hands. And if that potential that we have in our hands is merged with our awareness and with our action, and then at the same time also is combined with the will of God or the will of the destiny, if you also use this chance, then it's going to happen.
This was the best investment I ever made, and I would do it again and again. Special thanks to Charllon Temple Europe for giving us this great opportunity. The 12-month self-mastery course really exceeded my expectations in so many different ways. There's so much value that was provided, so many practices. Practices that were physical, mental, emotional, soulful. Practices that were strong, practices that were soft. It really was a well-thought-out system.
This program is literally just a guide to get you to whatever journey, whatever manifestation or wish you want to see in your lifetime. It's just a tool and a guide to get you there. And it doesn't abide by any age or any gender or any religion. It helped me to have balance in my life, to always be positive. Shu was the first to teach me how to focus correctly, and how to stay healthy and happy every day. Every session is a gift, but I love the martial art training best. It's the perfect mix of fun and challenge.
First thing that improved was my patience. The patience to stay one whole hour with the practice, which translated into the patience to stay with myself during everyday life. I also like that this program is an app. It allows you to download the content to your device. I love L 10 kilo. My pain of rism is less. My depression is less.
This course, what I believe, has been better than any other continuing education course that I've taken in the last 10 years. It's just was a breakthrough for me. I had been working a lot to build myself up from difficult times, but to do it with this view, with the light switch on, that I'm becoming the master of me, I just think it's brilliant.
One of the things that really influenced my decision is the support group. We exchange ideas, we post questions, we talk about the lessons, we talk about the trainings. There's a practice group. You will meet many companions, and that helps so much for self-mastery.
