Please open with me to Galatians chapter 6, verse 7. Today's message is titled "Your Open or Secret Actions Are Seeds."
Your open or secret actions are seeds, and they will produce future rewards.
And they will produce future rewards. Galatians chapter 6, verse 7, Amplified Bible, Classic Edition, it says, "Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow himself to be sneered at, that is called disdained or mocked by man's pretensions or professions by his precepts being set aside. He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God."
For whatever a man's soul sows, that and that only is what he will read. Brethren, what many people are experiencing today are often products of certain seeds they had sown in the past.
Positively, the life of certain people we admire, celebrate, and positively talk about today is often the long-term results. Setting factors, one of them, one of those factors has to do with their actions, their choices, and their attitude towards people. In the past, who they are today, what they are today, or where they are today is often God's compensation or reward in return for certain seeds they had personally, personally sown a long time ago in the past.
There are different kinds of seeds, different kinds of seeds. Your decisions are seeds. Your choices are seeds. Your actions are seeds. Your contribution, your contribution sometimes to support someone is a seed. Your contribution to support people is a seed. Your contribution to support family, loved ones is a seed. Contributing to support a friend or some friend, all enable is a seed. Your contribution to support your church is a seed. For instance, when you support, whenever every time you pay tithes to your local church, is a seed. Your soul times of seeds.
The price you are paid so far, seeds. Price you have paid so far, things you have denied yourself of in order to achieve a particular goal, especially for the benefit of someone else or other people. Training your children, going out of your way to generate funds for different needs of family, loved ones, they are seeds. Also, your attitude is a seed. Your attitude towards people, your behavior towards people is a seed. How you treat people, how you treat people is a seed. And it's more critical when it has to do with certain people in your life, for instance, your parents.
That is why Ephesians chapter 6, verse 2 commands and is an emphasis of what has already been commanded earlier in Deuteronomy. "Children, obey your parents, honor your father and your mother." Because how you relate with your parents is a seed. Yes, it is a seed. How you relate with your spouse is a seed.
Many today are praying for a godly and a good-hearted husband. Many are praying for a God-fearing, submissive, and respectful. Why? Providence, God blesses you with someone that meets these criteria. How you relate, how you treat your husband, treat your wife is a seed. Your good deeds, what you do to people, what you do for people are seeds. Every time you express gratitude is a seed. Every time you express appreciation, your thank you is a seed. Your help is a seed.
You may not even realize how significant it is. Your support is a seed. Your assistance could be in different forms of expression, is a seed. Your kindness is a seed. Your gifts are seeds. Your donation, no matter how small, is a seed. Your intercession, your prayer requests for other people, on behalf of other people are seeds. They are seeds. Your words are seeds. Your words.
So, they are good and bad seeds. Now, this is your bad seeds, for instance.
The seeds we're talking about, they have future consequences, future consequences, positively or negatively. However, for something, an action to be confirmed as a bad seed that will produce future consequences, there are usually two conditions. Take note of these two conditions that now confirms what someone has done to be a bad seed that will surely attract a future consequence. One, if it's done deliberately, if it's done intentionally or deliberately. If it's done intentionally or deliberately, not by mistake.
It would be hard for almost everybody if you know, even unintentional mistakes that we make will bring, you know, severe precautions, you know, thereafter. It will have been a very hard environment for everyone. These things become seeds in the spiritual realm when it's intentional, when it's deliberate, not by mistake, not as an error, not as an act, not by accident.
Not by overwhelming spiritual manipulation. Not by overwhelming spiritual manipulation. You can be manipulated to sow a bad seed. You can be spiritually manipulated to sow a bad seed, and why? To expose you to the judgment that will follow. Whoever sows that kind of seed. So, you see that when Satan and the kingdom of darkness, the top hierarchy of the kingdom of darkness decided to pull down Peter, Apostle Peter, they overwhelmed him, caused him to deny Jesus. Jesus had seen it ahead, and the Lord knew that it was going to happen as a result of spiritual manipulation. So, when it happened, there was no judgment. There was no judgment. There was no punishment. Peter never suffered anything for denying Jesus because it was not Peter. He was, he acted under manipulation, spiritual manipulation. Whatever the plans of the wicked and the evil ones against your life, they will be frustrated.
So, it is when it's deliberate, when it's intentional. And that is why in regular terms, uh, they will call your action willful. Willful damage. Willful damage. Someone can kill unintentionally. Could be riding a car and unknown to you, someone just walks on the road, across the road. Surprisingly, the person dies. You, you will not necessarily suffer for it if it was so clear you were not drunk, you are not over speeding. So, when it's so clear that we are not at fault, even though something, a damage has been caused, you are not guilty. And so, it's not a seed. It's not a bad seed that is going to haunt you or affect you later in life. No. That is why when such things happen, there are things that happen that people, they are called willful damage. Willful damage means intentional damage, deliberate damage. So, a bad seed becomes confirmed to be a bad seed that must produce future repercussions. One, if it's done deliberately or intentionally. Two, if it's done repeatedly. If it's done repeatedly.
And this is the reason why first offenders are usually cautioned and forgiven. This is a primary reason why first offenders are usually cautioned and forgiven. In John chapter 8, verses 10 to 11, there was a woman that was caught in adultery. Who gathered around him. Jesus intervened on her behalf, and he challenged those who were accusing her that because they wanted to stone her to death, and he said, "Well, any one of you who is not also guilty of some other kind of sin as of today, go ahead and stone her." Surprisingly, to one of them, not one was standing right. And so, as they all excused themselves, in verse 11, Jesus told her something significant. He said, "Sister, has any of them condemned you?" Now, she said, "No." I said, "Neither do I condemn you. Then he said, 'Go and sin no more. No more. You are forgiven, but don't do it again.'"
Go and sin no more. No wonder Proverbs 28:13. Proverbs 28:13. The Bible says, "He that covers his sin shall not prosper." He who conceals his mistakes will not for grace. But whoever confesses and forsakes them, you can't be an expert in confession. You can't be an expert in confession.
That in the spiritual realm, you are, you are, you are, you are well recognized. You are well recognized. In the other confession of the same things, no. He that confesses and forsakes his sins shall have mercy. That mercy is offered on two conditions: that you confess, you acknowledge that this is not right, and then you intentionally do everything possible never to repeat it again. They're messing with you. And of course, in Romans chapter 6, verse 1, the Bible will tell us that, "Shall we continue in sin and expect grace to abound?" Oh, come on. Shall we continue, continue, continue, continue, and then expect grace to accept? Now, for me, go and sin no more. Go and sin. The Lord, I am not condemned. You are forgiven, but go and sin no more.
If it's when your actions, your choices, your attitude is expressed negatively, wickedly, in an evil way, either publicly or privately, openly or secret, especially secretly.
That is why you have to be very careful because in the eyes of men, you are righteous. In the eyes of people, you are a good man, you are a good woman. Or God knows that, no, this person is evil. This person is evil. Your actions, your choices, your attitude, when expressed negatively, intentionally, and repeatedly, becomes a bad seed. It becomes a bad seed in the spirit. It's confirmed as a bad seed, and something is going to happen in the future. It may take time. It may take time.
