[Music] Can we just give God a hand praise for just being in months with saints? It's a real privilege and an honor to be with other bodies, other believers in the body. And I love love to honor my husband, Pastor Daniel Dval.
Yeah, last week was such a good message. I'm like, really? I had to come after that. Okay, it's really good. I'm a little sad. We've been working on this for there's a lot of new people. Every time every church there's so many new people. Um, but we've been working on do getting into this new building for two years, Daniel, and it's been like one little thing after another. And then now it's kind of coming to an end. And it's feeling kind of sad, right? You guys are like, "No, actually, that's I know it's both, right? It's a little bittersweet. You know, we've really really outgrown this place. Um, when you see the new place, it's it's not going to look super big, but when we were building it, it was like 10 people in here. And it was like, why? And I'm talking to Dan. I'm like, why are you building something for 200 people? We have like 10 people. And God had a plan, right?
But the story of this place is very much like the story of of us and God. And I was thinking about this sitting down and um I may get to it. We're going to talk about temples later, but um when we bought this property just to to um the house in this place and this was a garage with like a massive carport and like a literal lift and that that side this was a wall and then that side was like two I would say six inches like down from this side. So you have to actually step over. I mean it was a whole thing. And I came in here and there's spiders. I was like a real garage. Like it's spiders and bugs and um the fluorescent lights and things hanging down. Super creepy. And and I'm like, I see a church. And they're like, okay, you going to just put the garage? I'm like, no, we're not going to put the garage doors up there. We're going to border that up. We're going to make move the wall the the the doors here. We're going to move this. And it just reminded me that's what God sees when he sees us. all the cobwebs and all the mess and the stuff. And he goes, "I see a church.
I see a temple. I want to dwell in there." How cool. This dwelling place that was really just a garage turned into a place. And when we said that, it was very prophetic because I'm going to tell you, God was not here before with the spiders. But but Daniel said, "We're going to call this the dwelling place." And how many of you know we met God in this place and he absolutely dwelt among us.
And so we just want to honor God for meeting us in such a humble location. He is truly the God of the mighty and the many. Amen. I am a personal testament of all of that. So, I thought it would be good to Dan gave me license to speak on whatever I wanted, which was good. But we've been talking about ministry to the body and thankfully God gave me a word that also is congruent with that message. Amen. So, the ministry to the body, how many of you have been blessed by that? I have been so blessed and convicted in all the things because I grew up uh he very much so assaulted the uh the religious program in which I grew up in which there was nothing good in the flesh and so there was so much um powerful revelation for me that I'm like rediscovering myself in new ways and reappreciating the other component of my design that in many ways get left behind on the journey. And so, if you have not listened to this series, I highly recommend it. It has been really powerful. I've gotten personal deliverance on it. So, I just want to honor Dan for that. And so, with that, we're going to bless the word and get into the message. Amen.
So, Father God, we thank you for this time. We thank you for time to uh study your word, to open our hearts to what you are saying in this moment. We consecrate this moment to you. Father God, I consecrate my lips. I thank you that I speak what only you would have me speak. Father God, I thank you, oh God, that they hear, oh God, with open ears and they see, God, with open eyes. Father God, I thank you that the light that you are shining on this emanates through them. And I thank you, oh God, that every heart is touched and that you speak to them individually about what you are saying in this moment. And so we open up the realm of revelation over the house. And father God, we release you to do what you're going to do in this moment in Jesus name. Amen.
Amen. So my husband is so deep. If you think that it's impressive what he comes out with um every week you should see I'm actually more impressed because I know what he's gone through that week and I'm like I cannot believe between the zoo and bath time you came up with that message. So, I am actually more impressed because I know I don't even know what I I'm like, really? Okay, you're good. So, God's really with Daniel and we bless him. But he talks about the body, soul, and spirit. And um this is um grounded out in 1 Thessalonians 5:12 and Hebrews 4:12. and and and both of those talk about the body, soul, and spirit and make a distinction between that and the heart. And if you don't appreciate Daniel's drawings, I am even worse. So bear with me. And and for those of you who kind of struggle with this, I just want to uh do a few scriptures to ground this concept out because Dan also has reviewed the Come on, say it with me, church. For those of you meow for cat lovers and cat haters, we'll never forget it. The meows, which is the mind, emotions, ouchies, and will of the body, soul, and spirit. Most of us know about the mind, will, emotions, ouchies of the soul because we live a lot of our lives out of the soul. Some of us have been familiar with the mind, will and emotions and ouchies of the spirit sometimes because we've had spiritual experiences. But the body for many of us this is a new concept if you haven't really done work on body really understanding although our experiences tells us that this is the case and the scripture tells us also. So this concept of the mind, will, body, emotions of the body, soul, and spirit distinctively is very much so well grounded out in scripture. And the people that were principles in the Bible understood this as well. Amen.
And so I'm going to actually give you a few scriptures to round this out to not take for granted that you do understand this. So, if you look at Matthew um chapter I'm not going to write this down. Chapter 26 and 41, it says, "Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation because the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." The spirit couldn't be willing if it didn't have a will to be willing. It also sets up, the scripture also set ups the dichotomy and the distinction between the will of the spirit and the will of the body or flesh. Amen. All right. When Satan uh struck Job with this first plague of affliction to his health, Job didn't curse God and die, which is what many people encouraged him to do. But you know what he did? He cursed himself. He cursed his own body. If you look at Job 3 20 and 22, it says, "Why is light given to him who is in misery and life to the bitter of soul who long for death but it does not come who longs for death? His soul is longing for death but his body does not agree and search for it in more than hidden treasures. Who rejoices exceedingly and are glad when they can find the grave? The soul wants to die. the body wants to live. They are in odds. They have different agendas. Job 7 and 11 says, "Therefore, I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak in the anguish of my spirit and I will complain in the bitterness of my soul." So, he's saying I his soul is is experiencing bitterness. A spirit is is experiencing anguish and a body kind of wants to shut up. But he said, "I'm not going to close my mouth. I'm actually going to express the ouchies of the soul and the spirit." Okay. Um Job 32 and 18 says, "For I am full of words." I am full of words. How many? That sounds like my four-year-old son. Oh goodness. full of words. The spirit within me constrains me. So now we're going like this. The spirit now is trying to exercise control of the other parts of the triune man. Does that make sense? All right. Psalms 103 talks about bless the Lord, oh my soul. Who's speaking? The spirit. Spirit's saying, soul, I know you're going through it. I know you've got ouchy. I know you're having a different emotion, but let me give you some instructions. Bless the Lord, oh my soul. Um, Psalm 6, chapter 6 verse 2 and 3. Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak, oh Lord. Heal me, for my bones are troubled. That's the will of the body. That's the ouchie of the body. How do you spell ouchie? That's the ouchie of the body. My soul is greatly troubled, but you, oh Lord, how long? So, he's given him a report card about the state of his being doing a check-in and and going through and saying, "This is how this part feels. This is how this part feels because they're different." And the ancient world fully understood this. And only when you got to the to the current environment where people don't teach this stuff that this sounds sacrialicious, but quite frankly, it's more biblical than anything you've been taught. And so if it's not landing with you with truth, I want you to go back, take another lens, and relook at the Bible because it's absolutely all over the place. Amen.
I'm going to talk about one thing and then I'm I'm going to move on because we're good on time. Paul recounts the different minds that are working all at the same time. And he actually does almost like a master class on this concept. For we do we we know. So this is in um Romans 7:14. Uh for we know that the law is spiritual but I am carnal so sold under sin. For what I am doing I do not understand. Different consciousness. For what I will to do that I do not practice. Completely different will. But what I hate that I do. If then I do what I will not do will not to do. I agree with the law that it is good, but now it is no longer I who do it, but the sin that dwells in me. So, not only are there distinct parts of the being, but each part of those distinct parts of the being can be subject to different laws or governments or realms. And this is how I know that. For I know that in me that is that is my flesh, nothing good dwells. For to will for to will is present with me. and how to perform what is good I do not find. For the good that I will to do, I do not do, but the evil I will not I will not to do that I practice. And I'm going to skip down to verse 21. I find then a law that evil is present with with me. The one who wills to do good. For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. That's his spirit talking. But I see another law in my members waring against that of my mind bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. So it's not only a distinction between the consciousness, will mind and emotion, but there could be actual governments that are different on them. They all need to be subject to Christ.
Yes.
Because that's not always the case. Amen.

All right, let's get to I think I've proved the point that this is real, a real thing. and biblical. Our message today is talking about the eyes. I don't know why I do this every time. Forget the e of the body. The eyes of the body. That's where we're going today is the eyes of the body. So, we know that the spirit man has eyes. We know that this spirit man hides eyes and based on biblical scripture we know what the spirit man's eyes are uh purposed to do. What the what the goal and the function of the spirit man's eyes are. What are the goals and function of the spirit man's eyes? It is to be the detection system or early detection system of God. It actually has a official commissioning as such. How do I know that? Because in Proverbs uh chapter 20 27 it says the spirit of man is a lamp of the Lord searching all the inward parts of his being. Meaning that it's going into inside because what is attached to all this part of our being is the unconscious. the spirit, the subconscious, which is the heart, and the conscious, which is the soul. Does that make sense?
Okay. And so the spirit goes in not like a flood light, not like the bright and morning star just going. It doesn't do that. The spirit goes in and like a lamp and it goes, "Look over there. I think there's bitterness there. I think you still have some unbelief." And it rises up like a gentle um uh consciousness or a gentle thought coming up and bubbling up and surfacing up the issues that exist in the heart, the subconscious and the unconscious.
Amen. That's what it's like. And that's his function. The spirit is commissioned to do that.
Hallelujah.
And it's and it's by the Lord.
Yes.
Okay. And so when we shut down our spirit, we're shutting down God's early detection system of what's going on inside. All right. So what is the purpose of the eyes of the body? Because that's what we're talking about today. The series we're still on the eyes of the body. What is the purpose of the eyes of the body? Let's go to uh Matthew chapter 6 verse 19 and 24. The best place to find out is through scripture. Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in and steal. So much there. Let's go to financial fitness to go work on that. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be. Also, the lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad or evil, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness. If the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness? That means whoo super dark. No one can serve two ma masters. For either he will hate one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. So the eye in this verse is the physical eye, but it also is the metaphorical eye representing our ability to know, to perceive, and the faculties of our our ability to actually see. It's a perception gate. Okay? and the body and and the and the Bible makes it very clear that the eye is the candle of the body. Okay? And it has the ability to illuminate. That is its job is illumination. And that word whole, if you go back to Matthew chapter 6 verse 22, that word um that word good, it it feels very like um normative, like you're either good or bad, right? It feels a little like um like a little base, right? Like good or bad. What it really means is whole. If your eye is whole, stick with me. Okay, we're going somewhere.
Then your whole body will be full of light. That word evil there is um and that word light is fonteneas is where we get the word photo in uh in English is fonteneas. It means um the character the bright brightness of character like full of light well lit. So if your eye is whole then then your body can be well lit.
Amen.
Characterized by light. Okay. If your eye is evil that word is poneras and it means full of labor, annoyance, hardship, toil, pressed, harassed by labor. It denotes that the eye is fractured. And when the eye is fractured, then your body will be full of darkness. The implication for what the eyes's job is for the body is the eyes job is to reflect light into the body. Are you with me? So the ability of the eye to reflect light into the body is directly proportional to its own wholeness.
And its capability of projecting darkness into the body is directly proportional to its brokenness.
Is everybody with me?
Yes.
Okay. So, additionally, well, let me say this. When I saw that, I said, "Huh, this feels in congruent with my experience because I don't see inward with my physical eyes. I see outward. I'm looking at you. Look at me. Look at you. Look at me." Right? So how does it make sense that light that the eye is actually a gate through which light is in entering into the body? That doesn't feel right because I I only see this way and the the shape that squares this together is that the eyes are directly correlated. So, I am going to put I tried this this morning and I got laughed out of town. These are eyes, people. Eyelashes.
There is a direct correlation between the eyes and the heart. The eyes of the body and the heart are correlated and connected. the eyes and the uh of the body interfaces and illuminates what is in the heart. If you go to Isaiah 6:10, this is a pronouncement of judgment that um that God is giving um Isaiah in a vision. Make the heart of his people dull and their ears heavy. blind their eyes unless or at least they see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed there. If you go and look at the connection in the Bible between the heart and the eyes, it's wellfounded connection. I could probably spend the next 15 to 20 minutes or the whole sermon just talking about the connection between the eyes and the body. Are you hearing me?
The eye and the eyes and the heart. Sorry, the eyes and the heart. And this is why. This is why because the eye, this is the actual eye. I'm going to actually draw an eye and let you understand what's happening when we see. How do we see? What is the science behind seeing? This is what it looks like. I'm I'm going to go over this in a second, but I make sure I get the picture right. All right. And then this is a brain. Okay. It's a brain. Okay. So you we you are not really looking at me. You're not. You're not. Everyone's You're not You're not looking at me. You're looking at your image of me. When Daniel looks at me, he sees the most beautiful woman in the world.
When the father looks at me,
he sees his bride.
When you look at me, you see my five foot. You know, the whole thing. You're looking at something totally different. I don't know what you see. Don't even tell me. I don't want to know. Um, I'm just going to create an object. Okay. So, and this is why this is why because we don't really see objects. We see the light coming off of objects. That's what we see. If we shut down the lights at home, um, all of our rooms, it's the best night of sleep you'll ever get because all of our rooms have complete, almost complete blackout curtains. And when you see the contrast between that, you really understand that what you're seeing is the light emanating off a person. And what happens is that light that comes off the object is go you it actually gets received by the eye. Okay? And the process is light enters the eye. I'm not going to go into the corny and all this stuff. I'm going to get too too technical. And so light rays are reflecting off of me. That's, you know, we have these bright lights here so they can see me. It reflects off of an object and passes through the cornea, which is a thin little film here. And it filters and focuses the light to the object you're seeing. Okay? Then the pupils, which we all really know really well because we've been in bright and dark places in contrast in the same shorter period of time. They control the intensity of the light, right? that is coming into the eye. And so they actually become like the focus and they they'll either in increase the amount of light that comes in because it's very dark and you need that dilation or they'll contract because it's really bright. You're in the sun and it doesn't need that much focus. So it's in it's changing the intensity of the light. Okay. So then that light comes in and these things the lens focuses the cornea kind of records and then I mean um brings it in and then you have the um pupils dilate to make sure that you're getting the right intensity so you can actually see the image and then what happens on the back of the eye is the retina and that becomes the projector. Okay. So then it cast um it cast that light onto the projector and what that does is it converts light to electrical signals because the brain doesn't speak in light. It speaks in neurotransmitters. It speaks in electricity. It's not its language. Right? So then it it takes those those transmissions from light and it trans and there's like rods and cones in the retina that trans that translates it uh with color or black and white and they create these electrical signals. Okay, these neurotransmitters and then they go towards the pathway and then they get they hit the brain. What does this have to do with the heart? I'm coming. Come with me. along the optic nerve. These are the optic nerves. And um then the brain processes this neural like electrical information and presents it into visual information that we actually see. Okay. The brain requires an interpretive model to project an image and give you a visual image. What do I mean by that? The brain does two things with the information they receive. It asks the first question is what am I seeing? What am I seeing? The second question it asks is where am I seeing it? So the two things is what what am I seeing? I have to figure that out. And then what is the spatial dimension along which is it close to me? Is it far? Where are the dimension? because that kind of will give us an alert about friendly foe what we should do with that information. What am I seeing it from? Where am I seeing it?
Are you hearing me?
So, and where it gets when the brain does this, it has to pull up information from our memories. It has to have an interpretive model in order to answer the question, what am I seeing? Do you hear me?
So, but so much of our experiences don't actually sit in the um temporal lobe where our memories are stored. Sometimes our experiments, our experiences are traumatic and they sit in the subconscious and brokenness in the heart and severe brokenness that we experience as traumatic can sit in the body. So what happens is is that this ability for our brain to do interpretation is connected to the heart. It's not that you see with your heart is that your heart interprets what you see. And a visual reference without an interpretation is meaningless. You actually have to know okay so what is that? What am I looking at? You ever see pictures say, "Okay, now hold on one second." And I've seen you people with the glasses. What am I looking at again? What am I looking at? So what you see is the direct result of what is in your heart. Let's go to Hebrews 12:14. Pursue peace with all people and holiness without which no one will without peace and holiness in your heart. It is clear you can be looking at the Lord and you can't see him. You can be looking at Yeshua in your situation and you will not perceive that he's there
because there's not enough holiness in your heart to interpret what you're looking at.
You can't interpret the light. All right.
This is why Jesus was so disappointed in the children of Israel and the Jews when he came because he gets up there in Matthew 13 and he does an incredible message. I'm always dropping these. Okay. He does an incredible message on the treasures of the kingdom. It was so profound. I was reading this and I'm like, "Wow, I can dig into this for a very long time." and he just he breaks and instead of people receiving the light as it were, you know what they do? They say, "Who is this guy? Isn't that Mary's son?
Don't I know you? You're from Nazareth?" No, no good thing comes out of Nazareth. They could not perceive and interpret correctly what they saw. Even though for for thousands of years he had them participate in rituals and rights that were the types and shadow of Jesus Christ himself as the Passover lamb. He had them participate in so many things. The temple he had them participate in um in so many different rights that were him Yeshua. But when he showed up their hearts were so darkened they could not perceive him as the lights.
All right. All right.
He spoke to the prophets and he told them that the to unto us a son is born
and the government's going to be on his shoulder. They told us exactly what he would look like. He was fulfilling scripture before their eyes. But he could they couldn't land it because they saw it but they couldn't perceive the light because what was projected in their heart was complete and total darkness. And that was the grieving part of what Jesus had to endure. This is how I know. Let's go to John 1:9-11. The true light which gives light to everyone was come into the world. If anybody were to perceive lightness and that which came from heaven, they should have been able to perceive Jesus. Yes. Yes. Yes.
He was in the world. Indictment number one. He was here. Let's go to indictment number two. And the worlds were made through him. There was nothing that was made that was made not made through him. He wasn't just in the world. He was the author of creation. Everything that came into existence came through Jesus Christ. And they came here and he they still couldn't see him.
All right.
Yet the world did not know him. It's not that they didn't know him like as a friend. They could not perceive him as who he actually was. He came to his own people and they didn't receive him. The heart and the eyes. The heart and the eyes. This is why Titus 1:15 says, "To the pure all things are pure."
Because what the what the light that's coming in is projecting on to them puress in their heart. So that's what they see. This is why you could you could tell when you're dealing with some super super broken because all they see is the demonic. All they see is darkness. They look at everybody and that's all they see is witch and they see that and they see but you know what we we need to have purified hearts that when we look at people, we're seeing what God is seeing.
We're reflecting back to them their identity. We're reflecting back to them their scroll. We're reflecting back to them the word that God spoke about them, which is that they're purified by the blood.
Hallelujah.
And this is why because so much of what we see all lands on the interpretive model of our hearts. This is why we have scientifically proved that eyewitness testimony is entirely unreliable. It's why in the Bible this says out of the mouths of two or three witnesses let all things be established because one witness is not enough to establish much of anything. This is what I witness testimony in court cases. My my um I come from a family on my father's side of lawyers. My dad's a lawyer, my brother's a lawyer, my sister's a lawyer, their mom is a lawyer. I mean it's just my nieces are all lawyers. My my brother's just got installed as a judge. chief judge in Georgia. Like I just I come from that side of lawyers and my father had a law firm growing up and he defend defended he was a criminal defense attorney. So um in in Detroit. So, you know, he always had business. Um, so and so, um, eyewitness testimony is often a part of, you know, criminal convictions. And, um, if you look at eyewitness testimony, it's faulty on a number of reason for a number of reasons. The first one is our memories are reconstructed. Our memories are not video recorders. We are not taking in information and perfectly recording them to our brains. We are taking in um as much information as we can consciously and uncon and and then we unconsciously fill in the gaps. You ever talk to somebody and have a conversation with somebody and you're like, "I didn't say any of that stuff
because your brain is filling in the gaps." Let me give you an example about the heart and the perspective. Um, most of these people are here anymore, so I don't think they're listening online, so I'm just going to say it. So, there's some people up here doing worship practice years ago and um I guess things were not necessarily operating the best way in this rehearsal. So, Daniel comes up to um one of the people on on the worship team and says something. I don't I wasn't even there. I'm I'm telling you. Said something and the person's face gave some kind of reaction. Well, there's somebody sitting in the back and and who had a heart condition against leadership and brokenness with leaders and and and took that and for about nine months to a year had made a judgment in her heart about what Daniel and how Daniel had spoken to this person. So a year later comes around was like, I saw the way you spoke to such and such and how uncomfortable you made her feel in that moment and I'm going to indict your leadership style because of that. And he said, "Oh, you mean that? What are you talking about?" He's like, "Oh, you mean that instance? I was telling her that if she was uncomfortable with that um song or the way it was done, let's just not do it at all and let's just make sure that you know you do something that you're comfortable with. And what you saw was relief and she saw exasperation.
We're not all seeing the same thing even though we see the same thing.
Do you want to hear what I'm saying? What you are looking like what you're looking at is a complete direct reflection of your subconscious. Do you hear what I'm saying?
So the fallibility of the eyewitness testimony is because memory is constructed. The brain unconsciously without your knowing fills in the gap of what it didn't remember and it bubbles up through the heart because the heart is the subconscious and makes assumptions and puts in stuff and not even you as the person recording the information know which is which. So it's deceitful in many ways. the stress and trauma of like an eyewitness type event makes it such that it reduces um um a eyewitness their aperture. They're actually um under such high stress they're unable to accurately observe everything about a situation that would give them the detail that they need. They're focused on the weapon or these or these green shoes because our brain tips towards novelty, things we're not used to seeing. There is an inherent bias in all of us. There's all a context, a place, life experiences from which we come and we bring that to our site. Everything we see, we're bringing with us our experiences, our biases, our hurts. There's obviously poor viewing conditions, all these other things. So, this is why bringing it back to the to the spirit realm, I you I I I I think seers are great. I love people who see in the spirit. I'm not enamored with people who see in the spirit. I don't live my life and make major decisions based on what you see in the spirit. Because you may see something in spirit, but what is in your heart and how is that landing? Because you may not actually be able to interpret accurately what you see. That's why the seer is not the prophetic realm.
The seer is not the prophetic word. You can actually have you could be in a cult initiated and you have your third eye open and you're seeing all types of things in the spirit. That's not what God is doing. That's not what God is saying. That's not where God is. You're just seeing stuff. But can you rightly determine and accurately interpret what you're saying? That comes from a spirit of prophecy.
So don't be offended when I say, "Mhm,
I see a witch over there." I'm not running to You see what I'm saying?
We have to really understand as a church, we're so dumb, dumb, and blind in the spirit. We're just so impressed that people see things. We're like, "Oh, wow. What else do you see?
That's not enough for me. What is God saying about that? What is the correct holy sanctified consecrated interpretive model that sits on top of that site? That's what I'm evaluating.
Amen.
Sight requires a full interpretive model. Let's see this in the fall of Adam and Eve, the fall of man. Let's go into Genesis 3. The first attack on the human race that led to the fall was an attack on the heart.
Now, the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field. He didn't say he was more cunning than man, just the beast of the field.
He did out rank us in intelligence.
Amen.
which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, you shall not eat of the of the tree of the garden?" Right? So he says, "Did God tell you that? Did he really tell you that?" And she repeats the affirmative of what God said. She did. And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden." Correct? But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, "You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, least shall die." All right. Right. That is all right. That was in her heart. That was correct. Let's keep going. Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it, your eyes will be open and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." The first attack into the human domain was to break the heart of men by giving them another interpretation of God's intentions about his commandments. He didn't change the situation. He didn't go at war with him. He just broke their hearts by saying, "God is withholding something from you." That's not why God said it. God lied to you. So now he's accusing God before men. And it broke Eve's heart to think that the God she had communion with on a daily basis was withholding something from her. So the heart shatters and it breaks and darkness enters and this is how I know because then in the next verse. So he he says you will not surely yeah for God knows that in that day you will eat of your and your eyes will be open and you will be like God knowing good and evil. And so she says, "So then the woman did what?" She saw that the tree was good for food and that it was pleasant to the eye. One moment she saw when she saw the tree, she saw accurately God's commandment and what it was and how he judged it. Then the heart breaks because of accusation about God's intentions. And then she looks at it again. She looks at it again and what does she see? Oh, no. This is good because the object now lands on a different interpretive model. This is pleasing to the eye and it's good food. The direct opposite of what she just confessed a moment ago. It wasn't just good enough to for her to eat. She took it. She ate it. and she also gave it to her husband and he ate it. Then their eyes of both of them were open and they knew they were naked because of the sin and the corruption and the darkness. They were opened up to a different realm and now they looked down and saw this condition that God had left them in which they were before. But now they had a different interpretive model about what God had left them in and the condition they were in. They saw it differently. They saw that they were uncovered. So our pres ability to perceive our situation goes through the eyes and lands on the heart. This is why we can't just pray for vision. We have to pray for a clean heart. It's why we can't just ask God to show us what he's doing. We have to make sure that we have a clean heart before him, a pure heart before him that has not lifted up ourselves to vanity. Because we won't be able to interpret what he's doing and and and what he's doing in our lives. We will not be able to interpret what we have, what he's given us, who we are if our hearts are not purified before him.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. And this is why the promises of God are unfulfilled in our lives because the enemy has so successfully been able to convince us of our sin and condemnation because we haven't addressed the things of the heart in which we are in Christ Jesus and there is no condemnation.
Amen. Amen.
It's how we people who are been given every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places think that we have left here without resources to steward our lives and our scrolls. It's how they've been able to convince us of that because he doesn't have to change your situation. He just has to change what you think about your situation.
Let's look at Matthew chapter 25.
Is somebody getting delivered on this?
We're so waiting for God to do something. He's done it all. He's finished the work. He's seated and he's waiting on the body.

Some of y'all get that joke. Okay, let's look at uh Matthew chapter 25. This is the parable of the talents verse 19-2. And let me show you something. I'm going to show you how much of your uh results are the result of your heart condition. What you are able to produce and do for God is a result of your heart condition. Let's read. After a long time, the Lord of those servants came. So they gave him five talents, two and one. Right? Then it it comes back. It's a long parable, so I'm going to skip down. And after a long time, the Lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them. So he who had received five talents came back and brought five other talents. Simple story. It's a simple story. It's a simple story. Lord, you gave me five. I gave you five. Here you go. That's it. That's the story. Saying, you delivered to me five talents. I have gained five more talents beside this. His Lord said, "Well done, thy good and faithful servant. You were faithful over a few things. I will make you ruler over many. Enter into the joy of the Lord. He also he also who had received two talents came and said came and said a very simple story. Lord, you delivered to me two talents. Look, I've gained two more talents. So, I doubled your I doubled your money. Two two. You have four now. Um and um his lord said to him, "Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over few things. I will make you rule over many. Enter into the joy of your Lord." Same same super simple but look at the guy who had one talent. Look at the story that he made up. Then he who received one talent came and said, "Lord, I knew I knew you were a hard man trying to get something you don't deserve.
Reaping where you do not sow, unjust uh employer." That's what I knew you to be and gathered seed where you didn't um gather where you had not scattered seed. And then I was afraid and I went and headed your talent in the ground. Here, take it back. What happened is that the guy with the one talent had a judgment in his heart about why the person who gave it to him gave it to him in the first place. He landed with a completely different broken model about what what God was doing when he gave them the talent.
So instead of producing, he came up with excuses and an accusation against the one who endowed him.
We are responsible people to be stewards of what God's given us.
Yes, we are.
And now I'm concluding and I'm making great time And we're going to talk about for those of you who say, "Listen, well, yes, there's brokenness here. I know I perceive things differently than they should." And there's like shame and condemnation creeping into the situation because the hearts are broken and sometimes it's not our choice. They break for all kinds of reasons. And so what we're looking at, we may not be able to accurately discern and see. And so what do we do with that? What do we do with that? And I'm going to suggest that holiness and whole vision go together. They go together. Holiness allows us, it corrects our interpretive model. and allows us to navigate life and to see and perceive accurately with what God is doing. What do I mean? Let's go to Ephesians 1:1 17-20. And I'm going to just jump in there. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom, a revelation, and the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts being enlightened. Why? So that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you.

When you enlighten the heart, now you have an ability to perceive what God is calling you to do.
Yes. Yes.
What are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints? When your heart is enlightened, then now you can see what you have inherited.
Hallelujah. And what is the immeasurable greatness of his power towards us who believe according to the working of his mighty work of his great mighty work. So now let's do a word study and Sheena can start coming on in. Um, and let's let's do a word study and and let's start with the word heart. Let's start with the word heart. The Hebrew word for heart is le. It's live. And um if you know any of the teaching I've been around here, there's there's modern Hebrew, there's PaleoHebrew, and there's ancient Hebrew. Ancient Hebrew is uh pictorial, right? In its sense in that there's pictures. So imagine, you know, writing the inscriptions on the wall. They're not writing, they weren't really writing letters. Those people were really writing like pictures. And so that that ancient and paleo Hebrew, every letter has um a number and every letter has a meaning. It's not arbitrary. It's not just like L. L doesn't mean anything. A doesn't mean anything. In the Hebrew, every um letter actually has um intrinsic meaning on its own. So when you put it together, you're conveying a deeper meaning. So much so to where if you knew the meaning of all things, then you you would know every word, which is the revelation that God was camping on when he tested Adams with the with the animals in the garden. He wasn't making those names up. He could intuit it what they are because he understood the language. All right? So in the paleo this is lamemed l and this is bet. Okay. Lamemed as a letter means shepherd's staff. Okay. Connotation of it is guide teacher. That's what lame lamemed is. But it's a father's house connotation of temple also like within within inside. Okay, are you with me? Then let's go over to repent. We know, we all know that repent means to turn away. Repent means to turn away. In the PaleoHebrew, it's um the the word actually is
Shub. Shub. Somebody say shub. There we go. I like a talking church. And it's sheen bet. Sheen means to consume, destroy. Um, um, and it also kind of means, kind of like backwards. And, and this is father's house. What am I saying? Why am I saying this? Because in God's righteousness and his loving kindness, he pre-programmed a guide to the father's heart into our hearts. It was pre-programmed into Adam, the guide, the teacher that when we turned away, right? We turned away here, but we turned towards the father's house. Are you hearing me?
How do I know that's the case? Let's go to Romans chapter 1 verse 18. This is how we know that every man, woman that stands before God, God can judge them righteously before Christ or after Christ, whether the gospel was preached to them or not. God is righteous in his judgment of them and their acts on the earth because his heart and the guide to get you back to him and to lead men to repentance was pre-programmed in the heart. Yes. That's why God is always righteous when he judges.
For what can be known about God is plain to them because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived ever since the creation of the world in the things that have been made. Meaning if no one ever preached Jesus to you, you should see the marvel of the trees, the mountain, the grass, how the flowers speak out his name, and it should lead you back. The internal shepherd inside should lead your heart towards the father's house. Hallelujah. Are you hearing me?
So that you are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him because why? They became futile in their thinking and their foolish hearts were darkened. The eyes of the body role is to project light into the heart. Are you hearing me? Hallelujah.
All right, let's do two more. Sheena, you can come up. I know you feel like I'm done. I'm done. You don't know I'm done. I'm, I'm landing this plane. You can't see it. You got to believe by faith. Holiness. Holiness. As we know, our bodies are temples, sanctuaries. You know what holy is? Again, we're, we're just doing a small little word study. Holy. Cadesh in Hebrew, right? What does it mean? It means to be set apart for a divine purpose. Holiness. In the, um, in the Paleo-Hebrew is represented by these three letters and concepts. The Q is like a, kind of like a K sound and it means it's kind of like a cycle of time. The picture is this like, um, it's like the, um, horizon. See, it's so deep, right? This Hebrew is so deep, you know, and it's got the connotation of what is behind. The dat is the doorway is a door and has the connotation of the path or the pathway and this is sheen and it's like that consume, destroy teeth. So the holiness is destroying, tearing away, pulling you from, putting a sunset on broken cycles and the horizon sunsetting the sin that separates us from the father. And it's got this connotation of the pathway, the door to turn you towards him and setting you apart for setting you apart for a divine purpose. But the temple, I had to say that to say this, the temple, which we are, how many you say, we are the temple. We are the temple. It's like in the garage when I came in here and I see spiders and roaches and cobwebs and I say, "Huh, this is a church." It's like when Jesus sees us and he sees the brokenness, the bitterness, the unforgiveness, all things that are so incompatible with what he is. He looks at us and says, "I can make a home here." And let me show you how. Because this is holy, but the templeless is mech. And meadesh is holiness. But it's holiness. It's got the, it's M Q DS. Can you see that? You can't see it. Okay. Let me, I'm gonna, I'mma put it here. I'm going put it aside because I don't want you to miss this. The temple is something set apart for God to dwell in for the habitation of the most high, sacred and set apart for that purpose. So it requires holiness. But it's not just holiness. It's holiness through meme. Go look this up. Meme is mighty waters or mighty blood. Which is why you'll never see a temple dedicated towards Yahweh that doesn't have the sprinkling of blood because every temple requires it to be sanctified to him. And so that which we are trying to do in our flesh, I'm inviting you to apply the blood of Jesus over it to cleanse our hearts and make them holy. That everything in our body will be able to perceive the light through our eyes. It's only by the blood. It's only by the blood.
Do you know there's such a stark contra? Uh, they're beginning science is beginning to understand the, um, a lot of the disease in the eye has started in the blood. There's a connection between the eyes and the blood. And so today's message when I was praying about this, God said, "Let's re," he said, "I want to remove the condemnation off the people, the religious requirements that is keeping us from holiness, knowing that it is all only once and for all satisfied through the blood of Jesus." So, let's stand and rise. And I'm going to bring this home. Isaiah, Isaiah 6 and 1 says, and the year, uh, King Uzziah is Isaiah 6 and 1 says, and King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord high lifted up, and the train of his robe filled the temple. That word train there is like a skirt. It's something a high priest wears. And you know what its job is? It's to cover shame. It's to cover condemnation and shame. And so I'm going to pray right now for us to get a right interpretation in our hearts that is authored through the blood of Jesus Christ. And so right now, Father God, I just ask that you push to the forefront things in our hearts for you search our hearts and you know them, even the depths of them. Father God, I thank you that even right now, you're pushing to the front of our minds that which you want to deal with in this moment. The shame and condemnation from broken systems, broken interpretations, and broken hearts. And God, we bring them to you now. So, Father God, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus because your word has says that if we confess our sins to you, that you are faithful to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Father God, we thank you that you visit upon the altars of our hearts and you cleanse them now with living water. We confess the shame. We confess that we have shame and condemnation that has hindered our ability to see you. That has affected our ability to interpret you as the light in our lives, Father God, to that has thwarted our ability to see what you are doing, what we have been given, and who we are. And we repent for shame and condemnation. And we receive your grace to not go back.
Father God, we thank you that you are even now making louder the guide inside of our hearts that you have pre-programmed there. We thank you, oh God, that there is the spirit of man is going in and locating the shephering that you pre-programmed that we may use that to turn back towards you, Jesus. Hallelujah. We renounce shame and condemnation and break all agreements with it. Its fruit, its children, its presence in our lives. And we now bind in chains and feathers of iron, every evil spirit that has been in our lives and working through it as a result of shame and condemnation. And we thank you, oh God, that you, you bind it. For you said in your word, "Whatever is loosed in on heaven shall be loosed on earth, and whatever is bound in heaven shall be bound on earth." And we declare that you have severed from us our lives, our hearts, our souls and spirit, shame and condemnation. We declare that they are fired and escorted to wherever the true Lord Jesus Christ sends them. Now, now get out. We speak that any spirit attempted to linger, take up assignments after, resist removal, anchor in are now brutally assaulted with the sword of the Lord, the arrows of the Lord, the hot thunderbolts of God, hell stones, tsunamis of living water, engines of war, instruments of war, the war horses of heaven, instruments of death, and the all-consuming fire of Jesus Christ. And we relinquish God unto you our position. Their positions in or around our lives. And Father God, we receive you as the holy one who makes us holy by your blood. We, Father God, we receive you as such. And we apply the blood to every darkened part of our hearts, every broken part of our hearts, every broken part of our beings. Oh, Father God, right now we apply the true finished work of the blood of Jesus Christ to it. And we thank you for correcting the vision. We thank you for correcting our eyes. Father God, we thank you for a new interpretive model that glorifies you and sees you in all in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. Amen.
