Standing On Shaky Ground

And we just thank God for this Thanksgiving and this time that He's given us. And we thank you because we thank the Lord because He has delivered us again, and here we are another year being able to walk and talk and move and breathe and have our ability to go forward. So today is a Thanksgiving sermon. I will say for those that couldn't be here and for those that are out there in YouTube land and every other kind of land. But Philippians chapter 4 is a heavy-duty chapter. Paul's writing to the church at Philippi. I remember a few weeks ago he preached that when Paul got to Philippi, he tried to go to Mysia; he tried to go to Bithynia, but the Holy Spirit forbade him until he ended up meeting Lydia, the seller of purple, and Philippi. So this was a significant church; this was a church that was a blessing to Paul later on in his ministry. So I want you to think about that context and look at chapter 4, verse 1.

Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and my crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved. Hey man, I'm gonna be that again. Therefore, my beloved—so who's—who's Paul talking to? He's talking to Christians that have been born again, had been sanctified through Jesus Christ, and their brothers and—but he's called them not his brothers but beloved. So I want you to turn to your neighbor and say, "You beloved." Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and my crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved. I implore you, Euodia and Syntyche, to be of the same mind in the Lord. And I urge you also, true yokefellows, help these women who labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers whose names are written in the book of life. Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say, rejoice. Verse 4, look at the Bible; it says, "Rejoice in the Lord," not sometimes, but always. Rejoice in the Lord; I say again, rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God—somebody say the peace of God—which surpasses all understanding—like it don't make no sense—but you can have peace in the middle of the storm. It'll make no sense, but you can have peace where you want your tribulation. The peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Finally, my brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things. So Paul's saying, look, if you're going through something, and just remember you need to think on these things and meditate on what things that are true, things that are lovely, things that are noble. And if you got to give God praise for anything, think about why you pray. See here, my man, think about: Has the Lord been good to you? Has He delivered you before? Why do you thank God for that? Amen. Can't you praise Him for all His goodness? Amen. That's what the Bible says. Verse 9, He says, "The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, these do." In the name of—or in the end—the God of peace will be with you. Again, He's talking about God's peace. In verse 9, He says, "The things which you have learned and received." So sometimes when you've gone through trials, or things are going up and down for you, just remember the things you learned from the men of God. Like Paul's telling the people that, "God, remember you learned this, and you received it from Paul, and you even saw it in me; these do." Do what? Do the things that you've learned already. Because remember, if God gave you a revelation and you never moved on to His new revelation, be faithful to the old revelation. But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at the last your care for me has flourished again. Though you surely did care, but lacked opportunity. Now I speak in regard to need. For I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. I have learned—underlying that word, I've learned—I've learned in whatever state I am to be content. Now I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned to both be full and to be hungry, both to abound and suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

That's prayer. Father, we just thank You for the Word. We thank You for Your love today. We thank You because You've been faithful and true and just. For in these few minutes, Father, we take to expound Your Word, and pray that we'll be a blessing and revelation and truth to somebody, and nourishment for their soul and their heart, Father, so they may have the strength to endure these present trials, Father, that they may have strength and wisdom how to overcome through Jesus Christ. Somebody say, "Amen." Let's go to the first slide. I want you to see; it says, "Beloved" in Greek, I got *agapao*; beloved, esteemed, dear, favorite, worthy of love. So when the Bible's talking about the word "beloved," they're talking about that you're esteemed and you're a favorite. So turn to your neighbor and say, "I'm God's favorite." Didn't you know I'm God's favorite? God says you're My favorite. Hallelujah. Don't trip; potato chips on time enough. You don't know it; you don't may not feel like it, but you're God's favorite. Tell that to the devil. Woman, you forgot I'm favorite. He says, *agapao*, which means dear, favorite, worthy of love. You're worthy of love, and He made you, and He brought His—the earth; you're worthy of love. If people love you right, this because they right, but if they were true believers in Jesus Christ, they would know how to love, sacrifice. He's a Greek word for it, for crown, which describes a crown given to an athlete who had won a race. So when He's—Paul says, "You are My crown," He's describing you that I've already won. It was a crown of a cheese—*stephanos*, not the crown was given to a king, *diadema*, *diadema*. The Philippians, as Philippians, as they were steadfast in the Lord, were Paul's trophy. So Paul's talking to beloved; He's talking to His dear people; He's talking to people that are worthy of love, and He's called them My crown. So turn to your neighbor and say, "You're My crown." You're much the finals, which means you have a cheap victory in Christ Jesus. This is God's a wonderful force to become. He really [Applause] We forget since that fasten Lord, Levitt. We only can stand fast when we are in the Lord. Any other places are insecure places to stand. So even though the ground speaks be shaky, just remember, stand fast in the Lord. Stand fast, not on human will or human understanding, but on God's love and His abilities. Amen. Let's go to the next slide. Eight-man, lujah. Now we're going to talk about, "I implore you."

Who do we need? Euodia and Syntyche, to be of the same mind in the Lord. Apparently, these two women were the source of some sort of kernel in the church. Is that a peek inside to try and solve their problem? Paul simply told them to be of the same mind in the Lord. And I see that so much in the church stuff. People were wanting to go forward; they want to serve the Lord, but then the devil uses the flesh to—to offend you or to upset you or hurt you. And you want to serve the Lord, but then you get offended with somebody in the church. And this was happening, and Paul, 2,000 years ago, here it is. He's calling a beloved, My crown, but then He goes, "I want you two sisters to—to work it out in the Lord." And I'm not just talking to sisters, but to all people, men and women here, that unfortunately, people knew how falling outs. People do judge us beyond measure, and—but I'm excited right now that notice that the Bible says that He's telling them, "You need to work it out in the Lord and be of the same mind in the Lord." See, when you have the mind of Christ, you're gonna know how to get along with your neighbor. When you have the mind of Christ, you're going to know how to have mercy upon your neighbor; you're gonna know how to forgive your neighbor, and you're gonna have to love, because Jesus said, "He would love your enemies." Alleluia. And bless those that curse you; blessing, curse not. So we see here that Paul was dealing 2,000 years ago; here He wanted to have a nice little church here for the fire, but some people were getting along. Hallelujah. And I thank God, I never—too far; we ain't got the people like that. Amen. Now, to be the same mind in the Lord, whatever the dispute was, these two women had forgotten that they had a greater common ground in Jesus Christ. They forgot that everything else was less important than the common ground. See, when you're serving the Lord, you love the Lord, and you have a falling out with somebody, just realize that you can't be right with God if you're not right with your neighbor. You cannot be right with God if you're not right with your neighbor, because God will check you at the front desk. Because when you come to the altar, He says, "If somebody is offended with you, leave your gift at the altar, go back and get right with your neighbor, then offer your gift to God." Because God—Nassim in here some prayers; she doesn't sing about Christianity. We can't be offended and upset with people who are mad at them, or even judge them and think it's all right with God, because God tells us first, get right with your neighbor, love your neighbor, have mercy on your neighbor, then come and talk to Me. But don't talk to Me if you're not right with your neighbor. [Applause] See, the stuff I've been dealing with in the ministry, one of the hardest things is to deal with Christians that have been in the Lord for 20–30 years, and you're asking them still to get along with their neighbor. That were surpassed her out that makes constant heart attacks and get—and die early and gift pastor right there before you don't—they don't have no hair because we spend so much time trying to get mature people that are supposed to be mature Christians to get along. Somebody was something; I think he would—Rodney King, can everybody get along? See, so important in your ministry, in your life, and even in your—your time in Christ, to realize that you could have a lot of gifts and talents, but if you can't get along with your neighbor, these two women with them gotten together, then their gifts and talents becoming a nun of fact; there's no—there's no—it's not good to have a lot of talents, but you can't understand love, mercy, and grace toward your neighbor. So I want you to see that He goes, "I urge you, true companions, help these women." Next verse, "who labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers whose named—whose names are in the book of life." So just remember some of the things you're going through right now with people; it's gonna pass because your name is written in the book of life. So Paul's saying, look, don't get caught up in minute baby situations of conflict when you forget the greater good that you're to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and love Him with all your heart, and also know that you're on your way to heaven. We're just passing through all this in the world; it's going to end. This is just a short time we have here; this is not the time to just get involved with whites and conflicts to the point that we—we fall out of the ministry because—or we fall out with one another because we can't get along, because most of it is this Betty baby stuff. Like Paul says, "I would leave you with milk, but you're still airing the strife or vainglory." You're still drinking baby's milk, but I want to give you—I mean, I want—if you prayed with—I'm talking gridlines, New York State, but I can't do that because you are too busy being envying the strife of me glory and making it about you. Because really, come up when we have a conflict with somebody, it's because we're offended, but Jesus will remind you, He was offended. He was a man acquainted with me; He was a man of sorrows; He was rejected; He was backstabbed; He was tore up; He was left for dead. He did that all for nos. Amen. So that we too can have like pouches that when you are mistreated for righteousness and when you do good, you're going to be blessed. Hallelujah. You got to become like Christ Jesus.

Next slide. Amen. Now let's jump over to the next verse. It says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything in prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." So be anxious for nothing; that means don't be anxious. It's a command, not an option. God's telling us—and telling the people who got—I know right now coming into the holidays and Christmas, we get answers for a lot of things. So I'm going to tell you this verse actually applies every day, every year, 365. Don't be anxious. Now, I will tell you, I too have to fight against worry because it's a human condition. We worry about the bills; we worry about money; we worry about the family; we wear—so we were about the church; we were about our houses and our cars and our duck; we where we can go from worry to worry, and we walk around, and we're all caught up with the things of this right. What is worry? The Greek word translates the answer is careful. In Philippians 4:6, means to be pulled in different directions. So when you're worried, you're being pulled in different directions. Our hope pulls us in one direction; our fears pull us in the opposite direction. The reason why is because we have fear, and we have fear; we don't have because [Music] of fear. So we see here that we are pulled apart; literally, we are pulled apart when we're worried. We are pulled apart. The Old English rule from which we get our word worried means to strangle. So not only are you pulled apart, but you're strangling yourself; you're cutting yourself off and your own air; you can't even breathe because you're so worried. But did you forget God's faithfulness? Did you remember His promises? Did you not see that He's been good to you? Hey man, if you have ever really worried, you know how it does strangle a person. In fact, worry has definite physical consequences: headaches, neck pains, ulcers, even back things were affect our thinking, our digestion, and even our coordination. So when we worry, we can run ourselves into sickness, into altars, and—and even back pains, headaches. Amen. But I'm gonna tell you, I don't believe God's plan or purpose for you is to walk around and that kind of worry or pain. So we're going to give you the antidote; we're going to use the remedy today. Amen. I hope you're ready because I don't believe it's God's will for you to walk around with headaches or even migraines, or even your tripping so much you make yourself sick that people can't talk to you because you're so upset and you've got officers. But that's not the will of God according to His Word. Amen. Can we go to the next slide? Now the Bible says, according to here that says, "Be anxious for nothing," right? But in everything, prayer and supplication, let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. From the spiritual point of view, worry is wrong thinking, the mind, the wrong feelings, the heart about circumcised people things. Worry is the greatest thief of joy. It's not enough for us, however, to tell ourselves to quit worry, because that will never capture the thief. Worry is an inside job; it takes more than good attendance to get the victory. The antidote to worry is the secure mind, and the peace of God shall keep garrison, a guard like a soldier, your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. When you have the secure mind and the peace of God guards you, and the God of peace guides you. So see, people of God, the Bible says when you have peace and God's peace, it will surpass all your understanding, or surpass your mind; it will surpass your understanding. So the word surpasses means *hyperecho*, which means rise above, over the top, to be above, to be superior in rank, authority, power. So God saved here today that not only does He want you to have peace, when He wants the piece like the military guard to come and protect you, to guard it to the point that you will be in peace and not worry, you'll be in peace and not frustrated. Amen. Because you learn to rise above, we need to rise above the problem; we need to rise and over comment even like in a superior right; it takes authority over any man. Can I tell you, people to God, you have more authority than you understand, you do. You have more power than you do because every time you—you overwhelmed by having the mind of Christ, by taking on and understanding that the Bible says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything in prayer and supplication." That word supplication means be specific when you ask God; be specific. You know, cut dust; God's not gonna be bothered if you come to Him and keep asking Him for something. He wants you to come and ask Him, and He wants you to write it down. He wants you to be specific, exactly what you want Him to do for you until He doesn't. See, our God is the kind of God that you have to go like a father, like when you like, "Oh, but come on, Dad, come on, please. I—I worked at that; come on down. Oh, you know, wait, but—but I warned it." Well, God, our Father, He's like that. There are times in our life we have to go to Him not once or twice, but over—over again, and keep on pressing Him. It's all, "Father, I need help. I eat pizza; I do joy; and they're busy right now. I need power; I'm being overwhelmed." To be read the book upon how many times and even complain and say, "God, I'm surrounded by evil men; I'm surrounded by bad circumcised people are coming against me, but My hope, it trusts is in the Lord, but I'm gonna call upon Your name." Why? Because David knew where to go in the time of trouble. That's why the Bible says, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run in our safe." Alleluia. You have to go to Earth ready to even if you have to let go screaming to the Lord, "I don't care what it takes," but you must learn to go into your prayer repository, into a place where you can get your mind straight, because your mind is like a spoiled child. It goes wherever it wants and says whatever it wants and thinks wherever it wants, and it should be spanked. Takuyu, our minds, our world basura, our minds a lot of times have nothing but garbage in there. Our minds think negatively because of our fallen nature; we always think the worst. Where I was triple; I don't know this might happen, or that's going to happen.

Next slide. Meditate on these things. Now I'm going to read the verse. Here's the antidote. Paul says, "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, which means power, if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things." Return to your neighbor and say, "Meditate on these things." Peace involves the heart and the mind. "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee because he trusts in Thee," Isaiah 26:3. I learned this verse; a Bible called it, and I will tell you over the years when I get in a bad place and I get in a difficult situation, I go to Isaiah 26:3, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee because he trusts in Thee." What is it saying? That says, "You will be in perfect peace the moment you put your mind on God." Yes. Take your mind out of the garbage; take your mind out of the gutter and put it on God. Take your mind off the problem; take your mind off the whatever person or whatever you're tripping on and literally put it on the Lord. Wrong thinking leads to wrong feelings, and before the long—and before long, the heart and the mind are pulled apart and are strengthened by worry. We must realize that thoughts are real and powerful, even though they cannot…

Be seen, weighed, or measured. We bring into captivity every thought obedient to Christ. So we thought, reaping action; so an action reaps a habit; so a habit reaps character; so character reaps destiny. So what are we saying here, my brothers and sisters? Is that your mind is the most powerful thing that God has given you? Your imagination, your ability to think about the future, your ability to even create visions in your mind and of your hope. Because my people perish for lack of vision, my people perish for lack of knowledge. If you don’t know, then you don’t know where God’s at, and you’re just ruining your life, and you’re just wandering around in the desert like the people that wandered for 40 years. You’re going in circles, in circles, in circles. You’re maybe not—I feel people—is from the for 40 years or closest. We’re off the shoes that were out then they could find a Walmart. It’s good friends over to go there; there was no Macy’s for them. Wear the same clothes for 40 years, going in circles. I’m talking about you, but by God, is better than that. A man, he didn’t call you then there was the desert. He called you to go to the promised land. He calls it an empire. He calls you more powerful. He calls you the deaf with a sound mind. He put all in the minds of always take your mind to God, however new He has given it to Him, and put on His mind, and put on His strength and His ability. For whatever is true, Dr. Walter Cobra Khabar Kab Ernst has reported on a survey on worried that indicate there’s only 8 percent of these people worried about were illegitimate matters concern. The other 92% were either imaginary, never happened, or involved in matters over which people had no control anyway.

So according to this doctor here, they did a study and they said only about 8% of what you worry about actually happens. 92% of the subject tripping off and even going to happen. 92% I’m triplet man, I’m trippin’, I’m I’m worried, I’m, you know, that’s gonna happen. I’m not going to make this teaser; is going to work out. Oh my God, these are so terrible. You know, my life was so terrible and everything always doesn’t work out, and before you know it, you’re all stressed out, you’re all sick, and then here it is, your reality. All 92% of your concerns never even happen anyway. 92% of them says something says 92% Tiger neighbor. 92% of the deed you’re tripping on aren’t even gonna happen. You know why? Because God is not gonna let it happen. God is not gonna let you go down and claim. God is not gonna let you be destroyed. God is going to make a way. God open the door for you. God will come and so God save you. God will deliver you. God will take away, away from me. How I don’t know when, but He will make the way because He said, Jesus never fails. Pass away, but Jesus never failed. Jesus never fails. And the moment you take your mind and put it on Him and begin to think on His good, as I meditate on the things that are pure and lovely and right and true, then you escape from the bondages of this life and you are translated heavenly realms. You are translated from one state to another, which the Bible calls Mary Metamorpho, where you’re changed from one state. Literally the Bible says, “Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable perfect will of God.” The Bible says, “Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed, Metamorpho, change from one state to another. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you could prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Man, something just got that I’m talking right now. We need to walk in a spiritual mind of Jesus Christ and take off all the hot mess stuff that we worry about. And even in the Old Testament, God says, “Why are you worried about somebody coming and taking your life? Where is your persecutors? Where are those that were going to take you out? How come you’re still here?” That should tell you, if you’re still here, God still loves you. God’s still gonna make a way. God still answers prayer. God will make a miracle. If you are a mother [Applause]. It’s good, on the last night, was about ready to wrap up. I know how to abase and I know how to bomb. The trouble with some is that they are thermometers and not a thermostat. A thermometer doesn’t change anything around it; it just registered the temperature. It’s always going up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down. But a thermistor regulates the surrounding and changes them when they need to be changed. Some people are a thermometer; they lack the power to change things. Instead, they get changed. The Apostle Paul was a thermostat. I said it, having spiritual ups and downs as the situation’s changed, he went right on steadily doing his work and serving Christ. His personal references at the close of his letter indicates that he was not the victim of circumstances but the victor over circumstances. Do you see? I’ve learned to face learning—about—I’ve learned to have little, and I’ve learned to have a lot. See, in Christianity, sometimes we don’t have too much money, even though we have a big God. And I think God does that to test our faith, to believe like the people in this world of Brenda wilderness. He told them, “I’m gonna give you manna every day. Bread is gonna rain from heaven, and you’re gonna have enough for every day.” [Applause] [Music] But just enough for that day. He was teaching the people of Israel bully recorded adult the wilderness that God was sort of supply every day. You would have mana. So in Christianity, I know that we’ve talked about many doctrines and preachers that have said that God wants you to be rich, but I’m gonna tell you how to be rich in the spirit, yeah, and rich in truth, and rich in your faith, and rich in your conduct, and realizing that yes, sometimes we we go through trials as Christians. We do go through battles, and and we have to learn to abased and we have to humble ourselves and trust the Lord. And I believe a lot of times those trials are one through are specifically made just for you so you can experience faith, yeah, because you never have a trial and you never have a test, you’ll never have a testimony if you’ve never been through a mess. You’ll never have a message. You have to understand that your present trials are going to pass. Somebody said, “This too shall pass.” So Paul saying here and in these last days that love people of God are going to have the mind of Christ. But I’ve also learned how to abase and about, and I’ve learned to have little, and I’ve learned to be content and whatever state I’m in. Now, here’s here’s a powerful secret. I hope you’re ready for this. If you could learn right now to be content with what you have, you can say, “Guys, no wearing that like Joe Johnson.” I’ll instruct her that whenever I confront the Lord, I went to the right the love, I couldn’t find him. But joke says, “But he knows the road I take. When I come out of this trial, I shall come forth as gold.” Every trial, every situation, every choice you make about every decision about at the trial is a test of your faith to see, do you really believe on the Lord Jesus Christ? Do you really believe in the power of the resurrection? Do you really believe that He’s able to save you? He that saved you ten or twenty years ago, did He become old and tired not from saving you, or is He still able to save you? While by trying He did save you 10 or 20 years ago, He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. He’s the same yesterday, today, forever. And He saved you 20–30 years ago, He’s gonna save you today. But were you allowed to save you who you call upon His name will you believe His word? Hallelujah. Now, getting back to this, I want you to see that a thermometer versus the thermostat. Now we’re using the spiritual analogy in that are you going to let life bring you up and down like a thermometer? Sometimes you’re up, and sometimes you’re down. Sometimes you’re up, sometimes you’re down. Sometimes you’re up, and sometimes you—you feel like a nut. I’m gonna tell you, I’m gonna tell you what I told Robert Goulet, the Minister, our brother. He called me one time, and I am recording this long letter to him. He called me, said, “But Reagan, I’m tired of working for this taco about money.” He knows I’m a child of God, I’m a Christian, and and and and I’ve been serving the Lord when we were working for Taco Bell money as his brother. Sometimes in our Christian walk, we have to then contrary to what it seems we say we are blessed, but we may have something light. We say we have an abundance, but yet we may be struggling. But if you keep believing and pressing and trusting the Lord, you’re gonna see that God is faithful and God is true. [Applause] [Music] So I told Dr. Patel tip these are the Lord’s chips. God will make a way. But a thermostat people have gone, and I’ve been sharing this with Pastor Loopy lately. I learned it changes the atmosphere. We have to understand as Christians that wherever you go, you can’t let people change you; you change them. I was wanting to pray for this young lady. Her mother called me and she said, “Please come to my house, Brother Rangel, my daughter has a devil.” And I said, “Okay, I’ll go by.” And I write down her house some years ago, and I drove up to her house and allowed to sit in your car. The Lord told me, “You are the atmosphere. Your presence, the presence of the Lord is with you when you go into that house today. You go in with My presence, and you’re going to change the atmosphere.” See that, that will change us. We’re not a thermostat; we’re a thermostat because we changed. So I’m in the river, and the young lady wouldn’t come down to the two-story house, and she’s calling her, “Come down here, Pastor Rangel, Brother Rangel’s here; is gonna pray for you.” And the young lady wouldn’t come out of her room, and I’m waiting there. I’m sitting there, and they had made one come on try that on this issue the home pray for you, sister, and I’m gonna pray for you like that. Pray for her. So I started praying for the mother, and was in a buck maybe a minute or two, she started growing like that. [Music] I was the atmosphere. And you cross ministries with the Salinas a couple of Saturdays ago, Pastor Little Bit mentioned that he noticed when Crossville we were there at a very decadent place in Salinas. It was a Chinatown which was for homeless and drugs, and it was really bad. You could see so many homeless there, but possibly we said when we saw Crossville in there, our badminton, we started mystery Cross through all our brothers change the atmosphere in that whole region, that whole area. Come on, see this is what God called us to do, to let the light pierce the darkness so that the darkness has to flee and the light shines right. See, contentment is not complacency. Knorr is a false peace of based on ignorance. The complacent believer is unconcerned about others, while the contented Christian wants to show his blessings. See, we have too many complacent Christians that they say they’re Christians, but they don’t really care for anybody else. And this hurts me as a pastor. This hurts me as someone who’s been doing this for many years. Then when I see men of God, especially in the ministry, they say they love Jesus, they say they preach the gospel, but they can’t even show any love to their neighbor. They can you take any care for their neighbor? That to me destroys the testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ. So I’ma tell you men of God that are listening, those that are hearing even on YouTubeland, you have to realize that wherever you go, you represent the kingdom of Christ. Yeah, your representative women, oh God, in the stock dining world and probably going to go to deliver somebody. If you can’t even deliver yourself, how are you gonna help your neighbor? Tell them to have faith in God if you have no faith? This is why admitting women of God, they’ve been doing this 10 or 20 or 30 years, I employ you as Paul said, you need to learn to get along with one another. We need to show compassion to one another. We have to show love to one another. We have to be mindful that we are doing the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is not my work; this is not my Bible. I am following the steps to the best of my ability of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I am not perfect, by no means. Because I told you early in this room, and I do have to fight worry. I do have to grapple with things of this life. I do have to be concerned about the family, concerned about things in this that we we have to take care of. But I might tell you, I have decided to follow Jesus. I have decided to trust the Lord. Seeking contentment is not a big escape from the battle. When when your content doesn’t mean you get out of the battle, but rather that’s an abiding peace and confidence in the midst of the battle. I have learned, and whatever state I am therewith to be content to words and diversify the important learned and content. See, we have to learn to go a little or have much, and whatever speaker in. I’m going to give you one last revelation, and I was advising, but there was a woman in Malibu York back hundreds of years ago. She was working without that word in prison because her testimony for price because she preached Jesus Christ. And this woman of God was put in prison because of her testimony. And while in prison, the Lord revealed many things to her. And one of the things she learned was contentment in whatever state she was in. And not only that, but she came so close to the Lord, she understood in abandonment. She found out that she would abandon herself to crack seconds no matter what. Say that right. In God knows I’m here, He knew I was going through this, He knows where I was in the behalf even in prison in her state. She learned to trust the Lord and abandon her son. Say, “Lord, I give You all, and I surrender all my life. I surrender everything I have. I have nothing apart from You.” And when she abandoned herself to the Lord, she found the greatest joy in peace because God’s kingdom cannot be put in jail. God’s keeping and His service I call inside this. I preached you they were in jail, but they didn’t worship the Lord until the shackles fall off. You have to learn that no matter whatever state you’re in, to begin to rejoice the Lord and to the change brake on for you and so powerfully that she learned to have peace of whatever state she was in because sometimes she said like the ocean, sometimes we can lose ourselves for a while, but like the ocean, the water already always returns towards shore. So we’re we we always are going to return back to our Center and who we really are. So I want you to see that no matter what we go through, no matter what the circumstances are, remember 92 percent is not even gonna happen.
