In the year 1980, a mission was born, a purpose that would span generations. The Gideon Missionaries of the Last Hour emerged with a clear objective: to unite Brazil to evangelize the world, to bring the message of Jesus Christ, to save lives, and to bring hope to places forgotten by humanity. Over the years, this work has reached extreme regions, places of difficult access, where often one can only arrive on foot, by rivers, trails, or jungle paths. These are communities in the sertão, villages, indigenous tribes, and isolated regions, where the gospel still needs to reach. In many projects, the Gideons build churches and also schools, because they believe that the future begins in childhood. Children who previously had no access to education today learn to read, to write, and, most importantly, to know the path of truth. Projects that have existed for years and have already transformed not only children but entire families. Today, more than 1000 missionary families are spread across the world and are supported by the faithful contributors of the Gideons to carry the word of God forward. Men and women who left everything to live a calling. They face distances, challenges, and difficulties, but they continue to advance because they know that every life reached is worth it. And even with this great missionary army, there is still much to be done. The world is vast, and every day lives are being lost without knowing the truth. Therefore, missions require urgency. Jesus left us a mission, to take the gospel to every creature. And this calling is not just for some, it is for all of us. Today, the Gideons continue to unite Brazil to reach the world. This work is in God's heart, and you are being called to be a part of it. Let us unite our forces, let us advance, because in the end, there is nothing greater in this life than fulfilling God's will. Missions require urgency, and missions are done now or never again. Gideon Missionaries of the Last Hour, uniting Brazil to evangelize the world. Peace be with you, church. >> To the beloved of our soul be honor, glory, praise, wisdom. It is because of Jesus that we are here. Whoever is here because of Jesus, say: Glory to God. >> Since you are standing, we will read the sacred text standing. >> Get your paper Bible now because you are a true believer. >> And go to the book of the Judges of Israel. While you locate the book, I thank Pastor Zilmar Miguel and the precious Sister Marinez, who for me is a pastor, for the welcome, for the invitation, for the honor. I want to break protocol, which I don't have much of in life, to tell you, sir and pastor, that you are too cute. >> You are a beauty. We look at you and we are happy. In this crisis of sympathy that exists in the world, you are eye drops for our eyes. May God continue to protect your lives and your homes. Pastor Adriano with his holy wife. I want to thank God for your life and experience in the missionary field. For every missionary who is here. Through you, I also greet them and I have already said my yes to the missionary Christmas, right, to live exceptional and special things in God again, because I learned from my friend Vanilda Bordieri almost 15 years ago that the best part of the Gideon Missionaries is the missionary field and the missionaries. May God continue to bless all of you. Book of the Judges of Israel. Chapter number 19. I am deeply honored by the presence of the ministers of God here tonight, including so many who have already preached and remain here. Happy to be with my family, my husband, my daughter whom I love. And to know that tonight my father, Pastor Carlos Costa, just like yesterday, while my brother was preaching, is praying for our lives. ADVIP, our dear church, our kiss, our hug to all of you. Chapter 19 of the book of Judges. Whoever found it, say: Glory to God. Glory to God. Glory to God. >> It also happened in those days when there was no king in Israel, that there was a Levite man who, sojourning in the side of the mountain of Ephraim, took to himself a concubine from Bethlehem of Judah. The last verse of the chapter, verse number 30. And it came to pass that everyone who saw such a thing said: "Never has such a thing been done, nor has it been seen since the day the children of Israel came up from the land of Egypt until this day. Ponder this in your heart, consider, and speak." I say, and you repeat: "Agreed? Agreed? >> Ponder, >> ponder, >> consider, >> consider >> and speak >> and speak. >> Once more, ponder, >> ponder, >> consider, >> consider >> and speak, >> and speak. >> While the man of God, Pastor Eliel, was presenting my life to the Eternal, I received a special anointing from God. And I want only now to give thanks to God for the word that has just been read. Father, I praise you because your word remains in heaven and is revealed to your church through the scriptures. I give you thanks because I know that through it your name will be glorified. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen. You may sit down saying: Glory to God. God. Hallelujah! Glory, glory, glory, glory to God! Whoever brought the Holy Bible, say hallelujah! >> If you want to follow along, keep it open. If you don't want to follow along with it open, check it as soon as possible. God, >> I have just read a historical text inserted in the book of the Judges of Israel. I am facing an extremely delicate text. For this reason, before taking any step in the introduction, I want to safeguard myself and all the ministers tonight, saints of God. Reading the first universal epistle of the apostle Peter, chapter number two, verse number nine, which says: "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, so that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light." So, all of us who are here are a royal priesthood and are included in what we know and call in theology the universal priesthood of believers. In three, we will say together: "I am a royal priesthood." Actually, we are a royal priesthood. Let's go. 1 2 3. We are >> a royal priesthood. We are We are >> perfect. Not us, you also. No, them, us. >> And now I begin to deliver the message God gave me for tonight. >> We are facing one of the most dramatic chapters in the entire Bible. That chapter whose kind of atrocity, moral decline among the people makes us put our hands to our mouths. Samson, the last judge of Israel, died. And this seems to be the last chronological event of the book of Judges. The last chronological event of the book of Judges is the death of Samson. But there are still four other chapters after his death before Judges ends. The previous ones, the previous ones offer an overview of Israel's situation. Always saying, see if you have found this in Judges, and the people did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. Who has read this? >> Perfect. Those who haven't need to start reading the Old Testament urgently. However, the last four chapters offer a detailed view of Israel's life at that time and are an appendix to the book, divinely inspired, obviously, but placed there to give a final meaning. I am now in chapter 19, verse 1. Is anyone else with me? >> And then the text says: It also happened in those days. It also happened in those days. It happened >> in those days. There is a word there that needs to gain strength tonight. Okay. It happened >> in those days, oh, we have already discovered the word, haven't we? So, it happened >> in those days also means in the same way, in the same manner, equally, and furthermore. So, first we need to know what happened before so that we can understand why this "also" is here. Because in the face of such a heavy, terrible story, which involves the dismemberment of a body, this "also" will tell us that nothing comes from nothing. Pastor Nilton, pleasure to see you. A hug to Pastor Regina. that nothing is born by chance, >> but that every human deviation is terribly conditioned by a progression. If you have your Bible, speak. If not, listen. Also. Also. Also. >> Also. >> Glory to God. Chapter one of the book of Judges, there is someone named Adoni-Bezek, who likes to see a humiliated and identity-less leadership eating crumbs at his table. Chapter two, the main leader dies, the people stray. Chapter 3, even after 40 years of peace, the people return to sin. Chapter 4, there is a fearful man who only moves when pushed by a woman. Chapter 5, we find tribes distracted while the rest fight. Chapter 6, there are people becoming poor due to disobedience. Can I stop or will you also shout? >> Chapter 7. There are warriors among Gideon's men who should be at home, not in the army. Chapter 8. People are troubled because Gideon is winning without their help. Chapter 9. We find brother killing brother just to reign alone. Chapter 10. A leader, father of 30 sons, who had 30 cities and lived under. However, the Bible does not record any deeds of theirs, only the benefits they received. Can I stop? >> Chapter 11. We find a man willing to sacrifice what he has at home just to emerge victorious in an external battle. Chapter 12. And the famous tribe, when someone new rises up, sends a message, "I'm going to burn you." Chapter 13. Should I stop? >> God is pushing chosen people who have power but don't want to move from their place. Chapter 14, there is an Israelite marrying a Philistine woman. Chapter 15, there is someone burning someone's harvest just for personal revenge. Chapter 16. There is a consecrated one lying in Delilah's bed, believing he can kill Philistines. Chapter 17. There is a Levite without a destination who stays wherever he finds comfort. Chapter number 18. There are people changing the name of a city just to gain notoriety. And then, >> and then >> also? >> Either we rise up now >> to break the cycle of apostasy? Or we rise up now to break the cycle of wickedness in this nation? Or we rise up now to break the cycle of abuse in our family, or we rise up now to break curses in territories consecrated to demons? Or this "also" will never stop. I have a word tonight, and I will deliver it. God is raising an army that will stop at chapter number 18 and say: "Never again, never again, never again." Tonight, I want to provoke you to throw this "also" to the ground and stomp on it, and raise your voice and shout: "Never >> again!" Has anyone here read the story of Micah, >> the story of the mother, the idol, the theft, the priest, the mother's money? >> Have you noticed that there is something a bit funny, a bit absurd, a bit comical there? It's always like this. Before Satan brings a tragedy that looks like a tragedy, he brings tragedies that look like absurd, comical, funny things. And we start to laugh. First, we laugh at the way the boy walks. Then this boy commits suicide. Because on one hand, society says, "Do what you want." But on the other hand, his soul, which cries out for help, cannot bear the pressure of the feelings it has. It starts comically, but ends tragically. >> I confess my sin. How many times have I heard such absurd things that I burst out laughing? This happened, and this, and this. It's so unbelievable, it's so absurd. At the table with my husband, with my brother, with intimate people, I say: "No, no, this can't have happened, it's not true. It's a lie. It's a lie." And we smile, it's a lie. And the devil on the other side is saying, "That's right. Get used to the chaos. Smile in the chaos, and I will bring even greater chaos." >> Isn't it funny? But the Gideon Missionaries have the solution. >> I will repeat. The Gideon Missionaries have the solution. >> The text, before telling the tragedy, states the main reason for the tragedy. In those days when there was no king in Israel. In those days when there was no king in Israel. And all the accounts in the book of Judges point to an immediate need, >> a savior, >> a king. >> Hey, the church has the answer, >> the church has the solution. The world lives as if there were no king over them. >> But we know the one who is >> king >> and lord. If you know his name, shout his name, shout his name, shout his name. You will see that something strange will happen now. There are people who are not sure who I am talking about. Look at the absurdity we have reached. There are people who are not sure. Is she talking about who I think she is talking about? I am talking about Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. The men Jesus. The women next to the men. >> My God, how long has it been since we shouted like this? Since there was no king in Israel, the Bible says a Levite went out. >> The Levite in Micah's house was seeking religious activities that would promote him. >> The Levite in chapter 19 is presented as someone who has a concubine. He doesn't have a wife, he has a second-class wife, >> an object of his. And I am here to say something to the Gideon Missionaries, and I will repeat it as many times as necessary, in as many places as I am. God never allowed this. >> God never allowed this. >> God never allowed this. >> From Abraham to Solomon, believing men who did this suffered harm and caused harm to others. Not concubinage, not polygamy. Honor in marriage and in the undefiled bed. In disturbing days, Levites are called to service and holiness. And some of them were seeking religious self-promotion. And the first one who serves only for mere promotion is succeeded by another who now has even more luxurious vices. If the first one just wants a place to lean on, the second one sins. Because a man who was called to be holy is now swallowed by pagan culture and takes a concubine for himself. The text says: "But his concubine committed adultery against him." Although the original text says she acted as a prostitute, some Jewish commentators believe that she simply left him, and that in itself, within that context, became adultery. But one thing is certain, she left this man's presence and returned to her father's house and stayed there for 4 months. >> Who is with me? Say hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> Do you know where this young woman was born? Do you know? Bethlehem. The girl from Bethlehem is taken for a marriage in the concubinage model by a Levite. Who knows what she suffered at the hands of this Levite. And she abandons him, constituting adultery. And the only thing she does that is good at this moment is to return to her father's house. And I want to invite you, young woman from Bethlehem, who has already suffered too much from wrong choices. >> Return, >> return, >> return. >> And I want to speak to you, young man from Bethlehem. Return, >> return, return >> to your father's house. After 4 months, her husband got up and went to her. And the development of the story will make it very clear that this was not a matter of tenderness or love. This man gets up to seek a property. What will he seek? A >> what will he seek >> property >> for status or for unholy pleasure. I will repeat, for status. I want my property back, and my woman, I will go there. Or for unholy pleasure, she is my concubine. I paid for her, and I miss her. I wrote something very serious here, but I will say it in the fear of the Lord. Some say forgive, but don't forgive because you love, >> forgive because you need to. >> Beware of people who tell you: "Come back, come back." Come back, >> because it might be worse than the first time. Seeing the girl's father and the Levite arrived, he rejoiced to meet him. From this point on, if you have already read the text at home, you will see that he plunges into excessive kindness. The girl's father, excessive kindness. Stay, stay, don't go, stay. This has nothing to do with the blessing of hospitality, no. This is a certain desperation he has to make his daughter and himself escape the punishments that the family might receive for her adultery. To flatter someone of dubious character, a priest, a Levite called to be holy, but who lives taking concubines for himself, can only indicate one thing: delayed damage. Because whoever flatters to avoid damage is delaying the arrival of even greater damage. Stop flattering Levites who have given up holiness. Even if it means you have to bear the consequences of your own mistakes or give up some advantage, compasses, cover up, brothers, lead us back to the altar, saying: "There is still hope, there is still a chance." God >> the girl's father held him, and he stayed there for five days. How many days? >> Five. >> How many days? >> Five. >> And then you got up to leave. For 5 days, this girl's voice is not heard. There is no recorded dialogue between them. Everything is said between the Levite and the girl's father, which is normal within a patriarchal society. But it is very dangerous when one doesn't know why a person fled from a place. I am at least with 800. He leaves, >> but to >> I will lower the maximum here >> because due to the complexity of the journey, he is already leaving late from the place he is leaving. If there is anyone here who realizes they should leave, leave. Don't wait for it to get dark >> to escape for your life and your soul from places where you should have already stood up. >> They are walking, and as the sun begins to set, whoever is with me say hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. The young man accompanying the Levite and the girl returning home says to him: "Hey, we are close to Jebus. Due to the time, I am paraphrasing, due to the time, due to the distance, let's stop here." But that man says: "No, when I give the narrative a little flair, I will let you know it's me and not the Bible, okay? I don't want to sin. I'll give the narrative a little flair now, okay? No, I'm a believer. >> My God! Glory to God. >> I won't sleep in Jebus. >> No, I'm from denomination X. >> I can't sleep in Jebus. I need to walk a little further to enter a territory where the people are as holy as I am holy. >> I was poring over the text. Pastor Zilmar, I want to say with all the truth of my soul that I have been reading this text for 13 years. before preaching it, 13 years. And I imagined the spiritual world in Jebus, and the self-righteous one saying, "I won't stop there, I won't enter." And above the heavens, because heaven knows the events before the earth. Glory to God. >> Jerusalem will be built here. >> The temple will be built here. The lamb will be presented here. I know that elegant preachers don't like it, but I'm from the lowlands. A kiss to Pastor Eliel. Take the hand of the believer next to you and shout to him: If you knew what God is about to do in your territory, they would look at you differently. I have a word for my brothers who are watching me in the recovery centers. I have a word for my brothers who are watching me at the Hope Jesus Therapeutic Center in Caçapava. I have a word for my brothers who are watching me at the Good Samaritan. If the self-righteous knew what God is going to build, they would stop. Hallelujah. I have a word of faith for the mothers of the incarcerated. I have a word of faith for the wives of the incarcerated. Someone will stop where they never stopped to hug someone they never hugged when they discover what God is going to do in the land of the Jebusites. Hallelujah. Go there now, go there now, go there now. Take an offering there now, go visit there now, give a hug there now, go preach there now, go give a Bible study to the boys who stay there all week. Stop wanting to appear only when the camera is on. Go serve. >> I am full of the power of the Holy Spirit to deliver this message, and I will deliver it. >> Okay. We have two alternatives. So, since the Lord does not enter the land of the Jebusites. Glory to God. >> Today, Beer, Ramah, he enters Gibeah. Where does he enter? Did you leave? Glory to God. >> You can rest assured that I will deliver the entire message, okay? Look here. >> You still have to buy hot dogs today, you still have to offer to the missionary work. There's a lot to do. Folks, okay, at three you will shout Gibeah. Where did he stop? 1 2 3 >> If only Ramah could be reached. The priest from the next book, look. Look, Judges, Judges, Ruth, then comes First Samuel, folks. Oh, folks, Judges, Ruth, then >> First Samuel, the priest, First Samuel built a house in Ama. If only. >> If only. Ramah, high place. Samuel will live there. Ramah, house of the prophet. Levite, Levite. Not all is lost for you. >> Run to Ramah. High place and house of the prophet. Remember when you visited the prophets' houses to pray? >> Remember when you went up to the high place to cry out? Did you become fancy, did you become sophisticated? They put it in your head that prophets have prophecy and that high places are for those who have lost their minds. But there are still people who understand that if it's between Gibeah or Ramah, I've already chosen where I want to be. I pass by Gibeah, but I enter Ramah. >> He entered. He sat down, and no one paid attention to him. The people who were not Jebusites, who were from Gibeah, whom he thought were his brothers, uh, didn't care about him at all. That man is alone in a square, when an old man passes by, what are you doing there? Then he starts to show off. My God in heaven. So I'm here. Sometimes you have to say, "I'm here because I need to be." But he starts to show off. I'm here because I have straw, I have pasture, I have bread, I have wine, I have a maid, I have a young man. Keep this list of showing off >> and start to exchange it like this: grace. >> I need grace. Is anyone else with me? I need grace. Is anyone else with me? I need grace. Is anyone else with me? I need grace. >> The elderly man understands and says, "Ah, okay, come, let's go to my house, and I will keep you. It's not good to stay here." And he enters. And when he enters, he, the young man, and the concubine. God. >> The old man says to him, "Peace be with you." But there was no peace in that city. >> I need a little more feedback. The old man said to him, "Peace." But there was no peace in that city. While they were eating, while they were rejoicing, the men of that city began to knock on the door. Give us this man. Give us this man. Give us this man. We want to lie with him. Whoever is with me say hallelujah. >> Whoever hasn't left, say glory to God. >> Then, double your attention now. >> It wasn't the first time this happened in the Bible. >> Who remembers the other time? >> Amen. >> The house of Lot. A believer spoke next to me, the house of Lot. There were two glaring differences in the text. Can I tell you what they are? >> First, Sodomites were doing Sodomite things. But now it's an Israelite, >> my God, >> doing Sodomite things. >> Can I tell you the second? >> Inside Lot's house, there were angels. Inside the Ephraimite old man's house, there was a stray Levite. >> If you want angels to have access to your house again tonight, open the door for the impostor to leave and let the angels enter. I will ask the believers to raise their hands up high. Only the believers. Only the believers. Only the believers. Only. Only the believers. Who are the believers? Those who believe. Only those who believe. Raise both hands up high and shout: "Lord, >> I want your angels in my house." With more clamor, say again: Lord, I want your angels in my house. Father, mother, when you close the door to leave in the morning, that teenager, that child will be with A, with B, but you will say: God, I want your angels in my house. I'm not talking about people who leave their children to go out. I'm talking about people who, if they don't leave, the children don't eat. God, put your angel in my house. Hallelujah! >> There was a different destiny, >> because this time there are no angels. And a house without angels. >> Can I say something? >> No, it's not fear of anyone, no. It's just, it's just a concern so I don't get too radical. But I will say that there is no neutral ground in the spiritual world. A house without angels has demons. >> The old man said, "Hey, my brothers, look how he is talking to the Israelites with Sodomite behavior. Hey, my brothers!" >> Hey, my brothers! Brother, don't keep calling someone brother who was never a brother. >> I want to be very clear that Sodomite is not a synonym for homosexuality. No. Sodomite, in this context, also refers to abusive behavior against people. It doesn't depend on being heterosexual or not to be abusive towards people. And if you know people who are abusive towards people, stop calling them brother to maintain protocol. They are not brothers. Brothers, I cannot give up the visitor, in quotes, the hospitality contract, the hospitality contract in the ancient East, intrinsic to social relations. I cannot give up the visitor. Here is my daughter. Look at the idea. And here is a young woman with him. Don't defend this as culture. This is not culture. >> This is not culture. Either we shout now that incest is not culture, or there will be no other generation to shout. >> Or we shout now that pedophilia is not culture, or there will be no other generation to shout. Or we shout now, or we shout now that selling a daughter for money, for prostitution, is not culture. Or we will have no voice to shout, it is not culture for a good man to say: "Take my daughter and take his wife." The church needs to work on anti-mundane culture. >> Biblical principle is for a man to be able to give his life for his woman. >> Or will we spend our lives preaching female submission without preaching male heroism? >> Look at me. Look at me. >> While the old man is talking, the girl from the city of Bethlehem, the young woman from the city of Bethlehem. Young woman from the city of Bethlehem. No, no, daughter. You need to know the story, daughter. Young woman from the city of Bethlehem, for heaven's sake, stop replying on Instagram to someone you've never seen. That's just putting up a little photo. Young woman from Bethlehem, for heaven's sake, stop believing every false tongue you hear. I imagine. And I want to invite every woman here and the men who fear the Eternal >> to imagine how the heart of this girl, this man's daughter, and this young woman, felt when their names were mentioned. Okamia. >> Hmm. But before she had time to say anything, I will read what the Bible says. Then that man, the Levite, took his concubine and brought her out. He opened the door and threw the girl out into the hands of hateful men. Beware, young woman from Bethlehem. Both were offered, but only the young woman from Bethlehem suffered harm. >> There were screams, noise, because many people were involved in this massacre. The woman's cry. I know I will be criticized, it's no problem. Saturday, >> almost night, 19:4 everything had to be turned around. So turn your chair and put it up, because I have a word and I will deliver it. There is a group of sinners there violating a young woman, and the rest of the city sleeps as if nothing is happening. >> They tolerated a terrible class of sinners, as if they could do nothing. But nothing can be worse than knowing that the Levite, who >> who >> slept? Violence against women exists, and we know it. Pedophilia exists, and we know it. Macho men who preach and hit women at home exist >> and we know it. Fathers who terrorize their children in the name of faith, tearing pages from the Bible, crushing them, and putting them in the child's mouth, exist. >> And we know it, >> if it is not within our reach, we can pray and cry. But if it is within our reach, >> throw the pillow of complicity in the trash, stand up, and do something, or we will have to swallow on social media an index that I would not like to present tonight, but I will have to present it because I cannot exempt myself after studying a text for 13 years and remaining silent when I have the opportunity to speak to the church in Brazil and in the world. Because whether we like it or not, those who envy the Gideon Missionaries of the Last Hour, God has entrusted this pulpit here to Brazil and to the world. According to a survey conducted by the organization Safernet and sent to the Federal Public Ministry, 1 million Brazilians participate in groups with child pornography. 1 million Brazilians. With all due respect, if anyone has doubts, I don't, and I apologize in advance. >> Of these 1 million, are there some here >> or in our flock are there ungodly infiltrators dressed as believers? Let's not have this national shame >> of making ridiculous corporatism. >> I am republishing when this guy who has the name of a pastor is arrested. I republish when I see what was discovered. Do you know why? Because the only way for us not to be complicit is to get out of this ridiculous discourse of "no, then he's not a pastor," "no, then they didn't give him credentials," "yes, they believed him, yes, but he's an infiltrated delinquent, he's an infiltrated psychopath, he's an infiltrated ungodly person." And so what if he has a title, if we rise up to reiterate, saying: "Good riddance to prison?" >> I am counting on the parents here to pray. I am counting on the parents, on the grandparents. It only breaks my heart when it's in our house. The newspaper Globo published an article on October 27, 2023, with a terrible statistic. 440,000 minors. 440,000 minors may, I said may, okay? Before you try to sue me without cause, sue me for what you have cause for. 440,000 minors may have been victims of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church, says the report, in Spain, 440,000. I want to believe that no good Catholic is happy with such an index. It's true. No one. My grandfather was Catholic his whole life before converting, before making a different declaration of faith. But my whole life I lived with a man who attended mass and was a good man. So, I believe that any good Catholic would be upset by this. >> Singer Mara Lima was presented tonight not only as a singer but also as someone working in the Secretariat for the Protection of Women. Is that right, precious? Well, I went to research the indices in Brazil related to the evangelical church, okay? Because if 440,000 appeared in Spain, I, who have nothing to worry about, want to know the indices. Because we, mothers and fathers, want to know the indices. We want to help, we want to protect, we want to act. Or out of pride, we will pretend that it doesn't exist, >> that our children don't suffer, aren't victims, don't go through this, that evil people don't infiltrate among us. When I went to research, I didn't find it, but someone described it, saying: "It's very difficult to establish this index." Yes. Oh, what shame I am feeling. But I will say >> the majority of people who are victims in evangelical churches of domestic violence or sexual violence are advised not to report the culprit >> to avoid. What I am saying here is empirical knowledge. Since there is no research, there is no data. This is empirical knowledge. But it is empirical knowledge because I am 47 years old and was born in a Christian home and I perfectly remember people saying about someone: "For God's sake, don't say anything so as not to cause scandal." Empirical, I don't have data. Look at the bruise. Pray for Jesus to save. Put it. Can you put it here for me? Stop praying for him today. >> God brought me here to use the minutes that preachers in Brazil would like to use to save your life from death. Stop praying for him today and start praying for yourself from now on. You need to have the courage to go out and make a report at a women's support police station or any other. You urgently need to call someone you trust and seek a safe place. Lastly, do not believe the apology, because those who assault kill. Leave there. Father, >> mother. Glory, >> father, mother, >> father. >> I will wait. Glory to God. >> Thank you, father, mother. He is not anointed. >> I know they told you: "Woe to him who touches my anointed ones." I know they told you, and I also believe it wholeheartedly, because I believe 100% in the Bible. "Do not touch my anointed ones, nor do my prophets any harm." But you need to understand that a pedophile is not anointed. A pedophile is a criminal. A pedophile is not anointed. Father, mother, get up from this church, go make a report now. >> Have you already made the report? Do not remain in a territory where your child's word is contested, leading them to future trauma. There is no capacity to find in the same person a pastor and an abuser. Either he is a pastor or he is an abuser. Leave there now. I will make a request in the name of thousands of women. Thousands. I perfectly understand >> when a man suffers a fall, a fall, that he be cared for, loved, and repositioned. I understand, I am a pastor's child. My father is a man who went through the mercy line many times, you know? So, I understand that a man who has fallen into the sin of adultery should be brought, loved, restored. I understand that a woman who has fallen into the sin of adultery should be brought, loved, restored, that this couple be restored. I understand, frankly. Although I don't agree, I also understand that a pastor be repositioned after a divorce. I don't agree, but I understand the vision of those who do it. It's not my problem, but I have a request. The pedophilia crimes that happened in the Catholic Church, which Catholics are obviously ashamed of, no one wants something like that, just as we don't want it. If it's a good person, a person of love. Isn't that how they like to talk about love? Do you know what was more aggravating when a scandal was about to emerge? They transferred the priest's parish. I have a request in the name of 1 million thousands, pardon, million, no, I have another million in my head here. Thousands of women, pastors, presidents of conventions in Brazil and in the world, >> pastors and seniors of neopentecostal churches, directors, superintendents of Methodist churches, presbytery of the Presbyterian church, congregational leaders, Do not transfer, do not transfer a criminal from parish to parish. >> Do not send this wrapped gift to anyone. Do not transfer a criminal who assaults his wife, his children, or who is a pedophile from parish to parish to continue mistreating children and his wife in front of another congregation or hidden when no one is watching. For God's sake, we need to raise a positive index in this nation. The evangelical church is growing. Pedophilia must decrease, crime against women must decrease, violence against women must decrease. And before you call me a feminist, >> before you call me a feminist >> and before you think I am a candidate for something >> or even come to insult me by saying, "She went to talk about women, but men also suffer violence." Only men, men do this with their arms >> like this, okay? Don't compare. >> I will not ask a skinny sister, a sister, I will not ask a chubby sister, short or tall, a woman to stand up here. But I will tell every man that there is a difference. Yes, you gentlemen have the power of government, you gentlemen have the power of leadership, you gentlemen have brute force in your arms and hands. Do not compare the violence, the violence against a man for N y reasons to women who are locked in apartments, who are locked in houses, who live abroad and don't speak the language. For God's sake, it is not by lying that we will recover dignity, but with our heads held high. Glory to God. >> I conclude this part by saying that the number to call in case of violence against women >> is 18. Glory. >> If you have never heard this number in an evangelical church, the number is 1 80. Now, if you are a child, look at auntie here, watching the Gideons, dad and mom went out, you are a child, watching the Gideons. If someone is doing you any harm, wanting to touch any part of your little body, if the person who lives in your house says: "If you tell, I will kill your father, I will kill your mother." Oh, don't believe it. There is a number for you to call now. You know how to use a cell phone. You will call now calmly. Breathe because God put auntie on this live to help you. Breathe, breathe. I'm finding the number here. 100. 100. 1 0. Auntie will say it again, okay. 1 0. Call. >> Call. Take advantage of the fact that you are alone now. Call and ask for help. Ah. I wrote a few pages, after all, it's been 13 years, right? 13 years studying the text. No, not for the resolution of the complaint, no. That came to my heart this year, and the spirit encouraged me to do it. I'm talking about studying the text. So, I wrote a few pages here, but I feel like an old preacher, right? Because I started preaching at 40, at 14, I'm 47. So, this year I complete when I turn 48, 34 years of preaching. Preaching for 34 years, I have to have a thermometer. And I don't need to use all the pages. I need to deliver. And that's why I delivered >> what I came to deliver. The keyboard player can help me. >> A recent study now for 2025 to 2026 indicates that domestic violence disproportionately affects evangelical women in Brazil, with about 38.7% to 43% reporting abuse, which is a rate higher than the national average. 69% of these women seek the church as a first refuge. And then, and then will we create departments of support within our churches? I don't think there are any. Will we provide psychologists? Those who don't have them. Will we provide mothers, women of prayer? Pastor, we don't have the means to hire a psychologist, nor do we have mothers, women of prayer, but let's do a short course with these girls who will attend quickly >> so as not to tell them to sweep it under the rug, not to tell them to be silent, to hug her very tightly, put her here at chest height and tell her: "We believe in you. Let's train the girls from the children's ministry who are at the forefront in the classroom, just as the teachers in the country are at the forefront. >> Do you understand? This woman was dismembered. He who did not love, did not care, in the end cut her into 12 pieces. It's not because he was dying of pity for her, no. He wanted revenge. Whoever wants justice tells the story as it is. >> Hallelujah. >> Whoever wants revenge edits the story to come out well in the end. In his story, he doesn't say that he was the one who put her out. Until when will people suffer from edited, >> poorly told stories? Enough, >> enough. >> In all the stories in the book of Judges, who is with me?
Say hallelujah. >> The names appear. Even Delilah, who was terrible, had a name there. But in this chapter, there is what we call anonymity. The Levite has no name, the old man has no name, the abusers have no name. The girl has no name. Do you know why? So that no one here today can exempt themselves by saying this was not for me. So that each one of us can position ourselves saying: "God, I have a place in this story, even if it's just the part of the resident who heard the screams, put his head on the pillow, and slept." >> We all have a part in this story. The girl from Bethlehem died and nothing changed. Dozens, hundreds, thousands, and nothing changes. In Bethlehem, David was born, but Tamar was abused. >> And David did not act. It's not because he is not a good type of Christ. He is an excellent type of Christ, but he was not the Christ, therefore he failed. But I said that the Gideon missionaries have the answer. I said that the Gideon missionaries have the answer. The church has the answer. In the book of Judges, the girl born in Bethlehem dies and does not put an end to human wickedness. In the first book of Samuel, David appears, but does not put an end to human wickedness. But the Bible says: "Now indeed, Bethlehem, Bethlehem, Bethlehem, Bethlehem." Micah 5:2. And you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the thousands of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times. Therefore he will give them up until the time when she who is to give birth has given birth. Daughter, come here. In the book of Judges, the girl born in Bethlehem dies and does not put an end to human wickedness. Her body is broken. Her body is >> Her body is >> broken. >> But this changes nothing. It only adds a scene of terror. But in 1 Corinthians, chapter 11, 24, He who was born in Bethlehem, Paul recalls His words which say: "And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said: 'Take, eat; this is my body, which is broken for you. Do this in remembrance of me.' Why do the Gideon missionaries have the answer? Because the church has the answer. Because the manger is empty, the cross is empty, the tomb is empty, but the throne is not. The King of Kings. I am preaching a missionary message. >> Because my daughter Maria Clara is the fruit of missionary work. >> A preacher who preaches better than everyone else in this world. According to Maria Clara, missionary Kellen Gaspar, preached here this week. Maria is the fruit of the Campos Brancos mission. >> The church arrived >> where the state did not arrive >> to transform Maria's reality. Maria is a missionary trained by Campos Brancos with missionary Kelen Gaspar, and now nine months ago, tomorrow, she will be. She is my daughter. Come here, Elomar. And daughter of Eleomar. And now I don't even have the right to forget about missionary work, because my princess at lunchtime prays like this: "Lord, sustain the missionaries' table. >> Jesus! The answer, glory to God >> for everything. The work of regeneration, the work of welcoming, of love, was the church's, it was missionary work, but the decision was hers. It is possible. >> Glory to God. Lift your head, >> because what God has for you is much greater and much better. >> If tonight you want God to ignite in your heart the flame to stand up for those who are suffering, >> place your hand on your chest now. on your chest now. I want to make a correction in time, saying that the state is represented there by the shelter Casa na Rocha. And that if society understands that although we are in a secular country, the church can join forces with the state to rescue thousands, thousands, and thousands, as it has done many times, still under the stigma of being the outcast of society. Incredible things can happen in this country. Place your hand on your chest. My daughter, do not be afraid of anything, nor ashamed, because it was for a moment like this that you are here. >> It is true. >> Pray for these people now >> so that God ignites the fire in their chests >> and each one of us leaves here to do missions. The same flame of missionary Kelly Gaspar, of missionary Cris, of Campos Brancos, of Casa na Rocha, is in your chest too. And we, your parents, are receiving this same fire through your life. >> Dear God and beloved Father, we are here, Lord, in your presence, Father. What a glorious word you have spoken tonight. Now I pray, Jesus, for each person who is here, Jesus, and who has placed their hand on their heart. I pray that you will pour out, Lord, upon their lives an anointing, Lord. And that they may love missions, that they may pray for missions, that they may give for missions, Father. That they may love what you love, God. Missions, Father. That they may love souls, Lord. Ah, Lord, place a fire in the hearts of your people, Lord, and may they rise up, may they rise up. Lord, and may they love, Lord, souls, Lord. May they love missions, >> may they love people >> and may they pray, Lord, for these people. Do not let them forget, Lord. >> Do not let your people forget, Father. Ah, Lord, place a flame in our hearts >> and may our hearts, Lord, burn ever more for your presence, in Jesus' name. Thank you very much, Lord. Thank you, Jesus, for everything. In Jesus' name. Amen. Give a tight hug to someone, a boy to a boy, a girl to a girl, and tell him or her: "This is the time." Onward Gideons. The Cavalcante family, come here to worship. >> Before me. Oh, glory. Then come.
