Guys, this video is not something that we had planned today. It's something that I have decided to do 15 minutes ago. I have no scripts. I have no lighting. I have no fancy stuff around. This is me speaking to you completely raw and honest.
Now, the last 7 months, I have been criticized on social media. I have been hounded. I've had things that have happened to me that you couldn't even write and make up, and I just wanted to put my side across. I wanted to speak to you guys. I wanted my audience to understand that, you know what, this is and this is the truth.
So, number one, I do have a company in liquidation. Okay? I'm a businessman. Things happen. And the people who put me into liquidation, they received 50% of the money that was owed for that creditor. Okay? Now, they still went ahead and did it, which tells you something, which will become apparent throughout this video. But even though the company's going to liquidation, I'm still going to make sure that they get paid. I had people say that when a company went to liquidation, they, you know, everybody, "Oh my god, the employees, the earn and learn partners." No, no, no, no, no, no. All of that is still honored and stand on. That's what my name is for. Steven Hamilton, personal guarantee.
Next up, "He doesn't own anything in his personal name." Two weeks before that, I own no properties. We have no properties. We don't have a portfolio. What are people doing? Why are people doing this? If you were owed money from an earn and learn program and you could see that there was difficulties and things wasn't going according to plan, would you sit down and would you organize how we make it right and we get our developments back up and running and everything moves forwards, or would you just try and decimate the person and just let your money go? That's not the thing that you would do if you was in this correctly. 95% of my earn and learn partners have seen what I've been going through the last couple of months, and they have literally gone, "Don't worry about it. See, there's an extension. Take as long as you want. We will work with you." We know you. There's six people out there that are trying to make my life a misery. They're trying to ruin me. So, yes, I do have a company in liquidation. Has it affected anybody? No. Will it affect anybody? No. Why would I set up companies, use the company as my name, Steven Hamilton? Why would I post all over social media and then why would I try and commit some kind of scam, some kind of fraud, some kind of Ponzi scheme, which is what social media tried to say? If I was going to commit a Ponzi scheme, wouldn't you think I would do it under a Mickey Mouse company? Would I put my face all over the internet? You guys aren't understanding how certain things work. You follow a narrative on social media led by a group of people who are trying to ruin me. These people won't ruin me. Okay? So, yes, I have had a company liquidation, and it doesn't mean anything. We move forwards and we continue to grow. It's just part and parcel of the business world. Okay.
Secondly, do I have earn and learn partners that are delayed in payments? Yes, I do. Are they all going to get paid? Yes, they are. Is it a delay? Yes, it is. It's business. Now, I'm not a victim, and I understand how heavy this weighs on me as a person because my earn and learn partners had plans. They was looking at doing stuff with families and buying houses and buying cars and going shopping and stuff like that with the money. I have to live with that until it all gets resolved, and it weighs very heavy on a human being that actually cares like me. But I stand on it's me. My problem. My fault. I made some bad decisions. I had the wrong people around me. I hired the wrong people. I had the wrong contractors. I had the wrong accountants. It happens. It's business. Anybody that watches social media and thinks that everything goes like that, that's not real life. Real life is this. And again, I'm not a victim. And to all my earn and learn partners out there, I apologize for the delay. To the six out there that are trying to ruin me, I don't hold a grudge against you, but there are lines, and this video has been brought to the attention of everybody because you have crossed that line well and truly.
So, you're trying to get newspapers to publish articles about me. You're writing into newspapers trying to get, you know, the newspapers to say something. Maybe one of them will bite, maybe one of them won't bite. It's nothing new. It's nothing that anybody doesn't know. Yes. To the six of you. We agreed to actually go and do an earn and learn on a certain project. That project never came to fruition. You sat in my offices as my friends. This is the worst part about it. As my friends, as people who was in my circle, who had dinner with my family, came out for dinner with my partner, and we agreed, okay, that one's not going to work. We'll do it on something else. Now you're sticking to the story of, "Oh, that wasn't on the contract. This one is," when you know it's an utter lie that you agreed to move on to something else. My naivety as a businessman was I never put it down on paper and never reassigned a new contract, which I should have. Hindsight, it's a wonderful thing when people are licking your ass, and it happened. Okay, it did happen, and there's nothing I can do about it. Okay.
Secondly, another project, but I'm not going to discuss what happened on camera with that because that's not something I want to drag up. Okay. That's really bad. What you're doing with that one is really bad. That's karma comes back around, and that's where life takes over. That one's really bad. And the another one that you're trying to portray to the world. Well, what happened there? You asked me to do something for you in order to end our contract. And because I was doing it and it hadn't got done just yet, you've now jumped on the bandwagon with these people, and I'm the devil. It doesn't make sense as to why you wouldn't want to rectify contracts where you just would rather go and see me burn. And there's other people out there who have had 50, 60, 70% of their contracts resolved and money paid to them, and you're out there not telling the truth. You're saying, "My worst decision was meeting Steven. Blah blah blah. He's done this. He's done that." You're not telling the truth. I'm not out here to name, shame, put you on social media, put pictures of you, make fancy thumbnails and stuff. That's not what I'm here to do. But what I am here to do is to say to you, you will not stop me. I am going to continue doing what I'm doing.
So, let's talk about the next part, the blackmail. Okay. Now, again, I'm not going to put screenshots up. I'm not going to post images and stuff like that, but let's talk about the blackmail that you guys are trying to do to me. "Steve, we will stop attacking you and we will stop everything that's going on behind the scenes if you come off social media. Stop doing events. Stop posting YouTube videos. Disappear, and we'll drop all the bits and pieces against you." Sorry. Sorry. What about your money that you are owed apparently? Okay. And some of you are owed some money. Some of you are only owed 20 and 30%. Why? Why don't you want that? Why do you want me off social media? Why do you not want me to do events? Why do you not want me on YouTube? What's what's going on here? Is there a bigger picture at play? Was this a plan from the off? Is this how you did things? You infiltrated my camp with my former employees. You became best friends with them. And then you was like, "Don't worry about that one, Steve. We'll jump onto that one. Don't worry about contracts and stuff, and we'll just, you know, we're friends here." What's going on? What actually is going on? Because it makes no sense as to why you're doing this. It doesn't make sense. And I understand it. Not going to publish it on social media, but I know why you're doing it. But the time to stop is now because you have now dragged my partner and my children into it. You started to send me messages from anonymous accounts and WhatsApps, which you've been doing, and that Proton email for everybody who doesn't know what Proton is. Apparently, it's an encrypted email where you can never trace who's done it. Okay? I get lots of emails from Proton at the minute. "Steven, we are going to ruin your Christmas. We are going to make your life a misery. You are not human. You have no empathy." Do not threaten me with my children. That's where the line is well and truly crossed, and I will retaliate legally because I know who you are. You know who you are. And we know why you're doing it. Don't threaten my children with me not being here for Christmas, saying we're going to come to your events. We're going to cause trouble so we can get you arrested and locked up. What in God's name are you up here thinking? You're going to ruin my events.
So, what people have done to me, guys, is they've contacted the hotels, the places where I have my events, and they have posted images to them and all the stuff that's on TikTok and things like that. But another thing that I need to tell you about, guys, when I got attacked in April, when I got attacked in May, and when I got attacked last month, all of these were promoted paid ads. People boosted the posts. Makes no sense. Why would you do that? What's going on? But again, you crossed the line when you brought my family into it. Then you posted my address on social media, my personal home where my partner and my two children live. Okay.
Now, this is really difficult for me to speak about because I'm a man, and I understand that all my earn and learn partners are looking at me as a man they trust, and we're like, "Do we trust him? Do we not trust him? We've seen all this on social media." You can trust me implicitly. 95% of you have, because you've extended and you've given me the time to dig my way out of this little hole that we're in. My projects are delayed. Refinances aren't happening because my certain things with accountants and solicitors aren't sorted. There's a lot of stuff that goes on behind the scenes when it comes to business, real business, because we play at a certain level where most people on social media are beginners. Okay. You have posted my personal address on social media where I live, which meant that two people turned up at my house unannounced. Okay, you crossed the line. The line is well and truly been crossed. I am at fault for delays. It's a business. It's not anything else. There's no scam, fraud, Ponzi, none of that. Nothing. Zero. I'm still here. I still sell out all my rooms. I still work every single day. I've documented my journey for 5 years on social media. And all of a sudden, we have a bad, and I'm the devil. The four years previous to that, I was everyone loved me. So, for all of you people on social media that are commenting on everyone's posts, I see you. I know what you're doing. And then you message me privately.
To all the other educators in the UK that have gone, "Ste, I knew something was wrong with Ste. He had that shifty look about him." It's called being real and not fake like most of you out there and pretending to do what you do and pretending to be somebody. If this was any kind of untoward thing, like I said, I've used my name. I've used my family around me to showcase my journey. Everyone else who does certain things, they run off. They disappear. I'm still standing here after all this time, after being called everything under the sun. I'm still here. After everything that's going on behind the scenes, I'm still here. And to the six people out there that are trying to ruin my life with newspapers and other things that you're doing behind the scenes and messaging all of my members in my community. I am that person who is "be nice, be kind." Because if I wasn't, most of you still wouldn't be in the jobs that you're in with the information that I have, because you wouldn't be able to do your jobs with that. Most of you would be all over everybody else's social medias outing all of the messages that you've been sending to everybody. I wouldn't do that to you because I live by "be nice, be kind." I don't attack on social media. I don't hurt people because behind the scenes, I've seen firsthand what it does to loved ones.
Now, I've let my earn and learn partners down to an extent with times, but when it comes to the education and stand on and make sure everything gets sorted, I am the guy that they will look and go, "We respect him." I've let my family down. That's the hardest part because they've seen it. They've been attacked. They've had certain things sent to them and pictures and stuff. Now, as a man, that's a bitter pill to swallow to know that you've let your family down. Okay? But I've let my family down because of you guys attacking me and knowing where my weak point is. Okay? You know my family and my weak point. So, that's the only way you can get me. That's why you have to all come together because I'm saying there's six people, six individuals who was on my earn and learn program. There's about 30 or 40 people who have come together who have nothing to do with me, who are all in a WhatsApp group, all trying to do certain things. Again, I get sent images from the WhatsApp group about your conversations. It's a small world, just like you probably get conversations that I have with people sent to you. It's a small world. But again, I'm not going anywhere. No one's ever going to lose with me, and I'll still be here in 18 months, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years doing what I'm doing, property, because that's what I do. Real life property, affordable education, the correct education. I teach. That's why my rooms are still full.
So, for all of you out there that are sitting on the fence looking at all this social media stuff, make an informed judgment. Please make an informed judgment. Don't just look at social media and start following it. For the ones that do, you're you're never going to be anywhere anyway if you listen to social media. It's not it's not it's not real. It is what it is. So, this is what's going on behind the scenes. I am being blackmailed. "We're going to post you on this page. We're going to say this about you. Come off social media. Stop posting YouTube videos." Why do I get attacked every time something happens? Systematic. What is the purpose? What is it? The vendetta is too deep in order to just be about an earn and learn program. There's way more at play here. I know what it is. And the truth always comes out. Always, always, always. So, time will show why this has happened. And in 12 months' time, I will be able to openly speak about this when everything's back to normal. But for now, to my earn and learn partners, I apologize for the delays. But you know me, you trust me, and you know what's going to happen. To everybody that's sitting on the fence, make an informed judgment. Understand what's going on. To the people out there that are attacking me and doing what you're doing, I don't hate you. I have no feelings towards you. But just know that what you do on social media has a bigger impact on your life than it does mine. Because people will watch and they might support you. You might get the views and the claps and the likes and the messages, the DMs. But when it comes to building brands and credibility, that's not the way forward. Cuz most people are like, "I'm not going to work with them." Because if something goes wrong, then what?
And to some of you out there, what about the times when you've been crying on the phone because you've been attacked? What about that? When me and my partner have been there to help you. What about the times that some of you who have attacked me have fallen out with family members or fallen out with family members, and I have been the one that's reconciled families? What about you out there that preach that you are God-loving people who are my earn and learn partners, but you've gone and done chargebacks and lied because your contracts haven't finished and they're not over till 2026, but you've lied to the banks, but you practice that you are God-loving people? What about you people out there that have all commented on these posts, who have never met me, who have never been around me, who have never spoken to me? What about you guys? What does that make you happy? Are you interested in drama? You mustn't have a lot going on in your life.
To all the educators in the UK who have stepped away from me, who have gone, "Ste, we need to keep a distance from you because your name's not great at the moment," but for the last four years, you've stood on my stage. Some of you five, 10, 15 times. You've been all over my YouTube. You've used my audience to actually make money. I remember you, and I will always remember you. To the educator one out there who stood by me publicly, who actually reached out to me and spoke to me and was like, "You know, Ste, yeah, I'll always remember you." So, I appreciate you. You didn't have to do it publicly because I understand brands and stuff like that. And then to everybody else around me in my community, the ones that stuck through me thick and thin, you will always be able to pick up the phone, call me, and I will help you. To the community people that left me, bad choice, bad decision, but again, don't really want you in my community. And to the people who put my family's safety in jeopardy, God has a funny way of doing things. And karma, I genuinely believe, is real. That's why I stand here making these videos because I am a person that will always stand on. Nobody will ever lose with me. Nobody. Might be a delay, but you will never lose with me. Don't threaten me. Don't blackmail me because that's not how this works. You can't do that. I won't allow it. It's not going to happen. I am not leaving. I'm not going anywhere. I will still be here. I'm still doing what I do best. I will still move forwards.
And for all of you out there that just want to know this little bit of information because you keep asking me, since April, I have done no earn and learn programs whatsoever. Not a single one. I have had millions and millions and millions of pounds offered to me, and I have refused every single penny. Every single penny, even to this day. So, I'm sorry to my earn and learn partners that we have a delay, but it's business, and it's just a delay, and I will stand on and I won't let you down. Other than that, to everybody else out there, I'm still here, still smiling. Be nice, be kind, and always dream big.
