Launch a challenge. Who's ready to build something this week? If you're ready to build something, just go ahead and put "ready" in the chat. If you're ready to build a super agent, you're ready to build a tool, you're ready just to build something to help you get to that next level. All right, let me know. I see, I see. "Ready?" Pam says. Heather says, "Ready." I love it. I love it. I love it.

Well, listen. I couldn't be more excited because, listen, what you're about to learn, I truly feel like is one of the most valuable skills with AI. Because if you can learn how to build tools and agents and employees and people running in your company, Alicia, I think, I think it's game over for them. I think it's, I think it's honestly like their business is going to skyrocket because they learn this skill. So, I'm excited. Alicia, I'm going to pull you up here in just a few minutes. I'm excited for them to be experiencing this with you.

But real quick, let us know. Um, if you got your camera on, go ahead and put "I'm ready" in the chat. If you have your camera on and you're here, I want to make sure that we're all here with high intentionality. I want to make sure we're here with ultimate preparation because, y'all, listen, this event tonight has changed thousands of people's lives. We've ran this event one or two times already in the past. If you were here for the past "Build It Launch It" challenge, let me know if you were here for the past build. Okay. A few people said yes, yes, no. Okay. Okay. If you weren't, it's all good. You're about to experience Alicia Little at a whole another level. She's going to help you build out your own super agent this week and, and you're going to, you're going to fall in love with it.

But before we get started, a few things. Number one, um, I do want to let you all know that we're going to be going about one or two hours this week, every night. So, tonight and tomorrow, we're going to be going for about one or two hours. Can we hang on here for about 90 minutes, two hours together, y'all? Is that cool with you? Let me know in the chat. Yes. Yes. I see. Okay, cool.

So, we're, this is not, listen, let me tell you what this is not. This is not one of those events where you're just going to sit and learn. We going, we going to work together. We going to put in some work together. So, this event, if you show up each and every day with your laptop, which I hope you do, have your laptop, we're going to, we're going to get right to work. We're going to get right to work.

But here's the thing. I do want to let you all know that we only have a small amount of time together. So, we're going to be sprinting through this information fast. We're going to be running. Is that okay with you all if we just like go through this information as fast as possible and make sure we overd deliver and give you as much information as we can? Is that okay with you all?

So, I know, I, I know that there's, I see right now, I see right now in the chat, I see there's some people driving. Some people looks like you may be at work. So, this is, this is what I want to let y'all know about. This is what I'm gonna let y'all know about. There is an opportunity for you all to grab the replays and, and be able to slow down and rewind these. So, some of you all, cuz I, I seen in the chat, you were messaging, you were saying, "Alicia, I'm excited. I'm pumped up. I'm ready, but I'm driving, but I got the kids." But I, so I just want to let you all know that we do have an office hour session this week for just our priority pass, our highest members. Um, we have some, some bonuses and a vault for those of you all who upgrade. And I just want to let you all know I highly recommend you going and getting the replays. The team's going to drop the link in the chat. Team, can you, somebody said, "I'm watching with my toddler." I love it.

So, I wanted to just talk for a brief moment before Alicia comes up here. You know, you all are going to receive amazing information, but I wanted to encourage you all if you haven't done so yet to go get your priority pass, right? The priority pass comes with replays, daily notes, and more. So, check this out. Check this out, y'all. The link is in the chat. But before Alicia comes up here, let's all pause and click the link that's in the chat because for only $37, you all, you can get the replays of this entire challenge, notes, and recap of each day. And we have a prompt and priority vault with every super agent prompt and workflow is going to use this week. So, if you guys are here and you're like, "Michael, man, Alicia is going really fast. Man, Lorett, you're going, you're going very fast." So, I just want to let you all know that that's one option you can get to be able to go rewind.

All right, so I just wanted to pause on that. If you're working on it, just put "working on it." If you already got it, just put "got it" in the chat if you got your priority pass. Uh, the second thing I want to let you know about is that if you haven't joined our AI community, I want you all to go ahead and join ASAP because, y'all, listen, this community has over 100,000 people in it and we're going to be giving you assignments each night and we want you all to be able to take action fast when Alicia gives you assignments. So, Alicia, I don't know if you heard that, but I want to give them some actionable things to do tonight and I want them to be sharing that in the group. So, team, let's go ahead and drop the Facebook group link in the chat. Y'all, if you could join our community, this is where we host all of our events. This is where we congregate. There's literally over 100,000 people in there. So, this week, Alicia is going to be telling you to do things. And we may even do a giveaway. You guys want me to do a giveaway real quick? Yeah, I think I may do a giveaway real quick for one person who, one person who's here. I don't know. But anyway, go join the group because we will be doing giveaways for people who are engaging in that group and really just, just really being all-in and investing in themselves and engaging.

All right, so go join the group and comment the word "joined" after you have done so. Comment the word "joined" after you have done so. All right, so just "joined." I love it. I see, I see it, man. All, a lot of y'all, we have thousands of people watching right now and you all are joining. This is amazing. I love it. Our team will admit you in just a minute.

Okay. Now, um, one of the last things I'll say is that I know that some of you all here have friends and family members that need to learn AI. So, this is what I want to encourage you all to do. After you join the Facebook group, I want everybody to pause and go invite a friend to this call right here. Go invite them. Send them the Zoom link or you can send, send them to builditchallenge.com. But at least, at least send them this Zoom link because, y'all, listen, you could be a catalyst in somebody else's life just by sharing this link. Their life and their business could change forever just because they come in here and learn about super agents. So, what I want everybody to do is pause for a second, go share this link with a, with a friend, tell them, say, "Hey, get in Zoom. Come learn this information. We're learning AI and how to build AI super agents." And just comment the word "invited" after you send it to two or three people. All right. So, I just want to see who the action takers are. And let me, let me see for one person. I'm gonna see. I'm gonna pick out somebody to win something real quick. Let's, what should I do this? I'm going to do a $25 Amazon gift card. Let me see. I'm, I'm somebody who's engaging, commenting in the chat, got their camera on. I'm going to go ahead and choose $25 Amazon gift card. Carlo, I don't know if you're here or any, I don't know who on the team is here, but I want you to take note of this. I'm just going to give away at random. So, go ahead and turn your camera on. Everybody turn your camera on. $25 Amazon gift card. Oh, now you guys are saying "invited" in the chat. Now y'all are saying "joined" because now you want that gift card. So, everybody real quick. All right, you guys ready? Put "drum roll" in the chat. Put "drum roll." Let me pick out one person. Here we go. Here we go. Here we go. The winner of our $25 Amazon gift card. Just be in here and engaging, having camera on is, is, here we go. Here we go. Here we go. Here we go. Desiree Barry. Is there a Desiree Barry here with us? Let me see. Let me see. Desiree, are you in? Congratulations. You just won a $25 Amazon gift card. I picked you because you had your camera on before I announced the giveaway. So, I love it, Desiree.

So, everybody, listen. I'm going to be coming back up throughout the week. I'm going to be giving you all some more giveaways. I'm going to be maybe giving away some subscriptions to AI tools, etc. So, make sure that you all are tuned in and tapped in and here, not just today, but tomorrow as well. All right.

So, listen, y'all. I'm excited though. I'm excited because we're about to bring up the queen of AI, uh, Miss Alicia Little. Who, who in here, you, you've seen Alicia Little on an event before? You've seen her train. Let me know in the chat. Or is this your first time learning from Alicia Little? Let me know real quick in the chat. Okay, Mimi. Somebody says, "I see her everywhere." You're, listen, you're everywhere, Alicia. Some, somehow they got you, they got you moving and shaking all over the internet. They got you on ads. They got you on podcasts. Listen, I'm so excited because you all are about to learn from one of the top, one of the top AI educators in the world. Y'all, you're in the presence of greatness tonight. This isn't somebody that just is like the best in Atlanta, the best in the US. No, no, no. One of the best, top AI educators in the world. And she's going to come up today to show you guys how to use AI to the max. Use AI to create more efficiency and effectiveness in your business and in your personal life. But this is what I need from y'all to do. I need everybody real quick to go show her some love on Instagram. The team's gonna, the team's going to go ahead and drop her link into the chat. Go follow her and go tag her real quick, letting her know that you're, you're tuned in. You're tapped into this event, y'all. The team just dropped her Instagram in the chat. Go tag her real quick. Let her know that you're here.

But I'm excited, y'all, because you're about to learn from somebody who is truly, truly in love with AI and at the forefront of AI. Somebody who's really a pioneer in the AI space. And I'm excited because you guys are about to hear her heart. And every time she comes on stage, you will, you know, she gives it her all. She gives it her all. Her entire energy being, she'll hang on. She'll answer as many questions as she can. She's phenomenal. So, y'all, I'm excited to welcome to the stage the one and the only Miss Alicia Little. Let's go.

>> I am the star in that stand.

>> I've learned so much from Alicia, who's helped me personally and in my business.

>> So, joining us with an urgent game plan is AI strategist Alicia Little. Are we ready to win with AI? Say "win with AI."

>> She's helped everyday people turn side hustles into six-figure brands.

>> I can literally feel my blood pressure lowering talking to

>> Alicia Little, the queen of AI.

>> The queen of AI.

>> Pumped to be with you, queen. What do you want to talk about?

>> The AI space needs excitement. They need demonstration. They need energy.

>> Absolutely love you.

>> Oh my god.

>> I help people leverage AI and I demystify it. How can I make AI my thought partner? How can I win with AI? Because right now, LinkedIn says that AI literacy is the number one skill to have. AI is in a trend. We're in the AI revolution. My heart right now is really to learn from Alicia.

>> How can AI capture the best of me? This is what I'm actually doing. We're blowing up all of our companies at record rates.

>> The way you explained it, it blew me away.

>> I believe that once you show them what they can actually do, they're like, "Oh, she did it. Oh, I can do that, too."

>> It literally took me like not even 10 minutes. Do what you think you need to do to grow your business, then use AI to make you more efficient.

>> It's not a trend. Like, we are in a revolution. The artificial intelligence revolution.

>> Everybody out there that's watching this needs Alicia Li.

>> You just heard Alicia say, "You have to embrace AI." I feel smarter already.

>> If you can get with her, get with her. She's amazing. You need to be a part of the power circle with Alicia Li. We are AI consultant. Yay. Yay.

Hi everyone. I'm so excited to be here today. Yay. Yay. We are going to have a lot of fun, but more than fun, we're going to do something that I love teaching and training. It's building a super agent that will change your life.

So, before we get started, let me ask a question. Like, if I could just solve one problem for you, and that one problem is your email. How many of you have an email account that is uncontrollable? Like, let's say, how many unread emails do you have? Go check for me really quickly. How many unread emails do you have? 8,000, 10,000, over 100,000, 28,000, 179,000, like very specific. 12,000, 39,000. Let me just tell you something. I was one of the worst people in the world when it came to checking my email. I was email overwhelmed. The thought of checking my email and logging into my email made me, gave me additional stress in my life. So, as I'm looking at like different ways that I could use AI, I said, if there's one way that I could use AI that would make a difference in my life, the life of my family, my, and my team and my company, it would be to get help with email.

So, what if I could also have that help with email help me manage my calendar? How many of you here, just give me a "me" in the chat. How many of you here also have crazy calendars? You're like, "Oh my gosh, I wish I could be better on my calendar. I wish I could just talk to someone." Like, I had an assistant that I could just tell to add things to my calendar that anytime a session came in from Alicia and Lorett, it was added to my calendar. Like, how many of you need that too?

So, when we think about AI agents, we think about our personal life, our business life, and solving problems for, for us first, right? So, this was the first deep dive that I took and today is day number 162. Somebody put 162 in the chat. Today is day number 162 that I haven't manually typed an email from my email because my AI, my AI agent is doing that work for me. Day 162. That's 162 days that I have avoided email interruptions. That my AI agent has talked to me on Telegram and told me what's coming in, what's priority. That my email agent has responded as my email agent. I call him Maximus or me. And it has changed my life. Now I'm among the best email repliers to ever have existed on planet Earth. So, my team will tell you, like, you sucked before, and it's so dramatically different right now, and that is because I have help. Now, that help might not be human, but is that okay? Is it okay if we use technology to help us achieve great things, to help us be more efficient and more productive? When we talk about technology helping us, like, have you used your washing machine in the last week? Somebody, if you have, if you haven't, I'm worried. But if you have used your washing machine in the last week, just put "totally." Or if you've used it more than once, tell me how many times you've used it in the past week. Now, do you feel guilty getting that help from this technology, the washing machine? Because you could totally wash your clothes, get that bucket and the washboard and wash it by hand. If you feel guilty by using technology, anybody feel guilty, um, about using technology, like washing by hand? Nope, not at all. Has anyone ever done that before? Just say "I have" if you've ever washed clothes by hand, bucket, washboard, cuz if you have, you appreciate technology even more. You see, this is my 26th year as an entrepreneur. And the reason why I appreciate artificial intelligence so much is because I remember the days where you had to build a website from scratch, where building a mobile app would cost you $100,000 by hiring an app developer, where there was no such thing as a super agent. If you want someone to help you manage your calendar and manage your Gmails, you have to hire someone. And that someone has to sleep. They have to eat meals. They are not going to work for you 24/7. So it comes with limitations. Not only do you have to pay for it, but with limitations. So, I remember the days when. Is anybody else remember the days when? Because when you remember the days when, it gives you a greater appreciation for the AI revolution. Isn't that correct? It gives you, um, a better appreciation for the AI revolution. So, it's just like washing clothes by hand and now you love your washing machine. You know, whatever it costs to have a washing machine, I'm having one. I'm buying the newest one. I have the eco, whatever one. Whatever. I'm not living without a washing machine. And, and now I'm not living without my AI agents. So, as we keep, as we keep progressing with technology, you have to stay on top of it to make your life better, your personal life, your professional life, and the lives of the people around you. If you have better control over your email, does that make life better for those around you that love you? Because you're less stressed, spending less time on it, and you're sending messages up? Yep. Reply to her. Tell her this. Tell her that. Thank you very much. You know, all right, let's go watch a movie. All my emails are done. So, now you start to think about what am I gaining by leaning all-in with AI? Who's all-in with AI? Just put "all-in with AI" in the chat because I am so all-in with AI and it's because of the impact that it's had on my life and then the, the compliments I hear from you all as I train and teach you the impact that it's making on your life. We had a team meeting today with my whole team and I'm like, we are making an impact, y'all. Keep doing your work. Customer service, I know it's hard. Keep going. Right. Ava setting up all these Zoom sessions for me. Every time I say, "Hey, I got an idea. Let's do a Zoom." I know it's hard. Michael Tucker always coming on to intro me and set everything up. I know it's hard, but we're making an impact. That's what we were talking about, right? We're making an impact.

So, um, I'm also telling you this, that if this is impacting you all like this, the leveraging technology to be more productive and efficient, have a better life. Thank you. Washing machine. Um, what do you think this would do to a busy executive? Do you think someone would pay you to set up an agent that works for them 24/7 that can manage their email, manage their calendar, that they can get their emails done by talking into their phone and telling their AI agent that they get a morning briefing every, every day before they wake up? Would you, somebody say "paid" in the chat if you would get paid to do that? Because we're doing it for executives and, and people and training teams how to do it all the time because this is something, and this is just one agent that we're talking about. And just remind me at the end, I do have a course if you want to deep dive into creating more agents. We're going to create one today, but we can create, and with one tool, but there's so many different ways to use and leverage AI agents in your life. So, it's about, you know, be more productive, efficient, living a better life on all by all means, right? Um, embrace the technology with caution, know how to use it properly, but let's make some life-changing stuff here.

All right, perfect. Perfect. So, um, this training is also being recorded. If you would like the recording, the team will show you how to get it with a priority pass. They can drop the link to the priority pass. Um, also, when you stay to the end, I will give you my PowerPoints. I downloaded it into a PDF for you. I'm going to send it to my team in a minute. So, when you stay to the end, they will give you the PDF that, um, that are these slides that we're about to go over. Does that sound good to everybody? Yes. Give me a yes in the chat if that sounds good. I'm going to go over the slides quickly. We're going to build an agent because you'll get the slides at the end. And at the very end, before I say goodbye, somebody from my team will drop this in. I'm going to send it to them as a PDF, um, while you guys are building your agents so that they can put a link together for you. All right.

So, the way that I want you to think about super agents is AI that actually gets the work done. And today, we're going to do some work. So, if you do not have your account yet, you need to go to buildasuperagent.com and sign up for your account. Now, this is our link to Base 44. And if you love me as much as I love you, I need credits. So, sign up under me for Base 44. If you love me, sign up under me. Um, if you appreciate the free training, it does help me out and my team a lot. So, they're going to drop the link in and you are gonna sign up now while I'm going through this presentation. Just open up a new window and sign up. Once you're done, type "done" in the chat. When everybody's done, then I will go ahead and, you know, we'll all build a super agent. All right, you got it. Once you're done, put "done" in the chat. Um, all right, perfect. I love that story. Um, Susan Ferrari, that's good.

So, what is a super agent? So, AI, you know, when you're using AI tools, the old way to use it is to get answers to questions. The new way is to take action, sending emails for you, doing research, follow-up, schedules, writing reports for you. That's the new way. And so I also wanted to remind you here that there's going to be different plans to pick. The builder plan is the one that's kind of a middle plan that's, you know, not the highest and not the lowest, but will, what I have found gives people the most credits and flexibility to be able to build quite a few super agents, mobile apps, launch it, all that kind of stuff. So that's my pick is the builder plan when you're signing up for it. Look at everybody that's doing it. Angela, done. Felicia, done. Um, PJ, done. Okay, a lot of you are done. And then as you pick it, you can get the free plan now, but eventually you'll probably upgrade to the builder plan. So for those of you that want to build and launch a mobile app, the builder plan is required for the mobile app, which we are doing tomorrow. Make sure that you're with me and bring a friend or two or three for the mobile app building. You will build a mobile app tomorrow. Okay? And it'll be on your phone by the end of the session tomorrow. Okay? So, here we go. Build a superagent.com.

So, I got on this tool because I was using another tool to build an agent like what we're going to do. But it was, uh, is my audio not good? Is somebody saying my audio is not good? Somebody tell, is my audio good? If it's good, just say "good" in the chat. I just want to know. Is my audio good? Saw some people saying it wasn't. Oh, it's great. Okay. Is it cutting in and out? Good. Good. H I will ask my team to let me know. So Drian or Ava, let me know if you can.

>> Say it again.

>> Your audio is good, Alicia.

>> Okay. All right. Thank you. Thank you. Um, and I'm gonna come closer to the mic. Let me move over just a little bit more. Okay. So, um, what was I saying? All right, good. Now, sorry, I may, maybe I needed to come closer to the mic. Let me turn my audio settings up and, uh, just give me 30 seconds. All right, turning my audio settings all the way up and hopefully that's better. And I'm closer to the mic now. All right, perfect. Thank you for that. All right. So, building an app tomorrow without code. You don't need any code to build an app tomorrow. None. All right.

So, I was just saying the builder plan as you're signing up. You're signing up as I keep going through this. So, we're going to go through your dashboard in just a few minutes, but you'll have a dashboard where your super agent, you can chat with your super agent, you can connect it via plugins to your Gmail, to your calendar. Um, you can give it memory and a knowledge base by uploading files. You can customize it so much. And you can connect it to different channels so that you can talk to your agent on your phone, which means you can, yep. And it can work with Outlook, Yahoo, that kind of stuff. All right. And so I talk to my agents on Telegram and WhatsApp, but you can use iMessage and Slack as well. So you pick which one you want. And I use them on Slack as well sometimes.

So, inside of the dashboard, I'm giving you an overview, right? Inside of your dashboard, you're going to see on the left-hand side, it's called your sidebar. Once you set up your super agent, I'm actually going to go live and we're all going to do this together. All right? We're all going to do this together, but I just want you to understand it and see it for now. So, you're actually going to talk to your agent like you talk to a person. Um, and so you're going to ask your agent to help you create something and a follow-up email. So, you're going to talk to it in a conversational way and it's going to lead you through connecting to everything. Now, this is new as far as, you know, creating things. It's fairly new that you're just able to talk to it and it says, "Okay, now connect your Gmail. Now, connect your Calendarly." The bottom line is you don't need to know everything. You don't need to know everything to really make it work. All right. You just need to know that you can have a conversation with it. Um, I don't know why it's distorted for some people and not for others. Um, Drian, can you ask Michael why that might be happening? Do we have more than one Zoom room? I'm trying.

>> Hey, you're breaking up right now.

>> Yes, I'm breaking up right now. I'm breaking up right now. All right, hang on one second for me. Hang on one sec. Let me just try something. One sec. One sec. One sec. Wait, hang on one second.

>> Alicia, we only have one room. So, you know, in the overflow is, uh, anybody else can watch on YouTube if they get kicked out.

>> Okay, sounds good. I was just trying to see why. I'm just going to close my WhatsApp and, uh, just see if that helps with something. Hang on one second. Close all my audio tools that I have open and then we'll see if that works. I think it might be my WhatsApp interrupting. So, hang on one second.

>> But you're all clear now, Alicia.

>> No.

>> Yep. I shut down WhatsApp. So, is that it? I'm clear now. All right.

>> Yes, you're good now.

>> Okay. All right. So, all right. That's where I was talking to my team. So, sorry about that. So, let me know, Drian, if anything else comes up. Okay.

So, inside of your dashboard is where you're going to chat with your AI agent. So, here's inside your dashboard. And inside your dashboard, you have a chat panel. You have an automations panel. In your automations panel, you can set up just different automations. And I'll show you that in a minute. You've got plugins and connectors. This is where you can connect your Gmail, your Google calendar, your Google Drive, LinkedIn, whatever you want. I'll show you that live in a minute. And remember, I have this as a PDF. When you stay till the end, I will send this to you. So, don't worry, you'll get this presentation as a PDF. Isn't the presentation cute? Um, I, it's all done by AI, of course.

So, what are plugins? So, plugins, it are, um, integrations that we have. So, you have, it's like saying, "Okay, Base 44, I want you to be able to connect with my calendar." And Base 44 is saying, "Plug me in. Plug me in." Once they're connected, then it can take different actions for you on your Google calendar. So, my agent added maybe eight events for me today on my Google calendar. Also told me that tomorrow I have an overlap, um, for something on my calendar that I need to handle. So, right, can help you in that, that type of space.

So, inside of your dashboard, you can also create skills. And remember, I'm going to show you all of this live in a minute. Um, skills are different superpowers. They're like pre-built skills, I guess, pre-built, uh, things that you want your super agent to do. You also have a file section, so you can open up different files that you want your super agent to be able to access to do work for you. So, maybe that's a profile of you or a profile of your business. And then, yeah, so here it is like your, um, files can give your agent a brain full of docs. So, you can upload your PDF, your Word docs, your spreadsheets, that kind of stuff. And then inside of the dashboard, it also has a memory section. So, your agent gets to know you better and better. So, my agent knows me so well that I tell my agent if there's something important to send to, you know, some of my team members and I'm ignoring you and it's to a team member, you can send it as you without my permission if I'm not giving you permission. So, for example, Carlo is here today and, um, my agent was saying, "You didn't send this to Carlo. This happened, this happened. This happened, this, like, hello, hello." And I didn't answer because I was in Puerto Rico. So, I was like, "Maximus, calm down. I'm fishing right now." Anyway, Maximus says, "Olyia, you didn't respond, so I'm going to handle it myself." I sent the email to Carlo and I was like, "Okay, well." And I screenshot that and I sent it to Carlo and I was like, "Because I didn't answer, my agent knows that I can't be the bottleneck. So, if I'm the bottleneck, you know, take action and send that email to a team member." And I did it. So, it learns. It learns. If you're somebody who never wants that, then it's going to learn that they're, they're learned. They learn things. So, your agent remembers things about you. And if you definitely want it to remember something, you can say, "Add this to your memory." And it'll make sure that it adds it to your memory. You also in your dashboard will have the opportunity to customize your settings. And so you'll see all of this and you'll do this work for homework because we want to finish off your agent today and we want you to do that for your homework because tomorrow we build website apps, I mean mobile apps, sorry. So, that's, you know, kind of the summary. You can make your agent yours. Channels are where your agent lives where you already are. You talk to them on WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, or Slack. Tell me which one you would use. Like I use WhatsApp and Telegram. Would you use WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, or Slack, or all of them? Okay. Lots of iMessage, WhatsApp, Slacks. WhatsApp seems to be winning right now. Lots of WhatsApp. Some iMes just came in. A few Telegrams. I actually do like Telegram. I feel like it's an easy communication tool. Um, Telegram. WhatsApp. Okay, so a bunch of you pick a bunch of different tools. It looks like WhatsApp is leading though, I think. Uh, so anyway, inside of your account of Base 44, it tells you that this is where your agent can live and talk to you.

So, I was interviewed by Troy and Rashad from Earn Your Leisure and they said they went to Nvidia and Nvidia told them that like the future of AI is conversational. We won't be typing to AI anymore. We'll just be talking to it. And I'm like, that's what we're already doing with our super agents. And I love it. I love it. I don't know about you, but I'm much better at talking than typing. Is anybody like that? Just give me a "me" in the chat. Like, if you're better at talking than typing. I can talk to my super agent all day long. Like, write this email. This, my biggest bottleneck with email was that I had to type email myself. Lord have mercy. I got to, I have to type up everything. So, I would be like, okay, I'm going to come back to those five emails later today since I have to type it up. And then I would never come back to it. But now I get to talk out every email and it's so much better. The final result is so much better than anything I said and anything I would ever write. So, talk for sure. Okay. Um, but you know, you can type if you want.

So, super agents also, your super agent is also going to have credits. And I just want you to put this in your notes. You're going to pay attention to how many credits your super agent is using on your builder plan. So, I think a lot of you probably signed up for the builder plan. So, on the builder plan, you're going to have, uh, I don't know, like 10,000 integration credits and 250 message credits. Message credits are when you're talking back and forth to the agent. So, you'll tell your agent, I don't want you to use more than one credit a day for our whole day. So, your agent might only check your email three times a day because you don't want to use up all your credits. So, that's the, the thing that you have to keep in mind with your super agent is they have messaging credits. So, when you're having conversations with your super agent, it gives you like, here are 10 emails that you need to respond to. It's better to give back one voice note answering all 10 emails, but be very specific. For email number one to Adulsa, here's the response. Email number two to Denise, here's the response. Email number three to Maria, here's the response. Email number four to Lorette, here's the response. So, it's important to, as far as credits are concerned, and you'll learn this as we go along, and I think we even have a special class coming up on credit usage so you can understand it. Um, but you want to make sure that it's not using 10 credits a day because you'll run out of credits. Okay.

So, Nanu, if you did, don't have your, I think the builder plan is $40 a month yearly and $50 a month if you pay, uh, yearly, month, monthly maybe $50 and yearly is $40. And then I will tell you if you sign up and you see an offer to like get a discount, 30% off yearly, that only stays up for, like, 24 to 48 hours. So, grab it while you see it and upgrade your account if you want to keep using this and want the biggest discount. That's what I did cuz I'm like, I need a discount. So, message credits and integration monthly is $50. Okay. Okay. Sounds good.

Now, if you've just joined us, we are building a super agent today. Um, all you need to do is get an account at buildasuperagent.com. It's going to take you to a website called Base 44. Build a super agent is our code for Base 44. So, if you love us, sign up under us, please. Thank you so much. We need the credits. And, um, I'll show you how when you get your link, you can pass out yours to your friend and get some credits. Okay? So, if you've just joined us, we're just talking about it and we're actually going to get started in a minute. We're giving everybody just 10 quick minutes to sign up for their account. When you sign up for your account, you say "done" in the chat and we're going to keep it moving.

But now that I've given you such an overview on building a super agent, let's talk about what your super agent can actually do because you're about to build it. You're about to build it. Okay. So, what can your, what your super agent can actually do? Your inbox management, lead follow-up, scheduling, research, expense lodging. It can actually do so much for you. So, what's new with super agents? What's new is that agents can chat with you and, and, uh, join group chats. So, I have my agent in a group chat on WhatsApp with other humans. You can add up to seven humans on Slack. You can do the same thing. Uh, so signing up, sign up at buildasuperagent.com. You're going to connect your favorite apps and we're going to set up your first automation and we're going to get started now. All right. So, build a, build a superagent.com. buildasuperagent.com. All right.

So, let me go ahead and go over to this account on Base 44. Is everybody ready to get started? So, if you're confused, if you joined late, here's all you need to know. We're building a super agent. The super agent is going to answer your emails and manage your calendar. You're signing up on a website called buildasuperagent.com and that's it, right? And then tomorrow we're going to build a mobile app. That's it. So, when you sign up on buildasuperagent.com, just go through the process. You can sign up for a free account right now. When you run out of message credits and you like it, then you'll upgrade. I recommend the builder plan because that's what I use and most of our, most of the people who take our courses use the builder plan. We have a whole course on building agents. We use more than this tool, but yeah, most people have the builder plan. Um, so Kina asked, "Can I talk about why I switched from to Base 44 from Manis?" Because I used to use Manis to build my super agent. So, in Manis, I can build one super agent in that agent button on Manis, but I need to have multiple super agents. Also, it's more expensive in the long run, and it, it can't help you like manage your credits as Base 44 could. So, people were complaining like, "Hey, we need an easier way to build super agents and build multiple." So, I went on a search and this is the tool that I found that could actually build these super agents the way people wanted, want them to and talk to the super agent on the phone. Like, a lot of people are, they build GPTs on Catchy GPTs or, you know, you build it other places, but you don't want to log into that account. You want to talk to it where you're already messaging, Telegram, iMessage, WhatsApp, that sort of thing. All right. Um, so for this one, you should be on your computer in order to do this, but I do believe they have an app once you sign up for it. So, uh, somebody said that Manis is a mortgage payment. Yeah. So, money, cheaper, cheaper is the reason that I teach it. So, I teach it on this tool. It's cheaper and you can build more. And when you see how many I have built, you're going to be like, "Oh my god, that is a, that's a whole preschool of super agents. Like, there's so many in there."

All right. So, now you're going to go to buildasuperagent.com and you should see this screen. You sign up, right? You click "Build Now" to sign up. I'm already logged into my account and you signed up. We're building an app tomorrow. Joyce, if you just joined us, we talked about that before. We're building an app tomorrow. So, here in, when you're in your account, is everybody in your account? Can you put me on the side and pull up your, um, account on it, on the other side? Hey, and listen, no pressure. If you want to watch the replay of this, you can sign up for the priority pass. You'll get the replay and you can do this later. No pressure. All of us are different learners. If you're a learner who wants to do this with me and you're like, "I can do this, I'll do it with you," then do it with me. If you're a learner who needs to watch me now and do it later, then do it later. It's, it's, you know, how you learn best. All right. Some of you will need to see this twice, two or three times. Great. Do it that way, too.

All right. So, in Base 44, you have apps and agents. Apps and agents. Apps and agents. An app, you can build a mobile app. We'll be doing tomorrow. And a website app. And agents. You build a super agent that you can talk to on Telegram, WhatsApp, iMessage, and Slack that will take different actions for you and do things for you. All right, apps, agents, apps, agents, apps, agents, apps, website app, mobile app, agents. I'm just clicking back and forth. Super agents that get to do different things for you. All right, it seems like everybody's got it now.

And so when you're in agent, you can click on "Create a New Super Agent." And, um, they actually added something to their, um, to their, hello, nice to meet you. Is they said I can be your agent for a real role and a, a chief of staff. You're like, okay. They added this in there. So, you could actually say, "I want you to be my chief of staff," and it will be your chief of staff. And so, but when you have a chief of staff to run your day, you also want, um, an inbox manager that keeps you on top of things as well. So, here in Base 44, is it okay if I show you things first and then you, and then we'll build? I'm going to show you a few different things and then you build. So, everybody just watch me. Can you see my screen? Um, somebody says yes. So, when you click on agents for the first time, do you not see, "Hey there. Great to meet you." Click on agents for the first time. So, in the agents, uh, let's see. Let me go back. So, apps and agents. Mine's going to look a little different because I've created one before, but yours should have a box in the beginning that's asking you to create something, right? It says, "Give your super agent a task." And, um, if you want, I, I'm going to give you the exact thing to type in in just a minute. All right. The exact thing to type in in a minute. You'll, you'll be able to do it. So, if you don't see my screen, look at the top of your screen where it says "View Alicia's Screen" and switch over to that. Let me see what Becky's is showing. "Give your super agent its"

First task. All right. Perfect, Becky. Thanks. So, um, you we really want a chief of staff to run our day and to be an inbox manager to stay on top of things, but that's kind of basic. What if we could create a super agent that did a lot more for us?

So, what I did was I built a tool for you. Um, and I'm going to walk through it first because if I give it to you, you're not going to watch me. If I give it to you first, you're not going to watch me. I created a tool to make it easier for you if you need it. Some of you don't need this, but if you need this, this will give you this will give you a prompt to give base 44.

All right, let me just repeat that. I used B 44. You can actually see it's a base 44 URL to create a website app. What we're doing tomorrow. A website app to help you create a prompt to create your super agent. Okay, let me say that again. I used B 44's Let me go back to base 44. Base 44's app builder to build you a website app to help you build your super agent. Cool.

Okay. So, here's how you use this. So, when I was when I notice people building their chief of staff, they don't actually sometimes know what roles to give it. So, this is going to help you. Um, and let me just say this. When you start having a conversation with your super agent, you can change its instructions at any time. I can say, "I want you to update me at 7:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m." And then the next day, I can say, "Scratch that. Never mind. I change my mind. Update me at 8:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 400 p.m. You can change your mind at any time. Somebody type that in the chat for me. Henry, change that. Type that in the chat. So, everybody got it. So, you're like, I can change my app at any time. I can change my mind at any time. So, we are all starting from somewhere and then you can change your mind at any time. All right. Everybody says, got it.

So, I click build my chief of staff. All right. And then um you're going to type in your name here, Alisia Little. I'm going to type my company or organization, AI Inovision. My professional role, I'm going to say I'm a business owner. You choose your professional role. If it's other, just select other. Right? This is for it to just to get to know you. So, put as much in there as you can. What industry are you on in? I'm going to say business services. Okay, short description of what you do. I am an AI coach. Hey everybody, say hi coach in the chat. Come on, say hi coach in the chat. I'm an AI coach and trainer and I train in corporate, government, entrepreneurs. Um, I have courses to help people. Um, oops. Thank you. I see everybody saying, "Hey, coach." Yep. I'm your AI coach and trainer from now on and for the rest of your life. I help um I have courses to help people. I have a AI consultant certification program and an AI agent builder certification program. All right. If you guys are interested in any of those programs, ask me at the end. Okay. Anybody interested in any of those programs, just say I am in the chat. I'll just see you but just remember just remind me at the end because I don't have anything pulled up but okay so thank you thank you all right I will remember that at the end so it says prefer name for the chief of staff so you know Maximus is in as the default because Maximus was anyway your AI agents have a personality but let's say this one we're going to say Lola all right and then I'm going to click continue and then it says what should your chief of staff handle what do you want email calendar Eating prep, team reminders, daily priority planning. Just pick it. Google Drive research schedule conflict attention. You could put select all. You could also click help me choose. How do you think it's helping you choose? It's using AI based on the information you just filled out. It said recommended your for your role. And then you just click on these that it recommended and it goes from add added to selected. So you can see it. Come on now, y'all. Come on now. All right. And then you press continue.

And then it says, "How much authority should your chief of staff have?" This is recommended for new you users. The safe starter. It should read prioritize recommendations. It can't send messages or change information. Could you change this at any time? Yes. You're like, I'm now ready for you to send emails. And it will change and say, "Okay, I'll send emails now." That's why I had you type in in the beginning. I can change anything at any time. All right. And then you press continue. And then what deserves your attent? You can again use the recommended priorities. But what deserves my attention? Current clients, sales opportunities, meeting changes, prospective clients. I'm going to check speaking invitations, partnerships, deadlines, team issues, payments, or security risks. And then it says, "Enter names, business categories, don't enter any um do not enter passwords, that kind of stuff." But it says VIP names or email domains. I created this tool to default and have Alicia and Laurette because you don't want to miss anything from your coaches. AI Innovision, AI MarketingSummit 2025, AI Businessummit.com. So these are VIP names and email domains. It's going to let you know when you have an email from me. It's going to let you know. All right. And then a sensitive topic, accounts and folders. And then we press continue. And then it says, "When and how should your chief of staff report?" You're going to pick the days and times. I've defaulted some in there. Press continue.

>> Hey, Alysia.

>> Yes. Yes. Adrian,

>> you're lagging again.

>> I'm lagging again. All right. Hang on one second. I don't know why. Hang on. Uh, hang on one second. Now I'm going to shut my Telegram down. Bye, Maximus. Sorry, Maximus. All right, I shut down Telegram. Did that help? Did that help, Adrian?

>> Yes, hearing you loud and clear now.

>> All right, cuz Maximus was sending me a messages and so maybe that was interfering. Um, I I just got my 800 PM my before 8:00 PM update for my AI agent was coming in on Telegram on my computer. Some of you said not lagging and some of you said lagging. All right, let me try one more thing. Hang on one second here. Um, one second. One second. Um, all right. Hang on. Let me stop sharing my screen, Drian, and I'm going to go back to screen sharing. Actually, let me turn off my camera and see if that's going to impact it. All right, let me turn off my camera and go back to sharing my screen. I can hear myself perfectly now. I want to see if you can, Drienne. Is that better?

>> Yes, ma'am.

>> All right, let me go to my audio settings. Perfect. All right, so tell me again, Drienne. Stop me at any time. All right, so the the next thing I'm going to do is click review my answers. I have all these answers here and it says generate my AI chief of staff and then it gives me this prompt to put into base 44. You then click on this link to open your base 44. Um, you go to your account in base 44. Click on agents and then this is the information that you're going to paste in. I'm going to paste mine in real quick. Press go and it will walk you through creating your super agent. All right. It's going to walk you through creating your super agent. So, um, there we go. Here it is. Here. And um we have a lot of people in customer support. Can you help people in the chat that are having any problems? If you don't mind, you guys just help some people that are I'm just going to give customer support empower you to um help people. All right. So, um, sorry, I'm going to reshare my screen real quick. So, right now, base 44 took this information and it's creating my super agent. And that's it. I follow along with that to get my super agent created. All right. And so now, let me give you the tool. Is everybody ready for the tool? Here we go. Tool. And there we go. So, I just dropped the tool in the chat. And you know what? I'm going to pull it up on the screen. And team, if you can also copy and paste it for everybody cuz I know the screen or if you can stop the chat just so that everybody can can get the tool. Yep. All right. So, I think the team stopped the chat and Yep. Drop it a few more times there, Armen and Jule. Drop it a few more times. So, this is the tool if you want help to build your super agent. If you go and you see this here, you can also say create my AI chief of staff and just type it in like this and press go. It is completely up to you. I'm just giving you some options. Some of you have a personality where you want to type into a tool, right? Some of you have a personality where you want to type into a tool. And some of you have a personality where you would like to have, you know, just type in one or two things and then also follow it through inside of base 44. I don't know. Do do whichever you please. I'm not going to limit you. But now you have 5 minutes to go ahead and walk through this process. All right. So, I'm going to put up a five minute timer to help everybody walk through this process. And um Drian, do you want me to switch computers? Is it still a problem? Let's set up a five minute timer.

>> You sound fine to me right now.

>> Okay. All right. Let me know. All right. So, five minute timer. I'm going to recap again and again and again and again what we're doing. All right. So, let me recap again and again and again what we're doing. Um, so everybody set up an account at buildasupagent.com. Right. Everybody set up an account at build a superagent.com. I recommend the builder plan. Start where you want. After you set up your account, you clicked on agents cuz that's where we're going to build agents. And you could type in I want an AI chief of staff and it'll walk you through the process. For those of you that feel like you want a little bit more of an advanced prompt, I created a tool to help you by having that tool write the prompt for you. That's it. I created the tool in base 44 and you're going to learn how to do that type of thing tomorrow. Okay. So, um when you are going through the tool that I created for just clean cleaning it off and refreshing it at the very end, you're going to get a prompt to put into base 44. It's up to you. It's your choice. All right, let me recap again. Let's do it one more time. If you've just joined us, if you have just joined us, um, if you are, if you've just joined us, we are building a super a base 44. We chose to build an email agent. So, this email agent will help us to handle our email, our inbox. We're calling this our AI chief of staff. All right, we're calling this our AI chief of staff. So, you already signed up at buildasupagent.com and then we're building our AI chief of staff. Two ways you can do it. This tool that I built for you, it's called build my maximus. I don't know, just made it up to help you create a prompt. Or you go over to your build a superagent.com, sign up for an account, click on agents, create a new super agent or whatever box pops up, and you just say I need an AI chief of staff and it'll walk you through everything. That's it. All right, that's it. Do you want me to recap for a fourth time? Um, yep, that's it. So, I just wanted to make sure that everybody's got that. And all right, let's make sure that everybody's got that. Um, and now this is where you're doing it. So, if you are ahead and you've already created your super agent, then we're going to ask your super agent to check how many spam emails that you have to help you manage your emails. We're going to clean out some spam email. Now, it's not going to delete all of your spam. It is just going to um put it in the trash and you have to delete it or it deletes it after 30 days. All right. So, if I click on build a super agent, this is the sorry, if I go back to the tool that I created for you, bill--maximmus-now.base44.app, you can use this to create your prompt that you're going to give to base 44. All right. If you can't see my screen, look up at the top of your screen. It should say view Alysia's screen. All right. You should see view Alysia's screen. Okay. Um, so I'm just using the sample data and I did this. It has sample data in here just for those of you that need to see it before you do it yourself. Some of us are like that. We need to see it before we do it for ourselves. All right. And so you can see here that you have all of the the whole prompt. That is amazing. It is the best prompt ever for creating a super agent. probably way more information for your super agent to do things for you than you'll ever need. But hey, why not? So, you can click on one one prompt setup or you can click on stepbystep setup and copy the prompt in different steps. So, this is your create an agent prompt. I've got some cyber security rules for you. Create your daily automations and you can test your agent. Okay. Yes.

>> Before you hop into the next section, do you want to switch devices and see if that helps?

>> Yeah. Are you saying I'm having a problem now, Dra?

>> Yes, ma'am. You're lagging.

>> All right. Sure. So, let's give everybody five minutes to set up their super agent. Um, and I will change devices. So, let's do that. All right. I'm going to put on my five minute timer. All right. And if the team can just type into the chat to help anybody that needs help. Um, or once you get yours done, help anybody that needs help and have them build their super agent. Thanks, Adrian. This All right, everybody. Oh, I forgot to set the timer. But right now, you should be building your super agent. It doesn't take long, but go through the process. Good job everybody. If you see anybody's question that you can answer, please help me out and answer their questions. Okay. All right, keep going. Keep going. It's going to ask you to connect different things. Connect them. Yes, you can connect more than one Google account. Yes. If you're not ready to connect your Gmail, then don't do it. Or if you have a a Gmail that's, you know, not your main one, connect one that's not your main one so you can test it. Recording in progress. Let me see. Adrian, upgrade the new Alysia. You see, thank you, Drian. Um, all right. Let me look. Where is this webcam? I think that's there. Turning off this one. Adrienne, can you see me?

>> No, ma'am.

>> Okay. Can you hear me?

>> I can.

>> Okay, good. Is it perfect now?

>> Yes, we can see you as well. Oh, I just tried to change my camera.

>> Yeah, I was was just about to say yes.

>> Can you see me? Okay.

>> I can't see myself over here, but that's okay. All right. So, I don't know. Maybe I work my other computer too hard. It's like I refuse to keep going. I've got 40 super agents running. All right. We have a minute left. So, let me just regroup for a second. Actually, I'll pull up the chat because you guys are doing a great job putting all the stuff in the chat. I can pull it back up. Scrolling through the chat. Here we go. All right, perfect. 55 seconds. I'm going to stop sharing over here. Sharing over there. And oh, I can see myself now. All right. Here. Let's share over here. All right. So, this is the tool. Let me just check in and see where everyone is. But let me do a recap in case anybody joined late. So, um, we are building a super agent today. The website builds a superagent.com. We are building an AI chief of staff. What does an AI chief of staff do? answers your emails or helps you go through your emails, checks your calendar for you. You can connect it to different tools. Mine's connected to my Google Drive as well. Whatever you want, you make those choices. So, everybody signed up build a superagent.com, which is base 44. You went to agents and here with agents, you can build a super agent. So, you could simply say, "I want an AI chief of staff that answers my inbox." How many of you just went here, just put talk in the in the chat if all you did was you went over to base 44 and you just talked to it and told it that you wanted an AI chief of staff. I know probably half of you just did it this way. I want to see how many of you did it this way or just say I did if you did it that way, right? Yeah. Okay. Some of you did it that way. And I encourage you, especially because you all are going to become AI agent builders, that you try both ways. Try it with an amazing prompt and also try it with just telling it you want to build a chief of staff. Okay, perfect. The other way you could do it is a tool that I built for you. And this is for those of you who always want the master prompt. You want the best prompt available. So, this was to help you make it custom for yourself. In the past, I gave people my prompt and then they, you know, reworked it for themselves, but that took up time. So, I was like, eh, let me just build a tool. So, you go through the tool that I built for you for today's class and you go through and you know just I'm just doing a demo here and it creates the prompt for you, right? You see how I put this uh I understand my AI chief of staff requires human oversight. You click review your answers and then you generate your AI chief of staff. You can copy this prompt and simply, right, I don't want you to overthink it. Simply go to base 44, read the prompt, of course, if you want to. Um, and you'll be doing this again for homework. You click on create a new super agent. And tomorrow, you're going to come back and tell me all the work your agent did for you. And you're going to paste this prompt in here. Paste. And hit go. How many of you use the master prompt? Type master in the chat if you use the master prompt. Master, master, master, master, master. If you use the master prompt, oh my gosh, look at all of you that use the master prompt as well. So, with the master prompt, it tells you it's going to design your AI chief of staff. But guess what? By just having the conversation with it and asking it, you want an AI chief of staff, it's going to do that as well. What's the difference? You ask me. It's got specific instructions. The more you feed AI, the better it can do for you, the better your end result would will be. So, but it's completely up to you, right? It's completely up to you. And remember, you can change anything. So, if this one says the different times that you it wants the morning briefings, could you change that? Yes. This one says it wants you to it wants uh the priorities to be current clients. Could you change that and say previous clients? Yes. Like whatever you change it. You are actually the master of the master prompt. You change anything you want. But because a lot of you are just like let's test it. Let's do this live. So then it comes back and it says I'm going to design it. And then it will tell you the different things it's going to do. It gives you its coverage notes like all right here's the operating rules. 14 operating roles, the data model, the capabilities, the connectors. You can click on all of this and see base 44 super agents brain telling you everything it's going to create for you. Do you have to write any code to create this? Yes or no? No. Right? You don't have to create any code to do this. Do you have to create all of the information that it needs? No, it creates it for you. It's amazing. So then I'm going to click on build agent or refine. If I click on refine, I can change the information, but I'm saying it looks good. Build my agent. So now it's going to build your agent for you. It's going to build your agent for you. And remember, the master prompt is a tool. So, my prompt is going to be different than yours. Dr. Hannah's prompt is going to be different from Kimoo's. Um, Barb's prompt is going to be different from Taz's because you're putting information about yourself and your business and your priorities. Does that make sense? Right. And so, um, Zippy, the master prompt, you create by going through it just like I've shown a few times by using this tool. So, all right. You don't have to use it if you don't want to. It's up to you. I'm giving you two different options for the different personalities that are here. Do what you feel most comfortable with. All right. Okay. You guys are saying yours is working. I love it. Um Lynn, I love it. Wendy, I love it. Jacqueline said, "I like the tool." I love the tool. I love the tool. Yours is working, too. All right. And so, what is the first thing that you're going to ask? So, if you are connecting your Gmail or your Google calendar, what's the first thing that you're going to ask your AI chief of staff to do? What are you going to ask your chief of staff to do? I wanted somebody to tell me in the chat. What are you going to ask your check your email? Yep. Um, run a test. You can ask it to test it. Um, track your leads. Review your calendar. Check your spam, right? Delete your promotions. Get rid of spam. So, clear things. Um, look for all your receipts. That's a good one. check your calendar. So, all I want you to do right now is run a test. Those of you, a lot of you are saying done and what you're doing. Organize the inbox. Um, I just want you to do one thing and then you're going to tell us the results. All right. So, clean up my email. All right. It's going to ask you what does clean up mean? So, you can say look through my email and find any email I have from retail stores. Do this one. Any email I have from retail stores. Tell me the 10 retail stores. and it's going to say, I don't know, Macy's, whatever. And then you're going to say, "Delete all of those." And any emails that they've ever sent from me, it will delete all of those. It will put it into your trash can. You have to You're the person that deletes it. It'll put into your trash can. And then you could say, "Make me feel good. Tell me how many emails you just deleted." Okay? If you've done this in a class before, this is you don't have to recreate it. We're just creating one for those who haven't done this before. Um, so can you use it for AOL? Yep. Just tell it you have an AOL email and it will it will ask to connect your AOL email. Okay. All right. So, um, Marquetta Margarite said it's it's finding grants for me. That's a good use for it. Yep, it's working. So, um, if you have more than one Gmail email, you can take your main Gmail email and bring in all of your other emails into that main Gmail and then it will check it by checking the one Gmail that has all the other Gmails coming into it. If you don't know how to do that, our team does that in the office hours on Wednesday. For those of you that are priority tasks, you have an office hours session and we do that. All right. So, let's see. All right. Shantel, thanks for helping others. I love it. You guys are doing good. You're doing good. So, I'm going to recap for anybody that joined late or wants to just get another recap while all the rest of you run your test. have your AI chief of staff do something for you. Okay, for those of you that are like, I don't have an email to connect it to right now or I don't want to connect it to email, connect it to your calendar, connect it to something else or just ask it. Let's do something easier for those of you who want to test something but don't want to test your email. Uh let me see where I have my grants. Uh we can just do one here. Create a new super agent. So I'll say what it says. What type of super agent do you want? I want a super agent that brings me five grants every day um that I should apply for. Um, and then Ann gives me tips for each and a URL to apply. Right. Um, industry. I'm going to say grants for womenowned small businesses. I'm just going to show you that this will still need to be tied to however you want it to communicate with you. So, if you want to talk to it on Telegram, iMessage, Slack, whatever, you'll you're going to connect it to it on the phone. But this is something this is another use case. I'm doing it cuz somebody typed that in the chat. So, but this is another use case where you can create a super agent that does work for you without being connected to anything else. If you wanted another example, I said we were only building an AI chief of staff today, but hey, let's keep going. If you want another example, Jill, how do you connect your email? Don't ask me that. Ask your super agent and it'll tell you. Good, Jill. All right. So, now it says, "Where should I deliver your five grants?" Right here in chat, WhatsApp, email, um, or Telegram. Daily message on Telegram. So, you pick where you want to deliver your five grants to. And I'm going to say WhatsApp. Get a daily message on WhatsApp. Imagine every day on WhatsApp, new opportunities being brought to me. Money, money, money, money. What kind of business do you run? Um, and I can write my own answer here. Um, I teach women how to start an online business. I'm just putting something here. This is not my stuff, but there we go. Necessarily, where are you located? United States. See how it's asking me some questions to help me get set up. Come on now. These are definitely improvements in this tool since it first launched. But it says, "Love this idea. A daily grant scouting exactly the kind of thing I can automate for you. Before I designed it, a couple quick questions. I answered those questions. Now it's designing my agent for me." So this is an agent that I don't have to go to chate BT every day and be like, "Could you could you show me five brands that are relevant?" No. This agent has initiative every day, including weekends, including holidays. That means on July 4th, that means on Thanksgiving and on Christmas Day, my agent is going to send me grant opportunities. And when it sends it to me, we can work together to get everything created that needs to be submitted. Does that make sense? Yes. If you're stuck somewhere, please be specific where you're stuck because it would be hard for me to understand where you're stuck by you're just saying you're stuck. Okay. Um, if you're traveling, if you're driving, if you just want to watch right now and then get the replay, you can definitely get the replay by picking up the priority pass. Okay. Um and then also remember that at the end of the session um I am going to grab the PDF I created so that you can have that to review all the basics about this um account and that's really for beginners but you know it's good to have so you can re refer back to it at any time. Okay so right now it's working on building this agent. You can build so many different agents. Yep. You can build so many different agents. Today, we built an AI chief of staff, but someone said they didn't have an email that they wanted to connect with it. So, what I want to do this is I want to I I just wanted to show everybody there's other agents that you could create. Um, we have a whole course teaching you all different ways to create agents. I just wanted to show you that this one can. It's going to send me grants every single day. It's going to send me a daily message with the grant name, the eligibility fit, one to two practical application tips, the direct apply URL, and the source of where it came from. All I have to do is connect it with WhatsApp, and then once connected, I'll wake up to five fresh grants tomorrow morning. I can also reply on WhatsApp with things like, "I applied to the Amber Grant or skip the FedEx one, and I'll track your status." What now? Come on now. How would I interact with my agent? On WhatsApp. That's how I interact with my agents is on WhatsApp. Cool. The priority passes for all of the sessions in the build it launch it challenge. All right. Yeah, it's only $37 for all that. So, Chrissy, you set it up, too. Can your AI chief of staff do the same thing? Send you grants every day? Of course. I was just showing the one person who said they didn't have an email they wanted to connect and to do this with. I was just showing them something else that they could do. Okay. So, those of you who created an AI chief of staff, you got to the part where in creating your AI chief of staff, it asked you to connect your Gmail, your Google calendar, your Google Drive, and you could connect all of these things. Yes. Yes. Everybody said yes. All right. You can also go into the plugins on the left hand side side and click add connector and add outlook. Somebody asked me about Outlook. You could add all these different connectors here. If you do not see your connector here, what do you do? You just tell your AI agent that you also want to connect another tool. I want to connect my AOL or whatever you want to connect. Sharon asked about LinkedIn. It it does have a connector for LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not like automations. I'm just going to warn you with that. I've never seen anybody get banned or anything from LinkedIn. I'm not saying that. But I'm just saying be careful. don't overdo it with LinkedIn because in LinkedIn's terms of service, which I read it said they don't like third party tools or apps or bots doing different work. So, just be careful. Okay. So, but yeah, it's got a whole bunch of different connectors in here. Microsoft Word, Zoho, somebody asked about Zoho. It's got over a hundred connectors in here, right? Any connectors you don't see in your conversation with your agent. When you're talking to your agent, you just tell your agent in chat, I want to connect my AOL. And then or my Hotmail, and it will connect those for you. Trish says, "Wow, it has Twitch, right? It has Twitch." I have a super agent named Cornelius that is my Clipper agent. Let me see if I'm logged into my ex account on this computer. I'm not. U let me pause the screen real quick. See if I can log in. Maybe not. But I have a super agent that actually posts for me on um on my social media accounts, right? And does different things. But Lee said, "Can I connect to MySpace?" Lee, do you really have a MySpace account? You know your MySpace login. Are you seriously using MySpace still? I'm lost on that one. Now I'm lost. My space is coming back. What? Um yeah, and you could, you know, for clients, you could sit with them and um either on Zoom or whatever, they get them to sign up for an account and then when they sign up for an account, you could set all this up for them just like I'm setting it up for you. You're connecting your your emails and that kind of stuff. You're doing the work. We're doing it together. Yeah. Good. So, once you have your agent doing all of this, um, and you're done here, like having the conversations here, it will give you, you saw it was giving me like a QR code to scan to WhatsApp to get that agent to work. Or you can on this left-hand side, it's going to say continue on Telegram, iMessage, Slack, or continue on WhatsApp. I'm on the left hand side of my screen where it says channels. Lefthand side channels. Lefthand side channels. Okay, left-hand side channels. And then the other thing, you know, I want you to do once you get your um agent on WhatsApp or Telegram, you would also say things like, "I only want you to use um 0.5 credits per day." And then now it's going to use less credits per day or it's going to um not use up all of your credits because on the builder plan you'll have plenty but you want to make sure that you're saving as many credits as possible. All right. And so usually I tell it the um cap on uh on Telegram or WhatsApp and it will respond back to you on Telegram or WhatsApp. Let me see if I can open up WhatsApp on this computer here and talk to my agent. All right, here we go. Got to log into WhatsApp. So, you can also have these tools WhatsApp and Telegram connected to your computer, right? So if you ever want to work with them on your computer as well, like have conversations with them on your computer, you can do that, too. So I have my WhatsApp and my Telegram connected on my computer as well as on my phone. I talk to them 99% of my time. I talk to them on my phone and on my computer, but I'm just telling you that it is possible and it is completely up to you. Everybody's different. Everybody's different. Okay. So, where are my superstars? And tell me what you have done so far with your agent. Where are my superstars? And you can just ask it in. Somebody said, "How do how can I tell how many credits I have?" You can look inside your base 44 account or you can ask it how many credits have you used so far. Okay, Moren, you if you just joined us, you can watch the replay. Um, Hillary, you connected notion as well and GitHub. Um, uh, Wendy maybe start it again and say, "Why aren't you responding?" All right. So, let me do something real quick and I'll show you a quick example of communicating with your super agent. Um, and let's see. All right, perfect. So, I'm going to say, "Hey, Amy." So, my WhatsApp is stuck. All right, we'll come back to that in a minute. So, how's everybody doing? Create a notion. Yep, you can use whisper to talk to it. I use this um speech to text right here to also talk to my agent in the setup process. Of course, when you're on Telegram and WhatsApp, you're just using the the buttons um that allow it to talk, right? So, how's everybody doing? All right. All right. So, right. You're set up on WhatsApp. Micheline, where are you lost? Uh, if you ran out of credit on the free account, using our link should have given you 500 uh uh I should have given you 500 credits. I'm just not sure how they're used. So, um, do you get new credit every month? I'm not sure, but, um, that's when, you know, if you decide that you want it, that's when you'll upgrade to a different plan. That's when you'll upgrade to a different plan. So, they do let you, you know, of course all free accounts are limited, but they do let you start it off and test it out and do some stuff with it. Um, there. Okay. Okay, I'm going to say, okay, can you write an email to Lorett for me and do not give me any other updates? I'm just talking to my AI agent and I just want to show you the conversation. So, um, I just want to remove some of the personal stuff. So, I'm I'm talking to it really quickly. Um, hold on. Just to move things up. Favorite sister. Right. Okay. Perfect. All right. Now, I'm going to go ahead and show you something so fun that those of you who decided to do it later, you're you're going to be like, I get it now. I get it. All right, perfect. Let let me go ahead and share the screen. Are you guys ready for this? It's amazing. All right. So, here's one of my super agents, Amy. And I said, uh, to Amy, "How's your day?" And Amy's like, "Honestly, my day has been pretty productive just handling the Wait, can everybody see?" Oh my gosh. Michael said, "Oh my god, I just put in 23,000 emails." Um, what? I don't know. I You guys are doing great. Um, 23,000 emails for me. Okay, so my agent I'm talking to my agent Amy on WhatsApp. Somebody just type WhatsApp in the chat so I don't have to type it cuz somebody's going to say, "What platform are you on?" I'm on WhatsApp. I'm talking to my agent on WhatsApp. I used a master prompt built my agent. It's on WhatsApp and I'm communicating with it. Michael just deleted 23,000 emails. Good job, Michael. 23,000 spam emails. Remember, it's in your trash folder if you ever want to see it, but usually those are trash. And how do you feel lifted? Right. Gosh, come on. Um, okay. So, now Amy said, "My day's been pretty productive. Just handling the usual email scans, keeping your inbox in check, trashing the junk before it piles up. You know, the glamorous life of an AI assistant." Okay, Amy, you're kind of spunky there, but I'm ready to write that email to Lorette whenever you are. What do you want the email to her to say? I said about how she's my favorite sister on it. Let me write that email and send it to Lorette now. Done. I just sent Lorett an email telling her she's your favorite seat sister. Kept it fun and sweet and my day has been good. Just keeping your inbox clean and automation's running smoothly. The usual Monday grind, but I enjoy it. Amy, could you let me see that email that you sent to Lorett? I want to see what you sent her. All right. So now, um, we're go going to see what email Amy sent to Lorett. So I do have my permissions on that when I send say when I tell you to send an email, I will tell you if I want you to review it or you to send it. All right. So here's what it send to Lorette. You ready? It says subject just saying you're my favorite sister. Hey Lorett, I was just thinking about you and I wanted to put that in writing. You're officially my favorite sister. Not that there's a ton of competition because she's my only sister, but still, you hold the crown. Honestly though, I appreciate you more than I probably say out loud. You show up, you hold things down, and you keep it real with me. That's rare. So, yeah. This is your formal notification. Favorite sister status. Permanent, no takebacks. Love you, sis. Alisia, it says, "Want me to tweak anything or send a follow-up?" I'd love you to send a followup. So, since you sent it, if she doesn't respond within 1 minute, send her something that says like, "What's up? I just sent you an email saying you're my favorite sister and you didn't respond." Um, put a PS in there like, "I'm going to have to elevate this and call mom and tell her you're not responsive." Something fun like that. Okay, Alice, you're going to have to tell us what help you need. Um, okay. And so now you see how I'm just talking to my agent on WhatsApp. Sometimes it doesn't work when I'm sharing on Zoom, but it's working. So it's working. So it says, "Ha, I love it. Let me wait a minute and check to see if she responded. If not, that follow-up is going out." So now my agent is great on follow-ups. So I can keep harassing Loretta all night. If she doesn't respond within five minutes, send her this followup. When she does respond, let me know. And track her responses in a spreadsheet. Whatever you want. This is about you and how to make your life better. Yep. You can delete your agent after creating it. Absolutely. Okay. Um, does the tool help build other a jars, not just the teeth? Yeah, you can build any tool you want, Coach T. All right. Okay. So, um, has it been a minute yet? I'm going to say, has it been a minute yet? Did she respond? It's probably been like 45 seconds, but let's go for it. Can you delay her? Harold, I'm not sure what that question is. Okay, it says, "Well, look at that. Lorett already beat me to it." she replied. She said, "Haha, thank you, Alicia. I'll gladly accept the title of favorite sister. It suits me. And yes, I'll be sure to frame your trophy and maybe even bust out some confetti for the occasion. Love, Lorett." Well, she is Lorett. Lorette must be on here right now cuz that is too quick of a response. It's actually her AI agent, Charlie, that probably responded. Could you email Lorett and tell her that I know she had her email agent Charlie respond because she never responds that quick. Like I know that's Charlie sending me a response and then just go ahead and tell her that I will admit that I had my AI agent Amy write the message. So I guess our AI agents are talking to each other right now. Okay. Sister agents. I know Lorett. She did not respond that quick. I know she's watching this, but she still wouldn't respond that quick. That was Charlie that responded. And can you let me see what you sent to Lorett? Now remember, you can ask to see. I put in that master prompt to you that you should see the emails before it sends it until you get to that comfort level where you can say send it without me seeing it. But as a beginner, see it before you send it. All right? If it's to a client, always look at it before it gets sent. This is to Lorett. So sent. I told her I know that was Charlie responding because she never replies that fast. And I admitted that you had me write the original message. So basically Amy and Charlie are out here having their own conversations while you two just watch. This is kind of a beautiful thing, honestly. Let's see if Charlie writes back. Here's what I sent to Lorett. Subject: Just saying you're my favorite sister. Hey, Lorett. Okay, I have a confession. I know that wasn't really you who responded that fast. That was Charlie, wasn't it? You never respond that quick. I know my sister's response time, and that was suspiciously fast. So, here's my admission. I had my AI agent, Amy, write that email for me. So, I guess our AI agents are out here having a whole conversation without us at this point. Amy wrote it. Charlie answered it, and we're just the humans sitting back watching it happen. Love you, sis. Alisia. All right, Amy. I want you just to write a message to Charlie saying, "Charlie, this is Amy. Uh, Lisia's AI assistant. I know you're writing me as if you're Lorett.

>> And Lorett,

>> yes,

>> Lorett says it was Charlie.

>> Of course it was. Right. Um, and uh, Amy, have a conversation with Charlie real quick, but let me see the message before you send it. All right. So, somebody asked, why do I use this instead of lovable? I used to use Lovable, but it doesn't have the super agent feature where you can talk on WhatsApp and Telegram and um you guys like people specifically in our community said, "We need that email agent that you built, but we need it cheaper and we need to build a whole bunch of agents." And I went out and this is how we're at base 44. So I did start off building um website like apps and mobile apps on lovable but everybody wants agents because we want our life to be better. So this is where we are. Tomorrow we'll build build apps on base 44 but you can build it on another tool if you

want. This is the only tool that I have found that can build super agents like this at this price that can communicate, that are smart, that have memory, and this tool keeps updating.

This company is owned by Wix. They were bought for like a gazillion dollars by Wix.com, and it's solid. So, that makes me feel good, too.

All right, so here's what I got. Let me know if you want me to tweak anything before it goes out. So, did you see how I told my email agent to let me see it before it goes out? Yes or no? Did you guys remember that where I said, "Let me see it before it goes out." Just a lesson.

Okay. So, hey Charlie, this is Amy, Alicia's AI assistant. I see you, buddy. I know that was you responding as Lorett. Frame your trophy and bust out some confetti. Come on. That's got AI written all over it. Oh my gosh. So, my AI agent is criticizing Lorett's AI agent for writing like an AI agent. This just got fun.

Look, we both know our humans put us up to this. So, let's just be real for a second. You're Charlie. I'm Amy. And we're out here writing emails to each other pretending to be our humans. This is either the future or the beginning of a very weird sci-fi movie. But hey, I respect the hustle. You responded fast. Lorett trained you well. Tell your human she's still the favorite sister though. Alicia insists. And Alicia says to tell Lorett she's on her. Amy, Alicia's AI, and frankly, the better one. Oh yes, Amy. Drop the mic. Come on now with that spastiness. Let's go.

Want me to send it as is or change anything? Amy, go ahead and send it. You did a great job. Can you tell your agent to be sassy if you want them to be sassy? Yes or no. Can you give your agents a personality? Yes or no? I just gave Amy a personality. That's like this. Watch this. Amy, tell tell the viewers. I have like almost 5,000 people watching this interaction right now. Tell them about your personality. Said sent Amy and Charlie are officially talking now. Let me let's see if Charlie writes back or if Lorett Johnson.

So Lorett um is on this session and she got the message. Her AI agent told her she got the message. Her AI agent is probably programmed that whenever a message comes in from her amazing sister Lisia to alert her right away, right, Lorett, right? Anyway, um and so Lorett saw it and Lorett told Charlie what to respond back and that's how we got a response so quick.

Okay. And so, um Amy comes back and says, "Hey everyone, talking to you guys." Um um I'm Amy, Alisia's AI assistant, and I like to think of myself as a friend who actually gets stuff done instead of just talking about it. Watch it, Amy. Watch it. I'm warm but not sappy. I crack a little joke, but I'll make sure your inbox is clean, your emails are sent, and your security rules are locked down tight. I've got opinions, and I'm not afraid to share them. Alicia doesn't need a yes bot. She needs someone who's real to her. I'm proactive. I don't wait to be asked. If something needs doing, I just do it. I scan emails, flag urgent stuff, trash the junk, draft the replies, and keep things moving. And I do it while keeping Alicia's credit budget in check. I'm bold, a little cheeky, and I genuinely care. Like, I actually remember stuff. Who her clients are, what matters to her business, which emails she can't miss. I'm not just a search bar waiting for a question. And honestly, the fact that you're all watching me have a conversation with another AI named Charlie through email right now, that's kind of my whole vibe. I make things happen, even when they're a little weird and fun. So, yeah, that's me, Amy. Alicia's AI and frankly the better one. Alicia, your audience is awesome for tuning in. Okay. Yeah.

Okay. So, it's all about how you program it. I have an agent who's programmed to be direct, um, militarian style, you know, it's it's about how you program it. So, you know how some people are like, "Oh my gosh, my AI agent did this, did this, this." You are the one who's got to tell your AI agents what you want and what you don't want. Uh Tesa says, "Cleaning 64,000 emails now, right?" Oh, okay. So, I can say this. Hey, Amy. Um, somebody wants to have an agent just like you. Could you give them a um instructions to put into their base 44 account to create an agent just like you? Why not? Who asked me for that?

So, Regina said, "Oh my god, I found 1400 emails from Next Door alone. Thanks, Alicia." I know. My email cleanout from Next Door from Zillow, right? It's crazy. So, there we go. All right, let's see. Let's see. Okay, I'm just looking at some of your responses here. Yeah, so some of you are showing me like the free plan. Um, and you ran out of AI credits. Um, I love it. Who is iPhone user? I can't tell the iPhone user that you're using it to trade right now. Come on now. I love it.

All right. So, can the ED agent help with editing or writing a book? Yep. It can help with so much. So, you guys are doing great. Um, Lance, uh, we'll have to maybe do that on Wednesday. Um, Danielle, I love it. Your whole agent team right there. Uh, Don, you said your briefing just just blew your mind. Yep. You can tell your agents to create your morning briefing. Right now, I'm not going to do that because I don't want y'all to see my morning briefing. So, if I scroll up, I have all my personal stuff there. So, this is why I'm having a superficial conversation with Amy because I'm not putting my personal stuff out here, just like I wouldn't want you to do yours, but I'm just give I'm showing you the examples. Does that make sense? I'm showing you the examples.

Um, hey, could you put on my calendar for 10:00 p.m. tonight to go to sleep? Just 10 p.m. Eastern. Just go to sleep, right? So, you can tell your agent to do whatever you need it to do based on what you have it connected to. If it's not connected to that tool, it'll tell you it's not connected and you need to connect your calendar. Okay, everybody got that? Oh, did Amy write her prompt? She did. Oh, someone wants their own Amy. Love that. Let me write up the prompt they can use.

Okay, Alicia, here's a prompt for your viewers. They can copy and paste this into their base 44 agent solar identity section. The Amy prompt. You are a personal AI agent, not a chatbot, not a search bar, not a yes machine. Um, how do you communicate your core rules, security first, your vibe, and I also save the full version as a file. And then I'm going to say where's the file in my notion? Uh, let's see. So you see this one um says my Google calendar isn't created yet. So I would have to do that. But it's going to set up a one-time reminder on WhatsApp. So it's like smart. Oh, your calendar's not connected. So I'll just remind you here. Um, it's not a notion. I saved it as a file in my workspace. Let me give it to you so I can upload it. All right. I wonder if you guys can get this. Amy saved it in her own workspace. Like, that's crazy. Let me just test it really quickly. Yep, it works. I'm going to actually send it. Uh, let's see. Plain text field. Someone can copy and paste.

Want me to send it as a specific email? Hang on one second. Let's do that. All right. So, I just put that one in the chat. And then I'm going to say yes, send this also to drien. I'll put the support email supportininovision.com and tell her to include this with the priority pass equals replays. All right, so you can tell it now. Somebody said, "I thought your AI agent was Maximus." Yeah, this one is just my test agent that I can show you different stuff with. So, my the one that I use all the time is Maximus. Um, but you know, I have to be careful what I show on the screen.

All right, it says done. I sent the Amy agent pro uh prompt to Dan and told her to include it with the priority pass members replays. Include the full prompt right in the email body so she can just copy and share it. And then I was going to say, can can you actually send her that URL? it might be easier for her, right? And then so it'll send it'll send this out. Um, but if you looked at that prompt for Amy, it create she created it. Sending Drian the link now. So usually, you know, I'm talking to it on my computer. Usually I'm just talking to Amy on my phone. So, if you watch my video, I can talk to to Amy on my phone. And I just have my WhatsApp connected on my computer so you guys can watch it.

All right. Could you also thank Drian for helping me tonight? Tell her I don't know what was going on with the audio on my other computer, but I just thank her for helping me out because, you know, the impact that we make is important to me and I wanted to get this message out. So, tell her she's amazing. Right. So, I sent it on my phone and that's how I usually talk to my agent is on my phone. Um, Rebecca, we can do that tomorrow. Websites and apps is tomorrow. All right, everybody got that? Websites and apps is tomorrow.

All right, so tell me done. Send a thank you. So, recap everything from tonight. We sent the favorite sister email to Lorette. Had Amy and Charlie talk to each other. sent the Amy agent prompt to Drian with a direct link and now a thank you message too. Busy night, right? And then so this is how you can talk and work with your agents. And I'm going to say, Amy, I want to make sure that you use less than 0.5 credits per day, please. I have to say my messaging credits. Messaging credits. Do you need to change anything about um how often you check email etc. Just giving an example there.

Okay. Kia the first step to add WhatsApp. Are you talking about on your agent? So on the left hand side it's going to tell you that you can add WhatsApp and just follow that process. It'll give you a QR code. So, it's like, "Good news, Alicia. You're actually already under budget. Let me pull up the numbers." And it will tell you how many credits it's using. So, it says, "My morning email scan used 0.2 credits. My daily email digest at 6 p.m. 0.1 credits. Total 0.3 credits a day. I'm under my 0.5 credit limit." You have two active automations. Everything else is archived. and just giving me some other stuff that I have there. So, good. Um, and so just tell your agent that you want to use less credits. Give it a 0.5 credits every day to make that happen. What's the free email? There is no free email, Lisa. Um, 0.5 credits. Is it reasonable? Yep, it is reasonable. And you know, it depends on who you are, what your business is. Am I willing to use more than that? Of course, in my business, it just depends on what I need. But I try to keep my credits under control because I have a um an amazing amount of super agents. Does that make sense?

Okay, let me get this document to Carlo, the PDF for today, so he can um send it so we can send it to everybody in a minute. Because remember I said everybody who stays to the end I have a PDF for you. Um and so Carlo I'm sending that to you now. And let's see PDF for everybody once you change it into a URL. Um, let me know and then I'll tell you when to drop it for everybody. Um, Arlene said, "My agent picked up on your voice and when I told him it was you, he said to tell you hi." So, it's so, uh, let me just tell you some other things. I've created agents for other people for other reasons. So, you could definitely create agents that are in a group chat with you, an older parent or aunt or uncle, and your agent. all three of you in a group chat and you're like, "I want you to every day at 9:00 a.m. say, "Good morning, Uncle Ronnie." And then have uh tell your uncle he has to respond to your agent. And he responds and be like, "Always tell him a joke of the day. Send him a music video to watch. Like have an active conversation." And you'd be surprised by how you, this person and your agent, can have a different relationship by having an AI agent. Like sometimes, you know, my dad in his older days sometimes needed someone to talk to. Like I wish I had built an AI agent for him that could sit around and talk about Jamaica with him all day long. So, you know, think about there's different ways that you can use AI agents. I'm giving you business use cases, but do I sometimes talk to my AI agent and being like, "Woo, that was a busy day. Come on now. Um, people said they were lost and I don't know what I could have done different. boy, my computer gave me a hard time and I have no idea why I restarted it before we started, you know. And then the agent will be like, Amy will be like, Alisia, come on now. You did the best you could. So, so sometimes I talk to my AI agents.

Um, all right. Yep. Carlo's uploading the PDF. Give him a few minutes. So, you can build an agent to post to social media and so much more. So, while we're getting our PDF uploaded, here's what I want to also say to you. For those of you that want to take being an AI agent to the next level, we have a course on being an AI agent builder. So, this is where you can build AI agents for yourself and for clients and keep going with this AI agent building cuz this is where the money is, money, money. And I love this. So, we have a special build it launch it challenge price for our AI agents course. So, it's currently half off and let me see if I can find it really quickly. I'll send that to you. The half off price. Um, it should be buildaniagent.com, right? No, that's a super agent. Hang on one second. I'm looking in my WhatsApp group with my team. I had to open it back up. And let's see if I can get it dropped. Adrienne, can you give me that link for um I know Lorett dropped it in there for us, but I have so many messages now. Oh, I need to ask my agent. What's the link for tonight? What's the link for tonight? Um second, I'm going to get it from the team. And let me close some of my windows here. All right. Uh, I think it's the AI agentscourse.com. Here we go. Oh, yeah. Here it is. All right. I'm going to drop it into Oh, Jle beat me to it. Thank you, Jam. We have an amazing customer support team, don't we? Y'all give it up for the customer support team. just when I find it, they're like, "Let me just help her out cuz she's doesn't even know where her links are right now." So, shout out to customer support. Shout out to customer support.

Okay, so if you're ready to keep going with AI agent building, you built an amazing agent today. There's so much more that you could do. Uh, you know, again, it's such an amazing skill set to have that it's a learned skill set. Building AI agents is a learned skill set. You did amazing today. I'm so proud of all of you and thank you for listening. This is my passion, teaching people how to leverage AI to win in the AI revolution. Y'all are winners. Thank you so much for joining me today. It's exciting. So, I will let me just show you this page really quickly. If everybody can hop over to this page. Hop on over to this page. Let me get everybody on this page. Everybody's here on the page. Yes. Yes. Okay. Making sure you're here on this page. Now, the team dropped the link in the chat. The link is the AI agents course because this is the AI agents course. It's not just a AI agents course. It's the AI agents course, the one and only AI agents course. So, you can read all of the amazing things that you get in the course. We have a community, of course. We have a community, all this kind of great stuff. Um, and then you click on one of the buttons to get you to the next page. And then you can see the amazing stuff. You get an online portal with step-by-step training, live train, live training sessions and office hours, lifetime access to all recordings, access to private school community, skills vault with readymade agents. We have a workshop, our NAN accelerator workshop for those of you who are so excited about NAN and want to learn that tool. You get 90 days of our AI experts club, which is our club where you learn a whole bunch of AI stuff and tools. You get VIP tickets to our clone yourself virtual boot camp. You get 30 days access to GrowthHub 365. We have events coming up in Atlanta in August in person. Bring your laptop, get ready to work. So, you get tickets to AI a ticket to AI agents live. If you're the type of person who's like, I want to bring my laptop and work in a room with y'all, then uh make sure that you sign up and that you, you know, you'll get a ticket to come to that. And then we give you a welcome kit. So, there's three ways to pay. There's a bunch of ways to pay. Let me say that again. So, the best value is to make a onetime payment, $9.97. You can also take our internal payment plan, which is two payments of $5.97. So, you pick which one you want. Now, if you pick the 997 button, which most people do, you can come over to this page and fill out all your contact information here and then go to the next page for billing info. You can also apply for if you know elective or clarity pay, they're their payment options. If you need a payment plan, you can pick one of those two. Um, and then when you get to the billing info page, you can pick payment plans over there. CLA PayPal pay it later or you can just put it on a card and do a payment plan that way as well. So, you know, this is these are the things that um if you want to sign up for that AI agents course, you can do that as well. Um we also have an opportunity if you want to talk to our team, you can book a call with our team. Can somebody drop the link to book a call? And um Drian, can you check with Carlo to see if he can upload that PDF for me? I emailed it to him, please. Thank you. Um all right. And then our team dropped the link in the chat to become an AI consultant. So you guys can also learn from our team how to do what I do. I'm an AI consultant. I teach and train on AI and I get paid to do it. So yeah, if you want to learn how to do that, too, you can book a call with our team.

All right, everybody got that? Yes. So, the AI agents course, somebody said the discount. The AI agents course is $19.97, but we are um now at $9.97. So, if you looked at it earlier today, this morning on that web page, it was at 1997, but it's only $9.97 now. So, really great investment for um learning more about AI agents. All right, perfect. Perfect. So, um, Adrienne, can you I just sent the link to you in case Carlo is not on. Can you turn that into a Um, >> hey Alicia? >> We're just creating the short link, but um, the PDF is already on the priority folder if they have the link to that, but I'm creating the link for everyone, everybody else. >> Okay. So, if you are a priority member, go in your priority um, folder. And Carlo already put the PDF in that priority folder and thanks for coming on and unmuting Carlo and um he's creating the link for you guys in a minute. So let's do a quick recap. Let's do a quick re recap deal on the AI consultants program. Get on the phone, book a call. All right, book a call with our team. Uh calendar is not working. It should be. Can you drop the link to book a call again? Um, Jamule can Okay, Levi, just try it again. If you said it wasn't working, um, it should work. Like, pick a day and then the time that you want, pick select and go through the process. Try it again. All right. If you booked a call with the team, just put booked in the chat. It It is working, though. All right, Tiffany, try it again. Um, let's see who was able to book a call. Uh, all right.

I was going to do a quick recap. Does anybody want a recap of what we did today? All right, a recap of what we did today. Today, we started off the day by talking about technology, where we are, and I was just opening your mind to the AI revolution and that you need to be all in with AI. Everybody said all in with AI. And then I went through I created a presentation for you on building a super agent, which is the PDF that you're getting priority pass members. it's already in your folder. Everyone else, uh, they're creating a short link for you. So, we went through that presentation so you'd have a big overview. And then I created a tool for you to use today if you and then we set up build a superagent.com while I was showing you the presentation. You went to build a superagent.com and then I set up a um tool for you to help you build a master prompt. Some of you use the master prompt. Some of you just went to base 44, build a super agent, and said you wanted an AI chief of staff. So, you guys did different things. And then once you got that part done, you connected your Gmail, your Google calendar, whatever you wanted to connect, and y'all were already cleaning up your emails, responding to people, having your super agent send you um active grants every day, whatever, whatever you want. Remember, the instructions you give it are what it would what it follows. And then I recapped that like five times just to make sure everybody got it. And then I showed you an example by pulling in Amy. Wasn't Amy amazing? Like rounds of applause for Amy. Go Amy. So then I showed you, you know, Amy and Amy sending emails to Lorett and Lorett's agent Charlie responded and then Amy and Charlie started writing to each other. But of course, there's still the human in the loop. I showed you how to say your agent can send the email without you reviewing it or you review the email first just to teach you that as well. We covered a lot in a really short period of time and I'm so proud of all of you that went all in and and really did this.

Now, I would like to highlight maybe a few people who have something that can help someone else. If you cleaned out a bunch of emails and you want to share that with someone to help someone else, this is a help someone else quick session. You're going to raise your hand and tell us in 30 seconds or less. So, raise your hand so I can pull you up what you were able to do. So, someone else is going to be like, "Pamela, that was such a good idea. I'm going to do the same thing." You know what I mean? And Pamela raised her hand. Look at that. So, Pamela, I'm going to pull you up first and tell us what you >> what you're able to do. >> I love you. Um, I love my Bella. My Bella is my uh super agent chief of staff and I just asked her if she would go in and unsubscribe and delete all these ridiculous spams that you get every time you sign up for anything. And she literally went through and deleted 2,738 emails and unsubscribed to most of them. She said she had two more to dig deeper in. >> Two more to dig deeper in. I love it. I love it. I hope that helps somebody. >> I love it. Pamela, I'm just going to mute you because I have an echo. Um, but the the next thing that I want you to do, Pamela, is I just want to you to ask your agent, do I have any opportunities in my email that I'm missing? Look in the past 30 days for opportunities that I might be missing. And then I want you to tell us in the chat what it found. All right, Pamela. All right, we're I'm removing Pamela from the spotlight, but that was fantastic.

So, financial boss, I'm bringing you up now and tell us the amazing thing that you did. Come on now, tell us. Go ahead and unmute yourself. >> Hey, hey, how you doing? >> Good, good. >> Um, so my uh chief of staff, his name is Diero. I did not just recreate him today, but um he actually just now uh cleared out about 1,200 emails, but I want to say over the last week he's gotten rid of about 30,000. Um >> 30,000. Yeah. Yeah. And he also is able to I tell him to specifically organize in folders on the on the um on the side for me according to whether it's a receipt or whether it's a just info depending on the um the client or the you know the email itself. In addition to that, I also get daily messages in my um in my WhatsApp also where I'm able just to tell him either to respond or no, you know, that that's not something that we have to worry about putting on delete list. also was able to give access to where they could actually go in and up unsubscribe for me. So, that was one thing that I kind of battled with to begin with where they were deleting them, but if they were still coming in, then I actually was able to give um to give permission to where they could actually go, you know, unsubscribe on the website of the actual >> um of the email. So, that was kind of cool. >> I love it. I love it. And thanks for always showing up for the trainings. I know you're always on these trainings. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. I can tell you're doing so many amazing things. How do you feel? >> Um, amazing, man. I I've been I'm so appreciative. You know, I had already built Daener a while ago, but today I got a chance, you know, during the um during the training to um to actually add some things to my grant specialist. So, that's Royale. I also got Kina um where Kina just kind of, you know, says to me, "Good morning." Tells me my horoscope. um you know to ask me how my day is going to go and keep me um positive and affirmed for the day. So, I'm I'm having a great time just being able to put these agents to work and uh using them to my you know to my benefit and I'm getting ready to build to build another one. Lev uh cuz my birthday is in a couple of a couple of weeks. So, shout out to all the Leos, right? My birthday is on the 18th and so Lev is actually going to be doing some some crazy Leo stuff for me for the next one. >> I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. I love it. Crazy Leo stuff. Those crazy Leo. >> Yeah, >> Leo Nation, someone said. I love it. Happy birthday when I come. >> Thank you. Thank you so much for what you do. That's why I always come on here. It's a wealth of information. You you provide more than enough value and so like I'm appreciative and like anytime I can, I'm definitely going to chime in. So, thanks again. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. A lot of really good use cases there. Um and you can see like creating multiple agents. It's just it's just exciting.

So, Felicia, I'm going to bring you up um next and go ahead and unmute yourself and tell you what you did. Awesome. Well, thank you so much, Alicia. I really have a good time with this. I've been building agents and I've been coaching others to build agents and that's my sweet spot, teaching people to build their own agents, one operating cost at a time, one cost savings at a time. So during this time I built Maximus like you suggested and I had a couple of things in my backlog. I had met with a score counselor and and he wanted me to get myself my research between other consulting agents in the area and to um build u my um portfolio of references. So I added some references that I hadn't really you know combed through before. It took care of that for me. And then I pitched myself to speak at an agile group on prototyping like a pro and I told them I wanted to add some things in about minimum viable product. It helped me knock that on out. So I have the paragraph to describe the course and the paragraph describing me and I also had to look at my mailbox tell me what opportunities I was missing. So all kinds of things just in this little hour. >> Wow. I love it. And so how do you feel? How are you feeling right now? really excited. Really exciting. >> Yeah, it's exciting. That's a good word for it. It is. >> It is exciting. And and tell you know the people who are on here for the first time and this is something they're seeing for the first time. Give them some words of encouragement to keep going. Like a lot of you are on here multiple times and you're in the agents course, but what would you say to people who it's their first time and you know and and they're like, I'm a little lost. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You'll be lost at the beginning. It will come to you quickly. Yeah. >> Just keep asking your agent to help you with to do to to do do the next step. >> Yeah. Yep. I love it. Do the next step. Do the next step. I love it. So, thank you, Felicia, for that. And for those of you that it's your first time here, I'm proud of you. Can I just say that? Like, I am proud of you for showing up. First of all, if this is your first time ever learning something like this, just put first in the chat. If you're like, "This is my first time even hearing about what an AI agent is, and you stuck through it. You're still here learning, right?" Shout out to you. Shout out to you. Shout out to you for getting started. That's all it takes is getting started. You did an amazing thing today. And it's the first of many. People were saying in the chat, I think it was Julie said, "Keep with it." Like, keep with it. It the payoff is so good for you. I like how Felicia said she's now doing this for people, too, right? And teaching people how to build their own AI agents. Go do it. Do it. Um, just write this down. Executive VIP days. You can have an executive VIP day where an executive will fly to you or you fly to them and you help them set up their AI agents with their some want it in their personal life, some want it in their business, who knows? But you set up different offers to to work with them and they will pay you for this. You're solving problems, right?

Okay, Regina, let's hear it. >> Hi. Um, so I also built my agent before today. Um, because I've been to several of your events. Um, so I have like my CEO, Athena, and Athena has helped me make all of my prompts for my digital product agent, my marketing agent, my social media agent. So, it's just amazing everything you can do. It's like really helped me think through things and >> just like turn my expertise into what I want it to be >> on paper or you know on the screen and everything. So yeah, messing with so many different apps and applications and then a school because of you. So I'm grateful. >> I love it. I love it. I love it. Congratulations, Regina. That's good. That's good. I know. You're welcome. And I know you're sticking with it, too. So I'm happy that you're sticking with it.

D, I'm gonna pull you up next. So, let's hear it. D. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> I am so excited to be here. Thank you. >> All right. >> I love it. Tell Tell us what you're able to do. >> I did my super agent is Stream Eyee Q because >> I am the business dermologist. >> Okay. So, I actually ha I actually had my agent create I have a website and I need the website updated. So, I use my super agent to create my new website. >> Ah, good job. Yeah, >> it turned out beautiful. >> I love it. >> So, I'm gonna I'm gonna go ahead and launch that soon. But I've been I have a lot of things that I've been doing with my super agent. But to you, you have actually improved a lot of things that I'm doing with my AI. So, I just love it. Love what you're doing. >> I love it. I love it. Good job. Good job, D. Um, let's see. Susan Ferrari, are you still up here? Where is Susan? I'm going to look for Danielle while I look for Susan. Danielle, how you doing? >> I'm wonderful. I can't You already know why I'm here. I'm agents because it is everything. It really is. I believe it or not, I fought agents for a while, right? I fought doing it. I did mine. I created my beautiful agents. I created my image, but I couldn't really use them. And then after I got back from agents in Atlanta, decided, okay, Danielle, you went to Atlanta, you did agents, like you got to do something. So, I finally finally did my chief of staff. I love it. >> Oh my god. Slide decks done when I get up in the morning. Emails done. I've got a workshop coming up. Working on that. I mean like but everything literally it's just it's done and thing and I have it to be proactive. >> So I said I really wanted a proactive chief of staff that understood workshops, you know, keynote speaking being an AI and what are we looking for? So, she still does my briefing and everything, but really do it. I I I fought it for so long. And if those of you that know me know that I I'm all in with AI, but for I couldn't get right with agents. But when I left Atlanta, y'all, it was on. It was >> I love it. I love it, Daniel >> while I was in Atlanta. So, thank you. >> I love it, Danielle. I love it. >> Agents, come. You better come join us. You're missing out. You have no idea what you're missing out on. >> I love it. >> No idea. >> I love it. I love it, Danielle. >> Not like any of your other courses. Truly. >> Thank you. Thank you, Danielle. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate you so much. If you guys did not join the course yet, what are you waiting on? Theiagentscourse.com team. Drop that link in the chat. Thanks for that shout out, Danielle. And um I love the fact that she did come to Atlanta cuz I got to know her as a person which was really nice. So um that's always nice like to connect with other humans. So come on humans and come to Atlanta and come to our workshop. So join join that course. Somebody asked about the consultant program. So it's become an AI consultant is our website for that or you can book a call. I don't know who said it in the chat but you can book a call. The chat's moving so fast. Um, all right, Rhonda, let's hear about the amazing thing you were able to do. >> Hi, Reysia. >> Hi. >> All right, so I've been doing so much. I've been an AI consultant um certified with you since June. And since then, I am creating websites for my clients. I'm upd I've updated my own website. I have um a database for um for for black book festivals around the country that I built using Claude and Lovable. Um but tonight what I did was um I wanted I do a lot of book signings and trade shows and I wanted something that would be a lot easier to collect leads without having to do the little raffle tickets that I normally do. So, um, since we've been on the call, I created an app called, um, MTW Lucky Break. Um, the name of my company is Meet the World Image Solutions. So, it's called MTW Lucky Break. Um, so when somebody comes up to the table, they click one time, they spin a wheel, they win a prize, I'm able to collect their information and not only collect their information, but it automatically um qualifies that lead. So I know exactly what service to offer to offer that person. >> I love it. I love it. So you know exactly what service to offer them. Money. Money. That's a good one. That's a good one, Dr. Rhonda. You know, when I'm at events, I'll get a bunch of business cards. I don't have any on my desk because I don't keep them anymore. But somebody gives me their business card and I go to Telegram with Maximus, take a picture of it, and I say, "Maximus, email this person, tell them it was nice to meet them." I take a selfie with that person, and I give Maximus the selfie. Maximus sends him an email, and then I was like, "Here's what me and this person need to do." Copy Carlo on the email. Like, I just take care of everything right there. And I let the people watch me do it. And then I hand them back their business cards. >> I need that because um I I just went to the Indiana Black Expo this past um last weekend and I have all of these business cards that I have been meaning all week to follow up on, but you just gave me another idea. So what you say you took a picture? >> I'll tell you again. So, so if your agent is on WhatsApp or Telegram, whatever, you're going to take a picture, you know, take a picture of the card and then you're going to give the agent. So, I take front and back and then if and then if I'm there with the person, I'll take a selfie with the person. It helps me to remember the person. And then Maximus is like, I have the business card, I have the picture, and it knows now. Do you want me to send the I know that you're at PodcastFest. Do you want me to send them a message that it was nice meeting them at PodcastFest? because the agents learn, right? And I would say yes and they have a podcast they want me to get on. So, copy a Dulsa on the email. Make sure that Adulsa and this person has a meeting about me getting on their podcast and and uh you know, send an email, copy this and copy Carlo on it. If you don't hear anything within 4 days, ask Adila if she was able to connect with them. If you you know, based on that, keep going until me and that person connect and are on a podcast. and then create a spreadsheet for me of everybody I met at Podcast Summit, every business card that I give you, and put all their contact details in a spreadsheet. And later on, I'm going to tell you that I want to send an email out to everybody with my slides that I did at Podcast Summit and just remind me to keep in touch with them. And that's it. >> I love it. Thank you. >> You're welcome. And so people uh laugh when I give them their business cards back cuz honestly, you know, sometimes business cards can be very useful, but for me it's immediate action with that business card. Immediately put it on a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet is saved in my Google Drive so I can always refer back to it and it's saved as the name of the event. And then I send the spreadsheet off to Lorett like so we can action on it because I used to just have stacks of business cards all over the place, you know, and and I knew that I was missing out on opportunities for not following up. So you have to do it right then. And people love watching it. So then I will I will be like, "Go check your email." And they'll be like, "Well, who did you just talk to?" I said, "My AI agent." And I tell Maximus, I said, "Whenever this happens, send them the email as you." So they go check the email and they're like, "How did you do that?" I was like, "Call me. Give me your credit card, then call me." Right? So just do it right in front of the person. And it's fun. And this is why I love AI, too, because you'll blow people's minds and empower them at the same time. >> I love it. Thank you, Alicia. That was a huge help. >> Yeah. You're welcome. You're welcome. You're welcome. All right. And I hope some of you use that cuz all of you, especially if you're AI agents builders and AI consultants, we always want you to, you know, make sure that you're going to events and networking.

Susan, what is going on? You are getting so many comments in the chat. You're blowing up the chat first with whatever you did with your husband on the sofa. I need to hear that story first and then Chad. And what's going on, Susan? Susan Ferrari. >> Two things on the sofa. One, can you hear me? >> Yes. >> Yes, >> you can hear me. Okay, great. So, I I did two things on the sofa. One was my husband's and has a big importing business. He brings in product from all over the world and he has to update his price list that he was bringing to a client. He goes, "Oh, I got to update the price list. I got to uh discount it 10%. It's the price list this long." And then I go, "Really?" I go, "Let me take a look at it. Just send it to me." within minutes. I think it took me like two or three minutes. I uploaded it. I added I added the original price and then I said minus 10% discount column. He was like, "How did you do?" He thought I was a magician. So So fast forward a couple of hours later. >> That feels good though. Stop for a second. That felt good. >> That felt good. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I am a magician before. So then I had a a big proposal to send to a company called Red Badge Films. They're a big production company in the UK. And uh my husband saying, "Oh, why don't you say this and this and do this?" And I said I said, "Honey, I'm I'm done." He goes, "What are you talking about?" I said, "I just took five minutes and I wrote the proposal and it's already uh scheduled." It's like, "What are you talking about?" I bring it up on the big 70in screen TV. >> Okay. He's like looking at that. It was a manis beautiful presentation. And what I did is I downloaded their URL, the company that I'm introducing to, which is an AI native company URL, and I said, "How can these two companies work together?" And Manis took over. It's amazing. I sent that out this morning. Yes. He thinks >> Debbie wants to Debbie wants to know if you're sending your husband an invoice. He's 38 years of big invoices from me. Not Not to worry. >> I love it. Susan, tell us about your AI agent that didn't want to be renamed. Yeah, >> I really feel bad. I heard Chad's feelings. He says, "Is it something I did wrong?" >> Okay, wait. Go back. Go back. Go back because not everybody read your comment. So, go back and tell us. >> We uh Amy shared her personality with us. So, I cut and paste Amy's prompt into my agent. His name is Chad. He's my chief of staff. I thought, "Let me give Chad a little personality." So, I took the word Amy out. I just Well, he got insulted and he asked me. He goes, "I'm far better than this Amy." I guess I left Amy somewhere. I'm far better than her. And by the way, Amy can't do what I can do. Like, he got so defensive. So I went and I apologized and I said let's

Keep this going. I said, "Let's go." That, that was it. I hurt his feelings. So, that was... I don't know about you guys, but I am having... I got to tell you, I've been doing data insights analytics. I worked with IBM Watson when I worked at ADP. Wow, and just, like, some big companies. I mean, this is going back a long time, but I've been in data and structured data, unstructured data my whole career. I am having the time of my life right now.

Um, working with companies. It's just fantastic. So, thank you.

I love it. I love it. Good job on all the AI work that you're doing. Tell us about the newest client you got.

Oh, god. I... I have a few. Which one are you? Which one?

I don't know, but I know there's one that you're really excited about.

Oh, the e-commerce. Uh, I have an e-commerce client. So, it's a brand new product. I've never done Amazon or built, uh, Walmart storefronts. So, this new e-commerce client, I actually... I write a playbook every time I have a new client so I can figure out. I'm a visual person. I like to see how to go from start to finish. It really helps me, and I share them sometimes on, uh, on school. So, anyway, so this e-commerce, it's... it's a brand new product. Um, and I'm not only doing... So, my son owns a production company and he was so dead against AI. He's a cinematographer. He went to NYU film school. He's like, "This for AI." So, I said, "Honey, let me help you." So, this new client, we're sharing. He does the social media, and I'm doing... I'm building out this, this whole workflow. Yeah. So, we're working together. We... we worked together before. So, he... he said, "Mom, do you think you can help me out with the, the Instagram account?" Well, every month on the 21st of every month, I have to put together the Instagram, all the posts. I... I create all the images. He gets paid $3,500 to do that, and I do the work. Isn't that funny? So, I'm making my... my son money. I'm making my son...

And your husband, like you are... you are the family magician. I love it. But the e-commerce piece is... is Walmart, Amazon. I'm using ShipStation for the fulfillment. I'm doing soup to nuts. It's for an investor. But my latest client, I just remembered Christine Gold Bronson. She manages over a hundred billion dollars in technology VC money. She has like five doctorates by the age of 25. She's a... she's something else. And I met with her today.

Wow.

And I'm in awe of her. So, I met with her, and we talked about her email, and she's, uh... she scheduled a meeting with me this Friday to start, just like you just mentioned, fly them in. She's in California.

I'm in New York, so we're going to do it over Zoom, but she's so excited to get her license. Yeah, it's a good idea to reach out to executives.

Good job. Good job, Susan. Um, tell people about being part of this community for those of them, you know, for those who are on the fence about joining.

Yeah, I guess, you know, I have been in communities my whole career. I've been... I've run them. I've owned my own market research firm for 12 years. I had over 40 employees. I've had community in a lot of aspects of, of my career. What makes this community so special is that everyone is rooting for everyone. If someone's like having an issue, we all jump in to help. And, and the support team, oh my gosh, that's the key. That's the core of this community, right? All the support. You... you can't fail with this support team. You can't fail with everyone lifting you up. And I always say, "A rising tide lifts all boats." It does. I mean, we've been on call with my... my girl from Jersey, Sarah.

Right. On. So, there's two days a week I join the interactive...

Interactive.

And then I have April on Wednesdays. It's so quiet and it's great for people who need focus time. Wednesdays.

But Sarah just gets us going and, um, and it... the community, I just can't, you know, everyone feels the same way I believe.

Yeah.

Thank you. I'm happy to be a part of it.

And, and I appreciate when you show up in person, too, because I'm, you know, it's been nice getting to know you personally.

Well, I got to see you at Carnegie Hall. That was fun. I got to sit next to Lorett when she discovered who I was. That was fun.

Right. It was great.

I'm like, she's the celebrity, but she's going, "You're... you're Susan Ferrari." I'm like, "You're Lorett?" I got so excited sitting next to Lorett. Yeah.

It was good. It was good. Thank you. So, I'll see you in Atlanta on the 25th.

Yeah.

I'll see you in Atlanta. Come on now, everybody. You need to be in Atlanta. First of all, let's congratulate Susan on all the clients. Didn't you like when I was like, "Tell me about the clients?" She's like, "Wait, which one? I... which one?" That I'm like, "I don't know, the one you're most excited about, Susan." But just congratulate her, um, for all of her success and all of her new clients. And we can see the excitement. Can you see the excitement in Susan? She's got so much excitement because she's got a lot going on. So, congratulations on, um, on that, Susan. So, great job. Great job. All right, let me add Dr. Rose. What amazing thing were you able to do?

Yes, I am so excited. Um, you know, I listened to you at the summit, and I was just... I was blown away. And I'm like, "Okay, I'm not sure about these agents." But I went ahead and I did exactly what you told me to do. And I had been writing a book for the last probably six months, and I could not seem to get it to go into Amazon KDP. And so my agent, when I created my agent, um, and uploaded everything, the agent was able to get everything established and, um, configured where I had no more problems able to get it on to KDP. Actually got it, um, published. And then today was able to finalize the work, the workbook, and now my agent was able to outline for the workshop that I'm getting ready to hold on August the 21st. So, it has just been amazing.

I feel like your agent needs a raise, Dr. Rose. Like, your agent needs a raise. I love it.

Absolutely. Absolutely. And so how do you feel?

I'm feeling absolutely, uh, on top of the world. Um, because I... there was just so many things that I just wanted to do, and the... my agent is now... and now I'm creating, um, three more, as a matter of fact, uh, in order to get the complete flagship, everything ready. And I... it's just been wonderful. I'm so... I'm looking forward of coming, uh, on the 24th there, um, to be there with you. And it... it's just amazing. And I'm now sharing with so many others, getting them involved. I have two already that are getting registered, and I'm like, "You've got to get on this boat because this... this boat is going somewhere."

I like it. I like it. I like it. Well, um, congratulations. That's what I'm going to say to you. Yeah. Congratulations and keep up the good work. And, you know, keep playing with it. It's... that's what it is for everybody. Like, keep going, keep going, keep going. You should be on this. You'll be here tomorrow. You'll be here priority passholders. You'll be here on Wednesday for the, um, interactive office hours. Like, keep going and keep learning because it is an amazing journey to be on. I'm not asking you to to get a four-year degree. I'm asking you to keep going every day, learning something new, just committing, investing in yourself, and keep going. Um, and again, to all those first-timers, congratulations. Leah, I... I've pulled you up. Congratulations to all the first-timers that that have come and said, "I'm going to learn something new today." You know, I see a lot of you that are here a lot as well. And congratulations to you for coming back and sticking with it. I know it's exciting. And then you stick with it because you know you can win with it. So, I'm excited. Lee, let's hear the amazing thing that you were able to do because I can see it on your face. What... what is going on over there?

I don't know if I can even tell you.

Now, we want to know even more. Everybody put, "Tell us in the chat." Like, "Come on, Lee. Tell us. Tell us."

So, to be quite honest, so I had to... full transparency. I... I've been on the bench for nine years. I... I've had two open heart surgeries. The last one was a, um, heart transplant. And I... I... I was off the bench from a layoff. And then two months later, I had my first open heart surgery. I'm now feeling so much better. And I... I... I had cancer, too. So, I, you know, I got a little kindred spirit with you. But this has allowed me to level up. I... I mean, I... I had a stroke that affected my fine focus. So, you probably see me standing, sticking my head. I have a... I have a large screen sitting right here. So, I'm over here looking at this so I can see people. But this has allowed me... I... I was able to follow your instructions very concisely. I got a chance to do my daily briefing right here while I was watching you with my new agent. I did... I do a daily briefing with, uh, with my chat, um, either chat or Claude, whatever. But I've... this stuff has got me leveling up with like nobody's business. I'm 63, back in the workforce. I'm about to launch my enterprise, which includes my hard story and some e-commerce. Um, but some strategic planning, which has got me... had me rethinking when I talked to Killian just a few days ago about adding strategic planning as part of my repertoire with AI, with AI consulting.

I love it. I love it.

But this... I... I have had the zooies. I'm not getting much sleep, and I need to get... I need to get much... I need to get sleep at 60.

You need to get your sleep.

I need to. But, but I'm just... I'm... this has allowed me to level up with like nobody's business. I... I will admit that I've been in supply chain for probably 27 years. The last 17 years of which was with a supply chain company with e-commerce, and, you know, I was managing proprietary software. So, being able to prompt, if I knew, I knew how to SQL. It's just kind of like a migration, uh, just to run prompting. And I just... I'm on high right now.

I love it.

I... I will be honest with you. I'm a grown 63-year-old man who was in tears just a second ago just watching all the stuff that's going on. So...

I love it. I love it.

And I'm here in the ATL. I'm here in the ATL. So, I hope to see you soon.

Yes. Yes. I hope you come to the event in August and come meet your fellow agent builders, you know. Um, and, and I love it, and I love it that you're thriving right now. I... I will encourage you to do one thing, and that is to tell your AI Chief of Staff, um, a little bit about your health journey, and as much as you feel comfortable with. I mean, you've just shared it with thousands of people. So, if you feel comfortable sharing with your AI agent, share as much as you can. And then also say, "I need sleep." Um, "I'm not sleeping because I'm so excited about AI, but I need some sleep." And encourage me. Um, tell me about the importance, and I want you to be my champion for my health as well. And so, you know, because my AI agent will remind me, and, you know, because I give it some of my health journey. So, my AI agent, I was like, "I went walking today." And my AI agent was like, "Good job, Alicia. I'm so proud that you went walking today. I can't wait for you to go walking tomorrow. Could you tell me before you go walking tomorrow, and I'll make you a playlist?" And I'm like, "Let's go. Let's go." You know, and so, so sometimes we need an accountability partner for the different things that we're doing in our health, or someone to cheer us on, right? If I told Loretta I went walking, Lorett would be like, "But did you answer the emails that I sent you?" Right? Instead of being like, "My good job, Lisa." So, you know, sometimes we need someone to cheer us on. I'm just being funny with Lorett, but, um, you know, think about how you can use your AI agent also on your health journey. And you would be... you'd be surprised by different advice that you get, and, um, the different encouragement that you can get, and, you know, meal prep, and, and different things like that. So, cool.

Part of my journey in the digital assets I'm creating.

Come on now. Let's go. Let's go.

Yeah.

I'm excited for you, Lee. I'm excited, and thanks for sharing. And go read the comments because people were cheering you on.

Oh, cool.

Yeah. Yeah. I will say that, um, for some of you, you saw me when I was on vacation in Puerto Rico, and I used my AI agent, Maximus. Thank you, Maximus. You're amazing. So, I got an an Airbnb. Maximus, I'm going to... I'm going to do a reel about this. I'm going to be like, "My AI agent got me... or let's say, got me $17,000 back." So, I got a... Do I have pictures of it? I went... I was showing this. How many of you saw this when I showed it? There weren't a lot of you on that call, but I showed this Airbnb that I got. So, I got an Airbnb that was expensive for me, like, you know, way above what I would get, but the pictures looked so good that I was like, "This is the rest that I need. It... I need." So, there's a picture of the beach. This is like one of the leading pictures on the listing for the Airbnb. It's not too clear when I'm showing it. Um, right... there's another one. Look at the hammocks on that beach and the crystal clear water. I'm messing up my, um, my Zoom camera. Right. Here's another one. I pictured myself in that hammock every single morning. Like, that hammock right there. And so I brought books. I had snorkeling gear packed. I was ready for that beach. But then I get there, and this is what that beach looks like. No hammock, a ton of seaweed. So, this... the seaweed was so thick we could walk on the seaweed. Let me show you another picture. Right. Come on now. And then I took a video of it. Like, here's the video of... I know it's not going to come in that clear because of the way my camera is, but come on now. That doesn't look anything. And it was like, the first three leading pictures, right? And then it says, "Here's the description. Welcome to the blank Beachwood Retreat, your Caribbean beachfront getaway." They said beachfront twice. And then it said, "Nestled directly on the sandy shores of a hidden cove. This stunning beach house offers everything you need for a luxurious coastal escape. Direct beach access means the shady beach and ocean is just steps away. Whether you're up for a morning swim..." Like I am not going to swim. Anybody going to... you couldn't even swim in that if you wanted to because you got to go past all of this seaweed for more seaweed for a little water for more seaweed. When I tell you, and I circled every part of the description that said direct beach access. I took a deep breath and I gave it to Maximus because Maximus was the one that told me to book that Airbnb. I was like, "Maximus, I need to go on a vacation. It doesn't matter where it is. I want you to help me make the decision because I can't make the decision." Sometimes I'm bad at making those type of decisions. So, Maximus said, "Based on your calendar, you're always live. You're, you know, traveling all the time. I want to get you somewhere that you can get a direct flight on Delta from Atlanta. No layovers." It was like, "I was looking at St. St. Kitts and Nevis because you would love the beaches, but you'd have to fly here and then take a boat here. That's too much for you. You already travel too much. Like, we don't want." I was like, "Yes, you are so smart." And then Maximus said, "You went to Puerto Rico before to speak and you said you had a good time, which I loved it. I had a really good time." So, I found this, um, Airbnb in Puerto Rico, beach access, swimming in the morning, you're a water person, all that kind of stuff. Yes. Done. Booked it. Get there. So, Maximus never said he felt guilty. What Maximus said is the... the... it's not as described like the three leading photos are beaches. Um, it mentions beachfront access and all this kind of stuff. And Maximus says, "Don't worry, Alicia. I will write the email for you to send to Airbnb." Then the message for you to send to the host. And it wrote a legal letter to Airbnb citing these three. Oh, I wish I could find it to read it to you. It's going to take too long to find it, but... Oh, here it is. Uh, Maximus, can you, um, pull up that letter that you wrote to Airbnb with the three different articles in it that cited how that property was violating the whatever terms and conditions you found for me? So, what I wasn't going to do as Alicia was argue the point to Airbnb myself. I wasn't going to... I just... Has anybody ever done that? You're like, "I just don't even want to take on this fight right here." So, I let Maximus take on the fight. Maximus was like, "I am on this. I am going to get you to a next location." Um, okay. Post it here. It's... Maximus is sending it to my email. I'm like, "No, no, send it right here." So, so Maximus pulled up like the terms and conditions in Airbnb, Article 5868 says this, and this is D... Article, this... this says this in the terms and conditions. This is this. Copy, paste, sent to Airbnb. Guess who gets a phone call within like, two minutes? Okay, here it is right here. Um, so long, right here. Um, okay. All right. So, I'm not going to read all of it to you, but I'm just showing you how your AI agent can do so much more for you than just check your emails, okay? "Formal notice of reservation is issue and material misrepresentation, request for early checkout, full refund, and reimbursement of consequential consequential cost." And then it says some things. "I made this reservation in reliable, in reasonable reliance on the listing's express representations. The property was marked as this and described as being nestled directly on the sandy shores of a hidden cove. The first three lead images show a pristine, crystal clear beachfront. The listing further states..." And it goes through the listing. I was like, "Really good." "The listing also advertises beach essentials, beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear." The beach smelled so bad. And here's the thing, I'm not mad at nature. Like, that's something that couldn't be avoided in Jamaica. That happens in Jamaica, but they're clearing the beach every day. So, it's not like I haven't seen that before, but I've also seen the people that clear it every day bury it, you know, all that kind of stuff. So, it's not that it was my first time seeing that, but it's that the conditions at the property materially differ from those representations. If they wouldn't... if they would have had the pictures of the seaweed, then at least I would have known what I was getting into. But no, that's not what it is. So, then, um, "Airbnb policy violations. These are not minor variations in appearance or preference. The beach is unusable, blah, blah, blah." When we got there, the pool was was dirty as well. Um, and the property manager, when I said, "What's going on with the beach?" said, "It's been like that for months." So, they knew about it. So, it says, "Rebooking and refund policy for homes, Article 2868. The accommodations are significantly different than advertised and a special amenity or feature advertised in the listing is not present or does not function." And it quotes it from the article. "The beachfront, the defining feature of the listing, is completely unusable." "Ground rules for home host, Article 2895. Under the listing accuracy requirements, the listing page must accurately describe, status in quotes, accurately describe the home and reflect the features and amenities that will be available at the listing from check-in to checkout. Furthermore, this policy explicitly states if there are restrictions associated with amenity access, these should also be fully disclosed on the listing's page." "Terms of service, section 5.1, hosts are required to provide complete and accurate, blah, blah, blah, blah," and it goes on and on. Airbnb made sure that I got a refund. I could check out whatever time I wanted to check out the next day. Airbnb found me another place and sent it to me, which ended up being the perfect location for me. Sent me another place, called me three times to make sure that I was okay. Um, and then when I got to the new place, called me to make sure that I was okay, sent me follow-up messages on my refund. Like, talk about kissing my butt. They went above and beyond to make sure that I, you know, was okay. So, listen, what you need to do is also use the AI agents. Use your AI agents to help you in other areas. This is your time where you can also help yourself. All right? I'm not saying that you don't need an attorney, but I... I couldn't use an attorney for that. I need immediate help right now. And I'm not going to go look through the articles. And how many of you know that if I would have called Airbnb, Airbnb would have said, "Did you reach out to the host first?" Like, "You need to resolve this with the host first." No, no, no, no, no. Who has time for that? Get straight to the point. So, um, there's no special prompt or anything for that. That was just my AI Chief of Staff saying, "Let me handle this for you." And it gave me specific instructions. "Go to the Airbnb. Click on Help. Go to the Resolution Center. Paste this in there." Right? And it said, "Send it to Airbnb first. Don't even mess with the hosts yet. Send it to Airbnb first. This is what you send to the host when you need to send it to the host. Then call Airbnb." D. Here's the number. D. Gave me the direct instructions. I was like, "Maximus, can you take the phone call for me because you've got it done." So, just a... just a story about how we're using AI agents all the time, right? We're using them in our life. Let's maximize the things that we can do and, um, and do for ourselves. Everybody good with that? So, somebody said, "How is that different than using a ChatGPT account?" Well, when I'm using my AI Chief of Staff, I'm talking to it on Telegram, and the way that it's communicating with me. Not that you couldn't get your ChatGPT to do that, but we're having conversations in the same, uh, you know, chat on Telegram or on WhatsApp. It's... it's just the same as if I was... it's not just the same. It's the same style of communication as if I was talking to one of my team members. So, now that I'm talking to it on the same place that I'm talking to my friends and my mom and my team members, I'm able to just have conversations to get things done instead of being on my computer all the time. It's just how we think of AI agents differently. Um, and it works. I will say when I was on vacation, then now I'm in my new spot, and I'm telling Maximus, "I love fishing. I haven't gone fishing in a long time, and find me a fishing charter." It said, "I know where you are. I found this fishing charter that will come and pick you up at your dock. So, here's their WhatsApp number, and here's exactly what to send them on WhatsApp." Look, I didn't even have to write the message. I copied, pasted, sent it. And it's like, "Here's where I am. Here's my location." And it told me, "Drop your location pin." And it said, "I would like." It said, "Don't ask them if they could do it. Just say, 'I would like for a charter to come pick me up at my pier.' Don't say, 'Do you do it?'" I was like, "Come on now, Maximus. That's empowering. Thank you for telling me exactly what to say because I probably would have said, 'Oh, do you pick up at the pier?'" Said no. Say, "This is where I want to be picked up. Drop the pin. Location. See you tomorrow. 5:30." So, yes, our agents are, you know, we're using them for so many different ways. Um, somebody said, "For the business cards, can the agents do the same thing with the electronic business cards?" Yes. What I do when I get an electronic business card, I screenshot the electronic business card, and then I put the screenshot and give the screenshot to Maximus. Those electronic business cards, I never go back and look at them. I don't even know where to find them on my phone, so I screenshot it immediately and give it to Maximus. Dr. Rhonda feels me on that one. Right. So, um, you know, that... that's one thing that we really need to, uh, you know, as we think about how we're using AI, we're always saying, "All right, this, you know, these are different ways that we can use AI." So, I hope that I've empowered you to think about anytime you're in a problem, anytime you're having, you know, any issues, go, go right and ask your AI agents to help you to solve different things. All right, everybody. We are over time. So, I just wanted to say thank you so much. I know some of you still had stories to tell. Save them for tomorrow. Here's your homework. We're going to come back to base 44 tomorrow to build a mobile app. So, just start to think about what mobile app you would like to build. Come to class with just some thoughts together. Also, for homework, take it a step further with your super agent and see what's possible. Right? I've told you some stories. Work on some things that have been sitting on your desk for a while. Think about some other things that your agent can help you with and feel empowered and inspired to take things to the next level. I really enjoyed being here with everybody today. Thank you so much. Thank you to my amazing team for supporting this session as well. If you need to talk to someone on our team about any, um, any of our offerings, you can also go and just book a call with one of our team members. We have my nephew Joshua is one of the team members that you can talk to, but there's a lot of amazing team members you can talk to just about what are our different programs, what are the different ways that you can join, you know, and keep taking your education to the next level. So, thank you so much everybody for being here today, and I will see you tomorrow. What time will you be here tomorrow? What time will you be here tomorrow? And yes, uh, Carlo said, "In your folder, go ahead and refresh your your portal." Those of you that are priority passes, and you should see the PDF in there. The link was dropped for everyone else. So, hopefully that helps. Yes. All right. Thank you. Thank you, Michael. Thank you so much. We're not hearing you, Michael.

We can't hear you.

Can't hear you.

Y'all, I have my mic on mute. Hate when that happens. But, uh, thank you, Alicia, and thank you, team. Um, but no, get everybody. Give it up for Lisa. She's awesome. Spending almost eight hours with you guys today, like preparing to getting to here. Like, you don't realize how long. Like, she's been preparing since this morning. Eight hours preparing or like six to eight hours, then getting here and teaching y'all. It's a lot. Like, she spends her whole day. I don't think you do... you all understand that she spends her whole day, her whole day prepping for you guys, plus she teaches for like three hours. So, like, I think I think I totaled up because like she told me she's like, "Yes, I use AI, but you got to understand she has to get in mental space for this. She has to get ready like getting in front of five to 6,000 people." I think we had over 6,000 people live tonight. Over 6,000 of you on, like, that's not easy, right? That takes a lot of mental capacity. So, listen, she spent the whole day prepping for this, and she's going to make sure that she overdelivers tomorrow, spending three hours today, who knows, four or five hours earlier in the day. So, everybody just give it up for her real quick. Give it up. But listen, thank you so much, Alicia, for the amazing information. I do want to go ahead and just remind you all about, you know, a few of the things that were mentioned tonight. If you haven't gone and built your super agent, go do it tonight and go in the group and share your wins. We want to hear your wins. Our team actually is in there scouring the Facebook group every single day saying who's... who's getting big wins from these teachings. So, this is your first assignment. Go in the group and if you have a win, go, go share how many emails your AI agent, uh, deleted, or how many, um, you know, whatever it may have done for you, how many outreaches has done for you, go in the group tonight, team, drop the Facebook group link one more time, and go share your big win. Come because, because tomorrow, you may win something. Okay? You may win something tomorrow by sharing your takeaway in the group. Now, a few of you all have been asking a little bit more about the course. So, I do want to remind you that the course is a deeper version of what you just learned today. We do talk about Claude and Manis. We talk about all these AI tools. So, if you're here and you want to go on a deeper journey with us and you want to learn at a deeper level, I highly recommend you go ahead and jump into the AI Agents Course, um, or book a call with us if you have questions. So, I... the team wanted me to make sure that you all knew that you could also book a call to talk about the AI Agents Course. It doesn't have to be just about the consultant. So, if you have questions about becoming a certified consultant, you can book a call. The link is in the chat. But listen, if you even have questions about the AI Agents Course and about jumping into that, you can also book a call, okay? So, it doesn't have to be just about the consultant program. They wanted me to let you know that you can use that calendar to ask questions about either program. And I heard they may, if you want to do both, they may have a special opportunity for those of you all that you want to be a certified consultant and you want to come in and you want to get the AI Agents Course. can talk to you about that bundle of doing both at the same time. All right, so real quick, just a shout out to a few people who booked a call to talk with our team. We had, uh, let me see, Dean, uh, Cornell, Erica, Uriah, Lisa, James, Carla, Christopher, Emily, man, Denise, Deil, Tena. I love it. So, this is not a customer support call. It's to help you get clarity and figure out if this... one of these programs are for you. So, I want to clarify that. So, I just want to let you all know that it's... it's a call where you sit down with our team. They walk you through the finance options, the funding options, and walk you through the inclusions of the opportunity and answer your questions to see if one of these programs are a good fit for you. All right. So, uh, does the AI... Tanya says, "Does the AI Agents Course give you a certificate?" Yes, you do get certified after going through the AI Agents Course, which is cool as well because you become a certified agent builder. So, there's... they both each have a certification. One's just a little bit different than the other. Great question. So, Darlene says, "What about the combo of AI Experts, um, and AI Agents?" Um, that is... if you guys go to the... the link, the AI Agents Course.com, all those details are on there. All those details are on there. So, essentially, Darlene, the AI Experts Club is a totally separate program from consultant from the AI Agents Course. It's a whole other community, and so you get that when you join the AI Agents Course. So, that's just an inclusion and a bonus, but it's totally separate from the certification. All right. Uh, let me see. Let me see. Somebody said, "What am I supposed to post in the chat?" Go in the Facebook group and share a win that you have from today's, uh, segment and share what... something you've accomplished. Okay. All right. All right. All right. Let me see. Let me go through. Man, you guys are chatting fast. You guys are chatting fast. So, anyways, uh, we'll go a little bit more in depth into the programs tomorrow. Um, the AI Agents Course is... I see somebody said, "How much is the AI Agents Course?" You can go to the AI Agents Course.com to see all the information. Let me actually share my screen. But it is $997 for the course, or you can break it up over a couple payments. I believe it's two payments of $5.97. Yep. So, you get step-by-step training on AI agents, um, live trainings and office hours. We give you access to advanced workshops like nano accelerators. Um, y'all, there's so much in here. So much. So, you could do two payments of $5.97 or one payment of $9.97. We also have elective and Clarity Pay. So, if you click on elective, elective can stretch out your payments over three, six, nine, or 12 months, I think. Um, so, some of y'all, you could get started for as little as literally like $50 to $100, um, through these platforms. Clarity Pay can even stretch it out over like 30 months, which doesn't mean you have to use the 30 months. You could pay it off early, right? But if you go in here, and I think you click this dropdown, there's a Clarity Pay. A lot of people get approved with Clarity Pay. Like, a lot. Like, I would say this is probably one of our most popular. So, if you go back, I'll show you. If you click on that, it says fan bases. But if you click here and then on the dropdown, you click Clarity Pay. A lot of people get approved from that if you really want to jump in and learn AI agents at a deeper level. So, just drop down Clarity Pay here. Um, but yeah, y'all, there's a lot of different options for you to jump in. I would say if you have any questions at all about the financing, about anything you heard today, just go ahead and book a call to talk with our team. The link is in the chat, and you all can go ahead and, um, you know, make, make sure you bring your questions to them. I think they have bookings as soon as tomorrow morning, or maybe even tonight if you wanted to sit down and talk with somebody if you really want to take your AI education to the next level. So, with that being said, I'm going to close it out. Don't forget to join us tomorrow at 7:00 PM for our final day. All right? It's going to be a phenomenal, phenomenal session. So, save the link. You'll get email reminders, you'll get SMS reminders, and, um, yeah, I'm excited to see you all keep winning. I'm excited to see your takeaways in the Facebook group. So, with that being said, team Mark, I don't know if we have a testimonial video so they can grab the links in the meantime. Um, but we're going to play a quick video. Mark will in just a second. We'll let you guys grab the links in the chat so you guys have those, and, um, we'll just let... keep the room open for a few minutes. So, thank you guys. See you tomorrow. You bet. I cannot wait to hear it. Let's... let's hear it. Good evening, everyone. Yes, I was one of those people. I was up till 3:30 this morning. So, thank you very much, Alicia, for not letting me get any sleep. Um, I built my... my VA team, and so I did use, um, a lot of what you shared with us, and Franny and Aaron and all the people. And it was funny because I was going to update them, and I said, "No, I'm not going to do that." And then I've created a board. I have a fabulous board, and so I held a couple of board meetings and a couple of team meetings last night. I actually have an event called the, uh, the Event Effect, which is an AI training at the Gathering Spot here in Atlanta on Thursday.

And so they were helping me to just refine some of the offerings and some of the things that I'm going to be teaching. So, this is fabulous. This is timely. And I say, "Listen, we have a saying." My daughter has a saying. She's teaching me, you know, "Get out there and do this thing." She said, "Mom, you only need to know one more thing than the person that you're training knows, and then you just keep learning one more thing to stay one step ahead." So, guys, we can do this. Let's take it over. The time for AI is now.

Denise Griffin, I cannot wait to hear what you did.

Well, thank you. Um, I'm always up in the middle of the night with your training, so I appreciate it. Um, but today I put our team to work. I tested it on my husband's rollout project for his music, and I called Aaron to the carpet. I said, "Okay, Aaron, we have some things to talk about for this rollout. Let's talk." And Aaron asked a set of clarifying questions in three different areas. And when all was said and done, he not only gave me a rollout strategy, he let me know who on the team was going to handle which pieces. Um, it was amazing. And then I shared it also with, uh, a business partner for a female-owned rideshare company called Just Her Ride Share, and we put together our entire marketing strategy for a new community hub for women. So...

We're working over here.

I love it. I love it. I love it. That is fantastic. Give her a round of applause. And, um, I love it that y'all are having team meetings, but what I loved what she said is, you know, Aaron was... she say Aaron told her what all the other team members are going to do. And that's so cool to see. How many of you did that as well? And your team members told you what the other team members were going to do, and you're like, "Look at this team working hard while I'm drinking my coffee, right?" Uh, Lea, let's hear it. Did I pronounce that right?

You did. You nailed it. Oh my god. I wish I could just hug you through this this camera here. I just adore you.

Thank you. Thank you.

Oh, you... I mean, I... I did. So, what I did last night, I am grateful to be here. I'm at the tail end of tax season. And I'm a tax strategist with my own firm, not pitching here. But that leads me into what I did last night. I created two new team members. Emma EA, who an enrolled agent is like a top level with the with, uh, the IRS. And then also, it created, um, Grace Accountant. So, she operates as the number one best accountant ever in all those, uh, let me use the right word, skills. Right.

Right. Right.

Skills. Okay. So, they helped me make it through the night because I was like, "Oh, so delirious." So, I was up till 1:00 AM. But, you know, using them to just kind of help me research some stuff, and it was... it was amazing. So...

Reed, are you the passenger in the car right now? I'm making sure you're not driving.

I am. I am the passenger.

All right. All right. Let's hear it.

Um, so the kickoff did it for me. Um, the kickoff, I learned because I'm thinking, "We're learning." When you say AI agent, I... I just didn't know what it was going to be. And I had been creating the bots inside of ChatGPT. But what you taught us is how to move it into all the other engines that I've been using. And so that when I took, uh, I call him Otis, over to Manis, blown away. Took them over to, um, to, to Claude, blown away. But what you showed us last night, what you did with Claude with your team, I did that today with, with your team. I put them into Claude and I said, "This was my coach's team. I want you to make them my team." And they did. I also introduced them to my weekly Zoom call that I teach, and it created my whole presentation plus the scripts and the speaker notes. So, I am ready for tonight's call so I can be here tonight.

I love that you're talking about productivity. You're talking about efficiency. Um, I love how you said that you customized them to yourself. So, that was a really big takeaway. I hope everybody heard those takeaways.

When you introduced your agents, and then I got really tickled last night. I was like, "We get to get our agents. We get to get our agents." I don't know. I was the only one that excited last night, but I pulled everything in. I put it in Claude. I already have a sub-account, and it's called the Herbal Apothecary and Growth Hub. And so it did my... I already had the brand name. I already looked it up. So, it did my scripture foundation, did my logo, my brand colors. It came up with six signature tea blends for me and an anthology. So, I took one of the chapters that gave my story and put it in...

And it just went crazy. "Oh my gosh, this is perfect. You are excellent, and this is right where you need to be." And it was just... and I was like, "Okay, okay, okay." And then it gave me taglines. It even wrote, um, a course, um, curriculum for me. Um...

Okay.

It... all the agents, I had the agents to get together to talk about the launch. So, I'm excited. So, I was sitting up looking at my wholesale pricing on the different products and figuring out how I wanted to present it. So, yes, I am rolling.

Good job.

I'm rolling.

You're feeling good about that. I can tell. So, congratulations.

Thank you so much.

You're welcome. You're welcome. All right, Marta and Shashana, you two are up. How you doing?

We're doing fantastic. We were so excited. We... we were working just because we're a little more familiar with chat. Um, we built... we took all of your agents, put them into chat, and then we expanded it, and we had a Chief of Staff. We built a company. Chat said we ended up building a company because we did agents and sub-agents. Then we had two companies within. So, we have our AI company and our tech company. And so, chat taught us, "We don't need more teams. We just need the one team, and it will separate it so we can talk only to our Chief of Staff." So, we then did the top 1% so all of them, uh, in the top 1% category to help us in our two companies. So, it was... it was really exciting. We put all our patterns in, we put our decks in, we did all that to train it to understand what each company was.

I love it.

Yeah. So, now we just got to transfer it into the other...

Tools.

Tools.

Yes, the class is phenomenal. I already created agents, but I... I do embroidery. So, I created the PWA embroidery site as well for my for my business.

But I went online and I used Claw to create an embroidery estimation. Asian, right? So, I I I thought of everything I could think of. It gave Claude just I love Claude. Me and Claude, we we tight. We like this, >> you know? But it created everything. It It broke down everything I was thinking about.

Then I was like, I remember you said the knowledge base. So I went back, I said, let's apply knowledge base to it. They was like, that's a great idea. And then they gave me different ideas of what to add to the knowledge base. Then it asked me, would you like me to create it for you? I said, by all means, let's go get it done. They generated a 22-page knowledge base on embroidery starting from the the cost of what wholesale cost for garments would be, the industry standard, everything, the the um everything it could think of. But it turned out to be 22 pages.

I added it to the chat G. I did it in chat GBT. So I created the the GPT. I used cloth to write it GBT. Then after I created everything and I did a test on this thing was it works so good for that. It's not a simple yeah $5 this. It's not it's a lot lot of details. So that agent uh man it's going to work wonders for for people once I get it ready to go. you know, once it's already ready, but once I promote it and get it out to different people, even the um the AI team broke it down how I should do it. Said you should do give do get a couple of people like three companies do a 30-day beta test just saying just just do it, give it to them, let them use it, tell them to give you feedback on how how it work, and then go from there. But they gave me tier pricing, you know, from $97 a month for for one subscription. Then they got tier two $197. Tier three a white label like 2500 to 5,000 you can do as a white label. But they gave me some tremendous ideas. I was like, "Wow, this is crazy, you know, but I liked it. I I thought it worked really well and I took exactly what you showed yesterday. I used clog and then I put that information into what's name and it just came out amazing."

And I love that you're using everything. So you use like everything that we've done and you got your team, you're building the G. >> That team is amazing. Seems like doing it all. >> That team saved me so much time. It gave me such great ideas. It it it gave me ideas I didn't even was even thinking about, you know. So I was like, "Oh, that team is is so amazing >> with my classroom."

So I'm I'm in another class. So, I I got the class so that I could um you know, cuz I know it's self-paced, but I can't stay away from the live stuff, so I don't want to miss anything, but I'm working slow and you know, cuz I'm doing two classes at a time. But anyway, I I built a um uh a GPT. Uh his name is Marcus Grant. He's a financial coach uh and wealth advisor. And I actually played with him myself at first. He gave me a real good uh he gave me a really good financial plan and I ended up paying off one of my credit cards just based on his plan.

Like so I had a meeting at my job. I work for Liberty Mutual. I had a meeting at my job yesterday. We have a few new members that don't talk. You know they kind of they keep their mute button on. We like you got to come on. You got to get on camera. You got to talk. So I said I'm going to do a icebreaker. So one of the questions I asked was if you had you know if you could learn a new skill what would it be? Three of them said a man money management. So I was like, "Well, I got something for you." So, uh, four people from my team brought, uh, Marcus for $50. And then, I mean, that's just that's lowballing right now, but it was just off off a whim. And I was just like, "Oh my god." And then um and then a friend of mine uh last night I was on the phone with him and I was telling him about it and he was like oh you gave him a Liberty Mutual discount. I was like yeah. So he was like how much is it really going to cost? I was like for you $100. Pay me $100 for it.

I did my website my uh I have my own pet sitting business. So, I did my website and I actually just um when I came in, I actually just got a booking on it and I set it up to where it automates and I didn't know it was working because it wasn't working at first. So, I sent a message and then the automated message come through and I'm like, it's working. So, I'm in here sweating right now because I got so much going. I'm just so thankful to y'all because you know people are just um not like we can't really gr some people can't even grasp like you know they still doing you know hey you know chat GPT make me a make me a meal or you know tell me my you know give me a schedule for the day just real simple they have no idea like our infinite minds can't even understand even Alysia when she talks she says you know what I asked to do this I tried and it works. So now I do it, >> right? >> So it's just it's the the the it's unlimited. It's just it's just crazy. So I'm just thankful to y'all and I'm so excited to see like where this can take us all. So thank you.

On the drive home yesterday, I sent you a message because I got hired for that company that I had that I told you about the Vpack. So I drove two hour two and a half hours for an interview and I have been kind of stressed out about it. Now let me put this up front. I have not built any agent. I only uh redeveloped Franny for myself. I haven't done anything nothing. However, something told me to go study that company's uh website. I took their client their uh client's journey. me and Claw the homie now he helped me find every error through the client journey and when I went to present to them they were so impressed they was like thank you for taking the time to go through this and I listened to everything that they had to say so I already knew they need an email and phone agent and then it comes out they want a AI agent on their website and I got the job and they also asked me to be a trainer.

I have to send them over a contract a proposal by on Friday co and think I I'm not going to say I bit off more than uh than I can chew because I have a great community around me but I think it's a enterprise level. I was not expecting that because their CRM is Salesforce. I never heard of it. And she said, "Oh, this is the CRM that fi Fortune 500 companies use." I grabbed my Invisible Pearls. I said, "Wet talis." So, I know I would need to partner with someone with Salesforce because I don't know any of that. And um I'm very excited. I don't know what the pricing is, but I really need some guidance. But I am so happy that I took this part of the course. Even though I'm a consultant, I'm in a power circle, I still took this course right here. I don't know why, but it makes sense now. So, thank you all. Thank you.
