You can be anxious about your manifestation and still know without a doubt that you're getting it. I know that because I woke up this morning with anxiety and I still know my manifestations are inevitable. I also know that this has happened to me repeatedly throughout my life with things that have already manifested in my life. So, if you've ever felt fear or doubt and immediately thought, "Oh my gosh, does this mean I actually don't believe? Does this mean it's not on its way to me?" No, and we need to talk about why.

>> [music] [music] >> Hey everybody, welcome back to another video. If you are new here, I'm Julia and on this channel we talk about all things manifestation, law of assumption, and ultimately becoming the version of you who has everything you desire. I also share my own experience with this in real time and I also offer one-to-one opportunities if that is something that you are considering or if you watch this video and you're like, "All this information is great, but I need help getting it to stick so that I can actually stay the version of me that has everything I desire." I got you. I can help you with that because that is something that I am mastering with myself as well and I know how to help you with that. So, without further ado, let's get into today's video.

I've really been liking the Q&A style videos lately. I feel like they've just been very relatable because it directly applies to anyone who may be watching this who is on the journey to manifesting their desires or becoming the version of them who has everything they desire. It just it directly speaks about that experience because I feel like a lot of people >> [clears throat] >> do make manifestation a lot more complicated and I feel like a lot of people make it something that it isn't and it gets away over complicated a lot and I feel like these questions just kind of help reel it back in to be like, "Okay, actually it doesn't need to be this way. It can be easy." And like yeah. So, cuz I feel like a lot of people get stuck in this trap where they think that their unique situation is like something that you can't manifest or something that's a lot harder than everything else, but in reality manifestation is general. We're all made of the same thing, energy, and so yeah. No matter what your circumstances are, no matter what it is you're manifesting, it is all I don't want to like diminish your experience in any way, but it's all close to the same because it's all energy. So, anyway, today I want to do another question style breakdown because I ended up creating a list of all the questions that I feel like are general broad enough to be general, but also very frequently asked. So, today's question I have I'm looking at on my laptop here is, "What if I genuinely believe my manifestation is coming, but I still get anxious sometimes? Does feeling fear mean that deep down I don't believe or can I feel fear and still be aligned with what I want?" Which is honestly a perfect question to be answering right now because this morning I woke up with a lot of anxiety. If you've watched my previous videos, you know that I do have anxiety issues and do struggle with mental illness and I have felt this before, okay?

If you Okay, so first of all, genuinely believing that your manifestation is coming is helpful, but it's not necessary, right? Because your entire life, you may not have believed completely that it would get to where it's at right now, but it did anyway, right? Like everything in your life is a manifestation. It like it's a process that's happening 24/7. And the thing that I like to talk about on this channel is that we're turning into intentional manifesting because we don't want to just let life keep happening to us, right? Like we want to be conscious creators. I assume that if you're here, you want to be a conscious creator as well, and you want to create your life as well, right? And so I don't know. If you like genuinely believe your manifestation is coming, but you still get anxious sometimes, I think that's totally fine because the version of you who has what you desire they likely get anxious sometimes, too. I know for me, for my vision of how I see myself who has everything I desire she still gets anxious sometimes because that is a genuine human emotion that is a part of the spectrum of human emotions that we experience, and it's a part of being here, right? Like it's like the good comes with the bad sometimes. I mean, obviously, that doesn't apply to everything cuz you can live an amazing life and not really necessarily feel bad emotions all the time, but it does come up sometimes. Like if you were in a crazy situation or and you just had anxiety or you just woke up with anxiety, like that's normal. Like that happens sometimes for just the general public. It's just a thing. We're human. We experience that. I think what means what makes it mean something not good is like when you believe that the anxiety is what is going to make your manifestation not come, right? Like if you make it mean something that it isn't. Or like the other part of this question, does feeling fear mean that deep down I don't believe? I think that the fear, like how I see fear is it's false evidence appearing real. So, I don't necessarily see it as it does deep down it doesn't mean that you don't like it does it I don't know how to word that. I don't know why that's like jumbling my brain right now, but I don't think feeling fear means that deep down you don't believe. I think it just means that honestly the old story might be coming back. Well, and honestly, like I said before, you don't necessarily have to believe that your manifestation is yours truly because what you want to focus on is the repetition of saturating your mind with that state where identity regardless of how you feel or what you're doing. Right? Like or how you're moving through life. Like it's the saturation part that I feel like makes the biggest difference because a lot of people don't completely 100% fully believe that it's theirs until it's in their reality, right? Like when I got this house for example, like I knew that it was going to be mine and I accepted no other outcome to it, but there was still some fear that would come up every once in a while. Uh the difference is I just didn't give my attention and energy to that fear because when you give your attention and energy to it, that's like oxygen to the fire, right? Like that's what's going to get keep the flame going. It's what's going to keep it alive. It's like food to it. Oh, my cat Naomi wants to say hi today. They've been making quite the appearances lately, which is super cute. Maybe they can like sense that I have anxiety. But yeah. So, I think that like you can definitely feel the fear and still be aligned with what you want. And if anything, if you have any fear, I almost feel like that is healthy to acknowledge. Like, "Hey, like I'm feeling some fear. I'm feeling some anxiety and I can also still be aligned with what I want. I can also still have the experience, the inner experience of knowing that this desire is mine already. Like knowing that this is what I want, this is who I am, I'm the version of me who has what I desire. I feel like what is unhealthy is giving your complete and whole undivided attention to that fear. Okay? Because when you just turn your attention away from it, when you say like, "Oh, like I fear, you're here, whatever. I'm going to choose to put my attention on this." That's what I mean by like you can feel the fear and do it anyway. Like, imagine anyway, be aligned with what you want anyway, right? Because if you completely ignore it, sometimes I can like backfire or like not completely ignore it cuz that actually can be helpful. But, I feel like when you see that you're having fear or having anxiety and you're like "Not this again, not this again, don't think about it, don't think about it." Of course, you're going to think about it. You're literally putting a beacon on that anxiety to your reticular activating system, which is like the filter in your brain, how you the lens in which you see the world. You're basically putting that highlight filter on of seeing the world around you through anxiety. You're putting a beacon on, okay, let's highlight what gives us anxiety, let's highlight what makes us feel fear. So, yeah, I don't It's not the bad emotions that are the problem, it's the attention that we give those emotions. And you can believe your manifestation is coming, but you also don't necessarily have to 100% believe 24/7 that it is yours. You just have to be saturating your mind and your identity and your subconscious mind that this is who you are and genuinely move through life as if you are the version of you who has what you desire despite what you feel because that is what is going to saturate. That's what's going to make it come to you in your reality because that's the world reflects who you're being. But, you can still be the version of you who has what you desire and get anxious sometimes. Like, that's just I mean, I've had mental health illness my pretty much my entire life and I have these anxiety flare-ups that come up. They come up. They last like a month or two at a time, sometimes longer depending on how many life changes I have happening at that moment, or depending on what's happening externally. It's just like my nervous system gets really keyed up and like thinks that there is danger 24/7. Like right now, I'm like having anxiety. And I've dealt with this my whole life, and I've still manifested a version of my dream life that I'm living right now. I've still manifested my dream car. I've still manifested my dream partner. I've still manifested my dream house, and so on and so forth, so many of so many other things. And I'm still manifesting even better things that I didn't even think that I could have before. So, it's I'm living proof that like you can believe your manifestation is coming because I do believe my manifestation is coming. Sure, I have moments where I'm like, "That's crazy." But, the thing is that's not the majority of my time. Like it the scale if it was a scale, and this side was I believe like like I know that my manifestation is coming. Like I'm living as this version of me. I'm in that inner experience versus focusing on the doubt, "What if it doesn't happen?" The scale is like not even fair for like the doubt because I'm barely paying attention to it. But, sometimes I do notice that I'm feeling doubt, and I just don't give my attention to it. So, that's what matters. And it is okay to feel negative emotions because the version of you has what you desire. They're still going to get angry. They're still going to get anxious. They're still going to feel sad. Like that's a part of being here, right? The difference is as long as you're not staying there, okay? You can visit those emotions or those these those emotions can visit you and leave because emotions are not a permanent state. They are not a They're not permanent visitors unless you make them so. I've certainly gone through my fair share of life before I started my intentional manifestation journey where I really let anxiety take the reins, and I let them become I let it become a semi-permanent visitor, and that's not like that's it's just the attention. What you place your attention on. And I'm still feeling anxious and I know that my manifestations are inevitable. Why? Because I still show up as that version of me every day, even when I feel like there is impending doom on my life. So, it's just it happens. It's life. And so, yeah, I feel like that pretty much answers that question. Does feeling fear mean that deep down I don't believe or can I feel fear and still be aligned with what I want? Yeah, you can absolutely still feel the spectrum of human emotions and be aligned with what you want. That's 100% okay, and that does not mean anything about whether like emotions don't create your story. You create your story. Sometimes emotions can feel very convincing. And when you feel scared or you feel angry, it makes you feel like something is wrong or something is going to happen that it shouldn't. But, no, it's you who decides the story. You can still be aligned and have the visitors of emotions visit you and leave. And then, you are in the state of the being the version of you who has you desire. You're identifying as that version of you. You're moving through that life as that version of you, even if you feel crappy. Like, it's just Do I think that feeling good a lot of the time helps your manifestation come faster? I do because I feel like that just helps that alignment become so much stronger, but it feeling fear does not affect your alignment. You can still be aligned and feel fear. I'm living proof of it right now.

So, anyway, that wraps up today's video. I feel like that was a really good question. Um Shout out to whoever sent that question to me. I don't even remember. My list is so long at this point. So, it is what it is. Anyway, if you are watching this video and you're like, "Yeah, I would love some one-to-one support and guidance. Like, you're living proof of this. I need help." I got you. I I you. I can help you close that gap between you and your desires because I've done it in my life so many times and I'm still doing it. So. Anyway, thank you guys so much for watching. And yeah, I don't really know what else to say. So, I will see you guys in the next video. I am sending you all so much good energy and make today great. Happy manifesting. Bye guys. >> [music]
