Let's begin. In that case, I warmly welcome everyone to this introductory meeting of our 90-day program, where today we will learn the most important things related to the marketing plan. We will plan the first steps, promotions, so you will definitely learn what needs to be done, how to make the most of the time that lies ahead of us, so that this work is effective, pleasant, but above all, also brings great results. And listen, today we have fantastic hosts, Sylwia and Sebastian Marek. Y, listen, these are people who, above all, have enormous experience, which they also brought from their corporate work. And I'll tell you, these are interesting experiences because thanks to them, appropriate work systems can be prepared, appropriate procedures as well, when it comes to implementing certain things, preparing a certain schedule, when it comes to actions. These are extremely important things when it comes to planning. You know, in various companies there are so-called KPIs, which are certain key performance indicators. And similarly, in our business, one should look at certain key performance indicators, if we approach it business-wise, meaning we want to get promoted to the next position in the plan, we want to achieve the position of leader, we want to achieve the position of manager. We have, for example, the director position in perspective, which we would like to achieve, so it is definitely worth taking something to note today, prepare an action plan, dedicate this upcoming hour to actually prepare well, understand also new things that are in the marketing plan and launch on a truly grand scale. I will add just one more important thing, that Sylwia and Sebastian are winners of many contests in our company, especially recommendation contests. They are absolute record holders here, when it comes to acquiring new partners, both working online and working offline, because they are currently people who can both operate very well using social media and the internet, but also using classic methods, such as presentations in restaurants, or also with the help of our face-scanning device, where they were also able to acquire a whole lot of clients and partners. So I think this knowledge will be very valuable. It is knowledge primarily from practitioners. It is knowledge from people who do every day what they talk about, and the fact that they won many contests, including ours, in a contest that I prepared, where we also flew by helicopter over Bieszczady, so we are getting knowledge today from people who know what they are talking about, and it is precisely such advice that is worth listening to. I always say that there is nothing worse than cheap advice, and there is nothing more expensive than advice received from someone who has walked the path that you want to walk. So seek advice from those who are succeeding, and that's exactly how it will be today. Sylwia, please let us know if you can hear us. Hello, hello, hello, hello. Yes, we can hear you. I hope everything is okay on our end. Yes. Great. So I think we can, listen, start. We can begin. The recording is on, so a truly fantastic evening is in store. I hand over the floor to you. Thank you very much. Thank you for such a welcome. First of all, I want to sincerely congratulate everyone gathered on this Zoom and the new people who have recently decided to cooperate. I know we have quite a few such people, but also to the people who have just made the decision that they are starting, they are starting their actions now, because it is often said that decisions are sometimes made twice, some even three times. Sebastian will talk a little about this. First, when we sign up for DuoLife, and then when we make the decision that this is the moment and now we are starting. Please write in the chat who is new, who is just starting. A one, and a two. Someone who has been around for some time, but has just made the decision that this is the moment and wants to start anew. Write so we know what scale we have here, who we will be talking to. We have twos. Twos. Ones are also here. I hope ones are also here, because I want to welcome new people, greet them. There is a one, there are twos, there are ones. Ones, twos. Great, fantastic. We are all gathered on this Zoom because we are starting the 90 project, more ones. I am very glad you are here. Today we will tell you a little about how we started, right? Because we were also just like that, a one, and when we started, we had one person in the team. I had myself, only myself. Sebastian wasn't there when I started. Theoretically, he was working two jobs. He wasn't even available on Sundays because he was a real estate agent and a store manager, so he woke up at 4:30, worked for half an hour theoretically in network marketing, and then went to his main job. He was gone all day and often didn't even come home to eat, but went to his second job in real estate, meeting clients, taking photos. Sundays were dedicated to acquiring new properties, taking recordings, photos. So I was basically alone all day. But why did I start here? I started because we have seven children at home, right? For those who don't know us. I want you to know that everyone here can start, because Paweł says we are winners of various contests, right? But when I started here, I didn't use Facebook, right? And I started with two small children, twins at my breast, alone at home, with a total of seven children. I was very pedantic and didn't know where to put my hands, and I didn't have time, I didn't have time to answer a friend's call when she called, because I had other priorities. You know, no one really has time. Write a one in the chat, who doesn't have time, who is always busy. [Music] Well, everyone is busy. Everyone is busy. That's exactly the point. I also didn't have time. That's how it looks, that we don't have it because we have our priorities, and each of us fills that time with something. And it happened that, you know, we struggled with sleep apnea for a long time, right? Seven children at home, I gave birth to premature twins, I was a regional HR manager, but our twins had sleep apnea, and we saved their lives several times. And there was a moment when Sebastian was leaving for work, grabbed the doorknob, and the breathing monitor went off. He thought I had taken the baby out of the crib, but after a moment he heard my scream. He was upstairs in a second, revived the child's breathing, handed me my son, and went to work. Just like that, to work, because he had an inventory that day and knew he would be fired. And that was the moment when I was left alone with the children at home. I had to call a doctor, I had to send the others to school. I had to check if everything was okay with the child's head after the apnea. Yes, that was the moment when I said something is probably wrong, that the system is taking our lives, that the child's life is the most important thing right now, not the inventory in that store. And Sebastian helplessly said: "But I have to go, because they will fire me, and what will we live on." Yes. And I didn't want to live like that. That was the moment. Aha. I knew I had to do something about it. I started thinking about what I should do, because I won't go to work, because above the child's crib hung instructions on how to revive a child's breathing. Yes, I knew that I had to be at home, and no one else, that I would go crazy if I went to work. So I started thinking about opening my own business, about starting something, but I know that I am a committed person. I know that I would dedicate myself incredibly, and that business would consume my life. And also, finances were needed, right, which I didn't have then. It wasn't a good time at all for any investment after fighting for the children's lives. Yes, we simply didn't have money for me to invest in any business then, and that business would pay off after who knows how many years, if at all. And I also didn't have the time, right, to dedicate that time to building my own business. Well, so I started looking for some online work with a heavy heart. I thought my corporate career was over. I thought nothing better would ever happen to me in life. And I saw women on the playground, children playing, and they were working on their phones, and I thought to myself, that would be something for me. It looks nice, maybe I'll try, but back then I thought I would be earning extra money. I didn't believe you could earn money this way. I watched a business presentation where the co-founders were present. Sebastian came home, I said: "You know what, look, I don't believe in such things, but maybe I'll try." I said you have to buy a product, what if this product never arrives? Łukasz Godyń, bald and looked like a brute, and I said this is some scam, some crooks, right? And I said, and I said, but what do I have to lose? I don't know if the products will arrive. I need 500 PLN, which I didn't have then. But I said, I want to try now, not later. If I made the decision, I have to try, we have to pull that 500 PLN out of the ground. Well, we pulled it out of the ground, I registered, and I didn't meet with anyone, right, because I didn't want to be persuaded into anything. The products arrived, oh my God, so the company exists and everything is okay. Yes, I started working, I started watching trainings very intensively. Sebastian bought me a wristband then. I put my phone in it. You know how athletes do, but I was just cleaning the house and listening to trainings then. Yes. And I woke up every day at 5:00, because I couldn't post a story, I couldn't change the font color on a story, and I had no contact with anyone, I was ashamed to ask anyone. I simply didn't speak in any chats. Yes. But then I started working. I also remember working with a girl and a boy then, and we started doing three-way Zooms. They helped me in the first month of work, because they did a lot of these three-way Zooms with me. I started inviting people to these Zooms, and they did these Zooms with me for about two weeks. Then they didn't have the strength anymore, because it was like, six, seven, eight Zooms a day. Listen, I started arranging meetings, I made a contact list. Yes, I was a mother who had one pregnancy, one maternity leave, another pregnancy, then twins, maternity leave, so I didn't have a social life. I remember I checked my entire Facebook, wrote down everyone I knew, opened my phone, created a contact list, and I didn't want to write to friends. But I saw people who were traveling, who were living their lives, working, doing network marketing, traveling, and supporting themselves from it. Yes. So I thought to myself, damn, if they can, then I'm not some disabled person, I can too. Yes, and I said: "To hell with it, let everyone think what they want about me. I have my priorities. I want to stay home with these children, and I will do what everyone considers right, and every leader says: 'Let's go through the contact list'." Yes. And then I started going through that contact list. Lots of meetings a day. These were Zooms with children on my lap, with children in my arms, standing up. Yes. Then I started doing presentations myself. Julka was very young, Julka was one year old, the twins were tiny. Julka had to be put on the potty during the presentation. No, there was no way. I don't know. It was something, you know, it was a moment when I had such a great desire to do something, and through all of this, I came alive. Suddenly I felt like I had started living a very social life while being at home with the children. Listen, I surrounded myself with a lot of positive people. It was like a window to the world for me. But how did it all happen? Because it happened that one day Sebastian, even before I registered for DuoLife, there was also a moment that was the final straw. Well, as a mother, I took care of the house. I took care of everyone. I was very pedantic. I studied for school to teach the children. Yes. And one day I told Sebastian that I don't know what I'm going to do and I'll go to the next building for English, because I don't know what I'll do next in life and it would be good to refresh my English. And Sebastian said: "No chance, one hour a week, no chance. We can't manage it because he has these and these commitments." And that was like a slap in the face. I said: "Oh no, there's no hour a week for me." And then I started doing this network marketing. Yes. I started getting very involved. Then, as soon as Sebastian had free time, when any weekend came and I could send Sebastian for a walk with the children, he would just go for that walk, and there was a big rebellion. Because I would lock myself in the room and say that I'm working for three hours. Yes. And I conducted a lot of conversations then, arranged a lot of meetings, so we argued a bit. A lot. Sebastian understood that I wouldn't give up. There were moments when Sebastian treated it like, I don't know, my woman has some kind of hobby, right? And I treated it seriously. I wanted to start earning from it, because at first I thought I would earn, then I saw people who were earning really good money and I saw a chance that I could live like that. Yes, so I said I would do everything 100% to try to live like that. Because if I don't do it 100%, I will waste my time, and I don't have time to waste my time. Yes. Hmm, well, being committed, one day I said to Sebastian, he was preparing sandwiches, and I was tired of arguing about my work, and I said I was going to work for 8 hours. And Sebastian was just preparing his sandwiches for work to go out. Well, and I slammed the door, just ran away and went to the mall to work. Well, and after that time, I had peace. I don't know to this day what Sebastian did, but he actually calmed down. Yes. And I started working in peace. He understood that I simply wouldn't give up anymore. But there was also a moment when Sebastian said once that he sees that I am happy, that I have come alive. And Sebastian also joined in the first moment. Sebastian registered, like, three times. Maybe you'll tell, the first one was the most interesting. Yes, because we saw that there are quite a few twos here, meaning those people who maybe this is your next decision to get involved here. And as Sylwia said, we often have these two decisions, these two joining dates, actually. I even had three, listen. So even if this is your third or even fourth decision to take action here or to join, don't worry about it, because you never know when that decision will be the right one, because my second one seemed like it would be the right one, but it turns out that the third one was the final one. And you know, the first decision was when I actually registered. It was about two weeks after Sylwia started working here. And at the moment when it was an impulse, when Sylwia said that she would go on a manager's trip, that there are trips and so on, that she likes to be with intelligent people, she would go on a trip, right? Well, you know, how a man's ego and all that kicks in then. I said: "No, no, listen, I'm registering." No, and I created an account. And that was my first decision, but it was basically linked to creating an account, right? And that was it. And so I was doing something, not doing something, helping Sylwia a bit slowly. But then came the moment when I was fired, when I literally got notice of termination from my job overnight, after such commitment as Sylwia mentioned, where saving my child, I got into the car and drove 20 km to work. After such commitment, I literally got notice of termination overnight, and no one asked me then if I had anything to put in the fridge, if I had anything to support the whole family, children, and so on. And then Sylwia asked me if we were still looking for another job for me, or if we were going to commit 100% here and further develop only DuoLife. Then the best part was, listen, that on the day I was fired from my position as store manager, I became a manager in DuoLife. That was the stage when I became a team leader here that day. Well, and I of course told Sylwia, okay, then we commit here, no, no option, I'm not going back to employment, I don't want to experience that again, I'm going into DuoLife 100%. That was my second decision, listen. And then I thought that this would be the 100% decision, and I would literally blow up the system, be the president, you know? That was the case in the afternoon. That was the case in the afternoon on the day of dismissal. But reality quickly verified me, because, you know, maybe my imagination got carried away a bit. And I had to reset myself after 16 years of employment. And since I like to sleep, the next day I slept until 12:00. The next day too, until 12:00. And so a few days passed, listen. And I slept until 12:00, 1:00 PM, thinking that I would be working and there would be results. But at some point, Sylwia, you could say, brought me back to earth, came and said: "Sebastian, but we won't build a business here at 12:00 PM." And then, listen, I realized that, well, yes, you know, I also started looking more closely at people in high positions, right, founders, we talked somewhere, right, there were periods when we were still on trips somewhere. And I look, damn, directors wake up at 7:00, right? Paweł here in Skalżyce already in shirts. Some are running, some are meditating in the morning, you know. I say, well, no, yes, you really have to get up in the morning, right? And that, listen, was my third decision, when I finally understood that if I want to get involved here, I have to sacrifice something, meaning I have to make that real decision and I have to sacrifice something. Despite the fact that I liked to sleep and so on, I have to get more involved in it and sacrifice something that was comfortable for me. And so, in fact, that third decision finally changed everything. It finally changed everything. So even if you are here on this Zoom and this is your next decision, the third, fourth, fifth, don't give up, but you really have to make that true decision, because maybe the earlier ones were a bit forced, like in my case. Maybe you were simply deceiving yourself, because, well, I'm speaking honestly today, and I know I deceived myself twice with my decisions. But I know that if I hadn't persevered, that third decision wouldn't have happened, right? And I wouldn't be where I am now, I wouldn't have experienced what I have experienced. I always say that this business isn't difficult, but what's difficult is that we need two competencies, actually: discipline and perseverance, because I remember after two and a half weeks of this work, I sat in the living room, Sebastian was sitting, it was evening, and I started crying terribly. I started crying terribly because everyone refused me. I didn't understand why everyone refused me, that I was doing so much work, that I was doing something wrong, that I wasn't cut out for it. And that was the moment when I almost gave up, but I wiped my eyes and looked at Sebastian. Well, if I give up now, I'll be deceiving myself, that I have to give myself six months. Because I remember when I worked in employment and moved managers between departments, and when I took someone from hard goods, from industrial production, and moved them to the vegetable section, there was always a rebellion. No one wanted to go, no one wanted to change departments. So then I would say to those managers: "Listen, I'll only put you there for six months, if you don't like it, I'll put you back." And listen, after six months, no one wanted to return to their previous position. Do you understand? It's a certain comfort zone. We start doing something new, it's uncomfortable, it's strange. Network marketing was strange to me. Work, not work, I didn't quite understand what it was about, and you have to be your own boss. And I also had moments when I really didn't feel like it, but I lay in bed, took my phone in my hand, and thought I have to initiate 20 conversations. I hate initiating conversations, I hate doing follow-ups. Listen, and I think to myself, I have to initiate 20 conversations, I really don't feel like it, maybe I'll skip it today, and then I write to myself: "Okay, but if I skip it, I'll have to go to that job, I'll have to go back there." And I said: "No, damn it, I'll initiate 30 conversations." So I initiated 30. Listen, that was the biggest motivation for me, and now you have to think about it. You have to make that decision about what you want or what you don't want. And here I will say various things that I would like you to write down. Write them down in your notebooks. What you don't want. These are your homework assignments. Yes. And that should motivate you more than what you want. Because, you know, sometimes it's precisely that fear, that anxiety about something that we are afraid of, that we don't want, that will motivate us to act. And I remember once talking with Sylwia, when I was still working in employment, and I said to Sylwia, you know, Sylwia, I actually don't want to eat these breakfasts alone all the time at 9:00 AM. You know, Sylwia wasn't sleeping at 9:00 AM, of course, because she was working in bed, but she was lying in bed, you know, damn, she was lying in bed, I call her during my break, already half the workday, 9:00, 10:00 AM, I'm eating a sandwich, breakfast alone somewhere in the canteen and so on. I also told SB then that I don't want to live like that, right? That I want these breakfasts with my family, with the children, and so on. I don't want to miss anything in life. And what I didn't want motivated me more to act. So this is a very important point, that you should write it down. Write everything down. Sometimes you can define what you want and then on the other side write the opposites of what you don't want. But for me, it's much easier to say what I don't want. I don't want to lack money for my children. Yes. I don't want to refuse anything to my children. Today I also spoke with three leaders, right? And I also drew out from them what they want, why they are doing the 90 project. And we got far, far to the moments of why and what for. And you also write down what you don't want, and what you don't want is your why you are here today, why you are making the decision that you want to do this project. And you know, you have to be very sensitive and very attentive to yourself, because look, at some point we reached good earnings, a good position, and so on, but there are various moments in business. Sometimes it goes down, sometimes it goes up, and so on. When you achieve a certain income and then it drops a little, right, a little, because it's still great, right, then at some point you start complaining, you stop appreciating something, right? You don't see the things that are happening around you, you don't see the chances, you don't see the opportunities. It's very easy to fall into such complaining, right? Be careful about that. Be very careful about that and always try to see your chance, your opportunity, because I was once with Sebastian, I had a bad day, we were driving in our new BMW, picked up from the dealership six months ago, your hated one. Because I had a Mercedes, and he switched to a BMW. No, but okay, these are problems, listen. No. Well, we have such problems, right? Well, problems. We even argued about it, listen. No, and I'm driving this BMW, and next to me a courier on a bicycle with a big box, and it wasn't an electric bike, and he's pedaling that bike, and I look at him and say, damn, Sebastian, I'm so sorry, I will never complain again, I will never say that I'm doing badly, it's awesome, I love our life. Life is wonderful. We have an awesome job. We're driving a wonderful car, because when I thought about how hard that courier has it. He really had it hard, right? And he even had a green leaf sticker on the back, that he's eco. No, maybe he was just starting. That's not funny. That was terrible, because I thought, at what rate do these people work? Yes. And what are we capable of doing here sitting on our phones and clicking on them, and we still say that we are doing badly, that it's hard for us, that we are not succeeding. Yes, and I also cried after two and a half weeks, that we are not succeeding. Why? Because I lacked that competence, that perseverance. Yes, that here you have to be your own boss, you have to do the same thing every day. You just have to trust the leaders. It's boring at some point. You do the same thing every day, and at first you don't even see the results, and you start to get annoyed. People come to me who have written to five people and say: "Everyone refused me." I say: "If I wrote to five people a day and even one didn't refuse, I would damn well write to hundreds, right? I would be president of DuoLife already." Yes, that's why arm yourself with patience and now trust. For the next few days, you will receive a training package. From today, we will tell you what to do. Give yourself six months. We are entering the 90 project, meaning we are gaining momentum. Paweł showed it yesterday, it's like an airplane. We have to reach maximum speed. Yes, in order to lift off, gain momentum, and then we will stabilize it. But the results often come even after the 90 project, and we had such momentum. Yes. And you know what, I also have that opinion, I think so, and I often repeat it, that nothing happens without a reason. And you know, when you start writing down things that are starting to change, or that are in the marketing plan, products, and so on, these dots start to connect terribly, listen, because our 90 project has started, suddenly for the first time in the company there is a new system with a new marketing plan, already with these new product innovations with Krakowska Polenta. So, strangely enough, these dots are starting to connect very strongly, so I think we are at a really good moment and we should use all of this, because the 90 project itself is already a bombshell. And looking at the changes that are coming, and we will also show you shortly how to use them, how to calculate them, what earnings can be already after the first, second, third month of work, well, it's worth using it. Sebastian, it's not a coincidence. I visualized it in December, remember? I said that 2026 will be a bombshell, that we will blow up the system, that we will all go up massively, right? And then Paweł says: "I'll do a project." Right? And all these things started happening. That's because I visualized it, simply. Do you understand? How good. So that's it. I am the cause. Well, but you have to visualize. Create your dream maps, visualize, and dream. Don't be afraid to dream, because I saw here in network marketing that you can really dream. The longer I was here, the more I started to understand this business. Although for the first six months I didn't understand it at all, but I did it, I learned, I told myself: "I'll give myself six months and I'll persevere." And I saw that more and more doors started to open for me. I started to dream, and before I thought that many things were simply not for me. And now, again, homework. Write it down. You have to set a goal. Just as you have determined what you don't want, we must move on to concrete actions, and each of you must set a goal. And it's good for you to set what position you want to achieve here and what earnings you want to achieve. Just do it so that it's realistic for these 90 days. You can't plan that you are starting today and in three months you want to earn 20,000. You will earn 20,000, but you have to give yourself time for it. And you have to give yourself a lot of work and a lot of perseverance for it. Yes, it distracts me when you press that. Sebastian, I'm just finishing. Not yet. I know, I know. Okay. So think about what position you want to achieve. We will show you the first positions today. We will plan the first position with you, because whatever you want to achieve. I remember when I started, I said: "I want to become a regional manager, because then I won't have to go back to employment," because that was my goal. Yes? And I looked at the bars in the marketing plan, I looked at how much a regional manager earns approximately, and I knew that this had to be my position. No matter when I achieve it, I have to achieve it someday, but I knew, I am a proponent of small steps. I can't plan the position of regional manager if I don't even know what I'll be doing today. So I planned that first position, the lowest position that needs to be achieved, and then the next, the next, the next, and I printed the compensation plan. It has changed today, a new one came in. So what did I do? In terms of activities, listen, since a new one came in, I printed it again, and I have of course studied it today. Those who work with me know that I am up-to-date, I know everything, I read emails. Paweł makes fun of me, saying who, Sylwia, reads these emails? Well, I read them, I mark everything, because I am interested in my business. This is a great business because someone creates it for me. We have a marketing department, someone creates all of this. I just print these little papers, mark what interests me, what I should aim for, what I should work on with my partners, and each of you, if you treat this business seriously, should print, read, and focus on the first position that we have to achieve. So that you know everything, because remember that a leader can sometimes tell you something wrong, because he can make a mistake, right? But it's not him who is responsible for your business, it's you who are responsible for your business. And a leader can help you, but he is not responsible for what happens in your business, only you are. Besides planning your goal, planning your earnings, maybe also planning your development, what you would like to work on. What do you have to overcome? Because many of you come and have something like this, well, and I had it too, I came as a regional HR manager and thought, I'll do this kind of work, not work, maybe someone will laugh at me, tease me. I had to work through that, listen, but in the end I said: "Ah, Norbert Janeczek says, ah, it's best to just say it." And it turns out that nothing happens. A very important point, listen, because often people who even have potential, and we see that potential in these people, but there is one thing, one element that blocks that person, something in their head, perhaps in their environment, something that blocks them. Well, that person, listen, simply won't go forward. They won't go forward. They might have great contacts, they might do super meetings, but if there's a block here in their head, in their mentality, they won't go further. Listen, this is a very important point to find that block, what is blocking you, and simply start working on it. And I would recommend simply jumping into the deep end and saying, ah, as Norbert Janeczek says, as it turned out later, no one is interested in me. Nobody cares what I do. Everyone is interested in themselves, not you. Yes. And I also learned that here in network marketing, that even if for a moment it seems to you that people are interested in you and live for some sensations, they are not. They are really busy with themselves. They also don't have time, right? They will stop for a moment and then they won't think about you anymore, right? They think about themselves, about their own matters. And now write down the next points, right? So plan, think about it. Now will be the time to sit down by tomorrow, by tomorrow evening, by the next Zoom, to plan the goal, earnings, what we have to work through, and write down the questions: "What will I give up and what am I willing to sacrifice, because I thought I would work a bit more at the beginning, not really. I was a bit ambitious, I thought I would do more work, but it turned out that no, not everything can be done." Yes. I had to reorganize my time. I had to reorganize my family's time. Suddenly everyone had to get involved in cleaning. Yes, suddenly I didn't have to.
Everything to do at home. Also, someone had to help me, because I also had to find time for this work. So I reorganized everything, gave up many things, and stopped being pedantic above all. So sometimes I have a mess. For example, today it's not ideal at home, because until midnight yesterday we were sitting, closing the settlement period, today I am working on all the novelties, and I will clean up tomorrow, simply. So or the day after tomorrow. No, there are certain moments. I learned that life is about chances and opportunities. And I no longer sleep through opportunities, because I started focusing on things that lead me to something. It's not because I cleaned the house yesterday, if I hadn't drunk promotions with several people, if we hadn't closed the settlement period well. No, these are moments when you mustn't fall asleep, right? These are moments that lead me to something. I am building my business, because I want to live somewhere there in some way, right? So I have to make sure of certain things, because it is a priority for me. And even when Sebastian was working full-time, I also started here on maternity leave full-time, I knew that in order not to return to that full-time job, I had to treat it as my main business. Right? And practically everyone here works full-time when starting, and you have to weave it in somewhere to be able to live the way we want someday. So okay, what will I give up, what am I willing to sacrifice, and above all, why are you doing project 90? Visualize it. Why are you doing it? What will you do with the money you earn? We will show you in a moment how much you can earn in the first month of work. What will you do with this money? And what you will do, I don't know, draw it, write it down, print a photo and put it on the wall. Every morning you wake up and look at it. You have to remember it, because a leader can motivate you, but I, for example, am a leader who never motivates. Right, because we have to find motivation within ourselves, right? It only works for a while. We just have to know for ourselves why we are doing this, and we have to approach it like mature adults, take responsibility for our decisions. We make a decision, we said "a", so let's also say "z". So why am I doing this project and what will I do with this money. And now, what will these 90 days look like, because these 90 days once changed our lives in such a way that today we support ourselves from this business, that today we have not returned to full-time employment, and we support a nine-person family solely from this business. We were very tired at the end of the 90 days. Very. Once Sebastian's parents visited us, in the 90 project. Listen, unannounced. Well, you know, we had our goal, we just wanted to achieve it, so they waited a while, I made them coffee, I told them to be good, sit nicely in the living room and wait for us. They weren't offended or anything special, they weren't, you know, a little upset that, how come parents came to visit, and we're not taking care of them. We took care of them at the right time, and that's it. For about an hour, for 10 minutes, clearly, because I went, you know, it's that no one took our work seriously. Everyone thought we were sitting at home doing nothing. Sebastian, at the moment when we were already supporting ourselves from this business, heard from his parents that he should get a job, right? When he said that paper cost 40 PLN at the time of purchase. So, well, you will hear various things. Listen, and now, what will I do, what will these 90 days look like. If any of you want to use social media, this is the time for the first post. Yes, but the first post, in which we don't write what we do, but something intriguing, that I'm starting something new, because comments, likes, people are curious, they won't necessarily cooperate with you right away, right? But comments, likes, put these people on your contact list. Yes, these will be the first people on your contact list. You need to create such an intriguing post. Ask your leader how to do it. Maybe the leader will show you their post. I also made such a first post, that I'm starting something new. Follow me. Yes, I elaborated on something, I wrote. Write down what actions you will take, and especially for those who started here and wrote that they are "twos", what will you do more? Because if you are starting project 90 and you were initiating, for example, 10 conversations a day, then in the project, initiate 20 conversations a day. Simply do what you have learned so far, but just do more of it. Plan more time. Yes. Have you heard about Paweł's competition? Listen, I'll remind you, I don't remember on which Zoom anymore, but Monika Mnik, I don't know if she's with us or not, maybe she'll confirm in the chat. Did I hear correctly that Monika is initiating 100 conversations? I don't remember if it was per day or per week, but I think per day. So you know, so if you want to win in the project, and you know, the prizes will definitely be great, then Monika is initiating 100 of them. Weekly 100. Well, that's like us, we also, we initiate 20 a day plus birthday wishes, and from them we also initiate conversations. Well, so, so you have a reference, the same average, but recently these statistics are going better than mine, damn it. for the same amount. See. Well, okay, we joked. Okay, so what actions will be taken? If you are just starting, right? And you don't know what actions to take, don't worry, right? You will write down what we talked about earlier, because what actions? You will also find out tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, we will guide you step by step, right? But write down a daily plan. If you have been here for a long time, then you already know what to include in your daily plan. However, if you are just starting, then you simply plan time for this work, because if you don't plan it, you will never have time for it, because you will always say: "Because of the children, because the child is sick, because of the laundry, because of cleaning." Yes. I encourage you, listen, to write it down, because a large part of people don't even realize how the day looks. I always repeat this to new people who join, to write down their day practically to the minute, that they get up at 7:00 or 6:00, toilet 30 minutes, taking the child to school, all the details that you do on a given day, because this will also help you find time for work and, above all, eliminate time-wasters. I don't know, a phone call to a friend that lasts an hour, a TV series, Netflix in the evening, these are all time-wasters that don't bring us money, right? If you don't write this down, people often don't realize at all how the day passes. Exactly. So we focus on homework, in addition to the questions we asked earlier, on the plan, the daily plan. Yes, but listen, we only have until tomorrow. Tomorrow we'll move on to the next topic, right? This is project 90. We don't do tasks for a week. Besides, you can't even do that in school, right? If the daughter comes home today, she has to do her homework today, right? And she has to have it ready by morning, right? And we have a day here, we have more than in school. Listen, you have to put yourself in the role of a boss a bit, right? As if it were your business, you hire an employee and write down what needs to be done. And we're doing great at that, right? If you've been here for some time, you know perfectly well what to delegate, what to recommend, and so on, right? So write it down exactly as if you imagined you hired an employee and let them call 20 people, let them do this, this, and this. But the next day you have to step into the role of an employee, take that piece of paper and nicely do what you wrote, because what you write actually brings results. If you are a new person, then I remind you, don't worry that you don't know, you are now just planning your time. What Sebastian talked about, because tomorrow we will show you the next steps. Yes. And now listen, when you start, I would like you to remember, because there will be rejections. It's normal for people to refuse you. It's normal for some people to tease you, because you are going a different way. Some will call you a fool, but think about what price you are willing to pay for what we talked about at the very beginning, for what you don't want. If you eliminate from your life what you don't want, because remember that life is only yours and no one will live your life for you. No one will wear your shoes. And these are your decisions, only and exclusively your decisions, because you will have many advisors, but ask someone to pay your loan installment. No one will pay, so by what right can someone advise you? Because today people will tease you when you start, right? But when you achieve some position, you will drive a Mercedes, go on vacation, go on a yacht, because you will take a good place here, right? Because we have great motivational programs, and this is also happening. I have seven children, I've been on a yacht twice with Duo Life, so it's incredible, things I would never have experienced. And suddenly, when people see that you are experiencing such things and you don't even pay for them, because it turns out there are things you don't have to pay for, right? Well, suddenly everyone wants it, but you won't necessarily want it with everyone. You have to persevere. Make a decision. This is your life. And Seba likes a slogan like that horse from Homonto. Yes. Yes. Well, not from Homonto, but with blinkers. And you just go for yours. And before Sebastian starts showing you these calculations, important things, listen, you have to go to the leader. If something doesn't suit you, you want to try a slightly different method of work, because there are many methods of work. I've been here for 5 years and I'm still learning many methods of work, so you have to go to the leader, because this leader won't walk behind you. A leader will work with a person who seeks the leader themselves, who contacts the leader themselves, who seeks solutions themselves, an engaged person, so this is very important that you also communicate with the leader, right? And now is the moment when we will show you how to achieve and what position we will focus on with you now. Yes, listen, and I will just share my screen here. This is for new people and for people who are already here. If someone has been here longer, right, and hasn't achieved this position yet, then what, should we skip that person? Only the fast start skips, right? For the fast start. The rest applies to everyone. So we want to show you now, remind you of some important elements that have also changed, or for new people, so that you understand a bit. First of all, the settlement period, i.e., the period in which we are settled. So it's the period when we collect points, when we act, our point turnover is calculated not from the first to the end of the month, as it used to be in full-time jobs, for example, but our settlement period is from the 16th to the 15th of the next month, so as today is September 16th, it's the first day of the settlement period, and we receive remuneration for this period after 15 days, right? So always by the 30th of the next month we have the settlement of the payment, right? And it is credited to the virtual wallet. Listen, so this is our valid period when these settlements are calculated. The next thing here is points in the period. In fact, the points from our turnover, whether for recommending a product or for recommendations, are also valid until the 15th. So as you can see here on this slide, we can place an order for 500 points today. And it will be valid for 30 days, 29, depending on how these months add up, but generally until the 15th, right? Or until the 15th, but if, for example, we place an order not today, but, for example, on the 20th, then as you can see, it will also last until the 15th, right? So this is like our key element now, that these points will be valid until the 15th. That's why we also place the largest orders today, right? So we still stick to the 16th, because it's the first day of the settlement period, because as they say, how we start the settlement period, so we will finish it. If today we have point turnover in our offices and all people in our team are active, make sales, and so on, then today or tomorrow we will know where we stand, right? What position we have, how much we might be missing for the next position, and so on. So it is very important that on the 16th, with the entire teams, we really get involved and simply do these activities. And the system will prompt us nicely here, because if everyone does their own activity on the 16th, it can be sales, it can be a preferred customer, it can be a personal purchase, yes, all of this counts towards personal activity. If everyone does it on the 16th, all those who are already inside, then on the 17th you will log into the office. Now, when the system launches on the 22nd, you will see that the system will prompt you where you are missing something for promotion, so it will simply be much easier. Yes, you will be able to control your business more easily, and you will not see zeros in the office, but you will already see how and for what you are being paid. That's why leaders will often remind you that, listen, it's the 16th, let's unite, we are a team, let's do it all together. Yes, they won't remind you of this because, I don't know, because they are malicious, or they are rude, right? Or so that you don't, I don't know, do your activity, because it's mandatory. No, it's not mandatory. No one will be offended if you don't do it, but it will be for your own good. Because there was a situation when a certain guy didn't do his own activity for the whole month, and the leader simply didn't remind him. Yes, of course, the responsibility is the guy's, in my opinion, but there was a terrible argument. Why didn't anyone tell him, because he didn't get paid for it. Well, he didn't get paid a little money, listen. And he was very bitter that no one reminded him. Since then, leaders have been reminding about this, so please take it in the right way. Today, for example, if someone does their activity for 600 points, the company also strongly supports us, they get collagen for 1 PLN. Yes, so this is also a good opportunity. Agreed. Another thing, listen, is the discount structure. Maybe I'll jump a bit. And here it is good. The discount structure will be spread over five levels. First 4, 4, 3, 3, and 2. This is only the discount structure after recommendation, meaning each person from your recommendation will be placed directly under you in the discount structure. So from each person you register, whether it's a customer or someone to work with, for a minimum of 250 points, of course, that's the minimum, they will be entered under your first line. And now the company also has such a nice compression system. What does this mean? Well, you might wonder, because if we have large structures, or even larger, Paweł, then he has more depth in these lines than just five, right? So de facto, well, one can say that no one earns from these percentages from the sixth, seventh, eighth line anymore, right? But the compression causes that when a person in our structure in a given settlement period, i.e., between the 16th and the 15th, does not place an order for at least 250 points, or does not make any sale, they are not settled. Yes, so this discount percentage will not be credited to this person, but to the person above. So, in fact, one can say that the entire structure moves upwards, meaning only active people participate in the settlement of the discount structure. So even if you have people on the 10th level and that person on the 10th level places an order for you, and no one on the 8th, 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th level, then the 10th level moves up as your, let's say, second line. And simply put, if you are a person who does not do your own activity, then your career structure, discount structure will not be calculated, but the person above you will get it, and you want to get it, so that's why we monitor our own activity, right? Exactly. As I said, nothing happens without a reason and there are no coincidences, because with the change of the marketing plan, the company also changed the plan, the Quick Start motivational program, and it fits very well into our project 90, because as you can see, we also have 90 days for a manager. This is a visualization, so if someone is wondering what goal to choose, maybe this will also motivate them, because as you can see, there is almost 4000 to be won additionally. This is just an additional bonus. This is just an additional bonus. So if, assuming you achieve all these positions within the given period from registration, you win 4000. Yes? And this, listen, can be your plan for 90 days. So this is also important to consider as an additional bonus beyond the normal payment from Duo, which you have here, what would you do? You can write in the chat what you would do. The next element that also protects us very well and is also good from the company's perspective that they created something like this, are grace periods. So when you achieve a certain position, you are then settled for that position in the next period, even if you might not achieve the point turnover, so this grace period protects you. And as you can see, the higher the position, the longer the grace period. From International Director, it's even a year, so 12 months, so it's really great. Bonus share, we have 5.5% to share according to recommendations. One share, if you achieve a position, i.e., repeat it, or achieve a new position in a given settlement period. And further shares divided by the number of recommendations. In total, listen, we have six shares to win. Yes, that's it. And active recommendation. People who have been with us longer know this program. For new people. Listen, it's like this, if you recommend at least three people in a given period, meaning at least three people register from your link in a given period, you get 50 PLN for each of them. This is like an additional bonus beyond that. Yes, so for three people you have 150 points. For 500 points it's 100 PLN, so you have 300. When you bring in five people, in addition to this money of 50 PLN per person, you get 250 points. So as you can see, if you bring in five people for 250 points, you get an extra 500 PLN. Yes? So this is an additional bonus for you. And now listen, let's see what you wrote in the chat. Can I show the previous slide? I don't know if this is the one you meant or not. You will see it on the drill later. Oh, for 4000. I would dream of such a drill. Agnieszka for 4000. Agnieszka, will you be doing things with a drill? You have a lot. But look, what a normal copy. Oh, I would dream of one because I buy my husband things at home. Recently, a guy was with a drill, and Sebastian was promoting a drill in the store. I look at him and say: "No, no, my husband can't use it," and that's the end of the promotion. Sandra asks if points are equal to PLN. Yes, when it comes to financial settlement, it's like PLN. So if you see 150 bonus points here, it's 150 PLN. That's why it's solved this way, because this plan is international for other countries, so it's also calculated this way. One share is accepted. Well, we don't know that yet, right? And when it comes to share bonuses, we will never know that either, because it depends on the turnover the company generates, right? Because it's the global point turnover of the company, but the company did its calculations and analyses. We assume it's about 200 PLN, right? So at the moment we assume that this share will be around 200 PLN. So if you sum it up times 6, then from share bonuses you can earn 1000 PLN. Listen, but we are starting project 90. The harder we work, the greater the turnover we calculate, the greater the turnover will be, the greater this one share will be. So you know, we have to put effort into work. The greater the company's turnover, because we are like shareholders at this moment, right? The greater the company's turnover, the greater the shares we receive from the company's global turnover. So let's wish all structures the best, let them succeed, achieve the highest positions, because then we also earn more. Exactly. And listen, give a one in the chat if you want to see how much you can earn in the first month. If you are a new person and you started now, today, yesterday, two days ago, you didn't start today, because you can't register today, so probably yesterday, then give it. Oh, you are. Okay, so I will now share my helper with you. Okay, you should see my screen now. Let me know if you can see it, but you should see it, so I think it's okay. Okay. And listen, I will now break down for you how your earnings can look in the first 30 days after joining. Listen, this is practically for everyone, only people who have been with us longer do not receive the quick start. Yes, exactly. And now, the first item is earnings from margin, meaning for bringing in a new person or for sales, we earn a margin. It's from 15 to 30%, right? Depending on the prices at which you sell. We assume that we register people here for 250 points and recommend 10 of them. These will be the calculations, meaning we recommend 10 people in one month in the settlement period and they register for 250 points. Such a margin is around 100 PLN, so for bringing in one person for 250 points, the margin is about 100 PLN, because sometimes it's 80 PLN, sometimes 120 PLN. So we have, listen, 10 people times 100 gives us, sorry, wait, let me calculate this for you, Sebastian, because here it is 1000, right? So we have 1000. The second element is the share, meaning this is the share bonus for recommendation, and here we have six to win, because we have over nine people, so we have five plus for repeating, so we have six shares, so we have 6 times, let's assume it will be 200 PLN, right? So here we have, not to solve, meaning we have 1200. The third element, the third component of our payment, is active recommendation. Yes. And assuming we have recommended 10 people, we get 50 PLN for each of them and an extra 250 for every five people. So we have two extra bonuses, meaning we have 500 plus 10 times 50, so we have 500. 500, so we have 500, so we have 1000, right? So here we have 10 x 50 plus 500 plus 500, so we have 1000. Okay. The fourth element, and this is the element that actually only people who have been with us longer can miss, but those who have joined recently, have these 30 days, then this doesn't miss you. We assume that 10 people for D for 250 points gives us a turnover of 2500 points and personal activity for 500, so we have 3000 points. And for 3000 points, we advance to MLZ, which is Junior Team Leader. My activity for 500 at this moment, in order to participate in active recommendation and participate in the quick start, because in additional programs then there must be monthly personal activity for 500. But remember, this can be your purchase, it can be a preferred customer and sales from your store, right? Exactly. Yes, so we assume that we achieve MLZ within these 30 days, meaning in the first month of our work, we achieve MLZ, because we recommended 10 people. We achieved Team Leader within 15 days, because this is also the first requirement, and these bonuses also accumulate. Remember, it's very important that the bonuses for the quick start accumulate. So if we achieve Team Leader within 60 days, another bonus will be added. But we assume MLZ, we have 450 PLN. And the fifth element is the discount structure, meaning these are the percentages up to the fifth level that I showed you. Assuming we have brought in these 10 people, which gives us a turnover of 2500, that's our point turnover times 4%. Yes, because 4%, because all these people will be placed on our first line, so we will get 4% from them, and that's 100 PLN. And now let's sum it up. So these are five components that we can earn not only as a newly registered person, but also as someone who has been with us longer. Yes. And the total is 3750 PLN, and for a new person who achieves promotion. If we didn't achieve this promotion within 30 days, or if you were already registered, then we subtract 450 PLN, so we have 3300. What would you do with such an addition? I think for such an amount, even 3300, it would be quite enough for that drill. And listen, this is the MLZ position. Why are we focusing on this position? Listen, because it's only 3000 points. We previously achieved Team Leader in the old marketing plan for 8000 points also in a month with many people, so we are currently discussing only this one position. Oh, Rita would save for vacation. Well, Rita, then we're taking you to work. But we've already done it. Rita, Rita achieved Team Leader in the old marketing plan in the first 30 days, so you see, there were 8000 points to achieve. We are focusing here on 3000 points, and if you achieve this position, for example, after two weeks, after three weeks, or after a month, then it's best to arrange a meeting with your leader after the promotion and then set the second promotion, because we also calculated that if you achieved Team Leader, it's only 5000 points, we achieved it many times for 8000 points with people. Well, Team Leader in a month was over 6000, as in 6500, right? Yes. And we did the calculation for 18 people. So if we recommended 18 people also for 250 points, then the amount came out to just under 6000, 5580, I believe. That would be the earnings with so many recommendations with all the bonuses that were there. What do you think? Write what you would do with such additional cash after one month of work. Rita, well, we already know what she did. Does she have? I'll take a screenshot now. [laughter] Write. But obviously, to do this, you need a plan, you need to get to work. And we've already discussed this plan earlier, right? And in the coming days, we will show you what to do next, because the easiest way is a contact list, and tomorrow there will be a meeting where we will show you how to build such a contact list, and the day after tomorrow how to work further with such a contact list. Oh, Dorota writes that holidays are coming, there will be a rich Santa Claus. Aneta talks about vacations. See, it's achievable, but now for this week, we will show you step by step exactly what needs to be done. You just have to do it, right? And it's within reach. We just need to focus very hard now. Okay, listen, going back to such things, I don't know if you want to add anything to this part, because you're about to finish. E, listen, we have system changes, as we know. Today is the 16th, the virtual wallet still works today. You can pay for orders from the virtual wallet. We cannot register anyone today, right, but we pay for orders from the virtual wallet, and we have this collagen for 1 PLN only today with an order for 600 points. Yes, today is the 16th. We all place our orders, and on the 17th, 18th, you can place orders, but you won't be able to use the virtual wallet. What is also important here is that orders must be paid for. If any order is not paid by the 18th, it will be canceled. If we have any orders from the 15th, pay them by tomorrow, because remember that orders between settlement periods are only included in the calculation in the nightly calculation, so I don't know how it will be in the system. Just in case, let's pay for those from the 15th by tomorrow, so that they are paid by the 18th. Yes. And remember tomorrow's Zoom with the contact list. Okay, that's all from us. Maybe turn on your cameras, let's take some photos too, listen, because it's also nice if you have your cameras on, because you know, it's also nice if we feel the energy from you, that we see you, we see how you react. Someone is happy, someone might be sad, so it's also nice because, you know, we also sometimes need this energy from you to tell you various things, so it's nice, I see, wow, damn, I'm surprised now. Wow, you surprised me. Okay, let's take photos. Listen, I'll do all the pages, because today is really super, unusually, I see very nicely, well. I'm very happy. Many cameras are on, so it's nice. I think in the project, we should take care of this, because it's a very important element. I think for every presenter, whoever the next one is, it will be an important element to simply have these cameras on. We hand over the floor to the studio, because I see that Paweł is also with us. Yes, I am. My dears, a lot of valuable knowledge. huge inspirations that we received here from Sylwia and Sebastian. Of course, seasoned with personal stories. So, what is most important, because you know, we learn best through concrete examples, not just, you know, theoretical discussions. Here in our team, as you know, we have practitioners, so today I think it's an evening full of inspiration, full of notes, new plans, good energy. Listen, we also invite you tomorrow for the contact list. I think you will also receive unique knowledge here, for which, I think, in many teams people would want to be at such trainings, but they simply don't have access to such fantastic specialists as we have here. And I say this with full certainty, because tomorrow it will be conducted by a person. Listen, you will probably find out in the morning, I won't reveal it today. I don't know if, but I will tell you that it will be really mega concrete, so it's worth reserving your time for tomorrow as well, for the reason that you will be learning from people who are the best of the best in this field and do every day what they talk about. I wish everyone good luck. Thank you for today's meeting. Listen, I also want to, yesterday we talked about our platform, I'm still polishing it. We will also have Shape Coda in our platform for participants with videos, with materials. Today I uploaded everything, so really, a good time is coming. I think the month is also starting well. Let's remember today, if someone in your teams hasn't done their activity yet, to remind them. Sylwia and Sebastian have already talked about it, but it's important, because later the system, you know, won't be there, you won't be able to use the wallets, so that later it doesn't turn out that someone fell asleep, forgot, and would like to have the product now. All the best, good luck. Let's work together. If you have any challenges, questions, remember that we are also available for all participants of the 90-day program and see you tomorrow. All the best. Bye.
