All right, here we go. Welcome, welcome, welcome everyone. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Jennifer Osman. I am here with Pam Carpenter. I'm so excited to chat with you. Hello.

Um, I am going to talk a little bit about Pam and then I'm going to pass it to you. But first, how are you today, Pam? I'm doing great, thanks. Good. Good, good. Glad to hear it. Happy Wednesday. Wednesday. I have to check myself every time. I'm like, "What day is it?" It's Wednesday. Okay, good. Happy Wednesday.

All right. Pam is um a web development expert and founder of Website Rescue for a value pack session. We're going to be talking all about health coaches who want to grow their business without getting lost in the digital weeds. You have 14 plus years of experience helping entrepreneurs build sustainable, scalable websites and online systems. And you now lead the development behind Primal Sites, which is a done-for-you website platform built exclusively for Primal Health Coaches. I am so excited about today's conversation. We're going to dive right in.

Um, real quick, just a couple of housekeeping things. If you have a question for Pam as we're chatting, please drop it into the chat um or the Q&A box. The Q&A box is there, too. I'm monitoring both. Um, so drop your question in the chat. Um, I will push pause on the conversation every once in a while just to make sure you get your questions answered. We are here to help you. We're here to serve. We are here to answer your questions um all things primal sites and AI and websites and um super excited to chat. And so please do drop your questions in the chat. Make sure um that you are chatting with everyone um so that everyone can see your questions. Um, and yeah, we'll dive right in. So, thank you for being here. And in fact, drop a hello in the chat real quick so I know that uh it's working and I know that you're here. I see uh we've got quite a few people joining us. Awesome. I so glad you're here. Drop a hi in the chat for us. Hi, Tom. Thanks for being here. Awesome. Okay, perfect.

So, we will dive right in. Um, I am going to pass it to you, Pam. I would like to hear a little bit about your background and what led you to developing Primal Sites.

Okay. Well, I've been in the industry for a very long time. I don't we don't want to talk about how long because it's just not classy, but a very long time. And most of my clients over the years have actually been I started with real estate agents. So um and then I had uh some digital marketers come in and things like that and then more and more and more and more of them were health coaches. So I had worked with a gentleman named Ryan Lee and some of you in the health industry back from the old school might know who that is and uh just his clients started to become my clients and they were health coaches and then I began working with Primal Health Coach as their back-end web developer I think like seven years ago, six or seven years ago. So, it was just a natural fit. Nice.

Okay. So, I was going to ask you about what like why did you decide to focus specifically on supporting health coaches with their website? But it feels like kind of like with everything, it was just kind of a natural progression. It happened organically. Yeah. Yeah. It came to me. So, yeah. So, what's what's different about helping? You said you started with real estate agents. So, what what does that shift look like?

Oh, wow. Um, real estate agents can afford to be very self-focused. [Music] Health coaches can't. Interesting. And that's that's a huge thing. Plus, health coaches deal with people. Real estate agents and their sites deal with property. So, I didn't have to ever focus on a human element with that. It's all about making a house look presentable or things like that. Um, the marketing principles are very different, too. How cool. Which do you prefer? Are you loving working with health coaches? I like my health coaches. Awesome. Awesome.

Well, we're going to dig into in a little while about how Primal Sites works and and all the nitty-gritty of it, but um I would love to hear in your experience, what are the top three mistakes or roadblocks or challenges that health coaches run into when it comes to their websites.

Um, decision paralysis is has got to be number one because there is there's Wix, there's Squarespace, there's High Lee, there's Clickfunnels, there's this, there's that. And everybody that owns any one of those and uses those as their software platform, that's what they recommend. But they never ask. You can go into any Facebook group, including our Primal Health Coach alumni group, and see, hey, what platform should I use for blah blah blah. Everybody automatically spits back what they use. But the actual answer should be a question. Well, what's your business? What are your goals? What kind of clients are you looking for? How tech savvy are you? What do you want it to do? Um, and we get a lot of recommendations for all-in-one platforms. But that just means if if you have six different platforms in one, all of you are trying to serve the same client and your one vehicle gets a flat, nobody is getting to the client. Good point. Yeah. Yeah. It's it's a big deal. So then I'd say um check fear, took trauma is the next thing because everybody thinks they can't and that's not true. Some of us it's super easy. We can do it. I mean I I won't say I can do it in my sleep but I definitely dream about it. Um so for me it comes very easy but also anybody can learn the tech. However, is that the best use of their time? So, that's that's a big deal, too. And I think um they want too much too fast in the website. Um it is very true that you have a few seconds to get somebody's attention. But if I just met you and I vomited my life story on you from age five until now, that is not going to end well for me. So I think too much too fast. like they want to cram all of the stuff into the website and it and it creates a friction in a potential buyer's mind or a prospect or a client, however you refer to the people that you work with and and ultimately sell to because we have to stop being afraid to talk about selling stuff that we have to treat it like a dance and understanding where to put your feet with your website is is a big roadblock. How interesting. Okay.

Do you mind if we kind of dig into each of these and kind of address them?

All right. Decision paralysis. I could not agree more. I completely agree. As someone who tried to tried to to run my own practice for a while, I imagine that people on the call uh are are are in a similar situation. Either they are health coaches, they're thinking about becoming health coaches. Um decision paralysis. So you had mentioned that when you go into a Facebook group and you say, "What is your favorite? What should I use?" Everybody just says, "This is what I use." So what how do you overcome that? How do you how do you figure out I mean I I'm kind of leading to what I know the answer is going to be, but how do you overcome that decision paralysis?

Well, I'm the girl that answers the question with the question. What kind of business are you running? Yeah. Yeah. What do you want to do? What's your budget and timeline for developing? Because starting perfect doesn't nearly ma matter nearly as much as starting. If today you can afford whatever I think you can start for free like on Wix or Squarespace, if that's what you can afford today, go do that. Get one page, use a template, put your copy in, there's a tutorial for everything and do that. When you're ready to get more serious about it, then you start thinking about who are you marketing to? What do you want funnels? Are you a direct sales? Are you doing onetoone? Do you have multiple offers? All of these answers shape where you should where you should go with your website. And how do you know when you're ready to get more serious? How do you know when it's time to go from that easy button to okay, it's time to upgrade?

when you're ready for somebody to hire you today go and then built um I think it is important to have a website and we kind of design primal sites with that in mind that we have a basic system set up that we can use that can grow with you. So it's perfect if you are about to get your first client today. It's perfect if you have a 10erson group and it will be perfect and can grow with you a year from now when you have a hundred people in your community and you're looking to expand. So that's um that longevity is one of the things I always plan for. Nice.

I was actually going to dive into like what does Okay, I really want to listen hear about Primal Sites. What makes it different from a square aquar? And then um because we had we we I think it's going to lead into your second roadblock or or or obstacle for people which is tech fear. Um and that learning the tech I love what you said about is that the best use of your time you know as a health coach we have we wear all the hats if we're trying to run our own practice. So is it the best use of our time to learn all the tech and I can I can also you know raise my hand when I say the tech fear the tech paralysis that like this is yet another thing I have to master um stops me from action. So how so can you talk into tech fear and you can talk into how primal sites kind of addresses that.

Sure. Um the basic framework is already there for you. So you say yes and if you need help buying a domain or setting it, I do all of that part for you. So if you can type into a Google document, I can set up your website. That's and that's basically the requirement. And done for you is is it means that I do the tech part. However, what I don't have is your voice. So, that becomes a collaborative process that we build out together. And along the way, I've had more than one client say, "Oh god, I was so scared about this. You've made it so easy." Well, I tried to think about everything that we and I actually went through with uh Jen Robinson was our test subject on this. So I got a lot of feed and she was terrified and um about the tech part. So I got a lot of feedback from her and then back built in the things that were terrifying like if I touch something I'm going to break everything and that does happen sometimes but it's usually two clicks to undo whatever happened. So, um, but I think tech fear is one of the most legitimate fears that I've seen in people because I mean it's like public speaking almost. So, we really worked very hard to create a situation where there's somebody to hold your hand all the way through the process and I'm not afraid of the big bad wolf. So, well, that's such a relief. I mean, because I think what I'm hearing is that I love this, you know, being an expert in your field and being being a very very confident in what you do well, not needing to do all the things well. And so, I think again as a as a health coach who is wanting to start a private practice, you don't have a choice but to do but to all of a sudden become a jack of all trades. And I've heard this over and over again, and I've experienced it myself. Like, I went to school to become a health coach. That's what I'm passionate about. That's what I'm good at. That's what I want to focus on. But now all of a sudden, in order to be a health coach, I have to also be a tech expert. I also have to be an expert in SEO. I also have to be an expert in marketing. I also have to do really good on sales calls. I have to, you know, it is it's just it's it can be so overwhelming. So, what I'm hearing is that the biggest gift you can give is saying, "I'm the expert at this so that you can be the expert at this and let's work together to make sure that that your voice is heard." I think that to me, that's incredible to be able to say, "I'm just going to hand this to you. I'm going to hand off my I'm going to brain dump. I'm going to hand it to you and then we're going to work together to make it look the way I want it to look." Yeah. Yeah. because how it looks. I think I think that we uh maybe we talk about that in a bit, but how it looks. I want to know how it's going to sell for you first. Yes, I can make I can make anything for I can put makeup on anything, but I want to know how it's going to make you money because it's, you know, if we can take a little bit of the slope out of that uphill battle for people, then we're all winning. M.

Okay, let's pause on that. I want to come back to that. Let's not forget that. Um, I do want to make sure Frank gets the his this question. I love this question. He says, "Apologies if it's a dumb question. Never. But is this different from Primal Pro?" I was just learning about that yesterday. Can you speak into that, Pam?

Yes, it is different from Primal Pro. Primal Pro is the app that coaches can use that actually is a client-facing um I have it I don't have my phone with me because I'm doing this but I do I have Primal Pro like on my phone. So, that is a health coaching app that you should be using and selling to your clients and you can go in and customize the back end of that. And I'm not sure how that works because I don't work on Primal Pro, but that is a clientfacing app that as a health coach, you can put your programming into that and and sell to your clients. Yeah. So, sites is your web presence. So that's all about uh marketing your services, selling your services, getting leads, growing an email list. Primal Pro is actually a tool that you use to work with a client. Yeah, that's exactly right. Perfect. I hope that helps, Frank. Let us know if you have any follow-up questions to that. We're happy to help.

Um, so I want to dig into what you just said. I love that. Let's talk about the difference between a pretty website, the way we want it to look, and a strategic conversion focused website that sells. Um and I and I know you know it's funny because we can you had mentioned being people being afraid to sell and I think that that is a commonality amongst health coaches is that we are afraid to put ourselves out there and we are afraid to actually sell. So let's get into that. Do you want to get into that or should we let's maybe circle back to Frank's question. He did have a follow-up question. He says, "Should should we focus on Primal Sites before Primal Pro?"

Then that's going to be a decision that you have to make. But Frank, if you want to reach out to me directly, I'm going to share a document with all of you guys that I prepared. You are more than welcome to shoot me an email and we'll talk about what your goals are. It's just if you're already serving clients, then Primal Pro is where you should put your focus because that's going to give you a tool that lets you help people every day without committing any more of your time or your effort. you can help more people with less energy on your end and still get great outcomes for them. So, I am going to give you my contact information. I'm happy to discuss it with you. Perfect. Awesome. Excuse me. Yeah.

I kind of see Primal Pro as like if you have maybe clients that you're ready to kind of start working with. Maybe they're friends, family, or your your your starter clients, do Primal Pro. So, you have a program, a health coaching program to walk them through. And then primal sites is when you're ready to like have a website, a public facing website, right? Yes. Right. Awesome.

Okay, let's go back. Um, conversion pretty website versus a a functional one. Funny story. Website, please. I love I love stories. The ugliest sales page that I have ever built in my career grosses to this day. And I built this uh 11 years ago. She still grosses about 400,000 a quarter with that page. It is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. And here's the difference. Like because when I built this for her, I was definitely mostly a developer and a designer. I was not a marketing strategist. I didn't know then what I know now. So I built her a beautiful page with the exact same copy on it. She hated it and she said, "Oh no, this is awful. Use this template put." And it was an optimized press template, which is a really ugly platform. It's been around a long time. And do this. So I did what she said. And the difference is she knew her audience and I did not. This um this woman sells training to pass the MCAT, which is the medical college admissions test. Uh her audience doesn't give a crap about pretty. And they didn't want pictures. So her audience is rising college graduates who are about to apply to medical school. These people read for a living. They didn't need pictures they hideously ugly wall of text. She's never changed it. Oh, that's amazing. In 11 years, she hasn't changed a thing about that page. That's amazing. That's um that's it's just the craziest thing. So, I personally like attractive, clean, functional, fast websites. Uh the first thing we have to think about is somebody's thumbs. How many times are they going to have to scroll on mobile to to see a call to action? Ah, how many how many times does their thumb have to move? If it's more than once, they're not opting into your list. You're not getting their email address, and they are not going to buy from you. And more than likely, if they leave, they're not coming back. So, do we want attractive? Absolutely. We want something that reflects who the coach is and their style and their most of all the emotion that they want to convey to the people who are coming there. Nobody wants to to go to a health coach that they don't feel like that they can trust. So that part is important, but if you don't have the strategy behind it, pretty doesn't matter. So the intake call that I do with our primal sites clients, that's that's one of the first things we talk about. What's your goal? What do you want people to feel? What do you want them to see? And what do you want them to do? M and how are you how are you going to accept money? Oh, nice. And it sounds like in order to be well prepared for that intake call as well as, you know, to to um to the point of your story, knowing your audience really really well, knowing who you want to coach and and who they are, knowing your avatar intimately, it sounds like it may be really important so that you know you know what will resonate with them, right? Yeah. because that's not a that's not something you're going to be able to answer as the person who is creating the website. That's the something that that the coach needs to come into the meeting with. Right. Yeah.

Well, but and it's actually kind of one of the advantages that I work almost exclusively with health coaches. Mhm. So, if you c if you if I see on your form where you where you purchase because or when we get on the call and you tell me that um that you're a primal health coach certified and you have a certification in um the human microbiome, intestinal microbiome. I have a really good idea who not only who your clients are, I know just about how old they are. I have a fair guess that they have probably taken a lot of antibiotics. Then they have fallen out of love with western medicine and they're looking for a long-term solution that doesn't require them taking three pills a day for 14 days every other month because they're just decimating themselves, but they're sleepy. They have brain fog. So, I know these wow things, you know, and if you're a private fitness coach, you have people that struggle to move. some of them really struggle or if you're in functional medicine and those types of specialties. So that's just like one of the advantages of nit finding your niche. Exactly. That over time with working with people I've picked up a lot because I worked with functional medicine doctors and practitioners and things like this. So I have a pretty good idea about how to talk a coach through Yeah. what we're gonna do with the website. Yeah. you know your audience well so that you can kind of guide your audience into knowing their audience well. Awesome. And your audience today doesn't have to be your audience a year from now. And maybe it's not your, you know, you're allowed to. You're not a tree. You can move if you want to. And you're not a tree, you know, in where I live, the trees leaves change every year, you know. So, and you might get sick of some working with some clients. Oh, I love that. That's awesome. That's awesome, Pam.

All right, has a great question. Do you have a resource of keywords that most people are searching for for a health coach? What keyword tool do you recommend to do the keyword search research?

I chat chat GPT and I'm going to show you if we have time, I'm going to show you how to do that. Let's do it because Gabriel's asking for a demo of what you do. So, that's a perfect I'm going to turn off my video because of a bandwidth issue while I'm doing that. Is that okay with you? Absolutely. Okay, let me share my screen because I had prepared I have a document here for you and I'm going to go ahead actually and place this into the chat. Everybody should be able to access that. Just click on the link. But chat GPT uses something called structured language. And I'm actually even going to move my camera. Um so this is structured language but I have a special um bot here called GPT Oracle that I have already gone through and started a lot. So I want you to see how I prompt um that one of the best things that you can ever know about using AI to help you is what's highlighted right there. What is the best way for me to communicate this whatever to you for this conversation? It can be what is the best way for me to ask you keywords that people would use not just to search for health coaches in general but to search for you. So that is um you can ask the bot to tell you how to talk to it and it will and that's what I've done here and I can share this conversation with you too. So and you can see that the bot answer is the best way to communicate because you want to assign a role to the bot when you start and there's a template here. assume ro and these little bracketed sections that is what makes this structured language. So you're basically speaking in code and I have pasted these into um the the resource document for you so you don't have you don't have to struggle to remember it and I'm going to share this whole conversation. But what I've done here for you is tell it to assume a role. I've given it I changed the template to give it what I wanted and it came back and told me that the role is assumed successfully. That bot is now operating as a professional health coach and entrepreneur that specializes in gut health and microbiome restoration through primal health principles with a focus on women over 45. That's amazing. Can you scroll back up a little and talk about how you um how you uh sorry um edited the template?

Oh, okay. Yep. from and you can do it from here too because this I think this is going to force you guys to it might not force you to make a copy but please make a copy so that we have this one and um where any text editor I think I had mine over here in my little notepad thing on my computer and I just went and typed in what I wanted but you can also just copy and paste it blank right into the thing like this and type in the GP PPT window as well. Nice. But what this did for me and you guys will be able to read through all of it and it says once you send that. So I sent it a role and it told me that it understood the role and I asked it please provide a detailed demographic and psychoraphic profile for three potential target audiences who are in the market for exactly your area of expertise. Now it has given me those three. So we've got empowered Eva who's a high ticket client. I know how old she is. So I'm targeting women 50 to 58. They're going to be divorced or married with grown. They don't have kids old whatever. And here are their interests right here. So I know right off the bat just looking at that first and foremost even the bot the bot does know something about Primal because Mark name is in there. This is you can train these bots to recommend you just so you know. But um anyway, interested in biohacking, gut brain connection, and longevity. I know for a fact right this minute, if I am a gut health expert, biohacking, gut brain connection, longevity are going to be three really powerful keywords. Iliana, hopefully that answers your question. Um so this is one way that we can do this. And it even tells me where this client is going to thrive. Hightouch, personalized coaching, access to premium educational content, can invest 1,500 to 3,000 with no hesitation. I asked specifically for um their when I asked for demographic and psychoraphic. I also asked AI to consider their readiness levels and financial ability to commit to a program. So you can be very detailed about who you're looking for and the qualities that you want them to have. And it's the same way that health coaches, you use this bot the same way that you teach your clients to eat. Garbage in, garbage out. You give it a good prompt, you're going to get good stuff out. Garbage prompt, you're going to get garbage out. So, I end up with my three avatars. I want to kind of breeze through quickly because I know that time is an issue. And it gives me a matrix, a lovely little little table that I can see my avatars right there. And then it immediately asks me, hey, do you want a lead magnet, sales page language, or an email funnel tailored to these avatars? And I'm thinking, well, no, I don't even know what the offer is yet. How am I going to lead somebody down a path to purchase if I don't know where I'm taking them? So, I wanted to start at the end. So, let's talk about three levels of offers. And we want a low ticket offer, a mid-t offer for Sandra. So, I'm referring back to the avatars. And let's not assume ascension because ascension models don't always work. Everybody that buys your $7 ebook is not going to automatically become a client later for your $3,000 90-day coaching package. Um, so and I even told the bot that just in case the bot didn't know what I know that we want to create offers ideally in a way that all content is aligned to each avatar through a single overarching vision and mission for the business. And here's why that's important. Creating content is hard. Creating content for three different audiences isly hard. If we do it this way and we stay focused that everything is aligned with one overarching vision and mission, we can create individual paths without creating separate content for everybody who might end up on the highway with us. If that makes sense. Wow. That you create content once and you can still hit all three of your ideal client groups. Excuse me. And so the bot of course is gonna um kind of love you up a little bit and tell you that it does the the bot's very very good at that. So and I asked again please what's the best way for me to ask you about creating these offers the outcomes the promise the deliverables and the level of commitment and involvement from me. So, it gives me more structured language to use and tells me how. So, I kind of went on through I made some changes and you'll be able to read all of this. So, um the bot is horrible at read at naming things. I would never use this name for a pro of a product. But the premium gut health transformation intensive. It gave me a positioning statement, a core outcome and transformation and an offer promise. My deliverables, the format, what my role includes, four group calls a month, three private sessions per client, Voxer and voice messaging, and two hours a week admin time for reviewing their check-ins, labs, and customizing their content. Time-saving tips. This is my favorite part because I didn't ask for this, but I got it. Pre-record those foundational lessons about gut healing stages, primal 101, and a stool testing explainer. Automate the onboarding sequence with video walkthroughs and downloadable forms. So, I got a very night. It even gave me a pricing strategy and bonuses. Now to share with you out of these bonuses because I don't like creating content. I am going to tell the bot while you're watching out of um let's pause a moment and I'm going to tell it it's own the value stack bonuses. and I have my own idea about which uh which bonus is more powerful. Like I wouldn't even tell anybody about this until my cart was open. And this would come in an email on the day before my cart open that says, "Hey, you know, the first x number of people get this free one-on-one call." They would get that in an email, cart opens at 10:00 the next morning, whatever it is that you're doing if you got a launch plan. But I think um for me, that right there is probably the most powerful since I'm going to have to create this content for the program anyway. Why not give this piece away for free? So now, tada, the bot thought the same thing that 7day reset meal plan and grocery list because it's immediate, tangible value, low barrier to action, and it doesn't cost me anything extra to give it away. So now it's absolutely aligned with what I'm doing and for everybody because even Sandra and Wendy, my low and mid ticket avatars might like it. So that is um that is how I use the bot and you can go on with this Iliana and ask it about keywords and it will help you. It's amazing.

Awesome. Is there anything else you'd like to add before we before we move?

Well, no. I know we need to move on. And that's like that was my six minutes right there. I don't want to like suck up all of our time talking. No, I love it. I think it's amazing. And it really is because it's even look if I scroll down it's spitting out title for me like the midlife gut reset. That right there if I could it could have just stopped right there. The midlife gut reset, eat your way to better digestion in just one week. But midlife gut reset automatically tells anybody that looks at that, they can decide in a split second whether or not they're interested. Are they in midlife? No, they're not even going to look at that. They're going to just scroll right by. If they are and then they see gut reset, well, if they have brain fog, if they're tired, if they're having bloating and blah blah blah, then instantly I have their attention in a second. So, that's a pretty dog on good title. I would not use primal gut healing blueprint because the primal blueprint is copyrighted and I I don't like lawyers. So, so but it gives like this and it they will ask me it will create it for me in about five seconds if I just say yeah go ahead and create it and give you an email sequence. Amazing. Yeah, it's a cool tool. Yeah, I I agree. I'm a big fan. That's awesome. Gabrieliana, I hope that helps. Do you guys have any follow-up questions about that? Or I'd love to hear from you guys in the chat, too. How familiar and comfortable are you with using chat GPT and AI? Is this like beginner? Have you have you have you dipped your toes? Have you used it yet? Do you feel like you're familiar with it? Are you an expert at it? I'd love to hear hear kind of where we are with using AI, our comfort level. Frank says, "I know of it but haven't used it." Yeah. Leiana says, "I use it, but I'm always surprised by what things you can do that I didn't think of, such as this." I agree. I agree. Yeah. Roiy's a beginner. Okay, cool. Nigel's used it once, need two more. Yeah. So, um, this that was an amazing demo. I would say, you know, in my opinion, it makes a lot of sense to go in and play and play. Um, Brendan uses it for workout and diet recommendations to change things up. So, yeah.

So, Pam, talk about how for the for beginners, you know, that was to me the perfect demo like dive in, do what Pam said, use that, get comfortable with it. Do you have any other tips for kind of beginners with using AI chat GBT?

The the biggest thing is understanding how to ask like ask good questions. As health coaches, you guys get trained to ask good questions. Asking somebody what they ate for seven days. Sure, that has some merit. Asking them, hey, how did you feel when you had that boxed pasta with the homemade organic tomato sauce? How did you feel about that? like how did you feel after that? Were you tired? Were you sluggish? Especially if you're doing elimination and things like that. You guys ask great questions when you're in it with your clients. It's the same thing with this bot. But the beautiful part here is that you can ask the bot how to ask the question. You tell it what outcome you want. Hey, I want to know this. What's the best way for me to ask you to get the right answer? Yeah, that's one thing I don't know if I even thought about before was was asking asking the bot how to best communicate with it, right? And you know, for our primal sites clients, there is an actual training on creating your website copy with AI in the in the course program because I created like a lot of training in there. So there's like there's a training because people don't they don't like to write copy and it's a challenge. So it's it's a helpful little training to you know to to give everybody a boost. Yeah.

Okay. So I want to shift the conversation to that. I'd love to talk more about the Primal Sites training. How to get started? What does it look like to sign up? Um, let's dive into the actual Primal Sites course.

Okay. Um, I don't have that open. Do you know I think I'm enrolled though. I think I'm enrolled in that. But I do have um I do have like the Primal Sites page open where all of the information and I've got a short link that I'm going to put into Oh, I know. I put it in here. Awesome. Um, but I will paste it into the um chat as well for a just a click and go. Um, thank you. Yeah, that would makes it just easier for everybody, especially if you're using a phone. But it who it's for, who it isn't. We are going to be changing some of this language just so you guys are getting some insider information. And Aaron and I talked about this last week that this right here is the most intimidating thing on the page in just 10 days. People are horrified by the 10day thing. Well, what that actually means and it isn't clear here is from the time you can get your things to me, I will have a website back to you within 10 days. So, but people and I think it's because of the helping profession, health coaches are natural helpers. So, they assume that, oh my god, how am I going to get everything to her in 10 days? How am I going to write X pages of website copy and get all these pictures and do this and do that? The 10 days is for me. But when helpers read that, they assume my burden for me. And so what good insight that is. Yes, that's very interesting. Yes, we're going to definitely have to change that. But basically how it works is once you purchase, you have a design. There are four templates down here. I think I'm going to be swapping this one out or maybe building some new ones. But um, you send us your info. So what actually happens is we've changed that process. You make the purchase, you get on a call with me. I set you up with a Google Drive folder that has a document for every single thing you need in it that all you have to do is type in. There's a folder to upload your images, all of it. Um, and then we build your stuff. We talk in between. I do have some uh clients right now that are um have visual challenges, so there have been more calls to to do with them. um because they simply needed more support. So I don't limit anybody to a single it's not like you can only talk to me once and you have to Oh nice. And so again once we have all your details your website will be ready to launch within 10 business days. You are not under any pressure to perform inside of 10 days. That's on me. So um but anyway, what is inside? So there are the five core pages. The homepage, an about me page, a work with me page, a book a call page, a contact page, and then a blog if you want blog posts in there, and then your legal pages, terms and condition, privacy, policy, and disclaimer. And Primal Health Coach actually had their uh legal staff draw those templates up. So those templates are there just all you have to do is customize those to fit your business. And then we even built out some quizzes which make great lead genen tools. Um if you don't have an ebook already, you we we can help you. Um and then email templates. Uh, I have like a an opt-in sequence that's there, Canva templates, and um there's a lead genen and a salesunnel built in there, as well as I put uh like a shopping cart there that the user can just connect it to Stripe or to PayPal, whatever, you know, payment gateway they use so that they can take payments right through their website. Wow. And again, all of the scary tech stuff about hooking things up, I do all of that part. It is scary. You're right. It is. Yeah. Because Well, I mean, if I told you, hey, listen, I need your API code and your secret secret key for Active Campaign so I can connect uh your CRM to your website. Most people look at me like I just grew a second head when I say that. So, if I say, "Hey, listen. Here's a quick Loom video of how to add me as a user in your active campaign so that I can go get the information I need to hook it up." And this vid the video is three minutes long and if you just follow these steps, you can add me and it's not a problem. This is truly incredible. I will tell you just as again as someone who as a health coach who tried for a long time to have a private practice, this would have been an absolute gamecher. This is just because I'm I think I broke things a million times and I and I know that I uh I was I got very fed up with having to feel like I had to learn the tech. And so this is incredible. And so there are videos in the course though like about how to how to buy a domain, how to how to set up a hosting account or how to get us to post for you, how to quick quickly create a business logo. Well, I can tell you how to do that because I gave you a bunch of templates. So if you don't have a logo, you can just go into a free Canva account and click and find the one you want and that's it, you know. So all of those um email or all of those trainings are inside um for the things that the client does have to do. We try to make that as easy as possible. So um there's an FAQ list on here. I'm definitely not going to go through that. But one, this is my favorite. I don't know. I like this one a lot, but I think this is my favorite of the templates. But you'll see that there's actually all of the rest of them have dummy text. This one I actually used AI and created Poppy for this site. So this is all AI generated that. So chat GPT wrote all of this for me because I gave it the role of a primal health coach and told it what to do and that's it. And this is kind of a fun website but if if you just want to see like an about me page and so your value statement which is the mission statement that I was discussing with Chad GPT right there like you know I help people reverse Well, I would never say this if I was a health coach. Type two diabetes, like that's that I'm way way over in the gray legal medical area when I say that, but I help people get their A1C under control. I help people improve their whatever, you know, but whatever. And um and then just some little blurbs and stuff like that. You can have a popup that like you can put a popup video in there. And I wonder I don't think Jen would mind if I'm going to close this one out because I think we started here with this template just to give you an idea what's possible. We started here with this template for uh Jen Robinson's site and her site is so beautiful. I'm like just ridiculously excited about it. And she had So we started with this template. Um, let me just cancel that. And I think I spelled all of that right. I can't see my there. So, we started with this blank template and we ended up here. And each one of these links to her programs and I actually have this one. So it's and it's awesome because she Jen Robinson plans all my meals for me. So and that's just fantastic. But everywhere it leads there's a call to action all over the place here. So oh her calendar thing isn't working. I have to tell her but she you can come right here. you can go and take the quiz and it's right here. So, and then you know it's it's very uh this is so much of her personality, her story. Um the things that she does, but that's, you know, there's her little recipe book here. It stays in the footer. So, everybody, there's a chance on every page for her to capture somebody's email address. and the work with me page. We did an extra page for her because she does a lot of public speaking. So that's also possible. And then you know her programs are here and the products that she is an affiliate for. So all of those things can get included. There are you know hundred ways for you to make money with your website that don't involve you actually selling anything. like if you're scared. But that's just uh just a little bit of what's possible. Wow. It is so it is so amazing. I'm like blown away by how wonderful this is and how easy it is to be able to take this off of your plate as a health coach and say here I need help with this. Let's build this together. So um as people go through the course, you mentioned earlier you know that you said they get more than one call with you. What does that look like? what's kind of your role hands-on um you know as people are moving through the course and then maybe um afterwards what does the support look like?

Yeah, they don't actually even have to take the course if they want to because it's just a thing that we provide. So we do offer um ongoing maintenance. We offer hosting that is it's obviously an an additional cost but it's a really reduced cost for primal health coaches. So, we're there, but I don't ever turn my clients away. My um my philosophy about that is I don't ever let money get in the way of business. I serve people, not bank accounts. So, so um when you have a good relationship with people and this is your website is an intimate thing. you are putting your face out there, your reputation, your, you know, a lot of us when we start out in business, our friends and family, they say they believe in us with their mouth, but behind our backs at the family picnic that we don't go to, they're like, "Oh my god, I don't know what the hell she's doing. She must be crazy." You know, we've all been through that. And that fear, I think, is just inherent in all of us. So, as we go through this process, especially if it's your first website ever, you don't want to do that with somebody who doesn't isn't willing to be in a relationship with you. So, the additional calls, the the intake call is absolutely a must. I have to know who you are. I have to talk to you and understand your business. But if you reach out to me next Tuesday and say, "Hey, listen. I'm not feeling comfortable with what we discussed last week. Can we hop on a call? Or hey, can I you? Do you have a boxer? Can I send you a text? Yes. To all of those things because communication is just the most important part of of getting the outcome the right way the first time. Wow.

Pam, it sounds like you are very good and very passionate about what you do. It seems like you're you're doing an amazing job. I love Jen's website. Looks fantastic. Thank you very much. I love it, too. Yeah. Awesome. All right. So, you dropped the link to uh the Primal Sites website so that people can learn more and sign up? Is there anything else before we wrap this up? Is there anything else that you would like to to talk to them about?

Real quick, I says, "I built my own website and it's in a first draft stage. Would you provide a service to evaluate my site and provide recommendations on improvements? I don't want to start over with a primal site since I've already done so much work." Great question. Yes, my email address is in the Google document. Uh the link is in the chat and I'm actually just going to copy it. I'm going to copy the link and just send it to you directly. Great. And you go ahead and copy and paste it out and my email address is in there. Just shoot me, you know. Yeah, I'm happy to do it. Amazing. All right. drop that there too. Awesome. Thank you so much.

So yeah, is there anything else as we wrap up? Is there anything else that you would like to to mention? Anything that you want to leave them with as we uh start to con consider using Primal Sites?

Um, no. I I just hope you feel empowered that they're not everybody in the world that works on the other side of the computer screen is a jerk because I know we've all had those, too. And um and don't be afraid to start without a go sell your stuff. Period. Just go sell your stuff and when you're ready for a website, we're ready to help you. Amazing. Awesome.

Well, thank you so much. What a wonderful conversation. What a wonderful demo. Um it feels like that was very actionable. There's so many things that we could pull from that. And um and again, Pam is obviously there to help. If you guys are interested in primal sites, she is going to be an amazing resource for you. So, thank you for the conversation today, Pam. Awesome. Thank you so much for having me. All right. Have a good one. Bye.
