Todd White Responded to Mike Winger. It Was Not Great.

I haven't lied one time in 16 years about anything ever. So, I've honestly I've been saved for 18 years. I have not lied for 18 years. Yeah.

Hello and welcome to the Minor Prophets podcast. I'm John Mark Baker. Today we're going to be looking at Todd White. He has released a response to Mike Winger's video that Mike Winger released a couple weeks ago. It was very long, but by Mike Winger's standards, not so long. Actually, it was only over 4 hours or something like that. Mike Winger went in excruciating detail laying out a very strong case for a third-party investigation into Todd White's ministry, Lifestyle Christianity. He's created a petition asking people to sign it to call for Todd White in Lifestyle Christianity to release people from their NDAs so that they could speak freely about what really is going on with uh Todd White's ministry. He elucidated the fact that there were issues with rage and lying and potential funny business going on with the finances.

Um, now these are alleged by former staff like the former CEO of Lifestyle Christianity, Robert McKini, and others who very bravely have gone on record to try to hold Todd White to account. He's had four iterations of his executive team quit on him because of his lack of integrity and the utter lack of accountability that is present at Lifestyle Christianity. Now Todd has finally responded to Mike Winger's video. Let's take a look at what Todd has to say.

You know, for my Christian life, I've tried to stay very, very close to the Lord and I'm very thankful for that. But he's been firmly just confirming to me over and over and over again. And he's shown me where people have felt hurt or unseen. And there are people out there that are wounded or distanced from God. And it's through my leadership. And I am deeply sorry. I've asked you to forgive me. And I ask you once again. Repentance to me isn't just a word. It's actually changing the way that you think. And it's thinking from God's perspective towards a situation. And sometimes at the pace and the way that we were running and trying to make sure that we got everything done, sometimes that is something that falls to the back. And I take full responsibility for any confusion, all pressure, any kind of pain that I might have caused in our journey to try to get things done. You know, repentance isn't just a moment.

So, you can already hear kind of where this is going. He's saying, "This is our journey to get things done." He's saying the mission is super important. Um he acknowledges that it is through his leadership that many people got hurt. He's not very specific about what it is about his leadership that has hurt people. Um like I said, the accusations are very very serious, very extreme allegations of of lying, of financial mismanagement. These allegations are very serious. um they they don't need to be apologized for only it it there's got to be some action. Bear in mind people are still being held by the NDAs. So he's saying you know I've hurt people through my leadership. You have an opportunity now Todd to release people from the NDAs and begin to change the type of leadership that has led to people being hurt. That's one practical step you could do. The other is uh pay for a third party investigation into your ministry. That would be a practical step. Now, he's beginning to say uh repentance is more than words. And so, let's hear what he has to say about that.

It's an actual continued lifestyle of surrender. And I welcome correction and the people around me to actually give me that. I don't want just yes people. I need people that want to see this go forward in the best way that we possibly can. And I am so thankful for wise counsel and for people that have been in my life to be able to point things out and to bring that to the light. And this is so again, he's had four iterations of his executive leadership team um resign on him because they couldn't hold him to account. We have um reports that his the people who were trying to hold him to account were being pressured to just resign to to quit because um you know it's not really their job to hold him to account. He's the big leader. And like I I think that he's saying I have people who are holding me to account. He's not explicit about who those are. And Robert McKini was one of those people who was trying to hold him to account, has been trying to hold him to account, and has found it necessary to now go public on Mike Winger's channel in order to continue to try to hold hold Todd to account. And he's saying he's thankful for those people in his life. Um, you know, then release those other people from their NDAs. It's an amazing time and I am thankful that I have that and I am so sorry that people have been hurt. I want to make sure that I bring into context the reality of the timeline in this because this isn't a 20 year or 30-year thing. First I've only been saved for 21 years and we didn't move here until 2016. Moved to Dallas in faith. In 2018, we purchased a building and we had school growth and all these students in order to nurture and we tried the best with what we had and the pace was really really really fast. In 2020, you know, we launched a congregation during co on Yonapour, which when I look back, that absolutely happened way more quickly than grace allowed. And I moved with zeal ahead of grace and unfort

now he's saying he's moved ahead of of the grace and he went too quickly. I wonder if he's really looking inward to find out what was driving him to do that. And Todd, I don't know if you're watching this, but I I would urge you to to really look inwardly. Is there a root that is causing that type of behavior? Because something like that, it is usually a deep insecurity in the heart of a leader that manifests itself in much more unhealthy ways than just going too fast. It might be the same thing that would cause you to kind of arrandise how you're fasting or whether or not you're taking medications, how many medications you're on. Um, you know, like these types of things that really do have impact on people's lives. I think that this is this is really important to look at.

When you do that, even though you have a goal in mind, there's people that get hurt along the way in 2021. I actually was diagnosed with congestive heart failure about a year later. So September we launched the congregation and then a year later around Thanksgiving I am in the hospital with congestive heart failure. And I am so thankful that Pastor William Hinn was here. And when I came back after about a 100 days of being absent, when I came back, William had nurtured the church. Amazing. And I am so thankful. And I took the stage and told everybody that William's your pastor. And I am so thankful for what we started here. And William was able to nurture, which was really amazing. And I am very thankful for that. Guys, what

the pace that you're running doesn't matter. You're the leader. you're the one who set the pace. Um, and your intention isn't important. Um, it is how you affect people.

I really have learned from this is that you can really move ahead in zeal without wisdom. And that's exactly what I did in this case. And honestly, we need to have a

I'm sorry to interrupt this so so frequently. He's not just accused of not having wisdom and just a lot of zeal. He's accused of being dishonest. Um, and that's a different thing.

Culture established and formed intentionally instead of trying to find the culture after you've built and we fell short. And unfortunately, the consequences of that is expectations were unclear. Therefore, they were never met. Some carried way more weight than were supposed to and others lacked proper support. Fatigue, misunderstanding increased, and wounds surfaced, both old and new. I'm sharing this in context not to excuse anything, just to share where I came from. I wasn't trained in large ministry. I came out of the itinerate background knowing that God loved me. And my heart cry is to make sure that everybody knows that they're loved by God and that they can share their faith openly everywhere they go. You know, and launching a church, I stepped out of my lane and the grace that's on my life. and with that caused strain and disappointment. And God has since just realigned. And I am so thankful. You know, accountability is such a big deal having people around you that can speak into your life. And I never wanted to be above that. And I am so thankful that God has given me that. And I have those people that can do that. And I am so grateful for the team that we've had for the last two and a half years. The present stability that we have because this has been absolutely the most fruitful time we've ever had. We actually have

Okay, he's going to shift into talking about how fruitful and amazing his ministry is right now. Uh this is an unfortunate still for Todd. Sorry, buddy. Now, while it is excusable to be ignorant and to bite off more than he can chew in ministry, what we're seeing now are accusations of deep character flaws that are disqualifying for a minister. The lying, the manipulation, the raging out, the all of these things. It's not that um you know, I got in over my head. It's that these are major issues that your new situation revealed and then when those were brought to your attention on multiple occasions by those who are close to you rather than deal with them um then you know those people had to leave. They were made to leave and that's really unfortunate. historical student growth. Right now, we're almost at 400 students. Now, that's in person and online. And the retention rate, which is the most important part because that means a student's not just coming for a little bit of time. They're actually coming and signing up for second year. And second year, actually, this year is the biggest that we've had as far as the interest in internship in third year. You know, doctrine is really important. The standards of doctrine are very important and we want to make sure that our students get a top-of-the-line education. Last fall, we were able to get accreditation. We were able to get accredited to give people a degree in biblical studies. They can come here for a two-year associates degree. Just this last year, we had record partnership involvement because of our shared national vision about

So now, you know, he's man, this is this is not good. He just uh finished up his apology portion of this video where he was talking about how he's hurt people. Um he's saying he's sorry. He's asking for forgiveness for that. um you know whether or not that forgiveness is granted is not for me to to adjudicate. I'm not I'm not his judge and I'm not one of the people who have been wounded by him. I'm just looking at this as part of the body of Christ and trying to determine whether or not this is a trustworthy minister that I would recommend to people and I would say until there's been full ownership over the specific accusations that have come against him and then there has been restitution made and there's there's actually like I I think he's got to sit down for ministry. I man he's like this isn't something that can go you can just go on um these are serious serious accusations and we're going to get we're going to go through them here in in just a minute but he says doctrine is important. Yes. Yes. Doctrine is doctrine is very important. Um, and when you say I haven't lied, you know, for 15 years or um, you know, like I've basically claiming to have been perfect, uh, or sinless. I mean, other times he's contradicted that and said, I'm not perfect and I'm not sinless or whatever. But he then makes these sweeping claims like, I've never violated my conscience. Not one time since he's been saved.

Yeah.

I haven't had one day of guilt or shame. Every day I get to CAST OUT DEVILS. EVERY DAY. EVERY DAY I get to see the sick healed. Every day. That's a doctrinal issue that needs to be repented of. When we look at the kinosis issues where he's he is stating that Jesus is laying his divinity aside, that's a doctrinal error that I know he's been corrected on and has not maybe just hasn't really gotten the importance of that and how it was being articulated incorrectly. But that's a serious doctrinal issue. And the reason that it's so serious is it has downstream effects. I've seen this happen in circles that are adjacent to Todd where they will say, "Yeah, Jesus wasn't God when he was on the earth." You know, he was God before and then he stopped being God for a time and then he became God again. And I'm just like, this is not that's heresy. That's heresy. That's not okay. Anyway, um we'll keep going here.

The United States saved because we believe that America needs to come to the feet of Jesus. Our major push is the power and love schools that we do. And in 2026, we're actually going to be able to equip 20,000 people in the 12 month span. 20,000 people to be able to share their faith. And if they share their faith only three times a week, that is 3.1 million people being able to hear the gospel. It's so important that we become witnesses in the church. We need to witness for Jesus. Every day you're witnessing something. You're either going to witness for the world or you're going to witness for Christ. And our goal is to be able to teach people how to witness for Jesus Christ. Uh listen, this is the thing that I appreciate about Todd is I do think he is genuinely passionate about Jesus. And if that passion had been accompanied by real sound teaching, real mentorship and um slow growth rather than being immediately catapulted into the public limelight where he was a superstar, um maybe maybe that gift could have been uh really cultivated into something amazing and special. And it's so unfortunate what we're seeing right now because I honestly I honestly think that this could have been avoidable. This is why the scripture says, "Do not appoint a novice lest he become puffed up with pride and fall into the same temptation as the devil." I think honestly this is what we were seeing with Todd White. Somebody who was thrust into the public eye into Christian leadership far before he was ready. Um that's that's really sad and um really a tragedy in my view.

Just so that you know, there's been 10 years of this ministry putting video after video after video out there just because we want to see people understand what this looks like practically. And thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of people have been impacted all over the world. I go to other countries, get off the plane, talk to pastors, talk to people, talk to security, talk to all kinds of people that tell me that the impact of the videos and what they've done and it's been able, they've been able to step out in their faith and actually believe that God is going to save souls. And I think honestly, I'll say this, Todd White has been in my life very inspirational to encourage me to share my faith, to pray for the sick, and I've seen God do great things. Um Todd White has has really um done good in in my life. There's been some other things that I've learned from Todd White that I've had to unlearn. The gospel of hey, you're amazing and God loves you is is not the gospel. That's not the gospel. That's not sharing your faith. Um but you know, that aside, and you know, the the leg lengthening thing, that's that's not above board. That's not okay. And yet there are good things that I have um learned from Todd. And man, that's still is terrible. I'm sorry. This is not good. I'm saying good things about Todd and this is the still. And so like the the reality is it's not been all bad. Some of those videos were really encouraging for me personally. And I've seen people come to Christ because of being inspired. when I was a young man watching Todd White videos, being inspired to share my faith and seeing God do amazing things. And I think that that's true of countless people all around the world. Um, and that's what makes this so important that there's real accountability here because these behaviors, these cracks in the foundations, these uh chinks in the armor are they are going to have ramifications around the world because of the influence of of of Todd. And that's why it is so necessary to heed correction when it is brought to you the first time to humble yourself and and to repent because if you don't the damage that can be done especially with the greater influence that you have is enormous. I think that's what we're all about. I think that's what the whole body of Christ is about. I think that that's the main goal is we want people to be saved. We want them to come to know Jesus and we want them to go and be in heaven with us eventually. We want hell empty and heaven full. And that is super powerful. And I just want to thank you. If you have swn into this, if you have prayed for us, if you have watched the videos, if you've shared the video with somebody else, you're a part of what's happening right now. And there's fruit laid up into your account because you are a part of everything that we do. To us, culture matters way more than expansion. and we have a very healthy leadership team and they have decades of experience and I am so

man he's got a healthy leadership team now I don't know who's on that leadership team but he's had several iterations of a healthy leadership team that and he was the unhealthy link in the chain. Um so if if he's still on the leadership team I don't know that I believe that it's a healthy leadership team. I'm sorry. I just don't believe it.

Thankful to have those type of people here because we need mothers and fathers in the body of Christ. And these people have really helped us to be able to create a healthy culture, you know, in going after the Lord. And even in this time, it's caused me to run into him. And I am so thankful. The Lord's called me. I mean, he called me out of drugs. He called me out of all the things that I lived in. He changed my life. He gave me a wife and kids and I'm running the race and I'm going to go after it with everything that I am with humility, but I'm still going after Jesus. And he gave me this verse and I want to share it with you guys.

Now, before he reads the verse, here's what I would like to say. If he's really serious about running after righteousness, release people from their NDAs. Invite a third party investigation. Maybe they'll clear him. and and the accusations uh have been unfounded. I don't think that that's going to be the case. I I we've have many many witnesses. Um but the reason that he's he's not is is telling. What he's saying here is I'm not going to submit to the accountability that has been called for by my four previous iterations of of leadership. I've got a new team and they're really healthy and I'm just going to move forward and and I'm not going to pay attention to these accusations that have come against me by my own team. Um, man, that's that's not what repentance is. Acts 20:24, but my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for the finishing the work assigned to me by the Lord Jesus Christ. He's assigned me work and for me to live as Christ and to die is gain. And I need to go after this with everything in me because he saved me from darkness and he translated me into the kingdom of the son of his love. Guys, I just want to say thank you so much. Thanks for being a part. Thanks for praying for us. Thanks for lifting us up. So, he's assigned me work. So, I'm just going to keep going and uh God's called me. Um so, let's look at this then. Um, this is the open letter that was uh written uh by multiple witnesses. The original one that Mike Winger uh posted on his YouTube channel, an open letter to the church concerning Todd White. Over the past several years, we have closely observed Todd White both publicly and privately. Many of us have worked with Todd in various capacities as part of his staff, leaders within his ministry, former leadership of Lifestyle Christianity, board members, and executive team members. Each signatory of this letter has known Todd for years, with some of us sharing a close relationship with him. Todd has even referred to some of us as his friends over the years. Individually and collectively, we have made numerous attempts to hold Todd accountable and address the troubling aspects of his conduct, which we believe to be marked by deception, exaggeration, embellishment, and manipulation. Despite these efforts, we have witnessed behavior from Todd that is both disappointing and at odds with the image he presents to others. Watching someone we once admired act in ways that contradict his professed values has been profoundly disheartening. We write this letter not from a place of bitterness, but from a desire to protect others. We hope to prevent others from experiencing the potential faith-shaking disappointment that we and many others have felt after getting close to Todd. Remember, he said he has 400 students both in person and online. Um, and the retention rate is is increasing. Our greatest wish is for Todd to sincerely repent, return to his God-given purpose, and walk in humility. While Matthew 18 provides clear guidance on handling situations like this, we believe that speaking out is now necessary to alert the church. Many of us left lifestyle Christianity years ago due to Todd's actions, hoping that he would change. Unfortunately, his behavior has only worsened over time. It is important to clarify that our concerns with Todd are not regarding the doctrine of the gifts of the spirit, miracles, or signs and wonders. We believe in these wholeheartedly. Rather, our concerns lie with Todd's integrity and character, which we find increasingly troubling. Be below is a brief list of the countless issues that disqualify Todd as a teacher of the gospel. Todd preaches a lifestyle he does not personally follow. Todd preaches against sin and being free from sin. Todd is the most prolific liar any of us has ever been around, and he lies about lying. Although Todd claims never to lie, he says he hasn't lied since he's been saved, he has often been caught exaggerating the truth, fabricating stories to enhance his own image, and sometimes even creating narratives that turn people against each other to protect himself from exposure. He has a way of portraying himself as a victim when confronted, and his convincing demeanor often helps him evade accountability. Todd has been caught in lies regarding who he's with, what he was doing, contradicting stories and testimonies, lying about what people say to turn other people against each other. And in many other ways, he embellishes stories and pressures people into sharing testimonies that he can record. Todd, I mean, that's a big deal. Pressuring people into sharing testimonies for to to record. That should never be done. Todd was involved in a domestic violence incident. I'm not going to get into that. I um you know, it's important for people to know, but I Yeah, Todd's culture of manipulation and control has led to four of his executive teams leaving over the past four years. His ministry has had dozens of people quit directly because of his behavior or character. Todd has lied about what funds were needed for or would be used for on multiple occasions. For example, one of us has documented instances $20,000 for medical vest that was never purchased and $100,000 was given to the ministry and was told it would be used for the children's ministry that saw no improvements and was sub uh subsequently shut down within a year. So, where did that $120,000 go is the question. The ministry spent an absorbent uh amount of money. I think it's uh exorbitant is what they meant to say. The ministry has spent an exorbitant amount of money for his personal security, even arranging for a daily escort from his car to the lifestyle building. This continued until financial difficulties forced the ministry to scale back on such expenses. Todd asked other ministries to write checks directly to him instead of to lifestyle, violating established protocols agreed upon by the executive team. Todd on various occasions has accused people of trying to steal his ministry instead of dealing properly when confronted with these actions. Todd regularly misrepresented the circumstances of the departure of team members to others, spinning false narratives and accusing loyal team members of misconduct and theft despite their commitment to stabilizing the ministry amidst his disruptions. When Todd has been approached for accountability, even by board members and executive team members, he refused to be accountable to them and lies to and manipulates them multiple times. Todd has replaced people who try to hold him accountable. He says he's thankful for accountability. They're saying multiple times he's tried to replace people for trying to hold him accountable. Todd claimed that Michael Brown was holding him accountable by reviewing Todd's weekly teaching videos, but we confirmed with Michael Brown that this wasn't true. So Todd is telling people, "Yeah, Doc Brown is is watching my videos to correct my theology." They call Doc Brown. He's like, "I don't know anything about this." Well, that's what's going on. Todd is lying about the accountability. And he's saying, "I have a team in place. It's really healthy. They're holding me accountable right now. He's saying this to everybody, but what evidence do we have that there's really been a change in his approach to accountability?" I don't know that he has changed unless he will release people from their NDAs and invite a third party investigation. Todd has abused his leadership position to coers employees to do personal favors. He frequently uses the phrase God said in contradictory ways to manipulate situations and persuade people to yield to his demands. So this is taking the name of the Lord in vain for the purpose of of gratifying your own wishes, your own desires. Todd lied weakly about his whereabouts, often claiming to be with donors when he wasn't, leaving others uncertain of his true location. Um, we also saw that uh Rasheed, somebody who was part of the ministry, uh, people were telling him, "Oh, he's you're you've been with Todd on Mondays and uh, he goes golfing with you." And he's like, "I don't know anything about that. Where was Todd on those Mondays? We don't know." Um, so this is another instance of the same thing. He's saying he's with donors, but we don't actually know where he is. Um, we don't know what's going on there, but it's concerning. He suggested that bringing a revival from Asbury Seminary to Lifestyle could resolve the ministry's financial issues, implying that revival could be made to serve as a financial gain for the ministry and attempted to orchestrate a revival, even asking the team to have musicians ready for roundthe-clock worship. Todd would cancel previously committed speaking engagements at the last minute to attend events that offered higher honorariums. He often gossips about other ministries, particularly those experiencing success or those who have called out his behavior, showcasing a propensity for spreading rumors and causing division. Todd even would tell the deepest secrets about his friends in the ministry, including their personal marital problems and other inappropriate details. Todd has often gotten upset when visiting other churches when he is not given special treatment, a special seat, extra security, and attention. Todd refused to fly anything but first class. Todd declared to have been delivered from his sleep apnea four years ago, but wasn't. Why is that a big deal? He also made several other claims about his his physical health that were not true. Um, saying that he just went off of his medication. He encouraged others in a sermon that was in Mike Weiner's video, people to go off of their medication. And now we have testimony of people who have been actually harmed because they went off of their psychiatric medication because they heard Todd White teach them to do that. This is a comment on Mike Winger's Facebook post. This is a public comment. Um, this person says, "I have no idea if you'll see this comment or not, but I will try. I attended Lifestyle Christianity University in 2019. I can attest to the erratic teaching by Todd White. I can attest to being scared to be there. I can also attest to him teaching about going off medication that you don't need meds but need Jesus. I was on psychiatric drug and went off my meds during my time at school. It left me in a very dangerous situation that eventually left me hospitalized. I can also attest to his teaching on sinless atonement that once you're saved, you don't sin anymore. The rest of her comment is uh still very important. She goes on to uh ask where gateway was and where was Todd's uh covering, you know, his spiritual covering and all this stuff. All incredibly valid questions. And um so I wanted to highlight that comment. He shared before and after photos with many people six years ago when he put on significant muscle, claiming that God taught him how to become healthy and fit. Yet, it was later revealed he had undergone liposuction and hormone replacement to achieve his fit goals. Todd has also exhibited behavior that seems inconsistent with his teachings of boldness and fearlessness. I don't know exactly what that means. He also he preaches against caffeine. He frequently consumes high caffeinated energy drinks and when questioned pretends he wasn't aware of the caffeine content. Todd continued to consume these caffeinated drinks after being confronted about them. Additionally, he often publicizes the days of his fasts in which he omits drinking shakes which can project a sense of superhuman endurance to those who follow his teachings. Todd maintains a cultish aura that is unattainable to the students that he teaches, leading countless to crash and burn. That's really important. I I can't tell you how many people I've talked to that said, I don't even feel like I'm a Christian. Cuz I hear Todd teach and he teaches this this impossible standard and like it just happened to him like this and like I'm struggling with sin and what's wrong with me? Maybe I'm not even saved. There's so many people I've talked to that have been under guilt and condemnation because of what they hear Todd teach. And then when they say when they find out it was all a lie, they're like, "What the heck is going on?" It's like, "Hey, progressive sanctification is a thing. It's okay for you to be uh the scripture says this in Hebrews, God has perfected forever those who are being made holy, those who are being sanctified." There have been instances where Todd gave extravagant gifts to people on camera only to reimburse himself with ministry funds. He argued that the ministry should cover these costs which give the impression of false generosity. Lifestyle Christianity under Todd's leadership regularly required staff members to sign an NDA as a condition of receiving their severance. There are countless situations similar to this. Yet, many people in big ministry we've spoken with don't see these issues as serious simply because they don't involve a known sexual offense. However, we believe Todd is a dangerous influence and prays on the innocence of many Christians that look at him as an inspiration because of his testimony and evangelism methods. Time and again, we've seen good, sincere, and innocent people join lifestyle Christianity only to be manipulated, left confused, and heartbroken, often with their faith shaken. Our deepest hope remains that Todd White and his family will find healing, repentance, and restoration. We also hope that ministers like Todd will use the resources entrusted to them by donors along with their influence to further God's kingdom rather than pursue personal gain. Furthermore, we long to see the church freed from the grip of celebrity Christianity where self-promotion is elevated so that we can instead honor the humble, the meek, and those who truly reflect the character of our holy and gracious Lord. One thing we recognize is that these words on this paper do not come close to doing justice to the level of confusion, spiritual bewilderment, gaslighting, and manipulation that Todd is able to orchestrate on a daily basis. This note in the spiritfilled study bible regarding Simon the sorcerer sums up Todd's practice of manipulation and desire to control others. Um, a sorcerer is one who deceives, manipulates, and delights to control others and does so by demonic enablement. Peter identified the basis for Simon's sorcery as bitterness, the deepening effect of unforgiveness. There is warning regarding the danger of tolerated or embraced unforgiveness which may like poison permeate and bind the soul ultimately corrupting everything around it. In Simon's case, his bitterness shaped his passion to control others which prompted his quest to purchase the ability to impart the gift of the Holy Spirit. Though having believed and been baptized, the residue of his past bondage surfaces as he unworthily seeks power to manipulate others for selfexalting purposes. Peter discerns the root of his bondage and summons Simon to repentance and deliverance. This is from Jack Hayford and Thomas Nelson. We want to reiterate that while Todd is not who he claims to be, he has encouraged many people to go out, evangelize, and connect with others, something that is greatly needed in today's world. Our hope is that Todd will ultimately become the person he professes to be. We have come together to address these issues after our best efforts to seek accountability from Todd White. So when Todd says that basically what he did is just get in over his head, had poor leadership, and people got hurt because he just went too fast with too much zeal because he had a mission to accomplish. That's not what he was accused of. What I just read to you is is severely concerning. These are the allegations that the witnesses as part of lifestyle Christianity have raised and asked Todd to address here. They're asking Todd to release people from their NDAs and they're asking Todd to invite a third-party investigation. Now, Mike Winger has offered to pony up a hundred grand for the investigation into Todd White's ministry. Now, I want to say this about Mike Winger. The man is generous. He's incredibly generous. I know many people that he has paid for their counseling, their legal consulting fees as they have been trying to bring people to account. Mike Winger is out here doing God's work. And I I want to thank Mike for giving these witnesses a voice. I want to thank Mike for holding my camp to account. Thank you. Um, I I'm I'm grateful for brothers in Christ like Mike Winger. So, here is um uh Mike Winger's comment on Todd's video. He says this. I officially apologize for any bad feelings you had that were maybe related to me seeking God and doing awesome things. I repent in precisely the way that whatever you think it means is good enough for me to continue doing whatever I'm doing now without accountability. Now, trust me and trust my heart and my team of unnamed, highly skilled, totally not yesmen. P.S., I won't drop my NDAs or approve any investigations or reconcile with those I've harmed. So, there's there's Mike Winger's take. My appeal to Todd is this. Do not seek to carry on the vision at the expense of your own soul. Do not seek to just march on as though what this this job that you believe that God has called you to do is more important than you truly following him and truly being reconciled to those that you've hurt and truly inviting real accountability and submitting yourself to that. Um that's what's really important here and that the name of Christ would not be held in disrepute because of those of us who claim his name. Please release people from their NDAs. Please invite a third party investigation into these things. My prayer for everybody at Lifestyle Christianity, all the beautiful saints who are seeking to just serve God, they love Todd and they want to be faithful because they believe he's a man of God. To all of those people, I I would just appeal to you. Um pray for discernment from the Lord. And um you know, we're not I'm not your enemy. I'm not trying to tear down the charismatic movement. I'm a charismatic. I believe in healing. I believe in power evangelism. I teach it. I practice it. It's this is important, but it's not more important than honesty and truth and and people experiencing Jesus, not just out on the streets through evangelism, but people experiencing Jesus, the closer they get to knowing us, that's what's important.
