You're losing testosterone every single day. And the worst part is you don't even notice it. Studies show men's levels drop about 1% every year. And this single hormone shapes everything. Muscle size, bone growth, sharp facial features, even the energy that drives you. Without testosterone, you will look something like this. In this video, I'll reveal the everyday habits that are silently killing your testosterone and the simple science-backed fixes to increase it. Let's start.
One, sedentary lifestyle. Most guys today are lying on bed, scrolling, and gaming. Your body thinks you don't need strength or muscle. Less movement gives your body a message that you don't need testosterone. In past times, people used to walk to work, but today everyone have their own cars or bikes. Less movement leads to less testosterone.
Two, masturbation. Constant dopamine hits from porn and over masturbation keep your brain in a low drive state. Your body stops pushing to build muscle or chase real goals. Don't fall into myths like masturbation increases testosterone. Just look at all the people whose life are after doing it. So controlling it is in your hands.
Three, heat and temperature. Your testicles need to stay cooler than the rest of your body to make testosterone. That's why they're stored outside from your body and scrotum. Tight pants, hot showers, or sitting with a laptop on your lap creates heat and worsens the production. So whenever you sleep, wear loose clothes, avoid long hot baths, and keep electronics off your lap.
Four, plastic. Many plastics contain chemicals like BPA that act like estrogen once inside your body. More estrogen equals less testosterone. Store food in water in glass or steel.
Five, junk food. Sugar, seed oils, and processed carbs spike insulin and create inflammation, which lowers testosterone. Plus, extra body fat converts testosterone into estrogen. You have to eat a good diet that I'm going to explain you in next steps.
Now comes the real part. How to boost testosterone.
One, diet. Zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D. These are the three pillars that you need to build testosterone. For zinc, eat eggs, red meat, and pumpkin seeds. For magnesium, eat nuts, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate, which contains 90% cocoa. Vitamin D. Best source for vitamin D is sunlight. Get 15 to 20 minutes of morning sun.
Two, workout, right? Lifting weights is great, but don't stop there. Sprinting or short explosive exercises give an extra testosterone spike. Think hill sprints, jump squats, or interval running. But here's a point. There's a big difference between sprinting and jogging. Just look at the people who jog and the one who sprint. The joggers are fat or chubby. But on the other hand, sprinters are muscular and active. So run with full power for 30 seconds and then take a rest of 2 minutes. Perform three sets.
Three, water quality. Stop drinking tap water. It carries chemicals and microplastics that mess with hormones and that chemicals produce estrogen. More estrogen means less testosterone. So use a good water filter or drink clean bottled mineral water instead. Use metal or glass bottles to store water.
Four, stress. Stress raises cortisol which steals resources from testosterone production. So hit the gym, walk, meditate, or do breath work. Even a solid gym workout can cut stress by 40%.
Five, live with purpose. If you don't have any purpose or goal, your life will feel empty. You'll be stressed by future. When you wake up with a goal, career, fitness, building something, your body responds with higher motivation and increased testosterone. So here's a challenge. Pick any high-income skill, learn it for next six months and see how phenomenally your life will change.
