How to turn artificial intelligence into a personal assistant to make solving your tasks easier and faster, optimizing your life through examples of 100 tasks. A little about me: I don't like to introduce myself, but you know how it is when new people look at you. I see artificial intelligence more as a researcher. I've been here for quite a few years, over three years, working in various startups, interacting with engineers, and so on. Initially, I look at artificial intelligence as an entrepreneur and marketer. I think about how I, as a person, can improve my life.
In fact, there is a global problem: we don't understand what artificial intelligence really is. It's not just about machine learning algorithms; it's our future digital companion, friend, partner, assistant that will be available 24/7 to solve any tasks in our pockets, helping us in our daily lives and making strategic decisions. This is what the developers of the largest companies in the world are striving for.
Lawyer, psychologist, scientist, teacher, nutritionist, doctor, marketer, translator, business analyst, moderator, tour guide—continue this list with any professions or tasks that arise during your day. In fact, we have more than a hundred different thoughts that transform into tasks daily, and neural networks help us realize them faster. Yes, this is real, not just the future. Right now, you can have a conversation with it in real-time using voice.
In about a month, we expect a feature for video communication to be available. What does this mean for us? Imagine I am a person who loves visiting museums and galleries. Not everyone loves this, but you also enjoy walking around and studying something interesting, regardless of the subject. If earlier it was a complicated process for me to find an art expert or a tour guide in a new country, I don't always have the time or resources to do that.
I love learning new things. When artificial intelligence gains the ability to communicate with us via video, we will be able to show it a painting and ask it to tell us the story behind that painting, the history of the artist, in a way that is engaging and interesting to us—not something boring and tedious from 1900.
Just a couple of years ago, everyone said that artificial intelligence is not creative, not capable of creating something new, and that it cannot be trusted. It cannot solve complex tasks; robots cannot be empathetic. But they already are empathetic. The important thing is the trillions of data that AI knows.
Now, let's move on to tasks. Don't worry, just a minute; it's important for me to convey these concepts that are crucial for expanding our view of AI. After that, we will go to practical tasks. I have gathered a lot of tasks that we solve daily with AI.
The main problem for developers is that there is no more data. ChatGPT-4 has already consumed all publicly available and non-public data in the world. Imagine that they have their own challenges. But what does this mean for us? It means that we have in our pockets a tool that can process more data than we can absorb in our entire lives.
We cannot absorb everything, which is why there are professions and specializations. We can create from artificial intelligence the specialist or expert we need at the moment. In fact, neural networks will impact our lives and the economy just like the Internet did.
A little data on how the Internet changed our lives: currently, it is estimated that if the Internet were to shut down, the damage would be around $203 billion for every 10 million people per day. The Internet allowed us online banking, shopping, calls to friends and family, remote teams, remote businesses, and access to knowledge and experience from different locations.
If we look at artificial intelligence, it is about data personalization. This is what we will analyze now. Even if you think you are not using artificial intelligence, you definitely have it on your phone. You have Google Translate, which you might use when traveling, text recognition on photos if you have an iPhone, auto subtitles, Siri, Alice, audio transcription in the premium version of WhatsApp, and all the advertising that is a recommendation system.
You know when you talk about something with friends at the table, and then you see ads for it even though you never searched for it online? That's all artificial intelligence.
So, how do you really hire artificial intelligence for work? Let's dive into the tasks.
The metrics of this block: I love talking about metrics, numbers, and data. The first is personal effectiveness: the time spent on tasks, the speed of achieving goals, the number of completed tasks, the brightness of life, new experiences, satisfaction with life, and free time—not occupied by work.
How can we free up our time? My favorite part is the speed of idea realization. As an entrepreneur, I interact a lot with entrepreneurs, and these are people who have a billion ideas popping up in their heads daily. The biggest problem and disappointment arise when it takes too long to go from an idea to at least a plan of action.
I’m not saying that there aren’t processes or businesses that are time-consuming and resource-intensive. But at least from having an idea to having a plan of action, this process can be shortened with the help of artificial intelligence.
For example, it can create a schedule for our day. I can record a voice message and say, "Create a plan for the day considering my calendar and the tasks I have." It knows everything about me: when I have workouts, when I wake up, when I start working, and when I go to dinner.
It already has a custom version set up for me. I will also show you how to do this today so that you don’t have to keep explaining, "Hey, come on, today is Tuesday; you forgot to schedule my workout."
Then there’s the interpretation of medical tests. You know when doctors give you test results with a brief interpretation and comments, but you want to know what each element means, where the deviations from the norm are, and how to work with those deviations?
We can learn more details about what our indicators mean based on the results we received. We can create a nutrition plan based on them, write out recipes and ingredients, and create a shopping list. This simplifies the process from having test results to applying them in life.
For example, if I have medical tests and a personal issue like a back injury, not all countries I live in have good rehabilitation centers with doctors who can create workouts for me. I have a classic problem: I can't train with a regular trainer because when I show them my MRI and test results, they nod wisely but don’t understand anything.
To avoid injury, I need to adapt all recommendations from rehabilitation specialists. Now, I can add new interesting exercises to my workouts.
Searching for any information: AI can find something on the internet, provide links to sources, and give you a price range for solutions to questions for interviews. This is what entrepreneurs face when they interact with each other.
Unusual date ideas, discussion topics—these can be compiled based on my personal stories. Sometimes, as a nerd, I struggle with what to talk about besides work. I am so passionate and involved in my work that I sometimes find it hard to switch topics. AI helps me do this faster.
Rules for entering a country and documents: for example, when I was entering Singapore, I needed to understand what documents and forms were required.
There’s a neural network, not exactly a neural network but a service integrated with one called Glob. You can input any term or word, and it will give you a structured breakdown of what it consists of, including elements with links to articles and images.
This is very convenient for structuring any information. Even if you know something, but you need to present it in a clear way for someone who doesn’t understand, this helps a lot.
Planning any event: if you want to hold a meeting, a business breakfast, or just gather with friends, you can organize it well.
A catchy phrase for your profile header: if you’re also wondering how to change your profile header, you can input your data into the AI and ask it to generate 10 or 20 catchy phrases you could use.
Creating a dopamine detox plan: I realized I was hooked on cheap dopamine—fast food, binge-watching series. Sometimes, when overwhelmed with work, I start scrolling through feeds and watching series. I love them, but at some point, it becomes a bad habit.
Creative games for gatherings: when adults gather, they often wonder what to do. For New Year’s, we created a whole schedule with interesting games and tasks. This is very convenient, especially for festive gatherings with many people.
Rewriting your job vacancy or resume: if you’re applying for a job and your resume isn’t getting good responses, it might be that you didn’t describe your vacancy appealingly.
You can input your data into the AI, and it will help improve your job description.

Providing feedback on a candidate's task: when we work in HR, there’s a big problem with providing structured feedback to each candidate based on their task. It takes a lot of time from a strong specialist.

If you’re feeling unwell, what tests to take: a classic situation. I’m a nerd, and I sometimes struggle to make jokes. My brain is too structured, and humor doesn’t always come easily to me.
When something funny happens, I can input it into the AI and ask for help to turn it into a humorous story.
Researching something: I was curious about the origin of filler words from a brain perspective. Filler words aren’t always bad; many criticize speakers for poor speech.
But filler words are often just the brain filling pauses. It’s interesting to learn about how the brain and speech apparatus work.
Creating instructions from any file or table: if you have complex tables that are hard to understand, AI can help create simple, clear instructions on what to look for and how to do it.
Making a recipe shopping list for gatherings with friends: AI can help you create a shopping list for your gatherings.
Solving technical errors: sometimes, I struggle with technical issues, and instead of bothering my programmer friends, I first ask ChatGPT for help.
What to do with symptoms: a real situation where my friend’s child had severe symptoms, and she couldn’t decide whether to go to the hospital or wait.
I asked AI to act as a doctor and describe the symptoms, what to check, and which symptoms are life-threatening.
Now, let’s move on to practical applications. When people watch videos on YouTube, they often wonder how to apply what they learn.
I created a bot that helps me practice languages. I might even include a demonstration of how this bot teaches me English.
I have good English, so my goal is to practice pronunciation and specific vocabulary. This approach works for any language level.
Let’s break down how to do this. I will exit the presentation for those who find it irrelevant; you can skip ahead to the next tasks.

We need a simple ChatGPT. Our task is to create a teacher tailored to our needs. I will refer to a genius, and you will have a link to it.
This is a custom ChatGPT that follows specific instructions to solve your tasks. I ask the bot to help me create an instruction for a robot that will help me learn English.
I need business English and speaking practice. I provide the topics I’m interested in and the vocabulary I need.
The bot asks questions based on my responses, such as my current language level, specific topics I want to cover, and preferences for lesson formats.
After I provide my preferences, the bot generates an instruction with the main tasks, teaching methods, and user goals.
I can take this text and input it into the custom ChatGPT, asking it to optimize it for my needs.
Here’s how it looks: I input my language level and goals, and it optimizes the instruction in a clearer, more detailed way.
I click on the "Create" button, and the bot will help me set it up. It will ask clarifying questions, optimize everything, and create the bot based on my instructions.
In just a minute, it will have created the bot and written the instruction. You can check how well it works when you start using it.
You can also input your original instruction and see how it behaves. There’s no one right way to do this; I recommend trying both methods.
Now, let’s see how the bot works. I can communicate with it through my phone or desktop.
I can find my Business English Coach and start a conversation. Depending on my internet speed, it may respond or not.
I would like to practice pronunciation. The bot can correct and model dialogues.
This was a brief overview of how to create such a bot and communicate with it.
I also use artificial intelligence to create travel plans and routes. I love traveling and exploring authentic, beautiful, and less popular tourist spots.
AI helps me create entire itineraries, gathering the best tourist spots and authentic places, recommending where to eat based on TripAdvisor ratings.
It organizes all these places into a coherent route. I love facts, data, and numbers, and it finds research and summarizes principles, conclusions, and results with links.
It can also remind me to create events in my calendar. I can record a voice message saying, "Set a meeting with Masha tomorrow at 12," and it will do it.
If I need to adjust the time, I can say, "No, 12 is a different time zone; set it for 5 PM my time."
It also reminds me of events. There’s a tool called Do AI that is completely free.
It offers synchronous translation during conversations, which is very convenient. I might record a video on how to communicate with locals in countries where they don’t speak English or your language.
For example, I lived in Spain, where many Spaniards only speak Spanish. I had a repairman come to fix the air conditioner, and we were just nodding at each other, not understanding anything.
AI could have translated our conversation in real-time, allowing us to understand each other.
You can also use AI to write bedtime stories for your daughter, generate ideas for stand-up comedy, or create a learning plan for your teenager.
If your kids have hobbies, you can ask AI to create a learning plan for them.
When you need a gift for a friend but don’t have a wishlist, you can create an interactive quest scenario for finding that gift.
Input all their hobbies into AI, and it will suggest optimal ideas and even provide links to products.
