Hi everybody. Come on in. Great to see you. Come on in. Get comfortable. We have uh a lot to get through, a lot of exciting stuff to get through today. So, welcome. I'm Aaron Power. I'm Primal Health Coach Institute's coaching director. I'm joined by Ashley Vanhton, who's our curriculum manager. Hello. Hello. >> Hey, everybody. >> We've got a big agenda, don't we, Ashley? >> Yeah, we got a lot. >> We got a lot. Good stuff. >> We sure do. We sure do.

I think we have an incredible scope of practice. We get to enact and help our clients make meaningful behavior change. That's what health coaches get to do. And using Syd Coach, you're going to find yourself more confident, more structured. uh you're going to feel more confident with complex cases, more clarity about what's going on with your client. You're going to feel more like a the professional that your clients believe you are. So, there's a lot for you to get out of of Symptom Coach, and we're excited to take you through it today.

Now, just logistics. We have a lot to get through today, a ton. And I'm going to kick right into the agenda right out the gate. We'll come around to a little Q&A at the end. So, while Ashley and I are talking, you can feel free to type into the chat. We will circle back and check out the chat later. I like to ignore the chat while I'm teaching and talking because I do find the chat can be a little distracting and I get excited to answer your questions which I am excited to do. But we're going to do that toward the end. We'll save about 10 or 15 minutes at the end for for some questions that come through if that sounds good to you all. All right, let's dive in, folks.

Sympto, what is it? Well, it's a powerful symptom assessment and progress tracking tool that is built for health coaches. We built it for health coaches because we are strong advocates for the health coaching industry. And just by way of backstory, I'm not kidding you when I say 10 years ago. I'm going to name drop here, so just bear with me. 10 years ago, we're sitting in Mark Sison's living room in Malibu, back when Marxis lived in Malibu, and we t we're talking about Simto Coach then. This has been on our sites for a long time. Uh we're really excited to have launched it to be launching it next week. So, please get excited for us because we're very excited to have this come to life.

What is Sympto? turns your client's symptom patterns and lifestyle inputs into a professional-grade wellness report. And this is powered by proprietary algorithms that we developed. Okay. It helps to solve one of the most important challenges that health coaches face, which is providing and proving value quickly and consistently so our clients can perceive meaningful results as they move along their health journey.

So, let's refresh our memory. What brings a client to their health coach? Why does a client seek out health coaching in the first place? It's because they don't feel well. They don't feel like themselves. They've had observable changes in their experience of living in a healthy body. I want us as health coaches to contemplate what we call the illness wellness continuum. If you've ever seen this graphic, I'm not going to pull it up, but you can you can Google it later. The illness wellness continuum. On one end, we have illness, which is disease. In the middle, we have health, which is absence of disease. And then on the far end, we have wellness, which is sort of a thriving and a flourishing into absolute total body wellness. Health coaches live on that section of the continuum between health and wellness. We're health and wellness coaches, right? The medical system lives down toward the illness side of the spectrum. That's where we let our licensed healthcare practitioners really hang out and guide their clients back to health. And once clients are at a relative level of disease-free state, we can have them feel help them to feel better. Clients want to feel better. And clients report symptoms long before their lab values change. In fact, it's the experience of symptoms that bring clients to the doctor to get the lab tests. Sometimes that's a little too late. By the time they go and get a lab test done, potential disease progression has already started. So, what if there was a way to get ahead of this to catch symptoms while there's still symptoms before they progress to illness?

Now, I'm really leaning heavily on the word symptoms because symptoms are the lived experience the client is having of a feeling, a feeling in their body. And the feeling could run the gamut from digestive issues, skin issues, mood issues, joint pain. You, you know, we're going to go through them here at a really high level, but that's what clients report into health coaches. They want our help with that. Up until now, health coaches really haven't had a structured and non-diagnostic way to capture or use that information. So, Syto Coach turns their subjective I feel statements into objective trackable data that you can use to guide decisions and show clear progress. And this tool is designed specifically for health coaches, not for clinicians or regulated health prof practitioners. And it is fully aligned with health coaching scope of practice. And this is a topic I'm deeply passionate about enabling health coaches to stay within our rich and important and valuable scope of practice while alo also helping clients make meaningful trackable changes. So are we excited about this? It sounds pretty exciting, doesn't it?

Yeah. Some of the reasons why we should be excited about this. You know, this helps you. One of the big things we think about is this idea of imposter syndrome. And we hear that a lot from coaches. This is where imposter syndrome goes to die. You're no longer going to feel like you're winging it. You're going to be backed by a logical structured system. Again, we go with this idea of professional legitimacy. I mean, a health coach to me is a very legitimate element inside the health and wellness industry, but we know that health coaches feel like maybe they sometimes don't belong at the same level with practitioners. Well, you do, right? You're you're a trained professional using a real framework. You'll even feel more confident charging higher rates because you have a system and a process that delivers structured reports and really guides your clients to meaningful, observable, trackable changes. I'm going to keep saying that phrase, meaningful, observable, trackable changes. Your clients want to feel better. They want some wins. They want some observable wins. There's a lot of reasons why you should be excited about this.

I actually want to start with a little run through of the software. I think we should just dive right into it. if you're excited about that as I am. I'm going to pull open and just share my screen and show you a few little bits and pieces behind the scene. Now, we don't have time to go through a full run through of the software here, but I want to just show you some of the stuff I've been poking around with over the last few weeks. I've enrolled well, you'll soon see I have enrolled in the last few weeks, I have enrolled 86 clients into coach over the last few weeks. And so, here's the here's the dashboard when I log in on the coach side. So, 86 total clients have been through this process with me. As you can see, I've got five folks who just completed their questionnaires. But for example, Lindsay here, she submitted the questionnaire just today. And what what I end up getting is this opportunity to build a report. So she submitted the questionnaire, which I'm going to show you in a second. I'm going to start with a report building. And then I'm going to show you quickly the questionnaire that the clients see. But as you can see, after she completed her questionnaire, the system spit out 16 modules and three lifestyle health factors that are important for Lindsay based on what her answers to the questionnaire were.

Now, we've got things like if it go if I scroll through this list on the right hand side, increase protein intake. So, I might want to add that to her report. I think that Lindsay should eat more protein because I have an intake form from Lindsay, right? Please remember that you're using the symptom the symptom coach uh tool alongside an intake process with your clients. So, the client has come through a discovery call. You've you've had a discovery conversation with them. They're a perfect fit for your program. You can help them. They've completed an intake form. They're signing up with you for a coaching relationship. So, you know something about Lindsay in this case. you know what she needs. You know what she's looking to achieve. Now, according to our our algorithmic approach here to this report, Lindsay needs more protein in her diet, and we trust that this is this is based on what Lindsay shared in her questionnaire. So, I'm going to add that to her report. Improve hydration seems like a good one. Improve flexibility and mobility. I might want to look at this and see, well, why does this feel important for Lindsay? I can look at this and say, okay, enhanced joint range, posture, and movement efficiency, lower injury risk. I know that Lindsay is an athlete and really wants to improve the function of her body. So, I'm definitely going to add the mobility lesson. Let's say I look at the fiber intake and I think fiber boost digestion, satiety, and cholesterol. That seems like a good one, too. Maybe there's one that I don't want to put in. So, let's say cut or limit anti-nutrients. I might look at this and say the description of this is encouraging the client to reduce anti-nutrient foods. I'm going to show you what this report ends up looking like in a second. Maybe I know this client and I say, you know what, we're not going to put that in the report just yet. I want to save that for later because I've got a 12-week or six-month relationship with Lindsay. We can introduce maybe an elimination diet later. Uh, caffeine and sleep. We'll add we're going to add sleep. Looks like sleep has been an ongoing concern with hers. Maybe some stress management stuff. So, I get to add in the things that I think are useful. It's suggesting that maybe she gets a hormone panel done. That's right in the realm of This is important because this is in the realm of the the licensed healthcare practitioner, the doctor. Health coaches don't run lab reports. We don't run hormone panels. That's not what health coaches do. And I just want to say that one more time. Health coaches don't do that. No matter what credential you hold, whatever your health coaching credential is, a health coaching credential is a health co coaching credential. We all have the same credential. We all have the same scope of practice irrespective of what school you might have gone to, what your credential is called. We are not able to run hormone panels, but we can help the client advocate for themsel with the doctor. My health coach suggested I ran I run a hormone panel. Great. We can help the client get set up with that testing, but we're not running the test. We're not deciphering the test. We're leaving the medical stuff in the medical care in the care of the medical system, but we could add that to her report. I'm just going to skip it for now. We're going to skip inflammatory markers. But you can see kidney function test, more lab testing. As a health coach, I might save some of this stuff for a later phase in our coaching relationship. I definitely think she should quit smoking. So, let's put that in there. I think that incorporating resistance training is good. There's some fitness stuff in here. And balance and coordination because I know Lindsay wants to, you know, use her body better. So, I've got this report. The three factors here, these are sort of lifestyle factors, just general lifestyle factors that the client may want to be more educated about. So, metabolic health and lifestyle. I'll leave the inflammation out for now. So, as you can see, I've customized this report for Lindsay. This is what I think as a as Lindsay's health coach, she and I need to really set our sights on for the first at least the first phase of our coaching relationship.

So, now that I've put all these these report factors in, I compile the report. This little arrow icon, very similar, it's the send icon. And this is where I'm going to send the report over to the clients. Before you send it, you get to look at the email that's going to say that's going to send to Lindsay. Now, down at the bottom, we have a we have a check box that says, "I have audited this report for accuracy and scope of practice. I acknowledge that as a coach, I'm responsible for the final contents and for ensuring all advice is appropriate for my client's needs." I'll send the report and Lindsay's got it. Now, if I want to look at the report though, maybe I I do want to audit the report before I look at it. I preview it. Let's just take a look at this preview. I know this is kind of small. Maybe I can zoom in. No, I can't. This is a beautifully it's beautifully formatted which I care about. Beautifully formatted document. Here's Lindsay's personalized health report. You can see it's about a third 25 30 page report and it is factoring in all of the things that I added to the report. Right? So I'm I would have previewed this before I sent it to her. Here's some holistic health factors. Remember I added those two factors. There were three factors and I added two. I said here's metabolic health. Here's why you need to understand metabolic health. Here's why you need to understand the importance of lifestyle. Now let's get into it. Here's our recommended actions. Diet nutrition top strategy increase your fiber intake. Now the reason why just to reiterate the reason why these factors showed up in Lindsay's report is because of the way Lindsay answered the questionnaire. We have a very complex machine learning system in the background that is compiling our clients answers into this very comprehensive and actually incredibly concise report. I'm going to again I'm going to take you through the questionnaire in a second so you can see how in-depth the questionnaire is. But now Lindsay gets this beautiful report. Increase fiber intake. the importance of increasing fiber is all these reasons. Here's some benefits. Imagine having this report and you're on a coaching call with your client and you're walking them through why we need to improve fiber. Here's some health factors. It helps your gut health. It helps your metabolic health. It helps your nutrient intake and absorption. These factors here reference some of the symptoms that Lindsay reported when she submitted the questionnaire. So, Lindsay in completing her symptoms self- assessment reported some gut health, metabolic health, and potentially nutrient intake and absorption symptoms. That's why the report is tell is encouraging Lindsay to increase her fiber intake for these holistic health factors. A different client might also be encouraged to increase their fiber for different reasons based on that individual client's questionnaire. Okay, so this is a personalized approach to Lindsay based on what she answered in the questionnaire. We talk about what body systems this impacts. You're going to learn more about this because we're teaching you all about the body systems in a very comprehensive course that comes alongside the symptoto coach uh software tool. Here are the strategies. So now I'm a health coach. This is what I do. This is what I do with my client. Let's talk about these strategies. Lindsay, is there a way you could add more fruit and ve vegetables to your diet? Take me through a typical day of eating. Where do you think client that you could add be another serving of fruits or vegetables into your day? Snack on nuts and seeds. Increase fiber intake gradually to avoid digestive discomfort. So we're going to take a baby step. taking all these strategies and I am now working with my client to goal set around increasing her fiber intake to support all of these holistic health factors that are important for Lindsay's overall feelings of health. And then we have a progress check. So, you know, when you're goal setting with your client, it's like running experiments, right? I always think about my goal setting sessions, my client coaching sessions as let's put an experiment in play. The experiment might be adding another serving of vegetables or fruit to your day. Let's find a fruit and vegetable that you like. Let's go make sure that you know how to prepare it and you can fit it into your schedule. And here's what we're going to be looking for. Maybe you want to track your daily daily fiber intake and send that to me. Maybe we're going to use a My Fitness Pal or something. If you're if you're a coach that quantifies stuff with your clients, you might have access to your client's food tracking app. Or maybe you go more by let's monitor your digestive health. Why don't you tell me how your bathroom stuff and your gut symptoms shake out. We're going to have a coaching call every week, me and this client, right? We're in a relationship. So, when Lindsay has a a notable change in her digestive symptoms, her digestive health, we're I'm going to know about it. This is part of our coaching relationship, right? We have increased protein intake. So, you can see how I won't go through all of these factors, but you can see how this uh report has pulled in a very comprehensive module for each of those factors that I added. Every single one of those factors that we added has the importance of the benefits of the holistic health factor impact the body system impact and then strategies what to do. This is where coaches shine strategies and progress check. So the client gets tons of information which is great. Information is great to a certain point like hey client you might want to quit smoking. Here's why. And then more important really more important and I know we all know this cuz we're all health coaches. More important is the integration the execution. So let's work on doing this. Right? Isn't this interesting? because quit smoking came up. Let's just try to find this one. I think it'd be interesting to dive into this one. I hadn't actually seen this one come up on a report before cuz I feel like I don't run into a lot of smokers in my uh in my coaching practice. But if we go to the quit smoking section of the report, you might say to yourself, I don't really know how to help somebody quit smoking. I'm not qualified. I'm not a smoking cessation coach. Well, you don't really have to be. You're a behavior change expert. So, quit smoking. Why is that important? I think we know. Benefits. All the good reasons to quit smoking. All benefits. All upside to quitting smoking. strategies. So, here you are. You're a health coach. You don't know. Maybe you've never helped somebody quit smoking before. Quite frankly, I never have. This is a real surprise to me. I've never had to help a client quit smoking before or encourage them to take on this critically important, mission-critical lifestyle behavior. The report is telling me, giving me strategies that Lindsay and I can collaborate on. So, Lindsay has access to all seven of these. So, Lindsay, of these seven strategies, which one feels like the best one to start with, right? Maybe a gradual reduction plan. She might say, "You know what? There's this cigarette I have on my drive to work. Maybe I could just eliminate that one. Cool. I love that. That's a very granular goal. So, let's put that on the goal list for this week. So, for the next seven days, you're going to try to eliminate your for the next five work day five days, business days, work, driving to work, it's the driving to work cigarette. So, for the next 5 days, you're going to try to eliminate that drive to work cigarette and we'll check in on our weekly coaching call to see how that went. And if Lindsay removes one cigarette, we're on our way, right? I mean, this is the thing I really geek out on as a health coach is making these granular but meaningful changes in our client's life that feel that feel, first of all, they understand why they're doing it. They have a clear reason why and they know how and they have me in their corner to help them move through this behavior change deliberately based on information. I mean, this is the best way to proceed, right? Making decisions based on information.

So, that's what the report looks like. And now, Lindsay's just received this report. So, she's going through it, right? I just want to reiterate, I'm going to stop my screen share so I can make meaningful eye contact with you. This report exists in the context of a coaching relationship. So Lindsay doesn't just get the report and go on with her life. Although we'll talk about different ways to use this report. There's different sort of business use cases for it. But in this case, she's a client of mine. So she's received the report and she's also got a a coaching call with me booked for I think it's Wednesday or Thursday. We're talking. We're going to go through this report. We're going to go through all these factors that I added to the report and we're going to work on the one or two behaviors she's going to enact this week to start chipping away at the symptoms she self-reported. This report came from symptoms that she self-reported. Now, the self-reporting is what keeps it in scope of practice for us. A client can self-report how they feel. That's fine. That's not a this is not a diagnostic tool. This is, hey, you want to feel better? Here's here's why you're not feeling good. Let's help you feel better. Let's just enact some behavior change so you can feel better. By the way, the report I built for Lindsay, that's pretty big report, right? this it was almost 30 pages long when all is said and done. You have maybe a 12-week or six-month coaching relationship with your client. You don't have to put all the factors in the first report. You can do more. You can report multiple times throughout the coaching relationship. And here's the other thing. Lindsay can take the questionnaire multiple times throughout the coaching relationship. Now I have access to her original questionnaire. Maybe 6 weeks later we do another questionnaire to see how we're moving the needle on some of her symptoms. Now I can say to Lindsay, "Look, you ranked your your digestive health symptoms, you know, at this level of intensity when we first met. Now look at the improvement you've made. Isn't that interesting?" People want to see progress. We all know that. People want to see progress. This is really kind of a near and dear to my heart and probably to yours too, Ashley, and everybody watching. But personally, I'm in the weight loss space. I'm a weight loss and metabolic health coach, and my clients come to me for weight loss, and that takes a long time. weight loss doesn't really happen quickly, but in the meantime, if your digestive health improved, if your joint pain improved, if you took one or two cigarettes out of your day, that's a meaningful, massive change toward health. So, we're marching clients down the continuum toward the wellness end of the continuum, and they need to be able to have observable wins. They need to feel progress. How many times have you heard people say that, "What will motivate me is seeing progress. That will motivate me to keep going." This is going to give them a clear visual of the progress they're making on their health and wellness through their own behavior change based on information. It's so powerful.

I'm just going to say something off the cuff here. This is all off the cuff, by the way. This is all very unscripted, but I was just having a conversation with another one another one of my clients who has just come from her doctor and received kind of a dubious diagnosis of I was high blood pressure or high cholesterol, something along those lines, something very scary, and was encouraged to go on a medication. And when she left the doctor's office, all she knew was that she had a bio-marker out of range and she needed to go on a medication and she didn't feel comfortable asking questions about that because that relationship sometimes can be a little a little subordinate. The the client can feel disempowered in that relationship. What I think we get to do with with symptoto coach and symptom self-assessment is re-empower our client to recognize that their feelings their feelings of maybe poor health are in their purview, are in their control to a certain extent. They can do something about it. So now we're re-empowering the client in their own health and wellness journey. I get very excited about that. I mean, that's what we do it for, right, coaches? We're here to help people feel better. And maybe you felt like, I don't necessarily believe or know that I know how to help people feel better. This is the imposter syndrome that creeps in. Who am I? I'm simply a health coach. Well, you're a behavior change agent. You help people go in and make behavior change in their life. But it can be hard for people to do that if they don't have a good strong reason why. and symptom self-assessment. This deep report that points to exactly why, Lindsay, you don't feel well. Now, let's make some meaningful moves and let's retest. Let's reassess. Let's reassess as we go through the coaching relationship so you can see meaningful change. How lucky are we that we get to do that?

Okay, that was a quick run through of the reporting system on the on the coach side. But just to reiterate some of my favorite benefits of symptom coach that coaches can use to grow their practice, their business to have more meaningful impactful outcomes with their clients. Number one, better trackable outcomes. Okay, so for clients that you're already working with like Lindsay, it helps to uh we use this as part of the intake process and at periodic intervals throughout the coaching relationship to reassess. You can show clients how their self-reported symptoms have improved. I think this really helps you from from a business growth perspective from in terms of getting referrals, which is the most powerful form of of of building a business is is client referrals. Happy clients who are getting results will tell other people your name will be mentioned. I worked with this coach. She helped me observably move the needle on all of these ways I wasn't feeling well and now I feel better. You've got to go work with Aaron. She changed my life. You know, that kind of thing. Well, we're giving the client clear visuals that they are changing their lives. They're changing their lives. We're helping. We're guiding them to do that. So, when health consumers perceive results, um, they get excited about it. And you know, as a health coach educator and somebody who's been in the industry, the education side of the industry for a long time, I love this as a systemic change that influences the health coaching industry at large, right? Because we we essentially get to guide our clients through identity shifts. We get to guide the health consumer into their own self-advocacy and their own self-belief. And when people feel more empowered in their health journey, um I just think as a collective, the population has the opportunity to become healthier. And I think that's what we all want.

Let's just put this out there. I think you can charge more for a tool like this. So, if you have a 12-week health coaching program and it includes a comprehensive symptoms assessment and reassessment and an actual um tracking of change and improvement, this is a proven repeatable system that's high value, high dollar value. You can charge more for your services. Um, you know, you can you can fold it into your existing practice. You can offer it as a VIP upgrade with an additional little price tag. There's lots of ways to use it in your business, which I I am going to get into in a second. Uh, and you can look and feel number four like the professional that you are because every health coach we've ever worked with at PHCI has a unique specialty. And every health coach we've ever worked with and we've had thousands of thousands of coaches come through our certification program. Every single one of our health coaches, every single health coach in the world has a unique specialty you do and you have a unique method that you guide a unique person to through for their outcomes. So including a very polished, very polished, professional grade report tool adds a professionalism to your product and practice and you don't even have to do anything. We did it for you.

I want to share one more way that I use this in my in my practice in the last few weeks as we kind of got ready to launch it. Um stay with me on this cuz this is a very high-level just business little business coaching moment. Does the phrase lead generation mean anything to you all? Lead generation. So let me just paint a picture for you. I have about 12,000 people on an email list. These people have joined my email list over the last 10 or 12 years. I've been building my email list, which we should all be doing, right? Building an email list. I'm sure you've heard that from some business coaches. 12,000 people sitting on my email list. Do you think I've worked with all 12,000 of those? No. If I had worked with 12,000 people, I'd probably be sitting on a private island in the Caribbean right now, but here I am. Okay. But they're still there. They're in my email list. They signed up because they were interested in something I said, potentially interested in working with me. There's some kind of synergy there. They made their way onto my email list. Imagine this. You email your whole list and say, um, limited time offer, free health assessment. Reply back to this email if you want to get in on this free health assessment. Uh, limited time offer that. Reply back in the next, you know, 48 hours and I'll enroll you into the free health assessment. By the way, for the 86 clients that you saw in my dashboard, that's kind of what I did. I I took a chunk of my email list and said, "Hey, I'm testing this software. Reply back if you'd like to be in it." Thinking I was going to get a few. I think I emailed about 500 people on my list and 86 of them, which is a good, by the way, good conversion rate. 500 people. I got 86 people who said yes. Now, some of those people are paid clients. Some of them are not. Some of the 86 people you saw in my dashboard are not my clients, but they're interested now because they've been sent a very detailed health report. Now, I send the health report back and say, "Hey, Sally, thanks so much for jumping on the free health assessment. Find you'll find attached your your health assessment report. Please click here to book a 15-minute consultation with me to go through the outcomes of your report." So, I'm going to get on Zoom just like this with Sally. Pull up in her report just like I did with what I showed you. You know, Sally, it looks like there's three or four things here that you could work on right away to start feeling better. What do you say? Would any one of these things feel like a useful thing for us to kick get started on? And then, you know, you can kind of get into sort of the the enrollment conversation. This this is now a more warm lead. This person has gone from being kind of a cold lead sitting on your email list to being a very warm engaged lead who has gone through the process of a symptom self-assessment. Now, here's the deal. The act of going through the self-assessment for the client is extremely illuminating. Extremely illuminating. So the 86 or 80 people that filled that I just emailed from my list who were sitting chilling cold on my email list who have now gone through the health the system uh the system self-assessment. They now realize they have symptoms. They just thought they were feeling bad. They just thought it was old age. They just thought they were tired. Now they're going through this questionnaire saying, "Oh, I do have that symptom. Wait, I have that one, too. Oh. Oh, is that a symptom? I thought I thought acid reflux was normal. I can't tell you often that comes up. People think acid reflux is normal or joint pain is normal or something like that. We normalize. Now the client is kind of clued into the fact that what they're dealing with might be fixable. And that's extremely exciting for people. This really, really warms up people on your list. Maybe you have a social following, a few hundred people. Post this in your Instagram stories. I'm giving away five free health assessments. The first five people to DM me get them. Like that's something people want. People really love filling in questionnaires. They really do. But but the act of filling in this particular questionnaire is extremely illuminating and enlightening for the client. Okay. So just so that you know, just to close the loop on this story, of the 80 or so people that were cold on my email list that I sent this questionnaire to, two of them signed up for a program with me. So I made money with Sympto. It hasn't even been released yet. Pretty exciting, eh? >> Not bad. >> Pretty good.

So health coaches can't diagnose. I'll say that again. We cannot diagnose. We can't we can't really send our we cannot send our clients for lab testing. But we we can do is help clients recognize and move the needle on the way they're feeling, their symptomatology. Just want to hang on that word for a second. Symptomat refers to a cluster of symptoms that somebody is experiencing. You might have heard the word symptomology. Same thing. That's what symptom coach is based on. Symptomatology. Um Ashley, I want to get into the the course that they get alongside the tool, but would it be worthwhile for me to jump through the client side questionnaire first before we jump into the course? >> I think that would be nice to look at. Yeah. >> Okay, cool. I'm going to Yeah, I'm going to share my screen again gang and I'm going to show you this in like actual real time. I'm just going to give you the world's quickest cuz honestly the questionnaire is extremely robust. So, if I go to client management, let's say I'm going to add a client. I'm going to add myself as a client. So, I'm adding myself Aaron Power. I have my email address and you can optionally put their phone number in too. So, you get some client record-keeping here inside the Simto Coach platform. I add me. There I am. I've just been been added to the top of my client management list here. I say send questionnaire. It shows you the email that's going to go through. Hi, client name. Hope you're having a great day. Blah blah blah. Here's the questionnaire. Next steps. Do this. I send the questionnaire just like that. Now, I go into my inbox and there it is. Here's the email that I just sent myself. Start assessment. So, there's an informed consent. We have a lot of disclaimers in here. It keeps you safe. So, here we go. The questionnaire. What's your name? What's your age? I'm embarrassed to say. What's my height? Oh my gosh. inches. Hm. I don't know. 70. I don't know. Weight sounds good. I'm female. All right. How often do I eat fruit? So, now we're going through this questionnaire. There's a really simple question. I often eat vegetables several times a week. Bread and other grains rarely. Meat daily. Dairy h occasionally. Sugary foods rarely. >> We're learning a lot about you. >> I know. By the way, I have no idea if I'm 70 inches tall. Somebody do the math on that. >> Yeah. I have no idea how that translates. Math isn't my strong suit. >> Fast food rarely. Alcohol occasionally. I don't have any food allergies that I know of. How many days out of seven do I go on an extended walk? Four. I go medium low intensity. I lift weights three days a week. I go pretty high intensity with those bad boys. So, you can see. So, these like how simple is this, right? People can riff through this really quick. Cardio 3 days a week. Moderate intensity. Uh, overall weekly activity level, I say I'm I'm going to go with I'm moderately active because I have a sedentary desk job. You're looking at it. I spend most of my day inside this Zoom rectangle with my clients. Uh, and then yeah, we just keep going. So, we go next. Oh, I I missed one. Uh, how are my diet? I think my diet's pretty good. Okay, next. So, you can see it's pages and pages. Stress, coping me as a screen time, sleep, how hard is it to get up in the morning, how rested do you feel in the morning, how often do you experience uh libido, how do you have high blood pressure, do you have low blood pressure? So, we're asking some basic medical history stuff. Um, a lot of this is around the symptomatology, how you're living your life. Do you sleep with the TV on? Little like very granular lifestyle factors that we know impact folks uh total body health, their metabolic health, their digestive health, their gut health, their mental emotional health. Every aspect of health that is in play for a health coach to influence is is factored in this questionnaire. I'm really not going to go through too much of the questionnaire, but you can see how it's very simple. It's it's very simple to click through. We keep it simple. So, essentially, we're getting clients to rate. I like this idea of rating because this is the experience the client is having in their life. How does this client, Aaron Power, rate her perceived level of stress? I feel very stressed out, I might say. So, imagine I'm going through this questionnaire and I'm like, man, I'm five out of five on stress. Well, I'm going to clock that myself. That's interesting to me as the health consumer to have rated that that high. How are my stress coping mechanisms? I'm bad. Like, I might be a bad or I might be I might be medium medium. Who knows, right? By the act of actually filling in this questionnaire, we, the health coach, get a ton of insight onto our into our clients lifestyle factors and some of their medical factors, including blood pressure, but they themselves also get insight into this as well. So, you can see I'm 17% of the way through this quiz. I'm already on page two. It doesn't take long to get through. And and quite honestly, we've created the questionnaire. We created the questionnaire in such a way that it's just very off-the-cuff like just trust your gut instinct and answer these and move on. Answer and move. We don't want people really ruminating on the answer. these sort of uh liker scales scaling on a scale of 1 to five. How do you feel in terms of frequency and severity of this symptom? And as the pages go on in the questionnaire, you're going to see more and more symptoms. So there's lifestyle questions, there's symptom related questions all blended together. Essentially, the questionnaire guides the client through what amounts to, hey, how do you feel? And they get to tell you how they feel. And then through extremely advanced machine learning, this is why it took us a long time to actually get this tool to market because the machine learning on the back end is compiling all that information and then producing the factors that you saw in the report. So it's not it's not just it's not rinky-dink technology. The technology behind sympto coach is incredibly robust, almost inexplicably so. It's it's amazing what we've come up with. And you know honestly we have the advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning to thank for that but we have a ton of human the human element behind this as well. So we as a team spent a lot of time contemplating what do clients show up with symptomatically? How do different body systems affect different symptoms? How are symptoms affecting different body systems? The body systems are really where we started this. So we started with what are the systems of the body. So we talk about body systems. We're talking about things like what? Digestive system, nervous system, you know your metabolism, metabolic health, that kind of stuff. This is education you need to have alongside the symptom coach course. We can't just give you the symptom coach tool and let you go. You need to understand why what and that's where the symptom what we would call it actually the hang on >> symptomatology specialist certification course >> symptomatology specialist >> a little bit of a mouthful um but you know it starts to roll off the tongue after a couple years of working on it. >> That's right. That's right.

I do think before we get into talking about the course just briefly I just want to also add that you know again our time is very limited here and I think you did a great job of of you know doing an overview of just seeing what the the application looks like but it really is just scratching the surface like there are there's a lot more that you can do that you can look at that you can play with it's very user-friendly but there's there's there's a lot more there and um importantly we also walk through this in really great detail in the course as Well, that is part of this this offering this product that we are excited to be giving to you guys and that's kind of what I'm going to talk about right now. You know, Aaron was talking about Syto Coach the application, but we also have the specialist certification that goes with it. They're bundled together because they are inextricably linked. They both need the other. Uh, they they couldn't exist without the other really. And to your point, the human the the science-backed the human research and information and compilation of all of this um theory and and education is what the course is and we go in there and learn that for ourselves so that we can understand how the program and the application works. And going back to what you said sort of earlier in the call, the impostor syndrome thing, that's out the window because we have this beautifully professional um systematized kind of program that just looks so polished and great and it's so accurate. It's so helpful for both client and coach, but we also have all this knowledge. We understand why it works the way it does, why it's telling the client what it's telling because we've gone through the course and and done all that work ourselves, right? So, I think it's probably easiest if I just kind of show you the back end of the course. So, I'm going to try to share my screen here that it works. Let me know if there's any issues. Do you guys see this? Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. So, basically, I mean, this is a very comprehensive course. There's a lot of information in here. And the it it starts by teaching you what symptomatology is, which again is what Aaron has kind of um given you a brief overview. Um, it's I'm going to kind of skip around a little bit, but what we're doing is we're teaching you guys the concept of symptomatology, why it is important to understand symptom clusters, symptom trends, how we can use that in our coaching practice, um how we can level up our own coaching using this concept and this information. And she alluded also to Aaron, you talked about holistic health factors. So we we dive into holistic health factors um and how they relate to all of the body systems how all the body systems you know you mentioned um let's see I can show you all of them all of the body systems you know them cardiovascular digestive endocrine we go through each and every single one of them and we talk about the components so you get all the information on what these systems are and how they work and what they do for the body we get into all of the common conditions diseases and symptoms so we're coming back to what our clients are going to be reporting to us their their their problems and their challenges. We talk about the holistic health factors that come up in the reporting um

And how they influence these body systems. So the holistic health factors, again, I'm skipping around a little bit. They're up here, but we dive into what each and every single one of these are and how they impact all human beings, right? These are going to impact every body system and often most of the symptoms that people are experiencing. So you can see it's all very interconnected. It's all very interwoven and complex, right?

Like we can go through this and we can understand it, but it's a ton of information. And as a coach myself, I've always cared about symptoms. I've always been asking clients about symptoms, but it often comes sort of as a a reactive peace meal one at a time. You know, I'm checking in. I'm asking how a certain thing feels. When we use this program now, all of that information is taken into account and compiled and that that AI machine learning that Aaron was talking about is being done in the back end to take this information that we know and we've learned but would take us a a huge amount of time to put together into a comprehensive report and it can do it almost instantaneously for us.

So again, you can see there's a ton of information here. It's it's repeated throughout each of the the systems, the body systems. Um, importantly, this is kind of back up at the top again, skipping around a little bit. There's a whole chapter with lessons that dive very deep into how to use Syto Coach. There's an entire video walkthrough. There's a step-by-step um written lesson with screenshots. There's uh a big piece on scope of practice. So you make sure that what you're doing is appropriate and legal and ethical and within your wheelhouse. We talk about coach responsibility and diligent report building and that's something that Aaron touched on and is again a a completely um integral part of this process because symptom sympto coach is important and it's great and we're excited about it, but it's a tool. It's one piece of the coaching work that you're going to be doing and it always ends with you as the coach.

So, as great as this is, and as as much time as it can save you, it's still up to you to kind of spend the time going through the report, going through the the questions and and their responses, and also really walking them through the report, guiding them through. And again, the course is going to help you have the language, have the understanding to do that. So, you really will come away from this course knowing how to use use the application well, which is important. And then another exciting piece of the course are these bonus resources, these lessons, these these bonus lessons that teach you how to use Simto Coach to really level up your own business. Um how to provide more value for your clients. And we do it in a really kind of comprehensive way. Like we're not saying sort of generally like, hey, you can make more money if you use Simto Coach. are actually offering package package ideas, pricing suggestions, how you can create different offerings, different levels of offerings, different ways to Aaron, you touched on lead generation, how to use Simto Coach in an ongoing way to maybe reignite older or existing clients as well as getting new clients.

Um, the biggest mistake that you can make with STO Coach really is using it once for either lead generation or for like an intake form. um you can use it for so much more than that. And that's part of this progressive tracking. The technology, it allows you to like use it in an ongoing way to continue to track and understand symptoms, symptoms that are maybe getting better, symptoms that are maybe appearing. So we we we give you a lot of resources and a lot of information on really how to use sympto coach at every level. There are some exams at the end of each one so that you're really, you know, feeling confident that you understand this stuff. But um basically this information, the course is what helped create the the application and when you know the course, you're going to feel really comfortable using Simto Coach. I think that's I mean the general gist. Is there anything else that you want me to kind of touch on as far as that goes?

No, I think you nailed it. We, you know, when we were sitting around Mark Sison's living room 10 years ago, we were talking about how can we help coaches to feel more again organized, empowered, impactful in their coaching relationships and how can we do this in a way that also truly truly guides them to become experts in their field. And so we we need to have this this educational piece as well. Why we really want to reiterate because I see some questions in the chat, which we'll get to in a second here. We're not suggesting that you use this tool just blasting questionnaires and reports out to people. We want you to to lean on your health coaching skills, lean on your knowledge of health and wellness. And so the the course is the course and the tool are integral together. We just we just really you got you already know that Primal Health Coach Institute we we are obsessed with constant curriculum development and developing um developing coaches quite frankly. So before we even built the tool, we had to think about how are we going to teach coaches to use it. So the the course really informed the tool and you need you need both. So when you when you do decide to join up with Septe coach, you'll get access to the course so you can learn about all the body systems and the holistic health factors and then you're having coaching conversations with your clients from from your own knowledge. You you're knowledgeable informed coach and you have all the symptom self- assessment from your client. This is an amazing blend of information. You are unstoppable with that blend of information.

Okay, that was awesome. Thanks. That's a really good looking course. Nice job. I know it's hard to build a course, Ashley. You really put the pedal to the metal on that. Thank you. >> It's fun though. It's fun. And I can't wait to use Simto Coach now. Like the more I've been in it, even in the past weeks as we're getting ready to launch it, I'm like I I can't wait to >> use it. Yeah. >> Me, too. Yeah. Me, too. Okay.

So, I I see there's some questions that have come in, but before we get to the questions, I just want to make sure I plug in our sort of our finale call to action type of of information so that you know what's coming next. Uh if you're excited about Syto Coach, which you better be, uh and you want early access when we open enrollment, your next step is simple. Book a call to join the weight list. Okay? So, we we want you to go through an actual proper enrollment call for this tool to make sure it's a good fit for you and you're a good fit for it. We'll walk you through what's coming, what's included, and help you figure out the best path. So, depending on who you are watching this, I'm going to post some things in the chat here. If you have not gone through a primal health coach certification program, if you're not a certified primal health coach, if you're coming to us from a different school or you're not quite certified yet, you want to become a health coach, then you'll want to book a call with our admissions director, Jen Robinson. That link is right there, www.primalhealthcoach.com/schedule-call. If you are a student or graduate of PHCI already, then we have a different link for you to book. But don't worry, either one of these links is fine. Oh, Jen's here. Nice. Hi, Jen. Um, Grant Grant Groves is our co our health coach development adviser. He he loves to talk to existing students and graduates about your next steps and his his booking a book a call link is in the chat now as well. So, his is primalcoach.com-call-advisor. Just I'm just reciting that for anybody who's watching this on the replay and can't see the chat. Please do book a call so we can have a conversation so Jen or Grant can have a conversation with you about whether this is a good fit for you or not. Okay, wait list spots are limited and so booking these calls are the fastest way to secure priority access to Simto Coach. Booking a call equals joining the wait list. So if you're looking for a wait list, it's the call. It's getting on Jen and Grant's calendar, okay? And you get all the launch details first. This is the best way to make sure that you don't miss enrollment when it opens.

Um I just want to quickly just jump back through some questions. So we actually had um a few sort of general questions that had come in. So first of all, is this within health coaching scope of practice? Yes. Yes. Yes. It is nondiagnostic. It is lifestyle focus. That is absolutely in the purview and the scope of practice for health coaches. It has always been our scope of practice. It's an incredible scope of practice and we're lucky to have it. I I go back to everything I said in the first part of this seg session which was we get to help people feel better. We get to actually make meaningful moves with our clients to help them feel better. Now, so in order to help our clients feel better now, we have to know how they were feeling before. So the symptom self- assessment tool enables us to get clear on how they're feeling and help them to feel better. And yes, this is in our scope of practice. Lab testing is not. This is it's it's important too like just because we aren't clinicians or we can't diagnose or prescribe doesn't mean we can't have a really professional polished product that we can offer. like this is something that looks really impressive and is really easy for people to understand and and take in and use and keep um and it really kind of just levels up the professionalism of what we can offer but still being in scope. I think that's that's it's something that doesn't really exist, right? >> I agree. Yeah. And I think that goes back to what you and I both said earlier about imposter syndrome. I think you know imposter syndrome I I always joke is is basically beginner syndrome. You know it's just beginner syndrome. I just haven't done this before. So to be able to launch or grow your business with a really professional, very slick tool like this just again imposter syndrome's gone. You have this amazing tool. It looks good. It feels good. It it gives powerful information. It really solves that big struggle that coaches struggle with.

Um do I need to know functional medicine? You do not. So functional medicine quite frankly I I don't want to say too much about functional medicine, but functional medicine health coaching is health coaching. Health coaching is health coaching is health coaching. There's no special kind of health coaching. But this course teaches you everything you need to know about the body systems and how and these lifestyle factors and how to help your client make moves to improve them. So it is functional. It is ultimately functional if you go to the dictionary definition of the word functional. Do I need a big coaching practice already is a question we've been asked. No, this is amazingly valuable for folks with who already have client rosters or big email lists. Also, if you don't, if you have even a few followers on your social feed, a few email subscribers, a few people at your yoga studio that have inquired, you simply, you know, you collect an email address and send a questionnaire. It couldn't be easier. You're chatting with somebody at the grocery store. Hey, I just grabbed me, give me your email address. I'll send you a quick little health assessment. We can we can we can have a conversation about how you can improve your health. I mean, it's it's an incredible marketing tool to help you grow your business, quite frankly. And a question that we always get asked, this is our number one question of all time, is will this help me get clients? Yes, I think it's one of the strongest lead genen tools a health coach can offer. If you think about, not to get on my soap box, but kind of the I'm trying to not use a swear word, but the um some of the quality of information that's available in the wellness industry right now, it's it's a little cheap. It can there's a lot of cheap stuff out there. Cheap and and useless, quite frankly. This is not this is a richly detailed report that gives the prospective client actual personalized precise information about themselves. They're not getting that from somebody's downloadable PDF. So, it's it's incredible way to help you get clients. And I, as I mentioned, I got two I got two clients from testing the software. So, yeah, it works. Yeah, that

So, I just want to go through some of the questions that are in the chat. Am I correct that the module recommendations are automatically based off of the client's answers to the questionnaire? Yes. So again the what happens between the questionnaire and the report is very complex very complex machine learning it's not just a onetoone they click this button they get this module it's very complex I couldn't even explain it I asked I asked to have it explained to me and I quickly regretted that because I was immediately confused but it is very very detailed machine learning um Tyson I I kind of showed a little bit about how you can peacemeal the report based on whatever you think is important and I have to really reiterate some of the questions that I'm seeing in chat are answered by this one statement which is that this the symptoto coach is used alongside a coaching relationship. There's a discovery call. There's an intake form. You're having a conversation with this person. They've they've signed an agreement. You are you know them. You've gotten an intake form. Right? So the intake form that you're going to get is going to ask them questions like what are your main health goals? What do you want? Uh why is that important to you? What does this look like when it's feeling better? Maybe you get a little bit of health um a little bit of u medical history and nutrition lifestyle history in the intake form. So, you know, this person I I referenced Lindsay, whose report I showed, I know that Lindsay is somebody who's trying to be more athletic. I had no idea she was a smoker, though. That didn't come up in my intake form. Right now, I know, right? But I know Lindsay is trying to improve her her athletic performance. So, when I built her report, I pulled in the ones that pertained to sort of the muscular system and getting her body working better. I left out the ones pertaining to maybe elimination diets and gut health and inflammation because I thought that could be a back burner activity. When I'm thinking through how to work with a client, I want to start with the first thing first and what they described in their intake form as being the most important thing they want to work on. So, I'm going to customize the report based on what they want to work on first. Then, let's say we get her muscular system working great. She's feeling better performance in the gym or in her sport. Now, I might get her to rerun the report. Now, we're going to talk more about inflammation and gut health. That's going to be phase two of our coaching relationship. So, please, please remember that symptoto coaches use in the context of a coaching relationship. You need to lean on your coaching skills. You need to be a good coach. You need to be an effective coach. The tool is not going to do that for you, but it's going to give you powerful insight information as to where to start.

Anna asked if this is mobile friendly. It is. The questionnaire is mobile friendly, but the the coach dashboard works a little better on a on a on a currently it works a little better on a on a laptop, but you know, I for me, I just prefer to look at my client records on a laptop. That feels like a laptop activity to me, not a phone activity. >> Me too. Me too. >> It's like buying plane tickets. Yeah, >> we don't do that on our phone. >> No, >> certain age. I think maybe we don't. >> That's right. >> Um Ryan, your question. Can you customize the questions? No. The questionnaire is set, but you know, we we are going to be taking tons of feedback. If there's a question that you feel should be added to the questionnaire, we are, you know, this is V1 of of a software system. We're excited to grow.

But don't forget, you have an intake form right here. Can I give you a really really specific example? I sent this questionnaire to 80 strangers on my on my email list, right? So, a few of those people were active clients, but about 80 of them were strangers on my email list. And I asked them to give me feedback on the process cuz we were testing the software. Somebody emailed me back and said, "Hey, just so you know, I'm quadripolgic." And there was no question on the questionnaire to identify that. So, now the report's telling me to go take a walk. >> That's awkward, right? But if that had been a client of mine, I'd have that on an intake form. I would have known that person was quadriplegic. I wouldn't have included the take a walk report. Do you see what I'm saying? Like we have to individualize this. We get to individualize it to the person that we're actually working with. Let's say um I'm trying to think through Lindsay's report. If there's something on there that I wasn't maybe comfortable yet working on with her, maybe I'm not comfortable with smoking sens sessation yet. Maybe I don't want to start with that. I get to decide what we're going to work on. I get to have a little say in that as well, quite frankly, based on what we've uncovered in the intake form. And you will find you you haven't seen like the full questionnaire and I'm sure like to your point there will be elements that come up that are included but it is a very comprehensive questionnaire like it's more comprehensive than any intake form I've ever done or or given to anyone. So um yeah it'll it has a lot of information in there. >> That's a great point Ashley. I did not go through the whole entire questionnaire. I just there's a lot there's a there's it's it's so so comprehensive my friends. Um, and you know, if as you're using it, you feel that there's maybe a question that could be added, let us know. >> But we've been working on this for years. I feel high confidence that we have covered off all the important factors, right? Let's go back to the quadriplegic thing. That's probably not going to come up very often, but I'm going to get that on an intake form. Let's not forget that that intake form exists as well.

So, that that goes to Ellena's question about would this be used as part of the intake process? 100%. 100%. Unless you're using it as that lead generation tool, in which case you might just send the questionnaire and send the report along with a book a call with me to discuss your report. So, it depends on how you're using it. But in your client relationships, it is 100% alongside an intake form and a coaching relationship. And you can use it in all kinds of different ways. That's the beauty of it. You can you can use this in all different levels of applications and depending on what kind of clients you have or what kind of clients you're looking for. You can do the lead genen. You can also use it as an intake form. You can also use it as reassessments, check-ins with, you know, existing clients. You can do all of that. >> That's a great point. I have a client who's been in my roster for months, and she's working with me on metabolic health and weight loss, but she's also got, she keeps coming to the calls and saying, I'm I'm holding a lot of fluid on my body. I've gained like 20 lbs of fluid. I'm thinking to myself, fluid? >> What? You know what? I'm gonna send you my symptoms self assessment. And she's got some lipadeema stuff going on that I would not have picked up on. I would have just said, "Oh, have you tried have you I'm going through my weight loss checklist like I have you taken a walk? How's your sleep? How's your stress?" But meanwhile, her body's holding fluid and this is a, you know, a symptom that we were able to uncover through symptomatology. So, I used it, applied it to my existing clientele as well.

Kristen asked, "How accurate did I find this to the perceptions of the client situation that you had yourself?" Um, well, I've only only taken it through a couple active clients, people who I'm really actively working with, Chris, the guy with lipadeema, which was incredible. >> Um, the thing is it is highly accurate. It's almost in some ways more accurate. Like if I'm having a conversation with a client and I'm guiding the coaching conversation, I can get to a certain point, you know, tell me how you feel, how do you feel about that, tell me more, tell me more. But until they actually see this symptom listed on a questionnaire, like I go back to the I go back to acid reflux because for some reason clients forget to mention that to me. They they'll mention it to me once it's resolved to say, "Oh, by the way, my acid reflux resolved." And I looking through my notes, I'm like, "Wait, you you didn't tell me you had acid reflux? I didn't know that." So now we've got this captured, right? So in some it's actually we get we get we get more insight on our existing clients with this with this tool. Ellen asked if the brain, mental health, mood system is included. So the nervous system is in there. That's one of the body systems. >> Yeah. And also mental health as a holistic health factor that you know applies to everything and that's outlined in the course as well. Yeah. >> Amazing. Um I don't know anything about cost so I can't answer any of those questions. I'm so sorry but that's why you want to get on a call with Jen or Grant.

And do we can we say when do we have a date that we can say when it launches because it like there's going to be a web page that goes up with all the information and all of that soon? >> Yes, it launches February 23rd. We're putting the finishing touches on it right now. So, coming up on Monday. Um, so some of these questions, there's some interesting ones about like can you add free text? Can you integrate with practice better? Can you add questions? Uh, at the moment, no. But who's to say that we can't get some integrations and some some deeper stuff? But I just want to reiterate the free text um option that's going to be more in your intake form. Don't forget again the intake form like I have a section on my intake form that says like basically in your own words tell me how you feel, how you'd like to feel. That's important information. I want the client to journal entry that we're going to use the symptom coach tool as actual machine learning that spits out data based on symptomatology. Okay. So intake form is more about the fe you know kind of the the experience of health and wellness they're having and then the symptom coach is the data driven piece.

Okay, I think I got through all the questions. Please please make sure and I think the links uh Jen if you can if you're still there. Oh no Grant's link. So um the links that you're seeing here for Grant and Jen are Grant and Jen's call booking links. So, if you click through it, it looks like a weird page. That's just the page to book with Grant or Jen, respectively. So, just yeah, those links are correct, uh, that are in the chat. Make sure you book in with them. They can talk you through next steps and get you on the wait list for when we officially launch on February 23rd, which is just right around the corner. So, just to close up shop here, um 10 years in the 10 years we've been talking about Simto Coach and uh about two solid years, if not more. >> Time flies, two solid years actively building it. Uh tons and tons of just so you know, this is not a completely AI generated thing. There's a lot of human element to the buildout of this and the thinking through and the and the symptomatology specialist course. Uh we need you to be competent, confident coaches. We want you to be, you can be, you should be. And SPTO coach will help you get over that sort of nudge, that little edge of maybe that lack of a little that little tiny bit of imposter syndrome that's still holding you back. This is going to launch you right into your your your confidence and your competency as a health coach. Okay, I think we got it pretty nailed here in about an hour. I feel good about it. Um, nailed it. >> You feel good, Ashley? How'd we do? >> I feel good. I feel good about it. I think just one last piece about the the AI, you know, I think it's easy for people to say, "Okay, is this just like an AI program that's just going to spit stuff out?" And we've explained that it isn't, but I think you'll also as you play with the the the program and the application and um create some reports and and go through it yourself, you'll you'll see because I don't know about you, but I can still feel and sense and see there's something about when you read something or you access something that's all AI, you just can tell. And you can tell with this that there's there's certainly technology and like we said algorithms in the background that are saving us a ton of time, but the actual content, the actual information, the actual pieces that you're putting together were developed and researched and written and created by human beings and you can tell.

Yes. >> So that's another thing that makes this so special. I actually think that's a really important thread to pull one more time, which is health coaching is a relationship between you and a client. Two human beings, the human being client having a lived experience of poor health. We don't want them to receive an AI generated report. We want them to have a human relationship with a human coach. This is a tool that's going to help you to facilitate those relationships. Yeah, we're excited about it. So that's why we have a course that we have to we certify you alongside so that you can be the trained knowledgeable coach person guide partner. Anybody who's been through the advanced coaching expert course, you know how I feel about the partnership with the coach and client. This is this is part of your partnership toolkit. We're we're we get to be in relationship with our clients. We're not handing that off to AI. So yes, very humanoriented person first tool and your clients are going to love it and you're going to love it too. So, make sure you book with Jen or Grant and uh get ready for that wait list to open right away and you can jump into Simp Coach and enjoy it like we have. >> Yeah. >> Amazing. Okay, thanks everybody. Thanks Ashley. >> Thanks for being here. >> All right, we'll see you next time. Bye-bye. maker.
