Know your energy. When your energy is at the top, people shouldn't be allowed to access it so quickly. I see women all the time acting a fool. You forget your standards. You forget you're a queen. You forget you're supposed to be the main character. And oftentimes the main character does not need to be doing the most to be adored, to be the most attractive, to turn heads, to be respected. Especially if you're running a business and you're an entrepreneur and you want to make sales.
I'm going to tell you a few of these tips you can apply to your business to how you move. Let's just get into it. Hello, beautiful people. I am currently headed to the coffee shop and then after the coffee shop, I'm headed to the gym. Summer is fast approaching and I have some tips for you to be that girl this summer and even after the summer. A lot of things that I mentioned in this video, I need you to pay attention to. Get your notebook out. Send this video to your girlfriend. If you are new to seeing my face, new to my channel, welcome to all my people returning. I love having you here. Be sure to give this video a thumbs up, comment down below, drop some pink heart emojis, and let's get into the video. I'm about to pour in some energy to you.
If you want to become that girl with irresistible aura, charm, grace, people are just magnetically drawn to you, then check your attitude. When you have a bad attitude, no matter how gorgeous you are, people will never respect you. There was a time in my life where I was that girl that was full of attitude, thinking that the world owed me respect, that the world needed to treat me like a queen when I would walk around with such a bad, unwelcoming attitude. And a lot of you guys don't even realize this kind of entitlement, this kind of energy in the long run is not attractive. I don't care how beautiful you are. If you want to pout, make up your arms, or think you are too good-looking to be kind and gracious to people, where you don't have to smile, you're not welcoming, you're not kind, you're not nice, then trust me, you're blocking your own blessings.
Let me tell you something. When I had the most amount of attitude and entitlement, I attracted bums. I attracted low-vibrational men that didn't like to spend on me, treat me well, cater to me. And then when I did my glow-up work of transforming my character, being kinder and softer, now my aura just naturally brings in quality men, especially men that are generous. They like to spend. They like to care. They like to provide. They like to treat. That is the kind of quality that I now attract now that I've changed and fixed my attitude. It's not about maneuvering through life with a sense of entitlement. Whether you feel like you're gorgeous or not, trust me, women have the power to get whatever they want. Sometimes you're standing in your own way of abundance. Sometimes you're standing in the way of an opportunity or a relationship where a man truly loves you beyond your looks.
It's honestly going to come down to this. One thing I'm grateful for when it comes to my man is that even though I've dated wealthier men, he loves me for my character beyond my gorgeous body. It's not about my looks. It's about my heart, my character, who I actually transform myself into. Having a kind heart, but also being wise, being smart, being someone who stops for women. My man will oftentimes tell me that I'm too kind, I'm too nice. During my workouts when I would be competing for shows, I should be zoned in and focused. But if somebody needed help and they interrupted my workout, I would stop for them. Oftentimes, I will stop for you. I will help you. Being a kind person, that is so attractive. Not too nice where people take advantage of you, but being someone that has a heart of care, a heart to nurture, a heart to give, and that is going to be so important. So, check yourself.
If you are a part of a group where girls just gossip, they're rude, they're obnoxious, you guys just have a really bad way of maneuvering through the roads, through the streets, trust me, you think it's attractive, you think it's cute, but it's really not. A bully, being angry, being that girl that thinks that you're too good. Trust me, you're probably going to attract men that are only going to probably spend or trick on you for the night or a few days, but they're never going to take you seriously because when they find a woman with peace, that right there is secure. You'll never play with a woman that comes with peace, confidence, she has her own. She's kind. You'll never ever get to play on a woman that knows her worth.
Number two, don't be so accessible. If you want to be that girl with irresistible energy, don't be so accessible. When you are that girl with that kind of energy, know your energy. When your energy is at the top, people shouldn't be allowed to access it so quickly. You also shouldn't be so gullible, naive, or swindled on anything just because somebody wants to offer you a good time for the night or a good time for a month. You should know your worth. And chances are, you often don't know your worth because you haven't been working on yourself. We're oftentimes looking for somebody to come save us. We're looking for a provider, a protector, even in our friendship groups for people to validate us or give us attention. You need to know your worth and the quality of your energy.
When I did the work on myself, I cut out so much crap out of my life. I cut out toxic friends. I cut out drinking. I cut out smoking. I cut out anything that had me vibrating at a low frequency. So now what I attract is top of the line. I don't attract anything that's under my energy. I don't have friends like that. I don't date like that. I don't go to places like that. I don't entertain anything that's lower than where I currently am. Why? Because I'm always reaching higher, mentors that are higher than me. I want friends that are higher than me. I'm not intimidated by them, but I respect the work that they do. I respect the wisdom that they have. I respect the emotional intelligence that they have. I expect the knowledge. I expect everything that's valuable about them. And that's why I'm reaching. I'm always growing myself because I know my value. Your energy is like currency. Your energy. People want it even more than beauty. Energy is so different. When you can walk into a room, you don't have to open up your mouth and people are just like, "Wow, who is that?" They want to know who you are.
When I walk into restaurants when I was single and currently till this day, every guy is usually just turning their heads. And trust me, I don't need to hype myself up. I don't need my man to either tell me that I'm beautiful or sexy. I don't need him giving me compliments. I know myself. You need to get to the point where you know yourself. Humbly know yourself, but in a way where people don't have access to you. You couldn't just call my phone either. You couldn't just talk to me any kind of way. You couldn't just stop me on the street. Especially if you're a guy. Women, I'll stop for. But men, no. You couldn't just call me out of your car and think I'm going to walk up to your car. You couldn't just come and sit at my table and just think that you could just pay the bill. No. I can actually afford to pay any bill that I have. Right. You got to come with more. More, not less. And a lot of people, we see money, we see dollar signs, but we don't see character. We don't see energy. We don't see a higher standard. We just see the bare minimum. And money usually is the bare minimum of money. If you put money first when it comes to dating or friendships or looks before character energy, trust me, you're in for the long run where you're going to feel more drained. You're going to feel unhappy.
It all starts right here. I hope that's all making sense. I write down my points, but I don't write down what I'm going to say about each point. So, this is just coming to mind. This is how I feel. This is currently what I did in my life in the past 5 to 6 years. So, I'm just sharing that with you. I also wrote down you got to test people's patience. I mentioned in my last video, giving your body away. That's also beyond energy. Your body is just as important. I knew that I didn't want to have more than a certain kill count. Let's be honest. Talk like women here. Mom, don't judge me. I knew that I didn't want to have a certain kill count because I was going to be on Google. I was going to do big things with my life and I had to be really intentional with how I moved. Not proud of every interaction or every person I gave my body to. But this is a lesson that I'm sharing with you guys raw and open. You can't just be giving your body away just for a good time or because you're lonely or because this person is going to take you out and treat you nice. You got to test people's patience. Patience.
All right. When I met my man, he's the only man that has been patient with me, kind with me, slow with me, soft with me. And I've been able to grow in that kind of softness. I can look forward to the future because someone's not pressuring me to give my body to them, to give my time to them, to be someone that I'm not, right? I don't have to dress this way to make him happy. He loves me for me because I have my goals. I have standards. I know what I want. I'm a woman that's just like, I know who I am now. So, the man that I was going to date, the man that I'm marrying, he has to respect me and respect when I say no. And I've given my body away just for good times. I've given my body away for situationships that I thought were going to end how I wanted it to end. We all want it to be a relationship. We all want to be respected and we all want to be the one, right? And take sex off the table. Your body shouldn't be the first thing that you offer to somebody, especially this summer and after this summer. Okay? If somebody genuinely wants to be with you, wants to take care of you, wants to make sure you're good, you're that girl, first of all, I'm never ever going to be competing with another female. So, if a man shows you that, why are you still with him? I'm not going to be in a war with a man that has other women in and out of his ear, phone, or my relationship. It's disrespectful because I should have always been your first choice and your only choice. If you don't have that kind of main character energy, then what are you doing? You can never be a confident woman when you are second-guessing how somebody treats you based on how you treat yourself and what you allow.
So last tip here in this category, don't be so naive. I already mentioned it. Don't be so gullible where you forget about your big goals. Okay? When I gave my body away or my time away, I really didn't know my big goals. YouTube also wasn't a thing. I didn't know that I would be on YouTube or starting a YouTube channel. I just knew that when I had that break of being single, I wanted to work on what I could never have taken away from me. I wanted to work on the broken parts of me, the parts that I lacked. That required me to be in solitude and not being so willing to just go here and be there and, you know, lay up for a night or a few nights. I really had to be intentional so that I could focus on my big goals. Now, like I mentioned, YouTube was never a big goal of mine. It wasn't a goal of mine either. However, reinventing myself and working on myself led me here. So, I say that to say the work that you do on yourself, even if it's slow, you just never know where it's going to bring you, where it's going to lead to. But a lot of the times you block your own blessings by paying attention more to your distractions, to your situationships, to your bad habits, and you end up prolonging where you could possibly be. So I say that to say you need to value and respect your body. Your energy is like currency. It's going to get you into bigger rooms. It's going to bring bigger opportunities and more abundance into your life. For my women that also want to buy their own properties or run their own businesses, imagine if you focused your time on your goals rather than on a good night or pleasures or fast food or emotional eating. Imagine what you could do if you just focused on your mind, body, soul, and spirit. Your energy.
I drove into the gym parking lot. If I find the clip, I'll put it here. And I was recording for my other channel. And one of the guys there that I have like a brother-sister relationship with, he came up to the car and immediately he was like, "Girl, you're glowing." He's straight, by the way. Straight. I've never heard a man ever say, "You're glowing." I know that my energy is different. So, I attract a lot of people, but he was like, "Girl, you are glowing. There's something about you." And whenever I run into old people, old friends, exes, haters, anybody, they're always just like timid. They're like, "What happened?" I I don't know. People are literally just like every time they see me, they're like, "Your energy is so different." And I've just been learning and learning more of God's word and just like his word just reminds me of what a queen is, what he created us here to be. Beyond being so accessible, his word always reminds me of the quality that I am, the value that I have. When he took his time to create all of us, he knew what he was doing by adding value into each one of us, quality and good energy into each one of us. It's through living in the world that you forget who you are or what God really created you to be or become. And you forget that kind of energy where you're not that girl, okay? You're not a queen. You're operating low and people have access to you. People can talk bad about you. People can talk bad to you. So wake up and understand, I see what God is doing for me. He's like, "No, no, no. I want to separate you from the world." And he wants to separate you from the world. When you move differently, they're all going to turn their heads regardless.
Number three, wearing workout clothes, but you don't go to the gym or you don't go to a Pilates class. You don't move your body. You're just wearing it for the convenience because it's comfortable. I don't wear jeans, okay? I do not like wearing jeans. My glutes don't fit. My waist is too small. I don't have time to alter these things. But listen, if you are wearing workout clothes and you just don't take care of yourself. If you're going to buy the clothes and you keep buying and buying buying all the Lululemons, that's all I know. I don't know the song. I don't know the artist. That's where I don't listen to that kind of music. But listen, you can't just be wearing the clothes and not taking care of your body. Feel like you just don't even do yourself justice because I know if you came across a girl with a good body, she looks like she works out. She takes care of herself. She doesn't have to be super muscular, super fit, super this, but there are many shapes and sizes and women look like they care for themselves. Stop wearing the clothes if you're not going to care for yourself. You might as well just save your money and hire a personal trainer and then buy the clothes. But you guys just buy the clothes. You have the clothes sitting there. You're not doing anything. Not even going to the grocery store nonetheless. Or or or you go to the grocery store in these clothes and you go and buy junk. Go and buy a lot of crap, processed food, full of sugar, full of [ __ ] and then wear the clothes in your fitness clothes. From now on, set a standard. If you are going to wear workout clothes, at least care for yourself. At least make it a priority to care for yourself. And you do not need to look like your favorite influencer or your favorite coach. You need to just take care of yourself. I feel like you even have a new sense of pride and confidence when you know that part of your routine, your weekly routine is going to the gym, going to a workout class, taking care of yourself. Doesn't have to be 100%. It could be 60%. But you're a work in progress, taking care of yourself. Stop wearing the clothes and you don't even take care of yourself. When you wear the workout clothes, I want it to be a signal for you that if I'm going to put this on, it's because I'm going to go and choose to do healthy things today or I'm going to do healthy things in my life. Period.
Which leads to number four. If you want to become that girl with irresistible energy, I need you to get better at control, controlling yourself. You do not need to buy, eat, and sleep with everything. Okay? You do not need to buy, sleep, or eat with everything. When you walk into a room, you do not need to entertain or acknowledge everything. When you walk past a cafe or you're out with your friends, you do not need to buy and eat everything. When you're upset, you're moody, you do not need to go and buy another pair of workout clothes. You do not need to go and buy anything. You do not need a new foundation until the other one is done or almost done. You have food in your fridge that is going rotten. It's unfortunate that you continue to waste your food and you don't eat your food. Stop buying the takeout. Stop going to restaurants thinking that you need to order the entire menu or always going through drive-thrus. You're not going to become that girl when you're bloated, you're constipated, you're inflamed, you're going to walk past, I don't think I mentioned this in tip number three, but when you see a girl who looks like she works out or takes care of herself and her glutes look good, her arms look good, you'll be looking at yourself like two ways. Damn, she's motivating me to get in the gym and take care of myself. Or who does she think she is? She's so fine, but whatever. You're hating. I know there's girls out there that they know they could look better, but their choices, their actions, their laciness is the reason why. And so, if you are that person and you look at another fine girl and you can't even be happy for her, get yourself in the gym. Why you wearing the clothes or why you eating the food? Stop buying things and buy a gym membership. That will be the best thing I'll ever say. Stop giving your body away to have 10 minutes, 10 minutes of this and actually go to the gym and work out on your glutes. Go to the gym and throw your booty back with the cable kickbacks where you can actually lift your legs and build your glutes and tone your midsection. Because even the people that get surgeries or had surgeries done, you're like, "Oh, my body's going to be so nice." You still got to work out. You still got to eat good cuz it's just a quick fix. Start taking care of your habits, your spending habits, your standards as well. Stop just opening up your legs because the man is nice. No, he's not going to marry you. That's another body on your body. That's another soul tie. That's another waste of time. That's another headache. That's another person's man or future man that's not yours. Let people work and earn things just like you work to earn these luxuries of going to buy a matcha every single day. That's not actually how I want to spend my money or how I want my body to look cuz I'm still bloated from my matcha that I had a week ago. I'm still bloated from the almond milk and the sugar that's in the matcha.
Number five, if you want to be that girl that has irresistible energy and can beg anything, okay, fix your posture. I mentioned this already, but fix your posture. A lot of you guys walk like this, but you know what? If you went to the gym and you trained your back, do you guys want to see some exercises to have better posture? I think I should do that for y'all. So, imagine you're walking like this, but then you start training your back and your back muscles start to help you with having better posture. Let me show you guys my back. Do you think people with bad Do you think people with bad posture have back muscles? No. They need to be worked out, massaged. You need to be stretching. Like every morning so far, I've been waking up to stretch. I've been like, I want to be that feminine girl that when you walk, when I'm outside, when I'm walking, I want to be that girl. I want to be that feminine girl that's literally just like, I'm so soft and flexible. I just want to be I just want to be flexible. I just want to be soft. But y'all like the bad posture, especially if you're standing or work or sitting all day or you're a mom. I know my mama clients, especially with new babies, they're always holding their babies and then one side of your body is off. Oh my goodness, my poor mother. My mom's one side of her body is so off and then when she does her lateral raises, one shoulder is higher than the other. And then for me, one leg is shorter than the other. And we're always going to have these imbalances, but a lot of you guys make the imbalances even worse. So that's what I'm trying to say. You want to make sure that you're going to the gym not just for the look, but because you're structuring your body, you're able to build your arms. If you don't like the back of your arms and they're, which they're going to be, which you're always going to have a little bit of fat on your arms. But listen, when I flex my arms, there's muscle underneath. So, when I start to lose more body fat, you're going to see that my arms are going to be a lot more shredded. I'll put a video here. Like, when I'm shredded, I'm shredded. But I am a professional bodybuilder. I'm right now I'm not bodybuilding. I'm not on a diet. I'm not on any harsh diet. I'm just living my life and teaching women how to have balance. And you can get to your goals. You can enjoy food. You can have donuts. You can go out to eat. You can have your matcha lattes. But you also want to have balance. And just fix your posture. It doesn't feel good when you're like, "Hi, unfair date." You know what I mean? Hi, my name is fix your posture because then people are going to take you seriously. Imagine somebody who's actually not a nice person and they're going to take advantage of you. They're going to manipulate you. They're going to be rude to you. They're just not nice when they see somebody that they can take advantage of. And the minute your posture is low and you look lost, oh my goodness, people are just going to play you like a puppet, string you left and right. You're going to have people walk all over you and abuse you and you're going to end up hating the world and having just a terrible dark heart.
Number six, if you want to be that girl with irresistible energy, stop chewing your gum like a horse in public. First of all, gum is not really good for your digestive system because it tricks the system into thinking that you're actually digesting food, which only makes you bloated, constipated. It just agitates your digestive system in general, if you didn't know that. So, I would prefer mints over gum. But for those that are outside chewing up like a horse, please consider this. You do not look cute. So, chew it for a little bit, freshen your breath, and spit it out. And when you are training as well, try not to train with gum in your mouth. Again, you're not going to really be helping your body in the gym when you are tricking.
Your digestive system into thinking you are swallowing actual food when it's just air bubbles.
If you want to be irresistible, no Crocs, no bonnets outside. It's just a no. I don't really have to talk on that too much. You can let me know your opinion down below. But why do you even have a bonnet on your head in public? Going to the grocery store, a little cute headband or head wrap is nice if you can do your makeup or just look put together, but trust me, it's not helping you.
Now, when it comes to the Crocs, honestly, I just feel like Crocs have no support in them. So, I prefer if you just wore something for the time being. You're going to dress up, so you're wearing sandals. You're going out to a restaurant, so you're wearing heels or sandals or wedges, but Crocs, maybe to throw out your garbage that's a few steps in front of you. But no. And training with Crocs on too, please, guys. They're just not cute. I don't care about how much it cost or how little it cost. Mm—I'm speaking for myself when I say this. You will never catch me outside or going to the grocery store or certain places dragging my feet, which is another thing. A lot of people don't pick up their feet to walk. So, really, all you hear is the laziness at the bottom of your feet. And then you look down only to see that your shoes are probably unkempt, dirty. Especially if they're white, they're dirty, and you got some lazy Crocs on your feet that just reflect how lazy you truly are.
If I'm coming for you, you don't feel motivated to really lift your feet or do anything productive when you're just throwing on sweatpants, baggy clothes, unkempt clothes, or Crocs on. Unless you're a mother with children under ages of eight, running a full house, tight ship, then sure. But for my young girls that do not have any children, that have no excuse to be full of energy, I'm sorry, the Crocs do not work for me. My man is from Europe. When I went to Europe, I didn't even see people with Crocs on when I went to Europe. And the difference between cultures, just anywhere in the world, when you go certain places, I'm sure you couldn't go to Dubai and just be outside with Crocs and a bonnet on. I'm sure you couldn't go to Europe, cuz anytime I've been in Europe, I've never seen Crocs and a bonnet. I've never seen some of the behaviors that I now see in Canada and the United States. So, honestly, y'all, like have a certain standard, your personal standard. If you wouldn't do it somewhere else, just don't do it here. It's just like spitting on the street, being loud, being obnoxious, just things you would not do in places like Dubai or somewhere in Europe. Just don't do them in your home city anyways. People are always watching you and you only just [ __ ] on your own character and how people perceive you.
Leads to number eight. Stop wearing slacks to the grocery store. And this is one thing that I had to call myself out on is I can easily put on like gym clothes and go to the grocery store. But I was just sharing with my girlfriend this morning. I was just like, "Oh, yesterday we went to the grocery store before the gym. We were supposed to go afterwards, but I was dressed ready to go into the gym." And so, you body was looking really nice in my gym clothes, but I know that when people look at me, they're literally just like stilizing me. And at that moment, I just felt so uncomfortable. Felt so uncomfortable. But not even like like a gym girly. You can also dress like a bum or somebody who just like doesn't put any effort into your appearance and people will still judge you. Nonetheless, I think I came across Jackiea's video of showing us her um this beautiful outfit that she was wearing. Very simple, but she obviously makes it not look simple. Like she sets a standard. And she was just like, "This is what I wear to the grocery store. It's flowy. It's cute. And honestly, I find the video. I'll post it. Like, she definitely sets a quality standard, especially for black women. And I don't really care if you like her or don't like her. I like her. I like the standard that she sets. And sometimes, or most times, most people are intimidated by that because they are afraid to put in the work or just hold themselves accountable to how much more you could do. And I know I have a lot more work to do with my wardrobe. So yeah, I applaud her for being a great example of that and just keeping up with yourself wherever you go. It's not just the grocery store. People are always watching. So if you want to be that girl, just really hold yourself to a certain standard. If you personally wouldn't dress like that or be like that in Dubai or any other city in the world, then just don't do it in your hometown either. Or don't do it in the city that you currently live in either. Even if it's low effort, low maintenance. Like my city that I live in, people don't dress up. They wear pajamas to the grocery store. They wear pajamas to fivestar restaurants with beautiful views and expensive dishes. They don't care. They're going to wear the pajamas. They're going to wear the Crocs. And when I walk in, they're like, "Sorry if your man is looking. I'm sorry if you're looking as a woman, but you didn't put in the effort. So, let's not waste any time not putting in effort into oursel and use every opportunity to show up as that girl.
Number nine, if you want to be that girl that has irresistible energy, you want to stay cute, calm, and collected. Okay? Not loud, obnoxious, seeking attention. Whether it be in a group setting or you're on the phone or you're driving. I used to be that girl that would blast a lot of loud music. Loud hiphop twerk music. I'm the sh kind of music. Yeah. I would blast gospel music but to a certain level. Like I just don't want to, you know what I mean? Like it's just no. It's just just not classy. Like um another way that you're going to be looking obnoxious and just distasteful is if you are loud and obnoxious in disagreements on the street, on the phone, in conversations. Learn how to communicate. Learn how to stay calm and collective and don't get worked up. Whether you're with a group of people, if they are getting obnoxious, walk away. In 2025, you guys should be able to walk away from your friends, especially if they want to carry on with bad behavior, bad habits, bad language. If they have bad habits, bad traits, bad behavior, they gossip, they're loud, they're problematic, walk away, okay? Not going to be able to show up as yourself or even stand out if you tolerate that kind of behavior. Most of society won't even tolerate that kind of behavior. You're looked down upon. People don't respect you. You may be the loudest in the room. People still won't respect you. If you come calm, collected, and you know yourself, you know how to speak. You know how to talk yourself out of situations or calm the situation, people will respect you. They'll hear you. They'll listen to you. So, just come with grace. Come with calmness. Be that energy. Especially for a man. They want peace. They want love. They want calmness. They want to know that you're not problematic. Okay? You're not somebody who's going to be causing a scene. You're somebody who handles any situation with grace. Walks like a lady, talks like a lady, acts like a lady, a queen above all.
And lastly, number 10, move with discretion. When I was going on dates, I had to move with discretion. That was in my dating phase. Okay? I don't talk about my love life. I don't really I don't show my partners online. I don't post for people to know what I'm doing or who I'm dating or who. No, just maneuver through life with discretion. discreetness. Okay, people like to know too much about what's going on in your life so they have things on you so they can talk about the latest thing Shended or this is where she was or this is who she's dating or this is who her friends are. This is her past. Okay, move with discretion and then people will have their own stories to make up about you. I think that is the best part. Move with discretion. People are always wanting to know what you're up to. And I feel like the mystery is just it's so entertaining in itself to see people do the most just to know what you're up to. People are always going to have something to say. They're always going to be watching. And I feel like when you like you don't care when you're not faced by anything. This is what makes people so intimidated. They don't even play with you. They're just more hateful. They're like low-key haters because you move with discretion. I move with discretion even with my friends. Okay? Like you don't owe anybody an explanation. You don't owe anybody anything. Move how you want to move. Moving with discretion allows you to keep your peace. It allows you to just move in a certain way of confidence. It just allows you to move like you that woman. Like you don't owe anybody anything. And when you show up, when you're in the room, people know when you exit, it's like your presence has gone. Cool. You miss me. Great. That's how it should be. Don't be telling people too much, doing too much, exposing yourself too much, posting this p of that guy, everyone you've dated. Like, we now have a track history. It's embarrassing. Move with discretion. You don't need to post your fiance, your husband, your boyfriends, your situationships. You don't need to post that this person bought you this. I actually just stop posting what my man does for me. Like, I don't even post it anymore. Okay? Don't cuz people hate on that. People in general can be so hateful. move with discretion. Like, you move in silence. You move in peace. You let people just make up their own damn stories in their head. And I'm going to give that to you. I want you to have your own story.
