Well, hi there. In this video, what I'm going to do now is go through the state of my little baby empire, running my companies, living an international lifestyle, how I'm managing my businesses, how I manage my international lifestyle, living in two countries outside of the collapsing west. And I go through all the details of just really an update on what I've been doing. And hopefully you can learn from what I've been doing and the techniques I've been using and the uh distinctions I've made and the transitions I've made. Pretty exciting stuff.
Um, I'm a pretty happy guy. Uh, life is pretty good. Now, really quick, um, you may or may not be aware I have another YouTube channel called Alpha Male 2.0 where I teach dating and relationship advice for men, specifically non-monogamous advice. I live a non-monogamous lifestyle. If you want the full package of what I'm doing in my full life, I have another video over there where I talk about my personal life. Now, please do not go there. If you are at all offended by anything sexual, your head will explode. And I don't want my team to waste their time deleting your angry comments and deleting your angry emails. So, if that's you, then just stick with this. Let me help you with your business life, your five flags life, your international life, starting your own location of business. I can help you with that. But if you want the full picture, you go to other my my other channel, Alpha Mail 2.0, if you wish. Okay.
Because I did two of these videos. One is personal and one is business. This is the business and five flags one. All right, cool. Uh, it's been a while since I've done this. It's why I wanted to do something like this. And I've been through a lot of transitions over the last several years. Uh, some which I've discussed in the other video, but some I'll discuss here. Here are the changes in my life just in the last few years. Just the last few years. Kind of significant.
Um, I converted to a full five flags international lifestyle in 2021. Thank God. Thank God. I moved out of the collapsing USA in February 2021. I moved to Dubai. Thank God. Now, what's interesting is, if you didn't know my content back then, those of you who've been following me for a while, you know this. I wasn't planning on leaving the collapsing USA until 2025. So, on my blog starting in 2012, I said, "I'm getting the hell out of here right now. In 2012, America's pretty good. In the next few years, it's going to be a [ __ ] hole. I'm getting the [ __ ] out while the getting is good. So, I'll get out of here when I'm in 2025." Well, then COVID hit, lockdowns hit. Summer of love, everyone's killing each other. I said, "That's it. I'm out of here. I'm out of here. America's an authoritarian Nazi state. Get me out of here." So, I couldn't stand it. I upped my timeline. I left in February 2021. Thank God. So happy.
Then I set up my second permanent home in Paraguay in 2023. I'm here now. They're here now. So I uh go back for two homes. I will discuss how I do that in a minute. I spend seven months a year in Dubai, five months a year in Paraguay. And I have two completely stocked homes in both locations. So when I travel between these locations, all I need to do is bring my laptop and that's it. Which is a fantasy I've had for god, 20 years. So, it's a goal I've been working on for a long time. Finally hit that goal in 2023. So happy. When I get on that plane, it's a 14-hour flight from Dubai to Sao Paulo and then from Sao Paulo, Dubai or Paraguay, Asunción. It's about an hour and a half. I just have my laptop and I just wear my sweats. I wear my jammies. It's great because everything I need is in both locations. It's awesome. And they also act as backups to each other. There's a problem with Dubai, I come to Paraguay. There's a problem with Paraguay, I go to Dubai. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Love it.
I also converted to a 4-day work week uh in April 2026, which was two months ago. I used to work seven days a week, six to seven. Now I'm down to a 4-day work week. I'm still kind of getting used to it. So I'll discuss a little more of that. That was a big transition. Something I've been working on for many, many years. Um, I still maintain my seven-figure income, though my income does go up and down month to month, quarter to quarter. Uh, it could be smoother, but it's fine. And I I manage two and a half companies. I call it two and a half. Kind of my inside joke. Um, my main company that you're aware of is this Unchained CEO. My two internet brands, Unchained CEO and Alpha Mail 2.0, but I got other stuff going on.
I have legal residency in five different countries. Uh, four of those five countries are permanent residency. Uh, the only one that is not permanent is Dubai because Dubai requires a golden visa, which I really don't need. But there you go. I'll cover those countries. Well, I'll tell you right now. So, I have legal residency in the United States obviously. Um, Mexico permanent residency. Actually, I'm about to get permanent res. I have temporary residency in Mexico right now. About to get permanent in August. Very excited for that. I have permanent residency here in Paraguay. I have permanent residency in Armenia. So, that's total of five, right? And the UAE. UAE, I have temporary res. Yeah. But it all works. Very happy.
Changes I've made in my companies over the last few years. So, uh, and I've done this has been a slow progression in the last four to five years. I reduced the product lines I have in my company. So going from zero to 100,000 a year or 0 to 200,000 a year when you're starting a business in my opinion, and I'm right, is you want to sell lots of things. You want to sell lots of things at different price points to different types of people within your niche. You want to sell to a narrow, narrow niche, but within that niche, you want to appeal to as many people you can in that niche. Lots of different things, different price points. Um, if you have a complex technique, you take one of those techniques. Internet's being weird. Hang on a moment. I'll rewind myself slightly. You can take a process that you're teaching either B2B or B2C, ideally B2B, and break it down into every one of those steps can be its own book, its own course, its own coaching program, its own consulting program, its own consulting practice. I think that's valuable. And one of the reasons I went from zero to big income very quickly in my life is because I sold many different things. And I did that twice. I did it in real life, in IRL, as a consultant. I did again selling stuff online knowing nothing. Starting in 2009 selling dating materials for men and I went to six figures very quickly doing that.
So now, however, when you hit a certain income level, I don't know exactly where that is, seven figures, maybe 700,000 a year, I don't know, you need to do the opposite. You need to scale back down to one or two or three key things that you focus on, one or two or three key funnels, and that's it. So that's the transition I've been making in my business over the last four or five years or so. Last four or five years, I've canceled a lot of things I was selling before and not just in my public brands, in my other companies, too, to narrow things down to focus on uh product offerings that make a lot of sense. Um, for example, what I'm really focused on is, you know, the big life-changing stuff like in my case, 90-day business builder. That'll change your life. So instead of having a product line of, you know, 40 different courses, I really focus on 90-day business builder and a few other little things are similar to that and other, another parallel, my other brand, and I focus on that 100%, if not 100%, 80%, 90%. So focusing on the big important things that really change people's lives that you know, kind of sell themselves. I mean, how much is that worth to you? If you're a nine-to-five employee and you join our program and you get several clients at th several thousand dollars within 90 days and now you can quit your job. How much is that worth? Right? So, it's a big deal. So, I focus on the big deal things. And the things I want to focus now that I'm self-actualized, cover that in a second.
Um, another change I made is, and I didn't do this purposefully. I just, this is kind of how it evolved and it made sense for me to do this is I, in terms of my customer base in my companies, um, my B2C customer bases. Anyway, B2B is a little different, but my B2C customer base like here at Unchained CEO and Alpha Mail 2.0, I cut out the middle segment. So, you have the lower-end segment, the middle segment, and the higher-end segment. Okay? In terms of in terms of people who can afford expensive stuff. Okay, so you have people who can afford expensive stuff. They can buy some of the cheaper stuff, but that's all they can afford. Then you have the middle, which is probably the largest category, and they can buy the moderate, moderately expensive stuff, but not the super duper expensive stuff, but they can afford a lot more than the people who can buy just the cheap stuff, right? So that's the middle. Then you have the high-end people who are millionaires or whatever and they can buy whatever they want. Make sense? So what I have done is I've cut out the middle. I don't really focus on the middle anymore. I focus on the lower end and I focus on the high end. And that's kind of where I'm focused. With exceptions, there are some exceptions to this, but that's where I've leaning my energies towards.
So for example, in my case, the low end, uh, what I've done is I've reduced of the things I am selling to a B2C market. I've reduced the prices to make to make that low end a little broader. A B because you idiots have been voting for the lesser of two evils for 35 years. You've destroyed your economies and now people in the United States are worried about the economy as you should be and so people are a lot more price sensitive now and they have been for a while and that's going to just get worse with AI and stuff. So on my on my stuff that I've kept, I've tried to reduce the prices as much as possible. And if you've been following my content for a while, you've seen me do this. You've seen me slash the prices on the few things that I'm selling. Okay? That's the lower end to appeal to that lower end.
Now, what I'm also doing behind the scenes, you don't see this publicly, is I'm focusing a lot on my higher-end customers. Uh, the guys who can afford real expensive stuff. And that's a small percentage, but you have a a decent sized audience. Small percentage is a lot. So, I have offered more services, more advanced services, and I've spent more time servicing my very high-end customers, guys who can afford, you know, $25,000, $75,000, $150,000 services and consulting services and things like this. Matter of fact, um, I'll cover this in a second. My entire Mondays, every day this, every day now, every excuse me, every week, my entire Mondays, most of that day is geared toward my high-end customers. I just focus on them. They give a whole day of my week for them. And then some internal meetings, too. But so that's because I really lean into that. So I focus on the high end and I focus on the low end. And I kind of got rid of the middle. I'm not saying you should do this and most of you watching this video are not at the place um economically or in your business journey where I am. I'm just saying this worked for me. And you know, well Caleb, why don't you just focus on just the low one or just the high end? Well, maybe I down the road, I probably will. Matter of fact, not probably. I will. For now, this is working. So, this is just worked best for me to get rid of that middle. I certainly could have done the opposite and cut off the lower end and the high end and just focused on the middle. I certainly could have done that. Um, and that maybe that would have worked too, but for me it just made sense to cut out the middle. And yeah, at some point down the road, I don't know when, but maybe soon, I'll cut out the lower ones maybe and just kind of be the front end of the business in terms of the face of the business. Have other people deliver the lower end stuff. I don't know. Haven't figured that yet. Don't really care. Deleted everything between. Right.
So, I used to work a 7-day work week. Now I'm down to a four-day work week. Let me describe briefly how that works. So my work week now is Saturday to Tuesday. But kill the weekend, right? I have B2C companies which means I need to be available on weekends, right? If I'm going to do a training session or a live stream or something like that, I need to be available on weekends because that's when people are available because people unfortunately have jobs. So I work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. That's my work week. And then I take Wednesday, Thursday, Friday off more or less. I'll discuss that in a second. So that's uh I had to give a lot of thought to that when I made this transition two months ago. I'm like, "Okay, what days of the week am I going to work? I have other days. Will it be different different weeks? That'll be confusing." So I really didn't think this through. And that, and I've been doing this now for a few months. It's worked worked reasonably well. I think I chose wisely like Indiana Jones in the uh last crusade.
So here's generally how I break out my week. This is a very abbreviated version. It's a little more complex than this, but Saturdays and Sundays, they focus on growth. What can I do to grow the company? What can I do to optimize the company? What can I do in terms of strategic planning to um get more customers and or improve LTV existing customers, long-term customer value? That's growth. So, I try to focus on that on Saturdays and Sundays as best I can. Mondays, like I said, I spend time with my high-end clients, um consulting clients, coaching clients, people like that. They they get my Mondays and um my serious clients and also my some of my internal meetings with my team, but I have really downsized my team, uh made it really lean and mean so I don't have as many meetings as I used to like four years ago. Four years ago I had a huge team and I had meetings all over the place and and I was doing a bunch of [ __ ] in my company I shouldn't have been doing and got rid of all that. Not all of it, but a lot of it. So, some internal meetings, but most of it is my high-end clients on my Mondays. And then Tuesdays, um, the second half of the day is focused on content, videos, YouTube videos, Substack videos, Substack articles, blog articles, podcasts, right? So, I sit down and usually what I do on a Tuesday is I crank out two weeks of content and I'm always trying to be two, three weeks ahead. So, I crank another two weeks. I'm you ideally under normal conditions I've had some health problems so this isn't the case now but under normal conditions I'm two to four weeks ahead of all content I am I'm not right now I'm still catching up but anyway so um that and then financial management and what I call buffer work, SW work, that's the first half of Tuesdays. So that kind of ends my week that way.
So days off, how do I handle that? Hang on. Days off, Wednesday through Friday. So Wednesday, Thursday, Friday are my days off. What do I do? How do I spend my time on my days off? Well, I spend time on my health. That's kind of important, especially lately with my health problem, which is almost over. One more month and I'm back to normal. I'm almost back almost. Uh, my spirituality, which I made that big shift in my life well about two years ago, now hardcore into that. I really spend time with that. Reading, meditation, isolation, thought, uh, a lot of stuff. Um, my women, I can't talk about that. Go to my other channel, but I have multiple women in my life. They all know each other. They all know who they are. I don't lie to anybody. Spend more time with them, especially my wife. And then reading, um, including both fiction writing and non-fiction writing. So, I spend a lot of time doing that. Fiction writing. That's, uh, my big focus. Well, I have a lot of folk, but that's my big focus right now. I am developing a gigantic series of graphic novels. That's a fancy word for thick comic books called Black Dragon, Pink Firefly. You'll be hearing about that very shortly if you haven't already. Um, big things coming with that. Spent a lot of time on that. Matter of fact, that pretty much dominates my Wednesdays through Fridays. The other stuff I fit in when I can. I do get the other stuff in, but that's just like insanity in a good way. Very happy with that.
Other my other non-fiction writing. So, um, spirituality and philosophy, I'm writing a book now. The first of probably three I'm going to write on these topics. The graphic novel is a little more exciting. So, I'm focused on that first and then the book will come after. And then strategic planning. So, that is the work that I'm allowed to do. So, by the way, fiction writing, writing fiction, I don't consider work. I would do that for free all day, all night. And I would just I I would literally I would do that for free for the rest of my life. So that's not work to me. That's fun. Um, strategic planning is work, but it's relaxed work. So I'm allowed I allow myself on my days off to do strategic planning work where I can sit down and map out, you know, my business for the next quarter, the next year, next two years, and how can I improve and brainstorming ideas and things like that, including reading business books and how I implement these ideas. And so that is what I'm allowed to do in terms of work and my days off an hour or two. Not much. Um, but I'm allowed to do that because on the days I'm working, it's go go go go non-stop. I'm recording this on a Sunday. So I'm just I'll be going and going and going for the next, you know, 48 hours. I don't have time to sit down and look at analyze the business and work on the business instead of working in the business. So I'm working in the business four days a week. And my strategic planning time, I can work on the business if I want, but it's optional. It's a day off. House. I can do whatever the [ __ ] I want. If I don't want to do it, I don't do it. It's nice.
All right, Dubai. Discuss my Dubai home and I'll discuss Paraguay. So, I am in Dubai every year from early October to the end of April when the weather is beautiful in Dubai. It's amazing there. Very happy. Um, I have legal residency in Dubai. I have for many, many years now. I'm a permanent resident there. Not permanent res. I don't have a gold visa, but don't really need one, but that's down the road. I have some corporations there. I have banks there. I have, you know, a lot of stuff there. Um, there's five flags rules I have to follow in terms of assets there, but I'm I'm bending some of those rules because I want to, but I I'm I'm you know, I'm financially in a place where I could do that. I live in an apartment that is not downtown. I lived downtown for many years and it's awesome. It's like living in Blade Runner when you live downtown in Dubai, but I'm old. I'm 54 and when you get older, you want quiet. You want peace and quiet. God damn it. Get up along. God damn it. That's what you want when you're an old man. I'm an old man now. So, um, when I hear traffic and honking horns and, you know, guys in Ferraris, it's like, [ __ ] man. Really? Is your penis that small? You got. All right.
So, I made the decision two years ago to move out into what you could call the Dubai suburbs. Sort of kind of. We did live out in the suburbs at one point, but I'm in another area of the suburbs. I can't tell you where I am because I get stalkers, but I'm out I'm I'm in Dubai, but I'm not downtown. And I love it. It's quiet. It's And the beauty of this is you can live out in the suburbs and go downtown whenever you want. So, I go downtown all the time. It's 20 minutes and I'm there. Less now because no one's there because of the Iran thing, which is fantastic. Go over that in a second. So, I go downtown all the time, but I have to live down there. So, pretty nice. Um, my wife, I discussed this in the companion video to this over at my other channel. My wife, Pink Firefly, the real Pink Firefly, one of the comic books. She comes back to Dubai in October. She's currently in the United States right now. She had to stay over in the United States because of health problems she had, but she's more or less better. So awesome. She comes back in October and she will have a separate apartment there. So I will have my apartment, her separate apartment, and then another person, but I can't talk about that. Here go my other channel.
The conflict with Iran has made me extremely happy because Dubai is safe, but everyone in the world thinks it's not safe, which means no one's coming to Dubai, even though Dubai is awesome. And the biggest complaint I have had about Dubai, minus the weather, but I don't worry about the weather because I'm here in Fargo when it gets hot. So, that's not a complaint I have anymore. But the biggest complaint I've had about Dubai since moving there is it's crowded. Everyone's [ __ ] going there. Everyone's moving there. So, traffic, traffic's the big thing. Traffic and construction and crowds at the malls and since this thing with Iran, no traffic, you know, trips that we used to take 35 minutes. You're there in like 18 minutes. You're like, we're already here? What the [ __ ] Really? It's it's a it's like the Dubai I always wished it was. There's no traffic. You go to the big fancy malls, the big fancy shops. No one's not no one. Very few people are there. It's tranquil and great. I love it. And I've had numerous discussions with people in Dubai right before I left. Like, I hope it stays this way. I hope the whole world just is terrified, stays the [ __ ] out of here. This is so great. They're like, they will for a while and then everything will calm down and everyone will forget, which is the truth. Just like everybody forgot about 9/11. You know, people didn't move out of New York after 9/11 and never went back. People forgot within a year and they all came back. So, they'll all be back at some point. They'll be pissed off again. But for now, heaven, I'm in heaven. So, it's it's it I'm so happy about this. I have a big video coming um where I screenshotted all the comments of guys back in March saying, "Oh my god, you're going to die. Dubai's getting bombed." No one died. One person died in a city of 5 million people for that entire conflict since no one's still died. It's fine. But I'm going to go through all the the arguments that people made about, oh, Iran's going to nuke Dubai. And that video is coming. I can't wait. I love these I told you so videos.
Anyway, so I'm also very happy uh with the UAE now that they have they're no longer a part of OPEC because now we can start selling our own oil. Awesome. We'll have to check with mommy Saudi Arabia. Fantastic. Very happy about this. Very happy about that. Very happy about that. And um for a year now or year and a half, two years, uh the UAE is now part of the BRICS, BRICS alliance. Fantastic. Very happy about that. So, I am still very long on Dubai. I have doubled down on Dubai, especially now when no one's there. And now you're going to have real estate prices drop and they're going to make the residency rules more uh attractive because the government of the UAE is going to be scared that no one's coming there. They're going to make things even better. Awesome. I'm so happy about this. I almost didn't want to leave when I came from Dubai to Paraguay, although it was getting hot. So, it's fine. Uh, just going my way.
Paraguay. Let's shift gears and now talk about my other home. I'm here now in Paraguay. Uh, every given year I'm in Paraguay from early May to the end of September. So this is the months where Dubai is very hot and where Paraguay has its quote unquote winter, but it's South American winter. There's no snow or everything. So it's like, you know, 76 degrees and sunny and perfect. 73, 76 degrees Fahrenheit and it's sunny and beautiful. It's been fantastic weather here in the last year. It's been just great. So, I have year-round perfect weather, which is something I've wanted living in [ __ ] Portland, Oregon, where it rains all [ __ ] time. I've wanted that most my life. Ever since I saw my grandpa when I was a little kid, he spent his summers in Anchorage, Alaska, because that's where he was from, and his winters in in Mesa, Arizona. So, we had year-round perfect weather because Alaska is beautiful in the summertime. It's amazing. I've been there several times. And I'm like, that's how I want to live. That I want two homes and cycle between the two of them and have year-round perfect weather. It's awesome. And now that I'm not in the United States, I don't pay taxes or very little taxes. I have permanent res here in Paraguay. Um, I don't need to renew it until what, eight, nine, 10 years, eight years, nine years, I forget. Um, Paraguay, as I've talked about many times, is an upward growth trajectory. Um, I'm very happy with the direction it's going. Um, they do they do everything right? No. It's still kind of a backwater little country, but it's, you know, it's the most right-wing country in South America. It has the highest birth rates in South America. Uh, people are very friendly here. More people speaking English here. Infrastructure is improving every time I come. I've talked about this 10,000 times. It is a much better country than I was first started coming here in 2017 and I loved it back then. Um, just like with Dubai, I'm just extraordinarily happy with my two homes including Par. It's it's in my heart. More people speak English which I mentioned other videos. Um, before no one spoke English and they still very few people speak English but a lot more people are speaking English now. Um, because economically as they're rising here, wouldn't that be nice to live somewhere economically rising like in Dubai or Par instead of [ __ ] America that gets worse every year anyway and um because more expats are coming here mostly Europeans so who speak Englishish. My Spanish continues to improve albeit very slowly but you know there's enough people here especially in my personal life where they speak enough English and I speak enough Spanish you don't need a translator anymore. That's pretty cool. Um, I still use translator sometimes, but um, yeah, my Spanish gets better every year slowly. The problem is I spend five months in Paraguay. My Spanish is pretty damn good. And then at the end of September, I leave, I go back to Dubai, I don't speak any Spanish to anybody with rare exception when I'm, you know, on Zoom calls with my other people in my life in Paraguay. And and I lose a lot of it and I have to relearn it again. So right now I'm kind of relearning. Oh yeah. What does insisus mean? Oh yeah, that kind of [ __ ]. So slight downside.
Um, my combination, at least for me, for Caleb, it may not be perfect for you, but for me, this combination is just 100% win-win for me. The Dubai/Paraguay combination is literally perfect for me in every way possible because you get the best of both worlds. At least I do. You get a high-tech first world nation with a hustle bustle, which I really like as a capitalist and as a market libertarian and as a 1980s style American because that's the closest you get to 1980s is Dubai. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. And then when you it's just you're it's just too much. You come to Paraguay. It's nice and relaxing, quiet. You have the trees, very pretty, very everything's very cheap. And then when you get bored, you go back to Dubai and it's awesome again. It's just I could not design a better lifestyle for myself. I It's hard to describe to you how happy I am. It's just it's great. And it's so strange to me that the vast vast vast vast vast vast majority 99% 98% of Westerners will never experience anything like this. They just sit there in [ __ ] Colorado or Texas or California or New Jersey bitching about, you know, Israel and Trump and Biden and being pissed off about everything and oh my god, look how much I can't buy a house and and they're stuck. They're not stuck. You can leave anytime you want, you idiot. But they think they're stuck in these collapsing countries and it's just so strange to me. I'm going to go back to United States uh in about a month and I'm going to see it again. Would be all these pissed off angry Americans like, you know, you could leave anytime you want, what the [ __ ] are you doing? No, I can't. What about my wife? Anyway.
All right, business trends and priorities that I am focusing on and I think you should focusing on be focusing on now whereas maybe not 10 years ago but definitely now. So any business or niche or business concept or thing that benefits from the collapse of the USA and the rest of the American collapse has now accelerated under Trump. Good job, guys. Just like it accelerated under Biden. Good job, guys. And we have a scenario now where Trump can't can't get back the Strait of Hormuz, which was 100% his fault. Iran just gives him the finger and there's nothing he can do. I've written about that in my Substack. So, American collapse is accelerating. And as I've been saying since 2012, and I was right then and I'm still right now, I'm more right now than I was then. The United States will collapse in your lifetime. It's not going to collapse tomorrow. It's not going to collapse next year. Okay? But it's going to collapse in your lifetime. In your lifetime, you're going to experience the collapse. What does the collapse look like, Caleb? Go to my blogs. There's five different collapse scenarios. Go to my blogs, read books. I talk about all that stuff. But this is going to happen. So any business or business idea or concept that works when America does poorly. All of my investments, damn near all of them are geared to investments that do well when America does poorly. That's why in [ __ ] 2020 when everyone was miserable, I made a mountain of money in my investments. A mountain. It was awesome. So it applies to business too.
Also internationally, geopolitically, we are moving from a unipolar world to a multipolar world. Let me explain that. So in my day, when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s, we lived in a bipolar world. Not bipolar people, but a bipolar world, which means there were two poles. There was the USSR, which is now Russia, and the United States. So the world was run by these two empires, two poles, right? Communism obviously does not work. Soviet Union collapsed in uh, you know, '89, '91 and it became since 1991-ish you have living, you've been living in a unipolar world, which is the United States. United States de facto kind of runs the world, not literally. And that certainly started changing in the 2000s, the rise of China. Now what's going to happen, and it's already happened now, instead of one country kind of running the planet, which is the United States, you're going to have several middle powers running the country or running different chunks of the world. America will be one. Brazil will be another one. China will certainly be one. Russia may or may not be one. We're not sure. It's a 50-50 thing on that one. India absolutely is one of these. Uh, the BRICS nations, one of which I live in, UAE. So, you're going to have, it's going to be a very different world going forward. And who knows what'll happen with AI with this stuff. But this is going to be, this is not an American world anymore. And by the way, this is your fault if you're an American. You've been voting for the lesser of two evils for 35 years. This is what happens when you vote for evil and then you're shocked you get evil. It means you're a [ __ ]. And if you're like, "Well, we have to vote for Trump because Kla's crazy." You're insane. And if you say, "We ought to vote for Biden because Trump's Hitler." You're also insane. It's not how you. But anyway, you're not going to listen to that. It's way too far gone for United States. You just need to get out at this point. So there you go.
Um, you need to go all in on AI. Period. End of story. Period. End of story. You should be spending several hours a week researching and implementing AI in your life. Researching and implementing, not just listening to podcasts. That's the new thing now. These people listening to all these [ __ ] AI podcasts. They're fine. You need to be implementing. I'm implementing a lot. And I've been doing this for several years now, two years. Hardcore. If you're not spending several hours a week researching and implementing AI in your life, you're a [ __ ]. Unless you're retired. If you're retired and you got millions of dollars, do whatever you want. But if you're not, this is the future whether you like it or not. And you can scream AI slop all you want and you can scream data centers all you want. Doesn't change the reality. You need to be in on this. So you either join it or you'll be crushed by it. Choice is yours.
Prepare for the 10 years of brutality. Speaking of AI, I talked this in my book Freedom Fortress. I've talked to this my blogs. 10 years is not an exact figure. That is a guess. It could be more. It could be less. It's going to be several years where hundreds of millions or less, but still millions of people are going to lose their jobs from AI. It's already happening now. Go look this [ __ ] up and look what's happening to all these big companies that aren't hiring and firing people and because they're having AI do everything. Okay? Every business owner, myself included, is 100% focused on how to reduce their workforce by 20, 30% because they can use AI instead. Every business owner in the world, or at least the Western world, and it's going to happen. So what's going to happen is as I talk about my books and my blogs, you're gonna have several years where you're gonna have mass unemployment the likes of which you have never seen. It's going to be worse than COVID. It'll be worse than 2008. It'll be worse than the Great Depression in certain respects. It would be a little different than the depression. I'm not comparing the two. But you're going to have millions of people who cannot pay their bills because AI put them out of work. And the government can't do [ __ ]. The government, what is it going to do? Print up trillions of dollars, then spike inflation? So, now it's $40 for one egg? No, they can't do that. So, what's going to happen is they will eventually figure this out with AI, but it'll be many years after this occurs. So, I believe, I could be wrong, but I believe that likely in 10 years-ish, AI/humans together will figure out how to solve this problem of people can't work. But it's going to happen many years too late, which means you're going to have 10 years of brutality where a lot of people are going to be very angry, can't work, you're going to have civil unrest, have all kinds of horrible [ __ ] in the West. Argu, I'm fine. Dubai, I'll be fine. But you guys in the West, okay? So get ready. Prepare and get ready. Best way to prepare, get the [ __ ] out of the United States. The collapse of USA. Get out of Cuckoo Canada. Get out of Breakdown Britain. Get out of authoritarian Australia. Get the [ __ ] out of these places or sit there and make excuses, but then you better be prepared for this. I hope you're prepared. I am.
Next one is, and I've this has been kind of a topic people have been discussing. The era of mass markets is now over. Um, it's over in terms of pop culture. It's over in terms of uh business developing an idea where you're gonna make bazillions of dollars like the next Star Wars movie where everyone's going to go see this movie. That era is gone. And so the future is niching and microniching. Pop culture, business, consumer products, governmental operations, you name it. The world now belongs to people who focus on narrow, narrow, tiny little niches. I'm working on a series of graphic novels called Black Dragon and Pink Firefly. As I mentioned earlier, this is a very narrowly niched type of comic book. It's not like Superman and everyone can buy it. No, no, no, no, no. It is a very narrow niche and a certain segment of people are going to love it and everyone else is going to hate it and that's how you are successful going forward. Niche to a small niche where they love you and give you mountains of money and love what you're doing and everybody else hates what you're doing. By the way, I've been doing that anyway for the past 20 years. I was already doing this because that's just I knew that worked. But now this is going the norm going forward. That's why Hollywood is losing all kinds of money and sports is losing all kinds of money and we don't live in a mass market anymore with rare exceptions. You still have things like I'm in Fargo. You still have things like soccer, okay? You still have things like that, but that's one of the rare exceptions, especially if you live in the west. So, if you want to do anything that makes any money and has any success, including if it's in your personal life as a hobby, you need to narrowly narrowly narrowly niche and microniche, micro micro microniche. And I promise you, because I know I've already made these plans, I plan out the next 25 years of my life. Several years from now, not now, not next year, but several years from now, I'm going to be so narrowly niched. A lot of people who are currently in my audience are going to be pissed off because I'm going to be so narrowly niched because this is how the world works now. It's the smart move. You stop trying to appeal to everybody and get really [ __ ] niched.
Future plans. Uh, like I mentioned, I've already planned out the next 25 years of my life. I did that late last year as I've made this transition, a new part of my life, what I call phase three, self-actualization phase. And so, yeah, I've planned out I have literally planned out the next 25 years of my life out to age 78. I'm 54. Caleb, how you know exactly how the world? That's not how planning works. You plan out 25 years. You plan in terms of what are your standards for the next 25 years of your life? What does your personal life look like? Where do you want to live? How do you want to live? You can't say I will make X amount of money. My net worth will be X in 17.5 years. That's not going to work because the world's going to change too quickly. But you can plan in terms of standards. So I've done this. So I have a pretty good idea of what I'm where I'm going. And I've been doing this a long time. So I'm you know, I'm pretty good at this stuff by now.
So, uh, current plans. I'm going to purchase some real estate here in Paraguay. Home or an apartment or uh apartment buildings. I keep going back and forth on this. Um, for a while I wanted to buy a house here and now I'm thinking, God, you know, that's a houses are a lot of work because I've owned many houses and it's like, you know, it's a pain in the ass. Even if you delegate it, you got to have someone manage it and the lawn and the [ __ ], you know, whereas if I had an apartment, much easier to manage, especially considering I'm only here five months a year. So now I'm thinking about getting an apartment here, buying an apartment, and then that's phase one. Phase two is buying apartment buildings, actually investing in Paraguay because hell yeah. Um, but that's in the future. Um, investing in farm and farmland, Paraguay. I've always been focused on that and um still going to do that. Uh, probably with some other people. Can't talk about that publicly very much, but I'm probably going to not probably, most likely will end up with a UAE golden visa at some point. They're much easier to get now. And what I'm kind of doing is because this Iran thing and everybody thinks Dubai is dangerous, but it's not. I'm hoping that the government makes it even easier to get these visas. Now, I'm still going to probably end up with real estate in Dubai at some point um or some kind of investments in Dubai, which is a slight uh violation of five flags, but I'm diversified enough where I can do that. But that's probably in my future. Modify my business offerings due to changes caused by AI. And so, um, that's just a constant thing I have to work on. And you know, my business offering is going to be very different in five years. Very different, radically different, uh, in five years because of things like AI. And then also, not now, but over the next few years, I'm going to start leaning more into one of my niches, which is teaching men how to date women long term, multiple women long term, with no lying, cheating, or drama. I'm pretty niche. Matter of fact, that's kind of the niche I own, and no one else teaches this stuff except for me. And so, I'm not I'm probably going to start leaning back into that again because that's not going to be threatened by AI. Uh, a lot of people will stop having sex. They already have, but a lot of people won't. And the niche that wants to have sex with real women, those those men, I'm here to help, bro. So, leaning into that, plus my spirituality stuff, and I talk about writing a book. I'm going to write at least two, probably three of these books. Um, I'm going to start doing seminars, live events on this stuff next year. Um, very excited about this spirituality from a masculine modern standpoint of being objective and rational, a more rationalist sort of spirituality. Very excited about it. Um, I'm practicing it on a daily basis. It's it's wonderful. Love to death.
Spend a lot more time on my fiction writing. Hell yes. Uh, a lot more time just like I am now. Graphic novels plus novels, fiction novels, fantasy novels, and eventually probably an animated series. That's later. I don't need to do an animated series, but I'm ready to go for that if that's if that opportunity presents itself. We'll have to see how the launch goes with the Black Dragon and Pink Firefly graphic novels. If they are popular enough, then that's absolutely going to happen. If they're not, then I'll just kind of, you know, either never do it or do it in a few years if I feel like it. That kind of thing. But definitely a lot more time because that's what I'm kind of waiting for. I've been waiting to spend more time writing fantasy fiction and this year I've just gone crazy with it and it's just uh a joy that is hard to describe. It's hard to describe to you.
How excited I am and how happy I am. I I think about these characters every night when I go to sleep, but it's just it's taken over my life in a good way. Love it. So, a hell of a lot more of that stuff. Hell of a lot more. And it doesn't make money. I don't care. Fiction doesn't make money, which is fine.
Move to a three-day work week and then stick with that for the rest of my life. So, right now I'm at a 4-day work week at some point. Not this year, not next year. Uh maybe in 2028, 2029, 2028, when you Americans do it again. Well, we have to vote for JD Vance because the Democrats evil. Well, we have to vote for Gavin Newsome because JD Vance is Hitler. You're just going to do it again. And so anyway, um then I will convert to a three-day work week and take four days a week off and then I'm going to lock that in for the rest of my life.
I have a plan the next 25 years. So retirement is stupid. It is a ridiculously stupid concept. Please don't ever retire. That's rid that is something for a 9 to 5 employees who hate their jobs and hate their lives. Retirement was a false concept invented by German elites in the late 1800s. Look it up. So I'm never going to retire. That's ridiculous. [ __ ] stupid to retire. No. But I can cut back. So, three days of three hardcore days of work all day, all evening, kind of like I do with my four days and then four days off. Yeah. And then I'll again and then that's the minimum. I'm still going to work three days a week minimum the rest of my life.
Okay. Now, if you would like more details on what I'm doing, plus 300 hours of training on how to do these things for a very, very, very, very, very cheap price. Let me tell you something. So, for 13 years, I ran a coaching program called the SMIC where I shared my most advanced techniques. Do this for 13 years. Building a high-inccome location dependent business that lets you work where and whenever you want. Living an unchained CEO lifestyle, total freedom, no obligations, location dependence, being able to go anywhere in the world you want. Stay there for as long as you want. The money keeps coming in. All these things. And I had private training sessions, I did training videos, I did audio trainings, I did newsletters only for people in this program for 13 years straight. Then in 2023, I shut it down in an effort to minimize my offerings. And uh year and a half ago I offered that entire archive which was over 300 hours just for 4 days. And um I'm going to do that again and I'm going to offer it to you guys here at Unchained CEO because last time I did not offer it to you. I only offered it to my alpha male 2.0 audience. But 60% of this material is business, international lifestyle, five flags, time management, everything you need in business. And it's over 300 hours, audio, video training, PDFs, 300 hours of training. This is not content of me just talking about whatever I want or talk about politics or whatever the hell. This is training, how to training on how to get these things done.
Now, if you already have it, you probably don't, then you can buy the update to it of the last two years. You probably don't have it if you're in watching this video, though. If you're alpha male 2.0, you might already have it. So, you have that option, too. It's called the black archive, SMIC, the complete black archive. 300 hours of advanced business and lifestyle training for my private coaching programs. 80 plus exclusive video coaching calls where I work with people and answer all their questions. Over a hundred private audio training sessions and every training session is a particular topic which I do a deep dive on in terms of how-to techniques. over 75 hot sheets and reports of specific things I have done and how I handled them, the techniques I've used, the roadblocks I ran into, and how I overcame them. Full transcripts of all the videos in case you like to read instead of watch stuff. This is over 300 hours of training in all areas of Unchained CEO, business, investing, international lifestyle, residencies, time management, you name it. It's 300 hours of training. 397. That's it. 300 hours of training. This is not like some course you buy and it's like four or five, six hours. 300 plus hours of training for under 400 bucks or three payments of 147 if that's too much. I'm trying to keep the prices low. Remember remember but only until Sunday night after that's gone. It's only available for 4 days. So it opens up on this Thursday. So depending on when you're watching this video. So if you want in on this caleb.topfreedom top/freedom 2026. And uh yeah, your deadline is 11:59 p.m. PST Sunday, this Sunday, June 21st. The shopping cart opens Thursday morning this week. So, if you're watching this video before that, you can go check out the web page, caleb.tfreedom2026. You can check it out and then the buttons turn on u 8 a.m. PST Thursday morning. It's available for four days and then it's not available.
Now, one quicky thing about this. This is Unchained CEO. Just so you know, in this SMIC program, there is some content about dating and relationship advice for men. If that bothers you, we're all big boys here. Then just ignore that. Please just ignore it because it is there in that program. But here's the thing is I had to make a decision. Do I not offer this to you, all this business information, because there's some dating stuff in there that didn't make sense to me. And I've had people complain at Unchained CU, hey, how come you didn't give let us know about this? I would have bought that. So again, more than 60% of this material is business and international topics. Has nothing to do with dating. There is some dating stuff in there. So you will see some of that stuff. If that bothers you, no problem. Just ignore it. And if it doesn't bother you, you can check it out. If you're not easily offended, if you're easily offended, don't even look at it. You'll your head would explode. Cool. Cool. So that's it. Caleb.freedom2026. This is my best stuff. This is the largest vault of training I have anywhere. And I got a lot of stuff. I've got a lot of stuff over the years. This is the biggest item. And it's cheap as hell. And I made it as cheap as hell because remember what I said. My model now is to keep my prices low to make sure you have access to this material. And this is stuff you won't find anywhere else. Cool. Cool. All right. Hope this was helpful. I will see you.
