Uh, I did want to mention something too about this. Uh, I keep hearing people talk about how Carmelo's already filed an appeal. Uh, that's not correct. He has not filed an appeal.
Um, a substantive appeal where you're actually laying out your arguments. Takes a long time to draft. Um, you need the transcripts from the trial. You need it. Trust me, I I've I've I've drafted appeals from convictions. Um, it's very time-consuming. So, he doesn't have that now just days after the trial.
What they filed is a notice of appeal. So, generally after there's been a final adjudication at the trial level, you have to kind of reserve a spot to appeal. Uh, and it varies by state and it varies by whether it's a misdemeanor or or a felony or a civil matter. Uh, you might have 25 days, you might have 30 days, but you have a window in which you have to notify the appellate courts that you intend to appeal. That's all that's happened. It's it's like a one one-page filing with the court. Very superficial. Nothing substantive. So that's all that's been done so far.
Uh also I noticed that the uh Carmelo's Gifts and Go has been shut down. This campaign is not active. GS send Go was one of the few giving type websites that would allow you to collect money for your defense against um a a felony charge of violence. Uh GoFundMe had adopted a policy I think at the time of written house uh that they wouldn't allow people to donate money to someone who was a felony defendant. Gibson go was still allowing that at the time of the Carmelo Anthony murder of Austin Metaf but now that he's been convicted they've shut down their campaign and the um the Carmelo family has tried to set up a GoFundMe for the appeal expense of appealing their son's conviction. They raised a total of $726 over the last few days. Something tells me the heirs kind of come out of the balloon on this financial support of Carmelo Anthony. But in any case, they had raised a total of $726 and GoFundMe shut it down and and refunded the $726. Um, so the ability of the parents to continue grifting off of this, it may turn out they simply have no further use for their son, which would be interesting.
If there's anybody in this whole story that's more contemptible than Carmelo Anthony himself, the demon that walks the face of our earth in human form, it's his parents. I mean, these people are just unbelievable. Listen to him here. Believe Carmelo as they're trying relentlessly to grift off this murder and their son's conviction.

You of course he wanted somebody. You got they got pictures of him being 17 with address saying he going to be raped in jail. Like all kind of these adult adults are talking about this child, but nobody's seeing it. Like nobody's seeing it. So we can't say anything. The the other family, they go paint this lie that nobody exposed that he died in his brother's arms. And it was all."

I mean, they're impossible to listen to. I should ask Grock to analyze this video based on what this guy's speech, what his IQ is. It could it be over 80? Is that possible?
And now large swaths the black community are simply out there advocating for random violence against white people. And not just a few of them. It's all over social media.
"On this earth that was created was created by this melanin skin. This melanin skin melanin skin. So."
"This melanin skin. So not just he's not claiming credit. It's his race. Everything for this guy is his black race. He's separating himself from American society generally. His tribe is black."

Now, of course, not all black people. As always, I want to share with you clips of civilized, productive black American citizens who I'd be honored to have live next door to me. But that's part of the problem here. There's a large demographic group that has a sizable portion of them that are productive, civilized Americans, and then a sizable proportion are these monsters who are targeting you because of your race.

So, he's parked right now outside the supermarket your wife goes to with your child in the shopping basket. This is who she's going to encounter when she's loading groceries into her car. Brandon Tatum used to be a police officer, very successful YouTuber, podcaster now. Uh he's never been on my show, but I've been on his show a number of times. Always have a good time. Here's his thoughts on all this.

But the average white person I did not like. And this was more subconscious than anything. And then when you go and you live in the community and you struggling or you see struggle all around you, nobody want to take accountability. They blame the white man. And so when you grow up in that, all you you have no choice but to hate white people. White people done moved on. They didn't have nothing to do with this. Most white people that migrated to the United States of America migrated after slavery was over. They didn't have nothing to do with this. Let me give y'all a stat real quick. And I bet you didn't know this. There was only about in the entire slave trade for over two centuries, there was only about 450 slaves in what we know now as the United States of America. There was 10 million in South America. Do you understand the disproportionality of slavery in the United States of America? 450. That that's more people live in Scottsdale than there was ever a slave in the slave trade in the United States of America. 10 million black people were in South America. And nobody's talking about slavery in South America. America was not riddled with slavery. It was a part of our history. It wasn't riddled with slavery. I'll say this too. The first black slave the first slave owner in American history that that first person to ever legally own another human being was a black man."
What he's talking about, I can share this with you, is this map. It shows slaves coming from Africa, by the way, captured by Africans, other tribes, and then sold into slavery, several hundred thousand to the US, 4.5 million to the Caribbean islands, and almost 6 million to South America. And yet, we're supposed to be the great demons. By the way, the percentage of the population, the white population that owns slaves was about 1.6%. The percentage of the black population in America that owns slaves was about half of that. Half of that. So, not wildly different. Not wildly different. Anthony Johnson may be shocked to know that black people own slaves in America as he's talking about here. The precedent of owning other human beings was set by a black man named Anthony Johnson. You would never hear nobody talk about this because they're liars. They're deceivers and they want to they want to preach hate. Black people own slaves, too. White people were lynched as well. It's just that black people were lynched more. There was a period of time where white people...
"It's it's you know, it's it's I'd say it's ironic. I hesitate to say that because it's so horrific. But many multiples of white people have been murdered by black people. Then black people were ever lynched by white people. Were the most lynched and then it it accelerated to where black people were lynched almost double white people being lynched. But white people were lynched too during the time that black people were lynched. Lynching was a was a form of punishment and open exposure for people, you know, some being where they believe it was justified. Some of them just hate, lie on you, say you did something, hang you. They hang white people, too."

We're just not stupid. And when the other interesting thing is we all remember all every major case of racism in my lifetime was faked was faked. And we've all seen these scores of times all the way back when I was a I think I was still in law school the Tawana Brawley case. Remember the Tawana Brawley case? This black girl was supposedly attacked by by cops and a prosecutor and and raped and left naked in a in a muddy yard. Al Sharpton was her champion in the media back when Al Al Sharpton weighed about 400 lb before before he became a bobblehead on TV. And it was a complete lie. I mean, the entire city of New York was outraged. It was a complete and utter lie. It was made up. And it destroyed the careers of those white cops and prosecutors who were accused wrongly, falsely accused. One of them killed himself. Thanks, Al Sharpton. Jesse Smollett walking through Chicago and a couple of Trumpers come up. This is MAGA country and attack him and put a noose around his neck. Completely fabricated. It's always completely fabricated. Anti-black vandalism on college campuses. The black guy who called it in did it again and again and again. The demand for anti-black racism in America actual acts vastly exceeds the supply. So they have to fabricate it. They they'll do stuff like this. Hey, if you want to know why black people are angry, look up the Tulsa massacre. Tulsa, Oklahoma. This was supposed to be these black people had they had a black Wall Street. They were it was the Wakanda the Wakanda of Oklahoma and then white people just because they're racist they came in and wrecked it. That's what we're supposed to believe. Now, first of all, whatever happened in Tulsa, it happened more than 100 years ago in 1921. And it's been my experience that every time black people bring up some supposed massacre from racist white people, when you look at the actual history, it turns out the massacre was invariably a bunch of fed up white people finally driven to act against black savagery. In the case of the Tulsa massacre, the black community had murdered seven white people. the white people were not going to continue to allow themselves to be harvested. And that's why they drove out that black community in self-defense. And it's the same story time and again and again and"
