Synastry- Sun to Uranus aspects

Truth In Aspect Astrology/ Jewel1:33:15

Talking about Sun Uranus aspects, okay? Yeah, yeah. We talked about Sun Saturn last time, so now we're on to Sun Uranus. And I thought that we were going to be able to fit all of these into one hour, but they're all taking an hour each because it's just the way it is. And we get to take our time. We don't necessarily get to do that in other classes, so we're lucky.

All right, so the conjunction between Sun and Uranus. This is great, um, especially for the Sun person. They're really happy about those. Um, there's a feeling of liberation, uh, when it comes to the identity of the Sun person. They're really, really happy, uh, in the presence of the Uranus person. Can somebody mute? I think somebody needs to mute. I'm not sure. I can't tell where it's coming from. I don't know.

Um, so there's a freedom that the Sun person is granted. Um, in, in all of the good aspects between all planets and Uranus, the planet person is very lucky in the good aspects because there's a feeling of acceptance and, um, just getting to be yourself and free expression. Yes, you can record. Anybody can record who wants to. Um, there's a, a liberation and a love of getting to be free in the presence of the Uranus person.

So with the Sun conjunct Uranus, we love the fact that we get to let it all hang out. We get to be ourselves. We get to babble on. And this is an interesting one because the Sun person will generally feel that there is such a permission, there's such an acceptance, that they'll act out a lot of their more extreme Sun characteristics, their extreme self characteristics. And the Uranus person is like, "Wow, that's, that's a bit much." But that's okay. That's good. That's good. So it's an interesting, um, invitation that the Uranus person unconsciously extends to the Sun person to get to just be whatever they want to be in the moment. So it just feels really good to have someone let us be ourselves. And, you know, I need to check the synistry between, um, in fact, maybe somebody can do this while we're talking. This synistry between, um, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles. I suspect that there's something significantly Sun Uranus going on there between the two of them because what he's always, uh, what I've heard him always describe what he likes about her best is he gets to be himself. That's what he points to. So that's been something that's, uh, contributed to the longevity of such a quirky relationship.

So the Uranus person doesn't realize that they're extending. In fact, never does the outer planet person realize that they're extending this, uh, invitation or this energy or this vibe. And the inner planet person picks it up. See, it's always like that in synistry where the outer planets unconsciously reach out. So outer planet person that reaches out and sends some kind of energy or message or gets the thing going. And it's the inner planet person that picks that up and says, "Oh, I'm interested in this person." It's an inner planet person that thinks often that they've started it. That's not how it actually works. There's this tendril that reaches out and then they pick up on it. So the Uranus person, I just has this way about them that the Sun person interprets as accepting and easy breezy and friendly. So there's a lot of liking each other with the conjunction. With all of the easy aspects between the Sun and Uranus, we enjoy each other. We find that the other person is stimulating and, um, it, it's easy to be with them because we don't have to put on a show. Because let's look at the qualities of Uranus. This is where we act out our friendship vibe. This is where we act out our humanitarian stuff. Uranus is where we act out what it is to be accepting, to, um, to see the big picture. So the Sun person picks up on that and participates in it. Because look, these are naturally an oppositional energy, right? The Sun and Uranus. And here we have them in a conjunction. So they're like best friends in this particular aspect. Anybody have any questions about the conjunction or observations? Nope.

Okay, let's talk about this. Oh, does this apply to the opposition in any way? Yeah, that's a bit different than the conjunction. So the sextile and the trine also fabulous. It's not as explosive when it comes to how the Sun person behaves in the presence of the Uranus person because it's almost like, see, with the conjunction, it's like if we have something within us that is, um, I want to say like any characteristic, we're just gonna feel like we get to be that to the max in the presence of the Uranus person. It's quieter, calmer when it's the trine or the sextile. We're still going to do a lot of talking and sharing. The Sun person will still be very, very open and be encouraged to be open. Um, there tends to be a lot of the Sun person going on about themselves, you know, revealing things about themselves, talking about themselves, sharing about themselves. And the Uranus person does a lot of listening and accepting and nodding. And are very interested. Their Uranus person is very interested because there's a link here when it comes to, um, you know, what the Uranus person finds invigorating and exciting and novel, and who the Sun person is. So, and, and what the Sun person is being, the quality of their solar powers. There's some really good things going on with this one. And again, we feel that we like each other. There's friendship. There's, um, [Music] acceptance because when we feel like we aren't going to be teased, we aren't going to have something held against us, we're pretty comfortable about being open. So there's, there's a feeling of having no consequence to it. There's no consequence to just being who we are, especially with the sextile and the trine. And so that encourages openness. So any questions about that or observations?

I, I have a question. What if the natal chart of the person is very irritating? And does, um, does the Uranus person exacerbate their, um, I don't know, negative qualities? Or if we have certain aspects not in the good aspects, not in the, the easy aspects, they, they want things that are, um, well, well, well, we could say with the conjunction, let me back up a little bit. With the conjunction, if we are naturally, you know, if our natural expression is to be an extremely irritating person, then we would feel the permission to be more of that in the presence of the Uranus person. But they would not perceive that themselves as something that was negative. And it wouldn't necessarily contribute to the growth of the Sun person because it's almost like you have an audience that's like, "Yes, you're irritating. Keep being irritating. That's fine." So it wouldn't necessarily, as conjunctions do, conjunctions don't necessarily further growth. Especially these things are just acting in tandem. But for this growth is actually the hard aspects. So that's a very good question because, yeah, if we're essentially an irritating person, then we'll have permission to be more so and to express that. And, you know, but maybe that'll be nice because there'll be no one else in the world who can tolerate us except the Uranus person. So, you know, who likes us? That's true. Yeah, so there's that.

Um, so let's look at the square. This is not a happy thing to see in, uh, synistry. It's actually not a very common aspect in functioning relationships because we don't like each other very much when we have this particular aspect. But because relationships are complex and multi-layered, we can, we will have a multitude of things going on. I've seen this in relationships that were successful, but that was because they had a ton of weight when it comes to getting along, harmony, values being in common in other areas of the relationship that was able to balance this out. Typically, though, most of the time, people don't decide to further intimate relationships with the square. It's very hard to have this in a family relationship. It's very hard. You're not going to have this in a friendship because you're not going to choose to spend time together. If you have to spend time together, then we find this strong disapproval that comes from the Sun person towards the Uranus person, like, "You should be different," or "You are irritating to me," or "The way that you are is not what it should be." So with that frustration when it comes to accepting someone's humanity. Um, so you meant, um, did you find a strong disapproval from, from the Sun person to the Uranus person, or is it the other way around? The Sun person to the Uranus person, right? Yeah. And they have to work on it. Deborah says that Charles and Camilla had the Sun, you're in a square. We'd need to see what they have on the other side and what that turns into a composite chart. Charles and Diana. Charles and Diana. Oh, so much more. I was thinking we need to look at the layers to see where that's coming from with Camilla, not with Diana. Okay. So who was saying the Sun? Who? Charles is the Sun. Okay. So this is where astrology gets practical when we can really see in real life how this happens. Um, so, yeah, the Uranus person just wants to be their wild self. They want to be their natural self. And the Sun person doesn't see that that is valid. So there's a strong disapproval and a feeling of, um, judgment that comes from the Sun person. The Uranus person tends to respond to that with the most extreme characteristics in their personality. And we could see that actually in Diana with, like, the, um, uh, sort of doing things that kind of needled him or went, flew in the face of tradition or expectation. I suspect there was some amount of payback that was going on there between the two of them. So it, the Uranus person, even if they're not, how do I say this? So in the Uranus present person, in the presence of the Sun person, will have certain extreme tendencies come out. In the presence of that Sun person, they'll sort of cause that. But that wouldn't necessarily happen in the presence of other people. So the Sun person sees the Uranus person as an extremist. That's not necessarily the truth with everybody else. It's just with them because people are a lot like transits. When they come around us, we react in certain ways. That's why we're different in the presence of some people than we are in other, the presence of other people. You ever notice that? There's some people that you feel like you can just burp and loosen your belt and say what it's on your mind. And other people, it's like you're just super stiff and careful and watching. It's because we work other different ways. Definitely. So it's nice to be with somebody who makes us feel like we have permission to be free, permission to speak, with permission to be ourselves. That's one of the big things to look for in our relationship. Is do I feel at ease? Do I feel comfortable expressing who I really am? Do I feel like there's a consequence for being who I really am? That's a big red flag there. If we feel like there's some kind of, um, consequence or, or something that's going to happen to us if we're really expressing ourselves as we really are, that's a problem. So is Jeff usually a problem when we have this square and synistry? And there's a need to accept each other as we are. That's going to be hard to do because the other person, it just offends us. And there's, you know, that feeling of disapproval that is not conducive to sharing our personalities with each other. So we'll mute each other. Um, we'll mute ourselves, try to mute each other. While the Uranus person explodes, it's just not a good situation in most cases. If it's in a family situation, it's just best if we don't live together once we don't have to. And, yeah, we can still get along at, you know, family events and, you know, maybe even, you know, join the family vacation. But generally, people aren't going to choose to spend a great deal of their personal time together. So it's a rough one. Any questions about the square observations?

Dairy, hey, hi. So, so the Sun person doesn't feel like they can fully be themselves because the Uranus person might get upset? No, it's more that the Uranus person doesn't get to. They're the ones who are judged. It's the Sun person who sees the Uranus person as wrong. So you see Uranus is that function within us that wants to be liberated and free and free-flowing and doesn't have a plan. It doesn't have an agenda. And the Sun is someone's idea of themself. It's their, their vision of who they are. It's, it's how they think themselves up. So it's the identity. So the Sun person's identity is in conflict with the Uranus person's way that they are, kind of beyond identity. They're beyond the restriction of needing to act in a way that enforces my idea of me. So we have, you know, two forces that are typically opposite to each other, the Sun and Uranus. Now in a square relationship with each other. So there's conflict that's automatically going to come into things. And it is generally started with the Sun person's disapproval of who the Uranus person is because they're not like them. Do you know? Does it take a while to start showing up in an intimate relationship? Not usually. Not usually. This is one that typically rears its ugly head, you know, third, fourth date. We'll start to see some differences there. Um, the Uranus person will start to get a sense pretty early on that they aren't what the Sun person thinks they should be. And they'll, it takes a while for the resentment to build up or the pushback for the Uranus person to build up. You could see that in the relationship between Charles and Diana. I mean, even in the dating phase, things were not as they should have been. They didn't really know each other very well at that point. So I don't think they got a full sense of what was to come. But it was pretty early on in the relationship where we started to see that she was getting this idea that she was not what she should have been and that she was judged and, uh, you know, felt very ostracized. Uranus is that planet that is responsible for ostracization. So it's like we feel isolated, ostracized, pushed away from the, the group. And the Sun person, in this case, Charles, would be representing the group. So does that make sense how we have that archetypal combination that works itself into a square relationship where it's not balancing, it's in conflict with each other? So, yeah, interesting.

So let's talk about the opposition. That's a good segue into how the opposition works. So this is interesting because, um, we can have this, I don't want to put it this, um, this repression that comes out of us when we have the Sun in opposition to Uranus. Both of us, um, typically it's going to be the, I'm sorry, that's my mom texting about my crazy sister. Typically, it's going to be the Sun person that feels more consciously that the Uranus person has some things in them or is doing things in them that are, are very annoying. And these are reflective of our own, uh, repressed traits or characteristics. So it's like the two of us are acting out what the other person can't. So sometimes we hate that because it's like, it's, say, say like, um, oh, this is a good one. This is a really good example. So when I was young, um, I wanted to ride a bike, but I didn't learn to ride a bike until I was pretty old. And, you know, I tried and tried, and then I gave up. And, you know, I've never been very coordinated, even with Virgo Ascendant. So then my brother, who's 18 months younger than me, I remember this day, he went outside and he picked up the bike and he learned to ride that bike. This made me so angry because he was riding about, he was doing something I wanted to do. And so I went out there and I picked up that bike and I kept on that thing until I figured it out. True Mars Jupiter opposition person, right? And I figured it out. And it was, um, really because I was jealous. I mean, I was seeing him doing something I wanted to do, and I was irritated with him. That's very much how this opposition will work in a relationship. Like, you're doing something that I want, and I don't like it. So there's a jealousy and there's a judgment. But the other person is very balancing to what it is that we need to express but can't. So if we can focus on that, if we can really learn to appreciate that, understand that, that, you know, if one of us, say, has a love of chocolate, but we repress that or we don't know that about ourselves, the other person is a chocoholic. We cannot stand that within that other person. We could, we could learn about that and figure out where the irritation comes from and accept our own need for chocolate and love of chocolate. But say we were taught not to eat chocolate, we have to get past that. Then we can actually find that how the other person is actually brings out something that always needed to be brought out. It was always there and it was always good and it was always something we need to connect with. And so we can appreciate that. That's always how oppositions work. If we can focus on how it's balancing rather than how it's diametrically different, then we can get a lot of good stuff out of it. Okay.

Yeah, this is so interesting. I had a, oh, I had a friend, um, I met like two years ago, like out of, out of, out of the blue, after I kind of like, uh, got into an issue with another friend, so that friendship kind of like ended. And like a week later, like I met this person. And this person was a Leo, known as Leo, an Aries Sun. And I'm, I'm a Libra rising. So it was quite Martian. And I'm quite, yeah, right. And it was very interesting that, um, so he had a lot of things on, on, on my descendant. And now for IELTS, for example, my Venus on his descendant. And, um, his Uranus is opposite my, um, my Sun. And that's definitely something I, um, I know, understand that, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that that probably was something I had to, um, I had to accept some things in him more than I, yeah, then I needed, then I did actually. Yeah. So judge less and, and exactly, like let that kind of repressed thing in myself that loses like judging him for doing some things. Yeah, yeah. I think that's one of the things that astrology can show us. And we see stuff like this in synistry. It can give us a clue that, okay, that's the step I need to take, or that's the remedy for what's going on here, or, you know, that, that's the reason why this person makes me so angry. Um, and, and really look at what it is that they've got going on and that we could adopt that. We could, uh, learn from that. We could do. So, um, you know, say, you know, at eight years old, I had more maturity when I saw my brother out there riding the bike. I could have looked at it like, "Wow, he's got the tenacity and the balance and, and the drive that I was lacking when it comes to to really riding that bike. And I'm really appreciating that. I'm seeing that example in him." And we would see this with the sextile of the trine, definitely not the opposition. And, you know, I'm, I'm so grateful that I've had this example. And maybe he can help me to ride the bike. So that's how we can mature into it when we have the opposition. Yes. Did your parents give you training wheels? No, no. So rough. Okay. No. I remember.

Okay, I have a question for you. When it's, uh, synistry both ways, so double whammy, whether the conjunction or the opposition, I happen to have the double whammy conjunction with my Sun and my parent. I have the double whammy opposition. So how would a double play out? That's not uncommon in synistry. We have, on the one hand, quite a lot of inherent friendship and understanding and casualness. But on the other hand, in a different part of the relationship, in a different way that you're relating to each other, we also have the need to recognize in each other what it is that we need to recognize within ourselves. So, I mean, there's a, think about the opposition between the Sun and Uranus. Think about the, the incredible enlightenment that we can come to. I mean, this is the axis of potential enlightenment here. We could become super self-aware if we really extricate the good things out of that opposition. It's like somebody's showing us exactly what it is that we need ourselves to do or achieve in order to have, you know, this feeling of freedom or liberation, in order to be a better version of ourselves, or just to go beyond our own self-imposed limits. That's a lot of what it is. We have self-imposed limits that the Uranus person is showing us we could blow the lid off of if we could really appreciate that. So I think that quote, um, from Carl Jung is very appropriate to that opposition. That, uh, how did he put it exactly? That whatever irritates us about others or in others, um, is something that lies within ourselves. Something to that effect, kind of paraphrasing there. But yeah, there's a lot of potential in that one. Thank you. And the, um, the conjunction? So is that just going to be awesome both ways? That's good stuff. We don't have to work for that. Yeah. I have a similar thing in my own marriage where we have Venus and Mars conjunct in one sign and then in, uh, semi-sextile to each other in, in the other sign. So it's, it's an interesting thing. And that's not an unusual thing in relationships. Now, something that's kind of seamless and then something that's kind of irritating over here. But it's, it's a similar theme that's going on between. So how would, between me and my husband is we have a lot that's in common in, um, one sign, you know, time is very good. But there's also some preferences and, you know, things he likes and things that I prefer that we actually find to be inconceivable. So it's, it's fine. It's, it's just normal, actually. It's normal. So, yeah.

So the N conjunction. Should we talk about that one? Oh, wait, we had a comment. I'm sorry. Let's pick that up. Tanya, I have Uranus Sun opposite with my daughter. She's the Sun. So is that a lesson for her, not for me? I think it's a lesson for both of you. Um, both of us need to recognize what it is in the other person that's irritating us and to, uh, see where, where that might lie within ourselves or what that might point to within our own being, something we might need to connect with. So I think it's incumbent on both people with the opposition to become more self-aware. The Sun person, though, does need to be careful about how they are regarding treating the Uranus person because it does tend to be more of a conscious thing on the part of the Sun person, where they'll have more of a, um, uh, it'll be more in the, the front part of the brain because, you know, sometimes we have thoughts that are way, way in the back. We have some, some kind of some that are in the middle. We're kind of aware, but, you know, not totally. Have you ever experienced that? Yeah, sometimes you have a thought that's way, way in the back. We'll think it, make like five, seven years before it comes to the middle, and then eventually we allow it to come to the front. But we can have thoughts that are way back here. And a lot of thoughts are in the middle. A lot of our thoughts are in the middle. But the Sun person has more of their thoughts about how they regard and judge the Uranus person in the front. So this is where our awareness is, our conscious awareness is. So they need to be careful about what they're saying to the Uranus person and, you know, just how we're treating each other. Deborah is Ascendant. Oh, hold on. I'll pick that up a second. Deborah. Ah, I know what you're talking about. I sometimes catch a glimpse of it, but then it escapes. Yes, yes. Um, Deborah is Ascendant. Similar to the Sun? Yes, it is. Um, but the Ascendant is not a point of action. The Sun is where we're actually acting out. We're taking action. The Ascendant is more the window that we have into all of reality. It's like our window opens up into reality. So it's a point of personal selfhood. All the, the points of the chart are points of personal selfhood. It's where we would say, "This is descriptive of me." Um, we, we would relate it, especially the Ascendant, to, you know, a part of ourselves, something that, that we do identify with or think of a part of our personality. It's not necessarily points of action like the planets are. But yes, we have a similar judgment of, um, who we are and how we are when we have the hard aspects of Uranus to the Ascendant. Yes.

Should we move on to the N conjunction? Are you ready for that? Okay. This is a weird one. Um, it's more of a, a cause of avoiding each other or of, um, sort of finding the other person kind of just inconceivable why they would be the way that they are, want the things that they do. It's not so much an open, "You should be different." It's more like a, "I just don't get it" kind of thing. So there's not a direct pressure to be different and to, to, you know, to change the other person. It's just more one of those things like, say, we go into a restaurant and we order a dessert and we get something that, uh, say we order apple pie and they bring us a slice of pie and it's got like the, the sugar top on it. We're like, "I don't really like this sugar top." So we scrape that off. We change it somehow. We've judged it to be something we don't, you know, completely want. We scrape the top off. That's how we deal with most of the other hard aspects. But then we still eat the pie. But say we go into a restaurant, order apple pie, and they bring us key lime. We're like, "I don't know what to do with this. This is so far off from what I know what to do with. I've never eaten key lime. There's, there's no way that I can work with this. I just do not want this. Key lime is gross, I think." And so they take it away. That's how the N conjunction works. We're like, "I just don't know if I can pick that up. I just don't know if I can, you know, work with that." And you can have this, though, in tandem with a lot of other harmonious aspects, and it can be, it will be a big thing. It will show up. But we can have a lot of other things that working are are working. But there will still be this view that the ways in which the Sun person pursues their identity and the ways in which the Uranus person pursues their liberation and their path to freedom and how they act out the more extremes of their character, the two people are just more like scratching each other's heads like, "Well, all right." So there's a bit of an alienation or a disconnect with this because it will cut down on a lot of the things that we can enjoy together, a lot of things that we will do together, hobbies, activities, because Uranus and the Sun are responsible for a lot of that, a lot of the fun that we have in life. So this would be, you know, one of those, uh, those examples where I often use the example of how my husband loves boats, I love horses. If this were in an N conjunction aspect, we would never ever share that activity. But say it was, you know, the opposition. And then we would realize, you know, I, there's something in horses. My husband realized there's something in horses. You know, that there's something there for me. Maybe, you know, if I look past the cost and the manure, this is something I could really enjoy. And then I could, you know, think, you know, maybe there's something in boats that actually is fun and exhilarating. Maybe, you know, if I, if I tried it more and was more open to it, I could really become a boat person. And I would discover that I actually am a boat person. I just always had a judgment against boats. So with the N conjunction, though, there would be very rarely, if any, shared activity that would come from that. So we had a comment here. Oh, Tanya has an N conjunction with another daughter where she's the Sun. Her tastes are insane and her sense of humor is like, oh my god. Oh, again, practical examples of how this stuff works. Yeah, we find each other to be just kind of an alien in a lot of ways.

Stacy, did you have something? Yeah, yeah. I was wondering if it, um, exacerbates different qualities in people or will it bring something weird? Not so much. Not so much. There isn't a pressure that we put on each other with this N conjunction. There's more just like an observation. Observing, uh, the other person's, you know, purple hair and how we would, you know, just kind of marvel at that. Like, "I would never dye my hair purple." And then the other person looks at our very suburban haircut and they're like, "I would never look like that." So, but they don't, they don't really communicate it to each other. Like we do with the square. It's not something where we like to kind of sit there and look at each other like where we can like feel each other's thoughts. It's not so much like that with the N conjunction. It's just, "I don't really know what to do with that." And don't, uh, often assert ourselves. So, yeah, it's awkward. Yeah. Oh, Tandy has another. Something else that's going to be educational. I agree. I buy her clown-type of clothes and just silently roll my eyes. Yes, yes. So if we had the, say, the square, we'd be like, "I am not buying you that. You look like a clown." In fact, that reminds me of this hilarious story where my, my father and my sister may have had this going on. She came out one day dressed for high school. He's like, "I am not driving you to school in that outfit. I am not showing up anywhere with you in that outfit. You look like Robin Hood." And if he looked at her, she did. She had, like, the 80s beetle boots and some green tights and like a tunic. And she looked like, so that would also be an example of, like, the square energy. Like, "You look like something that I so disapprove of. I cannot tolerate it." But, yeah, the N conjunction, we're just like, "Well, you know, you want to look like Robin Hood. Here you go." So it can be very different how these things show up. And then with the opposition, maybe my dad actually had some Robin Hood in him and he should have worn the green tights. So these things show up in very predictable ways.

Stacy, oh, um, that's interesting. I, I want to learn more about, like, the sesquiquadrate and the quintile later if there's time. The quintile is interesting. The Sun person does sparkle. They do feel like they can perform. But there's enough friction, enough difference that it causes the Sun person to explore, to sort of reach, um, a bit more for a better or more perfect version of themselves. So think of it as the Sun, if, if the Sun person is the performer, and the audience is filled with the Uranus person. And the Sun person is getting some really good feedback. They are feeling like a lot of who they are is landing. But the Uranus person also has some, some suggestions, some criticism, some ideas about how they can improve their show. And the Sun person, if they take that as what it is, which from the Uranus person is a genuine offering, it's, it's giving their insights in, in a way that they, they feel is, is a good and healthy thing. If the Sun person can really listen to that, then we do have a wonderful potential for the Sun to really shine their confidence, their their idea about themselves to include more, to become more encompassing, to become a better performer. So there is a real sparkle between the two people when we have this one. The Sun person will have a few ideas about the Uranus person's behavior itself and how they may not be what they are. But it's, I think it's a healthy thing overall that you're getting a bit of the best of both worlds where you're getting some amount of movement and growth, but you're also getting an essential, um, acceptance that's happening there. And the quintile is of the fifth house. This is an aspect that's described by the fifth house and by Leo. So that an aspect of Uranus, which is naturally an opposition to its pretty special relationship in that sense. So, yeah.

The status quo quadrant, very much like the square, except if it comes into trine signs, which sometimes the sesquiquadrate can. That means we'll have an essential style that is very much the same. But we're still going to rub each other the wrong way in, uh, in a certain sense. If the sesquiquadrate comes into discordant signs, difficult signs to each other, we will have, uh, there's some judgy stuff going on. And the way that the, um, the Uranus person pursues themselves, their liberty, their idea of what they can be, their extreme characteristics, there's some ideas about that from the Sun person. And we have a lot of the same square stuff going on there. It's not as explosive. Sesquiquadrates. Sesquiquadrates are like, we have to look at them in terms of, um, points of friction, hard aspects versus minor aspects. A hard aspect is like walking along and having a big rock in your shoe. It's gonna call, call your attention to it. But a minor aspect is like having a pebble kind of in the front of the shoe. It's still irritating. It's still going on. But it doesn't automatically cause you, at least early in life, to stop and deal with it. So our minor aspects actually persist longer than our hard, hard aspects do. This is why the square between the Sun and the Moon in someone's chart, they usually figure this out in their mid-20s because it's such a problem, it's such an issue that it brings a major amount of attention to it very early on in life, and they have to to figure that out. In conjunction, not so much. People are usually in their 30s or so before they really look at that one. Uh, the opposition, kind of touch and go. Some people learn from it, some people don't. Some people actually have a, a psychological break, like a psychotic break with that particular opposition. If we have other things going on, or because there is that extreme possibility of, on a werewolf moment, and not all the people in the world want to accept their wolf. And so if we double down, we can have real, uh, compounded problems. It's like problems on top of problems. So with, um, I'm not sure how I got off onto that tangent. It's just who I am as a person. So when we have the, the, oh, that's what it was. The minor aspects. It's not going to call our attention to it. So the sesquiquadrate in synistry between Sun and Uranus, there's still that judgy stuff. There's still that conflict. But it's not so open that the two people are likely to not engage with each other or to understand that something they have to work out before they can make more progress. It could be persistent within the relationship. Does that answer it? Yeah, yeah, that that answers it. It also makes me want to ask about psychotic breaks, but I'm going to reel it in. We can talk about that. Um, yeah, we should think about having a lesson about, um, hard aspects related to certain issues in psychology, your issues and personality. That would be fun. Huh? Yeah, that would be great. Yeah, I'll spend some time putting that together. That'd be a lot of fun. And that's something I can probably package and sell as a webinar too, down the road. So that'd be a lot of fun. All right. Maybe we'll do that next week. Actually, should we do that instead of what we usually do? Yes. All right. Awesome. Okay. Okay. Everybody seems to be in agreement about that one. That'll be popular. Excellent. Um, also, um, I wanted to ask you guys if you would be game to participate in a, um, a lesson that was about the Uranus Neptune conjunction, but in a way that I can package that and sell that on my website as a previously recorded webinar. So we just have to do it a little bit differently. Like, our questions would probably want to come through chat, or we can, you know, or I could just edit it afterwards. And that's what we'll do. We'll just do it regularly and I'll just edit it afterwards. And, um, yeah, that would be helpful because then I can do it with a small intimate group and, um, not have to keep repeating that class over and over again. All right. Um, does anybody have any more questions or anything, they like to, oh, wait. You know what? We had one more question here. I have to pick that up. Hold on here. Uh, when you were talking about opposite oppositions, are you talking about the natal Sun opposite Uranus or oppositions in general? I was talking about oppositions in general, and then I was talking more specifically about the Sun opposite to the Moon. That's what we can see more specifically in psychotic breaks. Uh, Deborah, do we need to have the conjunction in our natal chart? I'm not sure what that's what, what is that question related to? Oh, you're in this Neptune. No, we don't need to to participate. Absolutely not. Anybody who wants to join in can join in. It would just be a good lesson if you're wanting to, um, you know, do chart interpretation eventually yourself. So, yeah, the Uranus Neptune opposition is a fascinating one. And I think that that would be, uh, um, a video that a lot of people would be interested in in your age range. Yeah, there's not much information to be found on, um, the Uranus Neptune conjunction. Yeah, there should be because it's a doozy and it's pervasive. I mean, it affects an entire group of people and who then affect all of us. So, yeah, it has been activated by the Saturn Pluto conjunction because it was happening exactly the same place. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Cycles within cycles within cycles is what we see. That's the interesting thing about astrology, like knowing how to interpret that eventually, like where all these things that happened, like somewhere there in the, in the, like, for example, knowing that, like, for example, the Saturn Pluto conjunction in 2020 happened on the Uranus Neptune conjunction in 1993, for example. Yeah, I think every, it all has significance. We all interpret it the way that, uh, well, the human mind interprets things. So I think that, yeah, the patterns that are found in that are definitely legitimate. But we can talk about that actually in the webinar and what that kind of thing brings and what we can expect and, um, other things that might also be coming up for that. So Jamie, do I have a question? By next week's class, do you mean next week on Monday or the Sunday? Sunday. Sunday. So we'll do one class on Sunday. Let's do Sunday at 10 a.m. And I think that's the only class we'll do because it's probably going to go a couple of hours. And why don't we then put, oh, no, no, I think I have, you know, when I don't have anything in the morning, next Monday. And then we'll put the next lesson Monday morning at 10. So do Sunday at 10, Monday at 10. Awesome. Okay. Gary, thank you. So I have the Sun Uranus square with my boyfriend. I did submit a chart to you before. I am the Sun person. And I wanted to, um, ask if this is like one way that it shows up. So sometimes my boyfriend, he's like kind of rude, or he's, he's like an, you know, just to anybody in his life. It's just like how he reacts. He's, uh, Sun conjunct Mars and he's an Aries Moon opposite Saturn in Pluto conjunction. So he can be like, you know, hot-headed and really rude. And, you know, and sometimes it kind of irritates me. I'm like, "You need to learn how to treat people." Because I'm Pi, I'm like super Piscean. Yeah, I do love the Mars energy. Um, the ruler of my seventh is in Aries. Um, so it's like I am super attracted to that Mars energy. I'm also an Aries rising. But sometimes, like, he's just a little too harsh and rude. Is could that be like an example of, um, my Sun squaring his Uranus? Me kind of disapproving sometimes how he like treats people because he comes off as an, to some people? I don't know if I'm trying to think of what. Well, it's likely a part of things. Yes. So there's something to be said for somebody who has some jerky characteristics. Um, you know, having those characteristics outside of what we think about them, you know, is not out of the question that, you know, he, he could use some refining outside of what it is that you think about him, um, just given what you've said about his natal chart. So that leads me to believe that, um, there may be something to his selfishness there because of what you described. The square is likely, yes, to show up as his essential qualities of jerkiness being offensive to you. So say, for example, if you had the conjunction, by Jamie, if you have the conjunction or the trine, the sextile, you would probably be pretty darn tolerant about his jerkiness. There may be other parts that are going on, but it would be like one of those things like, "Yeah, he's a narcissist, but he's my narcissist." Rather than, "Yeah, he's a narcissist, and he probably needs to do something about that." This is the way that you're looking about it, looking at it. So, um, likely there is some amount of offense that you're taking to who he is. But it sounds like he may actually have some qualities they're legitimately offensive. So I think that's what I'm getting at. A lot of Mars, some of it is like attract, super attractive to me to an extent. And then like once he crosses the line, then it's like, "Okay, that's a little too much." So the boundary is good. Absolutely. Yeah. And you may want to think about, um, creating more boundaries as you go along because that is generally what makes people rise to the occasion is, you know, feeling like there's a certain standard they have to meet in the relationship. Um, it's probably going to be hard to teach him that lesson. He doesn't sound like he's terribly teachable. But he's with you for a reason. So you may be the balance to that. Do you think that the Sun conjunct Mars, that is like a narcissist kind of aspect? In professional astrology circles, we just call that the aspect of the, is what we basically how we talk about it. You really want to know. Um, in a man, that can be a, a difficult one to deal with. Yeah, it's a pretty egoic, um, defensive, aggressive, uh, aspect to have. And he's got some other things going on with outer planets. It sounds like they're contributing to what's going on there. So, um, you've got your work cut out for you. It sounds like. And hopefully you guys have got some harmonious things going on in other areas. And how long have you been together? A few months. Oh, we have a Moon conjunct Pluto composite. And then also Moon opposite Pluto edges. We kind of got together pretty fast. There's a strong draw to work to learn something here. It's strong. Yeah. Interesting. Well, good luck with it. Thank you. We're here if you need us. We'll see how it goes. Even if it doesn't last forever, this is a learning experience. That's always how it is. That's always how it is. Something I gotta learn and work out. So, yeah. And it may be that, um, that you guys do have what the other person is looking for. That can be sometimes, you know, we get with a difficult person or, you know, a.

person that a lot of other people probably wouldn't be happy with or couldn't be with, but it works for us. The combination works for us, so to see how things go. Thank you.

You got it. Are you, sometimes I miss some of these, um, classes. Are you going to post the Sunday Saturn aspects? Are you, do you, are you going to post all of the videos, or do I got to make sure?

No, they're all in the group. They're all posted in the group. If you go down the feed, they are there. I post them at least a few days to a week after, depending on when I finally get to it. It's hard for me to make some of the weekend classes, but this is like, some, this is, yeah. Is this a better time on Mondays?

Yeah, I like Mondays better. Sometimes I look, just about to, I'll say, yeah, sorry to cut you off. I was just gonna say, if it is, is it helpful to you, Joel? Do you like today on Mondays?

Mondays at 10 a.m. is good for me because I love this time. It's, it's, it's really good for, like, because in the UK, it's like two o'clock in the morning when you guys do your 6 p.m.

Um, no, but I'm just saying, if everybody was okay with it and you were okay with it, I would love 10 a.m. on Mondays. Just, just want to, just, we can do that in there. We can do that. Stacy, what do you think of that?

I'm, I'm good with that. My schedule is very free right now.

Yeah, okay, awesome. So then let's move our second class that we usually have at 6:00 p.m. on Sundays to Mondays at 10 a.m.

Okay, thank you. Yeah, that'd be good. Good for me too. Sometimes two classes in one day is a little bit too much.

All right, so we will meet next Sunday at 10 a.m. and talk about psychological complexes, and I will put that, um, webinar together. And we'll talk about the Uranus Neptune conjunction. That'll be our two, two things on the syllabus.

Okay, I have a couple questions. Yes. Uh, one, what was the, um, the, the aspect again? Sun conjunct to Mars, and especially if it's an aspect to Uranus.

Okay. All right. And the other one was about the, um, the psychological complexes class on Sunday at 10. Um, is there any, um, pre, like, something I could use for references, um, ahead of time, or any things that we're going to, like, you know, if I'm going to use any particular charts?

I probably will. I'll probably use examples. I'll send those out so you guys have a chance to get those into your program.

Okay. And, um, so I should probably know the definition of a psychotic break and what it looks like, uh, when we lose touch with reality.

We touch, we lose touch with what is actually occurring and we go into a state of psychosis. And for some people, it can be a lengthy period of time. For other people, it can just be hours to days. It depends on, you know, the nuances of who they are.

Okay. So, and are we going to talk about bipolar or schizophrenia during that time?

Yeah, I'm a Gemini. I don't like that. [Laughter] Uh, we may have a sun opposite Uranus. I, I have a Gemini horizon. Something I should know. What's wrong with Geminis? That's what I always say about Geminis is that they are bipolar and stuff. Oh, all the things that get there. Now, they're not all bipolar. Some are not.

Entertaining. Yeah, that's, that's what I tell as well, always. And I say, can I make a comment? I just checked his chart. He's a sun conjunct Mars in Gemini opposite Uranus. Oh, Darium. I didn't mean to offend you there. I'm still not a little worried. It seems like, you know him better than I do. Anyway, you have no, I know he's an, but it just made me want to make me wonder how the Uranus is freaking adding to it. That means that he feels that he has permission, cosmic permission, to be who he is. Uranus is going to make us feel like we are not, we're like beyond the reach of of advice. We're, we're so having the right to be self-directed and get to be ourselves that it's, it's somewhat crazy.

Yeah, that'll contribute. He's always like, I'm native, so I, you know, this is the native way I can do this, you know? So I think that's just kind of native American doesn't make you an. No, he feels like he's, he's allowed to be different from, you know, that's Uranus. That's exactly.

Popular. Yes. Yeah. The joker has the opposition between the sun and Uranus. Go ahead. I've been looking at astrology software. I'm like, just on the verge of purchasing. Do you have one that you recommend? I've been looking at Sirius and, uh, I don't think that you need to spend any money on any software because astro.com is designed for professional astrologers. Okay. Go to the extended chart selection, and if you want, we can have a mini, um, lesson about how to use it. Go to the extended cart selection and educate yourself about how that works. It has everything that a professional astrologer needs, so I don't think that you need to spend any money.

There is an app that makes it very easy to learn, um, Gold Solar Gold. What is it? Astro Gold. But not for iOS. That's like five. I bought like, I bought it for 40 euros and it's definitely not worth the money. I think on the real program, like for Mac, is, is I think better. Yeah, I have it on my iPad and it's, I'll refer to it here and there. Usually when I see a client, I put their info into three different programs so I can make sure I'm getting the same ascendant, and that's one that I'll refer, referred to for that. But that has some pretty good, you know, uh, options on it. But, um, no, I wouldn't spend a lot of money.

Okay, thank you. Sirius, I don't really know about. I couldn't really comment about it. I don't love Solar Fire because I don't like their charts. They're really hard to read, and it gives you a few more options than astro.com, but I never used them, so I don't, I wouldn't spend any money.

Thank you. Thank you. I like that. Anybody else have anything? Oh, um, I hold on, Stacy, and then Bae. Um, I did date someone who was an, and he, um, had sun conjunct Mars. But as I'm looking, he has Uranus and in opposition. Well, it's in Sag. She was a Gemini. Is this badge? But it's not like, it's not showing up on the chart. Does that, is it not a sign?

No, it's like he was a Gemini sun, and then Uranus is in Sag, so they're opposites. They're off, side by side. Yeah, it's a wider orb. Um, it's still a thing, but it's not quite as cute as what Darium's got going on.

Okay. Don't hate on the Geminis. No, there's a lot of good stuff about Gemini. I have a Gemini rising. I like Geminis. No, Geminis fun. We can't, we can't have the world without. I have something to create thought in speech. Bae, did you have something?

Yeah, so I have the, the sextile between sun and Mars. Am I an, too? No, no, no. The difference. See, with the hard aspects between sun and Mars, see, it hits two parts of the ego that can be very aggressive against each other or with each other. So they act in tandem with the conjunction. So like the, the two bullies of the chart are acting in tandem with the conjunction. They're always in a square. So we're always ready to fight with the square, where it's super easily triggered. So the guy or the woman who has the square between sun and Mars, you do not want to offend them because they'll be like, you want to fight? You're looking at me? I'll meet you out in the parking lot. In fact, I had a friend, a friend, um, when I was a cocktail waitress in my early 20s, who had the square and sun in Aries square to Mars, and she was out in the parking lot and somebody tried to steal her car. So she jumped onto the hood of that car as she saw it speeding away. She jumped onto the hood of the car and she was not gonna let go, and she's screaming and she's flailing, and she's gonna get that car back. So then the guy finally pulls over because he can't get rid of her. And he didn't go very far. He only went about 30 feet. It freaked him out so bad. He pulls over. So I, everybody can see what's going on. Pulls over, gets out of the car, and he starts like walking away. That was enough for her. She attacked him and she took him down. She was beating the crap out of him. So that's how the square between sun and Mars works. They're ready for a fight. And sometimes it works. In that instance, it, it was to her benefit. In many instances, that square between the sun and Mars will not be to our benefit. In another case, there was a guy who said something to her, and she actually threw a drink in his face. That's when it did not work for her. I still think about her quite a bit because she was such an archetypal education. My exposure to her, she was like my guy has, uh, he's Aries sun square Mars. So this is very educational. Tough one. So we call that one, professional astrologers in our circles, we call the sun square Mars the chip on the shoulder. [Laughter] That's what it is. The opposition is also not awesome in a lot of people's personalities because we have the projection of other people being rolling jerky masculine, and they respond to that by being that. So that's a trick. But no, the easy aspect between Mars and the sun, put the two masculine principles in agreement with each other. They're not in conflict, so we don't get our feathers ruffled. We don't feel like we have to fight. And you've got the Mars Pluto square, so you've got other issues going on over there. But sun and Mars, healthy relationships, absolutely. And that's a nice thing to see because it's like, um, you know, that, that would be a guy, you know, like my dad, who actually had a very masculine profession, but he would sit and watch TV, and we would be allowed to do his hair and, you know, put clips in his hair and paint his nails and, you know, put makeup on him. And he was just kind of sitting, tolerating the whole thing. And he would sit and have tea parties with us and stuff like that. So men with easy aspects between sun and Mars, they don't, they're not going to feel emasculated by something like that. But with the hard aspects, it would be like, get that nail polish off of me right now. Somebody's going to see that. It's different. So I remember once you're doing his hair and his nails, and somebody, there was a knock at the door, they needed some, somebody to sign for something, and he had to go to the door and sign with his bows and his makeup. That was hilarious. He, the square between, like, let's say Venus and Mars, for example, or Venus Mars sun, or something. Oh, not Venus, but like Mars. Well, anyway, so that gives, like, as also a struggle, like with sexuality, then right? Because you don't accept something readily in your personality and you kind of like, sun Mars hard aspects. Um, yes. Sun Mars or Venus Mars hard aspects. So does it have the same? Sun Mars is can be interesting. Venus Mars, not so much. Does it? Yes, it does show a friction between the timing really, and what we want and how we get it. Sun Mars is interesting because in men, we can have a, um, I want to put it like, an inner gay dude that we're not accepting. So there can be this compensation. So with the hard aspects between sun and Mars, you'll see men, you know, driving around with, you know, like, yeah, someone doesn't need to mute, sorry. Um, driving around with a shotgun in the back of their truck, you know, displaying their masculinity. That's even an aggressive thing. So they'll come off with an aggression that's often as a compensation for, um, you know, having some, some acceptance just pushed right below the surface. So, you know, guys that are very easily triggered by gay dudes, that's kind of a red flag for somebody needs to look at themselves.

Um, I have the, uh, the square between sun and Mars. Um, I'm actually used, now that you say that, my dad is totally, uh, homophobic. Has a total inner gadget. He can't watch Lord of the Rings because he gets sick looking at Sam and Frodo giving each other googly eyes. Um, but, uh, I was just wondering if your friend, I have, well, I have Mars at the, um, the IC. And I was wondering if your friend who got crazy on the car thief had Mars in the house.

I don't remember. I don't remember, and it's been so long. We're out of touch that I, I wouldn't know where to find her in order to get the time. Uh, but I, I do remember the bones of the chart, and that was one of them that was driving, driving that. But yeah, it's a touchy aspect. It's easier for a woman to have it than it is for a man.

Oh, so much easier. Yeah, yeah. But women don't own their Mars, right? Usually, right? With the square, especially if Mars is in a passive sign, we can have some repression of that, the identification with the male instinct. So with the hard aspects in women between sun and Mars, especially with the opposition, we often get with people or attract people into our life if we're not identifying with that Mars, with that male thing. See, lesbians have a much easier time with this than straight women do. If we're not identifying with that Martian male characteristic, then we have other people express that for us. So we'll get involved with like, really selfish other men or women, um, or very narcissistic types or aggressive types. I have, um, I had quite a while ago, a client that had that square and strongly did not identify with that male characteristic, and, you know, kept calling me and calling me because she was involved with this extremely dangerous narcissistic criminal.

So, we want to own our anger. We need to own that part of ourselves that is, you know, our own inner dude. And the more we are, the more we can, uh, you know, identify with that and be okay with it, and the touchiness goes away. And the ability to defend ourselves is the sharpest thing that we have with that. All the aspects between sun and Mars, I mean, we're a survivor. But sometimes the, the self-defense is more difficult, a thing in women who have that particular square between sun and Mars.

Yeah, that's interesting. My mom has stuff. Oh, does she? Yeah. And she has a Cancer, um, Mars and a Libra sun. And that's one of, I get very irritated with her because I don't pass aggression in those signs.

Yeah, yeah. Bae, you had something. My mom has a Cancer Mars retrograde. I think that's where my, uh, anger issues come from. I don't know. But she may have more than that going on, but that could contribute to things because, yeah, that is where the, the aggression kind of goes up and then comes back in on itself.

Yeah, yeah. That's true. Yeah, yeah. So, yeah, I had a question like about, so I heard like a lot of the, the, the sun Mars aspects who for me kind of also, um, kind of sounds similar like like the Mars Pluto aspects. In what way? In what way are sun Mars aspects different than Mars Pluto aspects?

Sun Mars aspects are much, much more conscious. Mars Pluto is more like our right to survive and our right to be herself and our, our, uh, the security of our own physical self is like in conflict with the, um, I would say that the sludge of society. It's like the, the conflict with is with other people at large. So the difference is that sun and Mars is very personal. Mars square to Pluto is not nearly as personal. It's like the world, life, people at large, society, it's all working against me. That is, we want to change Pluto stuff. We want to, we want to affect that. We want to fix that. We want to take action on that. So you see it like a lot of police or, you know, people who are, you know, want to change the system.

With that, isn't that like Mars is also like about oppression and aggression, like primal oppression as well? Like, but if we see that, for example, in policemen, is, is that not most often like an unhealthy expression of like aggression? Like we, in Europe, see that like in American policemen?

Yeah, yeah. They shouldn't be in that job, but they'll likely be drawn to it anyway. Yeah, yeah. Because of the domination, maybe. Yeah, yeah.

Um, somebody else had something. You can come in. It's okay. I have a question. Would the sun conjunct Mars make the person like have a very high sex drive?

And yes, all the aspects, very, very lusty. Absolutely. Especially the conjunction. Mm-hmm.

Um, with sun square Mars, Mars in the first house, how would that play out?

Much more publicly. It's gonna be a leading thing in our personality with Mars being in the first house. So the touchiness, um, is gonna be right on the surface, and it's gonna be related to how we're perceived and how we perceive the world at large. So it's, it's gonna be more of a thing with that occurring in the first house. Absolutely.

All right. Oh, sorry. I keep talking over people. Sorry. Um, I was gonna say, um, Stacy, actually, hearing about your mom having Libra sun square Cancer Mars, um, I'm, uh, I was, I'm glad to hear that because I have that combination, and I'm, I would definitely, it's good to hear outside perspective on that because I'm working on my Mars stuff right now, and I think I have like a lot of aggression that I disown. So it's like, I'm probably pretty past progressive.

Well, that's interesting because I noticed with her, there's times where she'll tell me different stories where the response is, you get angry. You know, like if someone will tell you, where it's an evocative, an emotionally evocative story, but if I get angry, she will not accept that as a response. Which is like the anger. She's like passing the emotion to you to feel for her, and also that you're not supposed to feel, that you're not supposed to get angry. Is that like common with the Mars with a Cancer Mars?

Yes, in the nice signs. Mars in Pisces, Mars in Cancer, there is a lot more difficulty when it comes to being angry, accepting anger, because they are passive signs.

Yeah. So Jewel, like, I don't want to like bombard you with too many questions, but I'm like, how do we own our aggression?

Well, first of all, we realize that it's a part of us. We don't decide that we don't want that. See, Tanya, wonderful, wonderful pertinent quote there. We don't want to reject it. And this was a big part of my own, um, shadow work that I did because I have Mars opposite to Jupiter, Mars in the first house, and square to the North and South Node, and rules the eighth house. I had a ton of anger within me, but I was an angry nice person. I didn't want to be angry. I didn't identify as being an angry person. I was a nice person. I was a compassionate person. I was a helpful person. I was a Virgo person. Well, not so much. It turned out that I was like, uh, this volcano that had a plug in the top, and once I pulled that plug off, all hell broke loose. And this was, you know, during my life crisis. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. It was wonderful because all of this pent-up anger and frustration and disownment and more anger, it just came boiling out, and I had to own it. I, I was seeing that everybody else was making me angry. Yeah, I had to do something in my own life instead of just feel angry. So I, I just started to see myself. I started to price that into who I was, into my identity. You know what? I have a little bit of spunky personality in me. I'm pretty, you know, what if you push me sometimes, I can be a, um, I can be insensitive. I can be grumpy. I, all of these things were facts. They were all facts about me, and I didn't want them to be facts because I wanted to think of myself up as a completely nice and giving person. That was not the truth. The truth was, I was impatient, and I was frustrated, and and I just had to accept all of those things in their entirety and price in this angry element of who I was, and it made it so I regained my power. I got all my, not all of it, I'm still working on it, as we all are. I don't think any of us will ever be finished, but I regained a major chunk of power that I had been missing for decades. And it really was involved in the understanding that I was more of this totality of things than I thought I was, and anger included.

Thank you. You got it. Yes. Okay. So you've touched on another thing. He, the Micah is also Cancer rising. So how can we who have a relationship with somebody that has these really hard aspects? I don't have any harsh sun to Mars aspects within my own natal chart. I have other stuff, but, but so how can we help our partners or, you know, without finger-pointing or tell them, you know, or making them feel that there's something wrong with them? How can we be a benefit to them knowing that they're happening?

So that, that's an interesting one. How do we deal with somebody who has those sun Mars aspects? So I think when people are, well, let's talk about the extreme hard aspects first, the square and the opposition. Sasquatch. When people are acting out their more selfish self, I think that it is really important for us to stand up for ourselves in that moment, to to push back in that moment, because people can be allowed to become quite tyrannical with those hard aspects if they're not getting pushback from the environment. When we're dealing with the conjunction, I think it's important to remind that person that they can be aggressive. They can sometimes be a little bit scary. They can be pushy. They likely will not be aware because it's a conjunction that I can get, especially if we have Uranus involved, there will be no self-awareness. In fact, it would be like a permission to be that. So self-awareness just generally has to come from outside when we have Uranus involved. Um, but the conjunction, I think we, we just have to point out, you know, when, say, we're out to dinner with somebody and they're like, rude or insistent with the waitress, you have to point out that, you know, that was probably a little bit too much. That's, it's probably not appropriate to to speak to people like that. And we have to kind of remind them and train them to bring that, uh, sort of that fighting energy to a place where it's, it's more kind, it's appropriate to help them to be refined. Because what you're dealing with is like a wild animal with with that conjunction, and you want to, you want to tame them. You want to groom them. You want to train them easily. So what would be, uh, okay, so let's use the example of a possum, okay? A wild possum, they're pretty darn aggressive if you catch them in the wild, but they can be tamed, and it happens over the course of time and through smaller interactions and reminders, and they can be brought around. Or we could use the example of, um, uh, Leo, my horse. When he first came here, he would bite me occasionally and challenge me and would, you know, try to push the limit. And I had to keep reminding him over the course of about a year who was boss. And men with the conjunction with the sun and Mars are very similar to horses in this respect. This is important. When a horse disrespects you, you have three seconds to react because their brain, their memory is only three seconds long. So when a horse bites you or pushes you or disrespects you, you want to turn around and you want to respond the way another horse would, which is usually, it's not being cruel, it's speaking the horse's language. So like when I get bit on the shoulder, I immediately turn around and give them a pop in the mouth. This is what another horse would do. Another horse would never tolerate that and would respond immediately in a physical way. Men with the conjunction are very much the same. Within the space that they have done something or reacted, we need to remind them that that was probably not the appropriate way to go. And it needs to not be challenging, like, why did you do that? It needs to be a gentle reminder. So that's what I would suggest.

That's great advice, Jewel. And this is one of the reasons why I love astrology with you. I remember when I was dating a guy who had that, my, um, therapist told me to just observe and accept it, which is like, didn't work very well.

No, yeah. If I would do that to my horse, he would be running all over me.

Yeah. At this point, we can't do that. We have to look at it like, you know, training the Marlboro Man with this. You gotta be consistent, and you've, you've got to be strong. But we do not want to be offensive because then it goes the, the way we do not want. Then they start defending against us, is being aggressive towards us. And there's a line that we have to walk when it comes to a gentle reminder and them interpreting us as the problem.

Okay, that's quite hard to do with people because I have, you know, I don't always like accept, like my, my anger. I find it hard to do because I know that I can be really, um, aggressive and rash and very, how do you say, I can be very offensive, and I know that I can like get people very offended by me. And I know, like, so that's, that's very.

But you do know that about yourself. So you know that that's 80% of fixing it is the realization that I am a certain way. This is like when I was doing my shadow work, there was the realization that I was an angry person. It took me a while to absorb that and to price that into my identity. I didn't just see that it was like, oh, okay, well, all right, that's what I'm going to be. It took me a year or two to really accept that idea of myself, and I'm so glad I did because it made it possible for me to start supporting myself. It made it possible for me to start, um, you know, doing some things that I had always been really afraid of. So that was a lot of my survival energy that I was, I was disconnected to. And you're very connected to it. Um, it's, it's something that is needing to come more under to under some control, some conscious control in your own personality. But it is something that's available to you, which is very good.

And you guys have anything before we wrap up?

Yeah, thank you. It's been, it's been wonderful, very enlightening.

So welcome. We did kind of get off onto a tangent there at the end, but we did finish our lesson. I was good today. We did finally, before we went completely off the rails. That's good. I'm improving. No, it's not. It's my Burgundy.

Okay, guys, so we will meet again next Sunday, 10 a.m. And then next Monday, 10 a.m. Will you keep us posted on when the Neptune Uranus conjunction seminar?

Let's go for that next Monday at 10 a.m. Let's do that.

Okay. And if I don't have time to pull that together, I will let you know, but I should. I'm not terribly busy this week. Um, a little bit less busy than usual. And then Sunday, we'll work on psychological complexes.

Okay. And it's Uranus Neptune conjunction on Monday at 10.

Monday at 10. Okay.

Bae, like, like it's a bit off, but about, but like a chip of like Maldives, like a few days ago, that someone else like has this as well because I had some questions about it. I have, I used to have knowledge of it, but I think I have forgotten. I used to actually know a lot about elements and gems and their properties, but that's something that's very much like math, which astrology is like as well. If you're not keeping up your knowledge and reminding yourself, you'll forget. So I think I'm useless unless I brush up on my skills.

That's okay. All right, guys, so next Sunday, 10 a.m. We'll do it again.

All right, thank you. Good. Thank you. [Music] Bye-bye.
