I think a lot of men are stuck in their mind. We're trying to figure out which way we can go and then the game keeps switching on us.
You look at what the modern societal landscape is and you are just constantly inundated with directions to what you should do. A parent told you you're never going to amount to nothing. That's a program that they they've instilled in your mind. And that program can come from governments. It can come from schools. That is not natural to our way of life. How we get back to a better place is to have acceptance within ourselves, have community, and really know where our heart lies.
And we are live. Seth, how are you, brother?
I'm good, Robert.
I'm excited to chat with you, man. It's uh it's funny. I don't even think I tell people this. I I definitely have never told people this, but I used to love acting and theater. I still do love acting in theater. Like, I go to plays on a regular basis. I like taking my kids to plays. I feel like that is an art form for sure. And it's it's unfortunately underappreciated, I think, in this day and age. Um, but I think I think there's I'd love to get your take on this, but it seems as though with everything going so much towards media, AI, I feel like people are going to crave true human interaction all the more, so actual live theater, I think, is going to get a resurgence.
I agree. And it's so wild we're talking about this because, you know, my heart has been uh really up and down about really how to move forward as as the the industry has kind of um you know, had a bit of a plummet, but I've been feeling the same thing like, okay, I know I I I watch the the trends of AI because I think it's fascinating. I think it's fascinating and scary and amazing all at the same time based on just an evolutionary kind of aspect. But I feel within the human soul, the human collective is like, yeah, we people still want to go to concerts, people still want to go to theater shows because we need that experience together. And there's to me that is like ingrained in our nature that we go to show up to things together, to enjoy them together, whether it's sports, theater, music, um even food festivals or car shows. So, literally, I'd say about 2 days ago, I had that same feeling like I think we're going to have an artistic renaissance over the next decade. It just it feels like that. So, yeah. And I think people really need it.
I totally agree. I think people need it. I think people crave it. I think people don't realize how much they benefit from it in the day-to-day because it's not like generally as, you know, easily and convenient and just approachable. But like when they experience it, they're like, "Oh, okay. This is it. This is what I was missing." But it's it's funny cuz like I'm an old school soul, man. Like I'm I'm a bit of a purist with most things and I like the innovation. I like being on the cutting edge, but with a lot of things, I just keep going back to, you know, old school philosophies and basics. So it's it's like, am I going to be shooting myself in my career and my business in the foot by just holding out for this resurgence to the past or is it right around the corner and I'm going to be ahead of the game? I don't know.
You know that that's the question brother that's the question that I have been honestly battling the last I'd say 6 months you know um because I I I do want to keep my finger on on what's going on in the AI world um again for my for my business and things like that and at the same time it's just like uh and I and I will you know I think it's smart to learn new skills I think as as men I think as people we at least need to know how things work whether we decide to use them or not Um, but yeah, my heart is like I I'm I'm want to stay where I'm excited cuz if I'm not excited for something, there's no there's no energy in that business or that thing that I'm doing. So, it's it's been a battle for me, I'd say, the last like 6 months as well.
No, I totally agree. And it's funny cuz like when it comes to being on the cutting edge, getting your word out there from a marketing standpoint, because you got to think of your own self as your own brand.
Yeah. It's like when you look at what is gaining popularity
for me, I assume it's probably the same for you. It's like I don't even really want to play that game. Like the game AI slop the game of like just the negativity, all the noise. Like if that is what it takes to stay relevant,
I don't really want to feed that machine, you know? So, it's like where do I go from there? That's so like we we've been battling with the same questions.
The things
what you know what what's kind of helped me is uh I'm creating some things you know I have some businesses where um I'm doing it on my own I'm I'm building it but I'm like do I see an opportunity to scale this business that I could bring on a partner or something like that cuz I'm again I'm an athlete I'm an artist so I've always been around um teams or casts cast members or or teammates
and that's I realize that the the heart of me deep down is is the way to it's the most fun way to create like to have a mutual goal as opposed to doing it by myself. And so I just opened up my one of my businesses to a partner and said, "Hey, I'd love to have you on cuz I'd love to create this." Um,
and I'm really focused on at least where I am at in my life. Can this what I'm creating move go beyond me? Like can this business I'm creating go beyond me? Because I don't I hate self-promotion. I hate the, you know, having to be another voice in the noise. I don't want to I don't want to be that. I want to be this is what we're creating over here. This is our world. If you resonate with what we're doing over here, come and join us. Um,
but yeah, I really am I'm as so much shift is happening, um, there's going to continue to be many, many smaller and larger shifts. Uh, I want to make sure that what I'm creating benefits people, benefits humanity in some form or fashion. Um, and that if I'm not here, it can live beyond me. Cuz then it's just like I don't know what are you what are you doing?
I think uh I think that is the true source of fulfillment for humanity right there. Leaving the world a better place than you found it. um you know serving others at your highest capacity and doing so in a way that is bigger than you. Um and I feel like that is all of our goals or should be all of our goals and everybody has a unique way of bringing that to the table with their time on this planet and it's our purpose to figure out what that is and execute on it while we're here. Um so I kind of want to dive into that, man. Like you you're a pretty multifaceted guy. Like you've got uh the acting like what all do you do? What what takes up your time currently? You got the acting, the dance, what what all is that? And also the uh you're doing a lot of, you know, wisdom, guidance around how to be a man, especially in day and age, this day and age.
Yeah. So, my the medicine I I I look at things like what can I provide like what experience have I actually had that I can kind of provide that medicine to help other people. I have True Kings Academy. Um so, we help men through their healing, their spiritual healing. I did probably over a decade. Uh, I'd say about 15 years in total of just doing different ceremonies, um, Native American ceremonies, plant ceremonies in Peru, you know, with, uh, the Shapibo tribes. Um, I've worked at a primitive skills school. Um, and I've lived off-grid for three and a half years of my life, you know, working on building my own cabin with uh, with the help of contractors. The actual cabin build, I built other contractors. I started it on my own, but I was like, let me just be a smarter person. Um, so I've had this experience as a man and I just realized through that we haven't had much uh rights of passage.
So uh in True Kings Academy, we do a 16-week course, but I have a free circle cuz so many men are suffering and through loneliness, depression. It's like twice a month I volunteer my time. I'm I'm used to volunteering. Um so that's True Kings Academy. And then um I'm going to build up retreats because I've I've been a part of so many retreats um that uh I really want to bring men closer to nature like closer to the mother um and really to get them to bring their awareness beyond their mind.
I think a lot of men are stuck in their mind because we're all trying to figure it the heck out right now.
Um and we're trying to figure out which way we can go and then the game keeps switching on us. Um, so it's really to help men, you know, not tell them how to be a man, but to give them tool sets spiritually, emotionally, and even physically to help navigate the world because the world that we live in now is going to be different 5, 10 years from now as our mentors have taught us.
When did that quest start? Like what was the catalyst for that quest? Like if you're going through, you've got your acting career, you're in New York, you're in LA, that's taken off. At what point did you like realize that hey I I don't have all the answers. I need to I need to go inward. I need to go outward. I need to figure out how to, you know, quiet the noise and figure out who I am, what my purpose and calling is and connect with nature. Like what was the the origin story of that desire?
Absolutely. So um I I did I was doing Broadway shows and I was touring with recording artists. I was in some pretty big um Broadway shows and after my second one I started to go hiking and camping. I just needed a break from New York. And so, uh, I would go hiking all the time, easy. And I went, uh, camping one time and I was packing out and I and I had went deep. I don't know, I must have went like 7, 8 miles in. Uh, but for me at the time, I hadn't done a lot of it. So, I got lost and got surrounded by a pack of coyotes and I was upset with myself that I was afraid of the coyotes. Like, I was I was trying to leave to escape. And the thing that bothered me in my freaking core was like, why am I afraid of this place? Like, why am I trying to run back? And so I went and learned and took classes at um primitive skills school um and took many classes. This was back in 2010. By 2012 I was interning there and working at the school um uh for about 6 months. So we were just in the woods. I was helping with classes um not as educator but as an intern. You know, I wanted to like clarify and then I was like, oh, this is what I was missing as a man. This is what I was missing as a human. This rights of passage to learn awareness um, you know, edibles, medicinal plants, how to build fire from scratch, bow drills, hand drills um and it was taught by a guy named Tom Brown who was one of the original and oldest um survival schools in North America and probably in the world and um most of the teachings were from the Liban Apache tribe. So, uh, yeah, it was and and I still went back and, you know, I had that whole amazing experience for a year and a half. Still went back to Broadway. Um, but it never left me. Like my connection to the earth, like I was like, I know that that's what's real. This is the show. Um, and I like both worlds. I really do. It's just the truth.
That's cool, man. You got the yin and the yang. You got to have both. Um, and I think like my other big passion prior to nutrition and fitness was Native American history. So, I dove deep into like all of the Apache uh upbringings and they all had a right of passage. Like every single tribe had a right of passage for men specifically where they would go out in a fasted state,
you know, to figure out who they are and what they're capable of in life and what their their vision quest is. And it's like you got to have some equivalent of that throughout the generations. Even though the landscape changes, the environment is not near like what it was then, but you got to have an equivalent to that now.
And there's not really an equivalent to that. Cuz you look at what the
modern societal landscape is. It's like you are, you know, you go to school, you go to a career fair, you get a job, you go to college, uh you save for retirement, you're just part of this conglomerate, part of this system, and you are just constantly inundated with directions to what you should do to keep up with the Joneses and fulfill the status quo. And at no point in that are you like truly asking the hard questions, figuring out how to think for yourself as an individual and go through a right of passage, so to speak. So I think there's a massive demand for that, massive need for that.
Yeah, that's that's and that's where I'm at right now is uh I always try to ask like what's the need and um it's one of the things that I feel like I need to further prepare for because there might be more an influx of men and I um and I work around a lot of other men that do great things. So, it wouldn't be just me. Um, but that right of passage that you're talking about that you have studied so well, I think that that's a core pillar of our society. No matter what background you come from, no matter what state, no matter what country, it's who are you out there, you know, who are you out there in in your in your primitive in your most primitive essence? What medicine can you receive? What lessons can you learn so that when you do come back to society, you can be a pillar. You can have that medicine within you. You can know how to navigate from a higher perspective and from a a calm perspective. Um so yeah, I mean that's going to be part of my life's work is uh providing more of those opportunities. Um, and then the entertainment side, my other business, I work with young performers, uh, and their parents who want to go into the performing arts. Um, and my reasoning for that is I want to keep the dreamers alive because like you're saying,
we're going to have a resurgence of, um, I think music, theater, all types of arts. Uh, because that kind of happens when societies are falling or rebirthing. It's it's uh we're at the end of a old paradigm and there's a we're going to go through some you know we're going to go through both. I think we're going to go through some dark periods as we go through some beautiful experiences. I think the new growth is happening as the the dead plant is kind of falling off to the side. So with uh coaching performers, I want to keep the dreamers alive because if we don't have people speaking and doing poetry or performing or giving us great music, we as humanity like there's that there's that part of culture. If we don't have that culture, there's a part of our soul that doesn't get fulfilled. Um, so that's kind of my where I'm at at my age right now is to keep the dreamers alive, make sure that they understand business as well so they can continue to do it and uh to really help the men. And that's that's those are my two worlds right now.
It's funny cuz like when you look at these, they're kind of society would say they're kind of on opposite ends of the spectrum. You've got like this you know head of state head of house manly requirements and responsibilities that you know traditional familial societies have been built upon. Then you look at the abstract artistic side of the spectrum which is on the other side of the spectrum but they both provide so much to the whole like they both benefit humanity in unquantifiable ways. Yeah. Um, so bridging the gap between those two I think is super important. Um, where do you think we misstepped to find ourselves in this position to begin with? Like where did we start going astray?
Greed.
Greed. But it's not humanity. And that's what I like to clarify cuz I've been fighting with um I've been a seeker my entire life. Like and and by a seeker what I mean is for for for your audience I'm sure you understand. Um, but I've been seeking the truth and I think everybody's a seeker.
And I I don't think when greed came in, there was another need besides beyond your basic needs, right? Because the the a human who has food, who has house, who has community is fulfilled, you know, um, if they have soccer to watch or if they have that and and and again, I believe in financial growth. Like trust me, I I'm I'm working towards being a millionaire. So, but I I know what is enough for for me. Um, but how I think we got here is there was a Well, you want the truth? Like, can we We're We can get a little bit
so freaking granular, bro.
Okay. On a physical level, greed happened. Um, and man has always wanted to battle man. And it doesn't matter what culture there's the Chinese is the oldest one of the oldest dynasties you know and because of this battle back and forth of land um it has never ended and I feel like that's an infection I feel like that's an infection in um different people at different times to want to rule
but when you look at battle it only goes a little bit left for a few decades and then it comes back to the center for a few decades and then go a little bit to the right for a few decades and the the difference of battling for that land or that control it never really goes beyond a certain parameter even if it's for a hundred years. So the idea of greed and war and control is absolutely an infection I believe. Um but then again if you study Native American culture as well you know man has always battled. So I think that that is a level of the game of the human experience that doesn't go away.
Mhm. And that's a part that I've had to accept in the last few years. Um it's the same way with nature. You know, you don't go certain birds don't go to other certain birds trees. Certain lions don't go to other certain lines areas. There's a need for um there's a natural instinct with it too. But the greed aspect is comes from the monetary idea. So we all know that money is not real. It's real because it's an accepted idea, but it's not backed hasn't been backed by anything anymore. And as we move into digital currency, it's not really back. They're just making, you know, certain coins. And
um and so the the idea is what the idea that it is so important to our humanity. The idea of money is what has changed things. But money itself is not uh, you know, it's an idea. It it can be used for good or for evil depending on how you look at it. Now, that's not going to change. So, I'm I'm really like when I when I work with people, I'm like, what is going to change and what's not going to change? You're not going to change that level of the video game. It is in the coding right now. Um, and we lost community, right? So when our sister goes to college and then we go to college and then you know dad dies and then grandma dies and then everybody splits all over the country you know at least in western culture we lost community and I think that there's a huge desire to get it back and so smaller communities are happening and and it's going to build into larger networks because there are people out there that are like done with the system
and they're creating their own subcultures but to me that's them going back to the original way that we are. So if you want it, you just have to seek it because there are communities all over the world that are living off the land. And I'm not even talking primitively. I'm talking like nice places to live. Um but they're not struggling for the dollar. They're not struggling for whatever their currency is. Um and then the higher higher perspective is we are in a spiritual war. So we're we're coming into a new age. We're coming out of a dark age. Um my personal viewpoint from what I know and from what I remember is that this is a war over human consciousness right because we are bioelectromagnetic beings we have a huge energy source within us and uh that energy can be siphoned can be pulled and can be harvested uh for other uh for other needs. Um and if you've ever seen Monsters Inc. when they scare those little children and they harvest the energy to run their city. That is exactly what has been happening to humans for a very long time. We've been infiltrated um on this planet. We are on a quarantine planet. Um a lot of these negative beings can no longer come in and out and um there's you know justice angels. There are there are guardian angels who are trying to sus all of this out on this planet. um everything that has come out in the last few months, a lot of people know about that stuff. So, justice is being served. A lot of people are like, "Oh my god, there's so much evil." Well, the only reason you know there's that much evil is cuz there's guardian angels out there in human form and in angelic form that have been trying to rebalance this planet because it has been infiltrated for thousands and thousands of years. So whether people want to believe that or not, that's fine. That's just my personal belief. How we get back to a better place is to um have acceptance within ourselves, have community, and really know where our heart lies.
Yeah. I think there's no question that there's like this inherent, you know, good and evil out there, positive and negative, um like all the way down to an atomic level, you know, electrons. Um so I don't think anybody contends against that. And I feel like we as a society have definitely stepped away from the sense of community, the sense of accountability, the sense of camaraderie. I think human nature is constantly trying to level up and create some stored advantage against others. And I think that is largely due to fear, which would be a negative side of that spectrum. Uh so I think fear drives a lot of this greed. Um because we we're not very good at being content. Like I am I'm an aggressive, ambitious person. I like to level up. I like to push myself to the utmost ability. That's why I'm in bodybuilding.
Um but at the same time, especially now that I have kids, I think this has totally changed my perspective on it. Like what really matters and what doesn't matter. Like I've just gained a greater sense of clarity around. And I I like the idea of having this mindset of abundance and enoughness while still being, you know, still striving to level up but not at the expense of what truly matters. So like I guess
that's a good Yeah, that's a good way to put it.
Yeah. Being content but never satisfied, so to speak. Um, and I don't know that not being satisfied is a, you know, a good goal and aspiration, but because I like to get better. I think progress is important, but so many people totally lose sight of um, you know, contentment or what it is to be enough. I mean, they, and I'm super guilty of this, like I'm always like I'll hit a great milestone or goal and I'm just focused on the next goal, you know, like I don't even take time to celebrate what I just accomplished. Um, so that's human nature. That's ingrained in our beings as well. But you're an athlete though.
Yeah. Yeah.
So that'll never change.
Probably not. Uh probably not. But I definitely do think Do you have kids?
No, I do not.
Okay. Do you ever plan on having kids?
Potentially adopting usually.
Uh having kids is a it's a it's a trip, man. Like um cuz I started the business. I was an athlete long before having kids. But having kids, it just like changes your perspective on what matters.
Um and a very like you hear about all it from parents that you talk to. Um, but when they're your own kids, like you just have this greater sense of clarity as to what you deem important in life and it it shifts your perspective. And it it's unfortunate because especially in this day and age, we so many people focusing on the things that don't matter and how you spend your time illustrates where you place your priority. And I've really been auditing my life and just removing the noise from the equation al together because it it's like a when I have kids it's a very clear litmus test like is this worth spending my time on or would I better be spent you know influencing my children who will be tomorrow's future and it's like it's pretty clear what the priority should be you know.
Yeah. Um, I mean, there was I don't know. There's there's since I was young, I just never really like felt the desire to. I've always been like a uncle and I'm like I'm like cool with that. But I've worked with a lot of kids. So, it's like I feel like I have a lot of kids that I'm uncle Seth to. Um, and I like and I like that version. But, you know,
the communities where we're at, like I said, we're not going to always change the world, but like the things that our generation instills into the next few generations, I think is so important because if they don't hold on to what's true and know what's true, then it'll be lost completely. And I and I feel like from a human angelic aspect like us as humans, us as people that believe in goodness, I feel like just being like light bearers like keeping that truth light within ourselves and within our our kids whether they're ours or like we're uncles or or aunts to them um kind of really helps them navigate the world still. You know, it's you've studied Native American culture, they really cared about creating a world that benefits the next seven generations behind them.
Mhm.
And uh a lot of what's happening is society, I can't remember the name of that book, but it's like uh it's like something like spend your grandchildren's money or um eat off your grandchildren.
Yeah.
Something like that. So there's that difference in in in mindset, but as you as a parent and even as myself, I'm like, you know, what are we leaving behind for for for them and what is important? And
I think that if people don't know what is enough for them, it's an end. I mean, because I've been around a lot of famous people. I I work out here. I'm not a bodybuilder. I have bodybuilder friends, you know, so I train with those guys. But I, you know, a lot of the guys I train with are, you know, ex-NBA guys, ex- football NFL players here in LA. And the ones that know are content, you can see it in them. And the ones that are still like thirsty for the fame or they just miss the field or they miss the court, like you can tell, they call it the Tom Brady effect, like you can tell Tom Brady still wants to play, right?
It's like what is your enough? And um I think it's just uh bringing some of the old ways of teaching and mindsets of everything you've studied and everything we study and making sure that this next generation experiences it like not just knows the knowledge but like experiences these types of things cuz otherwise it'll get lost.

Yeah. No, I totally agree, man. And I feel like if we don't know what enough is or is defined by and we're motivated for greed through fear,
I mean, at what point would we leave would we willingly leave anything for future generations? Or is it just going to become a race to the bottom and how much we can accumulate for ourselves with our time on this planet? Um, and you see that with like the destruction of so much natural habitat. Like I >> I am not a tree hugger per se by any means. Like I I >> I don't even know what I would be defined as, but like I my dad's a you know biologist. So like he has studied ecosystems, habitat, zoology, animal uh you know movement through time. And it's like I don't think taking all of that for granted and just commercializing acreage for our own benefit in this acute moment in time is the play for the long haul. But that's what we do. And it's um I don't know what the solution is. I don't know how to, you know, adjust to our growing human population. There's a lot of unknowns out there. But the fact that so many people aren't even asking these questions or focusing on it or giving any care towards it whatsoever is probably not a good thing.
I I so there are uh and this is not to like be combative, there are a lot of people uh working on those things. the issue is law, you know, but there but there are I have I have a a glimmer of hope because I've come across conventions and things like that that people are still fighting for the planet. people are still fighting for um and it's silly that we have to fight for, you know, clean water and clean air, you know, but there are parents that are pissed that stuff's going in the sky and they are getting out to their congress people and their senate and their home, you know, their hometowns like their mayors and stuff like that. People are fighting and I and I realize that the larger fight is people um doing their local fight and that is not even just a physical thing. It's just like actually speaking up. The reason we have more um awareness of these things is like you know somebody like your dad who's bringing the information and everything they study they're so passionate about to the forefront and publishing studies so that 20 years later somebody can pick up that study and be like they knew this 20 years ago. So I think that um there are a lot of people that are not but what I've from from a spiritual aspect and from a native aspect there's always only like a very small few that try to keep the balance for the many
and so I've been looking for where is there hope in the world and if I and if I really look um because I do I'm like there is enough people and um and then I ask myself like what can I do? Which is just like I'm not a lawyer, but I'll speak I'll speak life or I'll speak excitement into other people. Um and then then I just come down to acceptance, brother, you know, of just like I'll do the best I can. I look at Yeshua. I look at, you know, Jesus and Mary Magdalene and I'm like, they did the best that they can and the world still didn't change. You know, the the the game didn't, but people's hearts did. And I think that that's where I've just come to in all of my journey physical and spiritual.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you got to have hope. I mean, not being completely cynical, not having any hope would not be a good place to be either. For sure. I think there's definitely
I mean, there is definitely people having these conversations and fighting this fight. Um, and I think as long as there's an open table, an open dialogue happening, there is hope. Um, I think a problem is people focus and fixate on like these, you know, oneliners and clickbait titles. Like as far as habitat goes. I mean, you got a lot of vegans against people that are fighting for regenerative agriculture. Like there's a lot of science to be shown about the benefits of regenerative agriculture, but that often times doesn't get noticed because it's swept under the rug of the vegan. So like things like that just create more noise that acts as a distraction um instead of fighting the root problem. But I think again as long as people are willing to have the conversation in a civil manner which kind of stems back to having some sense of community like
community you don't always have to agree with each other. In fact you probably should
but you got to be able to you know hold each other accountable and have an open honest dialogue and that's where true progress is made. And our world where it is now is within human cultures or with within different cultures within humanity. Like I personally have to separate society from humanity, right? Because humanity is the goodwill of like uh saving dogs or helping another brother who's like going off the side of the road like you know you're risking your own life for somebody you don't know. That to me that's human. That's humanity. Society is what's constructed for us. And so I add into society the clickbait stuff, the government stuff, the uh education system that we didn't agree upon but had to go through. Um but within humanity, there is something that cannot be extinguished. And that is where I want to that's the only place I can put my energy into personally to not lose my freaking mind.
Mhm.
When society is is collapsing around us. Um, and that's been a hard journey the last year of
keeping the blinders on and just like staying focused.
I think there's like I don't know, man. I feel like there's especially with AI and the popularity of that social media, all of the media out there, and you see this firsthand with your industry for sure. Um, but I feel like as much as people gravitate towards it because it is the hot flash in the pan sexy thing that's probably not going anywhere. I feel like people's desire and craving for true legitimate connection, intimate connection conversation is just more pronounced now than it's ever been. Feel like there I mean there's a reason you and I can have a podcast conversation that lasts an hour and people willingly listen to that as opposed to just watching a 30-second reel on TikTok or something cuz people want to have a deeper connection than what they can get just at their fingertips on a whim.
Yeah. If you know, I think as men it's like we have the internal question of where the freak are we going, you know? I I don't know if I can cuss. I I'm trying not to cuss on on on your podcast. I want to be respectful, man.
But uh yeah. Well, then to be truthful, it's like as men it's like where the [ __ ] are we going and where are we leading our people? Like where are we really leading our people is the questions that we're naturally havinging within our mind and within each other. And so what has come from me like praying on that man, it actually makes me a little bit emotional. But what comes from me praying on that um is um I've been getting the shepherd a lot like with the with the shepherd staff and the majority of humanity are going to be sheep and we can't judge the sheep. The sheep are just trying to live, you know, and just be happy. A shepherd doesn't even like really get mad at them. It just kind of keeps them from going in the woods and getting eaten by a wolf,
right? But that's what was supposed to do what it was supposed to do. And if sheep goes out there or one gets lost, you got to put the rest away and then go get that one sheep and bring them back, right? And this is the vision that I had. And when you're a shepherd, too, you're mostly just chilling in the grass watching your sheep. Like, you're really just doing it. And so, I feel like we have we're asking these questions because deep down in our nature, we're trying to figure out where are we going? Where are we evolving to? And how can I protect the sheep? And the sheep are like our children, our nieces, our nephews, and our local community, right? So, you know, there's a craving for real deeper connection. I know there's a craving for a deeper real connection. We still have to run our businesses. We still have to take care of our partners, right? But I just know if we stay focused on what people are going to need in the future, it's like if you build it, they will come. I I don't remember. It wasn't the same lock, but I Field of Dreams, I don't know if you follow that. Yeah.
Um, we just are going we just need to build communities where the sheep are safe. And it's not like having ARs and being all it's it's it's not that. It's like if I had $10 million, I'd be chilling in a field somewhere or in the forest somewhere, you know? I wouldn't be doing much.
Mhm. So the to me my future dream paradise, my future reality is something I've actually already lived and it's chilling by the river like and I my friends can come over and get the same sort of peace on the property and help me create firewood and you know just like we're around like it is so simple the way we're meant to live. So with the flash pan stuff, I think if we just stay true, like you stay true to your vision and I stay true to my vision, we're going to have a network of good people to go to. Like you're going to be like, Seth, I got somebody coming your way. Can they stay for the night or a week or two? And I'll be like, yeah. Those are the communities we need to build outside of society. Humanity needs to rebuild its organic network. People that are growing their food, people that are just not caught up in everything, and then the business people as well. Like we need financial advisors to help us do it better. We need everybody. So I think the goal for us as shepherds and that's with our partners, right? Right. Like you have to do it with your partner. At least for me, I feel like without my partner, the divine feminine,
I'm not thinking clearly all the time. So I need her voice in shephering. Hey, how are we really? How are we helping people? Dude, I think we're going to be fine. Like, and and I study AI. This stuff is about to get crazy, but I think if you're in your heart, you're always protected. And I think if you're in nature, you're always protected. But, uh, there's nothing to run from anymore. Uh, the fear gets in the way and from clear thinking. And I think if we just stay true and organic, we don't need big communities to be sustainable. And I mean that from an agricultural sense. And I mean that from a financial sense for our businesses. We need a we need a certain amount of great customers that we provide huge value for. And it's really great reciprocal energy and we're chilling cuz we know what our enough is and we can help somebody up with their businesses. So, I've had to really simplify it for myself cuz I like I said, I went just been a 6 months to a year of battle of battling with God, of battling with myself, of getting lost as a man, trying to figure it out, having uh decision fatigue.
Mhm.
And it always comes back to the simplicity of like, give me $10 million, dude. I'll be by the river. It is crazy how simple it is when you distill everything down to its its essence, to its core. And I feel like fear of the unknown and that lack of perspective is what leaves so many people just floundering in the moment. And they do nothing. They act in no way because they don't have all the answers or have it all figured out. But I think, you know, if we just focus on being a good human being to our fellow human being in the here and now, like if you see somebody having a freaking flat tire, ask if they need help.
Yeah. So go help them, you know? Like go like do the things that you know inherently deep down your core to be right. Um like if we all just simply did that, the world would be a better place. Yeah.
And it's it's obvious like I can say that right now and people like, "Yeah, well duh." But like how many people actually do that? They don't because they rush to the next thing, the next distraction. They're focused on the next thing on the to-do list. But like actually just slowing down and focusing on the here and now and being the best version of yourself in the here and now is the the next tangible actionable step that we all can all take literally in the moment.
Yeah. And I think we're the same cuz I'm like, what can I do next? How can I level up? Like what can like I that what we're talking about is is me. And it sounds like you you said the similar thing and it's coming back to slowing down and
slowing down could be like one day a week,
you know, like but like really slowing down.
Um
This is totally tangent, but did you ever watch um Dick Prinicki building a cabin alone in the wilderness?
Um is uh is is that the guy that like he didn't say anything like he he's he's built more since then, right? I think I know who you're talking about. He's dead now. But like he uh this was like he filmed his his self-reliance. That's what I was thinking of.
This is like old school, man. This is like old school before there was YouTube before any of this stuff. Like he basically just
took a old-fashioned, you know, crank video camera and like moved off to Alaska by himself in his 50s and lived there for I think 30 or 40 years. Basically living off the land, documenting it all, building his cabin with hand tools. I mean like freaking goat man. Like hardcore.
Um, but if you have not seen that, I would definitely recommend you see it cuz >> I'm looking him up right now cuz the name sounds familiar. Oh, yeah. Richard Freniki. Yeah. >> Alone in the wilderness. >> Yep. And I've seen this one, too. Wow.
>> So, you you you built your cabin out there in the middle of nowhere, totally off-grid. >> Yeah. >> Electricity, brother, because it's worth it. What has that experience done for your outlook on life? Uh cuz I've got a we got a family farm that's been in our family for like five generations and it's down in South Arkansas. That's where we have like our hunting camps. It's where I we have our Thanksgivings and like that's my therapy, man. Like I'll go down there and they put a freaking Wi-Fi router down there, but I try not to connect to it. It's like let me just get away from all that [ __ ] while I'm down here. Yeah.
>> Um but it's it's like it's it's therapeutic, man. Like we need that as a species. So, what has having that done for you on a macro level? >> Oh, man. Uh, just given me the perspective, I will say perspective. It's given me the perspective that when you're with mother nature, that's that's the true reality. Like, you know what I mean? That's that's all you really need. And and again, it's kind of something that makes me emotional cuz I just been, you know, back in uh Los Angeles for a few years just kind of working my butt off.
Um but it it's givingven you a perspective like this is our human way, our human nature. And so it was a forest. Uh it had been um forested many times. So there was a there wasn't a lot of old growth trees. There was a lot of like you know super young saplings, maybe about okay size, all just trying to just outgrow each other for the sunlight. So I had to do a lot of caretaking. First year I just lived in a tent and I had a small primitive shelter um for the first year and a half to figure out where I wanted to build to figure out the weather patterns to see where the water runoff was coming.
Um and then yeah, so I cleared the land by myself. Um I had some friends come out and help me and sometimes they'd move wood, sometimes they were like I don't want to do all this work. um but excavated it myself, you know, cleared um put in my driveway and all that stuff. And I started to build my cabin and then I had a a friend of mine, I call him lumberjack Jonno, he's been building kayaks when we were like 15 or 16. Like he was in wood shop class, like a super genius kid in that way. Like his dad taught him a lot of stuff, too. So he came out, he's like, "I think you should have somebody else build this." He was like, "With the weight of the snow up here, how much snow you're getting?" He's like, "We can figure it out." He was like, "You have all the all your materials, you have everything ready to go. Just call a contractor." So I always say, "Uh, Jonno saved my life."
And, uh, I mean, me with the two other guys, we built that thing in like 3 months. And this was right before the pandemic. So I had left New York City. I just left a major Broadway show. I just left Hamilton. And I was like, I'm gonna go build an awkward cabin. It had been a dream of mine for like five years. And everybody's like, >> you're gonna leave and go build a thing? Like I I should have kept going in my career, so they say. And uh and so that was 2018 and 19 and then 2020.
>> The world gets crazy >> and people are like, "Can I come out?" And I'm like, "If you want to stay in a tent, but like I'm just starting my build." So it's kind of proof for me uh having that land that if you follow your heart too, uh you always end up in magical places. But yeah, we were chilling. Like I had a couple friends come out, the world was going mad and it just kind of told me like in mother nature you're isolated from the madness.
>> Mhm. >> And maybe you only have two or three friends with you, but you're going hiking, you're going kayaking, you know, we're eating wild strawberries and blackberries, you know, off the bushes and off the ground and we're chilling. And um so that that macro perspective is just like when you want peace, when you want to return to yourself, return to mother nature, give her offerings, give her give her tobacco, give her, you know, um some fruit, whatever your offerings are, and she always the mother always is always giving. She's always returning. She loves us. She loves the children of the earth.
And um I think as people get more of that connection, they're going to be a lot happier in life. >> Mhm. Yeah, I mean you look at I mean just what I've researched in the um like being in the health space like there's a lot of research coming out now about the benefits of you know truly being in tune with your circadian rhythms you know seeing the sunrise seeing the sunset what that does for your hormonally from your you know leptin and grillin you know satiety standpoint your gut microbiome like all of this stuff that is coming to fruition now from a very scientific standpoint is stuff that we were doing as a species by default >> by default 100 years ago and it's like man we have stepped so far out and away from what we should be doing.
So, anything that we can do to bring ourselves closer to that, I'm 100% game for, man. And I think getting outside, I mean, getting outside is I mean, I could tell a difference in my kids if they're cooped up inside all day versus being outside and getting their feet dirty, you know? Like, we need that. And fact, you've got an out off the grid cabin where you can just get away from all the minutia of the of the world and get out there where things really matter is truly awesome, man.
>> And I mean, I I love it, but I was out there like three and a half years, mostly by myself. And so, like, you know, there is such a thing as being by yourself for too long. Like, like that's a real thing. >> And I love California. I'm in LA right now just renting here. But, you know, I love that, too. Like, I love music. I love different food cultures. I'm still in the entertainment industry. Um, got my toe in it a little bit. And so, I need both worlds. But, uh, yeah.
So, people can like have both and you don't even really need a lot. And for me, it has become a sanctuary to where if I'm not there, I have a few friends that are like, I need to get away. And I'm like, go just that's what it's there for. Like, return to yourself. Um, but yeah, and it's and it was a it was a it was a family move, too. I would love to have property in our family name that just stays in the family >> for a very very long time, for generations to come. That's like one of the few things I knew I could do for the next seven generations of my family that uh you don't have to go her all the time. Just maintain it, take care of it, and she will give back to you for sure. 100% man, very commendable.
So with you having gone through that, having seen, you know, and focused on both ends of the spectrum, having done the plant medicine ceremonies, taken an interest in Native American cultures, you know, Eastern medicine, like what what is your stance on God, the universe, uh, angels, aliens, all that [ __ ] man. >> All of it. >> Yeah. Like a This would be a whole another podcast in of itself, but yeah. What What is the What is the most sensible thing in your mind?
>> God is real. Uh Yeshua was here with Magdalene. Together they had a holy union that uh reminded us of who we are as angelic beings cuz we are angelic beings. Um God is a some God is in all things. I've been to national parks. I've been deep in the forest and the jungles. And God is not up in the sky. It is everything and everywhere if you have the awareness and having the awareness is coming out of your mind dropping into your heart. We are multi-dimensional beings. And for people that doesn't understand what that means, it's like you go through kindergarten through 12th grade, your soul does the same thing. We have our soul goes through a 12dimensional evolutionary cycle. We evolve in a spiral and our soul's on its journey to graduate to have a soul graduation the same way that you would graduate high school.
But beyond that, beyond that 12 dimensions, there's in the more etheric dimensions, there are your soul does have an opportunity if it chooses to in a non less uh dense material form to get its college degree, get its masters because there's there are other dimensions beyond the 12 dimensions. Okay. But for the human soul, for the for the uh animal souls here on the earth, right? Because it's not just about humans, it's the animals, the rocks, the soils are all going through their evolution, too. Um, and same with the other planets. The other planets are going through their own evolution over billions of years.
Um, it's all a spiral of evolution and deevolution and evolution and deevolution. And to me, it's all God breathing in and out and experiencing itself. And in our lifetimes, a lot of people experience a lot of tragedy, trauma. A lot of people experience amazing and beautiful things. And your soul is kind of repeating this cycle through its soul evolution. So, we're in grade four right now. Some enough souls have have evolved out of the third dimension, out of third grade. Enough are in fourth dimension to now where they're having spiritual experiences. Some are in fifth grade, but their souls all over the place. When your parents die or whenever people die, they don't just go away. They're going to the next part of their soul's evolution. How do I know this?
Um, I've seen it. I've practiced this for many years. I've been by myself and I've worked with shamans for years. By myself for years, literally going in after this information as a seeker. Extraterrestrials are real because there's other planets, right? They understand light and sound. Uh they understand that time is not a real thing. They understand geometries of sound and light can create portals and keys and um transfer them to where they want to go.
Um but our human species has been downgraded. The DNA has been downgraded to keep us as a ant uh slave race or um a bioenergetic energy source for some of them because they're trapped within a certain number of dimensions. So even though they have these negative some of these negative entities uh and uh energies exist is because they broke protocol. They broke angelic or moral protocol. Like some people have heard of the Nephilim and stuff like that. So they can't they can only go so far and it's like they're trapped in purgatory but and they can't self-sustain off of their light body. They don't have a light body anymore.
So that's what humans have been going through here on this planet for for multiple generations of war and things like that. And the only way to kind of come out of that is to really understand your light of yourself. Have compassion. Don't judge. It's everything that Yeshua taught. It's everything that Buddha taught. All the simple lessons, all the simple lessons have to be remembered because it is the only way to be calm throughout your life and throughout the shifts that happen within humanity.
So, we are on an evolutionary track through a 12thdimensional spiral cycle to evolve our individual souls, our collective soul as a as a human race to remember that we are angelic, powerful, self-healing, beautiful, caring people that care about the earth. Um, we have had technologies that benefit us but also benefit the planet that are self-sustaining. We do have we we should have had free energy, self-cleaning water, all of these things, self-healing each other, ourselves, and each other.
Um, we we've done that. We've done that within humanity. So, now we're in a time of a really dark age, and we're seeing the ugliness, but that's like pus coming out of an infection. Your your your wounds get really ugly and gross before they heal. That's what's happening to the human collective right now. So that we can consciously move from the fourthdimensional landscape that we're in, fourth grade, in order to evolve our souls into more understanding spiritually and physically.
So we shouldn't be getting sick. We should have um telepathy. We have many superpowers that are there are birthrights. There are birthrights. So that's what's happening and there are certain tools and remembrances that have been taken. But what's happening in the world right now in society, they're trying to stop that human evolution, but you can't stop the human evolution, what is supposed to naturally occur. So as we're all trying to have these conversations and figure it out, that's because our larger collective, our our human soul is evolving up. The planet is evolving up and we're evolving with her if we stay have a connection to her and then God is in everything.
So, I know that was like a lot and maybe not a lot, but our souls, our soul and our collective soul is on a on a re on a serious legitimate evolution. And we may not see it all, but our children or our grandchildren might see some of the efforts that we made consciously. >> Yeah. um that will help them have I mean listen some of the kids that are coming in right now have so much knowledge that you're like you're an old soul how do you know this right >> but that's because the greater collective is now ready to face the darkness that has been here in order to evolve and move into the light I think um the biggest setback or hurdle or hindrance that we can take is when we don't view ourselves as all being interconnected and all sharing in some symbiotic fashion.
I feel like that is the most sensible thing to look at the world through that lens. >> And I feel like that's why I get so frustrated when I see all this, you know, derision and division out there. People just trying to be each other's throats and, you know, shutting people out and having this negative connotation around everything. you know, there's it's always this us versus them mentality when it's like look, we we're all here collectively. We're all here as a singular, you know, unit, an organism, so to speak, and we can't possibly make progress if we're not all working together as a symbiotic being.
Well, the div the division the division is a program. So, there are actual AI is very old. This gets this can get really weird. But again, I don't know like everybody's audience like to a tea, but I know your audience is probably o open-minded. That's a program. So, it's the same program that if a parent told you you're never going to amount to nothing, that's a program that they they've instilled in your mind since you were a kid. The same way division exists. That was a program. And that program can come from governments. It can come from uh schools. It can come from parents. But it's just a program that is not natural to our way of life.
Because our natural way of life is you come from where you come from. I come from where I come from. But we have the human understanding of but that's that's my brother, right? Or in some capacity unity consciousness. That's what Buddha, Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, um all of these saints are trying to teach that simple lesson. We come from unity consciousness. We come from God. Um even if we go through dark times, even if we're fighting demons within ourselves, we still come from God. It's it's still it it doesn't go away. It's not up there. It's a it's a source.
So, um I think people look at things linearly. >> Mhm. >> As opposed to maybe spherically, right? Imagine source is in the center and every time source breathes out, you have all this life for hundreds of thousands of years and then slowly the inhale starts to come in for another hundred thousands of year and then it exhales again. To me. I've had to find ways to visualize it to make it make sense. But we're not the only ones, right? Um there are other beings that we coexist with on this planet that we also have to remember.
So what has helped me at 40ome years of age understand is is that if we're on an evolution, I have to have acceptance for people that don't understand what's going on in the world is society's programming programs defaulting on itself because those societal programs don't work in the natural unity consciousness operating systems. Right? So, our operating systems are tuned to unity consciousness. Like, hey, you need some potatoes, we got beef. Hey, you need $20? Great. We need this. The barter system is what we really know in our our unity consciousness sense.
>> We want to help each other. And then, yeah, you guys stay over there. Don't try to come take our stuff. And then there won't be that. But if we can have that respect, we're there. So, I think that that's what we're returning to. And as shepherds, that's what we need to focus on. Listen everybody, the world is going to burn around you. Society is going to burn around you, but earth is going to be fine. If you align with goodminded people, good-hearted people, even if they disagree with you on politics or certain amount of things, but you have a general understanding of being good humans, you're going to be fine.
So all of this is not letting the programs of society infect your mind and infect your heart and making sure that you stay in tune with the God within you with the God in in mother nature and staying in that alignment staying in that kingdom and that qudomdom of heaven because we're going to go through some stuff. We're going to go through some stuff for the ne next decade. And the fear that society puts on us is an infection. It's a program. And you're going to see some of it take place in real life cuz they have to make it real. But a lot of is a lot of it is an illusion. Trust me, I'm in show business. I see the show. I see the scripts and so does a lot. So do millions of other people. So don't believe the script and just do stay true to what you know is real.
And I don't think that our human mind, we have to accept that our human mind is not going to be able to make sense of everything that we see in the future. And that's okay. I think the simplistic things that you and me are talking about, Robert, is what we have to do to stay grounded and keep our families grounded as all of this mirage takes place. >> 100%, man. 100%. We got um we got some acreage as well and I got like some freaking chickens. We got some pigs that we're raising for pork. Um every thing that I eat I've either harvested myself or I know the the local rancher that grew it.
>> It's like yeah that's what we need to go back to like this old school mental kind what we started the whole podcast with like this purist mentality of where you know humanity stemmed from. That's where more, you know, depth of intimate connection is, you know, from. That's what that's what we've been built on as a society in before society went south, I guess we could say. Um, you know, from since the dawn of humanity, man. So, like, I'm in the same same boat as you on this one, brother. So, let's go freaking help one another out. Be a good human. And if you ever need some help splitting some firewood, man, you give me a call and I'll be there.
Hey, don't I I I will I will gladly help cuz a a woodsplitter only only goes so only does so much. So, >> 100%. >> And I'm really glad you're doing this podcast, too, man. So, thank you for for your medicine in the world. >> Yeah. No, thanks for jumping on. Thanks for diving deep. Um, always a pleasure, man. So, yeah, keep keep me in the loop. Love to keep the conversation going and uh keep making a difference, man. Where do people go to find out more about you dive into your world?
Yeah. So, I am Seth Stewart uh on Instagram is there and then uh truekingsacademy.com or um I am Seth Stewart.com are my two websites and uh you know I'm doing I'm doing the best that I can to help who I can. I'm not a perfect human but uh I'm really good at what I do. No ego. So yeah, I mean no one's perfect, man. Progress over perfection, you know, as long as we're in it with the right intentions to help our fellow human and just like we said, leave the world a better place than we found it, man. That's all any of us can do. That's all any of us can hope to do that, you know.
>> I agree. I agree. >> So, keep fighting a good fight, sis. Appreciate you, brother. >> All right, brother. Thank you, Robert. >> Take care. >> All right. Eat.
