Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and Lay. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.
This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two Upper Deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

Hello gorgeous people and welcome to the Resolution Revolution program. Yesterday was our opening. I loved it. I've already loved seeing what's going on with you in the group. It's starting to pop already, so this is very fun. Today, we're jumping into the first core piece of this program. I'm very excited about it. So, this has changed a lot of how I perceive life, and I'm going to share how I got to this piece.
So, have you ever realized or did you ever notice that when we were younger, it felt like life happened on a bigger scale? It felt like things lasted longer. Christmas didn't just feel rushed like it does as an adult; it felt like it lasted forever. And Valentine's Day felt like an entire experience, didn't feel like one thing you had to hurry to go buy a card for. It felt like a whole life. And Easter was a whole thing, like everything we ever did felt like it lasted for so long. Halloween lasted long. Everything lasted so long.
And so I've contemplated this, and one of the things I realize is that when we're younger, in the school system, they tend to create for us an entire context for the holiday ahead. So instead of living our lives like January, February, March, April, May, we live it like New Year's, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, summer break, return, turn back to school, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Like, that's your life. It's from exciting thing to exciting thing. It's from holiday to holiday. It isn't just a month with a holiday in it. The month almost represents the holiday.
And so as I kind of studied this concept, which actually does feel like it gives us a lot of life back, it's as if there's a context for every month, and the month fits inside of the context instead of trying to fit the context inside of the month. When you try to fit the context inside of the month, you have 30 days and you're supposed to fit Valentine's Day inside of it. But when you have the context of Valentine's Day and you have a whole month to see it through, that feels like an abundance of time to experience the thing that you want to feel.
And so I started living my life with contexts. At first, I had a context for the year. So anyone here ever done the thing where you choose a word for the year? Ever done that? Do you remember what your word of the year was for 2024? What was, what was it last year? Your word? Remember? Devotion, trust, adventure, imagine, inspired, no idea, power, community, legend. Okay, these are cool.
So I've often heard people kind of mock the word of the year thing, but I think that anybody that doesn't get it is because they chose a word and then it didn't mean anything all year. What I really realize is if you pick a context, so not just a word, the word represents something, you pick a context, it changes the lens that you look at the year with. And the fact is, in life, the lens is everything.
If I have you watch a romantic comedy and you are in a brand new relationship with butterflies in your belly, like you haven't said "I love you" yet, it's all brand new. You keep your phone on during the movie because you might get a text message and you don't want to miss it. You're all dolled up at the movie theater because maybe you might get a text after and might go out for drinks. Like, you're in that stage, that romantic comedy feels a certain way through the lens of new beginnings of love.
When you watch a romantic comedy and you're in a relationship that's on the rocks, you haven't, you're breaking up at all, but the feeling inside of you often is like, "Is this really what I'm going to be doing here? Like, am I staying in this relationship? Is this still what I want?" Like, you question that often. And now you're watching a romantic comedy, you're watching it, and the lens is entirely different. Now, instead of feeling all the butterflies and the magic of the movie, you're feeling the lack between what you're experiencing in your relationship and what you're watching. You might even be thinking, "Hmm, I missed the beginnings," or "Maybe I should date someone new so I can live this." The same movie, totally different experience.
If you just, if your kids, your kids are growing up and they're just starting in new relationships, and you watch the romantic comedy, you might just be thinking about your kids the whole time. You don't even think of yourself. If you just got married, you might be like, "Ah, I can't believe I'll never have that new beginning love again, but I'm so grateful. I love my partner." If you just went through a breakup, like, it is the same movie, but the lens with which you watch the movie changes the movie.
What I realize is that there isn't fundamentally that much that changes in a year from year to year. And so if we don't change the lens, it, it, it starts to feel like the same year over and over again. So when you have a year that you look at through love, for example, and you're like, "This is the lens of love for this year," and you're like, "How do I live January in the lens of love? How do I live February in the lens of love? How do I live the winter in the lens of love? The Valentine's Day in the lens of love? How do I live the summer in the lens of love?" Like, you could get really creative on how you experience this year, what you think about, how you celebrate, how you respond to things. It would be totally different if you really kept that word at the forefront of your mind.
In the same breath, if you chose strength as a word, "How do I go through January with strength? February with strength? The summer with strength?" That'll be a totally different lens. So when I choose a context, I don't just choose a good word. I choose a lens that I think will make this year extraordinary. A year, a context that I know if I stay connected to that lens, I'm going to see life different than I have before. It's going to give me a different perspective, and it's going to take me outside of my just my subconscious, the way I always look at things. It's going to, it's going to push me to have a deeper context for everything I look at, how I respond, how I live.
So the context for my year this year is God Zone. I want to live the year through the context of the God Zone, in the Creator Zone, in the zone of universal law. And you're allowed to use, I, I have no problem with that. Like, you can absolutely use the God Zone. I think it's a fantastic concept. Um, if you looked, okay, how do I, how do I live Valentine's Day romance in the God Zone? How do I live my winter in the God Zone? How do I, how do I sit by a fire in the God Zone? How do I sit by the ocean in the God Zone? How do I travel in the God Zone? How do I have deep, important conversations with people in the God Zone? How do I get closer to my family in the God Zone? How do I have more real relationships with my friends in the God Zone? How do I get closer to my fiancé in the God Zone? How do I, you know, raise my nieces and nephews and be a part of their growth in the God Zone? How do I be that lens would make for an outstanding year.
So when you're choosing your context, I want you to be aware that you're not just using a good word. And this is what I tend to see on the internet is like, people just choose a word and it's like, if the word sounds sophisticated and if the word, the word sounds noble, then it's a good word. But the fact is, you might find that you chose your word for validation reasons, so people would say, "Oh, wow, I love that word." In which case, your context for the year is validation again, and you might find that that has been the lens multiple years.
So I love the God Zone, but you could get super creative. Like, you could, you could have a context for your life that's like, I want an Alpha Fem context for my year. Like, I want to, I want to look at the world through "Defying Gravity." Like, I want to look at the world through that lens. You could have a context of art. You could have a context of devotion, forgiveness, softness, feminine energetics, goddess. You could have a badass or a boss context for the year. You could have so many different lenses, and it would change your year.
And what's fun is you can choose a context this year, knowing next year the context will be different. Knowing from year to year, you're going to look at things with just a little bit of a different angle. So you can, you can have more than one. But what I would suggest instead is to have an overarching context for your year and then choose a context for each month as well.
So, for example, I might have the God Zone context for the entire year, and I will have, I will add on to that the context of rest and self-care for January. So I'll have rest and self-care in the God Zone for January. And for February, I might have romance and connection, like romance in the God Zone for February. And for March, I might have, like, manifesting or believing in miracles, for example, plus the God Zone. So you can layer contexts, and I think that is the best way to do it. Is when you're able to stretch your capacity to be that conscious, you can layer your context. You can say it's this plus this. I already look at the world through this lens. So let's say this year you choose love as a word. Next year you would be like, "All right, I'm done with love. Love's out. We're done with that. This year we're going with something else." You would say, "After a whole year of looking at life through the lens of love, I would love to add to that this, because love is now second nature to me. I've lived an entire year connected." Oh yeah, layering the context, pun intended. Um, you can say the lens of love and the lens of the God Zone. Then it can be the lens of love and the God Zone and something else. But that takes a lot of awareness or mental capacity because that means you need to be remembering all of them. So again, there's no limit to how many you can do. But if you're not going to do it because there's too many, what's the point? The goal of this is really that you do it. And if there's too many, sometimes it's just hard to stay connected. But I do like breaking it down month to month. So one big overarching concept for the year plus different contexts for each month, that's really going to make it magical.
Now, this part I want to share with you because as an entrepreneur, this changed the game for me in business. So there are two different kinds of businesses. There's the businesses that have multiple different offers, and there are the businesses that have a few offers, and there are businesses that have one offer. So if you are in business right now, can you tell me, do you have multiple offers? Do you have a few? Or do you have one? So, multiple, multiple, multiple, one service, a few, multiple, multiple, a few. Okay, so we've got a spread here.
So let's say, for me, I have many. I have multiple offers. So it helps me to have a context because I can say, January is rest and relaxation, but it's also creation and planning and all the things, but cozy. Like, cozy by the fire, cozy in the winter, cozy sitting outside, reminiscing, having moments. Like, it's a whole situation. So if I'm, if I've got this context for January and I add Resolution Revolution to that mental context, I can really be in alignment with the selling of my program, the delivering of my program. I'm in the zone with the context of the program, which magnetizes people even more to what I'm doing.
Now, when February comes, it's going to be Fem Fatal. Kevin and I will add modules to our Manifest program. It's going to be all about the goddess. It's going to be about love. It's going to be about romance. Plus, with everything that I'm feeling in January of self-care, that's going to be a great time to sell. Fem Fatal, selling Fem Fatal in the context of self-care will get a lot of sales. Delivering Fem Fatal in the energy of love is going to be such a beautiful thing.
So it makes it that when you're watching my social media, and if you're not connected to me on social media, honestly, I think it's a half experience to just be in my programs and to not see who I am in the process because the things I, the things I do and what I think about and what I write and what I share, they, it always supports the program I'm in. So it, it'll, it'll inspire you even more. So if you're not friends with me on Facebook, add me as a friend on Facebook. If you're not following me on uh Instagram, I've got Melanie Ander and Alpha Fem on Instagram. Follow me because it's like, you're going to get to see how I put this into practice. So you'll see in February, there's the romance energy, it's, it's all in there. So by the time we're talking about Fem Fatal, by the time we're talking about, um, Manifest, it just, it just is so on-brand already, and it's so easy, and the context is there, it just kind of flows, you know.
So when you choose a context for your month, you can also use it as a sales strategy for a different program. So if you have multiple offers, you could think to yourself, "What's the best month to sell this offer that's already in context with the lens I want to see the month with?" Then you're not feeling disjointed in your life and in your marketing. This is one of the ways I have felt so free in my life is everything's in alignment with how I feel. Everything's in alignment with what I'm living. I don't have to go out of what I'm experiencing to sell something that's different. I really build it within the context of my life.
Now, if you only had two or three offers, you could have different angles. So, for example, if I'm selling Fem Fatal and I'm thinking to myself, in January I sell it with the lens of self-care. In February, I sell it with the lens of, um, magnetism and romance and love. And in March, I sell it in the lens of manifestation and the God Zone and the Goddess Zone. Let's say, I can, I can use the context of my life and sell what I'm selling. Instead of just even thinking about the delivery of the service, it can just be how you're selling your offers.
And if you only have one, well then it's like, what, what kind of promotions or what kind of contexts do you have to support you all year round? Can you think about a fun Valentine's Day promotion for the one offer that you have all year long? Can you think of a, you know, Kevin and I always do this "Luck of the Irish." He, it's this game he made up during the pandemic, but we drink green beer. So he puts blue food coloring in in beer, and we sit there and we just write, "With any luck, this time next year..." and we have to say, "With any luck, this time next year," and then I say something, and then he does it, and we do it until we completely run out of ideas. So the "Luck of the Irish" is like, can you do something where there's a draw and there's something? Like, can it be something like that? Then Valentine's Day, then, you know, Thanksgiving or, um, Mother's Day, Father's Day? Like, is there something about the spring, the Equinox, the, is there something about the weather, the, the tulips, a certain kind of flower during the season? Is there something about the color scheme of that season in fashion? Is there something about, like, you can really get creative. The different music changes, the, the style, the fonts, the, the moodiness of the images, they fit the seasons, they fit your context.
So what I love about this is it helps my creativity unlock, and it really does create an environment that's very similar to what it felt like in school, where instead of trying to fit creativity in a month, I fit the month in the creativity. This is the context, and I live the entire month inside of the context. And so a date, there's got to be a date night in January. There's got to be a date in this context, in this energy. And there's got to be time with my family in this context, in this energy. And there's got to be a promotion or an offer or a sale in this energy. But there also has to be a program delivered in this energy. I want to live anything in this energy. I don't want to leave one stone unturned in my life that hasn't touched the frequency of January in the context of the God Zone in 2025. And so it puts me in so much more connection to my life. Months just feel like, "I'll do it next month," but it's like, but then the context has passed. I, I want a dinner party in every context. I want a photo shoot in every context. I want an offer in every context.
So you're going to notice it's going to start to stretch how you feel about your life, your relationships, your friendships, your business. You fit that, you put the creativity in first, and then you fill it with all the things you'd like to experience through that lens, and magic starts to happen.
So the next piece of the puzzle is really understanding the bigger context. Now that you know that you can have smaller ones, and that there's always an opportunity to layer the context and to say, "Well, this month I'm adding three contexts," and I know I have the capacity to really focus on all three because it's my birthday. So it feels like new beginnings. It's not my birthday now, but I'm saying imagine it's my birthday. It's also the context of romance for Valentine's Day, and it's also the context of the God Zone for the year, and I can hold those three contexts. I can do that.
Um, let's see. Do you set the context for the whole year at the beginning of the year, or do you go month to month? So I have one for the whole year, and then I layer month to month. If you just wanted to do month to month because you said, "I don't really want to choose a word of the year. I don't see that I would stay connected to one all year," just do one a month. No problem. If you love the idea of word of the year and you don't want to do month to month, no problem. These are all, all the ways that you can play. And if you want to have one context that lasts a quarter instead of a month or two months, like, it's your life. There are no rules to this. This is like, listen to how I do it, and then do it how it feels fun to you.
Alpha Fem is context for the year would be incredible. So I have declared 2025 is the year of the Alpha Fem. And so I think that saying like, my, I really want to live my life with Alpha Fem as a context. How would I lead myself? How do I bring that balance between masculine and feminine energetics? Like, I want the Alpha Fem as a context for my life. That would be extraordinary. But also, what I really think is amazing, because I have had Alpha Fem as a context for my life, which has changed my life, but that is one that I will never remove. So that's one where it's like, I, when you say, when I say layering context, I've got Alpha Fem as a main context plus the God Zone plus. This is why I have so much presence is because I'm layering these contexts that are really real to me.
If you have a brand, if you're in personal development, for those of you who are coaches and mentors, if you have a brand that you live by, that you're like, "This is my brand, and this is what I want to bring to the world," you also have a year that the context is your brand, and that you live as the embodiment of what you teach. And that would be an amazing year. Also, you know, whatever it is that your, your biggest program is called, or whatever your, your brand is, to say, "This is the year of the," like, let's say if I said, "This is the year of exponential wealth," or "This is the year of Fatal," or "This is the year of," and I would know what that means. You can pick your brand as a context, which is really epic because then you'd say, "Okay, how do I live my brand, the context of my brand, in January, in my own life, in the colors, in the, in the mindset, in the, the thought processes, and the way that I handle things?" This is another really fun, fun way that you can do it.
Okay, let me just see. I had seen one more question. The context of my brand. I love that. Taking the Creator mode to the next level. Yes. A year in my power. This is amazing. We're no longer winging it. Our life is super intentional. Yes. I'm going to take you through a process that's going to really hammer this home. I'm going to choose it each month. At the end of each month, I'll feel into what I'm called to doing the next month. This is perfect. But the context of the month, do you choose it at the beginning of the year or at the beginning of each month? So you might find that right now, it's easy to reach for the context of January, February. Those are easy. And when you get into March, you're like, "I don't really have a real. I'd be making it up. I don't feel anything yet." So then say, "I know what January is. I know what February is." And at the end of February, I'm going to give myself a romantic experience for myself to create March as a context. And it'll be one of my core memories for February will be the night that I take myself on a date to create my context for March, which is so on-brand for February because February is the context of love. You see how you start to like live by it? It amplifies the meaning for everything you live by.
March, a spring break context. So can you imagine if you lived the entire month of March in that energy of like freedom, youth, party, colorful, new beginnings, a break, re, like, you took some of the best parts of March break and weaved them into March? What does that look like for a program of yours? What, what does that look like for your life? Do you take a trip in March? Is that a great time for you to take a holiday? Like, as you, as you really think about this, you're going to start to see how the benefits are just endless.
So what we're going to do now, I'm going to take you through a mental process and take you through a visualization. But before we do that, I want you to refresh to the front of your mind some of your best lessons for 2024 and some of your best memories. So I'm going to give you five minutes. I'll have the Alpha Fem team play some music so that you can really just be with yourself. You can write them, or you can just kind of think about them. We'll give, we'll, we'll do until 10:35, so like four minutes. I just want you to refresh some of these in your mind so that they're easily accessible so you're not overthinking during the visualization. So Alpha Fem team, when you're ready, if you can find the 741 music, and then your only job in this moment is to surrender into your own thoughts and think about the greatest memories of 2024 and the greatest lessons that you learned. If you wrote them all down, just read them. You created the hindsight board. Look at it. If you just want to scroll through your phone and remember stuff, you can just take the next three, three to four minutes with yourself, and then we'll do the process.
[Music]
All right, we'll lower the music so that my voice is clear. Can you guys hear my voice and the music at the same time? Good. So, a few calm breaths. We're going to just relax the body, feel at peace. You should already have started to feel that with the music going for a few minutes. And when you're ready, if you're the kind of person who likes to visualize with your eyes closed, and I'm going to ask you to close your eyes and start to walk in your mind. You're going to walk through a meadow. So you're going to see the most beautiful land, rolling hills in the mountain in the background, just beautiful grass, maybe tall sprigs of something blowing in the wind, a few wildflowers, just an open field, beautiful nothingness. And this is going to feel like a light-hearted walk. You're just going to go deeper and deeper to the scenery until in the distance, you see a tree.
When you see this tree, I want you to experience a feeling of connection, like this tree holds meaning for you. As you get closer and closer, you're going to notice the bark, you're going to notice the branches. You're also going to notice that on the tip of every branch, instead of leaves, there are tiny little images. On the tip of every branch of this majestic tree is a memory. And you'll see that some of these memories are very simple. So you might actually be able to decide for, like, breakfast, or doing the dishes, or making your bed, or parking the car, or walking into the grocery store, or getting on the phone. But then there's also the core memory moments between you and another person that you love so much, moments of laughter, the holidays, or any special moment that you lived this past year that really anchored a memory. Business successes, maybe a really good day trip you may have taken. Like, there are some of these memories on these branches that are spectacular. And then there's also some like the date on the milk, remember seeing in the fridge, how much laundry detergent is left, the to-do list on the fridge because your, your mind works in magical ways. This tree doesn't decide what it keeps, it just, just keeps holding on. Everything you remember.
You'll also notice some memories that you wish weren't on the tree. Things you're like, "Why the heck did I remember that?" A time you stubbed your toe, a misunderstanding, a difficult thing. Notice everything is on the tree. I want you to take a moment and ask yourself, if you did have a context for 2024, if when you're looking at this tree, your experiences that you lived by the context fully, or if you can see where sometimes you forgot it, or sometimes the context you had originally planned to live by was forgotten. Even if your life as a whole is a life you would like to live in love and gratitude, even without a word of the year, and you feel that there was always love and gratitude, or can you see some of the memories where, whoops, disconnected there.
I want you to step back once more and look at the tree from a wider perspective. See how many memories there are. Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds. And even when you think you can see them all, tucked behind there's another 10 tucked behind that one, there's another 20. There's more memories than you had ever noticed on this tree. This is the tree of 2024, the Tree of Life 2024. There are people on this tree that you love. There are memories in this tree that will change your life as you know it. Like, this is the Tree of Life of 2020.
You're going to look down on the floor beside you and you'll notice a beautiful basket has appeared. I want you to feel the beauty of the energy of this basket. Feels like a soft cushion. It's one that's easy to carry. It's one that you feel like, kind of a woman that could just have anything. When you hold this basket, it feels like you could be going for a picnic, or it feels you could be filling it with wildflowers, or it feels like, just feels like something good's about to happen. As you pick up this basket, going to slowly walk around the tree and you're going to handpick all of the best memories from this tree. Every beautiful image, maybe some of the images are playing like little video clips, you can actually see them in real time. Moments of laughter, moments of joy, moments of celebration, moments where you felt really good about what was happening in your life, moments where you felt proud, people you love, conversations that made a difference. I want you to carefully pick from the tree every moment that you want to keep. Place them gently in your basket. That's normal to see some that you're like, "I'll leave that one on the tree. Don't need to take that into 2025." Doesn't matter, it's beautiful, it happened, but I'm complete. Whereas there's some you'll be like, "I, I want to take this with me. I never want to forget them."
As you make your way around the tree, notice how the basket is getting full, how the tree still has so many memories in it. Keep picking the memories. Remember moments where you laughed. Remember moments where you really made solid decisions for your life, where you said either "no more" or "yes." Moments of power, moments of determination, moments of confidence, of love. You'll notice some of the memories you pick might make you cry, but that's just because you know how precious they are. They're the kinds of memories that you know you'll be able to live again if you want in 2025, and there's the memories you know you'll never live again. You place them in your basket.
As you take a step back, I want you to set an intention that any important memory left on that tree that you're supposed to have in your basket will just fly into your basket on its own, so you don't leave anything behind that you care about. Get the intention and watch the last few fly off the tree and into your basket. And place the basket down next to your feet. Once more, look at the tree. Now a lot more bare, but still with tons of little images on it.
I want you to now focus on the life force inside of the tree. One should be able to see the juices flowing inside of it. As this life force moves through the tree, these are the lessons. This is the oxygen, the magic that lives inside the tree, and that lives inside of you. So I want you to take some deep breaths. And as you breathe in front of this tree, I want you to take in all the lessons that you learned in 2024. And I want you to see the beauty of this tree, all this beautiful magic that courses through the branches. I want you to watch it exit the tree and enter your lungs as you breathe in. And every time you breathe out, if you accidentally took anything on that's not a lesson, breathe it out and let it go. Breathe in the life force of the lesson. Breathe out anything that's not meant to come with you. Breathe in all of the life lesson, all of the wisdom. Breathe out anything that's not supposed to come with you. Breathe in everything that you've learned that changes your life without any limitations that would make you play small. Breathe in understanding and deeper wisdom. Breathe out defense mechanisms and fear. Feel as your body is completely cleansing itself, and all that's left in your body is the greatest life force from this tree of life. You're going to take one last breath, and you're going to watch all the wisdom come out of the tree and into your body. Everything you needed will be there, and you'll take one final exhale. Anything that wasn't meant for you will exhale.
Now, as you look at this tree, stands there as evidence. All of its magic lives inside of you, and all the best memories are in this basket at your feet. I want you to feel complete with the rest. Whatever is left of this tree, want you to feel gratitude with a little moment, simple moment, time that has passed. You can blow a kiss to the tree, and as you breathe out towards it, I want you to watch it disintegrate and fly like ashes and wind.
Now, when you look at your feet, you'll notice there are two baskets, identical. One is yours to keep, and the other is an offering for the ground where the tree was. They both hold duplicate memories. So pick up one basket, whichever one you want, and walk towards where the tree was. Kneel to the ground and place the basket on the ground. Watch as all the core memories dissipate into the soil and create the most beautiful, fertile soil. Want you to see the richness of the soil. You put your hands on the ground and give some of that magic, some of the most important lessons. This is an abundance of energy that you cannot lose. So just put your hand on the soil and feed the ground with some of your wisdom that you just took from the last tree.
Want you to decide your context for this year. One word that you really love, and see it appear like a small seed in your hand. The words, pretend very small on the seed. I want you to plant that seed right in the middle of the fertile soil. All the ground is buzzing with energy. Cover it up with soil and take a few steps back. Give gratitude up your basket and start to walk away. I want you to feel peace, completion, power, trust. And all of a sudden, you'll feel the ground rumble beneath your feet.
When you're ready, I want you to look over your shoulder and notice another tree started to grow. Even from a distance, you can see there are already memories on the branches. A few days that 2025 has already lived have appeared on the branches, and the tree has already started forming itself. Should have feel joy for this tree. You can already tell it's even more beautiful than the last one. It was built on more solid ground than the other. The soil was more fertile. Everything about this tree is even grander than the last. And with faith in your heart, this tree will continue to grow without you needing to supervise it.
Walk back over the hills and when you're ready, back into your room, back into your chair, and you can open your eyes. You have now planned your tree of life of 2025, and you have with you all the best of 2024. So easy to touch, so easy to look back on, so easy to talk about. You have all the wisdom in your body, every best part about what you've lived as yours. And your subconscious, deep, deep down, there's a tree growing this year, and all the memories you make, all the intentionality that you live by will be on the tree for you to pick next year. The best part about this is the faith and the knowing that the memories will add on to this tree all year. You won't need to work hard to make the tree produce memories. The only thing is, anytime you intentionally build a memory, you get to choose what goes on the tree, and that is really worth doing.
So I hope this directs you even closer to an excitement to build your 111 list, to decide in advance what you're going to plug off that tree next year, and to do it not just from a place of crossing off a wish list or you'll get to post about, but knowing that whatever you pluck off that tree becomes a solid ground for next year's tree. So in this beautiful energy, in this softness, take some more time with your 111 list. If there's things you plucked off the tree this year, you realized you want more of this.

I hope you enjoyed this process. Stay soft. Enjoy the rest of your day, and I look forward to seeing you in the next process tomorrow.
