You're constantly posting on social media, whether it's the stories, whether it's the reals, whether it's the YouTube, yet nothing is happening on the conversion and you're simply waiting for calls to be booked, but it's not happening. That is because you're doing a common mistake that a lot of other coaches and consultants are doing in the industry.
Imagine a system. Imagine a net where you're able to extract out of all a pool of leads only the most qualified leads. And from those most qualified, they end up either booking a call or paying through the DMs. I want you to actually take a second. That is what happens when you have a proper content ecosystem. Something very few coaches and consultants who run an active info product business actually understand. And that is why the 1% are making 99% of the money in the info space. And that is why you right now watching this are struggling with either booking calls, either knowing what to post, when to post, how to post it, and you're not getting prospects actively either booking in calls or engaging with you with your content through your DMs asking to hop on a call. So, you have to listen up to what I have to say because I'm going to go through exactly everything you need to know to be able to have a specific content ecosystem and most importantly to be able to nurture leads and have them pay and turn into loyal customers.
Why building a content ecosystem will make you $100,000 in a single month because right now you have no ecosystem. When you do not have a content ecosystem, what happens is very simple. Low to no calls being booked on your calendar, views without any conversion being done, right? Meaning, you're getting people to view your content. The views might go up, the views might go down, but there's no conversion being done. There aren't prospects coming inbound into your DMs asking if you have a mentorship, how to join, how can I get some help? That is a problem because specific content is designated to do exactly that. So, if you're not getting conversion from the content, you're just burning yourself out, wasting time.
Another thing as well, another thing is content with no intention behind it. I cannot tell you how many people I see on social media nowadays where they're just trying to follow a trend. And I'm sure you've been stuck in that loop where you're just constantly comparing your brand to someone else's. Keep in mind, you're running a personal brand. You're supposed to be different. When people go on your social media page, on your Instagram, on your YouTube, they have to remember who you are. They have to know who you are. And the only way to do so is by establishing market differentiation. And another thing, like I had said, is copying people time and time again, which all of these lead to inconsistent revenue months and leaving you stuck doing constant outreach with very minimal positive response at all. So, if you're like this, or if your cash looks like this, you need to listen up.
What if I told you that there was a way where you could achieve positive responses constantly acquisition is extremely streamlined, self-converting prospects. Imagine you post a video and on the video over here you have, let's say, a pool of leads that are all watching your content. This is a pool of leads. And without you even contacting them, what happens is over time within the next, let's say 5 to 10 days, they are the ones that reach out to you. Imagine the power you now hold in your hands when you craft and create content so powerful where this conversion mechanism comes into play. This is what I call auto conversion or self- conversion. Right? This is what I call self- conversion and it's so powerful because very few people are able to do it. Now what happens is yes this becomes a longer sales process but because it's a longer sales process what happens is credibility is increased and the level of commitment is also increased which leads to higher quality and increased painfuls and packed calendar full of demos. So if you want all these things, you now know what you have to do, right?
This is called having a content ecosystem. A content ecosystem essentially means we create a form of wide net that captures a potential lead. And with the use of different assets and categories, which I'll be describing down below, we keep the lead within our net until either they do two things. They book a call or they pay through DMs. The reason why I favor so much my clients pay through DMs, especially with their own clients, is because there's no better form of commitment when someone sees your content, pays through the DMs without even needing a sales call. Imagine how much brand authority you have if a person that has not even met you face to face is willing and able and wanting to pay you four, five, 6, $7,000 for coaching. I want you to imagine that for a second. Imagine the level of commitment that prospect which is now a client has when they enter your mentorship and how many and how much results and how fast the results are going to be when they enter. It's insane, isn't it? That is exactly what you need to be doing, right? So, in other words, what this net actually does, it creates a suction that once formed, their buying intent grows more and more. The best part is if built correctly, only if you only do 20% of the work and the ecosystem does 80%. Whereas a lot of you guys, you're doing 80% of the work and the content is 20%. Right?
So what's an ecosystem? In the info space, there are a wide variety of channels to choose from that can directly expose you to specific clients and achieve specific outcomes. If you don't know, you need to know what channels you have the best probability of exposing yourself to your ideal client cuz it does vary, right? So, it all depends on what demographic you have, the age range, the archetype, etc. In this case, let me just assume you have a regular bisop offer, which bisop is business opportunity. It's you wanting to make money online, and it's men between the age of 19 to 27 years of age, which is what I specialize in if I'm being honest, right? Cuz I know their psychological pain points. Out of all the major channels there are, the ones I would leverage the most is simple. I'll leverage Instagram and I'll leverage YouTube for long form. The main reason why I wouldn't use Tik Tok is due to a highly unqualified audience, which guys, I'll be honest with you, a lot of people that are on Tik Tok have a brain rot, low attention span, low quality. They're just in there for a quick fix, quick dopamine hit, and then they're out. So, I wouldn't do Tik Tok. And LinkedIn, I'll be honest with you, is mainly an older uh demographic if I'm being honest with you. Right? If you have a offer which is specifically between the ages of 35 to let's say 50 in the finance field or service based then I 100% would say go and do LinkedIn as well and automate that and do some outreach as well. Right? Other than that I would stick to just those two channels.
Now how do we leverage both channels to achieve maximum efficiency? So down below I'm going to take take a second to actually make you guys understand how to raise your perceived value because you need to understand something. Okay? There are so many profiles out there. There are so many accounts out there probably offering what you have to offer, right? Your entire goal when you're building your ecosystem is how can you be remembered? How can you raise your perceived value from the moment they lay their eyes on you? That is how you make all the money in the info space. So the number one way to achieve maximum efficiency is by understanding the usefulness of either channel. I'll use my own for example whether it's the Instagram which is the front end or the YouTube which is the back end.
Now for the Instagram one of the best ways to consistently generate enormous amounts of qualified leads don't forget qualified lead is all we're going for within your ecosystem is to slowly convert them into a paying client. I'll say that one more time. Okay. A lot of people what happen is you'll have a lead. They'll outbound to the prospect expecting to book a call right away. The sales process is too short. Credibility is at an all-time low. You have no social proof or barely any. So, of course, they're not going to want to book a call. However, when you build a proper Instagram with a proper ecosystem, it will take a little bit longer to convert a prospect. However, the trade-off is getting them to not only a paying client, but a highpaying client, right? Because the strong point about Instagram is that you can easily be exposed to your ICP just by properly leveraging your channel and cultivating a loyal audience. So what are the important Instagram components for conversion but acquisition as well?
Well, number one is a profile picture and clear bio. So for your profile picture, you have to display maximum authority. Okay? They have to look at your profile picture and they have to know that it's high quality. They have to know that you have a premium brand, a premium offer. If you aren't able to display that and it's not in the best quality or, you know, it's very pixelated or I barely even see you or it's a picture of a car that's not going to give you the impression you want it to give you, right? So, say me for example, the reason why I chose this, I'll be completely honest with you guys, is because of the blue and the green. Notice how over here you have blue and green, right? And you also have blue and green over here, right? You also have blue and green over here and over here and over here. So, I'm trying to build a theme, a a color theme across my Instagram, right? So, profile picture is extremely needed.
Another thing as well that you guys have to understand, I see this so many times, guys. I have so many people that are my ideal client profile, which is coaches and consultants running an info business, offering something online. There's so many people I see where their bio is not clear, right? You have to tell them what your current business model is, who your ICP is. You need to have a CTA and you need to have link to an asset or a booking link or a YouTube video with a URL genius where you're able to actually track how many people you get on a daily basis. So say me for example, right? I stated founder growth capital.io. So right away my my goal over here is I want authority established right authority why founder 4.1 m in client earnings my goal over here is credibility credibility right scaling a portfolio of info products to 150k plus per month this right here is my ICP I want people to know what I specialize in doing and to who I specialize DM me growth which is my C which I get at least 5 to 10 people at at the very minimum demi growth to scale your info business. And over here I have a link to a YouTube video that acts as a converting mechanism. So everything is engineered in a way where I increase conversion as much as possible. So if someone comes on my profile and then follows me, they're going to go at the link and they're going to click. And what's my link? Well, my link is a case study of how I took my client Andrew from 7K per month to over 76K per month. Guys, imagine this for a second. Why would I want to have a YouTube link in my description in my bio that's a case study? Because my entire goal with this is not only to get them to pay. Yes, that's the end goal. But most importantly, I want to raise credibility as high as possible. You already see the revenue I've generated. You see all my story highlights, but when you sit and look at a 30inute video of me speaking with complete conviction behind the results I've generated from my client, imagine how much more trustworthy I now become. And when I add my own personality into it as well, they now remember me just because my bio is optimized. And when you guys are going to get high qualified clients, they will DM you the keyword. So that is the number one thing which is the profile picture and a clear bio.
Another thing as well is going to be the stories and story highlights. I always tell my clients always to have one story that's going to be primarily based off of value. Meaning when you go on the actual story highlight, it's a bunch of different sequences I've done that showcases the value I've provided. Whether it's a YouTube video or whatever it might be, my entire goal is when they go on this, they get value. So what happens is my expertise increases. When your expertise increases, you become an expert in your field. So right away, there's also an indirect level of trust, but most importantly, respect that's built upon you. So this is the expertise. My story, the reason why I did my story is because when I'm going to get followers coming in from my ads, especially when I do the profile funnel ad, I want to make sure that people resonate with my story, that they see that I went through exactly what my ideal client profile went through. So, if for example, you're doing a fitness niche, your my story should be something like, I'm now able to have a six-pack. I walk around a 7% body fat. I feel confident. I go to the beach and I'm able to walk shirtless and feel like I'm the man. But let's take a step back. 18 months ago, I was in the worst shape of my life. I had acne all over my face. I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. Maybe I'm going too intense. But it could be something like that or something like I couldn't even be shirtless around other people because I was too insecure about my own stomach. I was working out five times a week, but when it came times to actually looking if I had abs, there were nothing to be seen. I had no abs. I had no definition. Even though I was giving 5 days a week to the gym, that might even trigger some of you guys who are in the gym right now. My entire goal is to trigger some pain points. And then from there, from the my story highlight, I'm then able to explain the process of where I got to where I am right now. And the last slide is a CTA, right? If they want to have the same result, which is going to be a separate video for me to do that, but I'm just saying that's my story, right? Then you also have clients. This guy's clients is strictly credibility. I want to create the most amount of credibility in my market, right? And lifestyle is just going to be authority. Do you guys see how just from my story highlights, I have the authority, I have the credibility, I have the value, I have the expertise, and I have a CTA. Guys, it's impossible for you to lose because there are so many people that don't even understand the concept, the mechanism behind this, right? If you do this, you're going to overlap everyone in your industry. It's impossible not to. So, that's the stories and the story highlights.
The carousels are another very big proponent that I'm a fan of because when you're able to showcase the lifestyle, like I said, a couple things happen. Number one is authority increases. Number two, guys, don't forget is the aesthetic is very important on your Instagram, right? How appealing is it? When you have an Instagram that's appealing, that looks professional, you have a specific brand image. So, you have to ask yourself when you're creating your Instagram, what kind of brand image do I want to give off, right? Another thing as well is the reels. The reels are very important, which I'll go through in just a second because this will dictate your lead genen. Everyone coming onto your account will be dictated primarily by your reel. So, it's very, very important. Each component plays its own role within the sales cycle.
But before I break this down, you have to understand the concept behind why we do all this. By pulling all these levers, you will by default have a longer sales process like I have just mentioned. But because you have a longer sales process and a longer conversion cycle, you get highly qualified leads, self- booked calls with zero dollars of cost of acquisition, right? Extremely warm traffic and inbounds, which is something that many many of you guys don't have nowadays. Painfuls and high commitments and more testimonials. More testimonials means more videos on client results. More videos on client results means more qualified leads. And it's a circle that just compounds, right? This is all possible if done properly.
Reels are a fantastic way to generate attention into cash, especially when done correctly. By varying the type of reels you post, you are able to attract your exact ICP while also moving down the salesunnel depending on the style of reel. Because your kind of reels that you post have to act as a funnel. If you do not have a funneling process which comprises mainly of top ofunnel, middle ofunnel and bottom ofunnel reels and as the viewer goes down what happens is their buying intent increases. Right? So it's in this specific acquisition channel your copy is extremely important. What you say, how you say it, why you say it, to who you say it is very important. Now to further explain, there are five main categories that reels can fall into in order to maximize acquisition and conversion as much as possible. Cuz you'll notice guys, acquisition, conversion go handtoand. There are little assets you can film that will act as a converting mechanism. So the categories are educational, which is a middle of funnel and bottom of funnel. There's credibility which acts as a middle of funnel. There's attention and authority which is top of funnel. Personal and relatability. This is mostly top offunnel. And there's value that's mostly middle of funnel with educational. However, when there's a big strong CTA, say for example, you have to comment or DM a specific word that becomes bottle of funnel which is maximized and engineered to increase conversion. For educational, there's obviously different styles of educational. For credibility, there's different styles of credibility and so on and so forth.
Right now, the stories is something that I truly love the most out of the entire ecosystem because similar to reals, stories have their own categories. And the effect that daily sequences have are just unbelievable. For example, one of my clients, Andrew, was stuck at $7,000 just 16 weeks ago. With my help, I built him an entire ecosystem of story sequences. I as you can see over here, over here, over here, and over here. And by leveraging these four main categories of story sequences, in just a matter of 16 weeks, he's now making a consistent $75,000 every single month. So, if you are in a position where you were like Andrew, where you were stuck with no calls on your calendar, you have no sales team, or you're barely doing any conversion from your views or comments or likes that you're getting, and you're stuck not knowing where to go or what to post. Listen, book a call with me down below. I have a specific consulting agency called Growth Capital where I specialize in helping info businesses scale to over 150,000 a month. Go through my story highlights, go through my results, go through my YouTube. My results speak for themselves. I know I'll be able to scale you. I know working with me, you'll touch at least $100,000 a month. That's how much conviction I have in what I have to offer. So, do me a favor. Book a call down below. Save yourself the trouble, but most importantly, save yourself the time of having to go try fail, try fail, try fail. Just understand what you have to do earlier on. Save yourself the time. Save yourself the money. Book a call down below if you're actually serious to scale your business and become a real CEO.
Anyways, back to what I was saying. Stories have different levels of intent. They get prospects into a buying state. They nurture leads and create loyalty. This is why I love story sequences because every single time you look at a story sequence, the buying power just increases every single time. Now, the story categories are as follows. You're going to have client results, which is engineered for credibility a lot. You're going to have company results. This is the results that you've generated, right? I could say skilled my client Ulysus scaled my client Kevin from 7 to 75K per month. That's good. For the company results, I would post on my own stories something like second day of the month already $10,000 on the month. This is what happens when you provide undeniable value to your clients and you're able to successfully scale in the info space, right? This is company result. This is my results. So, you have the clients, you have myself, you have your personal life. This I do once and so it depends if you're B2B or TC. B2B, I'd recommend only doing it a couple times a week, twice a week at the very max. This essentially is able to portray the nurturability, but most importantly, relatability with your prospects. Value I'm a very big proponent of because by offering lead magnets, right, or free resources, you could 100% have a CTA, right, DM me fitness, send you over the exact 16e blueprint that made me go from 200 lb fat to 175 lb lean, six-pack abs. Then from there you have at least let's say 50 people that DM you. Out of 50 people at least let's say 38 show actual positive response. Out of 38 20 are qualified. Out of 20 let's say you have 12 that book. Out of 12 that book you have you have nine that show up. And out of nine let's say I'm lowballing here. You have five that close from one single reel. You now close five prospects. That's going to have an average ticket price of let's say 2500. Brother, you just made a lot of money because of one reel or one story sequence. By the way, guys, this is literally what happens to my clients and is what happens to me as well. So, do not underestimate the power of giving free value. And there's many other variants as well that I cover in the mentorship in my coaching consulting business with my other clients as well where you're able to actually scale. Right?
With that being said, the entire intent of these categories is to increase buying probability by at least 1% every time they watch. So if it takes someone 100 days to convert, you know, by the time the day 100 comes, they're ready to pay in the DMs without even hopping on a sales call. Now, there are various different ways you can directly engage with a prospect, whether it's through a poll, CTA for lead magnets, CTA to book a call, Q&A, etc. Message me on Instagram if you'd like. book in a call with me and I'll be able to show you the different ways where you could actively engage with your prospects, get you more calls. I did this with one guy last week, very good guy, and he literally as soon as we got off the call the next day, he got a pain in full. That to me is crazy. When you're able to implement right away and you get results right away, those are the best kind of clients. This guy didn't even pay anything, by the way. I hope you guys understand. He's going to come back and pay me in about a week. I know for a fact, but I'm just saying that's how much this kind of stuff works.
Now for the carousels, once you've been posting stories and reels consistently, carousels are very important and crucial for like I said that premium look. It starts by displaying lifestyle and authority breakdown in CTAs at a premium look in general. So you're able to increase your perceived value. You cannot be selling something at 7K or 8K or 10K and you don't have a strong perceived value cuz your prospects coming in will not be high quality. I cannot be in my mom's basement and my background is, let's say, my closet of clothes that's not properly folded and I have dirty clothes on me or or I don't have proper lighting and I'm offering a 7K package. It doesn't work that way. For example, most of the time when I do my reels, my background is the city skyline. I do that to have a premium look. When I do certain reels with my car, when I do certain reels, even right now in a proper setting with proper lighting, I want to have that premium look. So, when people look at my content, they know that I'm professional. They know that I'm serious. They know that I'm making money with my company. That is what you guys have to do. There's a lot of people where they'll hold their phone list and they'll just talk for 30 seconds a minute. That's fine. That's more of a raw version of a real. That's okay. You have a lot of people doing that. But you cannot just have that. That becomes very saturated on your profile and then your premium look diminishes. And when it diminishes, people don't take you seriously as much. There's too many people nowadays in the space. And you'll see that when you go on their actual reels, you'll find 20 or 10 reels back to back posted in the same setting, same lighting, same clothes. You can't have that. I'm telling you right now, if you want to charge high ticket, your reels and your page have to look high ticket. Similar with your carousels. So, I'll give you an example. This is my second account, my company page. Notice how high quality everything looks. I have a brand color, right? And the brand color is a very professional gradient between black over here to purple right with my logo over here. And I have screenshots. And I even made a transformational carousel for my client Andrew. Look how my graphic designer did everything with the logo over here. When you guys see this, you know it's a premium look. You know the perceived value is increased. That is why I get paid in fulls because of stuff like this.
Now that you know the Instagram game, I'm talking stories, reals, bio, profile, story highlights, um, profile picture, whatever it might be. Now, it's time for you to let the back end do the work. Because guys, do not forget in the ecosystem, it's not complete unless you're able to push the traffic you get from the front end towards something else. That's why many people don't convert because you don't have anything for them to be directed towards. So in this next part, what I'm going to talk about the most important is building a backend so strong where you're pushing your traffic towards it and making them convert over this. And this, my friends, is by leveraging YouTube. Imagine a customer journey and how warm they are when they've consumed your story highlights. Your credibility, lifestyle, value, authority, everything. Your reals, educational, credibility, value, lifestyle, nurture, the carousels, the stories, and finally you push them on YouTube for the maximum conversion.
Why do we use YouTube? The main reason why I tell my clients to use YouTube is for these four reasons. Number one is you're able to shift limited beliefs. Guys, never forget if you're going to have someone hop on a call with you, you want to make sure the limiting beliefs are extremely extremely eradicated. Number two is pre-handle objections as much as possible. Number three is you want to be able to provide value on the actual YouTube because could be like I always say, case studies, how I made my client X, full breakdown, testimonials. When you get to that point, you could also do client retreats, right? These are all different ways you could encourage credibility as much as possible. So, another example here would be problem solution, right? Looking through your ICP and understanding what's the problem they have and how can I solve them with the solution. A third would be pre-handling objections. This could 100% be in two main ways. The number one way I like to do it is by actually using an example. So, if I have Steve and Steve had, let's say, 500 Instagram followers. Well, if I'm looking at my own audience, a very strong objection they might have is, "Yeah, Jerry, this all sounds great, but I can't build my own offer because I don't have that many followers." Before there's even a call, if they look at a video where there's a person in their shoes with less followers than they have or the same amount of followers and they're making 30, 40, 50k a month, what's their excuse? Boom. I now shifted that person's objections and at the same time limiting beliefs. And don't forget by owning someone's attention, which is exactly what I want you guys to do on YouTube, you can very easily convert them as now they know, like, and trust you. And in this day and age, YouTube is by far the most powerful lever that you could pull in your business. Why? Because if done correctly, it will do 80% of the conversion for you.
So imagine a lead enters in your ecosystem with everything being built. They stand no chance to escape from your net, which is what I call the ecosystem, as they will constantly be exposed to you in various ways. Now, let's talk about the customer and client journey. Imagine the lead sees the top of funnel reel, then follows, proceeds to constantly see reels and likes them, pushing your stories to the front. The daily sequences from the stories push them by 1% down the buying journey, and then shifts all limiting beliefs on YouTube. Once a lead enters the ecosystem, it is impossible for them to get out. It's impossible cuz no matter where they go, they're always going to stay in the ecosystem, right? Then as long as you keep feeding reals, stories, YouTube, they're never going to leave until they pay.
Now, I know I went through a lot, but this is the exact value you have to understand that you need to be using in your own info business to be able to scale. Without the proper content ecosystem, as I've just described, you are losing and leaving tens, thousands, hundreds of dollars on the table because once you have leads coming in from the front end, they have nowhere else to go. So, they leave right away. So, implement exactly what I went through and you will be able to see a significant increase in your acquisition with the kind of leads that you're getting in and the conversion of your leads. All that's left right now is just having a proper sales team to pick up those leads and the cash is yours.
Now, if this all made sense and you see and you truly feel like this would benefit you, check the link down below. Go ahead and book in a call. I'll be able to give you as much value as possible because I know I'll be able to help you. If just from this video, you can make at least two or three closed deals.
