One of the biggest lies that we've ever been sold is that confidence comes after success. It doesn't. Confidence must come first.

Before everyone gets mad at the title of this video, I'm not telling you to manipulate anybody. I'm not telling you to have the superiority complex and think that you're better than everybody and to treat everyone like they're less than you. That's not what I'm saying at all. I'm talking about this very specific thing that narcissists have and accidentally get right.

Why is almost every single mega successful person on earth a narcissist or have narcissistic tendencies to a degree? It's because they don't wait for permission to believe in themselves. They are delusional from the beginning. Okay? Most people will spend their entire lives, you know, collecting evidence, uh outsourcing validation from other people and from their accomplishments over time in order to build confidence and believe that they're able to accomplish something. Narcissists just believe that they are better and that they had it from the start. Okay? Before they had any accomplishments, before they got any success, they always thought that they were better. A narcissist decides that they're good at something first.

Now, obviously, taken to an extreme, it's destructive. It can ruin your relationship with yourself, your relationships with your friends, your family, your partner. However, this is something that we should all be learning from them if you really, really, really want to get serious about your life and your goals. If you take that mindset and you remove the manipulation and the inability to take accountability for things, you're left with something extremely powerful. Unshakable belief in yourself. That is what you need to succeed in anything.

In anything you do, you have to have an unshakable belief in yourself. Whether maybe you're not a career person, maybe you want to find the person of your dreams, you have to be so delusional and unshakable mentally in your self-belief that you will find what you're looking for and you will accomplish what you want to accomplish. Otherwise, you're not going to. Okay?

I've always been this person since a child to have this unshakable, undeniable belief in myself that whatever I wanted, whatever I thought that whatever I wanted, I would be able to get myself. And I never had any doubt about it. I just knew that I could. To this day, anytime I want something, I will have that. I will do that. And I don't I don't doubt that at all. Actually, I actually don't doubt anything that I put my mind to in my mind. I don't doubt it for one second. There is nothing that I cannot do in my brain. I genuinely actually believe that. Call me a narcissist. I don't care. I truly think like that.

However, the difference between me and a narcissist is I can see when I've done things wrong. I do take accountability when I make mistakes because nobody's perfect. I'm not even not even me. I'm not even perfect. Okay. I'm extremely self-aware and I can recognize when I do wrong things. And that's a super super powerful thing in order to be successful and get ahead of other people is to have accountability because if you can't look inward and take blame for the places where you went wrong, you're never going to evolve and grow and become better. So, that is a huge flaw that a lot of narcissists have that turns into resentment and them acting out of place of misery. But that's for a different video.

We're talking about the important thing here, which is having that unshakable self-belief and confidence within yourself in order to succeed in life. If your confidence comes from compliments and outsourcing validation from other people based on if they think your idea is a good idea, based on if you think you're pretty just because some stranger told you you looked good today. Based on if you don't think you're good enough to accomplish something because you know your family member said that you couldn't. If this is how you live your life, no wonder why you're miserable and you have low self-esteem. You need to get it from in here. Okay? It's so cliche. You cannot humble me because my confidence was not built on compliments. It was not built on external validation from other people. It's not built off the mouths of somebody else. Okay? That all came later. That will all come later. Don't worry about that. That cannot be okay. That's out of sight, out of mind. You should not give a flying f about external validation. What everyone else has to say at all.

The one thing narcissists do extremely extremely well, they move through the world with this bizarre certainty that things are just going to work out for them. Now, imagine if you had even a sprinkle of that, even just a sliver. What would you do? What would you do with that? How would your life change? How would you feel about yourself? That business idea you've been thinking of for years that you're too scared to start. If you genuinely believed that you would make it big and it would answer all of your prayers and your dreams would come true, would you wait one more minute to start? I don't think so.

Imagine waking up every single day knowing that your future is going to be greater than your current reality without a doubt in your brain. Okay? Do you know how differently you would make decisions? Do you know how different your life would be on a day-to-day basis? You would not hesitate to apply yourself for an opportunity. You would not hesitate to post something. You would not hesitate to introduce yourself to somebody. You get this sense of confidence. And the truth is you don't have an opportunity problem. You have a hesitation problem. You have a lack of self-worth problem. You have a I don't believe in myself problem. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? What you see is your reality. You know you're fully fully fully in control of it, right? You know that, right? You know that you are in full control of your life and it's really up to you what you do with it. Why the why aren't you waking up every single day telling yourself having this undeniable certainty in your mind that you're going to get things done and that you have the ability to accomplish the things that you want. Why aren't you doing that? Are you really really relying on external things and people to show you that first? Really, that's not what the most successful That's not what the people at the very top are doing. They're telling themselves before it ever happens that they know it's going to happen. And guess what it does? Every single person at the top had an undeniable belief in their brain that they would make it. You need to start doing the same thing.

You don't believe in yourself. If you don't think that you're smart enough or talented enough, fake it. Fake it. Lie. Lie. Lie. Lie. Lie. Lie. Lie to yourself. Fake it. Fake it until you make it. Look in the mirror and tell yourself, "I am smart enough to do this. I am going to be successful. I am talented enough. I have every ability in the world. I have every resource that I need to start. I'm going to do this and I'm going to do a good job at it. And not only am I going to accomplish what I want to accomplish, but I'm going to go so much farther than what I ever thought was possible for myself. You need to believe that. You need to tell yourself that every single day. If you don't believe it in the beginning, lie. Lie to yourself. Okay? Tell yourself that every single day.

And you also need to spend a huge part of confidence is acting. Okay. A huge part of confidence comes from taking actions towards the things that you want to accomplish. How could you possibly be insecure about your body? If you know you eat extremely well and you work out at the gym multiple times a week, how could you possibly be insecure? You would not. You would not. Don't cry about being insecure and confident when you're not taking the steps it takes to be confident and secure. Okay?

You need to become absolutely delusional. Okay? be absolutely delusional about your dreams and your goals and what you want out of this life. If somebody tells you that you can't do it or that your dreams are too far away, them nobody knows you better than you. Okay? You need to tell yourself, "I am better than all this BS. I am better than my current reality. I am better than this situation. I am better than this relationship. I am better than this friendship that I'm in. I deserve more." Even if you don't have it yet, I deserve more. I will have more and you're going to go get more. Set your mind to it. Okay? Eyes on the prize. Keep your eyes on the prize and lie to yourself until you're there. Fake it until you make it. Faking it till you make it is so strong and so powerful because you're acting like the person you want to become. When you act like the person you want to become for long enough, everything around you eventually falls into place and you look around and you realize, "Oh, whoa, I actually became what I wanted to become." Okay, it is that simple. But you have to start taking the actions towards it. You need to start being delusional. Okay? You need to wake up one day and tell yourself, I am this extremely successful person. I manage eight companies today. Wake up and lie to yourself. Tell yourself that so you start feeling like it and ask yourself what would I do if I was already in the position that I wish I was in. Start acting like that because everything else around you will start falling into place. You have to break the cycle that you're currently in of this insecure thinking this oh it can't happen for me. If they can do it I can do it. You need to have that in your brain instilled in your brain. If that person can do it why can't I? That has always been my mentality my entire life. If I tell myself that I I have this insane confidence, you have to be arrogant. You just apply like 30% arrogance on top of your personality on a dayto-day basis. Your life is going to go like this. That slight cockiness changes your life. Okay? You're going to have that f you mentality all day, every day. F this situation. I'm better in this situation. I'm better than you. I'm better than this. I don't need this. Blah blah blah. And that's how you improve. That's how you set standards for yourself. That's how you set boundaries. That's how you enforce your boundaries. You have to know and believe that you're better than that situation and that person that's trying to put you there. Okay?

I don't care if that sounds narcissistic to you. It's the absolute truth. You don't need to treat random people like they're beneath you. You don't need to treat service workers like junk. That's horrible. That is just a bad, nasty person. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that you need to have a little bit of arrogance if you want to be really successful. The one thing about narcissists that they get right is arrogance and that ego. Okay. I personally believe that narcissists have that so right when it comes to success. I run businesses myself. I'm a very very ambitious abrasive person. And I study these things all the time. What do they have that I don't? How did they get there? Why I'm not I? They can do it. Why can't I? And this is one of those things you guys. You need that unshakable, undeniable certainty within yourself that you're going to have the thing you want. Okay? You need to be delusional. You need to be a little bit arrogant. You need to say, "Why wouldn't I have that? Why wouldn't I have that? They have that. Why wouldn't I? I'm better than this. I don't deserve this bad situation that you're trying to put me in. I don't deserve this reality that I'm in. I deserve better." And you're going to start acting better. You're going to start attracting better. And you're going to look around one day and you're going to realize you became exactly what you wanted. But you need that arrogance. You need that confidence. You need that delusional belief about yourself first. Do you understand what I'm saying? That's what narcissists have that you don't. That's what they have that you don't. That's why almost every single successful person on the planet is narcissistic. Is a narcissist or at least has a lot of narcissistic tendencies. Okay? We don't want to become a narcissist, but we want to know how to think like them because we want to take that trait and use it for ourselves so that we can get to the top. Okay?

You need to become obsessed and infatuated with the results that you want. The reality that you want should be what you think about all day, every single day. And you need to envision yourself there like you have it already. You need to believe. You need to see yourself in your brain there because if you see it, you believe it. You need to keep your eyes on the prize. When you have this unshakable certainty about yourself and you build this inner confidence, nothing around you will bother you. What people say to you will not matter. You need to be like a rock and you need to move forward only. Okay? You need to constantly move forward. What this person says here will not matter. What this person says here will not matter. You like your business idea. You believe in it. Good. They don't. Who cares? Who cares? A narcissist isn't going to listen to them and care. A narcissist is going to keep that unshakable, undeniable certainty within themselves and genuinely believe that their idea is the best idea on the planet and they're going to follow through with it until the end. And that's how they're going to get their success while everyone else sitting around that talked said didn't matter. Didn't matter. You need to block out everybody. not give a flying f about what other people say about you and your dreams and your ideas and what you want to accomplish and just believe them with this with this crazy insane delusion. Being delusional works. Do you think I got here by not being delusional? Really, really, really, really. I've had this thing about myself since I was a child where I always knew I was going to get whatever I want. I knew I could do whatever I want. I've had this insane belief in myself that whatever I wanted, whatever I put my mind to, I would have. And it's so true. There's not one thing in my life that I set my mind to that I didn't get ever, ever, ever, ever. And if you want to be like that, you want that to be your reality, which I know you do. Who wouldn't? You need to listen to me right now. Start believing in yourself. Start being absolutely delusional. Don't give a flying f what anybody has to say. Don't let anything shake you. Don't let anything break you. You have to be a rock. You're gonna be a rock like this. And you're going to say, "No, my idea is good. No, my idea is good. No, I like myself. I love myself. I deserve this. I deserve better. I am better." You're going to push, push, push, push, push until the end, until everything around you falls into place. Okay?

So many questions asking me, "How do you have your confidence? How do you have your This is how guys, this is how. A year ago, even just one year ago from now, I was in my past relationship living with my ex- fiance. We lived together for multiple years. I never lived by myself. I never really did anything by myself. I was way too scared. I was way too scared to be on my own, to travel alone, all the things. Um, I was a people pleaser. I only cared about having so many friends and everyone liking me. And I lived in Las Vegas. I always, always, my dream was to leave that place. I hated it so much. I I want I basically grew up there and I always wanted to leave and you know I was too scared. I didn't think that I could especially not alone. And and a few months ago, you know, I ended my relationship. I booked a one-way ticket out here completely on my own. Got my own place. Like I became everything I ever wanted to be. You guys, it started with delusion. I do you think I got here I've never done this before. I didn't know how it was going to go, but I had this un I had this unshakable just bizarre certainty in my brain that I I would be fine. I would do better than fine. I would excel. And I tell myself I can do anything. I can do anything. And I go through life with that mindset. And truly, truly, it's the only way. It's the only way. Now look at me now. Moved out here completely alone. Everything is fantastic. I have the best friendships I've ever had in my life. Live in my dream apartment with Florida to ceiling windows in a high-rise like I always wanted in Miami. I drive my dream car every single day. I have my dream reality. Everything's coming together, you guys. Everything's coming together. I would not be here right now if I didn't have this just bizarre, delusional self-belief, okay? Don't get it twisted. Don't think that you have to prove yourself to yourself or other people and get all these accomplishments and then you grow confidence. No, it starts it starts with the confidence. You just need to wake up with that. It's an attitude. It's an energy. You need to just wake up one day and tell yourself I am him. Literally, you need to tell yourself, I am that person. I am her. Whatever. Okay, that is how you think like a narcissist without becoming one.

I am so sorry about being so inactive on YouTube, too. You know, I just had surgery uh two weeks ago. Um, you know, with moving, everything's been so hard. I've been balancing all these different things. I'm trying so hard now to get more active in my YouTube again. Um, I have some really, really important things coming up um for my community and all of my people here. So, stay tuned for that. I've been working. I've been working over here. Okay.
