If I was starting from scratch with $20,000, here's exactly how I'd turn it into $4 million. This is coming from a former corporate guy who quit a $250,000 per year job to build real wealth on my own terms.
First, I'd start with a Roth IRA. Put in $7,000 and drop it all into an SB500 index fund. I like VO, SPY, or VTI. At a 10% return, that one account could grow to over $1.1 million in 30 years, and it's all tax-free.
The next step, I would max out an HSA with $8,300. It's the most powerful tax advantage account that most people ignored. I'd split it between VTI, QQQ, and SCHD. That could grow to $1.36 million, and I can use it for medical expenses without ever paying tax.
The third step, I would invest $2,000 into a regular brokerage account. You have no tax perks here, but I buy more QQQ and just let it ride. That could grow to over $300,000 long-term.
And fourth, throw the last $2,700 into Bitcoin because 30 years from now, I don't want to be the person who ignored asymmetric upside. Even at a conservative 15% return, that small bet could turn into $1.1 million.
So, with just $20,000 per year, that's $4 million in future value. Make sure you save this video and follow for more strategies that the rich.
