What relationship does energy have with the conscious creation of reality? Everything. If you are not capable of connecting with your soul, you are playing a fantasy game. One of the things they do for social and mind control is to modify language, linguistic engineering. Then, they change the meaning of words, but above all, they eliminate words from the vocabulary. Those we call elites, we say, "Why do they act like that? But why are they so selfish? Why do they want to accumulate so much?" because they are sick with ego. They are black magicians. They have developed a lot of manifestation capacity, but they use it for their personal benefit. There are other types of possessions that can be other entities not created by humans that can possess you, and very gently we are going to try to join and separate, but we are going to be very attentive to any sensation between our hands. Wow! How good. I have a balloon between my hands. Exactly. If you truly want to manifest with all your power and you also want to manifest something that is aligned with your being, with your purpose, you don't have to start from the world of thought, you have to start from Welcome, welcome to this new podcast, Creators of Reality. I am Víctor Martín and today we have Endica Drame with us. Enica, welcome. Thank you very much for the invitation. How are you? Well, the honor is mine. I want you to know that when I was planning this first episode, in all the variants I imagined, you were the first guest. So, I'm super happy to have you here. Well, very good. And nothing, since I am the first guest, I wish you a lot of success with this podcast. I have no doubt, creating from reality, and I'm sure it's going to be spectacular, and I also love this new approach you have. If someone is watching us, I think there's a brutal personal, spiritual, professional change, and I love seeing that journey because I've also had the honor of seeing part of that transformation, and I love that it's reflected in a podcast and that I can be the first guest. Of course. How good. Well, thank you very much. Explain to us who you are, what you do. My name is Enica Drame, and I dedicate myself to the world of consciousness. Above all, my specialty is energetic understanding in a way with criteria, with depth. And basically, what I teach people is to develop the ability to consciously perceive, with clarity, to direct energy for different aspects of their lives, to improve, for example, their health, but also to improve decision-making, to improve any area of their lives. I started by giving courses in energetic healing, but the school and my own path have led me to evolve, and energetic healing or energetic therapy is one of the applications, but I like to frame it this way. We relate to life. Everything is a relationship. You relate to yourself, you relate to others, you relate to your dreams, to your goals, to your desires, you relate to situations you experience, you also relate to your past, to your memories, to your beliefs. That is to say, it is always a relationship of oneself with life in different aspects. There is a language that I call the language of life, because everything that happens in our life is energetic. You can have a psychological perception, but before capturing that psychological perception, an energy is moving. You can have a good or bad relationship, an energy is moving. You can have a perception regarding a decision, an energy is moving. So, I teach people to develop the ability to read the language of energy, and therefore, this allows you to read the language of life, and this allows you to make decisions or act from the cause. Because when you are able to see what is happening energetically in a situation related to any of these areas, you are able to act on the energetic cause of that situation. And this goes far beyond healing. This is a paradigm shift. So, it is a change of consciousness where you begin to act in life or begin to perceive life from a new dimension, and that adds to your psychological dimension, adds to your material dimension, and it's like a new sense, we could say, and that is wonderful, it's spectacular. At what point in your life did you realize that you were capable of perceiving energy, interacting with it, and so on? Or has it always been like this your whole life? I think what I'm going to share happens to many people. For human beings, it is natural to feel energy. Okay? So, we are very conditioned by culture, by the education we receive, and by language. Language does not describe reality, but language constructs reality. M. So, there is something very interesting that I have realized, and it is that it is very difficult for you to integrate an experience for which you do not have words to describe it. Furthermore, we integrate experiences by sharing them with other people, and if you don't have the words, it is very difficult for you to communicate and therefore get feedback. Surely many of those who are watching us have read or know Orwell's book 1984. Mm. Yes, a classic. Of course. And one of the things they do for social and mind control of society is to modify language. Linguistic engineering. So, they change the meaning of words, but above all, they eliminate words from the vocabulary, and thus society's consciousness becomes increasingly limited. What happens? We live in a Spanish or English culture where there are no words to describe that spiritual reality, that intangible and energetic reality. We have many words to describe the material world, a cup, a table, a shoe. We also have words to describe the emotional and mental world, but when we go beyond to energetic reality, we have no words. So, there are other languages that are much more advanced because in their language they include all this energetic reality. That is why here in the West we are acquiring a lot from the Sanskrit language, because Sanskrit is indeed a language that speaks of all spiritual realities. So, I believe that we are all very conditioned and lose that capacity because they simply do not give us the tools to describe what we are experiencing. We can find this with very everyday examples. Or a child, you have to help them understand emotions because they are angry, but they don't know how to describe what is happening to them. Of course. So, you have to do pedagogy to educate them, to teach them the different emotions. And then they discover that internal and subjective world and develop the capacity to understand it. The same thing, but applied to a new dimension. So, I can recognize in my childhood energetic and spiritual experiences, but for me they were simply experiences that I could not integrate. And it is as a result of certain experiences later in my adolescence and at 23 years old, where that spirituality or that energetic perception begins to activate or awaken again. But I already have a different maturity or a baggage or perhaps personal development because I am no longer a small child, to start looking for information about it. And so, for me, I could say that it has always been very natural, but until I was 26 years old, I was not aware of the capacities I have, and those capacities are not special. That is, the wonderful thing about this is that my own purpose, in my own life path, and if you want, we can talk about purpose later because it is very related to the energetic, very interesting. I realize that everyone has these capacities. Obviously, there are natural gifts, and there are people who, well, have a special talent for cooking or for playing a sport, but everyone can learn that sport or everyone can learn a cooking recipe and more or less manage. The ability to understand energy, to perceive it, and to consciously direct it is no different from those normal abilities we have. We have all learned to speak, we have learned to read. We can understand each other, or the people watching us, because we speak a common language. But that language is a concatenation of symbols and codes that we have learned. We have given it meaning, and then we are speaking, and we are not even thinking about sentence construction, we have simply integrated that language and therefore we know how to communicate it and we know how to interpret it. Energy is exactly the same. When you learn that language, you are capable of speaking it. It is universal. The language of energy unifies the different languages of human beings. It is the key that allows us to understand scientifically, rationally, how spirituality, psychology, biology, the results of our lives are interconnected. The common language is energy. So, this is what I do, teaching this conceptually, explaining it, giving it a lot of clarity. I like to talk about a concept that is a bit new. Tell me, tell me, but it's rational spirituality, okay? Because there has always been a false conflict in our society between spirituality and rationality, and it is a false conflict that is destroying human beings. So, it is rational spirituality, and what allows us to understand spirituality not as something subjective, psychological, or mystical is energy. Mmm, I love it. A lot of questions are already coming to me. The first thing that comes to mind is, "Okay, I'm sure there are people who are skeptical, and you must have encountered people who, when you start talking about these topics, have said, 'I don't believe in this energy stuff.'" How? I mean, what arguments would you give to someone who is skeptical, who doesn't believe in all these things? Not to convince them, because I don't think it's about convincing anyone, but to justify in some way or to give, well, that knowledge so that person can understand it. Of course. The only way to move from the field of belief, not only in this but in any other area of life, from the field of belief to understanding, to knowing, is through experience, through living. So, what I do and what I teach people in my activities, but also, perhaps a podcast is not the most suitable place, but in workshops, in videos, in many places, is to enable them to experience energy for themselves. So, there are very simple practices to be able to perceive energy. And my experience after having done workshops for thousands of people, many thousands of people, is that 90% of people are already prepared in a first practice of about 15 minutes to be able to directly experience energy. Wow. We all have the energetic counterpart to our physical senses. So, energy can be touched, okay? It can be seen, it can be heard, it can be smelled, it can be tasted. Wow. We humans are multidimensional beings. That is why energy is something natural. We are energetic and multidimensional beings. This is non-negotiable for anyone who says, "I don't believe." I would say first, you are a multidimensional being. Because you are in the physical world, but you are in your emotional world and in your mental world at the same time. You think, feel, and move in the physical world. And in reality, what you do in the physical world has to do with other dimensions, because you act here because of what you feel, because of your desires, because of what you believe. So, you are multidimensional. The only thing you need to understand is that your thoughts and your emotions are energy, not chemical circuits of your glands, of your system. Your nervous system works with electricity. It is energy, but it goes much further, and there we enter the energetic body. That would be the basis or the rational framework for you to say, "Okay, it makes sense, it makes sense, I'm skeptical, but this makes sense, it must be acknowledged." So, let's do a very simple practice to activate your sense of touch, which is the most developed in everyone. And you will realize that you can feel the energy between your hands, and that when you activate the sensitivity between your hands, you can feel the energy of an object, of any form of life. And that is the preliminary step to realizing that you can then feel the energetic field of another human being, for example, okay? And there we would enter into energetic healing. In the same way that an osteopath palpates your physical body and knows what is wrong with you, an energetic healer palpates your energetic field and can know what is wrong with you. Okay. You said that the practice you do with your students and so on is 15 minutes, right? Yes, 10, 15 minutes. Then, perhaps if we have time, couldn't we do something quick so that people who are watching this, the reality creators who are watching this podcast or listening to it, can try to, I don't know, a quick practice to feel energy? Later, yes, I propose the following. We will develop, we will talk, and then we will do the practice, and you can introduce it wherever you want in the podcast or at the end, okay? And I am convinced that with a 10-minute practice, 90% of people, then we could talk about the 10% who don't. Why? Okay. 90% can Okay. Start feeling energy with clarity. Okay, okay, perfect, perfect. Okay. Something that arises when you talk about energy or when energy is talked about in general, different types come up, right? Like kundalini, or chi, or prana, right? There are different types of energy. So, the question is, is it always the same energy in different forms, or how does it work? They are different types of energy. Okay. So, part of the ambiguity in the spiritual world, yes? Because part of what I feel as my purpose and mission is to provide tools for people to develop their own perception, and that will allow them to develop criteria and discernment. Because nowadays, everything fits into spirituality, fantasies and spiritual realities fit in, because in the end, our imagination and our capacity for subjective perception mean that everyone has a very personal perception of what spirituality is, and that is a human capacity, but it also means that often there is no criterion to discern the quality of the information we are receiving or the veracity of that information. So, everything gets mixed up within spirituality. Conspiracy enters, aliens enter, any aspect of manifestation enters, healing, different methodologies, and there is a lack of criteria and, above all, a lack of common language. I return once again to language. We understand each other because we have a common language. We use the same words, we attribute more or less a similar meaning, we conjugate in the same way, otherwise we would not understand each other. So, that needs to be unified. And the way to unify it is not for someone to say, "Look, this is how it is, and that's it." The way to unify it is to have direct perception so that we can all arrive at the same conclusion. So, there are many energies. For example, talking about universal energies, yes? Or divine energies, as is often said, is vague. It would be like saying there are many things in the world, okay? No, there are many things in the world, so connect with the things in the world. It would be like saying, connect with universal energy. What things? I understand, I understand, I understand. So, energy must be understood as substance, and we must understand that we are in an ocean of substance. We see fish in an aquatic medium and say, "How beautiful!" Or poor things that are here in the sea and don't know what's happening outside, they live their lives. And we are in another medium that we call a gaseous medium, okay? But in reality, we are in an energetic medium, the energetic component is always there. So, in that energetic medium, there are different substances, just as from a chemical point of view, in that gas there are different types of gases. From an energetic point of view, there are different types of energy. We can connect with different types of energy from the environment, from different dimensions, and from our own nature as human beings. So, that is the first thing to discern, to categorize different energies. For example, when we talk about spiritual energies or divine energies, it means that we are channeling energies from a more subtle dimension, and that can be done scientifically because you, for example, can learn to connect with your soul consciously. Okay? Later, if you want, we can talk about it. Yes, yes, yes. When you connect with your soul, you are connecting. Today, the term fifth dimension is used. The fifth dimension is your soul, if you want to see it that way, okay? Then, the fourth dimension is the emotional world, and the third dimension is where our physical and material body is. We would have the mineral aspect, the plant aspect, and the animal aspect. We combine those three elements. The plant aspect is actually in us and is the entire nervous system. M. We don't have sap instead of blood, but we also have a trunk, which is our spine, and we have a flower on top, which is our brain. Of course, of course, of course. The mineral kingdom is our bones, and the animal kingdom is mammals. But a human being is only that. Human being is a compound word. And I invite everyone to reflect. You are a human being means you are two things. You are a human being. You are not purely human, you are not purely a being, you are a human being. That appeals to our spiritual dimension and our material dimension. So, we are beings because we have a soul, and that soul potentially connects with our being. But we are human because we have a body, and the soul inhabits this body, and it is our human aspect. So, as human beings, we recognize animal qualities, we are instinctive, we have emotions like many mammals, perhaps they are becoming more complex, although there are mammals that have very complex emotions, but we are also beginning to develop another capacity, which is intellect, which is not as developed in animals. M But when we go to the level of being, we begin to develop other capacities because we connect with other energies. It is when we talk about intuition, it is when we talk about purpose, it is when we talk about a sense of fulfillment, it is when we talk about extrasensory or subtle capacities. So, this is the framework for understanding different energies. This space is sponsored by Vivefarma. You surely already know about omega-3 for its benefits for the heart, brain, or vision, but there is something that goes beyond the physical. With the Omega-3 Pro formulation from Biofarma, we not only nourish the body, but we also influence how the mind works. And it is proven that omega-3 favors the increase of BDNF, a key protein for the brain to recover its ability to learn, adapt, and break free from the same old patterns. And when this happens, not only what you think changes, but how you interpret it and how you respond to reality, because creating your reality doesn't start outside, it starts inside. And if you want to experience this approach in your day-to-day life by being part of Creators of Reality, you can access Omega 3 Pro from Vivefarma with a 10% discount using the link in the video description. Vivefarma, nourish the body to unleash the potential of the mind. And now I will take a brief tour because we could talk about many things, it is already understood that there are many, it is an infinity, but differentiating essential energies, divine energy. We get it from the higher planes, okay? From there we channel divine energies that can be of different types. The first step to being able to channel divine energies is not to go and [ __ ] the energies of the universe or to channel a master or a guide, it is your soul, because your soul is the part of your being that connects with spiritual dimensions. If you are not capable of connecting with your soul, okay? You are playing a fantasy game. M. Because your soul is the spiritual part in you, okay? That soul has a higher aspect and a lower aspect. So, what we call personality is the lower aspect of the soul. It is the incarnated soul. It is a portion of that. So, there we have the first type of energies, subtle, divine, spiritual energies. Okay? Second, what did you talk about, Kundalini, Kundalini energy is the latent energy that is in matter, okay? So, that latent energy could be said to be the potential of matter that is in the process of awakening. And when you talk about matter, I mean all matter. When I talk about matter, I mean the dimensions that make up our personality. That is a sum of three energies. Matter can be dense or subtle. So, we have solid matter, matter in a gaseous state, in a liquid state. Okay. That would be the physical body. Okay. Then we have emotions. That is matter. Emotions are things. A practice we could also do is to create an emotion and feel the quality of an emotion. We can touch love and it will have a different texture, if we touch joy, if we touch fear, and you will be able to feel it with your hands, not just in your body, because it is energy. And then there is also another material aspect, which are thoughts, but it is very subtle matter, okay? If we develop clairvoyance to be able to see in the astral, emotional, or mental planes, we will realize that thoughts are forms. Emotions are forms. Also, what we normally call thought or psychology is a mixture of mental and emotional energy. So, Kundalini energy has the function of awakening our capacities in these dimensions, okay? So, the game is this, spiritual energy, evolutionary function. This happens naturally, but very slowly, but through the knowledge of internal science and the awakening of consciousness, one can begin to consciously direct this evolutionary process and accelerate it enormously. That is spiritual development. So, spiritual energy is that the human being must connect with the soul. In that process, it causes spiritual energies to descend. When they come into contact with material worlds, which is the personality, body, emotions, mind, they begin to transform through an alchemical process, as if we introduce another substance into a chemical substance and it produces a reaction. And that spiritual energy, in that alchemical and transmutation process, reaches the base of our spine. In the basic chakra is our energetic portal, we could say, most connected with the material world. And there, when one is prepared, because Kundalini energy is very dangerous to awaken without preparation, without purification, without understanding this process of spiritual connection first, Kundalini energy begins to transmute and begins to awaken. So, spiritual energy, Kundalini energy, and sexual energy. Here we enter into the place that sexual energy occupies; it is the vehicle that allows Kundalini energy to ascend. Okay? So, that is why sexual energy is such an important energy, a creative energy that can be used for many other things besides genital pleasure. Of course, because it is the vehicle that allows Kundalini energy to ascend. So, when the energy, we could say Kundalini, is awakened by spiritual energy, okay? In that process, when it is lived consciously, sexual energy allows Kundalini energy to ascend, and in the process of ascent, that Kundalini energy transforms our entire nervous system and our entire energetic system. Each of the chakras is related to different aspects. So, that would be, we could say, the three essential energies that are part of the spiritual process: Kundalini and sexual. And then we have a fourth energy that in many energetic therapies or people who work with their hands or even massage therapists, even if they are not conscious, yes? Is prana energy. Okay? Or chi, okay? In reality, it is all prana energy, but in different vibrations or different degrees of density, okay? But prana energy would be when I take and extract energy from the environment. M. From this environment. Spiritual energy is when I extract energy from a higher dimension, okay? And prana energy is when I extract vital energy from the environment, from my surroundings, from my body. So, that is a form of healing. There are also people who heal because they absorb energy and give it. If we do it well. There are people who heal unconsciously and what they do is give their own energy. Error. Okay. Okay. So, we could go into more, but these four are essential. In summary, spiritual energy, Kundalini energy, sexual energy, and prana energy, okay? Or vital energy. In fact, I have heard that there are people who are capable of living on prana. Is this true or not? Of course. Okay. Okay. Yes, yes. I mean, it also makes perfect sense that one can live on prana. It makes perfect sense. Obviously, that always has to go hand in hand with a conscious process, okay? It is not a technical capacity, but it is a state of consciousness that allows you to live on prana or allows you to consciously activate Kundalini or connect with the soul. Consciousness always directs the process. Okay, I think you mentioned it briefly before, but what relationship does energy have with the conscious creation of reality? Everything, because we first create reality in the energetic planes. When you are thinking, you are creating reality because you are creating a thought form. Then, the process of materializing in the physical plane, that is another thing. For that thought to begin to densify, it needs to be linked with emotion, because if I don't have a desire to manifest it, I simply won't sustain that thought. So, desire, we could say, thought is the form I want to create. Desire is the soul with which I imbue that form so that it takes life. Okay. And then, when thought and emotion are perfectly unified and sustained, that leads to action, and it is the way in which I channel my vision or my thought to the physical plane, because first I have an intention, a thought, an emotion, and through action I manifest it. So, the manifestation process is an energetic process that ends up leading to, we could say, it goes from a more subtle level to a denser level. Of course, I cannot manifest if I do not translate my internal creation into actions, because action is the act of radiating that energy, of projecting it. And then every time I take actions aligned with a thought, with an emotion, what I am doing is densifying thought. Okay? Of course, I don't manifest just because I visualize a lot. Visualization will allow me to create what I consciously create, because if I don't visualize, I will create, but since I don't have much consciousness of my thought and my emotion, there is no very clear intention, so I will create a result, but perhaps not the one I wanted. That is the importance of visualization. But then it must be understood that every action is like giving fuel or channeling that vision into the physical plane. So, many actions allow you to materialize the internal manifestation. But if you take more efficient actions, we could say that you channel much more energy. That is why sometimes if the action is not efficient, not intelligent, no matter how much you do, you will not manifest it. But the manifestation game, we could say, is how I bring from subtle reality to the physical plane. And I'll close with one more topic. If you truly want to manifest with all your power and you also want to manifest something that is aligned with your being, with your purpose, you don't have to start from the world of thought, you have to start from purpose. So, the complete manifestation process would be purpose. Purpose connects with the mind through something we call inspiration or intuition. There I build and plan how that purpose will translate into a plan. Okay, that plan, so it would be like the foundations, right? Correct. Okay. Yes. Purpose, we could say, would be the intention that exists. It is so abstract that it cannot be translated, that is, it is not a thought, it is something, it is a perception, it comes from the being, therefore, it has no form, it is too subtle, but it is in the mental plane where it begins to take shape, okay? So, it would be the architect's plane. Okay? And then the emotional world would be the energy that allows linking that plane in the physical world, because if there is no desire, then the bridge is cut, and between mind and action, there is no bridge of union. Just as purpose is transferred to the mental world through inspiration and intuition, and thought is transferred to the physical plane through desire, okay? And then the physical plane is action. Okay. You have mentioned two things, and I'm already starting to imagine more questions. The topic of intention and the topic of desire, because I've heard that too much desire is counterproductive, right? Because it's like you're becoming very attached to what you want to manifest. And then the topic of intention, because when we talk about intentions, it's as simple as saying, I want to do this or I want to achieve this, or does it go beyond that? Very good question. There is a differentiation, and it would be interesting to also ground it and give it a logical and rational framework. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Intention is connected with will. Okay. It is an act of will. So, human beings essentially have three energies from which the rest of energies emanate, which are will or power, love, and intelligence. They are three different energies. It is the trinity. When it is said that we are made in the image and likeness of God, yes? It is not a material appearance, but a qualitative appearance. Just as God is the father, the mother, and the son, we have those capacities in a lower fractal. And that is, we have will, we have the capacity to love or to feel and all that derives from it, and we have intelligence. So, intention comes from will. That intention, that will, I can project it from my ego or from my being. Mm, that is a very important nuance. Many people can manifest and are creating, but they are doing it from the ego. And here the key is that that intention arises from your being, that is, from purpose. Okay? Then, next level, desire is not connected with will, it is connected with love. To desire is to love things. Mm. I desire a person, or I desire to have a car, or I desire to achieve a goal. To love. Technically, it is a magnetic energy, it is to attract towards myself. To magnetize. That is why, when two people love each other, they want to unite. Of course. But when I desire something, I want to unite with the desired object. So, it is a quality of love. What happens is that the love of the being is different, which is an impersonal and radiant love. That is to say, I desire nothing, I desire union with the whole. That is the mystical experience of the great masters, when they connect with that soul or that spirit, with the being, and experience a joy, a love, the love of God, which is called God loves you. God loves everyone equally, whether you are good or bad. Why? Because it is that magnetic capacity, that is, God loves you, it means God wants to unite with you, or for you to unite with Him. But when I manifest that energy through my ego, then I separate it from the whole and link it to the part. So, I desire a specific thing, I desire a result, I don't desire, I don't want to unite with life, but I want to manifest something specific. It is the same energy in an impersonal and universal aspect or in a personal and individualistic aspect. Is it understood? Yes. So, we have intention, will, we have desire linked to love, okay? And then we have action linked to intelligence, because if the action is stupid, you will not be able to manifest it in the physical plane. So, action must be directed by intelligence. Okay. But action, that is, I do something, but behind it there is understanding and comprehension. That is why we learn through trial and error. I act, and through action, I become more intelligent because I realize cause and effect. If I act in this way, I produce this effect. I like this effect or I don't like it, and then life teaches you through pleasure and pain. Okay? I don't like the effect, so I have to change the way I act. Hm. So, if you notice, that pleasure and pain, that action, that intelligence comes from a more basic, animal aspect, which is in an embryonic state, which is instinct. Instinct is the basis of intelligence. Through instinct, you develop intellect. So, the human being has instinct because it has that animal part, but through its evolutionary experience, it has developed and is in the process of developing intellect. So, we have those three energies linked to a manifestation process: intention, desire, and action. How do you know if an intention comes from the soul or from the ego? It can be known in many ways. The first is to develop perception. The first is to have clarity. I, for example, make an effort to explain in a better or worse way, with more or less success, but in a very didactic, very pedagogical, very logical way. Processes that we can often believe in, but we are not capable of clearly defining with a method, with a logic. These processes. That is the first thing, to have clarity, to develop a language, as we started this podcast, that allows us to speak the same thing. Of course. And from there, to converse and reach greater points of understanding. The first thing. Second, to develop energetic perception. If you want to know if something comes from the soul or from your personality or from your ego, that small nuance that we can develop later if you want, you have to develop internal consciousness. How can we, for example, develop technology? Because there is something called science, where by focusing on the material world, we can realize certain laws that produce certain results. So, with that, we can create a mobile phone. Or a camera, a microphone, all because we have understood the laws of the material world, okay? And we can make a microphone here and in China because the laws are the same, and therefore the logic is the same. From there, we can optimize, we can improve, just as there is an external science, there is an internal science, but it is a science that has nothing to do with the material world, but with the subjective world, the subtle world. So, the deepest answer to that question is to understand that you have the capacity to develop an internal science that already exists, which is based on universal laws. You and I function essentially the same with nuances. That internal science is what will give you clarity to understand where your internal impulses come from. That would be the deep answer. Then we take it to a more concrete aspect. You can know where it comes from, for example, by exploring your energetic field. I make a decision, and I can explore how my energetic field is, and depending on how the chakras are activated, or if energetic blockages arise, or if an emotion arises, you can see all of that in your energetic field. So, imagine that I have an intention and I say, "But I don't know if this intention is pure or not, if it comes from my soul or not." So, I am going to explore my entire energetic field. I am going to see which chakras are being activated. I am going to see if there are dense energies, if there are emotions, if there are beliefs. I am going to identify all of that in my energetic field, and I will be able to have all that information. For example, a very basic and essential piece of information would be, if it comes from your soul, most likely, not to say 100%, your upper chakras will be much more activated. Okay? If you notice that your upper chakras are not activated, but the solar plexus or the lower ones are activated, that comes from your personality, it comes from your personal interest, or it comes from your desire, which is very connected with sexual energy. Okay? So, that would be the first thing. But the second thing is that something may come from the soul, from purpose. The point here is not whether it comes or not. The point is that it comes, and to what extent I am distorting it, okay? Because that information, when it passes through my filter, gets distorted. Ah, okay. I wear glasses. So, I see that purpose through my glasses, but if the mirror is dirty or has a filter, it gets distorted. So, you can know more or less where it comes from by the activation of your chakras, but then you can also identify conditioning factors in your energetic field. A fear that perhaps comes from my childhood, or a limiting belief that I develop, a wound, or a frustration because perhaps this purpose awakens a longing in me, but it does not correspond to the reality that I am manifesting. What should be done? Because that is natural, clean those energies, okay? To clean the distortions. That is why the process of living your purpose and the process of understanding spiritual development in a mature and serious way must be linked to purification, okay? Because purpose is the mirror that will allow you to realize everything you need to purify. Purpose is the plan that your being, your soul has for this incarnation, and that purpose will always bring out the best in you. That purpose will always be linked to your growth, not necessarily to your well-being, although it will bring you more blessings than you can dream of, but the main objective is not for you to have a good time, but for you to grow. Hm. So, purpose will always be that life path that can extract the greatest achievements, the greatest fulfillments from you, and therefore purpose will always be what brings to the surface and creates a contrast with your greatest limitations. Mm. Okay. And it must always be a process of connecting with purpose constantly, of capturing that inspiration, of realizing the distortions that exist, of purifying, and it is a constant process like day and night. I channel, I integrate, in the integration process I purify, I channel again, but since I have already purified myself, my perception and my clarity have increased, and I am developing and evolving. Purpose is not static, purpose is there to transform us, okay? I am not going to go into purpose yet. I really want to grab this link. Everything is linked. I also wanted to comment on desire, right? Because I have read in Kabbalah that when the creator puts a desire within you, it is because you have, let's say, the potential or the capacity to achieve it. Is that always the case? It depends. Okay. Desire has a very important function, but it must be understood that desire is part of personality. Okay? So, desire can be a reflection of a purpose, okay? That is, purpose must be reflected in desire, but desire can also be an effect of a personal projection of your history, conditioning, even conditioning. Of course. So, desire is natural, the point is where it comes from.
desire. To explain this more clearly, we would have to delve a bit into personality. What we call personality is the sum of three energies: body, emotion, and mind. One of the big problems in our society in general is that people identify with their personality. We even say, "I am a person," or "I've been with some people," or whatever. Etymologically, personality means mask, because personality is the mask of the psyche. Psyche means soul. Psyche or soul is the deepest, unconditioned part of our psyche. Because my mind is also conditioned by culture, by my appearance. But when I am able to eliminate that conditioning, the depth of the psyche is there. That is the soul, that is the observer. Okay? So the game is always between the observer or the soul and the personality. When the observer is identified with the personality, then it will always generate desires from the personality. Mm, I understand. But there we enter into the importance and why so many spiritual traditions speak to us of detachment or of killing desire. When we are able to detach ourselves from personal desires, then we are freeing the soul so that it can connect with purpose, and then that purpose can descend to your emotional body, and the desire no longer arises from the personality, but rather from your purpose, from your being. So, it's a game of identification. If you are identified with your personality, you will create desires from your personality. It's not bad, but it's a more limited part. Of course, it's the human part, not the being part. M. So, your purpose, inevitably your spiritual purpose, goes through an evolutionary process, because everything is correct in time and space, depending on where you are, on the soul's maturity, but it eventually happens that you learn to focus the observer in the world of the soul. Okay? And when you are living connected, the observer identified with the soul, then something wonderful happens, which is that purpose will prevail over your personal desires. That is why those human beings who are connected with a very strong purpose are capable of even immolating themselves, of sacrificing their lives, they are capable of sacrificing anything else because their consciousness is connected with something superior to their personality. The personality is secondary. When you manage to live by linking or identifying your observer with the soul, more or less permanently, in a stable way, something wonderful happens, which is that you enter into a process of evolutionary acceleration, okay? Because by not identifying with the personality, the personality is fleeting, it is a mask. So, the personality, when you largely disidentify yourself, you will see what you are from a higher identity, and therefore your lower identity, which is the personality, will transform rapidly because you will realize all that does not correspond with that divinized perception you have of yourself. You are God, but that does not mean you are manifesting all that potential. But I speak in terms of God as an extension of the soul. The soul is your greatest identity. The soul is purpose, but purpose is like perfection, it is not a place, it is a path. So, when I am identified with that, I am able to see and transform personal limitations very quickly. And that is spiritual evolution, which is different from personal evolution, okay? Ah, when circumstances, patterns repeat themselves, and we are stuck in something that is always the same. This is because we are not evolving, because we are disconnected from our purpose. What is happening there? There is a lesson to be learned. That lesson can be translated into energetic terms. So, when something is constantly happening to you, what you have to look at in relation to that situation is how am I energetically, and you will explore your energetic field, and there emotions, thoughts, conscious or unconscious, blockages, different things will emerge. So, you can learn through the traditional path, let's say, which would be to analyze that and do it differently. And that's fine, but there's a faster way, which is not only to act externally, but to act internally. What happens within me? I will heal these energies, I will cleanse all these energies, and then I will act. The moment you change your energy, your perception of that situation changes immediately. M. Therefore, when you are repeating a pattern, it is because there is something you are not seeing. Yes. If you change your perception, you are changing what you are seeing, and therefore you automatically change the result. What is a problem for me is what another person solves every day. It is a problem because I am not in the identity and paradigm that that person has transcended. Yes. Of course. So, that process can be accelerated by seeing the energetic cause that is producing any situation, especially those that repeat themselves. Okay? Uh, when you speak of purpose, is it the same as the soul's plan, or not, or not the same? It's the same on different levels, but here we would go to a very large abstraction because there is a divine purpose. The divine purpose is the purpose for this humanity. That is, the divine purpose has nothing to do with you individually, it has to do with this planet and it has to do with this humanity, okay? So, the soul's purpose is the part of that purpose that each one of us captures, because we are not individual perhaps, or not. The divine purpose is a collective purpose. It has to do with all of humanity, with the whole planet. We must understand that we are not here by chance, but that we are destined for something. We are programmed to reach a destination. The evolutionary process is a conscious process, not trial and error of nature. The perhaps more materialistic and Darwinian conception of science will say so, but it is not really like that, and I believe you know it, and many people know it and many people intuit it. So, we are programmed like a seed of a tree is programmed to grow and be a tree and bear a specific fruit, but for that it needs a lot of time. It needs fertile soil, it needs water, it needs sun, it needs conditions, and even with all the conditions, it needs a maturation process to become a millennial tree that bears fruit every day. We are that seed, okay? So, we need the conditions. Then, if you want, we can talk about how the conditions can greatly slow down that process or can accelerate it. Well, that has to do with our destiny as humanity, okay? And it is very important to understand that when we speak of purpose, the ultimate purpose has nothing to do with anything individual. Humanity is to this planet what a cell is to the body, or rather, what an organ is to the body, okay? That organ is made up of cells. So, each one of us is a cell. Humanity is an organ, and the planet or reality is the body. Okay? Which organ, by the law of analogy, represents humanity? It is the brain of this planet. Hm. Because we are the form of life that has developed the capacity to think. So, humanity in its entirety acts as a brain, as a collective intelligence that will transform this reality, because humans are the only animals that have the capacity to transform the environment. If that intelligence is alienated, it destroys the environment. But when that intelligence is well coordinated and inspired, it will cause the entire environment to evolve, for the entire environment to transform. In the same way that your brain is the organ that allows you as a human being to act and create things. Of course. So, that is the function of divine purpose, speaking in collective terms. Now, when we speak of the soul's purpose, we speak in individual terms, okay? An individual cannot sustain or see what the divine purpose is, because then they would not be an individual, they would be God. M. They would have an advantage, wouldn't they? Then we would be another human being, we would be another form of life. We would be, we would not be human beings, we would be something else. So, your soul's purpose is the function that each of the cells captures from that divine purpose. And that is your life, that is your purpose, because you, as a cell, can act like a cell, I suppose you could say a cancerous one, that acts on its own, does whatever it wants, reproduces, and causes chaos in the environment. Or it can be a cell that understands its function, in which organ it is. And not only does it understand it, but life itself makes you feel fulfilled and blessed when you fulfill your function. The point is to discover it. Of course. So, when everyone is in purpose, everyone is acting like a cell, fulfilling their function within the organ, and in turn, that organ is acting within a larger organism, which is what we call God, which we cannot comprehend, just as my lung knows nothing about my kidney, okay? And it knows nothing about my heart, but they work together. Together, I understand. And all the learnings that we set for ourselves, right? Before incarnating, all that is within the soul's plan, it's within the purpose, or is it separate? It's within that. What happens is that when we incarnate as a soul, yes, we have to differentiate between two aspects. Every human being has a purpose, but that purpose is conditioned and limited by our karma. Karma are the causes we have generated in the past, even if we don't have explicit memory of it, we can understand our karma by the effects in our lives, okay? So, purpose in the terms we were discussing is your future, okay? It is your destiny, it is where you are heading, and karma is your past, okay? So, we incarnate, and it's a game between this duality, my karma and my dharma. Dharma is purpose, and karma are the conditionings. They are united because your purpose involves resolving and freeing yourself from karma in order to free yourself as a human being to live your dharma, to live your purpose. But a human being finds themselves at a unique point of balance. Each human being has a game, we could say, between these forces, their karma and their dharma, their karma and their purpose. So, the purpose for everyone is to understand that we have karma and that we must fully accept it and live it consciously. If I don't live it consciously, we return to what we were saying before. Repeated patterns. Of course. When I live it consciously, I find a new paradigm, I therefore find an internal transformation, and I simply transcend that problem and I am freeing a part of the karma. So, there are human beings who have much heavier karma and are much more conditioned by reactions from the environment. And there are human beings who are much more liberated from karma and therefore are more focused on the creative process of purpose, of believing, of manifesting, but it is always a game between these two forces, and you can free yourself completely from your karma. Of course, when you free yourself completely from your karma, you are a master and technically you no longer need to incarnate. That is, you die or you don't die because consciousness cannot die. Okay. But this body, this vehicle, and also this plane, this vehicle we use, no longer requires, it no longer requires this vehicle. We require a different vehicle for consciousness to continue evolving, because karma has to do with personality, okay? Karma has to do with your mental, emotional, and physical world, okay? So, when you have transmuted all that karma, it means that this energetic field, these energetic fields we call personality, first, are already a perfect instrument for the soul, because the soul and the being can be 100% incarnated here, okay? These are the great avatars who come, and whose own actions and their own lives have an enormous impact on collective consciousness for millennia. Why? By chance, right? By the energetic impact they have generated. And why have they generated that energetic impact? Because in their personality, in their incarnation, there was no karma, and therefore they have been able to radiate and transfer all the power of being. And that transforms the planetary aura, and that is why it has such a great impact, and that positively conditions the consciousness of millions and billions of human beings. So, all of us, to our extent, are playing that game. Of course. It's just that to a greater or lesser extent, when you no longer have karma, you no longer need to incarnate. Masters can create a body at will, they can create a body, they can come, they can disappear, they can act here, but they are no longer subject to karma, they are no longer subject to rebirth, they no longer have to go through the body of a person. And in fact, if they were to go through the body of a father and a mother to be born, they would automatically acquire karma. That is why there are masters or very evolved beings, yes? who at birth may have to go through their karmic trials because they have acquired karma from their parents. What is the difference between a very evolved being and a less mature being? Everyone will go through trials, but a very evolved being, even if they acquire that karma, will potentially transcend their karma very quickly and will immediately enter into service and purpose. Ready? A human being who has not yet gone through those lessons will go more slowly. So, they will have an awakening perhaps at 40, at 50. Or at 65, or perhaps never, because they are still in an experimentation, a maturation where there is not yet that consciousness, and they learn through trial and error, through pleasure and pain. That is also experience, it is part of the evolutionary process, but it is not a self-conscious evolutionary process, okay? It is a more unconscious evolutionary process, okay? So, you can go against that plan. You can go against it, and you will suffer a lot. You can even die without having done what you had to do or not. It is not the same to go against that plan. Okay. It is not the same to go against it as to be unconscious, okay? They are different things. What is the difference? Going against it would be a path of black magic. Oh, okay. Okay. It would be going against the evolutionary process, okay? From the unconsciousness of what it implies, but acting consciously so that your selfish desires prevail over the collective. That is black magic. Me first, then me, and then mine, okay? That's what we call elites, and we say, "Why do they act like that?" But why are they so selfish? Why do they want to accumulate so much? Because they are sick with ego. Mm. They are black magicians because they have developed a lot of capacity for manifestation, but they use it for their personal benefit. Okay? Even so, this would be another topic because that also forms part of the divine purpose, even if we cannot fully comprehend it. Of course, that is very different from a person who acts with unconsciousness. They simply do not yet have enough consciousness to realize the cause and effect and the repercussions of their actions. So, they can harm themselves or harm others, but out of unconsciousness. Just as a child is not aware of the repercussions, and you have to teach them that, hey, when someone says something you don't like, it's not okay to hit the other child. Of course, you have to learn to dialogue, or if you don't know how to manage it, tell the teacher. So, we can see that reflection in the biological development of a child, how they go through different stages, but we must understand that there is an equivalent conscious development that has nothing to do with the age of your body. So, there are more mature consciousnesses and less mature consciousnesses. Okay, when we talk about going against it, we would be talking about sick consciousnesses, which is different. It's not immature, it's sick. Just like a person who is already 30 years old and has hair down there and all that, still hits people. They have a mental illness, but in a child it's normal, so there's an important nuance. Okay. So, to what extent does free will exist? Ah, good question. There is a wise man, and I say wise man because I am very bad with names, but I have heard him, he says, "Free will is the capacity you have to make mistakes. That is free will." So, making mistakes is part of the process because you make mistakes until you realize the effect your actions have and therefore you change. But everyone, what does everyone want? They want to be happy, they want to feel fulfilled, to enjoy life. So, there is a path to achieve that, and that is the path of spiritual growth. Yes? So, there is free will. It is the capacity we have to separate ourselves from the collective evolutionary process, to separate ourselves from life, to separate ourselves from God, and to generate suffering in our lives, and it is part of it until suffering becomes our teacher and teaches us that there is a path that brings us joy. So, yes, there is free will, but it is a free will that is actually guided, and it is guided through our consciousness. So, when there is little consciousness, free will is simply more conditioned by our conditionings. When there is no consciousness, then we act according to our programming, according to our conditionings, according to traditions, according to culture, according to the environment. Of course. And we call that free will, but in reality, you are conditioned. Uh, you vote left or right because of your conditioning, or you are a fan of Real Madrid or Barça or whatever team it is because of your conditioning, even if you believe you have chosen it. Of course, it's your cultural conditioning. When there is more consciousness, we gradually free ourselves from that conditioning, and then we begin to act through the voice of conscience. And the voice of conscience does not have free will, it has a path, okay? And you still have the right to make mistakes, but the more consciousness you have, the more aware you will be of the suffering of not following that voice of conscience. The more consciousness you have, the more you will realize that the only valid path for you is purpose, even if it costs you to sacrifice many things. Hm. What a good But if there is no consciousness, you will not realize that. So, you are directed by conditioning of whatever type. Okay. I am not going to get into purpose yet. Indicate. So, if there is any aspect in your life that is not flowing, is that because there is an energetic blockage or not? Generally, but not always. If there are always nuances because there are always exceptions, right? To any rule. Generally, yes, obviously, and what should be done from a paradigm and a level of consciousness perhaps a little higher than many people act, would be to look at the energetic state, okay? Because that will give you a much faster capacity to resolve, it will allow you to understand the map much more clearly. If you don't look at the energetic, you are only seeing part of the map. Of course. But it's not always like that. It can also be karma. And that karma sometimes implies living things. It implies living things. If you have to live an experience, there is a part that perhaps you can soften or you can transcend, or there is a moment when you are karmically enabled to move on to a next lesson, but there are lessons that you have to go through. So, sometimes part of that spiritual growth is simply realizing that there are things you have to live, and the learning is not to resolve them, but to live them with coherence, to live them with integrity, and to allow those experiences to transform you. Okay? This can be seen very clearly, well, I don't know, sometimes when you have an accident, or I don't know, maybe you are a father and your son dies. Mm. So, these are experiences where you say, "Ah, no, if I had looked at it energetically, I wouldn't have had to live that." So, you can decide, you can say, "No, this is nonsense because you can do whatever you want, but the reality is that the only thing in your hands is how you are going to live it." And there is a way of living it that will transform you and make you a better human being and help you evolve. And there is another way of living it that will generate unnecessary pain and suffering that you will later have to heal. Okay? So, in the end, pragmatism. And that doesn't mean you don't look energetically. What do you do in these cases? You can still use this energetic knowledge to realize that you can transcend it much faster. I'll give an example that many people will understand. When, for example, a relationship ends, yes? If that relationship has to end, it's done, but perhaps it hurts you, it generates suffering, there is attachment. If you heal it energetically, the grieving process will be infinitely faster, but infinitely faster than if you don't work on yourself energetically. And some people, even after years, are still dealing with these things because most people are not aware of their capacity to act on their energetic fields, and therefore we live with what happens to us without being able to consciously act on it, and we have normalized having trauma or having pain and accumulating it, and that being normal when in reality, well, if you get physically dirty, what you do is bathe and shower. Of course. And there are days when you don't need to get very dirty. You shower and bathe because you know you feel good and because you don't need to be covered in [ __ ] to bathe. Of course, of course. That same logic also applies to energetic worlds. So, your emotions, your thoughts, the vital energy you absorb from the environment, from interactions, can also be cleaned. The problem is that when we start this path, it would be the equivalent of saying, "You know what? I'm 40 years old, but I've been living my whole life without showering, and now I'm going to start showering." And perhaps you expect that in one shower you will get rid of all the tangles, you will get rid of all the layers of all the layers of dirt, the wounds that have been generated on your body, on your skin by the accumulation, and you won't have to start this habit now, but understand that it might take you a few years to get rid of all that and for your body to heal and for your skin to normalize, you might even have scars left, and that's okay. So, the problem, what is the problem? It's not that the result isn't what you would like or isn't happening fast enough, the problem is that you haven't showered for 40 years. Of course, it's exactly the same energetically, and it takes time. It's a process. Of course. Okay. So, what advice or what do you recommend that a person who feels that, you know, things aren't flowing for them, that there are blockages, that things fall apart, that nothing is really taking off? What three or four things can that person look at to get a map of the situation? Because many times, and I've been in that position, saying, "Damn, nothing is working out for me, or I don't know what's happening, I can't see the path, and I'm lost and saying, [ __ ] I don't know where to turn." What advice would you give to a person in that situation now? It depends on the person, okay? It depends, because not everyone needs the same tools, nor do they have the capacity or openness to see the best solutions. So, everyone is at a level of consciousness, and certain tools will resonate with them, okay? So, speaking generally, from my perspective, the first thing is to learn the skill of perceiving and consciously directing energy to heal your life. The first thing, without a doubt, because that will be a skill that will transform your life enormously, exponentially, in every area. When you know how to do that, it will be the equivalent, to use an analogy, of telling a person who has poor emotional management that they can recommend yoga, or that they can light incense when they get home, or reduce their coffee intake, or you can recommend that they learn emotional intelligence, which is better than the ritual, although it can help, or learn emotional intelligence. Well, what I am telling people who resonate is learn about energy. Of course, because energy is a meta-skill that implies that you can work at the mental, emotional, and physical level, that you can work on your relationships, that you can work on your decision-making, that you can work on analyzing the causes of any situation you are experiencing. It's too good not to start there. Of course, it's having a higher vision really, it's changing your paradigm. M. Just like there is a paradigm shift. Here I will make a leap that is perhaps a bit exaggerated, but there is a paradigm shift in how a chimpanzee and a human perceive reality. There is a paradigm shift in how a human being who has developed this perception and a human being who has not developed it perceives reality. Of course. So, don't be a primate, be your best version. Understand that as a human being, you have the potential to develop capacities of being that are increasingly being known, but that we have not yet trained and that we have not had that education, and that in the near future, I am convinced that in the next two centuries this will happen, this will be taught universally in schools. But hey, we are in the Middle Ages in this regard, so let's do our homework. Learn that, learn it, okay? Learn it with whomever you resonate with. Learn it with any master you resonate with, learn it with me, learn it with whomever you want, but learn it. Learn it on your own, or learn it with a mentor, with a master who can help you, or both, which is what I recommend. Learn it, that's the first thing. If we start from here, of course, if we have this skill, for me, what I would tell you would then revolve around this, it wouldn't be other things, it would be apply this now to these specific aspects, and here we would enter a more technical aspect, okay? But the next thing, okay? To say, "Okay, we assume this, but the person also wants to have other tools." Meditate. Okay. Meditate. What is meditation? Meditation is the capacity you have to master your mind. So, you have learned naturally, instinctively, to master your body. You have learned to walk, you have learned to move, but when a baby is born, they don't control, their brain is not connected to their nervous system, and without realizing it, you have connected your intention, that is, your volitional aspect, with your brain, with your nervous system, and you act without thinking because you have achieved more or less perfect mastery of your body. So, you must also achieve mastery of your emotional body and your mental body. Okay? That, due to the evolutionary process of the human being, we have not yet developed instinctively. We need training. And the tool that will allow you to master your emotional world and your mental world is meditation. Meditation is the capacity you have to focus your attention. So, surely we all have the image of having seen people with damaged nervous systems, yes? And who move their bodies compulsively. They can't stay still. In fact, there is a disease with a name, I don't remember it now, a syndrome of something, where they have spasms, or people who cannot contain what they are thinking and they say it, and sometimes they are people who even insult. This is Tourette's syndrome, right? Exactly. And we see that that is dysfunctional. They have lost control of their body. Well, are you aware that at an internal level, most people operate in that way? Hm, they are generating thoughts and emotions compulsively. The only difference between Tourette's syndrome and you is that in the other case, they cannot control it in their body, there is no barrier, so they externalize it, but it is not normal for you to be concatenating thoughts all the time, feeling emotions, reacting, it is not normal. It means there is an immaturity in your growth process, which is not only biological, but biology grows on its own. You will get older, you will grow, you will reach your peak, but you have to direct your internal emotional and mental growth. So, since we have not been educated in this, since we have not focused, yes, we are very, we are very green in that aspect. If it were trained from childhood, we would reach maturity perhaps at 20, 30 years old. With this, and I'm not saying everyone, because it will depend on many factors, but a very large percentage of the population would have it mastered. It doesn't matter. It's never too late to learn to read, it's never too late to learn to write, it's never too late to master your mind. So, meditate. Meditating in the first instance is controlling your emotional world, your emotional, mental world, and as a consequence, your physical world. Because if you control your thoughts, your emotions, you control your actions. That is the first stage. The second stage, when you advance further in the meditative process, you will no longer need the practice of meditation so much, because you will begin to experience the state of meditation naturally. When you begin to experience the state of meditation, that is, your mind is quiet, it thinks when it needs to think, and when it doesn't, it is silent, naturally, you will be enabled to begin to project your consciousness from the personal mind to the universal mind or to the abstract mind. That is, to project it yourself, correct? It is the key to connecting with the soul. So, when your mind is quiet, your consciousness is no longer trapped by the world of thoughts and emotions. So, your consciousness can travel outside the personality. This, when they talk about, for example, remote viewing, which is very fashionable now, right? Seeing, it's nothing more than the capacity you have to project your consciousness, but in remote viewing, you often project on this plane, okay? But what if you understood that you can project your consciousness to another dimension? So, you learn to elevate your consciousness, you take it out of the personality and take it to a higher level, which is a causal level and a level of the soul, and that absolutely changes your perception. Wow. You are in the fifth dimension, if we want to talk in those terms. The fifth dimension is a state of consciousness, but it is a state of consciousness that is becoming easier to access, but no matter how easy it is to access, you have to learn to do it. And when they talk about the change of era to a fifth dimension, there will be no three days of darkness, nor will there be an instantaneous change. My opinion, okay? False. What will happen here is that more and more human beings will live in the fifth dimension in their consciousness, and they will begin to organize society based on that new consciousness, okay? And it will be a process of generational and evolutionary change. So, we first, just like in manifestation, change our consciousness internally, individually. That individual consciousness begins to manifest in many individuals, and then from that new consciousness, we begin to act on the physical plane in a different way, and therefore we begin to generate different causes that will produce different effects in the future, and that is what we call a new reality. So, second, meditation. I think with these two, you'll be well served. What was the question for a person to put their life in order? Yes. Third, writing. Okay. Journaling. I don't know what journaling is, but you grab a notebook and start writing, emptying your head onto the paper. Of course. Empty your head onto the paper and realize which areas of your life are producing the most pain, because that will give you a lot of clarity, okay? That will help you transform yourself immediately, and it will also be a form of liberation. M. So, write, write, write, write, not about just anything, but about those aspects that you begin to identify as causing you the most pain, and that will bring you relief and give you clarity, you will be able to see it externally. What did you ask me for? Four or five? Because I'll give you one more. There was no number, but go ahead. You know what happens? And this is complicated for me because every time you speak, many more things come to mind that I want to ask you, and I see the timer passing. How long have we been? In theory, we've been almost an hour and 20, more or less. Uh, many topics will remain open. I was already thinking, we need to do a second interview. I personally am enjoying it a lot. I hope the people watching this are also enjoying it. If so, leave a comment, give the video a like, subscribe to the channel, and continue, Dica, please. Fourth, and I'll finish with this. Come on. Learn the master skill of perceiving, mastering, and consciously directing energy. That will give you an accelerated capacity for analysis, for understanding causes, and for healing at another level, another paradigm of a new humanity, if you allow me to speak in those terms. Second, meditation. Understand that you did not come here only to grow biologically, but to grow internally. And meditation will allow you to master your mental world, your emotional world, and therefore your physical world. Through the development of attention, you will become a conscious creator of reality, because meditation will give you a much more powerful and concentrated capacity for intentionality and thought, and it will open the doors in that process that each one will have to live as their mind quiets down, to easily access the levels of the soul and live in the fifth dimension, which you will begin to capture first intuitively. Because when the mind is emptied of thoughts and emotions, it begins to capture intuitions, which are more subtle and come from a higher plane. When you capture intuitions and apply them, gradually, you will learn, and especially if you have training and understand internal science, to elevate your consciousness from where the intuitions come from, instead of waiting for them to come down, I will go up there, okay? And I will capture them from there. So, you will live at an intuitive level. Earlier I spoke of different levels of being: instinctive, emotional, intellectual, and intuitive. Intuition is above the other levels, it is connected with purpose. Third, while you do all this, write because it will give you a lot of clarity about your life, about those aspects. Do you want a technique to read karma? Yes. Infallible. Yes. Observe your life. Yes, please. Observe your life, that's it. Okay. Okay. Your life is your karma, okay? The results you see are your karma. There is an area where you feel fulfilled, you feel good, good karma. There is an area where you feel bad or feel suffering or difficulties, bad karma. Okay, karma are lessons. So, write because it will help you immensely to clarify all that karma and consciousness. Of course. And the last thing, the fourth thing would be to make decisions. When you realize what is there, make decisions. And decisions can be of two types. The first I connect with the ability to heal, and it is when you identify that. I believe you and I have spoken of transmutation, apply transmutation. Transmutation is the most basic way, because we could go into deeper and energetic science, but the most basic is to observe your tensions, observe your pains without judgment, and you will see how they begin to diminish, how that energy begins to decrease. So, observe that is an internal decision. I will stop avoiding this that makes me uncomfortable, and I will face it without generating new mental and emotional content, because then I load it. But if I don't recharge it with new thoughts and emotions, what I do is discharge it, because energy is finite. Even the biggest trauma is an accumulation of energy. When I observe it with consciousness, yes, and I sustain that pain, that discomfort without generating anything new, what I am doing is depleting that energy through my own observation, internal action, and external action or decisions, which would be perhaps you have to have a conversation with someone, perhaps you have to say no to something, perhaps you have to set boundaries, perhaps there is a situation that right now you know how to change, but you can project it for 3 years to change it, and that implies, by reverse psychology, if I want to be there, I have to start doing this, and you start making decisions based on that. Okay. And with these four, I think we'll be well served. To what extent can we turn to someone for help with this? Because the first thing that comes to mind is, "Okay, imagine you have an energetic blockage, right? And you identify it, or someone tells you, 'No, you have energetic blockages and all that.'" To what extent can you turn to someone to remove those blockages? Or is it work that you have to do internally? No, you can turn to someone. Have you had mentors? Yes, of course. Yes. To what extent can you turn to a mentor for help? Depends how much you pay. Ah, well, exactly the same. It's exactly the same. In this case, the spiritual or energetic mentor will give you guidance. For example, this talk, for many, could be a mentorship, but this mentorship could be personalized to each person's particular case, and then the next thing is that a person from outside can access your energetic field. That's what I wanted to say. Of course. And both things can be done at the same time. I, in fact, when I do a session, I work on these two levels, on the part where you and I can be operating now, but also at the same time acting energetically while the person, excuse me, while the person is talking and explaining their problems. You can see how their energetic field reacts and you can cleanse what is being generated and give it consciousness, and you can also teach them tools so that that person does not become dependent, but gains autonomy, okay? Okay, but to what extent can the person be in a passive role? That is, can I let myself be helped, do nothing, and have the other person help me? It depends on what needs to be healed to a relatively high degree, but obviously if the person depends on what we understand by passivity, if there is absolute passivity, even if you can help that person, yes, the process is very limited. It is very limited. So, it comes to mind an example, and it is, imagine you are in rehabilitation, okay? Right? And the person helps you.
And it helps you to move, but you also have to make an effort. Of course, if you are totally passive, the rehabilitation one can help you, it can help you a little, but it will be limited, right? Participate in the process. So, it's a bit absurd to talk about that. What happens? That there are people who can arrive and due to their internal chaos, their lack of clarity, they can have a very big self-sabotage, okay? that leads them to passivity. But then it is already, uh, the task of the mentor, in this case, or the energetic healer or the spiritual mentor, to make that person see and to find the path to resolve that self-sabotage, because maybe that person has a goal, but before you, and you can help them work on that goal energetically, but you don't have to give them so many guidelines to keep working on it, but rather you have to give them guidelines to correct that tendency, so that they don't self-sabotage, so that they understand the importance, give them a new framework, a new paradigm so that they can understand the benefit, so that they can understand the harm of not doing it, okay? And that is didactic work, it is very coaching work and many times it is very Socratic work of not telling the person what to do, but asking them the right questions so that they themselves learn to tell themselves the things they need to tell themselves, find the answers they are not seeing. Okay? So everything is part of that process. It now depends on the skill and mastery of the person who helps you, because they may be very specialized at an energetic level, but at other levels it may be more difficult for them, but in the end, everything goes hand in hand. You can help a person when you have evolved beyond that. Of course. To a certain degree. Yes. Yes. The ex-addict can help addicts. The, I was going to say battered woman, but I'm going to say the battered man because he can help battered men or the woman because they have gone through that experience. So, experience is learning. When you transcend it, that learning that is experienced as emotional pain is transmuted into wisdom, and that wisdom can be transmitted, okay? So, it depends on each case. But healing is not just acting energetically. You can heal through words if you are wise. You can transform a person's paradigm, inspire, guide through words. So, the ideal is not to see things as separate, but to understand that you operate on all those levels and depending on the case, on the passivity of each circumstance, there are tools that will be more important or more priority or less, okay? But you have a great capacity to help another person from the outside energetically if we speak from a technical energetic point of view, okay? That is, they can give you the fish and they can teach you to fish. Yes. Okay. And sometimes you have to do both. Both things. Done. Now, yes, I think it's time to get into purpose. I'm looking at the timer and and it's just, no, I don't want us to finish the interview without talking about the topic. How do we connect with that purpose? Indica. And I know it might be too broad a question, right? Or too much, but well, I know you'll be able to figure it out. There are two purposes. Okay. That's the first thing we should understand. Go ahead. What we normally call purpose, what people call purpose or look for is vocational purpose, okay? Very often linked to ikigai. We'll talk about that now because it's important and I think there are formulas to connect with it, okay? But there is another purpose that is more important, it is the essential purpose, the vocational and the essential. Yes. The vocational purpose, sorry, the essential purpose has to do with realizing the deep meaning of our life. The essential purpose is the same for everyone. I don't know if I can spoil the next guest. Yes, go ahead, go ahead. You told me Raimonda was coming. Correct. I think he, because I've read a little about him, but I've read something and he's going to talk very well about this. Ask him. Okay. The essential purpose is the same for everyone, because all human beings long for the same thing. Some human beings will say it is happiness. Others who have pursued happiness will have realized that it is not happiness, it is peace. Hm. And others who have remained and have gone through that peace will realize that it is fulfillment. Okay? It depends on where you seek that purpose from. If it's more from the ego, from the personality, where you start to see an integration between what you think, feel, and do, or from the soul. It's the same on different levels, like when we talked about love and desire. Yes, that's the same for everyone. So, not having an essential purpose generates a lot of suffering, and everyone needs a purpose. So, people place their purpose in, for example, their professional identity, in their work, or in their family identity. This happens a lot with mothers, for example, and then when the children leave, they realize that, wow, they have to rebuild themselves because they have poured that inherent energy in all of us into specific aspects of life because they haven't understood what the essential purpose is. The essential purpose is to realize that you are here to evolve, and that is very important. You are not here to necessarily enjoy or to achieve certain specific results. You are here to evolve. That is the framework. If you don't have something well framed, you will always reach wrong conclusions. The framework is the main thing, it is where everything else will sit and find its own hierarchy of values. That essential purpose has to do with learning to love the present moment. M and that is very profound, and you have to understand the value of that. What is loving the present moment? It is realizing that you have the capacity to feel good now, regardless of your circumstances. It can be more challenging or less, but it is a subjective internal state that you are living due to conditioning, due to reactivity, and when you get out of it, you can live it through consciousness. So, when you are capable of focusing your consciousness on this present instant, you will realize that life is constantly speaking to you. And I have spoken about the language of life through energy, but there is a more basic way, which is through your sensations, because energy manifests in your body. So, a large part of suffering comes because we do not accept this present instant because we have physical tensions that we are not aware of, which come from emotional, mental tensions, which in turn come from energies. Okay? But if every time I feel uncomfortable, instead of avoiding it or fleeing from it, I learn to accept it, I learn to develop an internal attitude of non-resistance or surrender. Surrender is not giving up and stopping playing. Surrender is stopping generating resistance. When I am generating resistance, I am limiting my energy. Every resistance takes energy from me. Every resistance takes consciousness from me because it is a part of my psyche that is trapped in trying to resist certain things. So, the moment I realize that I can simply surrender to it and that instead of a renunciation of something specific, it is an accumulation of power and consciousness, life becomes an essential purpose every instant. So, that must be your main goal. Imagine if you want. I don't like promoting this so much because there are ideas that are being shared out there now that don't resonate with me much, but deep down, yes, life is a game. Mm. So it's like if you're not living your essential purpose, you're linking the game to the outcome, not to the enjoyment. Okay? So you play to have fun. Learn to enjoy. That essential purpose is accessible to everyone now. And if someone doesn't feel fulfilled, doesn't feel happy, it's because they are not playing their essential purpose, because it makes every day a challenge with its own learnings, and it also makes every day a real opportunity to grow. So, when you play a game, you don't know how to play it, and you get killed all the time and you don't advance, you get bored. Of course, that's why there are so many frustrated people. M but when you learn to play that game and you become more skillful and you see that you are gaining skills and that you are gaining abilities, of course. And you start to enjoy it, you have to learn to play the game of life to enjoy it. So, that essential purpose is for everyone. You will take away from here the process of transformation that you have completed in this life. You will leave this body, and you will be the human being you were in the last instant before leaving this body. Those are the only benefits you will take to the other side, because this is not about material evolution or the evolution of forms or biological evolution, it is about the evolution of your consciousness, okay? Consciousness uses appropriate forms or bodies to be able to evolve. Consciousness, when consciousness evolves, needs more refined forms, but not the other way around. So, it's very good that you take care of your body, it's very good that you achieve material things, but always remember that what needs to evolve is your consciousness. That is the essential purpose. So, when you enter into your essential purpose, you will be able to find your vocational purpose much more easily because it is within you. So, regarding vocational purpose, there are some distortions, I think. And it is that many times vocational purpose is always linked to a form of monetization. Mm. Okay, okay, okay. And it's not always like that. Okay. It's not always like that. Your essential purpose will tell you that, be aware. So, you might have a vocational purpose of drawing, and although there are many ways to monetize it, and it's good, I encourage you to try to live off it, understand that even if you don't achieve it, vocational purpose fulfills an essential function in you. Because when you are in your vocational purpose, that is, doing your passion, right? You enter into a different psychological state, okay? It's true that when you do something you really like, you feel time pass very quickly, like this interview, right? And when you're doing something boring, it passes slowly, because when you're living your vocational purpose, you're in a state of inspiration or flow. Ah, okay. And that state of inspiration or flow is not just a psychological state, it's an energetic state. That's why you feel that way psychologically, because certain energies are flowing through you. Inspiration comes from the soul. It comes from purpose. So, living your vocational purpose, even without getting paid, has enormous psychological and health benefits, of inspiration. If every person dedicated a little time every day to something vocational, I think many psychological and physical illnesses would disappear, happiness rates would automatically rise, and people would age more slowly. That's intense. Or even rejuvenate, and every day would be a gift. The problem is that people don't allow themselves to reserve a space to do what they love every day. and they are trapped in the matrix of work they don't like, of logistics. So, you might not be at the point of monetizing that, but you don't have to give it up. You can have your job, which is an exchange of time for money, at least temporarily, you can have a plan, whatever you want, but that doesn't have to exclude that if you like drawing, or you like walking in nature, or you like playing a sport, or you like communicating, or whatever, you have to have a personal space reserved for that. And if it can't be every day, at least every week. So, I'll finish with this. Essential purpose. Yes, that's clear. And vocational purpose, the moment you decouple it from monetization, you'll realize it's there. Okay, but then vocational purpose is very similar to passion. Yes, we could say that in some way, I understood, as I see it, that vocational purpose would be to try to put those gifts or talents you have at the service of other people. Technically, yes. So, you can have different passions, but vocation is one. Your vocation, for example, and besides, your vocation is something that is not so concrete. For example, you can have the vocation of communicating, because your gift is communicating. Yes. You can also have other passions. Hey, I'm passionate about playing padel, I'm passionate about nature, and I'm passionate about communicating. So, vocation is always a passion, but there can be passions that are not vocational. M and there can even be skills that you are very good at that are not vocational. For example, I used to draw very well as a child, but it wasn't a passion for me. When I grew up, no, I don't want to dedicate myself to drawing. And surely many people recognize things they are good at, but they might not be a passion. But vocational passion, even if it's not one, or rather, vocational passion always implies, sorry, vocational passion, vocational purpose always implies a passion, but it's something more abstract. I'll go back to the point, my vocation is communicating. I speak figuratively, but throughout my life, perhaps I will use different ways of communicating. It could be through social media, it could be at in-person events, it could be with books, it could be in one-on-one sessions in a more intimate setting. So, that can also evolve over time. Your vocation doesn't change, but the way or the vehicle through which you develop your vocation does change. I understand. And at each moment, there is a vehicle that is the most optimal and that will make you enjoy it the most. But it might be that after some time you say, "Ugh, I don't feel like communicating so much on social media anymore, I'm going to do it, but what I feel like is writing because it's another way, I connect differently." So, there is that nuance of differentiating what vocation is from passion, and understanding that vocation is a more structural or even more abstract component that can be channeled in many ways. Okay. Okay. So, the first purpose would be something like relativizing life much more, right? Trying to enjoy it, trying to... It goes beyond relativizing, but yes, it is an important tool to learn to relativize. Okay. All right. And the vocational one would be more self-knowledge, right? Knowing what moves me, what excites me, right? Of course. Of course. And you have to differentiate them. You have to differentiate them, because otherwise you'll get confused. And many people are in search of the vocational, but they are not living the essential. And what you have to do is develop the essential. First of all, that is non-negotiable. The other can have more conditioning factors. And I would say something else. The essential purpose, since you said it, well done. That is relativizing because it adds a nuance. For you to be able to live the essential purpose, yes, you have to learn to be present. So, we'll connect that with the meditation we mentioned earlier, because presence is a form of meditation, but we'll also connect it with the soul, because the greatest capacity a human being has to relativize is contact with the soul. When you are capable of connecting with the soul, you can relativize absolutely everything that happens to your personality, because you are outside the personality. The observer has moved it to another identity, okay? There are two identities, the personal identity and the divine identity. The soul is connected to the divine identity. So, the soul, the divine identity, needs nothing, it already is. The soul is a gift and a blessing because it brings peace, it brings silence, it brings joy, it brings things that are part of you, they manifest automatically. So, when you are capable of going to the soul and observing anything that happens to you from there, that is relativizing. Wow, that's good. I think I'll rewatch this interview too, once it's published, I'll rewatch it. I recommend everyone do the same, listen to it the first time, and then perhaps even study it, right? Because and that they share, that they share, that they share. Well, of course, but but I find everything you say super interesting, and as I say, this will surely end up in another interview, not too far from now. Earlier we talked about energy, about perceiving it, etc., etc. And I really, Indica, would love for us to do something so that the people watching this at home, right? The reality creators who are connecting to this podcast, can do something simple, right? To perceive it. We can do an exercise. Yes. And I'm going to propose something if you want. Hm. I don't know if you want to or not, but in addition to this practice, which here, although we're going to do it, it will be limited because we're going to do a short practice, and it has to be short, so if you want, we can leave a free course, okay? To develop this further, as you wish. If not, we'll cut it. We'll do a free course to be able to take it much further because now we're going to do a short practice, but the interesting thing is I'm going to teach people to feel the energy between their hands. But when we do this, the important thing is to realize that when you're feeling the energy in your hands, then you can feel the energy of a plant, of an object, of an avocado, of water, and of a body too, or of a space. So, that's the interesting part, realizing that what you're feeling in your hand is a sense. Mm. Energetic that you didn't know was there, and that you're feeling like saying, "Oh, I have a body." But not only do I have a body, I can touch other things. And the texture of this is different from the texture of my skin or the texture of your hair. So, it's a sense that allows you to discover the energetic dimension of all the reality that surrounds you. So, it's a very simple exercise, but it's a door to a new dimension, and that's the interesting part, and that can be developed a bit more in more elaborate content. Okay? So, how wonderful. The first thing to do is to understand that we have a physical body, right? And we have subtle bodies. These subtle bodies are perceptible. We can develop perception and live connected to this energetic body. I, for example, am permanently connected to my energetic body and I feel the breath of my energetic body with the same clarity as my physical body. Okay? How is that done? Consciousness is generally identified with the body or with what we feel or what we think. When you realize that you can take your consciousness to space, wherever we put energy, wherever we put attention, we put energy. Therefore, even if you don't realize it and don't notice immediate effects, little by little you will be energizing your energetic fields, because your attention is no longer on the body, but on the surrounding space. Okay? What does it mean to take your consciousness to space? It means that you should be able to, by taking your attention to the space around you. At first, you have to concentrate a bit, stop looking at a fixed point, but look peripherally, because when the optic nerve focuses on something specific, the left hemisphere is activated, okay? Because the left hemisphere is related to concrete thought, and when you look at something concrete, it activates, but when you let your vision not focus on something fixed, but look panoramically, the left hemisphere is deactivated and the right hemisphere is activated, okay? And that, the right hemisphere is much more connected with energetic perception, okay? Which is the abstract, right? In fact, of course, in fact, the left hemisphere is often what limits the ability to feel energy to 10%. Okay. So, that's why it's interesting that you first deactivate your consciousness by trying to see the periphery and taking your consciousness to the space around you, and then try to imagine that the space around you inhales and exhales as if there were a gentle contraction and expansion. Contraction and expansion. And let's do this for just one minute. If your mind refocuses on something, bring your attention outward. If it's too difficult with your eyes open, close your eyes, but you should feel like a heartbeat. And find where your consciousness settles in that space. It can be closer, farther away, don't set limits, and feel the inhalation and exhalation. At first, if there isn't much sensitivity, you have to imagine it, but you have to feel that your consciousness is the space or that your mind is the space, and there you feel in your mind, in your consciousness, the inhalation and exhalation. It can be helpful to feel that inhalation. first, around the top of your head, and then from there to your whole body, because to perceive energy, it is very important or greatly facilitates the activation of the upper chakras. So, through this exercise, it is very likely that you will start to feel a kind of sensation around you, and you continue playing as if your consciousness, your mind, were filling the space, and this space were an ocean of energy, and in that ocean, very gently, you feel the undulations like an inhalation and an exhalation. And if that sensation appears and you can sustain it, you can extend it around your whole body. But if it's not very clear, keep it around your head. Remember, you can do it with your eyes closed, but if you feel well connected, you can open them with peripheral vision, and with your eyes open, the experience will be even more complete, because even some 10%, 20% if you sustain this, you can start to perceive undulations in the air because you are starting to perceive the energy that surrounds you. For that, you need to enter a deeper state. Now, this is the state, the state of consciousness in which we should be and learn to sustain ourselves very easily to operate in the energetic world. Because if I want to perceive the energetic world outside, first I have to connect with my energetic world. And many people don't perceive it because they are always disconnected from the energetic world. So, there you will notice, for most of you, with a little practice, a sensation as if we were more deactivated, as if the internal world had quieted down a bit, or a little bit of dizziness, depending on the degree of connection of each one. Now, holding that, let's activate the chakras in our hands. To activate the chakras in our hands, what we're going to do is imagine that breath in the space around our hands. We place them here. Mhm, very relaxed shoulders, and in this space I'm going to try to feel that same thing, how I inhale and exhale, and as if my fingers, my palms, felt that sensation of inhalation and exhalation, bringing all or a large part of my attention to my hands, but if possible, maintaining a little of that sensation of spaciousness around me. Let's imagine that with our consciousness we send an energetic message to our hands and fingers, a very loving one. And that loving energy is accompanied by a smile, and there is an intention, no need for words, like an intention for them to activate, and we have to feel the sensation beyond the hands. It is very likely that you are noticing some pulsations, tingling, a tingling, that is a symptom that sensitivity is being activated. Some of you will find it more difficult because it is very dormant, and others will notice it immediately because it is potentially more active, but within a week, all of us will start to awaken this sense. And now what we're going to do is, while sustaining this breath and this tension, we place our hands opposite each other, very relaxed shoulders, and we continue breathing through our palms, and very gently we will try to bring them together and separate them, but we will be very attentive to any sensation between our hands. Wow, that's good. I have a balloon between my hands. Exactly. And if we notice a balloon, a spongy sensation, a magnetism, like a pressure, something that needs to be consciously penetrated, we stay where we notice that sensation, playing with it. It is very important that you do not take your attention away from your hands and your breath. If you bring them together, because some people might have to notice it here, you can bring them together, but you have to look for where those sensations become more intense, and if you bring them too close and they disappear, separate them. Mm. Look, and if after going through this, you have to continue, even though I'm talking, there should be silence, the mind, as I explained before. Yes, yes, of course. All of that. So, if for some reason you don't notice anything clearly, it means that you have probably generated so much energy that you are inside. So, what you should do is open your hands much wider, okay? And from here, bring them together. This depends on each person because some generate a lot of energy, others generate very little, some have more sensitivity, others less. So, each person has to find the point where they notice that sphere. Okay? And there is that sensation. I don't know if you want to extend it a bit more. I think with this, I mean, I'm already quite blown away, right? Because the sensations, wow, there's a certain resistance, right? Of, I mean, you can push, it's not that you can't move your hands, but you do notice a small layer of something that... That is the bioplasmic energetic field. Now, what do I do with this? Indica. No, now when you lower it, it's plasma or bioplasmic energy because it's biological. Okay. In esoteric jargon, we could say it's the etheric field, okay? And that is the first energetic level we have. The etheric field or etheric body or bioplasmic body is what keeps your entire physical body coherent, okay? When a person dies, several things happen, but one of the things that happens is that the etheric body separates from the physical body. Hm. And then the physical body begins to degrade, okay? Technically, the cells are alive, but it begins to, what we say, decompose because the etheric body is another name. We use vital body in the school because it's a more descriptive name. It's the body that gives vitality to the physical body. For people who may have illnesses or a lot of fatigue or chronic issues, you always have to go to this body because we will find imbalances. But then, just like this body, we could do this practice by touching the emotional body, okay? And touch different emotions, and we would see that that sensation is still there, but it's different. Okay. It has a quality, a different texture. Love feels one way, joy is very different, and with each emotion it would be different. And then we could even touch thoughts, project a thought, and realize the energetic field we are generating with a thought. Wow. And that is the basis for understanding that we all have that capacity. Of course, our internal world of thoughts and emotions is energetic, and the wonderful thing is that we can perceive it, first touch it, but then we can also develop the ability to see it. The point is that perhaps you can explore a person to see blockages, but with a little training, it tells you any issue, and you can automatically see energetically where the blockages are. M and then you corroborate it by touching. And to do all these things, Indica, do you need to protect yourself in some way, or not? Yes, you need to protect yourself. Yes, you don't need to be afraid, but you do need to protect yourself when you do a practice alone, right? But when you start touching other people, yes. Okay. You don't need to go crazy about this, but what you need to protect yourself from is ignorance, above all. So, you are constantly exchanging energy with people. When you talk to someone and that person thinks you're an idiot, they're sending you that thought form. Or, when you hug someone, or when you shake hands with someone, or when you enter a place, you are constantly interacting with energy and getting contaminated. Now, when you interact consciously from this energetic consciousness with someone, the exchange is greatly magnified, okay? Because with more energy, more consciousness, the transfer is much greater. If I am disconnected in my energetic field and I hug you, the transfer, although it will happen and depends on your emotional state, you will transmit something cool or something bad to me. Of course. But if I hug you after doing this exercise and connecting with my energetic field, then the transfer will multiply by 10 at least, and by 100. So, you have to be careful with that, but it's not a caution of being afraid. I insist, what we should be afraid of is ignorance. In fact, learning this and learning the safety tools will give you much more protection than you have without knowing it, but you have to learn it, obviously. How? Just as we have learned to feel energy, we learn certain protection tools, and more importantly, don't get paranoid about protecting yourself, okay? but above all, you have to learn to clean yourself, because getting dirty is guaranteed. Don't leave your house, don't think, don't feel, don't do anything because, of course, do nothing, become a stone. So, you will get dirty. What you have to learn is to clean yourself. Hey, I left home looking divine, but when I get home, I'm going to put this clothes in the wash. I'm not going to say, "Mm, I didn't get that dirty. You know what? Since it doesn't smell bad, I'll keep it." Some will do it, huh? Okay. And okay, one thing is, well, that, impregnating yourself with certain energy. Can you, I mean, can you get parasitized in some way? Yes, of course. Okay. Parasitization is the norm. Ah, it's the norm. It's the norm. Everyone, and especially those who lack energetic consciousness, is parasitized. Okay. And we have to understand this would be for another podcast, but we have to understand. I was looking at the time, that actually earlier when I looked at the time and said we had been going for so long, no, not at all, because the real timing is there, and now I'm seeing, we still have a good 10 minutes, Nica, so I'm going to keep asking you questions for the situation. Go ahead with this. Yes, yes. There are, just as we talk about energies, there are many types of parasites, but we have to differentiate between two large groups of parasites, okay? There are artificial parasites, yes? And natural parasites, so to speak. Natural parasites are energetic forms that live in the environment, okay? that have a formation, we could say, foreign to the creative power of human beings, and there we would enter a very broad topic. But then there are parasites created by human beings. Wow, when you, just as we talked about creating reality, right? We started the podcast with that, and we talked about very beautiful things, but what happens when you create a reality of [ __ ] M or what happens when you are creating hatred or criticism or fear, and you are constantly feeling and thinking and worrying, you are creating an energetic form. Okay? So, when we create in the... That's a thought form, or is it not a thought form? So, a thought form is I think about something. If that thought has no emotional charge, most likely that thought will pass and not reproduce. But if it has an emotional charge, due to the emotional link, the emotion gives it life, and I will experience it again. Many people when they start meditating say, "Wow, I can't silence my mind because your energetic field is full of thought forms, and what you're doing is watching them pass. That's why you have so many intrusive thoughts." Of course. So, what should be done? Clean those thought forms, and when your aura is clean, your mind is silent. Okay. Okay. But a thought form, when it is recurrently fed, becomes a thought entity because you give it life, you are a creator, so you are creating life. In the same way that when you mix masculine and feminine energy with the genital organs on the physical plane, you create a body, when you mix masculine and feminine energy, that is, mind and emotion on the subtle planes, you create a body too, okay? you create a life, and that energetic entity will have a nature and a consciousness equivalent to the quality of the thought and emotions with which you have nourished it. So, human beings are full of very negative or moderately negative thought entities that they have created themselves and are not aware of. But they are not inert things. A thought entity wants to survive, and it wants to manifest through you. So, a thought entity is what I might be talking to someone, and that thought entity appears and says, for example, mm, put yourself above him. Mm, uh, show him that you are better, that you know more, that you know more. And you say, "Wow, this thought I'm having." And we've normalized it. That is a form of life that lives in your energetic field and appears because it sees an opportunity to feed itself. Wow. So, when you feed, for example, that ego and that pride, and you put yourself above, and the other, and you enter into that dynamic, that thought form takes over, it's like it overlays your energetic field and feeds itself. Okay? It feeds itself, and then when it's fed, it disappears until it sees another opportunity. And much of what we call "I am like this," "I have this character," or vices, all of that, are thought entities. Wow. That have a life of their own. And not only that, they can be seen, they can be touched, you can talk to them, and they will tell you what their nature is and what they want, and they can, of course, be transmuted, which is one of the tools we teach, for example, in the school. Uh, this is very heavy, it's very heavy. Look, I recently, well, not that long ago, discovered a book called, What is it? Sec, no, Decrees of Saint-Germain, I think it's called, okay? Yes. And inside there is an explanation of a technique with the violet flame, okay? And basically it teaches you to use the violet flame. And one day before sleeping, I said, I'm going to use the violet flame to see what happens. And I started imagining the flame, etc., etc., through my energetic field, and I start to hear, and this is heavy, Indica, a super high-pitched voice saying, "No, no, this, this not." Something like that, okay? A conversation, and I truly identified that that voice was not mine. So, all of this is related to what you're saying. Yes, 100%. Wow. When we talk about thinking, I'm going crazy, but no, no, no. When we talk about cleaning your shadow, for example, in shamanism, they talk about the shadow. Okay. The shadow is this, it's this whole ecosystem of parasitic energies that you have generated. And the shadow is composed of vital energy, emotional energy, and mental energy. M. So, the work on the shadow is to clean all of that. What happens is that the shadow has a life of its own. It has a life of its own. It acts through you. The ego acts through you. You say, "I don't want to, but my ego made me do it." It's an entity that acts through you. So, these entities possess you. It's a possession. The only difference when I talked about artificial energetic forms created by humans and exogenous ones is that there are other types of possessions that can be other entities not created by humans that can possess you, and we all have more or less that image, and The Exorcist and all that. That's real, but you have to understand that possession exists in many degrees, and you don't need your neck to twist and your face to change to talk about possession, or to go crazy and do something crazy. Yes, yes, yes, yes. There are possessions, constant micro-possessions that are part of the reality of, I would dare to say, practically the entire population that is not aware of how this operates, because the problem with these entities is that the carrier of the entity and the creator of the entity identifies with it. they don't see it as something external, but as a characteristic that they may or may not like, they may accept it or deny it, the shadow, what you reject, but they see it as their own, right? They see it as an entity that is parasitizing them and inhabiting their internal space. Okay? And when they are seen and can be perceived, one, let's say, wakes up quite a bit and gets in a hurry to eliminate them. M of course, because they are not pleasant. Yes, yes, yes, yes. They are not pleasant. Okay. If we talk about possession, we could talk about demons or negative parasitic entities, larvae, many of these things, but we have to understand that they are energy. M and these parasites, since they are energy, their form can change, okay? It's not like the physical body, which is very dense; an emotion can change a lot, a thought also. These entities can change. So, you have to learn to clean them. But when one confronts or one is not aware of what this framework of knowledge is and the tools to be able to eliminate them, one can feel very overwhelmed because in their quest for survival, they can take on very terrifying or monstrous forms when you see them face to face to intimidate you, because depending on the nature, because a parasitic entity of fear is not the same as one of sadness or one of attachment or one of guilt or one of shame or one of intense pain or one of each one has its characteristic, its quality, and takes on an appearance, but some, especially when we have fed them for a long time, are very large and strong, they can take on a very threatening appearance or they can manipulate us, perhaps not threateningly, but they manipulate us as if it were something good. In fact, it must be said. Hm. Obviously, a barrier would have to be placed here, but in the spiritual world, when they talk about guides and channelings, I would dare to say that 85% or 90% are parasitizations. Wow. And they are not necessarily bad. They can tell you nice things, they can be very learned, they can be like a parasite of vanity, it can be very sophisticated and it can even be an attribute valued by our society. So, there are entities of this type that are sophisticated and feed a lot on the channeler who believes they are channeling something external and who feeds it, and moreover, since it is something positive, the identification is very strong with it because they don't reject it, and this can be seen energetically when a person is channeling. You can see which chakras are activating and where the message is coming from. You can see if there is a great activation of the crown and it comes from the soul levels, or if, for example, there is an activation, a deactivation of the upper chakras and it comes from the solar plexus or the sexual chakra or whatever. Or sometimes there can be a positive channeling, but you can see that even though it comes from a positive source, there is a distortion, and the channeler, due to their own projections or whatever, is putting their own content. So, everything is valid, and this can be seen with relative ease if you have the tools to perceive energy. So, that is a criterion. We started with this, a discernment to be able to differentiate the true from the false, and the best from the worst. Mowendica, I am truly enjoying this immensely. We have never had a conversation like this, you and I know each other so deeply, right? We always end up talking about business. Well, that's where I come from. That's where I come from. Ah, but well. Ah, I'm very sure that this isn't over, that we'll have, I mean, we'll have to do more interviews, and I venture to say at least a couple more, because, well, I've been left with many things on the back burner, and I've enjoyed it immensely, Indica. So, thank you very much for this time, and we'll see each other in the future, we'll see each other in the future. Of course. Yes, thank you very much for the invitation. By the way, do you take supplements? No, I have taken, I have taken, I have taken. Ah, well. Okay. Tell me, tell me, because look, I have this little gift for you, this is from our sponsor Bi Farma, and it's Omega3. And it's good omega 3. I take it, okay? I'm not recommending something I don't take. I've been taking this omega 3 for a long time, and I can assure you it's very good. And besides, you who will notice the, I mean, you'll notice the difference with anything else, you'll see that it's very good. Well, thank you very much. Yes, I have taken supplements, I'm not taking them now. I was going to say yes, I take them, but I take seawater and some other things. Okay. Biohacking, very interesting. But we'll leave that for 3, you don't take them, huh? No, currently not, but I have taken them, so I appreciate it a lot. And besides, my partner does take them. Ah, well, look, you'll have some for you and your family. Of course. We'll take the Omega and we'll see next time. Tell me how it suited me when we meet. Come on, my hair has to shine, my eyes, right? And my teeth whiter. Thank you very much. Well, thank you, Indica. It was a pleasure. M.
