Guys, we have breaking news. One of the biggest things to ever happen in wholesaling in 2026 is dropping right now and I was not expecting this. It was not my bingo card, but guys, garbage trucks are going to be the most valuable thing for wholesalers in 2027 and 2026.
Now, before you click off this video like, "Zack, what are you talking about?" You already know I'm the guy that always has the breaking news. I'm the guy that always shows you guys this is going to change everything in wholesaling. I'm the only guy that shows anything new going on and guys, I'm telling you right now just listen to me and just understand that garbage trucks are going to be the key for you making a million dollars. And if you can follow me at the end of this video, I'm going to show you how you're going to use garbage trucks to make a million dollars your wholesaling real estate.
Now, I know I'm crazy. I know that sounds insane, but the biggest thing I have seen with AI is happening right now for you to wholesale real estate. Now, guys, I've been speaking about this for almost 10 years now, but government lists are the best and by far the greatest source of wholesale real estate deals. The government collects data on ugly houses. You get that data because public record laws make you do that and you use that data and get wholesale real estate deals.
Now, the problem is the government now is starting to use AI surveillance technology to surveil on properties that are ugly and using AI for that and then you can go get that list. There's sunshine laws in most states. It's insane. So, let's talk about what's going on. So, what's going on are what we call Flock cameras. Now, you've probably been seeing this the past couple weeks about Flock cameras. And so, let me show you exactly what a Flock camera is so you can understand exactly what it is. And so, what a Flock camera is, it's a camera used by police where basically it's an AI-enabled camera. Here's a little video about it really quick.
>> has high traffic so the positioning of this camera at the city limits of Normandy Park gives police a way to monitor vehicles that come and go while >> So it's solar powered and basically it monitors license plates. What's really funny is one of my office buildings that I own, we had a insurance thing where basically we could have had this camera and this was like a year ago. It used AI and it read every license plate that went by the street in front of my office. And what's interesting is basically if somebody's, you know, license plate comes back as like a felon or like they have a history of burglary, like the police can get tipped off on it. And then you give that data to the police and then you get the data back for yourself. And so it reads every license plate of going across your street. Now what's interesting about that is that this comes with a whole AI surveillance thing because like there's a lot of flock cameras out here. And there's these cameras are starting to become everywhere police officers are, you know, in the cities where basically it reads everyone's license. And so there's a privacy concern because pretty much every flock camera is going to figure out what your license plate is. And so now the government knows that you went to the grocery store, they know you did. And basically the government's going to know your whereabouts for your license plate everywhere. Now this is probably going to do good with crime but this comes up with like a 1984, you know, privacy concerns. But again, this is happening if you like it or not. But let's talk about it.

So if ever there was an incident, there's only a couple of roads or ways that you can get in or out. >> vehicles of interest to law enforcement. >> If you're not breaking the law, you shouldn't have a problem. >> In Normandy Park, police say the surveillance system can identify stolen vehicles or pinpoint those suspected of being used to commit some other crime. >> What about expanding camera networks intruding on privacy? And what does increased surveillance mean to the general public? >> Where it goes too far is when they start using it and your information and >> Auburn, Mount Vernon, SeaTac, Woodinville Motors Associ- >> So look at this. >> association in Federal Way has adopted the technology. Actually, the cities of Auburn, Mount Vernon, Cedarro, Willie, and others. Still, questions remain around who can access the data. >> So pretty much, you know, these are special cameras that can just track your whereabouts for your license, uh which is interesting, but the flock cameras are now going to be AI-enabled, which makes things a little crazy. So let me try to explain uh and show you how this works. And so And again, I'm just trying to show you what these cameras are and how they're going to work for wholesaling.
>> technology is being used. You hear Here in Pasadena, California, residents and see >> automated license plate readers or ALPRs. The cameras are installed at intersections and capture detailed vehicle data, which AI can analyze to identify people and alert authorities, who say it's an important crime-fighting tool. >> So that's the big thing, right? They're like AI cameras that scan the license plate and they can scan things with the camera and tell you things. >> But critics argue the cameras have created a mass surveillance network that's been tapped by federal immigration agencies like I >> Yeah, so that's the big concern. So the big concern is like privacy concern, stuff like that. Between you and me, guys, I wholesale houses. I'm not giving you my opinion on all this stuff. But I will tell you those are the AI cameras.
Now let me show you exactly what's actually going to happen in Cape Coral, Florida. This is where it gets nuts for wholesaling, okay? This literally just dropped yesterday, okay? Watch this. This is a city councilman in Cape Coral, Florida. Let's go right >> interesting thing other very interesting things that we are exploring right now with AI. Code has already looked >> code enforcement >> that will bring right now with AI. Code has already looked at a software that will put cameras on trash trucks. They drive up and down every single street. And that software has the ability to identify bad roofs, broken windows. We could we could easily if we deploy this, we could look at saying, "Tell us when there's construction material at the curb." Because if someone's got a an entire tub and a kitchen at their curb, it's likely they're doing a remodel that that needs a permit. So we're not there yet. We've we've already we've demoed it and we've looked at it. The issue then becomes, "Well, what if we get 3,000 of them a week?" Then we don't even have a manpower issue to resolve. So we we we're exploring how and to best deploy it, figuring >> This guy's going to deploy it. >> what the costs are, but there are some very unique and innovative AI software tools that are coming out to help code with some of these issues. >> What about like heavier fines on the people that are cuts? >> Sure. We can have a conversation offline when we're done here shortly and be more than happy to >> So just so you understand this and basically what this means is Cape Coral is already exploring this and if you don't think that they are exploring this all over the country, you are insane. The garbage truck theory is going to be the most craziest way to get wholesaling deals. And just in case you don't believe how crazy this is, this was from the city of Dallas on December 9th, 2025. They code compliance just approved the use of 100 AI-enabled cameras on sanitation brush trucks. This is real from Dallas City Hall. Look at this.
So how does it work? They're installing hardware, they're adding AI software, and they're adding these mounted city detective cameras on the top of these garbage trucks, okay? And guess what? It does detection. All right, think about this. It analyzes property conditions. Detects it. So, it's these bulk trash, it tells if it broken windows, graffiti, bulk trash pickup, collapsing structures, trash, tires, illegal dumping. Guys, th- this is insane. There's going to be weekly reports, uh software portal for the staff, which we could probably request for this data. So, what the city sees, like look at that. The city literally gets a photo like this in real time. I guarantee if you do enough public research, like if you just request it, you could probably get a list of all the properties that they drove by for the past week. Uh I'm I'm doing all this stuff, okay? Like look at this. City detecting combines property uh visualization each uh detects ugly house Look, this was a real photo of a uh tarp on the roof that they're going to find. This is the operational impact uh dashboard visualize detection real time from debris uh graffiti to code violations. Um guys, this is crazy. All right. I- This is just mind-blowing to me. This got approved. And I I can't believe this is happening. Uh but guys, the future is here. Because guess what? They're going to put the AI cameras on garbage trucks, which go by every property in the county or the city. And then the AI is going to find ugly houses, put it on a code enforcement list, a code violation list, and then you, using the FOIA request, uh I'll show you. Sunshine law in Florida mandates open government and it requires all states uh to be open to public records. Uh so, like Florida has one, Missouri has one. Basically, you are privy to this information. And so, you can now, for free, basically, get AI garbage truck data of ugly houses and just get that to you right there. What's crazy is that's just one county looking into it and doing it. He they're 100% going to be doing it because they're going to do heftier fines. See the guy before the video? Well, why don't you just give heftier fines? And that's what they're going to do. They're just going to up the code enforcement liens and the violations. And this is just going to be insane for wholesaling real estate.
And you might be like, "Well, Zach, this is new technology." No, no, it's Look at the Flock camera map, okay? Here's Flock Hopper. All right, I'm not joking. This is how many Flock cameras are out there in the United States of America right now. There's 20 billion scans and over 90,000 basically Flock cameras out there. So, I want you to understand that they've been installed. This isn't new. 75204. Let's try that. 75204. 75204. Like, in Dallas, there's 714 Flock cameras. Like, really think about that for a second. There's Look how many Flock cameras there are right there. Like, that is unbelievable. If you just keep going out and out and out and out, right? It's like, don't get flocked, which is just kind of funny. But like, there's so many of these cameras all over. And now they're going to add them to trash trucks. I mean, look all over. Okay, 75204. I mean, you can literally press explore full map right here, and it can check your route, and just show everything. Like, for example, like, if I want to go out here in Oklahoma, they're going to be all over. And they're going to show you your direction, how do you avoid Flock cameras, which is kind of funny. But I mean, guys, look at all the Flock cameras everywhere. This is just insanity to me right now. And so, if you don't think this is just going to happen to all the code enforcement, it it it's everywhere. So, I believe I Look at this in Dallas. like look at that. That's crazy. And so, you got to understand that code violations are by far going to be the most valuable list you could start pulling right now in wholesaling real estate. You should also figure out if they're using Flock cameras on the trash trucks. So, what I would probably ask you to do is for your counties and cities, and you can do this in mass. I would try to figure out which code enforcements are you starting to use Flock cameras, right? You can even use ChatGPT here, for example. Which code enforcement officers and agencies in the USA are using Flock cameras on garbage trucks. Now, it's brand new, but you can literally ask AI, like, can you find me the ones are using Flock cameras? And it's going to go through the public sources, and it's going to find the Flock uh cameras used for code enforcement. And you're going to have it search basically Reddit, Instagram, where everyone needs to go out here and talk about it. And the ChatGPT is going to go out here and analyze it and see which ones are using Flock ones or not. So, right here, we used it with the AI. Look at this. Uh so, it looks like Dallas, Texas code compliance has approved Christopher Christian, Dallas code compliance uh approved city detect AI cameras for sanitation trucks. So, they're doing 100 AI-enabled cameras on sanitation brush trucks supporting code compliance property surveys. Holy cow. Uh Columbia, South Carolina is doing it. Huntsville, Alabama. Uh and then obviously Cape Coral. So, now we have four specific cities that have approved and doing this. Uh right here. Looks like uh they're doing some here in Stockton, Cathedral City, Cleveland, Newport News. And so, what I'm going to tell you here is the ones that they're going to start putting AI cameras. Dallas, Texas, I'm going straight to the literally going right here. Dallas uh code compliance. I'm going right there for that list. So, I'm going to search Dallas code compliance. I'm just going to search that. This is going to be the first place I'm going. Code compliance for Dallas. I'm really going to go get here. I'm going to go request a list. So, right here I'm going to email for that list. I'm going to ask specifically for all active code violations in the past 30 days. Then I'm going to go here to xleads.com. I'm going to import that list, get it skip traced, call and text, and get wholesaling deals. I'm telling you, nobody's going after cities with AI flood cameras. This is the path. This is the way to do it.
