Doctor Explains The Only Way to Lose Visceral Belly Fat FAST

There are a thousand ways people try to lose belly fat. Counting calories, stepping on the scale every morning, hours of cardio, cholesterol, medication. None of them work. And I can prove it.

I'm a physician and a researcher. I ran a 7-year study for the National Science Foundation scanning over 6,000 [music] Americans. And what I found is that there is exactly one best way to eliminate the most dangerous fat in your body and it has nothing to do with any of those things. So in this video I'm going to show you why every conventional approach is pointed at the wrong target. Then I'm going to show you the only protocol that actually addresses the root cause because MRI scans don't lie.

Before I show you the only method that works, we have to be honest about what doesn't work and why. First, the bathroom scale. Weight is a terrible indicator of health. You can lose weight and get sicker, more diseased. You can gain weight and get healthier. For example, in my own before and after photos, I actually weigh more in the after photo. If I had been following the scale, I would have thought I was failing. The scale cannot distinguish between muscle, bone, beneficial fat, and dangerous visceral fat.

Second, counting calories. The calories in, calories out model is incomplete. It ignores hormones. It ignores the microbiome. A calorie from a doughnut is not the same as a calorie from a steak. Processed foods spike insulin. Insulin drives fat storage. So focusing only on calories distracts from the real driver which is the hormonal response to the type of food you eat [music] and your microbiome.

Third, cholesterol. Cholesterol is not the root [music] problem. It is a downstream marker. You can have perfect cholesterol numbers and still have dangerous visceral [music] fat, including fat around your heart and internal inflammation. Trying to manage cholesterol without fixing the root cause is like painting over a crack in the foundation of a house.

So if the scale is misleading, calories are incomplete and cholesterol is just a symptom. The real question becomes what should we actually target? If the scale, calories and cholesterol are the wrong targets, what is the right one?

There is a three-step protocol. See it, stop it, and attack it.

Step one, see and visualize the enemy. The real danger is visceral fat and fat around your heart. This is the fat that surrounds your organs. It drives inflammation and chronic disease. You can't pinch it, you cannot feel it, and it never shows on the scale, including even a bio impedance smart scale. The only way to truly see it is with imaging like an MRI. You cannot fight an enemy. you cannot see. So the first step is to actually see the problem to see the disease. This is where MRI scans reveal the difference between a healthy abdomen and one filled with visceral fat.

By now you probably understand the principles of eliminating visceral fat. But most people struggle turning principles into a plan. They know what is wrong and may be part of what to do, but they do not know how to start. That is why I created a free 5-day framework you can download in the description below. It gives you a simple daybyday protocol so you can start eliminating this toxic fat immediately. If you want the plan, grab it in the description.

Step two, stop its reinforcements. Visceral fat is driven mainly by processed foods, especially processed carbohydrates and seed oils. These foods spike insulin. Insulin is a fat storage hormone and it preferentially stores fat in your body as visceral fat. The solution is not simply reducing these foods. The solution is eliminating processed foods entirely. When you remove the cause, the body begins to remove the disease, visceral fat. We've seen patients lose large amounts of visceral fat with dietary changes alone, even without exercise. That tells us the diet is the primary driver.

Step three, attack the fat. Once you stop creating new visceral fat, you can begin burning the existing fat. The most effective exercise for targeting visceral fat is sprinting. Sprinting triggers powerful hormonal signals like growth hormones and adrenaline. These hormones mobilize visceral fat for fuel. This is very different from steadystate cardio or jogging. Long slow cardio burns calories, but it does not create the same hormonal response needed to aggressively target visceral fat.

So, this three-step protocol is the foundation and it works. But before you go looking at GLP1 drugs or peptides to speed this up, there is something important you need to understand. In the next video, I explain why reaching for those drugs before doing this is the wrong order of operations and what you should do instead. See you over there.
