[Music] Namaste and welcome to class and to this beautiful fall day here in the East. Quebec and thank you so much for sitting with me with your undivided attention. And to today's class, I want to talk about something that perhaps you have not considered to be part of your success and to the upgrading of yourself in this changes of shift on the earth. And this is about memory in our brain.
For the very beginning of our existence, we do have a compartment, a large actually compartment, where everything that your soul has journeyed, that has experienced, witnessed, and especially in parts where you had been incarnated, where you have taken the flesh. Not only you observing things from the realms of the angels, but any that you actually have sealed in the form, it has a memory.
Now, this memory is not something related to the past, as many of us think. And in here, I want to talk about the different types of memory, so we understand better where we are going. Number one, you have your linear memory, right? The one that you say, "I remember my childhood." "I don't remember my childhood." "I um, I remember parts of our life, uh, depending of how joyful it is or the impact that it has done to you." In that linear time, you are functioning under a very specific way in relation to personality and to ego. Because the ego takes the opportunity of the linear time, the sense of past and the sense of future, to lock you out of a time that is the void of the present moment.
So when we're thinking only in the past, your mind is naturally reanimating events that had occurred to you. And those events just engrave more the sense of linear time or trauma or unpleasantness or just a kind of an illusion because you create something out of memory, no actual part of something that is tangible. And when we do that kind of regression in the past, there are two things that happen.
Number one, you regret things because you think, or the ego thinks, "Oh, I could have made it better. I could have that sense of perfection and not being seen as an imperfect being, not being seen being that you are actually learning." And the other thing, number two, is that every time that you go in the past, your cellular system, your biology is referring to something that had existed. So you have to regress. And in that regression, your age. When you think too much in the past and worry or regret, you age. That's why I recently made a video on select your conversations. Because anything that you are moving into the past, you see an older people that just talk about better times in the past and how awful the times now are and so on, right?
The other aspect that the ego takes is the projection in the future. And in that projection, you are like a donkey with the carrot in front. Where you, so you need to perform more, you have to be successful in certain way, you have to be recognized in certain things. Therefore, you need to work in certain direction or with certain, um, commitment and so on. So a lot of effort and living is achieving something that most of the time is not written in your stars, something much more wider and more exciting, and more cohesiveness with your own personal earth lesson is at play. Not everybody is meant to be the great success of a director, of a CEO, or something extraordinary. Every single living thing has an extraordinary existence, but the ego don't see it that way, right? The ego wants you to work. The ego wants you to go into something that is again an illusion, a linear thing.
But my point is that in both in the past and in the future, you are creating a kind of a phantom memory, something that you need to pursue and something that you need to regret or worry. And in that them, it's you are extracted out of the present moment.
The good news is that in this shift, the awakening of different faculties in humans are tangible. And one of them is memory. The memory that needs, if you find yourself being more forgetful about that linear time and simple things like, "I forgot what I ate yesterday," or "How was three months ago?" or "What did I feel in certain time?" If the linear time is less concrete for you, you are opening the window, a gate to remember something more of a wider scale. Meaning you are knocking the door into your Akashic records. And it's not only your Akashic records, because every journey that your soul has taken is sealed in there, not as a past, but as a current, a present current, a now current that it has all the information of all your journeys in different, um, varieties or steps or modalities or, um, enrichment of your own soul. You are living simultaneously different timelines. And with that, we block that memory unfortunately.
And sometimes we, certain individuals born with a window to set a timeline and remember things, like remember times in all the civilizations. You remember skills, especially in music and sound, which are the more subtle to cross. So you remember skills, all right? So, um, the confrontation that they have is that how they manifest or prove that they know in a world that it requires there's papers and things. Say, "Oh, you need to prove that you know." Well, that kind of proving is not impossible. It's just through the action and embodiment of that particular skill.
So the other part of your memory is the collective memory of Earth. When you are in the process of incarnation, you're descending from a very subtle part and you slowly are taking form, getting more density. And through these passages, you are picking up every information that the planet has lived. All the civilizations that perhaps you had not lived, but you do have the information. You have the right to know the information of the planet that you are being incarnated. So in that acquiring of information, you have different civilizations. You have the civilizations that are the more near to us, which is Atlantis. You have older civilizations, the, um, civilization, you have other races, you have the Anunnaki, you have the Reptilians. You have so many other races have passed through here, have peaked and vanished for different reasons. So you do have that information.
And in the new shift of the Earth, when you gain more consciousness, when you are more in the present moment, where everything is condensed in there, you have more availability in your brain, in your nervous system to remember, either by dreams or by food that you prefer or places you want to visit and so on.
So the memory, the memory is something that it's an energy force that you need to know how to manage. Because if you are insisting in speaking in something that is hurtful or blaming others or criticizing others or judging others as a way of conversing or trying to interact with others for you to locate yourself, which is a natural thing that we are accepting as natural, is okay. "I criticize this person, this is so bad, so I am right." So that exclusiveness that we do, it blocks the memory. It blocks your ability to remember things that are necessary right now to take a point of reference for knowing where we're going as a civilization.
So in a way, it is like opening the book of photography and your album, on your family album and say, "Oh, when I was a kid, I liked this. When I was a kid, I played with that and I prefer these things." Do I prefer this now? Or yes, I have developed this and I have discerned or I have not used this skills before. So remembering who you are is part of this passage. Remembering your skills that you had acquired through incarnations. Remembering that in every incarnation that is moving parallel to you right now is sacred and it has meaning and it has information. And when we exchange the information among different timelines, then we feel more whole, more complete, more secure because we have skills, because we know where we're going and we prevent past mistakes.
Now, saying that the mistakes, the thing that we usually have about the past is the wounds that what had made to block our memory. When we have a trauma in any timeline, we kind of block that. And that's something that create a hole, create something that naturally we will be looking at as a way of healing. So we need to be prepared and have a strong nervous system at this time because we are not only dealing with our daily experiment as incarnated in this form, but we're dealing also with the experiments of other forms, timeline forms parallel to you that are trying to be accepted, acknowledged and integrated in one single unit of "I remember all. I remember all parts of myself and I embrace all experiences. I don't judge it. I don't constrict myself in parts that experiments that I had chose of being, um, brutal or being negative or not pleasant." I confront that memory. And in that, then you're opening more space to integrate and remember a wider picture of yourself.
So blocking is denial. And denial only wants to pursue the wants to be seen. That's why in these times, purification is important in different ways. And you purify it only by being in the now, by being aware of what is going on in the now, not as a vigilant police that say, "Okay, what's going on now?" and what no, but just a calm sense that you're witnessing as an elder all your lives. It doesn't matter if you're 20 or you're 14. We are in a wonderful and exquisite human transition. And Earth is supporting that transition by remembering, allowing that remembering of the Akashic records to individuals that have the strength, the time, and the renunciation of that linear time that it just the mind just take advantage, making you identify with it and take you out of perhaps a deeper wisdom of yourself.
I hope this is helpful in your own remembering, remembering that you're here not only to heal but to contribute to a wonderful and exquisite passage of yourself and our humanity. And to remember that we're sacred, that Earth is part of us, and that we have the complete power to direct it in the most favorable turn for all of us. I thank you very much for sitting with me and I will see you in our next class. Namaste.
