This is our uh phase two trial to test fast rank chemapy with anti PD1 and anti keyit combination.
Uh interestingly, this tit is modified to uh with a silenced FG portion, which is a different from previous other title like taggab by lo or milk compound. Because of this silenced FGC portion, it mainly focusing on blocking of tit without depletion of CDA cells or T-X cells, and it more efficiently activate CD8 defector cells in preclinical study.
So in this study, in total around 40 patients have were enrolled, and it showed a promising overall response rate around 65%, and the median PFS exceed one years. And there is a trend of a better outcome if super especially in patient with PJ1 or top score five or higher operation. This is quite reasonable because of the expected higher uh digital or related moral expression in PD1 posive or higher population.
And the most impressive aspect of this result is overall survival. A median exceed 26 or 27 months, which might be the one the longest median survival in second draw study for her first run study for her to negative population. And safety profile by N with a chemopra checkpoint inhibitor. So there seem to be no increase uh with a combination with digit inhibitors.
But to conclude the efficacy of this combination, we are waiting for topline result of phase three star 2 to1 trial, which currently comparing a chemo plus t2 and p1 combination versus chemo and nebor standard care. So let's stay tuned.
