Hey guys, how y'all doing? So, >> [snorts] >> it's uh, let's get the date here. I know my videos are kind of ahead. Currently, it's March 12th, 2026. I'm not a year in advance or anything like that. But anyway, it's March 12th, 2026. So, I'm heading to a drone job. I'm not going to be showing the drone job. It's just a real quick real estate uh job. Uh, it's about 30 minutes away. So, we'll go ahead and get that done.

Uh, the reason I have this on here or starting this way, I thought, "You know what? I'll just do an introductory here." Um, I want to thank everyone that's clicking on the videos, like I said. But with that said, this video is going to be about the um, I was going to do it on the 500, the Power 500 with the Matrice batteries. Uh, I currently have, I believe, seven Matrice batteries. Um, after this drone job, I'm going to go to a vacant spot and I'm going to run them to get them all down like the one to one bar. Um, I'm actually in the wrong lane. That sucks. But anyway, um, and when I get them down to one bar, I'll get home. Or I may do it from the location. I don't know. We'll see. I guess I could. Uh, it'd be a little easier to do it at home because the camera is just going to sit there. So anyway, I'm going to get these batteries down low. Um, again, that's the Matrice 4 series batteries. And I'm going to use the Power uh 1000 version one, 'cause I have two of them. But I'm just going to use one. I'm going to connect both the fast charging cables. And then I'm going to connect to two of the um, do I need two? That's eight, four. I think it charges four at one time. I may split it up. So anyway, since I have two um, the Matrice 4E and the Matrice 4T, I'm going to use both of the charging um items, plug it up to the USB uh USB-C on both of them. And then plug it up to the little charging hub. So, we'll have it all charged up as much as I can. I know if I put them um, in the charging hub, they only charge one at a time. So, I'm going to try to separate them just because, uh, one second. Let me get over here real quick. Hold on, buddy. Uh, just because I don't have to wait. I want to use as much power as I can from the 1000 to see how many batteries it can charge. Can Power 1000 version one, and I know version one, version two, it's still the same output of power. It's, it's not going to matter. To me, the version one is built so much better. I know the version two has more ports, but the version one has plenty of ports. Um, as you'll see later on. So, anyway, I'll go ahead and get that done, and then I'll throw a camera up on it. And so, we can kind of see, can it charge seven um, Matrice 4E batteries? Um, I think I have seven. And, uh, like I said, it'll take me just a little bit to run them down. I'm just going to put the drone in the air and just, just throttle it to run them down. I'll go to, like I said, a vacant location. But, with that said, I have about 26 minutes till I get to the job. I'll get that done, get back home, and, uh, we'll, uh, see what happens.

>> [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] >> All right, guys. Like I said, that was a quick little uh, quick little uh drone job right there. Um, you see this right here? Little towers out there. We're heading home. Actually, we're going to head to do that test with that battery. Uh, not towers, the windmills. Sorry about that. But yeah. Uh, so, that was a quick one, man. It really was. All they wanted was, this is at Hubbard, Texas. Um, about 30, 40 minutes from where I live at. So, it's not bad. And all they really wanted is a vacant lot, and they wanted pictures. I recorded the screen, and I'll probably just have it play up here. It's not that big a deal. Um, something quick and easy. Uh, yeah, I like the uh mapping jobs and thermal jobs better, but hey, these little jobs here, they're close by, easy, quick, you know, and uh, that's really it. I'm off anyway. I'm actually off for the next like four, four or five days, which is great. Uh, there's some things I'm working on I want to get done. Um, got a few jobs also I want to get done. But hey, I'm heading, like I said, I'm heading to an open area where I'll run the Matrice. Uh, I got to find one really to get those batteries low. And then when I get home, I'll do that test with the uh, um, the version one Power Power 1000 just to see how many um, how many batteries it can actually charge. I believe I have seven with me. Um, six in the case, and one in the one in the, six in the case, and one in the drone. So, this should be a good test. I have not ran this test yet on the Power um, on the Power 1000 version one, but we'll see how it goes.

All right, guys, give me 1 second. All right, guys. So, we have the Matrice 4E here. We're batteries right here. They're not fully fully charged. You can see I don't know if you can see that. They're two. Usually, they're about, most of them are about three. So, I'm going to run this real quick. Uh, we're at a park. I'm just going to run it a little bit that way, a little back and forth. It's kind of open here, which is good. When I go high, there's no lines or anything. Beautiful day, though. Beautiful. Uh, I just got done with that drone job, so we'll get that done. And uh, give me 1 second, I'll get everything out. Hold on 1 second. I think that'll be fine. All right, good. So, we have the drone here. I have my other drone on my other camera on the uh, Not to worry about RTK. Uh, what's caution? Okay, I don't care about RTK. Uh, we're going to go here. And we have about, looks like 58% battery. So, we hit the recording, so we're going to take off. Home point updated. 1 second. Check map to confirm. Taking off. And we're going to run just not over the water, just straight. So, all we're trying to do is uh, all we're trying to do is just basically kill the battery. A little higher. I know some power lines coming up over here, but I'm not going to go that far. Uh, let me see where they're at. Let me go up a little higher. This is >> [snorts] >> They're running across. They're quite a few. They're, they're over there a ways. I'm just going to make sure that I'm not going to hit them. I'm going to go even higher than that. I'm just going to see where those lines are at. Hold on 1 second, guys. It's right there. You can see them there, so I'm definitely, definitely, definitely above them. Which is great. All right, I'm at uh, it's 300 ft, which is fine. So, I'm just going to run this park real quick. Uh, there we go.

>> [music] >> Full speed. I'm not in sport mode or anything, but we're just going to run the park and come right [music] back. Hold on 1 second.

>> [music] [music] >> Today, my [music] truck wouldn't start. And I had my camera on my truck, and [music] I had to plug it in. It just drained my battery.

>> [music] >> This may actually take longer than I, I think it's going to be. This may actually [music] take longer than I want, but hopefully. Maybe if I set the camera on, too, it'll help. Let me do that.

>> [music] [music] >> Mhm, we have it pegged. I'm not going to put it in sport mode, though. All right, we're going to set the camera. I can delete all these when I get home. Uh, we'll do, one second, my camera moved. Uh, >> [music] >> uh, there we go. We're going to set the camera to uh 0.5. [music] And that'll just add to the battery drain.

>> [music] >> Hold on, let me turn that down a little bit.

>> [music] >> There you go. Let's go.

>> [music] [music] >> All right.

>> [sighs] >> Let's go and park this bad boy up. Again, this whole flight took me an hour to run. But uh, for you guys, it probably take about maybe 30 seconds. You know, I'm just going to fast forward it like way fast forward. Uh, you'll just see me, you'll run, change out, run, change out, run, change out. All right, put a little thing on here. All right, good to go. Got everything in here. And turn around where you can see that. Everything packed up like I was going to tell you before. Controller, drone, batteries. And what else? I got two of these. So, I'm going to use two of these when I run that test. Anyway, let's go and pack up. Guys, we're headed home. And we're going to see how this rolls. Um, like I told you before, um, and I think I got cut off. I think my battery kind of cut. Uh, all your drones NDA, you know. Well, you know, we all know DJI is not. Well, it is what it is, like I said before. Um, I think uh, some of Autel or not, or some other things, I don't know. I'm not going to get on my soapbox about that. But um, I think I mentioned I am going to get the uh, uh, Matrice. Um, I'm sorry. I am going to get the Air 3S, most likely as a backup for my Air 3. Um, so I do plan on getting that. The other thing is um, and I know I, I it before, 2027, I decided to get the uh, it's a little ways out, but I'm going to get the Matrice 400 uh with the L3 for LiDAR. Um, have I had any jobs asking me LiDAR? No, I have not. I know it's the new thing. So, you know what? I want to get it. Um, and uh, one thing I did mention, uh, just getting started with TechXtar, I'll run my current drones I have now for search and rescue, um, but my Matrice 4T is not weather for rain or anything like that. It's not rated. I didn't get the Matrice 4T D. Um, I went back and forth on that. Did I kick myself in the butt about not getting that? Uh, I can say I was on the fence, but I just bought the Matrice 4E, and the batteries are interchangeable between the 4E and 4T. So, if I would have got the 4T D, then the batteries would not have been interchangeable, and I'd have to buy a whole new set of batteries. So, that was another determining factor for me. Um, that's why I went that route also, and I thought, you know what? How much will I be in the rain doing that? Um, I didn't think about search and rescue when I bought the 4T D um, at first. Later on, I did, and that's what kind of got me a little bit conflicted, like, man, should have I bought that? But, I'm okay. Like I said, uh, 2027, um, pretty sure, we'll see, but pretty sure I'm going to buy the Matrice 400, um, and I will probably buy uh, the spotlight and the thermal on that drone payload, along with the L3, and that'll be fine. And then that will basically cover me. Um, like I said before, um, will I be able to get the next set of drones that come out, the Enterprise drones that come out in 4 years? It all depends what happens between the United States and DJI. Um, do I think I will be able to? Probably not, at least not this next step they're coming in 4 years. But I don't think I need that. Um, that's one reason I went ahead and bought what I did in 2025. Um, it's a long-term buy. Um, because these drones are amazing. And you can buy the Matrice 4T right now. You can buy the Matrice 4E. You can buy the Matrice 400 without issue. Those are authorized and so FCC authorized, so you're able to buy those and, and to tell you truth, those drones are amazing by themselves. They're leaps and bounds ahead of any drone that's out there. DJI is the best. Um, I think many people think that. Only people that probably don't think that are the people running Autel or the people um, running other brands or only other brands. But I think most people know if you want a drone, you want a quality drone, DJI is the best. Hell, even with my FPV, I still run the DJI 04 04 light camera system. Again, everything [laughter] I do, other than the 360 that I purchased, the 360 X5, that's the only thing I have that's not actually DJI. Um, I know DJI has a model like that, but they're not there yet in that space. I know they also have a Roomba. They're not there yet in that space, either. Um, I like my Roomba that I have. So, anyway. Well, hey, I'm going to ramble and I'm going to get home and I'm going to get everything set up and I'll be back with you and uh, we'll see how this goes, this test.

All right, guys, so we're back home. Um, let me open the case up. And uh, all right, so of course we have our batteries here. You can see there, they're all, all should be one, one thing. Excellent. And then we have the Matrice that we have one battery here. And it's one also. So, we're going to take the battery out of the Matrice real quick, put it back in the case.

>> [snorts] >> But, we're going to get everything hooked up here. I'll get my stopwatch on my phone. Be here. Um, battery out of the Matrice. I have the other batteries here, so we have a total of six batteries. Um, we're going to test this on the Power 1000. Let me show you this. I think I made a video of this already, but this case right here, you can see this. It's kind of hard to see it, but you can see, but the reason I like this case is because this pocket back here. This actually allows me to have the cables always with the battery. So, it really is good. So, let's go ahead and, and this has vents on either side. Let me turn it around. You can see the front there just fine. Um, we're at 100%. Should be. Yep, we see we're at 100. And we have this vent open here, has these pockets here. Anyway, uh, let's get this all set up. The fast charging cables, I have four of them. Um, one of these are for the Air 3, but the other ones are actually for the Matrice. Um, people say they use the same connection, and they do, but so I don't know if you can see that, but the Matrice Air 3, but and so that's the fast charging cables that we'll use. So, because this only has two fast charging cables, we're only use two of these. And we'll actually um, And this right here, too. This is the inverter that goes to the vehicle. It, it'll charge the actual Power 100. I'm sorry, 1000 if I need to. So, let's go ahead and get both these plugged in. And I had a review about these uh on this case, [clears throat] but I do like it 'cause I can actually grab it with one hand and go out. So, we got that there. We're going to plug these into the USB-C. Um, >> [snorts] >> and these are max 140 W on these on this one. On the PowerPlay 100, I believe it was, maybe it's 140 W for both. So, anyway, so [snorts] let me get the other. It's a lot. Let me get the other one of these. Um, I'm going to load it up with some batteries real quick. So, we got one. We'll put. All right, cool. So, if I cut my head off, I cut my head off, but so we'll do two here. You can see that there. Since I have both the Power um, the Matrice, since I have both the Matrice 4E and 4T, I have two of these. So, this should help a lot to get this going. And that's great. Ooh. All right. So, should be able to see that. Two sets. So, uh, these two here, one set on this one, one set on this one, I'll plug into the USB-C. Um, let me first get everything else plugged in. I can't plug those in right now because they won't start charging. So, let me sure. All right. Get everything ready for this. Main thing though, it's not even about time. It's about how many batteries this unit can charge. I'm going to plug it in, then I'm going to start timer. All right, there's one plugged in. It'll, it takes a minute for it to re. See, it sees it there. I'm going to start that. And then you see it, and then it's going to start going up. All right. Same thing with this one. So, let me back this up and lower it down. Make sure you can see everything. Uh, or about my stuff. All right. So, we see those charging. Hold on one second. Let me go ahead and plug these in. Hold on a second.

>> [snorts] >> Those will start going, and let me plug this in. All right. So, everything should start lighting up. Sorry. This right here. Let me put this light up.

>> [snorts] >> So, make sure that's seeing everything, just in case. Hold on. All right, good. So, everything is going. And we're going to fast forward this probably, but right now, with everything going, it shows it's only at 577 output. 579 right now. It may speed up. If these change, oh, I'm sorry. If these actually finish, these two, I'll swap out for another one. Um, and that's all the batteries I have. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, yeah. That's it. I, we'll see. I, I think it will, but we'll see. That wattage right there should be starting going down pretty soon. Does pretty quick. We'll see. We're at 99% now. You see it's almost at two on both of these. Um, these are same thing, too, but only one of them. Um, these fast chargers are really, really good. Um, I got them from AliExpress. I can put the link if you all want them. I could hook my controllers up, also, especially this one, but I don't want to do that right now. Right now, I'm concentrating on the batteries. Um, I don't think I'll have an issue. I'm really curious of how many batteries it can do. Um, 'cause if you're in the field, and you know you take this in the field, it's 100% you. It's great to know, "Hey, look, I can run this many batteries." Like I said, we're at 96%. Uh, I don't know if you can see that right there. My screen will go black every now and then, but I'll tap it still. Um, we're at 5:54.

>> [clears throat] >> Five, almost six minutes. Um, the output now, you see the output here is uh 587. It don't look like it has not increased really much more than that. Um, it's curious based on the lights, how these lights will go much so much faster than this. So, we'll see. Um, but anyway, you can hear it. It's humming on the side, kind of sucking some air in. In this case, like I said, it allows, it allows vent on the side, which is great. But, the biggest thing is the pocket in the back. That's what I love. I do.

>> [snorts] >> And like I said before, the biggest bottleneck for pilots is uh internet in the field and battery. That is the main thing. Um, and a way to recharge your items. Um, that's one thing I found. Couple jobs I do, mostly in the summertime where it's nice and hot, is it's an all-day job. So, with, but it's with the Air 3. So, I needed a way to recharge. That's why I bought the Power 500. But, with these batteries here, um, the Matrice batteries, they would run down the Power 500 really quick. They really will. I've already tested that. And it didn't last that long. I, I, I did like four, and it just was, it was struggling, and it really, you know, also had power my laptop, the controller, and so that's why I went to Power 1000. Because these bigger drones take so much more uh for the batteries themselves compared to the Air 3. We're going to, we're going to, I'm going to probably fast forward this. Um, since I'm recording on the phone and on the Action 4, um, this right here, the Nano, I may just use for me when I'm talking. Um, because [snorts] it does get kind of hot. Uh, looks like we're at 590. We're at 93% on the uh, 93%. I'm curious of when these are going to change because I know they're going to change a lot faster than these will to three uh, three lights. Um, and I'm curious of how much power this actually will the output um, will it increase 'cause like I said, it's a Power 1000, so I wonder if it'll increase. Um, what's really cool, and I'll show you with this phone here, is right here. See those right there in the corner right there? They say 46.37, and the other one says 46. So, these are actually almost at 50%. These right here already almost at 50%, which is crazy. But, this digital gauge right here that tells you that is an amazing feature. It really is.

>> [clears throat] >> So, we're doing, like I said, everything's doing good. Uh, these right here are almost at 50%. I don't know what these are at 'cause there's no gauge or anything. I wish there was lights like either somewhere. I know the lights on here, but that, that digital gauge tells you a lot. You know, right now they're at 48.35, and it's been 9 minutes. I mean, that's 50% in 9 minutes. That's, that's incredible. It really is. I'm curious of how fast it will get at 50%. I know I got my head chopped off a little bit, but hey, it is what it is because I want to make sure you can see this right here. Um, uh, let's see. Yeah, you can see everything. Okay, yeah, you're good. Um, I'm going to raise it just a tiny bit. Yeah, that's good enough. All right. So, we are actually um, this one here is at 50%. This one's at 49.98 and we are almost well below 10 minutes and now they're both at 50%. You see the lights? That one's about to switch, I guarantee you, 'cause it's a little behind. It should switch any minute. There it goes. See, it switched to the third. And it switched there probably about 50.50. Um, things humming though. Look at that 5, uh, the output's uh 597, 596. I do think that will increase. I mean, it has room, which is great. And we're at 10 minutes. So, 10 minutes you're 50% battery with those fast charging cables. This one, they're still on two. I mean, there's going to be a big difference. I mean, it really will. I think these will charge way quicker and I can take one of these off and throw it on there. They're same thing, which [snorts] will be really good.

>> [clears throat] >> And after that's done, I will pause it after they're all charged. I hopefully think one of these will be charged, at least one of them from each section will be charged before these two fast charging cables charge four batteries. 'Cause this, if you think about this right here and this right here is not even charging yet.

>> [clears throat] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Could it do 12? Uh, 76%. I don't know if I could do another six. We have four lights, 90% on both of these. Uh, we're three lights here now. And I bet you it ramps up even more. Right now it's 609. I bet you it ramps up 'cause it, the other ones did once they hit three lights. I'm just curious and maybe not. I just don't know. Right now they're at 91%. And actually I think actually as it gets closer, uh, the fast charging cables, I think it goes down. It don't push as much power. I'm pretty sure these are. That's why I think we're seeing a drop. But when I plug one of these other batteries into it, I'm pretty sure it'll ramp up again. I'm going to do this one next on the fast charge cable. We're at 21, 22 minutes. And we're at 92%.

>> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Let's go over here. And we can see right here 100%. That one. See it shows there. And this one right here is at 99.69. And we can see the lights are off here. But yeah, once it's 100%, sits at 100%. Um, I don't know how long it's going to take me to get the other one up, but there it is. 100% right there. All right. All right, let's take these off. Take both of them off. We're going [snorts] to slide this off. We're going to put this bad boy on there. It's going to ramp up, which will be good. All right, there's one. We're going to put these out of the way. Uh, we see it ramping up. All right. So, we can see that right there. Yeah, I hope I didn't stop that recording on that phone or maybe it stopped automatically. I don't know.

>> [sighs and gasps] >> We see it ramping up here though. You can see that, that it's almost at uh, almost at 600 again.

>> So, I'll do a second poll. Once all these are topped off, what is this going to be at? Uh, and I'll put the poll right here so you can't wait till the end or whatever, and we'll see. Uh, let me guess real quick. Um, I'm guessing 51. No, not 51 'cause that's we had the two. I'm going to guess 40. I'm going to guess 32%. The battery is going to be at 32% um, once everything's charged completely. One second. Move that. We're at 29, almost 30 minutes. It's ramping up, which is good. See the time there. Uh, it's 69% on, 69% on the battery. And uh, I [snorts] may fast forward some of this part.

All right, guys. So, right now we're at 62%. We see both of these have been on here. There are three lights. I did, my, my thing got hot a little bit. But anyway, these right here are almost at 50%. They're 41%. Do another poll. Will these batteries finish before these are charged? Will these two right here finish before these are charged? Uh, right now we're at 36 minutes. So, uh, looks like everything's going pretty good.

>> [music] >> Look at this. Look how fast that is up top. Just eating that power. I don't know why one is faster than the other, but it is. Maybe it's just when I plugged them in. So, they're, but look, they're moving about the same speed. 621 and we're 48%.

>> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Yeah, I see how low that's 100 W because these are about done. Ah, it's not even fair. I think they went to 97% and I think they were done. It, it, it jumped to done. What I do love, I love the drone. How much shows that drone right there? You see it? Two little drones right there. Proprietary DJI cables and connections. They're amazing. We're going to see who goes off first. Do these go off first 100% or do these? Ah. I have a feeling these may do it, but we don't know because these right here are still trucking along. I keep on looking at the front of the batteries like, are they still going across? Oops, sorry. Still going across. All right, only 69 watts. They're going to be done here in a minute. 67. I bet they're all getting close. That's why it's going to 66 watts. It's at 43. So, it's not going to go to 32. I'm most likely. This 97.69. This one right here. Nice. 97.95.

>> [snorts] >> 98, 98, 98. But, they all going to be going low because I mean these, it's a 21 100. These beat it. They, these right here beat the right here. We'll see how long it goes. But, these actually beat it. We'll show right here. 100% maybe. 100% right there. They beat it. Wow. So, they did win. I'm going to disconnect them real quick. They're kind of warm. All right. So, we're going to see what these do. 57 minutes. It's pretty crazy that these beat it. Still. Huh, we're at 43. Should have a little bit. Hold on. Oh, it just finished. It just finished right here. So, that one going to be right behind it. So, All right, guys. So, that's done. All the batteries charged. 59 minutes, 58 seconds, 43 left on the battery. I'll put some calculations what I think it'll be for how many batteries it could charge. So, my thing is dying. It's getting hot. So, hey, if you like this kind of content, guys, please subscribe. Thanks so much for clicking on the video. Hope you learn something, and we'll talk to you later. Bye, guys.
